THE BUYING DECISIONS

Buying and shopping is something, which if preferred my everyone, belonging to all age groups. The buying decisions of men and woman depend on their habit and lifestyle. Habits and lifestyle drive most decisions and it is important for companies to study these habits for understanding the buying decisions of the purchasers. Companies try to focus and study the initial buying decision to gain advantage of them before their decision is overruled by their habit. This ensures that their products and things that they are selling is the beneficiary of the habits of the consumers.

Consumer Buying Process

There is particular buying process through which a customer has to go before purchasing anything. This process is called as Customer Buying Process (also called a buying decision process). This process shows the journey of a customer before buying anything. And it is important to understand this journey to align the products and strategize the entire process of product advertising selling accordingly.

Following things are focused while understanding a buyers mind:

  • Initial Stimulation of a Need : Companies spend millions of dollars each year to motivate the buyers for purchasing their products and for motivating them to buy the products which are healthier, wealthier, attractive and safer. That’s why, coupons, discounts and sales are also provided. These mainly attract the purchasers. Many purchasers tend to change their habits and lifestyles which further change and shift their shopping habits.
  • Influence of Third Parties: Third parties are mainly friends, peers or authority who have influence on the habits and lifestyles of people. This further affect the selection of products. Word of mouth marketing is considered more because it provides honest reviews about different products. It is considered to be more trustworthy than individual advertising. That’s why companies try to seek and attract customer endorsements and enlist celebrities as product spokespeople to help gain the attraction and purchasers.
  • Personal Evaluation : Decisions for buying one product as compared to other similar products is influenced by a number of factors and it includes packaging appeal and the convenience of payment. This process of choosing one product over another helps in making better decisions and better choices.

Hence, consumers should be aware of their habits which are the major deciding factors while purchasing anything. Evaluating and objectively determining every purchase is considered to be impractical and not preferable. Sometimes the outcomes are more critical and there can be significant differences in their price, quantity, quality, durability and utility etc. And for a successful result it is important to make rational purchasing decision.

Shopping always makes us feel good. Even after buying something, the excitement of trying them immediately after getting home excites a lot and in my case, I always have a feeling of achievement after buying a product that I like. We all know that sense of pleasure and joy when be go through different stores and buy something that we want…. It can be a new shade of lipstick, or a hardware or furniture or electronic item or pair shoes or anything else. This is called a retail therapy and it has also been studies scientifically. Scientific studies of retail therapy have shown the effectiveness of buying and shopping something which we need or want.

Second chance

People are not always what you want them to be.Sometimes they disappoint you and let you down but try to give them a second chance because you can’t just meet someone and expect then to be everything you are looking for and then be angry when they disappoint you. It is foolish to believe that someone will be, what you imagine then to be. Sometimes when you give them a chance , they turn out to be much better than you want them to be.

Our life is not forever, so take up the first chance, don’t wait for the second one to come because sometimes there is no second chance. A second chance is stronger then a secret ,you can let secrets go but don’t let your second chance to move away from you.

Every second you have a second chance to do something that you haven’t done before

Life always offers you a second chance. Take your tomorrow to be your second chance to prove that you are better that today and yesterday.

Second chance do come on your way like a train, many arrive and depart, but recognizing the correct one that matter is the trick. Every moment of your life is a second chance. Second chance are not given to make things right but are given to prove that we could be better even after we fall.

Not everyone gets a second chance,if you do get one, don’t take advantage of it because it is a gift and it may be something better that before.

” If you are still breathing, you have a chance ,wait for it”.

5 Ways to Improve Website Ranking

Generally,
all of us want to win every race and be the best in the eyes of people. We all
are living in an environment where the competition is dynamic and the only
thing that is constant is change.

Every firm,
company and entrepreneurs take every possible step to win their target audience
and win the competition. They engage into aggressive promotional techniques
(advertisements, brochures, catalogs, websites, etc.).

All such
firms, companies, and entrepreneurs also try one more method to make them
look best as compared to their competitors. They focus on improving their
website ranking.

Website
ranking means the ranking of the website in the search engine result page.
There are many ways to improve the ranking of your website and lure your
audience to look at what special do you have to offer to their first:

1.  The first step to improve your
website ranking is to find relatable keywords. Think from the point
of the view of readers and then decide what words can a reader type which
will eventually lead him/her to browse your website first? Readers need
simplicity and convenience.

Therefore, use those keywords that will make
your website appears first on the search engine.

After deciding the
keywords, you will have to make certain decisions like whether your keywords
will fit into your main URL or not or whether your keyword could be used in the
main title or headings or not.

2.  The second step that one can adopt is
to write and post influential content which can also significantly
improve your website ranking. It is recommended to mention your keywords in
your content too.

You can also bold, italicize or
highlight the keywords within a reasonable limit. This can also be one method
through which your web page and website both will register in the reader’s
mind.

3.  The third step is to add fresh and
updated content after certain intervals. This would make your web pages and
your site more relevant in the search engine as well as in the reader’s mind.

4.  The fourth step that you can adopt is
to work on your title metadata, description metadata and keyword metadata.

Title metadata enhances and improves your page title,
and also make your title/heading appear on your browser window as a
heading within the search engine results.

Keyword metadata will allow you to use a variety of keywords
which could also help in improving your website ranking. We should use only
short keywords instead of long phrases.

Description metadata, on the other hand, helps you to
create an influential description because of which readers would be encouraged
to read your content and sometimes it may be used by the browser too.

5.  The fifth step one can adopt is to
design and create desirable hyperlinks. You can get more advantage if you use
your main and relatable keywords as your hyperlinks.

The link would then be short,
catchy, and descriptive and would be suitable for all the readers. Lastly,
you can make use of alt tags too to improve your website rankings.

SHRAAVANA

Śrāvaṇa (Sanskrit: श्रावण) is the fifth month of the Hindu calendar. In India’s national civil calendar, Śrāvaṇa is the fourth month of the Hindu year, beginning in late July from the first day of the full moon and ending in the third week of August, the day of the next full moon. In the Tamil calendar, it is known as Āvani and is the fifth month of the solar year. In lunar religious calendars, Śrāvaṇa begins on the new moon and is the fourth month of the year. Srabon (Bengali) is the fourth month of the Bengali calendar. This is also the 2nd month of Varsha (rainy) season.

Sāwaṇ or Sāuṇ is the fifth month in the Nanakshahi calendar. Many Indian calendars started in different eras such as Shaka Calendar (national calendar of India) traditional Vikrama as well as the Nanakshahi calendar which governs the activities within Sikhism. This month coincides with the Sanskrit श्रावण Shraavana in the Hindu calendar and the Indian national calendar, with which it shares derivation, and with July and August in the Gregorian and Julian calendars and is 31 days long, like the Gregorian and Julian calendars. This month is the most humid month of the year in South Asia.

The month of Shravana is very important for the entire sub-continent of India as it is connected to the arrival of the South-West monsoons. For many Hindus, the month of Shraavana is a month of fasting. Many Hindus will fast every Monday to the Lord Shiva and/or every Tuesday to the Goddess Parvati. Fasting on Tuesdays of this month is known locally as “Mangala Gauri Vrat”.

It is believed that on Poornima or a full moon day or at any time during this month, the Shravan Nakshatra or star rules the skies and hence, this month derives its name from this nakshatra.

As per ancient Hindu mythology the Samudra manthan or the churning of the sea was the joint effort of the Gods (Devatas) and the demons (Danavs). According to age old legends, the holy Shravan maas was the one during which the Gods and Demons decided to churn the ocean to decide who among them was the strongest. This was done to please Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth. And also so that she would reward them with the nectar from the ocean. The Gods and demons had agreed to share the nectar equally among themselves. Snake Vasuki, who is depicted on Lord Shiva’s neck and Sumeru Parvat were used for the manthan.

It is said that 14 kinds of pious things came out of the ocean. An innumerable amount of gems and jewels along with the poison (Halahal) came out of the sea. But the demons and the Gods were unsure of what to do with the poison, as it had the ability to destroy everything. Lord Shiva then came to the rescue and stored this poison in his throat, which became blue. Hence, earned the name Neelkanth. Lord Shiva gave life to everyone in this world by drinking the destructive poison, this is why this entire month is dedicated to him and is considered very auspicious. The impact of this poison was so strong that Lord Shiva had to wear a crescent moon of his head and all the Devatas or Gods started offering him the holy water from the river Ganges, so that poison is tamed. As these events took place during this month that is why this Shravan month is considered highly propitious.

Shravan is also the month when pilgrims go on “kanwar” journeys. The destination for kanwar journeys are Shiva temples and are ideally done on foot. The most popular destinations are Kashi Vishwanath (Uttar Pradesh) and Deoghar (Jharkhand). Shiva devotees carry holy water from the river Ganga, which hangs on their shoulders with the help of wooden lathis called “kanwar”.

Shravan maas is synonymous with religious festivals and events. It is thus considered a very auspicious time for conducting any Lord Shiva Puja or other religious ceremonies, and all days of this Shravan month are considered very prosperous for beginning any new work or Shubh aarambh.

Shravan Purnima or the full moon day in the Shravan maas is coincides with the Nakshatra or birth star of Lord Vishnu or Shravan Nakshatra and is therefore called Shravan Maas (Shravan month) and is considered highly auspicious. All Mondays in Shravan month are celebrated in Lord Shiva temples. A Dharanatra is hung over the Shiva Lingam filled with Holy water and milk, to continuously bathe the lingam, throughout the day and night. Lord Shiva devotees then offer Bilva leaves, holy water and milk and flowers, also known as Falam toyam and Pushpam patram to the Shiva Lingam every Monday. Devotees fast until sunset and the Akhand Diya burns throughout this time.

Japanese Bullet Trains

The Japanese bullet train, or “ The Shinkansen”, is a type of passenger train which operates on Japan’s high-speed railway network. It is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 320kms per hour and it offers riders an exceptionally unique and efficient travel experience. The railway network is spread across the cities of Akita, Hokuriku, Joetsu, Kyushu, and Yamagata. They offer high speed travel to the destinations of your choice, as well as frequent and punctual departures. Rail passes that include travel on bullet trains will help save a lot of money and time travelling through the cities of Japan. The bullet train max speed can vary from 240 to 320 km/h (150 to 200 mph) which is much faster than in the United States, France, Spain etc.

Most shinkansen trains in Japan offer seats in two classes, which are typically found in separate cars. These classes are the ordinary class and the green car class. Ordinary class seats are the regular seats found on all shinkansen trains. Although the size and foot space of ordinary seats varies between train sets, ordinary seats on shinkansen are generally comfortable and offer a generous amount of foot space. They usually come in rows of 3+2 seats.

First step of success

Losing is not always the end, sometimes it becomes the beginning. You can’t win unless you learn how to lose. Winning something can provide wisdom which cannot be given by anything else . Sometimes by losing you find a way to win.

“If you can walk, you can also run. If you can lose ,you can also win”

Losing is essential for every individual to succeed because the more you lose the more you win. If you can’t accept your lose then you can’t win. Successful people are always sure about one thing, they are not defeated when they lose, they are defeated only when they quit.

If you can react the same way for both winning and losing, then that is the biggest accomplishment because thay quality stays with you for the rest of your life. Yesterday is not your to get it back, but you can make tomorrow as your to win.

Life is like a game . Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose but the game never ends. If you can forget about winning and losing, forget about pride and pain then that is the best thing that you can do to yourself.

There is only a thin line between winning and losing , winning keep you strong, but losing makes you stronger then you expect.

No matter if you win or lose , the most important thing in life is to enjoy what you have before you lose it.
