“Health is not valued till sickness comes”

Health is “God’s gift to us”. Health refers to the physical and mental state of a human being. To stay healthy is not an option but a necessity to live a happy life. The basic laws of good health are related to the food we eat, the amount of physical exercise we do, our cleanliness, rest, and relaxation. A healthy person is normally more confident, self-assured, sociable, and energetic. A healthy person views things clearly, calmly, and without prejudice.

Introduction :

We live in a super-fast age. The Internet has shrunk the world dramatically and people are connected 24×7. Multitasking is the order of the day, as we struggle to fulfill our responsibilities for everyone in life. In this fight, we often forget to spare time for ourselves. The stress levels continue to build up until one day a major collapse may make us realize that in all this hectic activity, we have forgotten to take care of one important thing – our health. As a we spend days shuttling between hospital and home, put our body through one test after another, trying to find out what has gone wrong, we are forced to remember that ‘Health is indeed Wealth’.

In earlier days, life was very simple. People worked for a stipulated time, often walked everywhere, ate more homemade food, did household chores, and enjoyed a healthy balance in life.

Now people have cars and bikes to commute, so they walk less. With the demand for more working hours, people are awake till late nights and indulge in more junk food than home-cooked food. Modern equipment at home has reduced the labour work and increased dependency on this equipment.  People don’t have enough time to exercise or even get enough sunlight. Basically, nowadays people are living very unhealthy lifestyles.

Unhealthy living conditions have increased the contraction of people to various diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart attacks, hypertension, etc. This has alarming implications in our near future. So it is very important to focus on our health as much as we focus on our work. Moderation in food habits, daily exercise, and balanced work-life can surely make a big difference to our health and body. When a person stays mentally and physically fit, his action and decision are more practical and logical and hence he is more successful in life. Furthermore, good health has a direct impact on our personality.

Salt is a mineral composed primarily of sodium chloride (NaCl), a chemical compound  belonging to the larger class of salts; salt in the form of a natural crystalline mineral is known as rock salt or halite Salt is present in vast quantities in seawater.

  • Saltiness is one of the five basic human tastes in addition to sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and umami (a savory, meaty taste, such as that of cooked mushrooms, cheese, or soy sauce). As salt dissolves in a solution or on food, it breaks into its component ions: sodium and chloride (Na+ and Cl, respectively). The salty flavor primarily comes from the sodium ions.
  • Salt plays a crucial role in maintaining human health. It is the main source of sodium and chloride ions in the 𝑯𝑼𝑴𝑨𝑵 𝑫𝑰𝑬𝑻. Sodium is essential for nerve and muscle function and is involved in the regulation of fluids in the body.  Sodium also plays a role in the “body’s control of blood pressure and volume”. Although sodium is essential, people who consume too much sodium may have hypertension or high blood pressure, a condition that can lead to serious illnesses such as heart disease, kidney disease, and stroke.
  • Chloride ions serve as important electrolytes by regulating blood pH and pressure. Electrolytes are compounds, often salts, which dissociate into their ionic components in solvents like water. Chloride is also a crucial component in the production of stomach acid (HCl). Humans excrete salt when sweating and must replenish these lost sodium and chloride ions through their diet.
  • All animals require some salt to survive. Humans consume foods that naturally contain salt (e.g., meat and seafood) or add salt as a seasoning. However, some terrestrial animals have diets deficient in salt. These animals must seek supplemental salt sources. Farm animals such as horses and cattle require access to salt blocks Wild mammals and birds are known to aggregate at natural mineral deposits known as 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 where they can ingest the essential sodium and chloride minerals they need to servive.
  • Salt is a good preservative that retards the growth of micro-organisms to make food storage possible for a long period of timie before refrigeration.

” I SOME TIMES THINK THERE IS A NOTHING SO DELIGHTFUL AS DRAWING”

Drawing is a simplistic art whose concern is with making marks. Furthermore, drawing is a way of communicating or expressing a particular feeling of an artist. Let us focus on this unique form of art of drawing.

  • Drawing by itself is an art that gives peace and pleasure. Furthermore, learning the art of drawing can lead to efficiency in other mediums.  Also, having an accurate drawing is the basis of a realistic painting.
  • Drawing has the power to make people more expressive. It is well known that the expression of some people can’t always take place by the use of words and actions only. Therefore, drawing can serve as an important form of 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for people.
  • Drawing enhances the motor skills of people. In fact, when children get used to drawing, their motor skills can improve from a young age. Moreover, drawing improves the hand and eye coordination of people along with fine-tuning of the finger muscles.
  • It is possible to gain insight into the thoughts and feelings of people through their drawings. Moreover, this can happen by examining the colour pattern, design, style, and theme of the drawing. One good advantage of being able to express through drawing is the boosting of one’s Emotional Intelligence.
  • Drawing is a great way for people to let their imaginations run wild. This is because when people draw, they tend to access their imagination from the depths of their mind and put it on paper. With continuous drawing, people’s imagination would become more active as they create things on paper that they find in their surroundings.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋

One of the best ways to improve drawing skills is to draw something every day. Furthermore, one must not feel pressure to make this drawing a masterpiece. The main idea here is to draw whatever comes to mind.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆

Drawing plays a big role in our cognitive development. Furthermore, it facilitates people in improving hand-eye coordination, analytic skills, creative thinking, and conceptualising ideas. As such, drawing must be used as a tool for learning in schools.

𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆

Memory drawing is the regular practice of training your visual memory to retain what you see. That training involves doing numerous drawing exercises during short but consistent periods of time. The practice will help you make the most of every glance you take at your subject.

But remember, memory drawing is not a replacement for drawing directly from life. It should be done in addition to it.

Misunderstanding are so powerful that they can break the most beautiful relationship just in a second”

Human beings have the basic need to be understood. Some of our closest relations are forged on the basis of mutual understanding, trust and respect. In our life sojourn, we tend to gravitate towards people with whom we feel understood and share a mental wave-length. Being emotionally in sync with another human being helps us thrive and keeps us happy.

So, it came as no surprise to me when found myself falling rapidly in love with ‘he’ walked into my life. Here was a person who didn’t need to be told/expressed what my heart’s deepest desires were. He was so invested that it came

The record straight our love was star-crossed right from the outset. Ours was an inter-community thing, which in the remotest by-lanes of a small town held a lot of significance. His parents who were dead opposed right from the start, made it amply clear that they would have nothing todo with us in case we went ahead. However, the man was steadfast in his decision and we set up to our own abode based on the love we had for each other, as the only as set.

Social conflicts often involve some misunderstanding. Parties in conflict communicate by what they say (or do not say) and how they behave toward each other. Even normal interaction may involve faulty communication, but conflict seems to worsen the problem. When two people are in conflict, they often make negative assumptions about “the other.” Consequently, a statement that might have seemed innocuous when two parties were friends might seem hostile or threatening when the same parties are in conflict.

SOURCES OF MISUNDERSTANDING :

All communication has two parts:

a sender and a receiver

The sender has a message he or she intends to transmit, and s/he puts it in words, which, to her/him, best reflect what s/he is thinking. But many things can intervene to prevent the intended message from being received accurately.

If the communication is verbal, tone of voice can influence interpretation. The boss’s words, “Hey, I noticed you were taking an especially long break this morning,” could be interpreted as an attack if she or he said that in a disapproving tone, while the comment might be seen as a minor reminder about office rules if it was said in a friendly way. If the employee has a health problem that sometimes requires long breaks, the comment might have even been a friendly inquiry about what was happening and whether the employee needed any help. Here, tone of voice as well as situational and relationship factors would influence the interpretation of the message.

Annie Besant(1 October 1847 – 20 September 1933) was a British socialist, theosophist, women’s rights activist, writer, orator, educationist, and philanthropist. Regarded as a champion of human freedom, she was an ardent supporter of both Irish and Indian self-rule.She was a prolific author with over three hundred books and pamphlets to her credit. As an educationist, her contributions included being one of the founders of the BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY.

She also became involved in politics in India, joining the Indian National Congress. When World War I broke out in 1914, she helped launch the Home Rule League to campaign for democracy in India, and dominion status within the British Empire. This led to her election as president of the Indian National Congress, in late 1917. In the late 1920s, Besant travelled to the United States with her protégé and adopted son Jiddu Krishnamurti, who she claimed was the new Messiah and incarnation of Buddha. Krishnamurti rejected these claims in 1929.After the war, she continued to campaign for Indian independence and for the causes of theosophy, until her death in 1933.

HOME RULE MOVEMENT :

As early as 1902 Besant had written that “India is not ruled for the prospering of the people, but rather for the profit of her conquerors, and her sons are being treated as a conquered race.”. She encouraged Indian national consciousness, attacked caste and child marriage, and worked effectively for Indian education.Along with her theosophical activities, Besant continued to actively participate in political matters. She had joined the Indian National Congress. As the name suggested, this was originally a debating body, which met each year to consider resolutions on political issues. Mostly it demanded more of a say for middle-class Indians in British Indian government. It had not yet developed into a permanent mass movement with local organisation. About this time her co-worker Leadbeater moved to Sydney.

In 1914 World War I broke out, and Britain asked for the support of its Empire in the fight against Germany. Echoing an Irish nationalist slogan, Besant declared, “England’s need is India’s opportunity”. As editor of the New India newspaper, she attacked the colonial government of India and called for clear and decisive moves towards self-rule. As with Ireland, the government refused to discuss any changes while the war lasted.

EARLY LIFE :

Annie Wood was born in 1847 in London into an upper-middle-class family. She was the daughter of William Burton Persse Wood (1816–1852) and Emily Roche Morris (died 1874). The Woods originated from Devon and her great-uncle was the Whig politician Sir Matthew Wood, 1st Baronet from whom derives the Page Wood baronets. Her father was an Englishman who lived in Dublin and attained a medical degree, having attended Trinity College Dublin. Her mother was an Irish Catholic, from a family of more modest means. Besant would go on to make much of her Irish ancestry and supported the cause of Irish self-rule throughout her adult life. Her cousin Kitty O’Shea (born Katharine Wood) was noted for having an affair with Charles Stewart Parnell, leading to his downfall. Her father died when she was five years old, leaving the family almost penniless. Her mother supported the family by running a boarding house for boys at Harrow School. However, she was unable to support Annie and persuaded her friend Ellen Marryat to care for her. Marryat made sure that she had a good education. Annie was given a strong sense of duty to society and an equally strong sense of what independent women could achieve. As a young woman, she was also able to travel widely in Europe. There she acquired a taste for Roman Catholic colour and ceremony that never left her.

Reformer and secularist :

She fought for the causes she thought were right, starting with freedom of thought, women’s rights, secularismbirth controlFabian socialism and workers’ rights. She was a leading member of the National Secular Society alongside Charles Bradlaugh and the South Place Ethical Society.

Later years and death :

Besant tried as a person, theosophist, and president of the Theosophical Society, to accommodate Krishnamurti’s views into her life, without success; she vowed to personally follow him in his new direction although she apparently had trouble understanding both his motives and his new message. The two remained friends until the end of her life.

In 1931 she became ill in India.

Besant died on 20 September 1933, at age 85, in Adyar, Madras Presidency, British India. Her body was cremated.

She was survived by her daughter, Mabel. After her death, colleagues Jiddu KrishnamurtiAldous Huxley, Guido Ferrando, and Rosalind Rajagopal, built the Happy Valley School in California, now renamed the Besant Hill School of Happy Valley in her honour

“ENGINEERS LIKE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS. THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS HANDILY AVALIABLE. THEY WILL CREATE THEIR OWN PROBLEMS”

G. D. Naidu (Gopalaswamy Doraiswamy Naidu) (23 March 1893 – 4 January 1974) was an Indian inventor and engineer who is referred to as the “EDISON OF INDIA” and “THE WEATHER CREATOR OF COIMBATORE” He is credited with the manufacture of the first electric motor in India. His contributions were primarily industrial but also spanned the fields of electrical, mechanical, agricultural (hybrid cultivation) and automobile engineering. Naidu developed an independently internal combustion four stroke engine. He had only primary education but excelled as a versatile genius.

PERSONAL LIFE :

G.D. Naidu was born at Kalangal, COIMBATORE on 23 March 1893 in Tamil Nadu, India. He was the son of a farmer. His childhood years were spent getting in trouble at school. He disliked attending classes. His son name is KaliyaSwamy he created the company. His wife name is pushpa Naidu.

EARLY LIFE :

Naidu obtained work as a 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫 in a hotel in Coimbatore with the intention of saving money to buy a motorcycle. After getting the vehicle he spent time dismantling and re-assembling it, and later became a mechanic. He began his transport business in 1920, with the purchase of an automobile coach. He drove it between 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 and 𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢 In a few years, his Universal Motor Service (UMS) owned the most efficient fleet of public transport vehicles in the country. In 1937, the first motor to be produced in India was brought out from G. D. Naidu’s factory – NEW (National Electric Works) at Peelamedu, Coimbatore.

𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 :

G.D. Naidu developed India’s first indigenous motor in 1937 along with D. Balasundaram Naidu. The motor’s success resulted in the founding of textool by Balasundaram and, later, lakshmi machine works (LMW).Naidu’s ‘Rasant’ razor incorporated a small motor operated by dry cells, called HELIBRONN.

G.D. Naidu, Rathnasabapathy Mudaliar and India’s first finance minister R.K. SHANMUKHAM CHETTY conducted survey, for bringing Siruvani water to the Coimbatore city.Through Naidu’s efforts and donations India’s first polytechnic college, the Arthur Hope Polytechnic and the Arthur Hope College of Engineering were set up. Later the college moved to its present location and is now known as Government college of techonology. The college was named after the then Madras governor Aurthur hope In 1945, GD Naidu was the principal of the college. Naidu was not satisfied with the four-year programs and said that it was a waste of time for students. He suggested that two years was more than enough to teach the same courses, even with different concentrations. However, the British government did not accept his idea and Naidu resigned from his post. The name Hope College for the original site of the college remains in Coimbatore even.

Naidu died on 4 January 1974. Sir C V Raman said of Naidu: “A great educator, an entrepreneur in many fields of engineering and industry, a warm-hearted man filled with love for his fellows and a desire to help them in their troubles, Mr Naidu is truly a man in a million – perhaps this is an understatement!” He is survived by his son G.D. Gopal and grandchildren G.D. Rajkumar and Shantini. A permanent Industrial Exhibition in his memory is in Coimbatore. He provided employment in the engineering and manufacturing sectors to many individuals in the 1950s and 1960s.

“There are only one thing more precious than our time and that are who we spend it on”

Time is very precious and we should not waste it in any way. Likewise, we can earn the money we spent but we cannot get back the time we have lost. So, this makes the time more valuable than money. Hence, we should utilize the time in the most possible way.

Importance of Time:

𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 refers to the indefinite continued progress of existence and events. Furthermore, these events occur from the past, through the present, and to the future. This explanation of time tells us one important truth. This truth is that time is a limited and precious resource. Each second, minute or hour that passes is lost forever. Most noteworthy, this second, minute, or hour will never ever return to our lives. This clearly shows the extreme importance of the 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘.

First of all, everyone must understand that Time waits for no one. This is an age-old belief that still holds true. No one can stop the clock or slow it down. Most noteworthy, Time will keep going whether one likes it or not. Because Time doesn’t wait for everyone, it becomes a precious commodity. Hence, everyone must make sure to make the most of the Time. People must certainly stop wasting time and procastination. This is because “Time is not unlimited“.

Secondly, Time cannot be reversed. This means we must spend each moment wisely. One cannot go back to a moment of wrongdoing to correct a mistake. What is gone is gone. Above all, nobody can turn back the clock to gain more Time. Therefore, individuals must make every moment count. This is because that moment is never going to repeat itself.

IMPORTANCE POINTS OF TIMES:

  • People certainly have many distractions these days that threaten Time. Above all, some of these distractions are the internet, social media, smartphones, and video games.
  • Everyone must certainly follow the most Time effective way to do a task. Above all, it is the way that will yield the greatest benefit per moment spent.
  • Time is second most important thing after life, make sure to utilize your time wisely in good activities.
  • Time is a measurement of our life, time is very important in our life, it depends on you, how you use your time, if you use time in learning and implementing on good things it will help to you to live with ease.
  • Value of time this word is very significant for us especially students. Working time is very valuable for everyone.
  • Time is the most valuable in our worldly life. The secret of success in life is the proper use of time.
  • Life is nothing but a collection of moments. It is shot and uncertain but art is long. So, every moment of our life is very precious. It is known to all that time waits for none.
  • Everyone has to realize the value of time and spend it unwisely. Such people waste their time and keep unnecessary thinking can backward to them and lost their future. Everyone has to do focus on their important task every day.

“GOD IS REALLY GREAT BECAUSE HE CREATE HUMAN BEING” because of you all only, when every i am sad god send people to give hope to me.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗦𝗔𝗣𝗣 is a free mobile messaging application, massively used for international messaging and voice calls.

WhatsApp was founded in 2009 by WhatsApp, Inc. The company name puns on the popular colloquial greeting What’s up? and app, short for application.

The app, one of the first of its kind to provide messaging over WiFi, allows people to `communicate´ on their smartphones across the world, making it a popular choice for people who live and travel abroad. It also works across major mobile device platforms, such as Android, iOS, and BlackBerry. As of 2018, notable WhatsApp features include voice calling, group chats, end-to-end encryption, and status updates similar to Snapchat and Instagram Stories. The app functions by using cellular data or WiFi and the user’s existing phone number.

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗦𝗔𝗣𝗣:

Because it works over WiFi and across different devices, WhatsApp, as an app and term, is popular among immigrants, families with relatives in different countries, travelers, and businesspersons. It is particularly popular in Latin America, India, and Europe, and in many cases is preferred over traditional SMS, or text, messaging. As a testament to its popularity, WhatsApp is the most popular messaging application in over 100 countries.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐏𝐏 is also widely used for its group messaging feature. With groups being able to have up to 256 participants, it has became a versatile feature used to communicate with classmates, relatives, and coworkers. The groups feature is also used for niche groups, including group chats for mothering or conversational groups interested in improving language skills, for example : Many entrepreneurs are increasingly conducting business over “WhatsApp“, advertising products and services on social media and providing their WhatsApp contact number.

WhatsApp uses the internet to send messages, the cost of using WhatsApp is significantly less than texting. You can also use Whatsapp on your desktop, simply go to the Whatsapp website and download it to Mac or Windows. It is popular with teenagers because of features like group chatting, voice messages and location sharing.

𝔽𝔼𝔸𝕋𝕌ℝ𝔼𝕊 𝕆𝔽 𝕎ℍ𝔸𝕋𝕊𝔸ℙℙ:

Users of 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚙𝚙 can share their location in real time over messages. They can also organise lists of contacts so that they can “quickly send messages” to lots of people in group chats through WhatsApp. Probably the best feature of WhatsApp is that it allows users to keep in touch with people living abroad, without incurring the international charges associated with text messages. Whatsapp now lets its users share their location in real time. This feature allows you to share your exact location with a friend or loved one. This may be useful when you are meeting friends in a crowded area, or you want to let someone know you have arrived at your destination safely. It is important to know that you are allowing your movements to be tracked by another person. Only use this feature with people you know and trust. Parents should talk to their child about location sharing and advise them against it.

𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗦 :

The word status actually means weather you are available or busy or offline.

Since we don’t have green light like Facebook to find weather the user us online or not in whatsapp, whatsapp came with a idea if statuses like if person is online he can update as Available,if he is busy he might update busy or if he changes the number hw might update as ‘call me’
But as days passed people changes the meaning of status entirely like putting some proverbs, attitude quotes, wishing someone for anniversary or birthday and still the list goes on.Status is nothing but it helps you showing others in what situation you are in like online or available or busy or driving etc but these days we see status which is of no use.

Likewise people change their status as “In a meeting””At the gym””Urgent calls only” so on depending on which you could decide to text them or not. Apart from this, people now a days started writing their own feelings as a status letting others know what they feel/think about life/others. So its all depends on what the person needs his whatsapp friends to know/understand. 𝐈 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐒𝐀𝐏𝐏 because I can able to see another world in that. Happy to use that … We can easily connected to people in older days without what how they people there i dono but now a days whatsapp is everywhere … We can easily collect any contact in whatsapp .. such a beautiful app for all…

“THE WORLD IS A GREAT MIRROR. IT REFLECT BACK TO YOU WHAT YOU ARE”

Well you see there was this magical substance during the time of the ancients known as “𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑”, it coalesced in small or large pools, some greater than the size of hundreds of men, and into these mythical pools brave men would sometimes look in observation, only to be shocked as a perfect reproduction, spoiled only slightly by the waves of the pools magic looked back at them. Another option would be to use a melting sheet of ice or finely polished stones or crystals. Not until metals were smelted and polished could people see a clear and bright reflection. However, if the lighting conditions are just right, primitive people could have seen their reflection in each other’s or an animal’s eyes.

PURPOSE :

The purpose of this study is to consider the ancient history and early development of mirrors, because mirrors played a key role in refraction and magnification for an extended period of time before the invention of spectacles, including broad use in Roman times.

𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗜𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗥

everyday life, many people tend to avoid looking at themselves for more than a quick glance. They don’t want to activate their own critical thoughts about their appearance. We are socialized to compare our physical image with ideals and standards. That’s how we typically use 𝗠𝗜𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗥 But, whether we realize it or not, ‘mirrors and reflective’ surfaces also play an important role in our psychological and emotional functioning.

We use the mirror as we do face-to-face communication, to get feedback on who we are and what we are experiencing in the moment. A quick glance in the mirror reaffirms our sense of self. Mirrors help us regulate our emotions and sync up with ourselves and others. Mirrors simulate face-to-face contact with others. When we are in face-to-face interactions, we get feedback on what they are experiencing internally from others’ reactions to us. In fact, research finds that face-to-face contact is essential for developing 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 and throughout life.

People with 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 often have an inability to recognize their own emotions. It’s reasoned that because they spend less time in social interactions, they miss the face-to-face feedback that would help them be more aware and better regulate their emotions.studies using mirrors and video technology to help people recognize their own emotions and teach them 🅢︎🅔︎🅛︎🅕︎ 🅜︎🅘︎🅡︎🅡︎🅞︎🅡︎🅘︎🅝︎🅖︎ to soothe themselves when they’re feeling 𝑺𝑬𝑳𝑭 𝑨𝑵𝑿𝑰𝑬𝑻𝒀 and others aren’t around to offer reflection and support.

Experiments that use mirrors to create visual anomalies show that our brains crave consistency between vision and proprioception.

Mirrors are essential to every home. They help us in our daily mundane lives, though we rarely ever really appreciate their usefulness. From the moment we get up at night to the time we ready ourselves for sleep, we almost always seek for a mirror to take a look at ourselves. Mirrors reflect to us how we look, how clothes fit us, and how things fit. People always love to know how things look on and with them. It gives us the chance to appreciate and be thankful. There is something to be said about how, after a day of straining our eyes, looking at everything else in the world, we know that we could always also look at ourselves with the help of a handy mirror. Everywhere you go, there are almost always mirrors present. There are clear mirrors that reflect perfectly the image of the thing or the person in front of them, and then there are also tinted mirrors that serve as either classy decors, or as a barrier for a bit of privacy. Mirrors are part of our daily lives without us even consciously recognizing them.

LONELINESS ADDS BEAUTY OF LIFE. IT PUTS A SPECIAL BURN ON SUNSETS & MAKES NIGHT AIR SMELL BETTER”

𝗔𝗜𝗥 is the constant pressure that we feel around us but can never see. The observable effects of air can be seen throughout nature, through the swaying of the plants and the trees. The air when flows with speed and pressure is called as a 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲. Even though we cannot see air with our naked eyes, we can still feel it being around us at all times, we also known for certain that without air, life itself would not exist.

In earlier times, the 𝗮𝗶𝗿 was thought to be one single substance but now it is known that 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 . A mixture of 2 vital gases mainly “Nitrogen and Oxygen” in a certain percentage is what allows us to live in such a sustainable condition on planet earth. We all need 𝗢𝗫𝗬𝗚𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 The animals that live both on land and even the aquatic animals need oxygen to exist otherwise they would all perish. Air is the fundamental building block, apart from which life itself would not exist. Bubbles in water only occur due to the small concentration of air, that gets trapped in the small bubbles.

  • 𝗔𝗜𝗥 s one of the primary necessities for supporting life on earth. Air, water and soil are the primary needs for sustaining life. Try holding your breath for a few seconds. You can do that for a maximum of twenty- twenty five seconds or maximum of thirty seconds.

Beyond that it is impossible for a human to hold his 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇. Then suddenly a pain of breathlessness grasps over the entire body. Our body chokes. It leaps out to grab air. We behave just like a fish out of water. This will be the condition if there is no air on earth. We can survive for a few second maximum. Not only breathing. Air helps us to hear sounds. Without air sound cannot travel. It needs a medium to travel. Without air the earth would be a soundless place. Air is made up of many components. It contains different gases, solid particles and also water vapour. The mixture of different gases comes to different use. Dirt and suspended particulate matter form the solid part and water vapour form the liquid part.

𝐀𝐈𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 may be caused by various processes, either natural or anthropogenic (man-made). Some of them leave evident traces in the air; others can go unnoticed unless specific tests are conducted or until you become ill from their effect.

Air pollution is the presence of substances in the 𝗔𝘁𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 that are harmful to the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 o 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 and other 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, or cause damage to the 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 or to materials. There are many different types of air pollutants, such as gases (such a 𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 ,𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗳𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗱𝗲 ,𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 ,𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀,𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲 , 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗱𝗲 & 𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻, particulates (both organic and inorganic), and  𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀. ‘Air pollution’ may cause diseases, allergies and even death to humans; it may also cause harm to other living organisms such as animals and food crops, and may damage the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 environment (for example,𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, 𝗼𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 or𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) or 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (for ex: acid rain)Both human activity and natural processes can generate air pollution.

“𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦” is the diary that we all carry about with us.” We always have our memory in our pockets and it would leave a smile on our face every time.

𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 because they ‘allow us to grow and learn to be a better person’. Our recollections can teach us very important life lessons, demonstrate skills and abilities and can make us feel happy and entertained. There are so much more things that our 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 can do and how beneficial it is in our lives. 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 because it 🅥︎🅔︎🅡︎🅨︎ 🅘︎🅜︎🅟︎🅞︎🅡︎🅣︎🅐︎🅝︎🅣︎ 🅛︎🅘︎🅕︎🅔︎ 🅛︎🅔︎🅢︎🅢︎🅞︎🅝︎ that we can use and apply in the future. Time would pass by, responsibilities would build up, that is 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. From what we have learned, we can be able to apply it further in life.

Our memories are what we are, what makes us make the decisions we make, act as we act and love as we love. We would be nothing without our memories but, is it possible to remember everything…….. The answer is no, but we can take measures so that when it comes the time to look back, we have as many memories as we can.

The first thing to keep in mind is that the most important part of a memory is the emotion or emotions it brings. Surely it has happened to you that a certain smell evokes a specific moment of the past. A day with your parents in the flower market returns to your memory when you notice the smell of fresh flowers, or when a perfume reminds you of a person very close to you in the past.

All memories carry with them one or more associated emotions. Those who come with more powerful emotions, fear, disgust, anger, sadness, nostalgia, happiness, etc., are the ones that last the most in our memory.

𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 everything is impossible, since our memory does not work like an infinite video camera. If so, it would be very difficult for us to make decisions quickly, and we would live with an emotional “backpack” too complex to be operative. We remember many things, and most of them will come back to memory when facing a concrete situation.

Holding on to memories are important because it gives us a nostalgic feeling, it reminds us of the good times spent with our dear and near ones , lovely memories of our school, college days , the lovely times spent with our love, and we would never like to erase them from our minds because it gives us a feeling of being loved, cared for and being valued.

Memories are feelings that never change even though people change! we would always love to relive those moments , as it’s a basic human need to remember the good things that had occurred in our lives.
