Misogyny is one of the fundamental conceptions that plays a huge role in contributing to the breeding ground of patriarchy. In simple words, misogyny can be described to be an approach that involves degrading women in every possible way. The concept of misogyny is an intense one and it takes a long period of time for an individual to develop a misogynistic approach and then eventually reflect it to their behavior. No one takes birth as a misogynist. It’s our environment and the people residing in it which plays the most significant role in imposing their thought process upon these individuals since their childhood.

Since the beginning boys are taught that they deserve to be treated differently than girls as if they had taken birth with some sort of special quality along with them. They learn as they experience and watch certain people around them. They see people treating girls differently since their childhood and learn to reflect those approaches in their behavior as well.
Since childhood both the genders happen to be exposed to the preconceived stereotypical binaries that exist in our society and it goes on to affect both the genders in a huge way. Girls learn have an inferior attitude just because they are not boys and vice versa.

The concept of out society is extremely flawed. It enables people to cherish flawed attitudes for centuries without anyone ever questioning it for the negative repercussions it causes. Misogyny in an extremely harmful approach and a dangerous mindset that is imposed upon every individual which ultimately affects the society and the world in a microcosmic level. It is a dialectical process of how an individual ends up developing misogynistic behaviors as part of his characteristics and moves on to influence their next generation and other people around them as well.

Misogyny does not only confine itself into being a mindset that teaches to portray women in a less privileged sphere but it also contributes to the toxic rape culture. Molesters and rapists do not engage in such heinous crimes in a fraction of second. It takes a long time for their minds to adopt the toxic misogynistic and sexist culture along with other toxic character traits.
Women also play an important role in imposing a sense of preconceived misogyny towards children and the youth for they have been treated the same way and they have been given the same lessons by their elders as they teach them to the next generation.

Misogyny helps in the formation of an extremely toxic culture that not only teaches people to have hatred for women but also for transgenders, bisexuals and homosexuals as well. It teaches people to have and cherish a superior attitude and mindset that goes beyond all the moral and ethical standards of human existence and therefore it goes on oppressing everyone who dares to be different from what they are.

However, the only way that can make the situation better is the process of unlearning. We have to unlearn our previous set of stereotypes that teach nothing but misogynistic toxicity in order to bring a better tomorrow for us along with the upcoming generations.

Indian Government now are in the phase where there is a huge demand of workers for railways. The Indian Railways already had a huge range of workers in itself organization. But somehow we all know the reality regarding service of Railways to passengers. Indian Railways is the only sector who opens for huge vacancy every year. But now the scenario is may be going to change now.

Many recent vacancies have not been filled right now, and due to Covid 19, the situation is out of control, so for temporary basis some private contracts have been signed for maintenance of stations. But if we as a passenger think about it, we found that privatization of Railways really helpful in getting good service and maintenance. Also there will be no high load of economic factor on it too.

But from the side of Youth, it really heart breaking because in India Indian Railways is the only organization which opens huge vacancies through which they get government employee tags. But after the privatization the numbers of vacancies declined very fastly. And no other organization is that who can give that type of huge no of vacancies in government services.

For this we can say that privatization is a good thing but it must be go for too much numbers, govt should maintain the balance between it. And Indian Railways also go for hiring upto 75% ratio of ratio. And 25% workers can be hired from private organizations .The decision of Govt really matters for our youth…

The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-Madras) became the first IIT in the country to offer an online bachelor’s degree in Programming and Data Science that is BSc.

Programme was launched by Union HRD Minister ,World’s first ever online B.Sc. degree in Programming and Data Science.

In recent servey, IIT madras stood at first place in ranking by NIRF

The program will have videos from the faculty, weekly assignments and in-person invigilated exams just like any other regular course.

This programme is open to anyone who has passed Class 12th, with English and Maths at the Class 10th level, and enrolled in any on-campus UG course. The current batch of students who are completing their Class 12th in 2020 are eligible to apply.

Graduates and working professionals can also take up this programme.

Data Science is one of the fastest growing sectors that is predicted to create 11.5 million jobs by 2026.

The Science and Engineering Research Board has launched a new scheme called ‘Accelerate Vigyan’ to provide a single platform for research internships, capacity building programs and workshops across the country.
 
The primary objective of this inter-ministerial scheme is to encourage high-end scientific research and prepare scientific manpower, which can lead towards research careers and knowledge-based economy. Accelerate Vigyan will initiate and strengthen mechanisms for identifying research potential, mentoring, training and hands-on workshop on a national scale.

The Union Government has launched  the Special  Liquidity Scheme of 30 thousand crore rupees  to improve the liquidity position for Non-Banking Finance Companies- NBFCs and Housing Finance Companies- HFCs. The scheme was  launched yesterday  through a Special Purpose Vehicle in the form of SLS Trust set up by SBI Capital Markets Limited (SBICAP).

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced it on 13th of March this year. Ministry of Finance in a statement said, Reserve Bank of India will provide funds for the Scheme by subscribing to government guaranteed special securities issued by the Trust. The total amount of such securities issued outstanding shall not exceed 30 thousand crore rupees at any point of time. The Central Government will provide an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee to the special securities issued by the Trust.

The Scheme will remain open for three months for making subions by the Trust. The period of lending by the Trust will be for a period of up to 90 days. The financing would be used by the NFBCs and HFCs only to repay existing liabilities and not to expand assets.

This facility is a part of the Central Government and RBI’s efforts to alleviate the concerns of the market participants on the availability of funds to the sector.

Any NBFC including Micro-finance Institutions registered with RBI and any HFC registered with the National Housing Bank complying with the given  conditions will be eligible to raise funding from the said facility. 

The recovery rate of COVID-19 patients has improved to 59.43 percent.  During the last 24 hours, 13,157 patients have been cured, taking the cumulative figure to 3,47,978. Presently, there are 2,20,114 active cases and all are under medical supervision.

As a result of the coordinated steps taken by Central Government  along with states for prevention, containment and management of COVID-19, there are 1,27,864 recovered cases more than the active COVID-19 cases, as on date.

In a statement, Health Ministry said the testing lab network in the country is further strengthened. With 764 labs in the government sector and 292 private labs, there are as many as 1056 labs in the country.

There has been steady rise in the number of samples tested each day. In the last 24 hours, 2,17,931 samples have been tested. The cumulative number of samples tested so far is over 88. 26 lakh.

The United Nations Security Council has demanded an immediate cessation of hostilities in key conflicts including Syria, Yemen, Libya, South Sudan and Congo to tackle COVID-19 in its first resolution on the Novel Coronavirus. The UN’s most powerful body voted unanimously yesterday to adopt the resolution after the United States and China resolved a lengthy dispute over mentioning the World Health Organization.

Germany’s UN Ambassador Christoph Heusgen, the Council President for July, announced the result, calling it a sign for hope for all people currently living in conflict zones around the world.

The resolution backs UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres’ March 23 call for global ceasefires to tackle the pandemic and demands an immediate cessation of hostilities in all conflicts on its agenda which include key conflicts in the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere.

The resolution, sponsored by France and Tunisia, states that these measures do not apply to military operations against the Islamic State and Al-Qaida extremist groups and their affiliates.
