Say No To Crackers

By: Astha Raghav

DIWALI and one can hear the sounds of firecrackers exploding from all directions. People of all age groups are fascinated with firecrackers, which form a prominent part of the Diwali celebrations. Firecrackers are known to cause air pollution as well as noise pollution and are extremely harmful for senior citizens and small children.   Pets such as dogs and cats also suffer on account of firecrackers as animals have a more sensitive sense of hearing than humans.

Firecrackers can cause hearing loss, high blood pressure, sleeping disturbances and sudden exposure to loud noise can cause temporary or permanent deafness or even result in heart attack.

Diwali is the biggest festival of India and its sanctity should not be blown away in smoke. This festival of goodwill can be celebrated in a number of ways other than bursting firecrackers.

Let each one of us take a pledge THIS DIWALI to “SAY NO TO CRACKERS” and invest in a safer and greener future. Diwali is the festival of lights and we must enlighten our lives with the sparkle of joy and goodwill, forget past grievances and look ahead towards a brighter and happier future.

Over the years several Bollywood celebrities have vowed against bursting crackers during Diwali and some have made good use of social media to raise awareness regarding the ills they cause not just to the environment but also humans and animals. In 2017, actress Alia Bhatt started the #PoochOverPataka campaign as she couldn’t bear to see her pet suffer due to the noise pollution. Anushka Sharma followed it with #PAWsitive. Each year, several artists speak of their concerns over health, pollution and the amount of waste bursting crackers causes.

“I remember as a boy I used to love firecrackers and I’m not going to be ashamed of that. But now I believe the time of crackers is over,” actor Boman Irani told MAIL TODAY. “One should understand that. Environmentally, for older people, for dogs, for your own lungs, for all the money that could have been put to better use Even the noise I can’t stand anymore. I find it tough to find a positive, except for the sparkling colours they give.”

Actress Isha Koppikar agreed and said celebrating a “green” Diwali is an excellent idea. “Instead donate your old stuff to the needy people, avoid plastic for gifts packaging, make rangoli with flowers, flour or rice products, gift herbal products or a plant. Buy earthen lamps or diyas and avoid using decorative electric lights. This Diwali let the Earth breathe,” she said.

But as they say charity begins at home and The Family Man actor Sunny Hinduja makes sure he doesn’t burst crackers and encourages his nephew and niece not to do it either.

“I was in Indore one Diwali with my brother and bhabhi, and I came home from the hostel to celebrate with them. I remember we were trying to burst what was known as the Laxmi Bomb’ but it wouldn’t light and we were scared because we had heard horror stories of it suddenly bursting when you went near it. So we waited for a long time and when I did go to check, it literally burst in my face,” recalled Hinduja. “If you don’t burst crackers on Diwali, it doesn’t mean you are breaking tradition. Traditions are made by us and it’s time we evolve, considering pollution, cutting down trees global warming, so much is happening. So even if it’s not such a big contribution from our side, we shouldn’t burst crackers and tell others not to do it either. That’s our responsibility as good citizens.”

Unrest among students

 By: Astha Raghav

Student unrest is one of the problems of the day. The problem, however, cannot be analyzed properly unless we view it in the larger context of general unrest and discontentment in the country. As the things are, there is growing dissatisfaction everywhere. Prices are soaring and the burden of taxation is growing heavier. Corruption is rampant everywhere. Academic institutions are no exception to it these have polluted the student’s minds and created unrest in their hearts. Growing frustration is the root cause of student’s unrest. An average student has nothing but frustration in store for him, especially in the matter of employment. He joins one or the other course of study without any definite aim of his life, so he is frustrated.

Political exploitation is another cause of student unrest. The vested interests in all political parties try to use the force of students for their personal ends. They patronize the student leaders in times of their union elections and ultimately use the academic atmosphere. They often instigate the students to indulge in anti-social and subversive activities.

The teacher-taught relationship has undergone tremendous change in recent years. Materialism has stuck deep roots in our thoughts and our teachers are more concerned about their own prospects than about those of their students. As a result, the student feels let down and confused, unable to find anyone to give him proper guidance. Maladministration of academic institutions is also responsible for indiscipline among students. The uncertainty of the future caused by unemployment instigates the students to indulge in anti-social and subversive activities.

We cannot neglect the effects of mass media on students. With the fast-developing means of communication the world is coming closer day by day and the developments in one corner of the globe do not fail to affect others. If a student-led revolution takes place in some countries, their actions will naturally influence their counterparts in India. Students have been at the forefront in bringing about political upheavals in different parts of the world, no wonder; the Indian students feel they can do something similar here too. Student unrest is a social problem. It is to be tackled by responsible leaders and public-spirited men of society. The important remedy to the problem is that efforts should be made to increase opportunities for employment and education should be, as such, geared towards more of the professional career than mere academic pursuits. The academic environment should be improved and closer parent-teacher contact assure. The energies of the students should de-channelized towards a purposeful life. It should be a combined effort of educationists, parents, and leaders.

The importance of public transport

By: Astha Raghav

Public transportation contributes to a healthier environment by improving air quality and reducing oil consumption, and through better land-use policies. It also helps to expand business development and work opportunities. And, it is critical for emergency situations requiring safe and efficient evacuation. In terms of energy consumption, public transportation is better than individualtransport in a personal vehicle. In England, bus and rail are popular methods of public transportation, especially in London.

Public transportation is reducing energy consumption and harmful carbon dioxide (CO2) greenhouse gas emissions that damage the environment. Traveling by public transportation uses less energy and produces less pollution than comparable travel in private vehicles.

The increase in the number of cars and bikes has added to various pollution problems. The smoke emitted from vehicles has made the cities living gas chambers. The new policies of economic liberalisation has opened doors for the multinationals and the cars of various companies have become status symbols of the upper middle class. The amount of harmful gases in the air is alarmingly on the rise. They affect our eyes and lungs, giving rise to all kinds of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.

We, as the responsible citizens of India, must take steps to reduce these man-made problems and start using public transport as much as possible. The introduction of Metro Rail is a boon to the commuters as it saves time and money. These days, public transport have been made safe and secure. They are comfortable, clean and a cheaper alterative to personal vehicles for all office goers. Even the services of the Government road transport is good with GPS and A.C. installed for the convenience of the passengers.

Using public transport would definitely save fuel, reduce harmful gas emissions, further reducing one’s carbon footprint and eventually the causes and effects of global warming.

Digital India

By: Astha Raghav

Digital India is a campaign launched by the Government of India in order to ensure the Government’s services are made available to citizens electronically by improved online infrastructure and by increasing Internet connectivity or making the country digitally empowered in the field of technology. The initiative includes plans to connect rural areas with high speed internet networks. It consists of three core components: the development of secure and stable digital infrastructure, delivering government services digitally, and universal digital literacy.

Launched on 1 July 2015, by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it is both enabler and beneficiary of other key Government of India schemes, such as BharatNet, Make in India , Startup India and Standup India, Industrial corridors, Bharatmala, Sagarmala.

As of 31 December 2018, India had a population of 130 crore people (1.3 billion), 123 crore (1.23 billion) Aadhaar digital biometric identity cards, 121 crore (1.21 billion) mobile phones, 44.6 crore (446 million) smartphones, 56 crore (560 million) internet users up from 481 million people (35% of the country’s total population) in December 2017, and 51 per cent growth in e- commerce.

I dream of a Digital India, where Knowledge is strength and empowers the people.

Shri Narendra Modi

This was how the prime minister of India envisioned it, which led to the initiation of this movement and we can witness it becoming a reality today.

LIFE WITHOUT MODERN GADGETS

By: Astha Raghav
Technology today has revolutionalized our times in all possible ways. From dawn to dusk there is no time where we work without a gadget in our hand. Be it the global plague of mobile phones or our fingures struck on computers, i-pads,tabs, modern gadgets are such an integral part of our everyday life today that we can’t really imagine a world without them.
Today we are completely dependent on modern gadgets. Our mobile phone is like a personal secretary with accounts of all that we do everyday. The times when we remembered the phone numbers of important contacts have long gone, now that is the job of mobile to save it in its memory. Everywhere around, we can spot young people with headphones in their ear, connected to their i-pads and unaware of their surroundings. Modern gadgets seem to have helped to connect us virtually but in reality they have forced us to  an isolated life. The human connects, especially the amount of time we used to spend with family and friends in past has today reduced to watsApp messages and Facebook updates. Perhaps if we go back to such a time when we have our life without modern gadgets, we will be able to come close to our family and friends. The connect between two persons is a human bond. Messages and emails transfer our words but they can’t send the emotions which lie behind those words.

Thus in today’s time, a life without modern gadgets will be one of human emotions and feelings and not of robotic expressions and methods. We will be able to build relationships and not increase the friends list. It will be a human life with sensitivity and love. Science has made life easy, convenient, comfortable, better and more beautiful. Its achievements, discoveries and inventions are wonderful. Friends and relatives living in different parts of the world seem a lot closer all thanks to modern gadgets, such as web cam, etc. Therefore, it is suffice to say that life without modern gadgets would slow down and become less efficient. Science has made life easy, convenient, comfortable, better and more beautiful.

WOMEN SAFETY IN INDIA

By: Astha Raghav

Women in India, today, are becoming the most vulnerable section as far as their safety and security is concerned.
When we turn the pages of a newspaper, we come across many headlines reporting cases of molestation, harassment, trafficking, ill treatment of women in house, violence against women in remote areas, etc.
Women feel unsafe and insecure and feel that their freedom and liberty are jeopardised.

It is unbearable to imagine the plight of women who are sufferers of such crimes. It is a jolt on the confidence of the women, of society and on our judicial system.
We generally play the blame game for any such incidence and hence have not succeeded to reach the root cause of this issue.  An effective implementation of laws protecting women’s rights is the first step in this direction.  There should be stringent laws and the perpetrators of such crimes should be severely punished. We also need to create social awareness about these issues and ostracise those who commit such crimes and not the victims.

Better surveillance by law enforcing authorities is also required.  The last but the most effective would be to compulsorily teach self defense techniques to girls and women in schools, colleges, offices and residential colonies.

Only when these measures are taken, India can become a carefree and enjoyable place for women.

Contribution of Red Cross Society in the World

 Red Cross Society

The ‘Red Cross’ is one of the organizations that helps with a pure sacrificial mind. We will get to know the features of this system clearly through this article.

Introduction to the Red Cross

In 1859 a great war took place between France and Austria. There were huge losses in the war. Most of them have lost various organs in their body and suffered injuries. It was then that Henry Dunant, a Swiss humanitarian, began to feel sorry for them and began to help them.

There is a lot of work to be done because of that charitable spirit. Over time it became a company. It is also known as the ‘Red Cross’. The name was most commonly coined by some on the day.

Dunant’s memoirs on the war were widely acclaimed for his book, “A Memory of Solferino.” At the Geneva Conference on August 22, 1864, 14 nations co-founded the name and fame.

Other countries around the world have joined the 14-nation system. Thus, in 1929, the Red Cross became the largest charity of 126 nations. Today, the organization is active in more than 250 districts in more than 125 states in India alone.

Charities of the Red Cross

Although the association aims to help everyone without feeling hostile during the war, it has been active during times of epidemics such as leprosy, measles, plague, and disasters such as floods, storms, volcanoes, and earthquakes.

Logo of the Red Cross

The name ‘Red Cross’ itself means ‘Red Cross’. Its symbol is the red cross in a white circle. Hospitals still use the logo today.

The Role of Students in Red Cross

Every school and college has this association. In it, students work together to develop humanity, philanthropy, and tolerance.

Conclusion

The highest goal of human nature is to help others. The Red Cross is doing this neatly. Together we will live as human beings and good minds.

Problem of population

By: Astha Raghav

The problem of population is one of the greatest problems which are being faced by our country. The population of our country is increasing very rapidly. The main reason behind it is the lock of education among the people.  So education should be spread among the masses. If they are education, they will try to raise their standard of living. For this purpose they will adopt family planning.  Thus they will lead a happy life.

Unsustainable population growth and lack of access to reproductive health care also puts pressure on human communities, exacerbating food and water shortages, reducing resilience in the face of climate change, and making it harder for the most vulnerable communities to rise out of intergenerational poverty.

We can reduce our own population and consumption to an ecologically sustainable level in ways that promote human rights; decrease poverty and overcrowding; raise our standard of living; and allow plants, animals and ecosystems to thrive.

Only 1 in about 110 sex acts results in a conception and 1 in 270 in a live birth. Of all conceptions, 40% result in live births, 5% in stillbirths, and 55% never develop. 1/3 of all known conceptions ends in abortion, spontaneous or induced. It appears that the population problem depends on a small fraction of the potential. Misconceptions of the problem are corrected, and it is emphasized that while no social problem facing the U.S. would be easier with a larger population, demographic factors do not cause all of the other problems. Increasing numbers are not as important as the rate of increase (2% annually worldwide). Today’s population problem has been caused by a decreased death rate, not an increased birthrate. There are 2 kinds of countries in the world today: those with a high standard of living and low fertility and those with a low standard of living and high fertility. Most of the uninformed women of the world would not choose to have large numbers of children if they had a choice. Population density is not a problem in itself. Experts disagree, but it is improbable that large numbers of people will die of starvation in the next few decades. Environmental deterioration is more the result of modern economic and technological practices than of demographic factors. Efforts at fertility control are not aimed at minorities in this country and elsewhere. The poor are discriminated against in access to family planning services and abortion. Moslems of developing countries have higher fertility rates than Roman Catholics in developed countries. There would be many social costs if the U.S. were to achieve zero population growth in the near future. The population problem has implications for the future quality of life.

Thank you!

Advancement of Women in India

Advancement of Women

Introduction

In India, where women are considered as mothers, women are being enslaved and abused. It is a pity that women seek to destroy women.

The Status of the Woman

In ancient times women were proud. That is why all the rivers of the motherland were called by the name of the woman. From the fact that many female poets lived during the Sangam period and from the heroic life of Lakshmibai, the Rani of Jhansi and Rani Mangammal, we can know that women excelled in all fields.

But over time, that is likely to change. The oppression of women began to grow. Women began to be enslaved.

The custom of having his wife jump into the fire with him if the husband dies came from the name of conspiracy. Reformers like Rajaram Mohan Roy slammed it and removed it.

Women today have the same responsibilities as men in a family. Many families depend on women. But even today, in the name of dowry, women are given and gold is given. It is painful to note that many of these women are abused by the groom’s house. If the wife dies, the widow is denied marriage while the groom remarries.

Femininity in Society

To this day, women are given second place in society. Gandhiji said he would accept that peace prevails in the country if a young woman walks the streets alone in the midnight. But in the daytime, the news about men abusing women is the same.

Female infanticide still exists in many families today. The family does not provide adequate education for women. Similarly, it is painful to portray women as mere objects in movies and advertisements.

Women today are proving that we can achieve in any field. However, violence against women continues today. No one can deny this. But the comforting news is that many women’s organizations are emerging and listening to these atrocities.

Government Programs

It is to be welcomed that the government has come up with several legal schemes and shown interest in the advancement of women. The State Government and the Central Government have enacted laws such as the Dowry Prohibition Act, the Maternity Allowance Act, the Industrial Rules, the Sharda Act and the Equal Pay Act and are making arrangements for data on reservations for women.

The government and the general public must protect women’s rights by providing them with education and equal rights. We must remember that men and women are equal.

Conclusion

We will realize Bharati’s dream that this world will flourish only because men and women are equal. Understand the fact that the two wheels of the cart of society are male and female and everyone should participate in the advancement of women.

COACHING INSTITUTES EXPLOIT STUDENTS

 By: Astha Raghav

Coaching institutes have mushroomed in every nook and corner of all major cities over the past few years. These so called “temples of learning” are exploiting the young minds just for their financial grains. The misleading advertisements given by these Institutes act as  Magnets to attract the innocent, inexperienced students, who are seeking for sincere counseling and proper direction.

Coaching institutes have only one purpose while teaching their students: to get them to IITs, NITs or AIIMS, GMC, etc. Such beliefs and ideologies being inculcated in students at such a young age seriously compromise their prospects of being an effective member of the society in the future. We all are aware of how fancy coaching for engineering and medical courses are running all over the country. But I am not concerned about those foundation courses, rather for a seven-year-old child carrying 7kg heavy bag on his back and going to a coaching class.

Coaching has became an inevitable part of student life; be it second standard or 12th standard students. Earlier it was for those who found a school is not enough for clearing their doubts in studies. But now it’s religiously important to join a coaching institute.

Students pay thousands of rupees in school just to get the tag of a prestigious school and get the attendence marked. But what is the point of spending so much money that could not even clear the basics of the majority of the class?

Coaching is not only making parents’ money wash away like waves but also ruining the creative and thoughtful minds of a child. Nowadays, PM Modi is stressing very much over developing one’s skills. Perhaps that coaching for child below ninth standard is itself ruining the skillful mind of a child. They get everything cooked and served, every note and all answers. “The search of an answer is the essence of education”, which children are losing day by day.

<

p style=”border: 0px;color: #5c5c5c;line-height: 28px;margin: 0px;padding: 10px 0px;vertical-align: baseline”>The other dimension of the increasing dependency on coaching is the lack of attention of parents towards their child. Nowadays both the parents are earners of the house, which causes them to give less time to their child or you can say no time at all.
The need of the hour is to let the child search their answers on their own; let them be good learners on their own and let them be creative souls rather than making them robots whose whole day is spending in attending coaching and schools.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

By: Astha Raghav

Women Empowerment itself elaborate that Social Rights, Economics stability, judicial strength and all other rights should be also equal to women. There should be no discrimination behaviour men and women. Women should now there fundamental social rights which they get once they born. There should be respect and dignity towards women. Have total independence of their own life and lifestyle inside the home and also outside at their work. They should make their decision, by their own choice. They should have a high social respect in society. Women Empowerment is the most important issue of the Indian society. There is huge demand of empowering women in the society to let them freely live their life, given them equal rights to take part in any activity.
“There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women”.

Out of one hundred crore plus Indians only three bagged coveted medals for the country, and ironically, both were girls. Defying all odds and showing grace and killer instinct P.V Sindhu, Lovlina Borgohain and Mirabai Chanu.

Women in India are emerging in all sectors, including politics, business, medicine, sports and agriculture. History was made when two female scientists from the Indian Space Research Organisation led the country’s second lunar mission Chandrayaan-2 from its inception to completion in 2019. Female leadership for a huge space mission challenged the meta narrative that rocket science is a profession reserved for men. Another milestone was reached when the Supreme Court upended the government’s position on women serving as army commanders in 2020. Women were first inducted into the armed forces in 1992 and have served in a multitude of positions, including fighter pilots, doctors, nurses, engineers, signallers, etc. While the issue of women serving in combat roles continues to be a contentious one worldwide, these are instances where Indian women have overcome the glass ceiling in the armed forces.

India’s story on women empowerment is not complete without focusing on grassroots initiatives adopted by the government and civil society organisations. The federal and state governments have launched new schemes, policies and programmes to empower both urban and rural women. The Narendra Modi government has launched flagship schemes to promote gender equality, including Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (Save the Daughter, Educate the Daughter), Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (a scheme to provide gas connections to women from below the poverty line households) and Mahila-E-Haat.The Bachao Beti Padhao Yojana scheme was launched in January 2015 to address the issue of a gender skewed ratio and generate greater welfare for the girl child. The focus is centred mostly on Northern India, including Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab and Uttarakhand where the gender ratio is wider. The Mahila-E-Haat project, an online marketing campaign, was launched in 2016. It uses technology to support female entrepreneurs, self-help groups and non-government organisations (NGOs). Each scheme has its own unique objective, ranging from welfare of the girl child and community engagement to supporting aspiring female entrepreneurs.

ROLE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

By:Astha Raghav                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  After ‘Tech Savvy’, it is the ‘SOCIAL MEDIA SAVVY’ that has become synonymous with today’s generation. About 2/3rd of Indian spend time online on different social networking sites like Facebook,Twitter,Youtube etc.Interaction, live chats, status updates, image as well as video sharing are few of the aspects that play a role in the popularity of social media. On the other hand, customer’s responses, interaction and brand awareness is why the companies are using social media in India and across the globe. Social Media is not only confines to ypu and me but to politicians as well. Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi even hosted a political conference on Google+ hangouts and this makes him the third politician across the globe to do this after Obama and Australia PM Julia Gillard. Social Media plays the role of a game changer with political leaders faving millions of fans on Twitter and supporters on Facebook as well as Google+.

Role of social media in business and consumer market in India cannot be undermined. Social media and recruitment also gohand in hand. it is becoming an integral part of recruiting firms. So, gone are the days when employment recruiters as well as employees used to rely on employment exchange an classified ads in the newspaper. Most of the organisations have well planned strategies for talent acquisition through social media.

Social media is also playing an important role in IPL by providing up to date and live information. teams are constant touch with their fans through social media. Thus, there is no way to ignore social media for business and entertainment purposes. Social media gives marketers a voice and a way to communicate with peers, customers, and potential consumers. In today’s society, the use of social media has become a necessary daily activity. Social media is typically used for social interaction and access to news and information, and decision making. It is a valuable communication tool with others locally and worldwide, as well as to share, create, and spread information. The role of social media is primarily to connect people. It is a tool designed to connect people from all across the globe. Social media is a tool that is becoming quite popular these days because of its user-friendly features.

SAVE WATER- ARE WE DOING ENOUGH?

By: Astha Raghav

Water is the most significant natural resource which should be used properly.
Wastage of water must be avoided simply by providing training to educated people. Every person should use minimum water for daily needs such as cleaning utensils, general cleanliness, flushing in toilet, watering the garden plants, irritating the fields, in industries etc. Close the open taps water immediately so that the wastage of water can be avoided.
Water -the elixir of life’ , When people have ample facilities, they don’t care but when they are short of it then only they realize how important it is to them. As water scarcity is all around in the metrocities the situation is really alarming. Man’s body is 70%Water. Water is probably the most important resources on the earth. Water is essential for life i.e plant life, animal life as well as human life. It is also needed for many human activities such as cooking and washing.
What would the future be without water? Are we doing enough to save it? Perhaps not. Human callousness towards the misuse of water is taking him to a dungeon of its scarcity.  The acute shortage of water is going to affect adversely on all. People throw garbage in rivers.Water pollution is at the rise. The day is not far away when it will prove right, ‘Water water everywhere, not a drop to drink’.
The need of the hour is to use it judiciously. People should use it moderately. One should underwater for plants. Everyone should stop washing cars with running water. A pledge should be taken to conserve this universal solvent. The motto of ‘Save Water- Save Life’ should be understood. The whole hearted efforts must be put it to save it.  To improve water management practices like rainwater harvesting, recycling etc. The UN has warned that water scarcity will become one of the most pressing problems on the planet in the coming decades, so it is high time we heed this warning and learn and practice to conserve water.
Thank you!

Rain Water Harvesting

It is a scientific fact that living things on earth exist only because of water and air. If rainwater is not stored, the earth will soon face a drought. Only if rainwater is stored will water be available from the ground whenever needed. Let’s see a little bit about rain water harvesting here.

Rainwater Harvesting?

We need drinking water. Drinking water is available only from rain water. But, rainwater is not always available. So man is storing rainwater and injecting it into the ground and using the groundwater for drinking purposes.

Rainwater Harvesting During the Monarchy

The work of all the kings who ruled the earth was to cut the rivers and create ponds and lakes. They created ponds, puddles, and lakes in low-lying areas to prevent water from flowing into the sea during the rainy season, and rivers were connected to each other to protect them from extinction. They raised the quality of groundwater. They always made water available for agriculture.

If Rainwater is Not Stored

U.S. scientists are announcing that “Southern India could become a desert in twenty years” if rainwater were not absorbed from the ground as it is today.” Due to the monsoon in the last few years, Tamil Nadu has experienced a severe drought. Famine and starvation will be rampant without water for agriculture. Crops and livestock are prone to disaster when it does not rain. The trees wither and the onslaught of heat without air is very cruel.

By saving rainwater

1. The quality and quantity of groundwater will increase.

2. The plant, the vine, the trees will sprout.

3. Agriculture will prosper.

4. There will be no flooding or drought.

5. All kinds of businesses will grow.

Modern Rainwater Harvesting System

There is no substitute for the fact that rainwater is very clean, tasty and healthy. But it gets dirty and polluted. So the unpolluted rainwater that falls on the roofs of buildings can be collected in a water tank through a pipe. Modern and simple rainwater harvesting is then done by simply pouring it through peat, sediment, baked bricks and filtering it into open outdoor wells or deep wells. In addition, the best way to collect rainwater is to dig, deepen and clean the lakes and ponds on behalf of the government, rather than trading them for residential areas.

We will all save rainwater by realizing that water is essential for living things to survive in the world. We will enrich life. We will act by realizing that the raindrop of the sky is the drop of life in the soil.
