Human beings are made up of three components which are the intellect, body, and soul. Essentially, in order to fulfill the requirements of these three, we require information, wellbeing, and inward peace respectively. As we know, wellbeing may be a physical requirement while information is a mental requirement of our own. When we have a conversation around internal peace, we see it alludes to the otherworldly requirement and we feel delighted as it were when all three are present. Yoga is something that nourishes our soul. It may be an otherworldly practice that diminishes us of numerous sicknesses physically.
A very happy yoga day to everyone. This day was internationally recognized by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on December 11, 2014. The idea of an international yoga day was proposed by our Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi on September 27, 2014.
