Suppose you have seen a video in which there is a person who is waking up early in the morning, exercising, going for a walk, eating healthy food and enjoying their life’ along with that they were having a room full of cute stuff. You get motivated and decided to work on yourself same as “that” person does, for couple of days you have been waking up in early in the morning, doing some sort of exercise and trying to be healthy and improve ourselves, you also tries to decorate you room with all beautiful stuff.
WHAT IS IT REAL.
It is Just a small part of their life.
Did they show the whole life of them in just a 15-20 second video, NO is is just to show their good habits to the world? There are many who with these such king of video tries to motivate themselves by showing that part of their life to the world.
Even the person who was in that video has bad days we all do right, so if you are feeling down, it is ok to feel that way, we are human it is natural to have ups and down.
Financial burden.
In any video you saw a person who is having a room (separate one), good lightning, beautiful stuff, various equipment’s and many more thing.

In this busy lifestyle we get a lot of stress and in this period where in covid-19 situation everything has been affected by and one of the most effected thing is our health, due to increasing number of covid-19 cases and to prevent it from spreading various many people have lost their jobs and some are doing work from home.
The one who lost their jobs are basically not engaged in any sort of physical activity they have been doing when they were at their workplace.
The one who must work from home because of that they have to operate from their home by sitting in a place for long period of time.
Both above situation and many more have affected our digestion system which has affected us in many ways.
In fact, food is broken down and provide energy to the body in digestive system.
So, we should take better care of our digestive system. Though there are more effects of digestive system and from ancient time our grand parents have been following some rituals which keeps our digestive track healthy.
Eat slowly.
There are many who in hurry to work chew their food for not more than 4-5 times in mouth but the good time you must chew your food is 32 times in mouth, because our digestive system is designed as our 50% of digestion takes place in our mouth.
You must chew your food in your mouth.
Instant energy crises
When we chew fats for minimum 4-5 times only then our digestive system uses its energy to digest the food which results in us instant energy crises. So, one must chew their food and eat slowly.
A proper meal.
A proper meal is not only the one thing (unhealthy) that we have eaten it is a whole day what we eat and how we eat.
One should eat variety of food in a day like not having rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner but diversifying it with like Poha for breakfast, Rice for lunch and roti for dinner.
Post meals walk.
It has been observed that or grand parents have been going out for a small walk after meals, it has become a ritual. When we intake food the amount of blood flow is diverted toward our digestive system. If we go for post meal walks them our food will digest in a good way.
And by also staying active for all day long, one must not just sit at one spot for a long period she/he should get up and go for walk for at least 5 minutes after sitting at a particular spot for almost 1 hour.
Doing some yoga asanas
Yoga helps in proper digestion of food one.
There are some asanas which we should do before our meals and pranayama asana after meals which will help in proper digestion.
Good quality sleep
While working in quite a lot of stressful schedules one should get enough amount of sleep that is almost 6-8 hours of sleep a day and stress less.
Although these are only some changes, but you must make good changes in your lifestyle not for some time for life long which will help you in not only this but in many ways.

Negative impact: When there is too much of population though there are various job opportunities, vacancies available but there will be only limited number of vacancies available which will not be able to cover vast amount of population and many will be left unemployed.
Poverty.
Positive impact: When there will be more people then they will work harder and smarted to get them out of poverty and will also tend to get employed as a result they will contribute in reduction of poverty.
Negative impact: When there will be vast amount of population then there would be only little who will get employed the rest will have to work and remain in that level of poverty.
Happiness.
Positive impact: When there would be more people there would be more people who will surround you and you will make bonds with them which will make you happy.
Negative impact: people will face too much completion between then to grab opportunities which would make it harder to create a strong bond between them.

China has adopted One child policy in which only one child was allowed though it benefited in the population reduction in China there was another problem faced when the youth population (Which is also called the working population) was seen a reduction and the population dependent increased and many more problems were faced.
Now China has adopted Two child policy to overcome this situation.
Those counties with less population tend to have strong bonding, better growth opportunities and does not affect environment.
Education is one of the ways which can help with over population in countries. When children are taught in school and at home openly about population then that will educated the children and have a good impact on them because today’s children are going to be the working youth of future.

With the unpleasant behavior of yours and by you not putting any efforts into acting the directors or staff members replaces you with someone who is much passionate that you and you were replaced by an amazing hard-working person.
So by this I hope you understand that you were not working hard that is why you were replaced and did not got the chance to achieve what you were destined to just because you did not worked for it. And a better hard-working person has been assigned to achieve that goal
Every person has the right to achieve that desired goal because once you try to achieve that goal whole universe will help you tend towards that goal.

If you do have any desire to achieve something but you are not working hard to achieve that goal you wont be able to achieve that aim of yours because that has been taken up by someone else because there is too much competition in this world not because there are many ones who will snatch yours even if you are working hard but if you work hard you will get what you wanted no one else will snatch it from you.
It is like: – It is said that your palms lines will show your future but what if someone does not have hands does that mean they do not have any future. No, it is not they do have.
You are given this level of difficulties because you are capable to achieve by breaking those barriers in life and move forward in life happily.

In our life’s we all have one or many such persons to whom we admire some may be Idol, actor actresses doctor teacher and many.
We get attracted by one such thing into them that from that moment we start admiring them, the reason may be silly, but it drives you towards your future and shape the choices you have made or the choices you will make from then.
Sometimes we do not know what has inspired us or motivated us towards them that has driven us hence.
Now what is motivation? It is just like a simple fuel that will keep you going but once you have burned down all your fuel which kept you motivated you will not be motivated to do that more and even if you try you will feel bored and will ultimately quit doing such thing. I am sure this must have happened to you also after trying so hard after sometimes you will leave that thing and try something new.
Why does this happen?

Were you not motivated enough to complete it till the very end? No, the answer to this question.
It is because you took the very first step the biggest one that is you skipped many in between. This happens because the eagerness to do more. Once you set small goals in your life and time to time when you will complete that goal or reach to that goal you be motivated to reach another level. Without skipping the steps.
The power of basics
What does basics have to do with this?
Basics have to do with everything you want, you do or achieve your goal in life. Suppose you want to learn how to do one difficult yoga pose so the first thing you will have to learn is all the basics of yoga, every pose to get to that pose you wanted to perform.
Always learn the basics the very first step.
Change you reel goal to a real goal.
When we people are to inspire by someone you are like I want to be like that person I want to have everything she/he has. And when you dig into that you will find out that it is not what they do you wanted to become it is what one thing is that you wanted to achieve, or you enjoy by watching them who inspired you.
Example: – It is a time of new year; you want to lose weight so that you can get into that dress which you wanted to wear to achieve that goal you started going to the gym. Happily, you got into that dress in New year and did not went to the gym from. Again, after some time you gains weight.
What was to reel goal= It was lose weight to get into that dress.
What is the real goal= To get fit to feel healthy and get into any dress any time?
So whatever reason you got inspired think more and select the way to achieve it. Many people give up on their dreams because of social pressure around them and much more. These are only some ways according to me which may help you not giving up.
I too had a love story which is the debut novel of Ravinder Singh, which was first published in 2008 by Srishti Publishers and republished by penguin publications in the year 2012.
I just completed reading and living to this novel last week. I wanted to experience the moments with the main characters of this novel myself from the moment I thought of reading this book and all the precious reviews of peoples about this books that motivated me even more to just go start reading this book and live in this book. The day when I was just sitting alone why not go grab that book and started reading it? I went straight into my bookshelf took the book “I too had a love story by Ravinder Singh”. The first thing is that I got attractive by the book cover its so mesmerizing that even motivated me more to read that book.
THE SECOND THING IS THAT I started reading it, and it went like ’Smooth like Butter’ yeah, it is just so true.
It is about of the love story One of the best love story well every love story is special, it is a story about Ravin and Khushi, the story started with a plot which is Ravin is working in an Multinational company (MNC) for about a time he is interested in Punjabi vibes he is into Punjabi music and so on. He has few friends which were close to him, so they decided to hold a reunion with those friends only. When they met, they discussed about many things and one such thing is marriage. After the reunion got over, they all went to their respective occupation or workplace. When Ravin was just sitting there in his office he created his account in the matrimonial site and started searching for suitable brie or girl for him. After going through various calls, messages from various girls from the matrimonial site. And one day he got a message from a girl name Khushi she suited all his requirements after booking each other’s they started talking to each other. The started calling each other very often says daily every. It was the call which always ended when to call another time.
They calls went forward like talking to each other family members. After talking on calls for months. Ravin went to Delhi where Khushi lived, he must abroad for which he has to board from Delhi airport. He went there one day before so that he can spend his time with Khushi, to see her for the first time (they could not talk to each other on video calls because they were not invented back them). They meet each other along with Khushi family members. There relationship took more step forward and they were about to get engaged before engagement day Khushi meet with an accident and unfortunately after fighting really hard she died. Ravin his family members and Khushi family were both upset from this tragic loss. The end of the story is about Ravin again went to his work and informed that Khushi died in an car accident.
It was a loving heart touching story. Go read this if you haven’t read it.
There is approximately a population of 700+ Crore. Which means there are 700+ approx. individuals in this world ‘considered separately rather than as part of a group’ is the meaning of individual according to google search. Which means every person or individual is one rather than being the part of a group. Which brings up to the point that every person has a different point of view, every induvial has a different lifestyle and various aspects in their individual life’s.
You cannot let your point of view decide someone else’s opinion: -There always comes a moment in all our life that we feel anxious, unstable, and much more insecurities in life because of many things happening around us. Sometimes someone says something which let us to think upon us not to reflect ourselves, but they do so to bring us down in our life, when we are not in our stable point of life and if someone’s points out something or says something bad to us which brings us down and may reduce our confident. I know it is difficult to say but try to avoid such useless comments from such more useless peoples.
Here are some ways which I follow to avoid such chois in my mind and in my inner piece: –
Try reding books, if you are first to reading books try with a shorted and a book which is under your favorite genres once if you will like it you try to read more books of every genre sometimes romantic, comedy, suspense, inspiring and more.
Silence is the best, when these useless people say or passes yourself comments to you try to stay calm in that situation. While being silence the moment, you will try to think and find results for such a chouse in a positive way and react to it positively.
These are my two best and always helpful techniques to let myself calm and happy at the moments when it is difficult for others to do so.
My Way
Do what you think is good for you not what others thing what is good for you. There is always a moment in our life’s where we start to think like weather all the discission we took which are now in our life. Are we happy with the decision we took back, is there any regret? Well, the answer to this in NO there are always some decisions which we took are not as food as we thought is going to be good to us. So, at a moment when you got what you wanted you are happy for a moment, but these are not very long moment after some time you will fall into a deep thought you will regret but try not to be in that moment of regret for a longer period.
After all this going through try taking your decision not because of you emotions but keep aside all you emotions think wisely so that you will not take decision because of some useless persons comment avoid it and go forward towards your direction of your dreams.
