Self-appreciation is an underrated thing about life. It is the best practice that one can include on daily bases and the best part about self-appreciation is that it comprises of all other positive elements like self-care, motivation, it gives hope and a lot more.
These days stress and mental pressure is very common, it starts from teenage and turns out to be lifelong.
