Advice for first time entrepreneurs

ACCEPTANCE

Get ready to live in reality, not in real life! what does that mean? This means that anyone you meet and discover that you are an entrepreneur will say the same thing to you, “You should get a job, just to be safe.” Shouldn’t you graduate from school? The first one? You are not Zuckerberg. “(The worst person)” What would your relatives think of you? and many more. Stop arguing with them. These people think throughout their lives that if they do what others tell them, they will be happy, or at least realize their dreams. They have to learn from their own painful experience that everything is a lie.

Remove them from your life. Don’t tell these people after the first few phone calls. They will find a way to keep it to a minimum and insist that you stop reality and become pragmatic (so you may end up being as unhappy as they are). Forgive them. Few people have the spiritual and emotional power to implement entrepreneurship. Even those who do this will still collapse due to failure. Working on weekdays, drinking on weekends, getting up early on Monday morning, and continuing to do this over and over again is your only choice.

Always believe in your opinion.

You will not be a professional businessman, in the beginning, so you may do a lot of crazy things and create jobs according to your dreams. On other days, you wait for an answer to an annoying problem, and then “suddenly” find a solution. These two situations have one thing in common: intuition. By the way, you always trust your instincts. And I mean it. Sometimes you will be right. Not even the most respected experts. Sometimes you have to ignore other people and admit that your decision is a decision, and no one else has a say. Your instincts will be like superpowers.

The reality is subjective

After a business trip, sooner or later you will encounter a wall. Your progress is zero. Your day will be the worst day on earth. You will temporarily lose confidence and daydream, doubt your job, your career, and your future. When those days come, make sure you understand a simple rule: reality is subjective, and sales are the key to success. On these bad days, you will lose. You will work less. You will believe less. You will take fewer actions. Then you were crushed… crushed by yourself. If you are struggling, you can promote yourself by saying “You are an explosive entrepreneur” instead of “I’m just a stupid entrepreneur who has no real business experience and is frightened.” It is not lost. You are the next person, the next big business, the next person to make headlines. All you have to endure is hardship, just some weak obstacles that keep trying to stop your time and time again.

POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT

Empower the people around you. When forming a team, try not to make too many decisions. Eliminate bottlenecks that hinder decision Making and implementation as soon as possible. Instead, let the person closest to the problem make the decision. Inside the organization, or better yet, people outside the organization, such as your customers or suppliers, must make decisions more frequently than you.

Financial planning

Creating a financial planner workforce that reflects the changing demographics of wealth in the United States is important for ensuring the long-term success of the profession and the ability of Americans to access the advice they need.In recent years, significant progress has been made in attracting more women, people of color, and young individuals into the field. The number of CFP® professionals under age 30 has increased by 83% since 2016; 6,032 new women have joined the ranks of CFP® professionals, bringing the total to 20,632; and the number of Black and Latino CFP® professionals , including those who self-identified as biracial Black and Latino, grew to 3,688 in 2020.Recruiting, however, is just one piece of the puzzle.Creating a more diverse and sustainable workforce also requires cultivating an environment in which financial planners want to build a career.”As awareness of the financial planning profession continues to spread and we attract more ethically and racially diverse talent, the challenge continues to be retaining and supporting these thriving professionals,” explains Rianka Dorsainvil, CFP®, Co-CEO of 2050 Wealth Partners. In part, such support means helping financial planners feel comfortable in the field and recognize the unique skills and perspectives they bring.”Even though I didn’t necessarily look like most everyone else in the profession, I wish I realized then the power of being able to connect with someone who shares my background,” says Marguerita Cheng, CFP®, CEO of Blue Ocean Global Wealth.”There are many people from different walks of life who could benefit from the services provided by a financial planner. And the personality traits that might appeal to one person or demographic, may not resonate quite as well with women or people of color,” Cheng says.Jeanne Fisher, CFP®, CPFA, with Strategic Retirement Partners, notes that this is why financial planners need to harness their differences.”Being a woman can be an advantage — not a disadvantage. Embrace it. Don’t try to ‘fit in with the guys.’ Our different approach, and the fact that we are naturally more empathetic, works in our favor,” she says.Early in her career, Dorsainvil says she felt that “in order to fit in I needed to code-switch. I could not be my authentic self.” Not only was it exhausting to constantly change mannerisms or appearance to feel like she belonged with a specific audience, Dorsainvil says doing so also ignored the fact that no matter where you come from, what you look like, how you grew up or your circumstances, you can be successful in this profession for who you are and what you bring to the table.Dorsainvil adds that overcoming that mindset and the barriers that keep women and people of color from entering or staying in the profession requires allies in the financial advisory space to act in solidarity with marginalized groups and unlearn what they think they know about race and ethnicity.Phuong Luong, CFP®, a financial planner with Just Wealth, LLC, explains that this means having difficult conversations. The profession “cannot truly be inclusive until we see why we’ve been exclusive for so long,” she says, adding that financial planning as a whole is in a unique and privileged position to facilitate the reckoning that will ultimately help people become the most honest and realized versions of themselves”If we get comfortable talking about race, imagine what we could do.”To learn more from diversity, equity and inclusion thought leaders and best practices visit www.CFP.net and plan to attend the 4th Annual Diversity Summit, taking place virtually November 17-18.

Motivation – the eternal driving force

What is motivation?

People’s behavior usually has multiple reasons.

When a person is inspired by external forces, other people, or rewards, the motivation can be external. Motivation can also be internal, so inspiration comes from within, that is, the desire to improve at a certain point in time. Intrinsic motivation tends to motivate people more and achievements are more valuable. The structure used to understand motivation is the pyramid of needs proposed by the American psychologist Abraham Maslow in 1943 and by gradually discovering and satisfying a variety of needs, from the most basic needs (such as food and safety) to the overall need for love, belonging, and self-esteem, to fully realize the potential of self-realization.

Over time, Maslow extended this theory to include the need for self-transcendence: people reach the peak of growth by paying attention to things outside of themselves and find greater goals in life. Although the universality of Maslow’s theory has been questioned, many people believe that it reflects basic truths about human motivation.

How can I stop Procrastination ?
Procrastination is usually caused by underlying stress or fear of tasks. But there are some ways to overcome discomfort and hesitation. You can break the project into smaller, more manageable parts; taking one step will increase your motivation for the next step. You can limit the time spent on preparation or try to complete the task as quickly as possible. You can also set the rewards you get after completing tasks or parts of tasks.

How do you keep up with challenging tasks?

It is natural to get into trouble at some point, especially when dealing with complex tasks, but research shows that several strategies can help. One of them is to focus on the positive results of the work, such as passing a final exam. The other is trying to control his emotions while doing homework, for example, if he thinks of your next vacation while running on a treadmill, while others are trying to track your progress and tracking allows you to proceed to the next step. Try to enrich the task and make it more interesting (called a “temptation set”), such as listening to a podcast while doing laundry.

How can I stay motivated to exercise?

When motivation becomes an obstacle to training, some creative ideas should be considered. One of them is to expand your options: if you don’t have time to exercise in the gym, go for a walk, use your body weight for circuit training, or watch a video about yoga; the other is to make exercise more comfortable, such as B. Listen to one with a tape recorder Book. The other is to make a social contract with a friend or relative; for example, if you give your mobile phone time instead of exercising, you need to donate to the activity chosen by the other party.

SELF LOVE

You must have hear this word used frequently by many Instagram influencers, celebrities, influential people saying self love is so important for your growth, for yourself now let’s see what’s the real meaning of ”Self-love” , well it means that you accept yourself fully, treat yourself with kindness and respect, and nurture your growth and wellbeing. Well in simple words loving yourself and accepting the way you are, it’s easier to say than it’s done, self love needs you to understand yourself fully, to make sure you are okay with yourself, to accepts your flaws, just to be ‘You’.

When you love yourself, you have an overall positive view of yourself. This doesn’t mean you feel positive about yourself all the time. That would be unrealistic! For example, I can temporarily feel upset, angry, or disappointed with myself and still love myself. If this is confusing, think about how this works in other relationships. A mother loves his son no matter how disappointed and angry she is with him, at the end of the day she cares because she loves him, she accepts him the way he is. This love allow her to forgive him, Well self love is very much the same which means if you know how to love others, you know how to love yourself.

There are some examples which shows what self love looks like-

  • Saying positive things to yourself
  • Forgiving yourself when you mess up
  • Meeting your own needs
  • Being assertive
  • Not letting others take advantage of or abuse you
  • Prioritizing your health and wellbeing
  • Spending time around people who support you and build you up (and avoiding people who don’t)
  • Asking for help
  • Letting go of grudges or anger that holds you back
  • Recognizing your strengths
  • Valuing your feelings

Self-love is the foundation that allows us to be assertive, set boundaries and create healthy relationships with others, practice self-care, pursue our interests and goals, and feel proud of who we are. so accept yourself, love yourself because you are one of a kind.

Does this Pandemic could co-exist with Good Education ?

The answer is: YES!

It has been quite a salacious topic as to how everyone who studied in a Zoom class is nothing but suffering. But are we really? Teacher’s who aimed at delivering their best and optimising the tools they had over the course of this year have certainly made this experience memorable. Graduating batch of 2021, what a load of expectations we had carried upon us, planned to do all the fun stuffs, even study, because its important but the situation didn’t clearly permit such flexible ideas to help nurture. However, we were able to still get-out-of-the-rut that the University’s put us in with just End Semester Exams, an extremely futile practice, and we were suddenly, introduced to a more integrated system, with Assessments throughout the course of semester.

Seems like a big task when first introduced, but now standing at the end of the tunnel and looking back, it was the best thing to shape us, our personality, as well as give us a glimpse of what a true education,  which is not just inclusive but better in terms of helping understanding the Course as well as giving the students the autonomy to act upon their discretion and prove themselves looks like. Heavy, but ’tis not, some may say it’s ‘toxic’ that the ‘pressure of submissions gets too unbearable’ but if contemplated upon the same, we came out better than a lot of our previous batches, a fresh start — a new page to the system of passive education we are unapologetically fed.

For years, there have been discussion on the pros and cons of examination, consisting at least 80% of a students grade; a cemented archetype that made sense to some, but was shattering to the student itself, and unequivocally created nothing short of unhealthy standards and competition with its tendency to be an open exhibition, but having given 50-50 opportunity to have multiple assessments alongside a small examination gave us the chance to prove ourselves, apply the theory we understood, and what’s not good about this entire method of testing, grading, and evaluating a student? I would like to hear about it in the comments, because such methods help us cope from the shame of being labeled as being cheaters in online examination.

Teachers, most likely than not, on one hand may say that they are burdened with additional hours of work, yes, there are some administrational hurdles that we will face, but if we could resolve it, the result for the effort would be a better, stronger education to the citizens of a country, who have plenty of children to educate and have a future to invest in, in order for a stronger, labor intensive population who can carry their own burden proudly.

So, the pandemic, gave me a new outlook, a more desirable way to pursue education whilst in India, and instilled a hope to prove myself as a better student by the work I submit, also inculcate qualities to work on deadline, and meet new challenges. So, can’t we receive such opportunities with nothing but welcoming arms?

Why do we hate our bosses?

Cognitive revolution played a huge part in how we interact as groups today. Legends, myths, gods and religions appeared for the first time during the cognitive revolution. So we basically started creating fiction and as a result of that we could  weave common myths such as the concept of a country and things like human rights. Such myths give us the ability to cooperate flexibly in large numbers and this is how leaders emerged.

So how are we doing now as leaders? Today the top google search results for ‘my boss…’is very unpleasent. 90% of the people agree their leaders are incompetent. And it is true. Most leaders have very negative effects on their followers and subordinates, causing low levels of productivity, and high levels of burnout and stress.

An organizational psychologist says one of the reasons might be because when we elect our leaders we can’t discern between these two words: confidence and competence. A lot of people right now in leadership are people who have fooled others that they are better than they actually are. And this is not because they are very manipulative but mostly because they fooled themselves too.  I’m pretty sure you have worked with people who think they are really good at something, when they’re actually not. Also, statistically, they are more likely to be male than female.Men are typically more deceived about their talents than women are. So there’s a sexism converstion here which I won’t be discussing since we don’t have time but the catch is that they are also  more likely to succeed in their careers. So being unaware of your limitations increases your probability of being a boss.

But why did our society start functioning like this ? It’s us.

When we comes to leaders, we tend to gravitate towards leaders who are charismatic and charming We prefer our leaders to be  charismatic and  fascinating. But in reality, the best leaders are humble rather than charismatic,to the point of even being rather boring. This is why they rarely feature in the media or blockbuster movies. If we want to improve the performance of our leaders,we should start by focusing on the right traits.Instead of falling for people who are confident, narcissistic .We should promote people into leadership because of their competence, humility and integrity. Leaderships should be judged on traits like accountability, empathy. Are they able to convey their message to their team, can they keep a team motivated?

Yes,if they are very charming, give groundbreaking speeches and sweep you off your feet,  good. But that alone should not be the criteria of choosing a leader. Look at Elon Musk, that guy can’t speak four sentences without stammering yet he has been successfully leading one of the biggest companies. And anyway we don’t have a good history with  people having over the top speaking skills!

The programming language – python

To start programming, you must first learn a programming language. Computers cannot learn human languages. The computer only knows that it has the form of 0 or 1, which is a binary language. Therefore, to communicate with a computer, you need to learn its language. A programming language is a set of instructions entered into a computer to achieve the desired result. There are many similar programming languages available. Some languages are misleading. For others, the situation is just the opposite. The most popular programming language today is called “Python”.

PYTHON – SUPREME OVER OTHER PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES

Python is an interactive, object-oriented, and universally interpreted high-level programming language. It was created by Guido van Rossum in 1985-1990. Like Perl, the Python source code also follows the GNU General Public License (GPL). In the Python programming language.

Every buzzword around you today uses Python a lot. Python is a highly integrated general-purpose programming language. Python is the fastest-growing programming language. Some of the advantages of using the “most popular programming language” for coding are that it is easy to read, write, and learn. Python code. Python is an interpreted language. Python is free, and open-source Python supports all available libraries. Python is a high-level language. Python is an object-oriented language python is portable to all operating systems, and every coin has two sides, so Python also has its disadvantages. Python starts very slowly. Python’s memory efficiency is not high, but these shortcomings have not detracted from its popularity. Trust me, once you start writing code, you will understand these terms.

Python is a MUST for understudies and working experts to turn into an extraordinary Software Engineer exceptionally when they are working in Web Development Domain. I will list down a portion of the critical benefits of learning Python:

  • Python is Interpreted − Python is prepared at runtime by the mediator. You don’t have to arrange your program prior to executing it. This is like PERL and PHP.
  • Python is Interactive − You can really sit at a Python incite and associate with the mediator straightforwardly to compose your projects.
  • Python is Object-Oriented − Python upholds Object-Oriented style or strategy of programming that embodies code inside objects.
  • Python is a Beginner’s Language − Python is an incredible language for the fledgling software engineers and supports the advancement of a wide scope of uses from straightforward content handling to WWW programs to games.

DISCRIMINATION- NOT GOOD FOR DIVERSE COUNTRIES.

What is Discrimination?
People in India are discriminated against based on caste, religion, sex, color, and whatnot. Some people hear so much from a society that they cannot survive or come out of it.
It has been seen in different places on different accounts.
I have seen in my school where one of my friends was discriminated against based on color. She wasn’t provided with equal opportunities like us. Even fellow students treated her as if she is not normal like us. They used to talk about her, about her family.
People are discriminated against on different terms, whether caste, religion, gender, or whatnot? They just need something to discriminate against others. During the British rule Indians were discriminated against. They were not treated equally, all of their rights were taken away.
Stress and Health
Discrimination is a public health issue. According to the 2015 Stress in America Survey, people who say they have faced discrimination rate their stress levels higher, on average, than those who say they have not experienced discrimination. That’s true across racial and ethnic groups.
Chronic stress can lead to a wide variety of physical and mental health problems. Indeed, perceived discrimination has been linked to issues including anxiety, depression, obesity, high blood pressure, and substance abuse.1
Discrimination can be damaging even if you haven’t been the target of overt acts of bias. Regardless of your personal experiences, it can be stressful just being a member of a group that is often discriminated against, such as racial minorities or individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender (LGBT).
Who are the most vulnerable to discrimination?
Bisexuals, Gays, Lesbians, Transgenders, People living under Minority, Lower class, and Backward classes people are most vulnerable to discrimination.
What do we need to do?
People who are dark in complexion are beautiful too. Who says they aren’t? And most importantly, who gives them the right to speak unnecessarily about anyone.
Actually, we are the only one who permits and allows them. If we start taking our stands against this, we start taking actions, we start raising our voice no one would be able to speak about us unnecessarily.
No one will even think about saying bad things about everyone.
Discrimination, big, and small
Laws are in place to protect people from discrimination in housing and employment.
The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, and disability. The Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination in employment based on race, color, sex, ethnic origin, age, and disabilities.
Unfortunately, discrimination still occurs. According to Stress in America Survey results, issues related to employment are the most commonly reported experiences of major discrimination across ethnic groups.
Dealing with discrimination
Finding healthy ways to deal with discrimination is important, for your physical health and your mental well-being.
Focus on your strengths. Focusing on your core values, beliefs, and perceived strengths can motivate people to succeed, and may even buffer the negative effects of bias. Overcoming hardship can also make people more resilient and better able to face future challenges.
Seek support systems. One problem with discrimination is that people can internalize others’ negative beliefs, even when they’re false. You may start to believe you’re not good enough. But family and friends can remind you of your worth and help you reframe those faulty beliefs.
Family and friends can also help counteract the toll that microaggressions and other examples of daily discrimination can take. In a world that regularly invalidates your experiences and feelings, members of your support network can reassure you that you’re not imagining those experiences of discrimination. Still, it’s sometimes painful to talk about discrimination. It can be helpful to ask friends and family how they handle such events.

Your family and friends can also be helpful if you feel you’ve been the victim of discrimination in areas such as housing, employment, or education. Often, people don’t report such experiences to agencies or supervisors. I lack reporting because people often doubt themselves: Was I actually discriminated against, or am I being oversensitive? Will I be judged negatively if I push the issue? Your support network can provide a reality check and a sounding board to help you decide if your claims are valid and worth pursuing.
Get involved. Support doesn’t have to come from people in your family or circle of friends. You can get involved with like-minded groups and organizations, whether locally or online. It can help to know other people have had similar experiences to yours. And connecting with those people might help you figure out how to address situations and respond to experiences of discrimination in ways you haven’t thought of.

Stress management

The importance of stress management

When you live in a stressful environment, your luck is at risk. Stress can disrupt your emotional balance and physical health. This will reduce your ability to think clearly and act effectively. And enjoy life. I can’t do anything about pressure. Bills will never stop, you will never have more time, and your work and family obligations will always be tough. Much more control than you think. Life makes you happier, healthier, and more efficient. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships and entertainment. Fun and flexibility when moving goods and overcoming difficulties. But stress management is not unique to everyone. This is why it is so important to try to find the method that works best for you. The following stress management tips will help you solve this problem.

Tips 1. Determine the cause of stress in your life.

Stress management should first determine the source of stress in life. This is not as easy as it sounds. Although potential sources of stress such as changing jobs, moving houses, or divorce are easy to identify, it can be more difficult to pinpoint the root cause of chronic stress. Emotions and behaviors affect your daily stress level. Of course, you may know that deadlines are an ongoing issue, but it may be your delays, not your actual work needs, that are causing the pressure. The causes of stress, take a closer look at your habits, attitudes, and excuses:

  • Did you interpret stress as a short-term phenomenon (“I just happened a million things”), even if you don’t remember what you did last time?
  • Do you define stress as an indispensable part of your work or family life (“Everything here is always crazy”) or part of your personality (“I’m nervous, nothing more”)? Pressure from other people or external events, or do you think it is completely normal and nothing unusual?
  • If you are not responsible for the role you play when creating or maintaining a role, your stress level will get out of control.

Tip 2: Practice the 4 principles of stress management.

Although stress is an automatic response of your nervous system, some stressors can occur at predictable times-for example, on the way to work, boss meetings, or family celebrations. , You can change the situation or change your reaction. When deciding which option to choose in any given scenario, it is helpful to consider the four Aces: avoid, change, adapt, or accept.

Some sources of stress are unavoidable. You can’t prevent or change stressors such as the death of a loved one, a serious illness, or a national recession. In such cases, the best way to cope with stress is to accept things as they are. Acceptance may be difficult, but in the long run, it’s easier than railing against a situation you can’t change.

However , we must utilize everything in wise perspectives and use all the means in a limit . Therefore, overuse or misuse of anything is harmful and can produce harmful consequences. So , we must use the science and technology in a wise way and achieve success.

How one family single-handedly caused a drug epidemic in USA

In the Louvre museum paris , the slacker family used to have a dedicated sackler wing. The Smithsonian has the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery. All around the world the sacklers have invested in art. Unfortunately the sacklers are far from dedicated art patrons.

In 1952, three brothers  Arthur, Raymond and Mortimer bought a small pharma company called purdue- frederick. The company is now known for their drug oxycontin that it has found to be a huge part in the opioid epidemic in the United states.

In 1971,  Richard Sackler, the son of Raymond Sackler began working for Purdue Pharma as an assistant to his father, the company’s president. He was promoted to the positions of director of research and development and director of marketing.

Richard Sackler had a pivotal role in the development of Oxycontin, serving as the driving force behind Purdue Pharma’s research in the 1990s .

In the 1980s, there was a boom in the hospice sector i.e. care for terminally ill. During this time, Purdue released Ms Contin– a morphine based drug for Cancer patients. This was a massive success but Purdue knew they had to do more since the patent was soon going to expire and the fact that Ms contin was a morphine based drug stigmatized it.

So they created a new drug, oxycontin with the active ingredient oxycodone replacing the morphine many doctors falsely believe that oxycodone was weaker than morphine the truth was the active ingredient in oxycontin oxycodone was in fact 50% stronger than morphine later in an unpublished study by Purdue in 1999 the company found that the addiction rate was 13% not 1% the FDA  even  approved a claim the oxycontin’s delayed absorption would reduce the probability of abuse the FDA examiner he was involved in the approval of this claim left the FDA shortly and within two years had accepted a role at Purdue.

Russell Portenoy and J. David Haddox were also recruited by Sackler to engage inside the medical community to promote a new narrative suggesting that opioids were not extremely addictive.

Purdue pursued an “aggressive” campaign to promote the use of opioids in general and OxyContin in particular. In 2001 alone, the company spent $200 million in an array of approaches to market and promote OxyContin.

The Promotion and Marketing of OxyContin: Commercial Triumph, Public Health Tragedy(Art Van Zee, MD)

Over the years researchers found strong correlations between areas of high ovepaying rdose rates to high prescription rates. This is how the truth slowly came out. Research indicates that there is a strong correlation between regions of high opioid prescription rates and high overdose rates

Patrick Radden Keefe, in an interview for his book ‘Empire of pain’ on the sackers revealed that during research he found emails that explicitly stated the fact that doctors were not aware that oxycodone is stronger than morphine and they should keep it like that .

Today, Purdue and the Sacklers agreed to a $270 million settlement with the state of Oklahoma over their role in the crisis. Purdue will pay $195 million and the Sacklers $75 million.

Yes, they will pay billions of dollars for their role in causing the opioid epidemic. But when the cases are settled, they will walk away from the lawsuits— still billionaires.

SEASONAL FOODS

“Your diet is a bank account. Good food choices are good investments.” – Bethenny Frankel

Seasonal food refers to the times of year when the harvest or the flavour of a given type food is at its peak. This is usually the time when the item is harvested, with some exceptions; an example being sweet potatoes which are best eaten quite a while after harvest. It also appeals to people who prefer a low carbon diet that reduces the greenhouse gas emissions resulting from food consumption . Macrobiotic diets emphasise eating locally grown foods that are in season.

Some weather conditions, found only in a particular season, are favourable for the growth of the fruit. For example,  mango fruit, it needs the hot temperature of the summer to ripen, along with some light summer showers.

The seasonal fruits and vegetables have all the vitamins and nutrients that our body needs in that particular season. So, it is wise to eat the fruits and vegetables when it’s their season because the seasonal fruits are affordable and since they are more abundant, we can stock them up.

➡️Benefits of Eating Seasonal Products :

• Reduced Carbon Footprint

• Reduced Pesticide Consumption

• High Intensity Nutrients

Seasonal fruits and vegetables that naturally ripen in the sun are fresher, taste better and have the highest amount of nutrition, antioxidants . Consumption of seasonal products closer to the time of harvesting provides the most nutrition.

Some of the seasonal fruits and vegetables are –
Mango and litchi in summer.
Corn and jamun in rainy season.
Oranges, Guava , Strawberries and Grapes in winter.

Immigrants

Majorities of publics in top migrant destination countries say immigrants strengthen their countries, according to a 2018 Pew Research Center survey of 18 countries that host half of the world’s migrants.

In 10 of the countries surveyed, majorities view immigrants as a strength rather than a burden. Among them are some of the largest migrant receiving countries in the world: the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada and Australia (each hosting more than 7 million immigrants in 2017).

By contrast, majorities in five countries surveyed – Hungary, Greece, South Africa, Russia and Israel – see immigrants as a burden to their countries. With the exception of Russia, these countries each have fewer than 5 million immigrants.

Meanwhile, public opinion on the impact of immigrants is divided in the Netherlands. In Italy and Poland, more say immigrants are a burden, while substantial shares in these countries do not lean one way or the other (31% and 20% respectively).

TRANSPORTATION and Electricity Uses

Electricity is relatively  a clean safe form of energy  used properly, the generation and transmission of the electricity affects the environment in smaller or bigger ways. Mostly all types of electric based power plants have some effect on the environment, but some plants have way larger effects than others.Power plants are generally located inside, or next to an existing building, so the footprint is logically small. Most large power plants require bare or cleared land to build the power plant. However some power plants may also require access to roads, railroads, and pipelines for fuel delivery, electricity transmission lines, and cooling water supplies.

Transportation is one among the very important sectors we cannot do without in the upcoming age and days. However, recent transportation work comes with a long list of problems including  environmental degradation, health implications (physical, emotional, mental)etc. In fact, the transportation sector contributes to 23% of the globe’s greenhouse gas emission resulting from fossil fuel burning. Out of the total greenhouse gas emissions, road transport contributes upto 75% and this value is expected to increase in the future if it continues like this. All of these put a lot of load on the governments to enforce policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Electricity is broadly used by the mass public for the transit systems and by electric vehicles around the world. Electricity is used as a fuel by railway in many countries. Electricity is additionally wont to charge batteries for electric vehicles. As many countries frame policies to contain environmental pollution caused by burning of fossil fuels in transportation, vehicles that run on batteries are gaining prominence. So, electricity is seen as a serious contributor within the transition to greener transportation. According to a World Energy Outlook 2017 report published by the EIA, the share of electricity utilized in transportation is projected to double between 2015 and 2040, led by increase within the number of plug-in electric vehicles and rise in electricity usage for rail networks. However, the electricity use in transportation sector is estimated to occupy just 4% of total delivered electricity consumption in 2040.

With quite 30 models of electrical passenger vehicles slated to enter the market within the next two years, questions on how a transition to electric “fuel” would be managed and the full costs and benefits of such a transition got to be addressed. Some studies indicate electricity could displace an outsized amount of U.S. oil consumption without adding electric generation capacity. Given the current U.S. electricity profile, using electric fuel also generates significantly fewer greenhouse gases per mile than gasoline with potential for greater improvement as more electricity is produced from renewable sources. Moreover, while significant grid management issues would need to be addressed, electric vehicles could have substantial economic value for reducing peak loads for electric utilities, managing excess off-peak capacity, and enabling greater use of renewable energy.

The use of electricity from renewable sources because the energy source for vehicles is an alternative choice to decarbonise the fuels utilized in the transport sector. in addition to decarbonising transport fuel use, electrification of the vehicle fleet has significant local environmental and health benefits, as electrification also will reduce local pollutant emissions.
