Why third Sunday of June is celebrated as Father’s Day

The celebration of paternal bond is observed on third Sunday of June and this year it is on 20 June, 2021

The celebration of this lovely, warm paternal bond is quite popular all over the world, though the dates of observance might differ in some countries. However, India follows the American date which is the third Sunday of June. For Catholic European countries like Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Father’s Day is celebrated on March 19 which is St. Joseph’s Day. Australia observes it on the first Sunday of September; Norway, Sweden and Finland follow the second Sunday in November. Russia celebrates on February 23.

The aim of the day to express appreciation and acknowledge the role of the father figure in children’s lives, and society as a whole. UNICEF too, had harped on the critical role the fathers play in early childhood learning.

What is the reason of celebration only in third Sunday of June ?

Father’s Day originated in the United States. It was on 19 June, 1910, the first Father’s Day celebration took place.
Sonora Dodd, the daughter of American Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart had requested the Spokane Ministerial Alliance observe 5 June which was her father’s birthday, to honor fatherhood. Her father had raised six children, as a single parent. Her deep sense of gratitude, love propelled her to make this request.
She was also inspired by Anna Jarvis’ endeavor to bring about Mother’s Day, and proposed the Father’s Day idea.
Finally, the Church agreed upon the third Sunday of June to commemorate. Following which, much later in 1966, President Lyndon B Johnson announced the third Sunday of June as Father’s Day as he signed a presidential proclamation.
Almost 62 years later from 1910, Father’s Day was declared as a national holiday by Richard Nixon who was the then President of the US (1972).
There is also information that states Father’s Day was observed on 5 July, 1908, in West Virginia after a mining accident in Monongah, USA, to honour the fathers who lost their lives in the disaster.
Since then, Father’s Day has been celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy. Father’s Day celebration emphasizes the paternal bond, the role of father figure in children’s lives, families, and society at large.

Are You Sick Of Politics Too? An in-depth view at the Politically Triggered Anxiety and Electoral Stress that’s hitting Indians

With an age old stigma tailing down it’s path, we Indians generally don’t give as much consideration to our mental health for various reasons as compared to those in the West. In any case, there is a possibility that you heft around some stress about the political course of the country.

The world’s largest democracy voted for five assembly elections recently. With 180 million of India’s 1.3 billion people eligible to cast their votes , a larger strata of its overgrowing population heads out to exercise their biggest power in hands to chose from among various political parties jostling for their accession to throne. Some of you may find your anxiety levels all over the place during the election season. Welcome to the world of Politically Triggered Anxiety and Electoral Stress Disorder that’s hitting the Indians hard and fast.

Profoundly polarized worlds of politics will in general raise the feelings of anxiety of those who fall to be most vulnerable and threatened to it. Yet, on a more larger scale, it could likewise affect anyone who’s owns a cell phone in this news on the go age we all live in..

Election Stress Disorder grabbed global media attention during the run-up to the 2016 US Presidential elections . The American Psychological Association revealed in October 2016 that 57% of Americans admitted that the political environment of the nation is “very” or “fairly huge” source of stress in their lives. The high levels of anxiousness was seen linked to a huge partisan campaign between then Democratic Party candidate Hilary Clinton and her rival Republican Party candidate Donald Trump .In April 2016, the survey led by Washington Post-ABC News uncovered that 69% of Americans felt anxious over the apprehension of Donald Trump being elected the President of the United States. Believe it or not, election-related anxiety is real. No matter where you head to-from social networking sites to heated debates on news channels–there is no escaping from highly charged political discussions. This can be particularly torturing if your political philosophy is at crossroads with those close to you. For many individuals, politics isn’t just about who is overseeing the country yet rather a significant piece of their idealogy. Uncertainty is frequently stressful, and some people are better at dealing with uncertainty than others. Experiencing a pit-like nauseous feeling in the gut, every time there’s political discussions and even the slightest exposure to election talk and media coverage, you could be experiencing election-related anxiety. We Indians too already have enough on our plates with our very own Made in India brand of divisive desi politics and polarization bringing in a lot of stress all of which are only heightens as we trudge closer to the elections every now and then.

Here lies another Indian-ish things — we have a tendency to be the first in everything. The first to discover ‘zero to the first to discover the cure for leprosy, and now the ESD. We have known about it for years now but just didn’t claimed it like the West. In 1997, Jaipur-based psychiatrist Dr Shiv Gautam led a team of three doctors who did a study in Rajasthan and published a paper titled ‘Election – A Stressful Life Event’, analysing near about 54 patients who sought counselling after developing mental health troubles following local panchayat elections in Rajasthan back then, concluding that the elections were stressful not only for the candidates and their campaigners but also the State Election Commission. The researchers followed this up with another study in 2009 and the result was very similar.

There has been an increase of stress and anxiety in economically backward sections. Economically crippled strata of India have been targeted in phases — irrespective of their political beliefs. . The constant uneasiness and uncertainty blanketing the life of a common householder develops into stress and subsequently into anxiety, leading to physiological complications.

According to the Lancet Report, India recorded one of the highest suicide rates among youth globally. A research published in the Asian Journal of Psychiatry, 37.7% of university students in India suffered from ‘moderate’ depression, 13.1% suffered from ‘severe’ depression, and 2.4 % were suffering from ‘extremely severe’ depression, citing the uncertainty of employment and the fluctuating job market as the prime causes.

Mental health professionals pose blame of the barrage of stress-inducing social media brought to Indians , over the advent of social media. News is on every screen and there is an urgency to consume and pass it over it immediately; no time to take in the reality of the news and then react to it because everyone wants to be the first political think tank on social media which is evident on the amount of political, communal and religious propaganda in the media. The fact remains that low levels of digital and media literacy among the general population has been marked as the biggest contributor to the widespread fake news and rapid onset mob-violence scenario, as the recent violent protests over Whatsapp forwards have demonstrated.

As a coping strategy to deal with the anxiety caused by politics, Maryland based therapist and a victim to this stress himself, Dr. Steven Stosny , advises those affected by the election and its aftermath, “to reach out, connect, affiliate and show compassion for those similarly affected. Hold other people’s perspectives alongside your own. Weigh evidence, see nuance, plan for the future and replace blame, denial, and avoidance with the appreciation of complexity.” “Stand up for what you believe. Write letters, demonstrate, lobby — remembering that you’ll be most effective (and feel better) when focused on the change you want to see rather than merely reacting to what you don’t like. For optimal psychological health, take the moral high ground and resist the urge to react to a jerk like a jerk,” Stonsy says.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Let me say that too often adolescent girls face intersecting disadvantages because of their age, gender, ethnic background, sexual identity, religion affiliation, income, disability among other compounded factors. We have seen pictures, evoked images of girls in different situations that live with disadvantage, even without crisis. The perception and reality of vulnerability arising out of these multiple intersectionalities really creates that context of discrimination and differentiated impact of crisis.

During conflict or humanitarian situations, natural disasters or climate change, these factors exacerbate and disproportionately and differentially affect young women and girls due to neglect of their human rights and the intersecting forms gender-inequality and discrimination that they endure. So this is how we shine the light on this particular situation of girls in emergencies. As was mentioned, it is often forgotten that women and girls are not only helpless victims, they are sources of power, power to cope, power to prevent, power to reduce risk, power for resilience and transformation and to build back better after crisis. That is the power that we want to invoke and tap into.

We must be outraged about the disadvantages that girls still experience. But here has been some progress. Humanitarian actors and governments are much more aware today about addressing crises and resilience building with a gender lens and with a girls lens. But, we still have miles to go.

Imagine that to date, women and children account for more than 75 per cent of the refugees and displaced persons at risk from war, famine, persecution and natural disasters.
Every 10 minutes, somewhere in the world, an adolescent girl dies because of violence.
Up to one-third of adolescent girls report their first sexual experience as being forced and they are victims of sexual violence. Currently at least 133 million girls and women have experienced female genital mutilation.
Imagine, that more than 700 million women alive today were married below the age of 18 – and more than one in three (some 250 million) were married before 15. And we saw that in crisis, all of this is worse.
Child marriage is four times higher among Syrian refugees than before the crisis. Evidence shows that 2,400 interviewed married refugee Syrian women in Lebanon, aged 20 to 24 years old, 47 per cent were child brides.
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development provided us with 17 development goals, but also SDG 5, which is about “Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls”, in all circumstances, including in crisis and humanitarian situations. This is a big win and a commitment of the international community and we must all work to see that it is realized, most of all in crisis situations.

The 2030 Agenda has pledged to leave no one behind. This means that in our development efforts, girls must be a priority. The world should ensure girls are granted all the opportunities they deserve as they mature into adulthood. I would also like to mention something that has not been touched upon, which also plays out in crisis. The whole culture of ‘boy preference’ and ‘girl aversion’ has to be changed, where an equal valuing of girls is something that we must inculcate in all contexts.

Enabling girls to avoid child marriage and unwanted pregnancy, protect them against HIV transmission, and acquiring the education and skills they need to realize their potential, is a key priority toward 2030 and also a priority in crisis. Sometimes we forget that these are essential elements to be taken forward in crisis situations.

Gender equality and empowering all women and girls is something that we seek to advance and if we fail to address girls’ differentiated needs and aspirations too, a generation will be lost and with it, our hope for sustainable development, prosperity, peace and security.

It is therefore critical to EmPOWER Girls: Before, during and after emergencies

One thing all emergencies have in common is that they create a new set of circumstances, which girls have to learn to navigate, but we, as adults around them, have to be in the forefront of prioritizing their needs and helping them navigate:

From one day to the next they may face the loss of their homes, friends and family members. They may suddenly be living in a shelter or have no shelter at all. They may not have access to basic services and amenities or be sure where their next meal is coming from. They may be fleeing the only place they have ever called home.

Furthermore, from the 1991 cyclone in Bangladesh in which 90 per cent of the 140,000 people who lost their lives were women; to the 276 Chibok schoolgirls were abducted by Boko Haram militants in Nigeria in 2014, to the women representing the single-highest adversely affected group by the earthquake in Nepal, we know that resilience building and recovery have a girl’s face. Not only they because they are the most in need of urgent help and in higher risk of violence in the aftermath of the crisis situations, but also because of the critical role young women and girls play in preventing, preparing for, and recovering from natural and human made hazards.

So how do we reach these girls? How can we protect them? How can we inspire them? And how can we ensure they are not left behind?

From today’s presentations we learned that resilience building and planning cannot be sustainable if we do not involve girls’ voices in the planning itself. We cannot be successful unless girls are empowered to actively participate in the solutions; girl-driven solutions. Let them decide how best to address their most urgent and future needs. Let their voices be heard.

Not only can girls inspire innovative and creative solutions, but they can guide and contribute to future policies, research, programming and media campaigns.

During this year’s 16 Days of Activism, we will be working with UNICEF and we will be launching U-Report’s Ending Violence Against Girls Information Centre, which will connect young users directly to the information and tools they want, to be advocates for change in their own communities.

We also need to create safe spaces in which these girls can feel empowered. UN Women has the Safe Cities Programme. UN Women’s Safe Haven centres, for example, provide a space to women and girls to express themselves without fear of judgment and harm.

Empowering girls must also form the core of any protection and humanitarian service provision and resilience building. That is why UN Women is combining what we call the LEAP that is Leadership, Empowerment, Access and Protection, which is about gender-responsive humanitarian response. And our LEAPS strategy, which is about empowering young women–their leadership and economic empowerment. So, we have three flagship programmes to support women and girls in the context of humanitarian crisis.

While education is key to the future of adolescent girls, in conflict and humanitarian zones girls are 90 per cent more likely to be out of school when compared to girls in other, conflict-humanitarian free, countries.

We know that an extra year of primary school for girls increases their eventual wages by 10 to 20 per cent, and that an extra year of secondary school increases them by 15 to 25 per cent.

Universal secondary education would cut child mortality in half. In Sub-Saharan Africa, maternal mortality could fall by 70 per cent.

We know also that when a girl sees herself as a leader or a mentor, it creates a positive force for change in her life.

As we end this morning’s commemoration, I have the pleasure of introducing the #FreedomForGirls film, which is currently available on Google’s homepage in over 50 countries. I invite everyone to share this powerful and inspiring film far and wide, to use the #FreedomForGirls hashtag to tell us what freedom really means to you, and to think about creative solutions for empowering girls in crisis settings, so that we can create a better future for us all.

Dear young people, leaders and champions,

In good times and in crisis—but specially in crisis and emergencies, all stakeholders and actors have a duty to care to make humanitarian response and resilience building work for, include and empower girls and young women.

On this International day of the Girl which zooms in on their rights before, during and after emergencies and crisis, let us take the following pledge:

Together we will protect girls’ human rights in all circumstances;

Together we will foster girls’ capabilities in every field at all times;

Together we will make girl’s voices heard in decision making;

Together we will promote and harness girl’s leadership;

Together we will unleash girls’ power in all its dimensions;

Together we will ensure that girls’ full potential is realized, generation after generation.

Aggression

Aggression and violence are amongst the numerous issues our society is facing. Both of these terms are related and yet different from each other. Violence refers to behaviour which is forceful towards someone or something and may cause harm. Aggression refers to the behaviour towards someone or something which is intended to cause harm. The key difference between the two terms lies in the intent in which an act is done.
Aggression therefore is a more serious problem. It ranges from small actions like using harsh words, unnecessary criticism, having hostile feelings etc. to larger and more concerning actions like ragging, bullying, child abuse, murder etc. In some cases the act of aggression may be done to obtain something while in some other cases the aggressor does not wish to obtain anything from the victim. The former case is termed as instrumental aggression while the later is called hostile aggression.
There are several causes of aggressive behaviours. Some psychologists argue that aggression is an inborn tendency in humans just like it is in animals. It is a sort of defence mechanism. It gets triggered by physiological mechanisms. There are several factors that cause this arousal.
Childhood experiences also shape the tendency of aggression in individuals. It has been observed that those children who were brought up in a hostile environment like parents using physical punishment often tend to grow as aggressive individuals. It is not very clear why this happens though. Some say that children imitate their parents behaviours, others say that it is the anger and resentment they bottle up during childhood which comes out in the form of aggression.
Aggression is often caused by frustration. Frustration is marked by a sense of helplessness when we’re unable to achieve something. Aggression is in fact an expression of frustration. People in frustrated situations often show more aggression than others. This sort of aggression is often projected towards a weaker person who is less likely to retaliate. An example of this is bullying. However, it is not necessary that frustrated person is always aggressive. It largely depends on a person’s personality. Some people are inherently short tempered and show more aggression than others.
People mostly learn aggression by observing others displaying it. Some researchers say that exposing children to aggression shown on television or media causes them to learn aggressive behaviours. Sometimes people show aggression when unnecessarily provoked.

Aggression serves as a root cause for various social issues out there and therefore it needs to be curbed down. The most important step in ding so is preventing children to learn aggression. Aggressive behaviour of any form should be unappreciated amongst children. Using punishment as a tool for discipline should not be done. Portraying aggression as a heroic behaviour must be stopped as it make children model that behaviour. Television and media should be regulated for children. Another way is to reduce frustration. Having equality and justice is a key in doing so. Encouraging people to talk about their problems of frustration can significantly reduce the occurrence of aggression. Lastly, having a positive attitude toward peace and non violence should be taught to children.

PET CARE NUTRITION : ADULT PET :Cats are meat eaters and need diets that are high in animal protein. Your cat should not become a vegetarian, because they need amino acids like taurine, arginine, methionine, and tyrosine that come from an animal source. The food you choose for your cat should also have fat, which provides energy and vitamins A, D, and E. Your dog must have water, protein, fat, carbs, and some vitamins and minerals to be healthy. The amount of food they need will depend on their size and how active they are. Ask your vet to help you figure out how much to give and what kind of food would be best. Animals that are pregnant or have recently given birth will need a high-calorie food. Cats often lose weight as they nurse their kittens, so they need to gain as much as 50% of their pre-pregnancy weight before they give birth.BABY PETS :Baby puppies typically drink their mother’s milk until they are 7 to 8 weeks old. You can introduce small amounts of pet food around 3 or 4 weeks. Be sure to give your young pets specially formulated food, because as they grow, they need extra nutrients and caloriesWhen they are 1 year old, you can begin to give your pet adult food. Really big pets , like Great Danes and mastiffs, may continue to grow until they’re 18 months old, so they should eat puppy food for longer. SENIOR PETS : Your pet may have different nutritional needs as they get older. In general, pets can be considered “senior” when they are around 7 years old. Large dogs age more quickly and may enter their senior years when they are 6 years old. You’ll want to take your senior pet to the vet for a thorough checkup more often. While you’re there, ask for advice about food. Your pet might be among the many pets in the U.S. that need to lose weight. However, in older animals, weight loss can also be a problem. Food for senior pets can be easier to digest, have different ingredients and nutrients, and help with weight control.

CONCLUSION : I hope every one have enjoyed and learnd few things about the toxic foods which we do not feed our pet animals . Every animal in the world deserves to live in this earth , we have no rights to kill any of the animals in the world. We must treat them as our frinds . Bullying in Schools

“To educate a person in the mind but not in morals is to educate a menace to society.-Theodore Roosevelt

Bullying, an unfortunate human activity, has always been prevalent across human society since Neanderthals. The nerdy, scrawny one may not always be the victim or the big burly be the bully. There is no specific type of someone who gets bullied or the way bullying is done despite what may be generally portrayed in movies and on TV.

The term “bullying” covers a broad, encases a myriad of activities, but sums up to targeting an individual who is unlikely to retaliate under the radar, put in control and domination ,shredding their esteem to pieces and making them feel as insignificant as possible. Bullying is intentional, it’s a power grab, and it is repeated. Even the rude and mean behavior, snide remarks made, veiled hostile joking cloaked in ‘playful teasing’ and “just kidding” if all it does is crush someone from inside out. Bullying behavior cuts across all socio-economic, racial/ethnic, and cultural lines. It is estimated that 20 -30 percent of school-age children are involved in bullying incidents, as either perpetrators or victims.

Pupils friends teasing a pupil alone in elementary school

Bullying is a hot button issue for sure, and people feel it is overplayed. This atrocity isn’t an alien to our educational institutions despite the more recent increase in demands to end bullying in schools. As many as 42% of students of Class 4 to 8 and 36% of Class 9 to 12 in India said they are subjected to bullying by peers on school campuses. If all we do is “raise awareness” about bullying rather than teach kids how to respond to it, then guess what happens? They report a lot of bullying but there’s no antidote.

While the legal and institutional repercussions cause even swing of a fist to get the assaulter land into jail or pending expulsion in schools , bullies have wrestled their way out to vent anger without leaving any physical traces of harm proving it is no cliché that words cause more pain than actions. Aggression that was once channeled into  fist fights and bloodying knuckles and noses has now  dragged on with more silent ways such as exclusion or being talked about behind their backs to make up for the lost thrill of shaming someone.

Bullying once stayed within the confines of school property campus and the dread of  being away from home in the morning to attend eight-hour long torture sessions full of squeamish humiliation had always an end for the day upon returning back to homes. But today unfortunately, technology-equipped bullies possess the evil ability to harass their targets  24/7, right at their fingertips. Cyberbullying is making some researchers rethink the definition of what it means to bully.

Gut wrenching, hurtful words once expected between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. now pierce through anyone’s heart without warning at any hour, just a phone notification away. Even upon leaving school,profanity-spewing texts, and social media comments follow you everywhere like goons, right there, ready to be read and cause the innumerable amount of hurt that has no end to.Bullies may be sitting next to you but prefer to bully through social media for there’s always a wall to hide behind in the cyber world and that way the actions can be viewed by more and they feel a false sense of power and invasion over your personal space.

Today’s problem isn’t  the bullying which we have been familiar with since years, it’s the escape out of the vicious spiral of hate, hurt and harm which is difficult to find. Despite campaigning, bullying itself won’t become extinct, but the safety felt by victims can be increased.

‘Strong people stand up for themselves, but the strongest people stand up for others.’

It is important that we empower children to morph from a Bystander to Defender. We have to give kids the courage and confidence they need to stand up for others instead of them feeling fear of getting hurt or  feeling powerless against the bully. Stepping in and speaking up is the greatest support a victim could get to tackle the wrong.Parents, school staff, and other adults in the community can help kids prevent bullying by talking about it, building a safe school environment, and creating a community-wide bullying prevention strategy. Parents need to sit down and have a conversation with their kids about bullying and praise them whenever they help someone being bullied.

Cyberbullying shouldn’t lead parents to ban a teen’s social media usage, rather there’s a need to have a room for conversation about how they need to responsible about what they write and post over their feeds and if it hurts anyone’s sentiments and that social media is about interactions with others and not your invitation for people to invade into your privacy. If a child is being bullied, it’s the foremost priority of the parents and teachers to ensure that they know that they don’t feel like a coward or tattletale while talking to someone about it- a trusted friend or another adult to find a solution.

              ” I survived bullying.”

Let’s work together so no one else has to ever declare this again.

Unite to end bullying!

AGRICULTURE IS AN PROFESSION

AGRICULTURE IS AN PROFESSION
Introduction : Hello! hear I’m Keerthana Balraj from Tirupur writing an article on, Is Agriculture is a Profession? Every one know that agriculture is very important to each and every human in the world but no one have awareness on agriculture now a days. First of all agriculture is the science or practice of farming , including cultivation of soil for the growing of crops and the rearing of animals to provide food, wool, and other products . Yeah! I hope every have got an idea on what is agriculture. Now let’s see an importance , how can bring up agriculture and lot’s of information on agriculture.Own story of a Farmer : As I’m writing an article about agriculture I have contacted an farmer who well experienced in agriculture and his name is Mr.Alagapaswamy. I asked him about his experience as a farmer , he replied that he has 35 years of farming and knows when would the climate changes and he is the only farmer who plans for his whole village when to sow and when to harvest etc… he said that he learned this from his grandfather who have 65 years of experienced in farming . He also shared his few tips for farming and he also called as the harvesting king in his village . He also motivates his village youngsters to do farming and teaching them the correct way of farming . IMPORTANCE OF AGRICULTURE: Importance , the word importance says how the agriculture is very necessary to every human . Without food no one in the world even plants and animals also can’t live· It agriculture increases national income of an country also increases.· It also gives employment opportunity to youngsters .· It helps to be healthy ,when we work in field and to eat healthy food .I have no words really to explain the necessity of agriculture in each and every living organism . For example , ants also save foods for future ,but as a human we have no awareness on agriculture . Now a days farmers children are going to study outside their village , then who will feed us ? can any on answer for this question? From now owards every human need to take care of our agriculture because it is the god’s gift for human as well as to every organism in this earth . Lets join us now to save farmers ,save nature and save world.FATHER OF AGRICULTURE : Do any one know who is father of agriculture ? He is Mr. Norman Ernest Borlaug (25 March 1914 – 12 September 2009) was an American agricultural scientist, and humanitarian. He is considered by some to be the “father of modern agriculture” and the father of the green revolution. He won the 1970 Nobel Peace Prize for his life works.I have gone through his many quotes that I loved the most is “You can’t build a peaceful world on empty stomachs and human miserys “I loved it because he have understand about human can’t be alive without food so, agriculture is very important .PROBLEMS OF AGRICULTURE:· UNPREDICTABLE CLIMATE· LACK OF AWARENESS· LACK OF SUPPORTMEASURES TO IMPROVE AGRICULTURE :· GIVING SUPPORT FINANCIALLY· MUST ON ALLOW MIDDLEMEN WHILE SELLING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT .AUTHORS AND THEIR QUOTES ON AGRICULTURE :· “The ultimate goal of farming is not the growing of crops, but the cultivation and perfection of human beings.”― Masanobu Fukuoka, The One-Straw Revolution· “The real cause of hunger is the powerlessness of the poor to gain access to the resources they need to feed themselves.”― Frances Moore Lappe· “A farmer is a magician who produces money from the mud.”― Amit Kalantri, Wealth of WordsMY OPINION ON AGRICULTURE : My opinion is each and every youngsters must learn agriculture . If an farmer is financially strong , he will be a richest man than any type of business man. Agriculture is a precious gift given by god and also by nature , now a day’s no one is willing to do agriculture I don’t know why? I have started an instagram account which supports farmer (@support_farmers_06) . In that I seeks support for farmers and helping them directly like buying them seeds , natural fertilizers etc… and also posting about governmental and private organisations which is freely helping farmers . It is not necessary that one should need field to do agriculture . We can to organic gardening in our home and use it for our personal use and also we can share it with our neighbour.CONCLUTION: I going to conclude this topic , I hope everyone who reads this article have understand about importance and necessity of agriculture to once life . When hungry is the best demand and agriculture is the best occupation . Everyone in the world are working hard to remove our family’s hunger why don’t everyone become a farmer and feed your family and sell this to poor at lowest price . I hope my point is correct for this generation because increase in technology can’t satisfy hunger only farmers can do it . Support farmers and support lives of human. Thus, I conclude that , AGRICULTURE IS A PROFESSION AS A MOTHER WHO FEEDS HER CHILD

TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT

TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCTION IS IMPORTANT
In the modern world, new technologies play a crucial role in all fields such as business or healthcare, and education system is not an exception. Students of new generation feel comfortable using their devices in everyday lives, so it is important to make them feel more comfortable during the learning process with the help of new technologies which can help to make this process to be more effective and interesting. It is much more comfortable for students to have their textbooks on computers or tablets than carrying a paper copy to each class. Also, new technologies give a great number of opportunities to make the learning process more interactive and engage students in work with a higher level of effectiveness. In this way, the school will demonstrate to students the importance of work with new technologies, so they will demonstrate an interest in the learning process and integrate into the class activities with great enthusiasm.

HEALTH

Health is more important than wealth
If you were to ask people what they needed to be happy, two of the most common answers would be health and wealth. Both are definitely necessary for happiness. However, if you could only have one, which is more important? It is my opinion, health wins hands down. Firstly, health is more important than wealth because if you are physically fit, you will have a sense of well-being. That means that you will feel happy. Wealth does not necessarily do the same. Many people mistakenly think that they would be happy if they had a million ringgit. They think that having more money will solve all their problems. On the contrary, it has been found that being wealthy can actually rob you of your peace of mind. Rich people suffer from more stress, anxiety, suspicion and unhappiness. Besides that, wealth is of no use without health. To understand this, we must look at why we gather wealth. The purpose of doing so is to be able to supply our daily needs and make ourselves happy by spending on luxuries. Without good health, no matter how much one spends on material things, that person will not be able to enjoy them to the fullest. For example, a person who is unwell would not be able to eat everything he wants to even though he could afford to buy the most expensive food. A person who is bedridden will not be able to enjoy vacations in exotic places even if he owned a private plane. Therefore, health is more important than wealth as wealth is useless without health .Another point in favour of health is that if you were healthy, you would be able to gain wealth. The reverse is not possible. If a person is healthy, he would be able to find work or carry out investments that could eventually make him wealthy. However, for a person who is wealthy but ill, even the best medical care that money can buy may not guarantee the return of that person’s health. This fact alone is sufficient to support the view that wealth is less important than health .In a nutshell, health is indeed more important than wealth for the reasons explained above. Of course, the ideal situation would be to have both health and wealth. I conclude that always wealth is not more important than Health

HUMANITY

HUMANITY
Humanity can be defined as quality of being human; the peculiar nature of man, by which he is distinguished from other beings. Being human does not mean that an individual possesses humanity.

We live in a world that, although it has borders, it is limitless. People can travel anywhere, see anything, experience every feeling that ever existed, but we are not satisfied. We try to impose borders on ourselves, we fight today to be recognized as not belonging to “their community”, to be labeled as part of a smaller group. We fight today to impose limits to a world in which yesterday people have fought so that it didn`t have any. And we applauded them.

Humanity is an important part of life which tells that to help others, try to understand other and realize the people problems with our own eyes and try to help them

For showing humanity you don’t need to be a rich person, even a poor person can sow humanity by helping someone or sharing his or her food, etc.

When you show humanity you have a feel click or a pinch from your inner soul which you cannot get from something else.

Every religion tells us about humanity, peace and love that is why no religion is higher than humanity.

“I should like to help everyone if possible, Muslims, Hindus, Christine’s, Jew, gentile, black men, white. We all want to help one another; human beings are like that. We all want to live by each other’s happiness, not by each other’s misery. We don’t want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone and the earth is rich and can provide for.

Yeah today I will tell stories of three people who are the biggest example of humanity and they are human lover.

Firstly just imagine yourself I fill this class with garbage how will you feel like you will not stay in this but there is one who go in that garbage search there and you what he found. He found a dead body of child he took that body washed it and buried that body and from that day he used to search in garbage with his wife this man is no other than Mr. Abdul Sattar Edhi the lover of humanity . He is the founder and head of the Edhi Foundation, a non-profit social welfare organization in Pakistan. He is the man who serve is whole life serving for humanity without any selfishness. He has bathed and buried over a thousand unclaimed bodies in a time when selfishness and greed are at their peak and nobody seems to know the meaning of words like altruism and selflessness. His achievements in the field of charity are bound to make one think that his name is synonymous to nobility and humanity. And today he is running Pakistan biggest network of ambulances and shelter.

Moreover his charity does not discriminate based on religion, race or gender. For him, religion is human rights. Edhi has spent many sleepless nights working and serving for humanity whether it is to bury unclaimed bodies or feeding any poor. Besides it he lives a simple life living in small house many of times he used to sleep on the concrete or on the small batch outside his shop his qualities makes him the man of simplicity and human being lover.

As Edhi Said: “No religion is higher than Humanity”

Secondly I will talk tell you about a person who is basically a Pakistani but he is living in Canada he had son named as Ali and his son was 18 years old this man lost his son in accident. The accident was like that his son was working part time as pizza delivery boy when he was on the way for the delivery one black guy who was also of his age come before him and said him money but Ali was honest with his job he refuse that and that guy shoot him that time. When Ali’s father came to know about his son’s death he was in shock and after few days police caught the person who killed his son and called Ali’s father to come when he reach there he came to know that boy who killed his son is 18 years old he is orphan u people know at that time what he said u guys can’t believe it Ali’s father said “I don’t want to do any case on this boy I want to adopt this boy and want to take all responsibilities of this boy because today I lost my son I don’t want tomorrow somebody else lose his 18 years old son”. Just for a minute place yourself on the place of Ali’s father what will be you feeling your 18 years old son shoot dead. Ali’s father this act of humanity raise whole mankind and today he has 4 orphanages in Canada where he take responsibility of around 800 children.

Thirdly the person I am talking about is the well-known personality the person who give us world cup in 1992 he is great leader and humanity lover he is Imran Khan. Most notable among his humanitarian efforts has been the establishment of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, named after his late mother. It is Pakistan’s first and only cancer hospital that provides 75% free health care, and was built on public donations. Imran is now building a second hospital in Karachi, based on the successful Lahore model. In 1994, he inaugurated Namal College, a technical college which is now an associated college of University of Bradford.

Although these people do things for humanity on larger scale we should come on ourselves what we have do for humanity every day we spend our time hanging around with friends going outside for parties have we ever feed a poor person on the road have we ever realize how poor people live their lives no we haven’t because we never realize that for what we are in this world we never realize our duties towards humanity.

We should must realize for what we are in this world because every religion teach us humanity and one who serve humanity is the happiest man on the globe real happiness is your inner satisfaction which you can get by serving humanity what so ever how much you are rich you can’t buy inner happiness

INTERNET VS BOOKE

Internet vs Books
Internet and books are two very comparable terms as both provide valuable information, but vastly differ when we compare the time taken to provide the information by the two. Before the internet was available to us books were the only source we turned to for any bit of information, we used to flock to the library and searched for the book that contained relevant information. It is now thing of past to go to library as the whole library is now at our finger tips in the form of internet. One marvels at the amount of information and speed with which one can get information regarding anything. Both internet and books are two very different sources but earlier generation still prefer to read books and like to collect them as souvenir.

Internet

Internet changed the way we looked at the books as it provided all from history to literature, education to entertainment all at one click. Internet is now considered to be the most powerful tool of information that is available to mankind and this tool has still got immense potential and is growing big with every passing day. Internet is provided to the surfers through servers that are located all over the world and one can go to any website of his liking to find the relevant information. Internet has revolutionized every field of the world and we cannot think of world without internet.

Books

Books have been there since ancient times and before the paper was available to the scholars they use rocks, leaves and cloth to put down their findings for future generations. But when paper was invented books became a popular source of information and entertainment. Books were earlier used for education only but when paper was invented books were written for everyone and for every purpose. Books were read for studying a subject for entertainment or to know about history. Books were read by kids for fables and by grownups as novels and literature. Books were made available to readers by the publishers by printing them in presses.
