Time management is critical for personal and professional success. Time management refers to the ability to make the best use of one’s time. It is stated that if you master this approach, you can do everything in life, despite the fact that effective time management appears to be as simple as it is difficult. Effective time management necessitates far too much work. Self-discipline is essential for effective time management. When we think of time management, we usually think of personal time management, which is loosely described as managing our time so that we may spend less time doing the things we need to do and more time doing the things we want to do. As a result, time management is frequently thought of or presented as a set of time management skills; the premise is that if we acquire these abilities, we will be more organized, efficient, and happy.
Importance of time management:
Good productivity: Once you’ve devised a strategy, all you have to do now is put it into action. There’s no need to waste time on things you don’t have to do at work; instead, focus on what you need to do next to boost productivity. However, keep in mind that this will only work if you complete your task on time; delaying will have a negative impact on your productivity.
Less Stress: You may become stressed if you do not complete your studies, assignments, or projects. Taking care of one’s mental health is critical for everyone, and students’ poor performance is typically a result of increased stress and anxiety caused by the pressures of academics. Effective time management can help you relieve mental stress while also increasing your confidence and vitality. Time management assists you in completing activities in less time and with less resources. It’s also a terrific approach to relieve stress in this way.
Health Advantages: Your attempts to manage your time have an impact on your health as well. You won’t have to stay up late to complete your responsibilities if you manage your time efficiently. Sleep deprivation causes fatigue, which might disrupt your day’s plans. A good night’s sleep is necessary for your brain and body to replenish, which benefits your health and energy levels.
Syllabus Cramming: Not finishing their course on time is a common issue among students. As a result, they cram all of the chapters right before the tests, resulting in poorer than expected results. Students who use effective time management skills can not only finish their coursework on time, but also have time left over for revisions. Extracurricular Activities Have More Time: When you have a set timetable for all of your duties for the day, you can estimate how much time you’ll have left once you’ve completed them all. You can organize your tasks so that you have more time to do what you enjoy. This can include activities such as drawing, painting, singing, dancing, photography, and so on, or you can go cycling or jogging to get some fresh air.
Conclusion: Time management is important for everyone, whether you are a student, a housewife, a businessperson, or a working professional. If you are unable to effectively manage your time, you will fall behind on your goals.
Few have ever worked in professional wrestling that has embodied their character quite like The Undertaker.
The Phenom was every bit of that moniker. In the early days of his tenure in WWE(F), he was a mysterious and daunting presence that both captivated and terrified audiences.
The Undertaker was more than a wrestler or a character; he was an entire persona that—for many years—no one could quite figure out. He was the living dead man, the one who took opponents to the grave.
When one thinks of wrestling entrances, the time that most use to showboat, sway the crowd, or emphasize their personality, The Undertaker’s is the inevitable talking point. A slow, methodical walk to the ring surrounded by smoke and fog in a darkened arena, while bells toll and ominous music chills the air. It was a sight to see, and every crowd that sat through it did so in amazement.
The Undertaker was the wrestler that no one could escape. Anyone that had a feud with ‘Taker was never quite the same again. His long-standing WrestleMania streak is one of the most impressive feats in wrestling history—winning 21 consecutive matches at the premier WWE event. WrestleMania happens once a year, so yes, that means that The Undertaker was undefeated on the Grandest Stage of Them All for 21 years.
Early Life
Mark Calaway was born on March 24, 1965, in Houston, Texas. The youngest of five brothers, Mark grew up in a large family. In high school, Calaway played basketball and football. He went to college on a basketball scholarship. He attended Angelina College in 1983, but two years later, in 1985, he enrolled at Texas Wesleyan University. He played center for the Wesleyan basketball team and majored in sports management.
Calaway dropped out of college to focus on a professional sports career and contemplated trying his hand at going pro in basketball in Europe. Ultimately, Calaway decided to pursue his passion for wrestling and began training in 1986.
How the Undertaker started wrestling
Start in Wrestling
Mark Calaway’s start in professional wrestling wasn’t a smooth one. He trained under Buzz Sawyer in 1986, but Calaway states that Sawyer lacked commitment and relayed limited knowledge of wrestling. So after departing from Sawyer, Calaway took a “learn as you go” approach and venture out into the wrestling world.
On June 26, 1987, Calaway had his debut match with World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) against Bruiser Brody. In a stroke of fate, Percival “Percy” Pringle III accompanied Calaway to the ring—the man who would later become Paul Bearer and manage The Undertaker for much of his WWE career.
In 1989, Calaway was reintroduced as The Master of Pain in Continental Wrestling Association (CWA) and managed by Dutch Mantel. Calaway wrestled then Heavyweight Champion Jerry Lawler in an impromptu match. Though The Master of Pain dominated the match, Dutch Mantel called the monster off. Lawler agreed to an official title match. The Master of Pain dominated again and won his first professional wrestling championship. Three weeks later, Lawler won the title back by becoming the first person to pin The Master of Pain.
World Championship Wrestling
Calaway joined WCW in 1989 under the new gimmick of “Mean” Mark Callous—a name that Terry Funk created. Callous was presented as a dark and nasty character. He mostly wore black, claiming that he had an affinity for snakes and Ozzy Osbourne music. Callous partnered with Dan Spivey to replace the injured Sid Vicious in the tag-team The Skyscrapers. The duo attacked the mega-popular The Road Warriors and obtained a match. However, days before the event, Dan Spivey left WCW. Callous and a masked partner lost to The Road Warriors.
Callous struck out on his own in singles competition after and joined Paul E. Dangerously. Callous defeated Ace Steel and Brian Pillman while Paul E. managed him.
Reportedly, Ole Anderson told Calaway that he was doomed in the professional wrestling world, and he believed that fans would never pay money to see Calaway as the main draw. Nevertheless, with a legitimate hip injury, Calaway pressed on and wrestled Lex Luger at The Great American Bash. He lost the match, but his primary objective was to perform regardless of injury because he knew that Vince McMahon was watching.
At the insistence of Bruce Prichard, McMahon met with Calaway to discuss a possible future in the, then, WWF. The meeting turned positive results, and Calaway gave his notice to WCW. He defeated Dave Johnson in his final WCW match on September 7.

World Wrestling Entertainment
Calaway signed with the WWF in 1990 and made his debut that year at a taping of Superstars. His official on-camera debut as The Undertaker came at Survivor Series as the mystery member of Ted DiBiase’s Million Dollar Team. One minute into the match, The Undertaker eliminated Koko B. Ware. He later eliminated Dusty Rhodes. He was eventually eliminated via count-out, but DiBiase went on to win the match for the team.
Throughout 1990 and part of 1991, The Undertaker squashed every opponent put in front of him—most of them being jobbers with the sole purpose of making ‘Taker look menacing. He switched managers from Brother Love to Paul Bearer in 1991. Bearer would carry an urn with them and claim the object could restore The Undertaker’s power if he were bested.
The Undertaker’s first real feud in the WWF came against “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka. The two squared off at WrestleMania VII in a match that saw The Undertaker quickly defeat Snuka. Shortly after disposing of Snuka, Undertaker began a feud with The Ultimate Warrior. The feud with Warrior culminated in the first-ever Body Bag Match, which Warrior won.
At Survivor Series 1991, The Undertaker defeated Hulk Hogan to become the World Heavyweight Champion. The victory saw Calaway become the youngest—at the time—Heavyweight Champion in WWF’s history. However, the record would only last until 1993, when Yokozuna took that honour.
Six days after becoming WWF Champion, The Undertaker and Hogan had a rematch that saw ‘Taker lose the belt. Despite two matches, and two outcomes, both were deemed controversial, and WWF President Jack Tunney vacated the World Title. Ric Flair later won the title when he became the winner of the 1992 Royal Rumble—the only time the Rumble has decided the holder of a vacant Heavyweight Championship.
To allow time off to nurse a back injury, The Undertaker was shoved into a casket by Yokozuna and a host of others at the 1994 Royal Rumble in a Heavyweight Title match. A video feed inside the casket was shown to signify Undertaker’s spirit and eventual return. The Undertaker was out of action for seven months.
Ted DiBiase reintroduced The Undertaker after WrestleMania X, but with one problem—it wasn’t The Undertaker. Instead, the real Undertaker would return and feud with the imposter, dubbed The Underfaker by fans. Taker would assume the Deadman persona and change his colours from black and grey to black and purple. He defeated The Underfaker in a casket match at SummerSlam.
The Undertaker held several character variations throughout his WWF/E run, such as the Deadman, the Lord of Darkness, the American Bad Ass, the leader of the sinister group the Ministry of Darkness, Big Evil, and eventually returned to the Deadman to finish his active wrestling career.
Famous Matches
In Your House 18: Bad Blood – The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels
The first-ever Hell in a Cell match took place between The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels at Bad Blood in 1997 for the Heavyweight Championship.
A long and gruelling match between two top performers in the company, ‘Taker and Michaels, tore the house down and left a lasting image. Michaels famously fell from the cell but still emerged victorious to retain his Championship when the debuting Kane—Undertaker’s long-lost brother—interfered and attacked Undertaker.
King of the Ring 1998 – The Undertaker vs. Mankind
While not the first Hell in a Cell ever, this one was certainly the most memorable.
The Undertaker and Mankind had a hellacious rivalry that featured many barbaric matches. But, perhaps, none more extreme than this bought. The Undertaker demolished Mankind. He threw Mankind off the top of the cell through the announce tables, then later sent Mankind through the cell’s roof to the mat with a Choke Slam. Undertaker won the match, and the two gave the wrestling world one of the most brutal and classic contests of all time.
WrestleMania XXV – The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels
‘Taker had many great feuds and opponents throughout his career, but none pushed his abilities as an athlete quite like Shawn Michaels.
If I were to make a Top 10 Undertaker matches list, matches against Shawn Michaels would occupy at least three spots—the two were just that good together. WrestleMania 25 is seen as the top candidate by many to the claim of Undertaker’s best match. The two went back and forth in a stellar, knockdown, drag-out brawl filled with high spots, intensity, drama, and nerve-wracking moments. The Undertaker won the match, but none one won more than the fans.
The Undertaker’s Wrestling Style
The Undertaker was a behemoth of a man and wrestled a style that mixed the big man technique with a dash of high-flying and technical ring work.
While The Undertaker is mostly known for his physicality and brutal methods, the Deadman could lock up with the best technical wrestlers in the world.
The Phenom wasn’t averse to climbing the top rope, or even literally walking the ropes, either—and he was seen many times vaulting himself over the top rope from inside the ring to crash onto his opponents. The Undertaker’s style was varied and clinical—the mark of a true talent.
Not many in wrestling can lay claim to accomplishments like ‘Taker can. An overall 7 time World Champion in WWE and holder of multiple other titles, The Undertaker saw success throughout his entire tenure with the company and cemented himself as one of the most memorable and enjoyable wrestlers of all time.
Education is the key to success. It’s never too late to learn something new that would make you more smart than you were yesterday. There is so much undiscovered on this planet and so many things are out there waiting to be noticed by us. Our friends might have a talk about something that we aren’t aware of, we cant pitch in our opinions as we have no knowledge about the topic. At times like those we wish we were smarter or such.
Here are some of the habits that can be adopted to boost our intelligence.
1. PLAY BOARD GAMES AND PUZZLES
Some common games such as scrabble, Sudoku, word puzzles, cards, jigsaw puzzles, and memory games helps in improving your IQ as well as teaches you reasoning. Not only that but memory games like pictionary and scrabble also improves language. However Sudoku has proved to lower the Alzheimer disease according to the American Alzheimer’s Association.
2. READ THE UNTOUCHED
We are experts in the things we like and happen to study more of it, but what about the topics we don’t like or are uncomfortable reading? We might know the known but isn’t it better to know the unknown? We all would like to have a broad knowledge about so many things, so try to go in depth of things and learn something that it rarely touched. Our brain will thank us about it in the future.
3. NOTE DOWN YOUR QUESTIONS
What if one day you were just reading a book and all of a sudden you mind asks you questions that you dont know the answer of… and there is no one around you? Rather than letting these questions pass, write them down or type it in your mobile phone so that the next time you get a chance, you can educate yourself on them. It also improves your written communication skills.
4. MAKE TIME FOR YOUR PASSIONS
If you have a passion that you are neglecting for a while, then it’s the right time to bring it all back.Especially the musical instruments play a huge part in healing and education. When a study on musicians was done it was founf that they have greater working memory than those who don’t play an instrument.
5. EXERCISE
Do you know that physical health and mental health are equally related? We wont just loose some calories but will gain a boost of energy that helps us to think better and concentrate on things better. Its the same when it comes to mental health, the more you exercise the less stressed you are going to be.
6. LEARN A NEW SKILL
The more creative you are the more stimulated your mind is. You can always make efforts to refine a skill and broaden your knowledge about it. If you are exhausted of your regular routine then you should try a new skill as it will hold many exciting challenges for you and keeps you going. Give your brain the stimulation it is craving for.

India is a country where people from different religions, customs, regions, etc. reside without any restriction. But it is often seen that people fight for their religion or castes either to establish supremacy over others’ or to protect theirs’. Isn’t it ironical to hear same people singing “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” during political rallies or on national days!
People celebrating the Gandhi Jayanti don’t even hesitate to spread violence when it comes to their so called self-respect. Is this what the slogan of “unity in diversity” strives ?
The loophole stands in the education system. The youth today is walking on the path enlightened by the corrupt and selfish people of the society. We are not empowered enough to take action since everyone is either scared or lack adequate resources. The world is revolving fast. It is peak time for action which should start by providing correct and necessary information and knowledge to the students.
It should be taught at school level to respect each person you meet, to be kind to every section of society, to learn from failures rather than taking revenge or hurting oneself. The secondary level begins from sixth standard in school which should be the time Life lessons should be started for the students where they would learn what the world offers to the people and how they can tackle their problems.
Personal mentorship should be provided to guide each one through the circumstances they may be facing. Only textbook knowledge cannot make a person successful. Education should be learning based. Some schools follow it by arranging sessions for their students but this is majorly the case of private schools. Now that the govt. is improving the facilities in public schools, such programmes should be arranged which will guide the students in their problems.
Health and sanitation is a must to be taught from beginning, not only through books but the students should be taught such basic things during interactions. Syllabus should not be the focus point of the teachers at schools. Shaping the students in a way that they become responsible citizens and more importantly good human being, should be a matter of concern for the teachers. Being formal and not interacting with students on a regular basis happens to be the reason why today, nobody cares for anybody. People don’t even talk without any self motive.
Teachers always stress on procuring good marks which brings competition to life at early stage. The time has come when the world needs to pace down and bring out moments of life. It seems like machines are working when people work hard to earn more comfort. They should bring out moments for themselves to improve as a human not as a worker.
The Education system is designed in a way that personality development gets compromised in front of theoretical knowledge, hindering the youth to step up for themselves. A good system supports well being of the society as a whole without discriminating on the basis of caste, religion, gender, etc.
Beauty is now being an issue for young girls. Growing up, we all remember Barbie. I love Barbie movies. They teach us about kindness, courage, friendship, values, etc. But, they also make young girls who play with Barbie dolls want to be like them. Barbie is the first beauty standard we were exposed to.
We then came to our early teens and were exposed to Victoria’s Secret models and the fashion industry. Early teen is also the place where we go through puberty. We all know puberty is not a pretty place. Trust me, nobody looks good when they are going through puberty.
Now, being exposed to the world of beauty and going through puberty puts us in a tough spot. We start hating ourselves. We know that most people do not look like models. We also know that models have a strict diet plan, they undergo surgeries, and there is constant use of Photoshop to make them look flawless. Our subconscious brain is aware of these facts. We still can’t help comparing ourselves to the pretty models.
We start looking down upon ourselves. We constantly try to become like models. A lot of girls become anorexic to be as thin as the models. A lot of girls also take supplements to reduce fat. A lot of them start saving up for cosmetic surgeries from a very young age. Most of the girls do these surgeries to feel more confident. I do not blame them. But I do blame our society for making them feel like they needed to change.
Our beauty standards are also being white-washed. We are now following western beauty standards. When we think of beauty, we imagine a tall, thin white girl. Even in African and Asian countries, this is what the beauty standard is. This makes people from those countries spend millions of dollars bleaching their skin even when it leads to skin cancer.
Our media makes millions of dollars selling products with the faces of white-washed beauty. These days when we see an advertisement, we look at the models more than the product. Are they selling the product or the beauty standard?
Now our role in the world of beauty standards is to stop thinking it matters. Unless you want to become a model. People who have zero connection to the beauty industry have to stop worrying about their looks. It is not our work to look like that. So, we all need to end our obsession with beauty. If we are not being paid for being pretty, we do not have to obsess over it.
Next, we all need to stop thinking that every single woman has to be pretty. I know even men go through it. But, the American Society of Plastic surgeons reveals that women have accounted for 92% of cosmetic surgeries and men accounted for 8% of them. About 98% of the women feel immense pressure from external sources to look a certain way.
I really want to change that. So can we all start complimenting each other on qualities other than appearance? Instead of only telling a girl, you are pretty, beautiful, etc. Can we please tell them that they are talented, kind, intelligent, and caring?
I love getting compliments on my work rather than being complimented on my physical appearance. It is not in our control how we look like.
Can we all start complimenting each other on who we are rather than what we look like?

Though many National leaders rendered their selfless service to our country, one among them to be noted was the Kingmaker Kamaraj. K. Kamaraj, familiarly known as Kamarajar was an independent activist and the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. He was popularly known as the Kingmaker of India during the 1960s. He supported Lal Bahadur Shastri, to be the President of India after the death of Nehru. After the sudden dismissal of Lal Bahadur Shastri, he supported Indira Gandhi to be the President of India. He was a man of simplicity and known for his best leadership in the development of Tamil Nadu. The Midday Meals Scheme introduced by him was very popular in India. He was popularly known as Karmaveerar, KalviKan Thirantha Mudhalvar, etc.

Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of Education.

About Swami Vivekanand:-
There are some rare men who leave their footprints on the sands of time, becoming a source of motivation for thousands of lost wanderers in the battlefield of life. Swami Vivekananda is one such example. “Come up, o lions and shake off the delusion that you are sheep; you are souls immortal, spirits free, blest and eternal….’ These words of stunning optimism proclaimed the arrival of a prophet- philosopher no less than Swami Vivekananda on the stage of the world. Such were his words that shook the world in the Chicago address on 19 September 1893. A young, educated man, Narendranath Dutta once walked the path of scepticism and even cynicism when it came to religion.
“All the powers in the universe are already our. It is we who have put our hands before our eyes and cry that it is dark.”- –Swami Vivekananda“
A visit to Ramakrishna Paramahansa changed his life. He challenged Ramakrishna’s claims of having seen God. Ramakrishna put his fingers on Naren’s heart, and in a moment of overwhelmingly powerful spiritual vision, Naren discovered God everywhere- from the rich man in his mansion to the poor rickshaw puller on the streets of Kolkata. God was no more a wishful thinking confined to the Kali temple at Ramakrishna’s Dakshineshwar. He was a living entity beyond all limitations of caste, creed, religion, language, time and space. Thus Narendranath Dutta metamorphosed into Swami Vivekananda, a disciple of Ramakrishna. This, however, was merely the beginning. The master, Ramakrishna, had told him before his passing away that he, Naren, would have to do ‘Mother’s work’, to teach mankind and be like a banyan tree, giving shelter to the tired and weary. In January 1891, he left the company of his brother monks and traversed the country from the North to the South alone with God. He wept to see the suffering and ignorance of the poor, and was disturbed at the material complacency of the affluent classes. The picture of ancient India appeared vividly before his eyes in all its grandeur and glory, and the contrast was unbearable. Swamiji set upon himself the task of rebuilding a new and rejuvenated India.
“
“Learn everything that is good from others but bring it in, and in your own way absorb it; do not become others.” –Swami Vivekanand‘.
Be it his journey to America or the lecture at Chicago or the setting up of the Ramakrishna Mission in 1897, his main aim was service to mankind and the rebuilding of a young, vibrant and educated India. · Ramakrishna Mission today is a giant organisation which dedicates itself to the execution of extensive educational and philanthropic work in India and abroad, and expounds the profound Vedantic philosophy preached by Swamiji. The impact Swamiji had on India and across the world can be best understood by the comment made by The New York Herald about his speech at Chicago; ‘He (Swamiji) is undoubtedly the greatest figure in the Parliament of Religions. After hearing him, we see how foolish it is to send missionaries to this learned nation.
“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life; dream of it; think of it; live on that idea. Let the brain, the body, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, and this is the way great spiritual giants are produced.”
― Swami Vivekananda
Narendranath Dutta was born on 12 January 1863, and Swam Vivekananda passed away on July 4, 1902. But the lionheart with his piercing eyes, mobile lips, swift movements, clad in yellow and orange, shining like the sun of India in the heavy atmosphere of Chicago, lives on in the memory of millions. He inspires every ma in the world to ‘arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached.
You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.” ― Swami Vivekananda
If anyone wants to study the origin of the Vedanta movement in America then study Swami Vivekananda travels across the US. He was a great thinker, great orator, and passionate patriot. It is not wrong to say that he was more than just a spiritual mind.
“Be the servant while leading. Be unselfish. Have infinite patience, and success is yours.” ― Swami Vivekananda

“Science has learned recently that contempt and indignation are addictive mental states. I mean physically and chemically addictive. Literally! People who are self-righteous a lot are apparently doping themselves rhythmically with auto-secreted surges of dopamine, endorphins and enkephalins. Didn’t you ever ask yourself why indignation feels so good?”

Introduction
Doping in sport is a widespread problem not just among elite athletes, but even more so in recreational sports. In scientific literature, major emphasis is placed on doping detection, whereas detrimental effects of doping agents on athletes’ health are seldom discussed. Human growth hormone also increases muscle mass, although the majority of that is an increase in extracellular fluid and not the functional muscle mass.
The term doping is widely used by organizations that regulate sporting competitions. The use of drugs to enhance performance is considered unethical, and therefore prohibited, by most international sports organizations, including the International Olympic Committee.
History
According to the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the term “doping” probably comes from the Dutch word “dop,” an alcoholic beverage made of grape skins that was used by Zulu warriors to make them stronger in battle.
Ancient Greek athletes used special diets and stimulating potions to improve performance, and 19th century endurance athletes indulged in strychnine, caffeine, cocaine and alcohol.
The American specialist in doping, Max M. Novich, wrote: “Trainers of the old school who supplied treatments which had cocaine as their base declared with assurance that a rider tired by a six-day race would get his second breath after absorbing these mixtures.”[8] John Hoberman, a professor at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, said six-day races were “de facto experiments investigating the physiology of stress as well as the substances that might alleviate exhaustion.”

UFC ( Ultimate Fighting Championship ).
In December 2013, the UFC began a campaign to drug test their entire roster randomly all year-round. Random testing, however, became problematic for the promotion as it began to affect revenue, as fighters who had tested positive would need to be taken out of fights, which adversely affected fight cards, and therefore pay-per-view sales.
According to Steven Marrocco of MMAjunkie.com, about 31% of UFC fighters subjected to random testing since the program first started have failed due to using performance-enhancing drugs. That is approximately five failed tests for every sixteen random screenings.
From July 2015, the UFC has advocated to all commissions that every fighter be tested in competition for every card. Lorenzo Feritta, who at the time was one of the presidents of the UFC, said, “We want 100 percent of the fighters tested the night they compete”. Also, in addition to the drug testing protocols in place for competitors on fight night, the UFC conducts additional testing for main event fighters or any fighters that are due to compete in championship matches.
