ONLINE LEARNING

The concept of traditional education has changed radically within the last couple of years. Being physically present in a classroom isn’t the only learning option anymore — not with the rise of the internet and new technologies, at least. Nowadays, you have access to a quality education whenever and wherever you want, as long as you have access to a computer. We are now entering a new era — the revolution of online education. There’s no need to discount the skepticism surrounding education through the internet. It’s hard to understand the notion of leaving behind the conventional classroom, especially if it’s to face this vast space called The Internet.

since the COVID -19 pandemic has disrupted the normal lifestyle of people across the globe, the virtual world has come to the rescue. Amongst many institutions schools have also shifted their base to virtual platforms to conduct classes online. Consequently, catering to the needs of all stages of education from pre-primary to university level, online education has emerged as an alternative to ordinary face-to-face classes. Accordingly, various stakeholders such as government and private organizations are trying their best to assist each other by sprucing up their existing online platforms, apps and providing training to teachers to use these apps and platforms to the optimum level. Moreover, efforts are being made by both government and non-government organizations and edtech companies to support the school system to make a smooth transition to the virtual world. Upskilling and motivating teachers, organizing counseling sessions for stakeholders such as teachers, parents, and students are some of the important measures taken by the administration in the recent past. Making a continuous effort to provide customized teaching-learning material suitable for online classes is another way of facilitating the schooling of children. The Central government has recently launched the PM e-VIDYA platform, with 12 new DTH channels, one for each class to reach out to all strata of society. These efforts have proved beneficial to a sizable chunk of the school-going population.

No matter how simple technology or plan is being used to provide education to all, some of the children will remain left out during critical situations due to multiple causes such as poverty, migration, family problems, and so on. The education system is destined to face an array of issues post-Covid. These range from a new burden on Government schools due to the influx of students from low fee private schools as many of them will no longer be able to afford to pay for education due to financial constraints to psycho-social problems of children arising out of problems at home. All these hardships are going to affect children immensely. Given the above, the government should come forward with a policy perspective on the post-Covid response to education. This should entail a plan to address the specific academic needs and psycho-social needs of children once they return to school as well as strategies to mitigate Covid induced issues related to the management of schools, addressing emerging learning gaps among children, and training of teachers to use principles of blended learning flipped classroom. Such plans that clarify where to use low as well as high tech educational solutions which will prepare also prepare the government to combat any post-Covid crisis such as conflict, natural disaster or for that matter pollution.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The time we are living is a time of digitalization and the internet. People are connected with each other wireless with the help of social media. Social media is having a really amazing impact on our social life. Most people think this is a boon for us, but some of them think it’s actually a curse. People have been connected to social media in a high range, and social media has good and bad sides. We can do so many good things and as well can do so many bad things, it’s all about our mindset and intention.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Brand awareness – Compelling and relevant content will grab the attention of potential customers and increase brand visibility. See branding: the basics.
  • Brand reputation – You can respond instantly to industry developments and be seen as a ‘thought leader’ or expert in your field. This can improve how your business is seen by your audience. See public relations (PR)
  • Cost-effective – It can be much cheaper than traditional advertising and promotional activities. The costs of maintaining a social media presence are minimal. If you choose to invest in paid advertising, you can spend as much or as little as your budget allows.
  • Website traffic – Social content can boost traffic to your website. This can lead to increased online conversions such as sales and leads.
  • Evaluation – It is easy to measure how much website traffic you receive from social media. You can set up tracking to determine how many sales are generated by paid social advertising.
  • Customer interaction – You can deliver improved customer service and respond effectively to feedback. Positive feedback is public and can be persuasive to other potential customers. Negative feedback highlights areas where you can improve.
  • Target audience – Customers can find you through the social media platforms they use most. You can choose to maintain a presence on particular platforms that are in line with your target audience. For example, if you are targeting young people you could reach them through Snapchat. If you are seeking business customers, LinkedIn may be the best channel. See social media platforms.
  • Brand loyalty – You can build relationships with your customers through social media. This can help increase loyalty and advocacy.
DISADVANTAGES:
  • Resources – You will need to commit resources to manage your social media presence, respond to feedback, and produce new content. This can include hiring and training staff, investing in paid advertising, and paying for the costs of creating video or image content.
  • Evaluation – While it is easy to quantify the return-on-investment in terms of online sales generated by social media advertising – there are some less tangible benefits. It can be hard to measure and place a monetary value on the brand awareness and reputation that social media can bring. It’s difficult to know how social media affects sales in-store.
  • Ineffective use – Social media can be used ineffectively. For example, using social media to push for sales without engaging with customers, or failing to respond to negative feedback – may damage your reputation.

There are more advantages to using social media, however, there is always advantages and disadvantages for a thing. As social media is too convenient for people, almost most of them don’t even have to ‘speak out’ to communicate with people. No longer, people will lose their communication skills

INDIA – A Diversified country

India is one of the ancient civilizations in the world and boasts numerous ethnic groups professing different cultures and religions. Being a diverse civilization, India is a land of countless languages with over 1650 regional accents and dialects. Despite different cultures, religions, and languages, the people of India live together with love and brotherhood. Great unity in diversity makes India an example of a cultural society. Each region of the country, from Jammu and Kashmir to Kanyakumari, presents different customs and traditions. Since ancient times, the people of India live together and respect all religions and cultures. Unity in diversity is a characteristic feature of this beautiful nation and connects people in the bond of humanity and peace.

India’s moral and spiritual values have always been the same, despite many political and social changes. They strengthened India’s even more fundamental unity. There is a long story all the time; Hindus were profoundly religious and spiritual. They have always attributed the highest place and value to the spiritual development and evolution of the soul. For them, the ultimate and only goal of life is liberation, nirvana, or moksha. Great saints, rishis, preachers, and philosophers have always been integral to the complex and common Indian heritage and culture as Vedas, Gita, Ramayana, Kuran, Guru Grantha Sahib, Bible, etc.

As India is a united and secular country and for the freedom of our country from the Britishers in the past, many freedom fighters struggle for our freedom, and also the freedom fighters do not see that he is from other religion they all together come with brotherhood and fought with the Britishers as one Indian nation. And it is a great example for our united India from the past as it has spread a strong message to the people. There are many different cultures in India and also the culture has several different types of radiation in everything such as in Hindus and Muslims the people pray and worship are different kinds and also the of clothing and celebrating their festivals are also different and also the festivals of these people are also different, but all people come together and celebrate all the festival with each other as a united country and the united people of India.

When a country is united like India, it helps the people live in the country and work and organized and do all the things equally and with altogether as it improves the performance of the people and lifestyle of the people also gets improved. It makes communication with the people and all the people able to help the other people in any bad situation as it keeps away from the social problems and helps manage any conflicts easily. When a country is united there are also many disadvantages that a country faces such as it can give rise to corruption and illiteracy in many of the areas as the country is very populated. But by all these problems people solving it and many organizations are held for the people to make their problems get solved and when all the people come together and fight against this problem of the country and then it is united and India is one of the countries which is united and unity in diversity is the real prosperity of India and the way to progress it in the future and the present.

We have created unity out of diversity for our merit. Outside, it seems that our country is a heterogeneous mix of diverse elements. However, it is a homogeneous whole as a chemical compound. The most striking example of unity in diversity is the composition of the parliament council. Different political parties from different parts of the country merged (forgetting their political ideologies) to form a government.

PATRIOTISM

Patriotism
means in essence, the love of one’s own country. An individual citizen who
loves his country and is loyal to it at all cost, even at the cost of his own
life is, a patriot. A patriot is one who is always willing to sacrifice all
that belongs to him at the altar of his country. This is the measure of
patriot’s extreme love for his country and in common terms it is called
patriotism.
India has seen a spate of several patriots in the early decades of the 20th century. When the motherland was writhing in
pain under foreign rule, these patriots took birth and helped the country to
come out of the wilderness of foreign domination. They sacrificed their lives,
their pleasures, their families at the altar of freedom for their motherland
from the shackles of foreign rule.

In Oct, 1930,
Jawaharlal Nehru, from the Nainital Prison, wrote to his dear daughter, Indira
thus, “We have India’s honour in our keeping, and that honour is a sacred
trust”. Keeping the honour and the name of the country ‘ever high and ever
flying’ is the fundamental duty of every citizen. A nation can leap forward
only if its citizens are patriotic who are ready to live and die for their
motherland
. Basically,
it is putting national feelings above personal feelings and national concerns
above personal gains. It is living and dying for one’s motherland. It is the
deep fervour coupled with the spirit of working for the advancement of one’s
country.

The spirit of patriotism is not merely a
noble sentiment within the heart. If it is so, then it is only sham patriotism.
True patriotism calls for certain concrete actions and external expressions.
First and foremost, it requires offering our valuable services when national
integrity and independence is threatened by external forces or neighbours. It
demands offering material and moral support in the fight for national freedom.

Patriotism does not always mean that you
have to sacrifice your life for your country; contributing good service towards
the country and its people is also equivalent to your sacrifice. Mathunny
Mathews has set a great example of patriotism. Mathunny Mathews was an Indian,
a resident in Kuwait, and was one of the people credited with the safe airlift
evacuation of about 1, 70,000 Indians from Kuwait during the 1990 invasion of
Kuwait. Only celebrating the flag hoisting ceremony on 15th August and 26th January,
posing for photos with the flag, and posting on social media doesn’t imply that
you are a true patriot. A real patriot is a person who has a true love for his
country. He fights against the atrocities upon his countrymen by insiders or
outsiders of the country.
Patriotism is the most
important thing for the development of a country. As patriots think about the
country, its growth, and countrymen’s improvement, it positively impacts the
development of the country. A sense of patriotism helps to reduce corruption
and riots hence the country develops effectively

The 80/20 Principle (or) Pareto Principle

In this article I am going to tell you about some of the things I read in The 80-20 policy book and learned from it. Let’s start reading the article without wasting time.

Book Name : The 80/20 Principle

Author Name : Richard Koch

Year of Publication : 1999

Vilfredo Pareto was an Italian economist. He was studying Wealth Distribution and Income Generation about England in 1897. What he discovered while studying about it was that just over 20% of the population in the England owns 80% of the wealth. After discovering this, Pareto started studying a lot about it.

What he learned then was that this 80/20 principle was consistent across all time periods and in all countries. Looking deeper into this research, this principle is not only relevant to wealth. He discovered in a lot of other things it is related. He realized that 80% of the peas in his garden were only available from 20% of the plants.

Today we call this principle the 80/20 principle or the Pareto principle. We can apply this principle in all aspects of our lives such as business, health, study, relationship.

What this principle says is that 80% of the results we get are from the 20% of actions we take. In general, what we think is that we get a lot of results only if we do a lot of actions. But according to research it is wrong. Some good actions that we do give us 80% results. After discovering this principle, a lot of people researched whether it is compatible in all respects. In many respects this principle was then in perfect agreement.

Examples :

1. 20% of criminals are reason for 80% of crimes

2. 20% of drivers are reason for 80% of accidents

3. 20% of married couples are reason for 80% of divorce

4. 20% of roads are reason for 80% of traffic

5. 20% of clothes are wore by us for 80%

6. 20% of lands are reason for 80% of minerals

7. 20% of clouds are reason for 80% of rain

8. 20% of actors are reason for 80% of public attention

9. 20% of scientists are reason for 80% of inventions

10. 20% of book writers are reason for 80% of book sales.

How do we apply this 80/20 principle?

This principle does not teach us not to work. It teaches us to focus on the things that give us the most results.

1. The 80/20 Principle For Business

This principle was used extensively for business. Only then did they begin to apply this principle in all things. Business start-ups waste 80% of their time focusing on things they don’t need. For example, things like how the company logo should look like and how the website should look. All of these things are important. But these things alone do not impress people. First and foremost our ambition is to focus on developing the company’s products and services. Only then should we focus on other things like marketing and sales. Business people need to remember one important thing. Only 20% of our customers give us 80% profit. Similarly, only 20% of customers are 80% compliant. If we focus on these two types of 20% customers we will get 80% winning results.

2. The 80/20 Principle For Social Life and Happiness

Some of us will think. That we would be better off if we had a lot of friends. So let’s start spending time with a lot of friends. But all this is perfectly understandable. That we have wasted a lot of time. Thus we would not have focused on our important things. Whatever our mind set is, it would be better if we had more. But according to this principle 80% of Happiness and Fulfillment we get only from 20% of friends. So instead of spending time with a lot of friends, spend time with the 20% of friends that suit you. Focus on other things as well.

3. The 80/20 Principle For Studying

For example, suppose you have two friends. The first friend is studying from morning till night. The second friend just reads for 3-4 hours. But when it comes to results, only the second friend will get good results. Because the second friend is unknowingly following the 80/20 principle. He is following two things and using the 80/20 principle. What they are,

* Deciding what to read *

The first friend thinks he should read everything. Doing so will prevent him from remembering exactly what he reads. But the second friend will read the important ones first and read the rest if there is time left.

 * Deciding what time to read *

Humans cannot focus too much time on the same work. But since the first friend was studying from morning till night there is a lot of distraction during the break. Thus no matter how long he studies it will not be a quality study. The second friend reads only from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Focused on things that give freshness like walking while taking a break. Thus he can read with full attention without any distractions while reading.

Similarly, find that 20% in your work which gives you results. It gives double results in less time. Then you can use the rest of the time for other important work.

Is being sensitive a serious crime?

Ever felt like being sad for long period of time? Ever felt like that someone said they loved you but you got disappointed when their reaction changed when you showed your true self?  Has anyone said that your behavior has a problem  just because you cried a lot or you are too emotional or sensitive ?

Often there are times when we all just accustomed to hear these things. We think that we are the sole problem. We just all want to run away , somewhere far far away and never return back. Sometimes we just becomes hopeless , helpless and feel more and more worthless. Some sense of  abandonment never leaves us. It reacts like a scar in the heart. A scar or I would say a wound that could bleed anytime.

Through this blog, I want to make every sensitive boy or girl who thinks deeply, feels deeply and reacts deeply that you are just beautiful the way you are. In this world, there might be very few or  no one that could understand you deeply but that doesn’t mean you are abnormal. It is alright to feel like that!

Its okay for you all to feel suffocated, abandoned and lonely. Its okay if you get too much angry, or feel very very sad or feel very disappointed. For anyone your pain and hurt could be small but always remember the hurt which stings your heart is never small!

Review of THE 5 AM CLUB Book Summary

Book Name : THE 5 AM CLUB

Author Name : Robin Sharma

Year of Publication : 2018

By the time we turn off the alarm in the morning here and go to sleep, on the other hand the biggest World Class Business Leaders, Sports Persons, Entrepreneurs will be starting their day. They make some effort and do something special in their mornings. That’s why they are at the peak of their lives.

This book is very clear on what ordinary people like them need to do to make progress. Author Robin Sharma has written very clearly in this 5AM Club book what to do when you get up at 5am. In this article we are going to know the summary of this book. Let’s start reading.

In this book he talks about three things and divides those three things into several parts and wonders what is special about waking up at 5 p.m.

Those three things are,

1. Use 20/20/20 Formula

2. The Four Interior Empire

3. Habit Installation Protocol

1. Use 20/20/20 Formula

Author says our first hour after waking up in the morning is the Most Worth and Important Hour. He calls this hour “Victory Hour.” This hour can be divided into three parts.

  •  Move
  •  Reflect
  •  Grow

*Move*

For the first 20 minutes we need to exercise. I.e. High Intensity Workout. Doing so is our Energy and Focus Increase. Scientifically speaking, there is a chemical release in our brain called BDNF. BDNF stands for Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor. This will increase our focus and reduce the stress level. In addition, the newest neural connections in the brain is Increase. So it will be very helpful to increase our focus and thinking power.

*Reflect*

Reflect for the next 20 minutes. In this step we need to isolate ourselves and get to know ourselves. Then we need to plan what we want to do on this day. Doing so will keep our focus on our work without becoming distracted. So we will be busy whole day. We can stay away from unnecessary distractions. During these 20 minutes we can meditate or pray. Doing so will give us a clarity on our lives. This will be very helpful in taking the right decision for the whole day.

*Grow*

Finally grow in the last 20 minutes. That means gain Knowledge. We can read books that may be in our field. Otherwise read the biographies of the great men. That too can be done by listening to audio books or watching motivational videos. We must keep doing something every day to develop our knowledge. By doing this we will be much more advanced compared to our competitors.

2. The Four Interior Empire

We must spend our precious time equally on these four things if we are to be happy in our lives. What they are,

  • Mind Set
  • Heart Set
  • Health Set
  • Soul Set

*Mind Set*

We can learn many things to improve our mind set by watching motivational videos, podcasts and using the strategies that can be told in it. But by doing so we can only achieve 25% of our goal.

*Heart Set*

It is connected with our emotional life. We can not make the right decision just because our mind set is strong. We also need to be strong in our emotional lives. Emotional life is the connection that friends, family, relatives can have with them like this. Only if we are strong in emotion will it be easy for us to make any decision in our life.

*Health Set*

No matter how much money and property we have, if our physical health is not good it is all waste. Health is essential to providing a legacy for those who depend on us after we die.

“You cannot make a good business if you are dead.”

That is why world top successful people place importance on their health.

*Soul Set*

This is something very important. In our lives we are running after unwanted material thoughts. In this running we forget who we are. We have completely forgotten what we need in our lives to be happy. The only way author says to improvise the Soul Set is through meditation and prayer.

3. Habit Installation Protocol

Our Author says in this book that we need 66 days to accept a habit. He has divided this into three stages.

  • Destruction Phase
  • Installation Phase
  • Integration Phase

*Destruction Phase*

At this stage first 22 days one has to destroy a bad habit and implement a good habit. This is the most difficult part of all three stages. Our will power must be very high to do this. We need to keep motivating ourselves over and over again.

*Installation Phase*

The next 22 days will be totally irritating for us. Thought appear that this is why we need to do this. The thought appears that we can leave this. But we should not quit there. We have to go through those 22 days somehow to boost our self-confidence.

*Integration Phase*

This will make it easier for all of us. After this we do not need an alarm to wake up at 5am. Looking at the next one we get to the point where we can tell why these people are sleeping so long.

IMPACTS OF SECOND WORLD WAR

Introduction

World War II, also called Second World
War, was a conflict that involved virtually every part of the world during the
years 1939–45. The principal belligerents were the Axis powers—Germany, Italy,
and Japan—and the Allies—France, Great Britain, the United States, the Soviet
Union, and, to a lesser extent, China. It was the biggest conflict in history
that had lasted almost six years. Nearly some 100 million people had been
militarised, and 50 million had been killed (around 3% of the world’s
population).

All wars have significant social and
economic impacts but this is especially so in the case of the First and Second
World Wars. Their impact was very different to previous European conflicts that
Britain had been involved in because of their scale, the involvement of the
civilian population, and the extended powers and actions of the state. Because
the state operated at a British level, many of the war’s impacts did not differ
between England and Wales. However, the war did heightened Welsh national
consciousness, despite the power of popular and political Britishness. Yet this
was actually an existing long-term process and many of the impacts of the war
were a quickening of trends already taking place.

The German Instrument of Surrender ended
World War II in Europe on the night of May 8, 1945. The terms of Germany’s
unconditional surrender had been discussed since January 1944 and further
clarified at the Yalta conference. They established, among other things, that
the Allied Representatives “will take such steps, including the complete
disarmament, demilitarisation and dismemberment of Germany as they deem
requisite for future peace and security.” The surrender of Japan was announced
by Imperial Japan on August 15 and formally signed on September 2, 1945,
bringing the hostilities of World War II to a close. Their terms of surrender included
disarmament and occupation by Allied forces. The terms of Italy’s defeat were
determined during the Paris Peace Conference in 1947, and included limits on
their military and a ban on all fascist organizations.
The
unconditional surrender of Germany on May 8, 1945, and Japan on September 2,
1945, brought World War II to an end. Various documents and treaties placed
stringent terms on Axis powers to prevent future hostilities.

Some 75 million people died in World War
II, including about 20 million military personnel and 40 million civilians,
many of whom died because of deliberate genocide, massacres, mass-bombings,
disease, and starvation.

The major causes of World War II were
numerous. They include the impact of the Treaty of Versailles following WWI,
the worldwide economic depression, failure of appeasement, the rise of
militarism in Germany and Japan, and the failure of the League of Nations.

Treaty of Versailles

Following World War I, the victorious
Allied Powers met to decide Germany’s future. Germany was forced to sign the
Treaty of Versailles.

Under this treaty, Germany had to accept
guilt for the war and to pay reparations. Germany lost territory and was
prohibited from having a large military.

The humiliation faced by Germany under
this treaty, paved the way for the spread of Ultra-Nationalism in Germany.

Digital Marketing and Its Types

Marketing their products and services is a very important thing for any business and company. Through media outlets such as television, newspapers, and FM radio, some companies market their products directly to homes and attract customers. But despite such marketing methods in this technological world, a method called digital marketing is becoming very popular.

What is this digital marketing? How many types are there? we will find out in this article.

What is Digital Marketing?

Digital marketing is the process by which a company or business makes their products available to the public through the Internet, marketing them, and attracting customers to sell their products.

In the 21st century, people have been using the Internet more and more actively, especially for a few years. Knowing this, every company knows the needs of the people and adopts the strategy of marketing their products and services through the internet.

You do not need to have vast coding or programming knowledge to enter this digital marketing field. A certain amount of coding knowledge is sufficient. Not only that but an important requirement is to have the ability to understand what customers expect and what their need.

Types of Digital Marketing

1. SEO

SEO is Search Engine Optimization. A business or company will have created a website for them. That website should rank top in search engines like Google. This means that if you search for the name of the company or their products on Google, their website should come in the top rank. To do this, they use keywords or tags when creating the company’s website, and use some coding techniques to bring the website to the top. Not only that but only if the keywords are updated frequently will the company be able to rank in the top rank in the search engine.

2. SMM

SMM is Social Media Marketing. Any company would have created an account for them on social media. I.e. media like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter. They will often update on social media like this about their products. This will increase the chances of attracting customers and selling the product easily.

3. Email Marketing

Every company, they will advertise their products to their customers via email. Each company will advertise their products to their customers via email. For example, if we enter into a website it will ask you to sign up or login. If we put our email ID in and sign up, they will know our email ID. Through this they often advertise their products and services to us via email.

4. Content Marketing

A company will create blogs and videos about their products and services on their website. When customers see all of this, there is an attraction to their products. So the chances of that company making progress are high.

5. SEM

SEM is Search Engine Marketing. SEM can be said to be the paid version of SEO. A company will pay for their website and make it rank top in the search engine. The company will publish their website on Google AdSense. When customers search for a keyword related to that company on Google it will come up in the top of the search engine.

6. Pay Per Click Ads

It’s something everyone knows. When we enter in to certain websites, apps, we are shown some ads there. Those advertisers will publish their ads on Google AdSense. Related ads will be displayed according to the needs of the customers. Advertisers will pay Google AdSense based on how many customers click on the ads.

7. Affiliate Marketing or Influencer Marketing

A company will select people who have a lot of followers on social media and tell them about their products and services. Tell to people about their products. If someone buys the company’s products through that influencer, the company will pay a certain amount of commission to that influencer. We’ve all seen some of the biggest actors talking about certain products on their social media.

FEAR OF FAILURE

Feeling hurt and sad when you’ve failed to
achieve something, regardless of how big or small it may be, is only natural
and there’s little point in dwelling on past failures. Nowadays people put too
much effort into avoiding failure and this does nothing apart from lead to
painful situations.
Many of us have probably experienced
this at one time or another. The fear of failing can be immobilizing – it can
cause us to do nothing, and therefore resist moving forward. But when we allow
fear to stop our forward progress in life, we’re likely to miss some great
opportunities along the way.

We all have different definitions of
failure, simply because we all have different benchmarks, values, and belief
systems. A failure to one person might simply be a great learning experience
for someone else.
Fear of failure can be linked to many
causes. For instance, having critical or unsupportive parents is a cause for
some people. Because they were routinely undermined or humiliated in childhood,
they carry those negative feelings into adulthood.
It’s
almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure.
People who do so probably live so cautiously that they go nowhere. Put simply,
they’re not really living at all.

It appears that focusing on the emotions
of failure can trigger different thoughts and behaviours. Perhaps when you
reflect on how bad you feel after failing, it motivates you to avoid
experiencing that feeling again.
We all have bad days and
weeks, when nothing seems to go right. We all also have times when we fail to
achieve something that we really wanted and find it hard to cope. However, some
people seem much more able to pick themselves up and dust themselves down after
these experiences than others.

Dr. Carol Dweck, a professor of psychology
at Stanford University, has conducted extensive research on failure and how it
operates within the brain to produce varying outcomes on subjects with
different mindsets. The first group of her test subjects, who fell into the
“growth mindset” group, showed massive improvement when faced with failure due
to an enhanced focus state that was triggered shortly after failing a task,
forcing them to learn and improve.

There’s another interesting point to make
when it comes to success and failure and their effects on the brain. According
to a study published in the Harvard Business Review, success has a huge impact
on neuroplasticity in the brain and helps us to learn whereas failure has
displayed impact on our learning.

View Failure as a Learning Opportunity and
Take Notes

Failure is such a debilitating feeling
because we associate it with losing and with finishing. Failing does not mean
that you have lost. It also doesn’t mean that you need to be prevented from
moving forward because of the failure.

Shift your perspective and view failure as
an opportunity to grow and learn. Once you see failure in this light, you can
then begin to approach it with a different mindset; a mindset that will help
you to quickly transform your actions into ones that lead to success.

Fearless Girl Adalia Rose!

There are times when we want to give up on everything. We feel so worthless in terms of our work or our appearance etc that we indulge in unhealthy habits or maybe we all just accept very easily that our existence won’t matter. There are times when we all just accept all of such things very easily.

We stop to appreciate smallest of things which sometimes makes us smile or the people who actually value us. We choose to prioritize our past and present which for most of us might be painful. In other words, we all stop living by complaining or whining most of the times instead of feeling blessed that we got to live each day!

Some people are so sure that they will live longer that they have their whole future planned out and these people generally don’t make most of their present! They are often worried about their career or marriage or  living a luxurious life etc. The thing is  that they don’t realize is that any day could come where anyone could die as future is very unpredictable.  According to me, thinking about the future is important but making most of the present is important too!

Knowing about Adalia Rose

Lets meet one of the bravest girls in the world who could actually help us or guide us in viewing our life with a new lens !  Her name is Adalia Rose. She is a 14 year old girl  who lived in  Round Rock,  Texas, United States.

She suffers from Progeria.  According to Slideshare, Progeria is an
extremely rare, fatal genetic condition that affects children and gives them an
appearance of accelerated aging. The word Progeria comes from the Greek rogeros
meaning prematurely old.

According to The Famous people, the children suffering from progeria are
born healthy and remain so for the first 10 to 24 months of their life. After
this they start to show signs of aging at a very fast rate.

This disease causes the body to grow older approximately six to seven times
the normal rate. Though she has the mind of a normal teenager and acts like one
but she looks like a small old lady seventy to eighty years old.

Her condition didn’t stop her from enjoying her life with full of happiness,
hope and joy. She is a free- spirited girl who is currently a social media star!
She loves her family a lot and even makes videos with them.

She is not at all embarrassed about her condition and is vocal about it! She
motivates other people and faces her problems fearlessly and believes in living
her life to the fullest!

According to The Famous People, she has more than 12 million fans on her
facebook page and over 2.65 million subscribers on her YouTube channel.

The revenue generated from the videos are used for the research on the
causes of this disease and the treatment of other children affected by
‘progeria’.

The fearless girl!

The reaction of the people towards her appearance were mixed. Some supported
her, blessed her while others discouraged her for posting videos. Her face has even been compared to aliens and extraterrestrial beings . According to
the The famous people, she even faced cyber bullying and death threats on the internet!

That still didn’t stop her to live her life to the fullest and is still
vocal about her disease and still spreads awareness about the same fearlessly
by making lots of videos and through promotional appearances.

In the end of this article, like Adalia Rose, I would urge all the viewers
to make the most of their present, to be brave enough to know your worth and
not be influenced by other people, appreciating smallest things in life and
lastly, living your life to the fullest with lots of hope , love and
fearlessness!
