Motivation is crucial; it fuels our drive to figure or achieve certain objectives. In pursuing your goal, you develop habits. Your habits then assist you remain disciplined to achieving your goals whether you are feeling love it or not. It enables you to stay consistent over time. Consistency ensures that your goals become your focus and motivation becomes just a way to an end.
