Many times in our life there is a circumstance where we either loose confidence or in a case where we give up on our life.No doubt the motives for this will be different, however in through and every one’s life circumstances like this come.And we pay so much attention to these minor issues or loss that, at the end of the day, we end up destroying our own wellbeing by overthinking and believing depressive feelings or even suicidal thoughts.

Instead, we should approach these issues in a constructive manner and seek to eradicate alternatives for the same situation, as it’s nothing but a small challenge from God.Indeed, the measure in which our capacity to cope with challenges is tested here, our endurance to obtain positive outcomes is verified. Where our determination not to relinquish is checked, and often such challenges even take shape as our indication that we are on the wrong path.Unless and until all detrimental assumptions are prevented. And overthinking, we aren’t really going to be able to deal with these issues.

  1. How to avoid negative thoughts?
  • Start challenging your negative thoughts:
  • Write in a piece of paper if you feel that some unpleasant thinking is going into your head and question it in a constructive way. Then strive to find one good atlas from the gloomy thinking that can help you get rid of it.

  • Often our assumptions destroy us by believing something that would never happen. And maybe we can speak to our closed ones about it .His insight and only just by opening up from our closed ones we can come to positive conclusions ourselves.

  • Trust me reading truly plays enormous role in our lives especially motivational books such as think and grow rich, power of subconscious mind, etc.

  • You have to be the strongest motivator of your life-no one is going to do this for you. It is also really necessary to wake up every morning with optimistic aspirations

2. How to deal with temporary troubles?

  • Self control:
  • To anyone that will control their minds, nothing will control them. During a moment of temporary setbacks, we should either be a prisoner of the circumstance or reassure ourselves that everything the future offers to us would be in our power.

  • Rather of being accused of circumstances, we need to consider being positive and see it as a more constructive feedback.

  2. What changes should i do to avoid this mistake next time?

  • We should benefit from someone who’s already been where we’re striving to go by learning how they’ve dealt with their setbacks. Or refer to their success stories or audio unless and until we are satisfied or motivated. This can definitely help you shift your mood and mind to optimism again.
  • New beginnings: 
  • If you get disappointed from overcoming some temporary defeat or disappointment, often what you can do is begin fresh. Raise your head, refocus your spirit and continue something new.New beginnings owe some of the biggest successes. Don’t ever let your life be characterized by the significant loss, focus on it and grow from the ashes to seek something remarkable.
  • Improve on your self esteem:
  • When you start reminding yourself, “You ‘re not a loser, so all this is only temporary to drive me to my target, so I can cope with it more confidently so positively,” and boost your self-esteem every day you’ll never experience any obstacles in your life.
  • Seed of success: 
  • Know that In the chaos of defeat and disappointment there is the spot where you will find seeds of achievement awaiting a chance to blossom.Others will follow their ways to reach their aim, but others may pause to remain here. You’ve got more seeds of opportunity inside you than you’ve been willing to utilise over 10 lifetimes. Note, effective seeds take time to develop, and require focus, protection, and encouragement.
