ARE YOU GRATEFUL???

Gratitude!! This word itself shows positive vibe. It simply means counting up on our blessings rather than ruminating on the condemnation. It is the one and only overlook tools and  the most powerful method for increasing happiness.Still many people fail to value its existence.Some claim love is the best, but I believe your life improves with gratitude once you truly want to be grateful for everything. 

In such a fast growing world , people have time to stress the futile pity that rarely takes place, but they can’t allow little more time to feel grateful or happy for their every single day.People of this world are so greedy that they only crave one thing or another, then rarely appreciate themselves or their families for what they have. That’s why I’m trying to remind you how grateful your life is or could be:

  • Things grateful people don’t do:
  • They don’t compare their journey with anyone else but rather choosing to focus on themselves and working on it.
  • They don’t really have to feel happy, they are automatically so happy and satisfied in their life.
  • They dont allow time to control them instead they take time as an opportunity and working on it more diligently to make effective use of it. 
  • They don’t take it for granted, but they never forget to be grateful for their life.

If you start being grateful or grateful to God for each and every day of your life, you can never have a day of disappointment.

  1. Gratitude builds up relationships:

When you’re always grateful for everything, you’ll be surrounded by more affection and consideration from your families or friends.

3.   Gratitude makes us healthier:

When you begin to feel positive and optimistic with yourself, you will never experience any health issues, such as stressful work or lack of sleep, or failing to maintain a healthy diet.

4.  Gratitude helps in boosting career:

Gratitude can allow you to easily accomplish your goals by growing your ability and productivity.

5.  Gratitude reduces materialism;

Gratitude helps us to enjoy our life and be happy with it so that we will never be waiting in a position to question for more

  • How can we be grateful:
  • You must always be grateful for each and everything in life – family ,friends, relatives, nature which includes from finest bit to huge things.Here are a few simple things to try to start feeling a little more blissful on a regular basis:
  1. Maintain a gratitude journal:

Start maintaining a small diary and note down atleast 3 to 5 grateful things everyday that have happened to you or that you are grateful for , it will help you to keep your focus on the positive only.And it will make a real difference.

II.   Practice present moment awareness:

Practice being thankful for the experience that truly allows you to shift your perspective on life and implicitly avoid hoping for more of the future.

III.  Think bigger than yourself:

When you are in a state of acceptance, you will begin to have a greater understanding of what you have than those that are less fortunate than you.

IV. Share the love with the loved ones around you:

If you have not yet appreciated your loved ones then begin to cultivate respect for them and let them know how grateful you are for them and for everything they do for you.By doing this you can attract more positivity in your life.

V. Replace complaints with gratitude:

Sometimes when we lack in achieving things we planned for e.g.. a bigger house or new car, etc  that time we should start replacing those complains with success and achievements we have received so far and appreciate the growth that has brought us here today.
