Importance of Training and Internships

Education is not just about learning and acquiring knowledge bookish knowledge, it also includes training yourself to face the outside world, and also applying your knowledge physically to the outside field. So, as to keep in mind what actual education means, we can say that Training and Internship are an integral part of it.

What basically training is, and why is it important? Training is teaching, developing skills, polishing skills to acquire a particular target or a task. It has the ability to improve one capabilities, capacities, performances, and productivity. It is the fundamental block of acquiring professional skills and knowledge in order to compete with the outside world. Training is basically a task-oriented activity aimed at improving performance in current or future jobs. Talking about why is it important, here are some points-

1. It helps the trainee cope with the technical challenges in the environment, I.e., training helps the trainee be up to date about the technologies and related information and helps in acquiring such skills.

2. Due to modern inventions, new technologies, and diversification of most of the organizations have become very complex, due to which there is a lack of coordination. To cope up with such situations and organizations, training has become an initial part of the process.

3. It helps and gives experience in dealing with human relations. It provides us the core idea of what is to be done, and these days, most companies look for someone who has a certain experience in dealing with human problems.

4. It provides the trainee with a great understanding of their responsibilities and the knowledge and skill required to do that job.

5. Training is to develop specific and useful knowledge, skills, and techniques. It is intended to prepare people to carry out predetermined tasks in well-defined job contexts.

Training alone does not make a person skillful, but internships are also part of it. Now talking about what is Internship, and why is it important? An internship is basically executing the skills and knowledge acquired by students or trainees in the past. It is a form of experiential learning and integration of knowledge gained in classrooms and physical application and skill development in a professional setting. It can be paid or unpaid depending upon the preferences, tasks, requirements, and many other factors. The unpaid internships are meant mainly for experience on how to work with different organizations, how to deal with public problems, how to manage things, how to take up responsibilities or to satisfy requirements for the qualifications. It can be said that it provides you with the reality of whether the field that you are working in is your interest or not? It gives you a clear idea about what you have and what you want. In addition, an internship can be used to build a professional network that can assist with letters of recommendation or lead to future employment opportunities. Also, it benefits the employer who was working as a part-time intern and now wants to work as full-time interns, as they will be already familiar with the working of the organization.

Why are Internships important? They are important because –

1. They provide real-time experience and exposure which is necessary for your working career. Also, it allows students to harness the skill, knowledge, and theoretical practice they learned in university.

2. The experiences we go through are what shapes us. Your internship will not only encourage personal development, but also a greater understanding of self. To know yourself is to know your goals and how to best achieve them. It provides you with a fair idea of how you have to learn from your experiences.

3. It enables you to connect with other people in professional terms. It helps to make a professional network, which leads to an exchange of information, knowledge, and services, etc. Sure, you can attend a networking event, but it would not provide you with such knowledge, connections, and experience and you would be limiting yourself.

4. If you are really worried about how to develop your CV, or how to make it more effective, trust me the best way to do it is to take up an internship, it will not only make your CV better, but it will also reflect how responsible you are, and also you can manage things well.

5. Sometimes, after graduating maybe you don’t get jobs, or doing a job immediately is not beneficial. Internships can help you overcome this problem. If you have never worked full-time before, the change may be difficult or overwhelming. In a working environment, not every boss is tolerant of mistakes. So, you can get a basic idea on how to work and you can know your mistakes through it and learn from them.

So this what thing is important about Training and Internships. Both are an integral part of the process of learning.

I would like to end this by quoting the lines of Eva Chen, director of fashion, Instagram

“My advice for young people is, study what you love and intern in what you want to do. And I think it’s okay to pivot as many times as you need to.”

IS INDIA PREPARED FOR A POTENTIAL THIRD WAVE?

Things India needs to do to negate the possible effects of COVID-19 Third wave

India has recorded 26 million Covid-19 cases  which is second only to the US. The second wave of COVID-19  has overwhelmed the healthcare system with hospitals struggling to bear the pressure of oxygen shortage and treatment drugs. Experts believe the wave is getting diminished at the national level. However, people are more awry this time for a potential third wave of COVID-19 virus.

The most important factor that will play the role whether or not India is getting hit by a third wave, is the rate of vaccination. Apart from this, let us look at other factors which can be instrumental to curb the effects of a third wave.

1. Expansion of testing facilities

Timely testing and isolation of COVID-19 patients is the key. Now-a-days, people who are feeling symptomatic to COVID-19 are not testing themselves due to the distance of testing facilities. Free testing for COVID-19( especially for the poor) can be beneficial as well.

2.  Poor needs to be encouraged to seek medical advice

It is a tendency which has been observed that seeking medical advice from doctors is proportional to the economic background of the people. Most of the patients won’t go and seek any medical advice from doctors or pharmacists thinking that would incur charges as well. Lack of health facilities in proximity and affordability are much bigger reasons for not seeking medical advice among the poor than the rich.  The fact that COVID-19 starts with a common symptoms of fever, cough and cold they think it can be managed well by self-medication rather than visiting a doctor after travelling a lot.

3. Financial burden on the patients and their family

There are many patients whose families are unable to pay the debt or the fees of the hospital with regard to the bed, facilities and treatment. According to the survey done by NSO it is estimated that 81% of hospitalization cases (excluding childbirth cases), the expenditure was met by family income or savings. 11% of such cases were financed with borrowing, 3.5% of these were met with contributions from friends and relatives and 0.4% required sale of physical assets.

4. Cover of  Health Insurance

According to the survey conducted by NSO, it is estimated that over three-fourth of hospitalization cases in India involved individuals who were not covered by a health expenditure insurance or scheme . Access to health insurance is correlated to incomes, and the share of hospitalization cases not covered by any kind of insurance increases from 68% among the richest 20% to 85.5% among the poorest 20%. Even in cases where health insurance existed, it did not cover the cost of the entire treatment. NSO survey shows that on an average, health insurance paid for only 10.2% of the medical expenditure and 9.1% of total expenditure (which includes cost of transporting patient as well as the cost of food, lodging, transport, etc.for the household) in cases which required hospitalization.

failure- a teacher.

” Cowards die many times but brave die once”.

These words were very well quoted by William Shakespeare through his character Caesar, who knew that it is not the death but fear of death which lurks in a person’s mind.
Create the Map | The Difference Between Failing and Being a Failure

Failure is an integral part of man’s life and there is no person who doesn’t faces it but it depends how an individual balances it and takes it. If a person can accept success, so why not failure. If one is ready for best, he or she should be ready for the worst also. Learning from failure is very easy and simple as we try to introspect ourselves, our follies and work hard again like a horse to overpower them.

One must not get depressed from failures as we must not forget that Thomas Elva Edison has failed hundred times before invention of bulb or Abraham Lincoln has faced many failures in election.

“Success comes to those who try”.

Persistent hard work, perseverance, grit and determination can make an individual successful to reach the pinnacle of success. Only stronger people ravages the challenges, and failures but weaker forever neglect them. At length, it can be said that journey of life isn’t hurdle free and one should believe in itself to knock down the hurdles.

All we need is patience and rely on destiny with a good wisdom.

IDENTITY THEFT IN CYBERSPACE

Cybercrime is one of the most pressing issues the world is facing right now. And it will be one of the greatest risks over the next decade, outpacing the likes of terrorism, political conflict and degradation of environment. Cybercrime includes unauthorized access of information and breach of security like privacy, password, and other personal information of any person with the use of internet. Identity theft is a part of cybercrime that involves committing theft via computers or internet. Identity theft is important in today’s world because of the increasing importance of identity-related knowledge in e-government, the economy, and socialization. Any internet user’s identity can be stolen in seconds, and the user may be unaware of it. There are various tools available in the internet which allows anyone to steal data of any particular user, if he/she is connected to internet. It is not necessary for the hacker to have extensive knowledge of internet technology or how networking functions. For most people who use the internet, identity theft is a big concern.

Cybercrime is defined as “offences committed against individuals or groups of individuals with a criminal motive to deliberately damage the victim’s reputation or cause physical or mental harm, or loss, to the victim directly or indirectly, using modern telecommunication networks such as the Internet (chat rooms, emails, notice boards, and groups) and mobile phones (SMS/MMS).” It is a modern-day crime involving criminal activities in cyberspace, in which any electronic communication device, database, or the internet is used as a weapon, target, or both. Cyberspace is a virtual environment where people interact through a computer network. As a result, it is a space that has no geographical boundaries and is open to everyone, anywhere in the world that has internet access.

Cybercrime is on the rise in modern times, as people become more dependent on computers, the internet, and related technologies, as well as the digitalization of different services, and it is rapidly becoming a threat that must be tackled. The internet has certainly many advantages, but it has also made the committing of such cyber crimes simpler. Identity theft in cyberspace is one such crime. Identity theft is a type of cybercrime in which a person’s identity is stolen in order to obtain illegal monetary benefit or deceive others, and in some instances, it may put the victim’s personal safety at risk. Identity theft that happens over the internet is referred to as online identity theft or identity theft in cyberspace. The name of the crime is a little misleading because when something is stolen, the victim is dispossessed, whereas when a person’s identity is stolen, the victim is not dispossessed. The identity of a person, whether alive or dead, refers to and includes their private info, such as their name, date of birth, e-mail address, bank details, IT returns, medical insurance details, and other accounts. Identity theft is a term used to describe a variety of crimes in which someone illegally obtains and uses another person’s personal information in any way that includes deception or fraud, usually for financial gain. Hacking accounts, phishing, spear phishing, denial of service, distributed denial of service, data theft, spyware installation, cookies, e-mail/SMS spoofing are just a few of the ways this crime is committed, and new ways are emerging every day. In the years 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, India reported 9622, 1192, 12317, and 21796 cybercrimes respectively, according to the National Crime Record Bureau. And there were 27248 cybercrimes reported in 2018, with 55.2 percent (15,051 out of 27248) being for the purpose of fraud. And in year 2019 there were 650,523 complaints of identity theft and the numbers increased it was more than 1 million in the year 2020. (Data as per Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Sentinel Network)

This trend shows that a change is imminent and preventive measure must be taken to curb this millennial crime and facilitate India’s growth into a trillion-dollar economy. One way to accomplish this is to educate the general public about the risks involved with using the internet and the importance of using standard protective measures such as using a safe WIFI network, firewall, and not sharing passwords, which are all commonly ignored.

Identity theft has become a major crime all over the world, posing a threat to both individuals and businesses. Thieves, fraudsters, and criminals use identity theft in a way to extract private information from people and make huge amount of money from them. As a result, it is vital to increase people’s awareness of how to protect themselves in online networks through education. In terms of public education costs, it is important to note that governments and other large businesses should view these costs as investments rather than expenses in order to create a safe society.

Banks, financial institutions, and retail stores, for example, are more vulnerable than most small companies or firms because they collect people’s personal information in their databases. As a result, these organisations must have sufficient strategies, policies, and actions in place to defend themselves from mass identity theft. Security awareness, education, technical control, and an effective information management strategy should all be part of a successful defensive system. Identity theft by insiders is a major concern for organisations, according to various reports. Thus, organisations should consider implementing a strict and reliable internal control to prevent identity theft. Organizations should inform workers about the most common type of attack, social engineering, and its consequences. Managers should also be conscious that poor performance and negligence for the effects of future attacks not only results in substantial financial losses, but also harms the company’s reputation. Individuals and organisations must agree that they are vulnerable to identity theft; as a result, implementing the most efficient security system should be linked to developing the understanding of potential threats, since “Awareness is the best defence.”

Tick if you’re a male, female or other?

See it’s so disturbing to read, every time we fill any form or login into something they ask us to fill about our gender, is this really important?

What they are going to figure out from this? And if you doubt anything then you can ask Are you a robot or a human. THIS SOUNDS BETTER THO.

WHY IN THIS WORLD SEXUALITY IS A BIG THING? WHY?

Oh! You know he is gay, she is lesbian, see how he/ she is behaving. She is a girl and sees how she is wearing clothes like boys, Hey you are a boy & boys don’t cry.

WE ARE YOUTHS OF THIS COUNTRY AND CHANGE WILL COME BY US!!

We can’t change the thinking of the old generation because they lived in that period where things were different but we are the new generation we can bring the change by supporting every gender and in the upcoming time we have to teach our children about the equality that’s how things will turn into everyone’s favor.

Learn something every day, important or not

Human is one of the most powerful creatures on this planet. Have you think what makes us different from others, we are also an animal, then what is difference between us and other animals. According to evolution, there are lots of species that came on this planet and after some time they destroyed and their places were occupied by another one.

This is the basic nature of the universe. But what is the unique thing about the human species, God also gives brains to the other animals and there are so many examples that prove that every animal has its unique nature.

Have you think that how we human-dominated on this planet what is the uniqueness about us, you become amazed that all animals have a mind, size different, difference in the complexity of the brain, but God give brain to all the species, of this world.

There is some uniqueness, and that is learning power, the capacity of thinking, I think these two things create differences between us and other animals. I am not talking about overthinking, this is our gift to us.

Why learning is important in our life, and what is the limit of it.

Learn something every day, this is the best and one of the most important things that we do in our life So, in this post, we discussed the importance of learning, and how we can learn something every day.

1) when you try to learn one thing every day unconsciously you change yourself every day,

2) when you have a learning mindset, you can not only learn from the positive things but also from the negative things

3) you have to develop the habit of learning something every day, due to this, you not only change yourself but also your surrounding atmosphere.

4) if you want to learn something, you are not required something so extraordinarily, you can learn with small things also.

5) have you try to find out that why we bored with this life after some time, because with time we remove the habit of learning something from our life, and due to this, the whole aura is the same in our life.

6) try to learn one thing every day for 1 week and after that take some time and you become amazed that how you are changed in your life, not only you will change, your life will also change.

7) this is the rule of life, you have to accept changes in your life,

8) in reality, if you see your life problem, they are not problems they are the opportunity to learn something.

9) how many of you notice that what is the difference between a normal person or someone who achieved something in life, between a happy person and the sad one

There are so many problems in our life, but the difference between a happy person and a sad one is that the happy one understands that problems are the nature of life, so why waste your precious time blaming God or some other, but on another side sad one will

always blame others for their conditions.

10) you can easily learn the basic rules of life from your own life, you can learn from your failures, your habits. You always have one problem that whenever you try to forget something, that things recall more and more time, you get one thing never try to forget it try to learn something from that particular and after that, you will that, your past will never affect you in your life. because at this time you are not running from your fears, you are facing them and they are from you.

I think this is the rule of life

When you are running from someone, they will run after you but when you start to run for them, they will run from you’

Hope so this will helps someone

How 9/11 changed your life.

45 days after the incident that shook one of the most powerful nations in the world, a bill was hastily passed. The Patriot Act . This changed the world. The patriot act was passed by US president George Bush as an direct response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It was a effort to tighten U.S. national security, particularly as it related to foreign terrorism. In general, the act included three main provisions:

  •  It expanded abilities of law enforcement to surveil, including by tapping domestic and international phones
  • It eased interagency communication to allow federal agencies to more effectively use all available resources in counterterrorism efforts; and
  • It increased penalties for terrorism crimes and an expanded list of activities which would qualify someone to be charged with terrorism.

Since it was not possible for the US government to collect all data, they outsourced it. This is where we come in the picture. Many companies emerged in true american entrepreneurial  spirit to meet the government’s demands. For example, Edward Snowden worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, a consulting firm that describes itself as a leading provider of management and technology services to “government clients in defense, intelligence, and the civil sectors.” Yet Booz Allen Hamilton is just one of many private contractors.Even right now 70% of the U.S. Intelligence Budget Goes to Private Contractors. This is what created the big data craze. Other  government agencies obviously followed the United States NSA, for example britain’s GCHQ.

As of now we know all the big countries are actively spying on their own citizens. Although this is not confirmed FOR India per se, it may be possible that we are also under surveillance.

So what does mass surveillance change for you?

Mass surveillance is a threat to human democracy as we know it. Time and again we have seen governments justifying mass surveilllence in the name of stopping terrorism but in reality this did not happen..

“If you haven’t done anything wrong, you have nothing to fear.

As absurd as it sounds, this is a common statement used to justify mass surveillance. It introduces this kind of notion that you are a traitor to your country if you can’t sacrifice your privacy for the greater good. This idea is nonsensical. If you look into evidence of what the NSA used all of its data collection for, it was found that only 1% of it was related to terrorist activities. People not wanting to share literally everything about their life doesn’t make them traitors or selfish. Right to privacy  is a basic human right .

So what is the solution?

Throw away that little tracking device in our pockets? Go live in a cave?

No. Humans shouldn’t have to live under false identity to escape surveillance. It is our right to demand stricter laws and have no tolerance towards any kind of surveillance. We shouldn’t let data leaks by big companies slide. It’s time to start a movement. Otherwise, we all are going to have to read George Orwell’s  ‘1984’ as a buyer  guide!

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST MEN

Abusing is something which is injurious, harmful or offensive to a person, animal or environment. Abuse is mainly of three types- Social, domestic and sexual violences.
Social abuse is something that prevents a person from keeping contact with friends, relatives.
Sexual abuse is the harrasment that is experienced sexually. Sexual harassment includes molestation, abusive sexual behaviour by one person upon another. Any sexual behaviour done by one person without another person’s consent is molestation. Trying to have sexual contact against another person’s consent is rape. (Woman rapes a man )- this percentage is much more than (man rapes a woman).
Domestic Violence is the torture a person face mentally, physically, psychologically, emotionally etc.
The most common abuse a person face nowadays are sexual harassment and domestic violence. Domestic violence is a crime but the laws vary between jurisdiction for men and women.

Domestic Violence Against Men:-
Domestic violence occurs when a family member, partner or ex-partner dominates the other one mentally, physically or psychologically. In maximum cases the victim is ashamed or afraid of further abuse. For this reason they don’t report the abuse. Domestic Violence has different ways of occurrence but the effects are always negative.
We all know as standard “man” is the abuser and woman is “abused”. There are many men who are suffering from domestic violence emotionally and physically from their partner. Domestic violence against men remains unrecognised in most cases since men are scared of embarrassment, lack support. Due to these stereotypical male images, men don’t have the courage to file a report against domestic violence. Society is aware of male victims but treats him as a joke thus making him feel insecure, ridiculous and embarrassed.
MYTHS :
There are certain myths regarding violence. We always expect men to take all the responsibilities of their actions. When a female is violent society has lots of excuses to support the woman like postnatal depression, mood swings, stress etc but when a man gives the same excuse we do not accept it even if he is really suffering from depression and stress.
PARENTING:
When a woman is violent we don’t say she is a bad mother but when the same thing happens with a man we automatically assume him to be a bad parent. If a man is a victim of domestic violence , during the separation with his partner the woman gets the legal custody of their children. The man is left with no other option except to leave the house. So we can also say that fear of losing the child is also a reason for which a man doesn’t file a report against domestic violence.
WHY DO MAN STAY IN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP?
This question cannot be answered very easily. If a man is harassed physically or sexually by his wife or partner, no one will believe him.No one will support him and make him feel ridiculous.
There are many reasons why men don’t report abuse. They are as follows-
Fear of disbelief
Fear of being denied access to their children
Fear of being judged
Fear of revenge by the abuser
Fear of false allegations against him
Fear of being left alone and homeless.
EFFECTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ON MEN :
The adverse effects of the abuse can be very long lasting. Men who have been abused by someone often suffer from different traumas like low self-esteem, anger, sleeping problems, inability to work, depression, joblessness. Sometimes this effects become so depressing that it may destroy a man’s career causing him to attempt suicide.
UNRECOGNITION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST MAN :
Violence against men remains unrecognised because of many reasons such as-
It has taken years of advocacy and support to encourage women to report the abuse but literally no one is there to support a man.
People don’t even think that men can also be victims of domestic violence. For this reason many men don’t even attempt to report the situation.
In some cases physical damage becomes less apparent for which we do not believe them.
Even if they report, they don’t get any support and help from anyone, not even the social workers or the law and most importantly they are not believed by anyone.
SOCIETY REACTION :
If men file a report against the violence they are met with discrimination and disbelief. Usually people’s reaction would be about men’s size, that he may deserve this for his previous dids and all. Even the police don’t believe the man and say in support of a woman.
CONCLUSION :
Even if a man takes various actions to stop domestic violence, these attacks will not stop. Abused men are not cowards but their actions can be misinterpreted. It is a pity to see a strongest man succumb to the old fashioned way of thinking. If they report they will be seen as well. Laws should be applied regardless of gender so that many women will think twice before abusing a man if they knew they could be arrested like any men in the same situation.
Domestic Violence against men is a topic that many people will not be willing to start. Abuse is abuse no matter to whom it is done. Men are disadvantaged and the hurdles they are facing are almost impossible to overcome.
So to stop Domestic Violence against men at first we have to believe them. They are also human beings and they do feel depressed. So we must not be biased to a particular gender and must not ignore men’s emotions. Social workers and police must be educated about the fact that men can also be a victim.
Maybe this could change the lives of many men who are the victims of domestic violence.

Domestic Violence against men

As standards “men” are the abusers and “women” are the abused. This is not always true.

responsibility of media.

Todays media has certain responsibilities towards its audience.

Media is called the mirror image of society, reflecting the face.

Mass communication specially, electronic media is developing nowadays.

Since, the discovery of television, media is encouraged by all the citizens of India. In late nineteens, DD Bharat or Durdarshan were the most famous programs on television but not TV channels like Aaj Tak, NBT News etc. have ushered in and shows a bundle of news consisting of suspiciousness, Bollywood but lacks information about the government and tries to gain TRPs. The facts which they present, discourage the people and gives pessimistic opinion about media.

Future of news media: 10 takeaways from Media Rumble | Deccan Herald

It is well said that there is an unneglected position of media which can’t be neglected for it provides information related to politics, murder, creates awareness, but if seen the flip side of the coin, the religious channels shown by them, intervention in everybody’s personal life, their interviews with terrorist who are not even caught by Indian army. Even, they can forecast those shows, which can tell the future of people, which can help people to be saved from critical situations, make them aware, summits going around the world, our country’s politics, policies etc..

People learn what they see on the top“.

At length it can be said that, news channels should understand the meaning of ‘Freedom Of Speech’. the constitutional right with which they have been provided instead of hiding crimes of riches and neglecting the right person.

Women’s safety- a top priorty.

One can know the status of the country, by knowing the position of women.

An indispensable part of the society, still her position is questioned, when one know that she can’t be inherited. A mother, a sister, a grandmother, a girl;

Why is she tortured, molested, raped and provided with all pains and sufferings ?

Why is she always taken for granted ?

The possible reason would be the patience due to which she bears all these things which is considered as her weakness.

Women's security: Safe city project cleared for Lucknow

Delhi, or India is considered the place, where no woman would like to reside due to gender conflict. About 90% of the cases of women rape has been reported to the police. The figure is alarming and speaks to the volume about the dereliction of duties by police, administrators, politicians, due to which women’s safety remains an issue of concern in the Capital of India. The results are proving catastrophic, due to which even foreign tourist decline to visit India, which affect the National economy.

Women's safety as task of democracy

The Capital city, Delhi consist of everything, except the respectable position and strata of women which can’t be inherited. Police should be ready 24 hours for protection of women. At length, it can be said,

The woman is the ultimate power and women’s safety should be top priority.

Is it essential to understand yourself or not?

‘ no one in this world will understand me’ how can someone feel my pain? No one in this world will understand my situation?

There are lots of these types of questions that you may ask yourself once in a lifetime, or you saw people who are asking those types of questions from others, I am not saying that putting these questions is wrong but can you really try to find out the answer of these questions or you are always busy in blaming others.

When you blame someone for not understanding you? Will you realize that how many times you try to understand them. I think there is a chain of blaming in which we blame others for our situations and they blame us for their situations. Why we can’t understand that it is impossible to understand other people. In reality, no one will understand us completely, and also we can’t understand others completely.

There is a reason behind that problem that no one in this world will completely know about other person,

Take your example, people know about yourself only those things that you will tell them, or you know that what you will tell them,

And you will never be told about yourself completely to other people no matter how close they are,

So I think understanding yourself is a better idea to get rid of all these problems. Here are some ways that will help you to understand that how you will understand yourself. so let’s try to understand them one by one.

1) when you are angry, sad, depressed lonely, etc try to spend some time with yourself and understand your emotional life. and when you feel cry, please cry, don’t hold emotions. try to express them.

2) if you can understand yourself , your emotions you will definitely understand others feelings. At that time you are not have any expectation that somebody will understand you , so in this way your relations also become better.

3) understand that we all have some suffering in our lives, so don’t try to give the burden of emotions to others. Try to understand your emotions just like a responsibility towards yourself.

4) you know about yourself better than any other person, so if you have bad habit face them and get rid from them, and cheers yourself when you do something good.

5) always try to boost your confidence, never compare yourself with others this is the work of society, so do your work.

6) face all the struggles of your life with a warrior spirit, whatever the worst situation is you are the hero of your life.

7) you are the only one who have capacity to uplift your life so, whenever there is failure will come face that failure, and give your best to fight for your life.

8) whenever there is a mistakes will occur, don’t feel regret, but try to improve that mistakes because people only present not past. So don’t your time in regretting about something.

9) motivate yourself, the mind is like a child, if you feel that this work is hard mind blindly on it. and never think about that work, so treat the mind like a teacher.

10) try to be happy in this life, because the struggle is temporary.

Makar Sankranti – Sweets and Fun

Makar Sankranti is a festival in the Hindu calendar dedicated to the Sun God- Surya. Makar Sankranti is one of the few ancient Indian festivals that has been observed according to solar cycles. Makar Sankranti is set by the solar cycle of the Hindu lunisolar calendar, and is observed on a day which usually falls on 14 January of the Gregorian calendar, but sometimes on 15 January.  This festival signifies the arrival of longer days. As per a legend, Lord Surya forgave his son Shani and his son visited him on Sankranti. And that’s why people distribute everyone sweets and urge them to let go of any negative or angry feelings

Every twelve years, Hindus organize the kumbh mela on makar sankranti which is one of the world’s largest pilgrimages, with about 40 to 100 million people attending it(too crowded right? Do not get lost!). At this event, they pray to the sun god and bathe in the ganga river.

The festivities associated with Makar Sankranti are known by various names such as Magh Bihu in Assam, Maghi in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, popular amongst both the Hindus and Sikhs, Sukarat in central India, Pongal in Tamil Nadu, Uttarayan in Gujarat, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh, Ghughuti in Uttarakhand, Makar Sankranti in Odisha, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, West Bengal, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh or as Sankranthi in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Celebrations:

On makar sankranti people conduct various social festivities such as decorating houses, singing songs in rural areas, organizing fairs(melas), performing dances, kite flying(my favourite) and feasts. Children go house to house distributing sweets.

In Maharashtra on Makar Sankranti,  people exchange multicoloured halwa (those yummy sugar granules coated in sugar syrup) and til-gul laddoos. Puran poli with pure ghee is also cooked . While exchanging til-gul as tokens of goodwill people greet each other. Married women invite friends and neighbours and celebrate Haldi-Kunku. Guests are given til-gul and some small gifts, as a part of the ritual.  While distributing sweets, the famous line “til gul ghya aani god god bola” (which means eat sweet and speak sweet words) is used in Maharashtra.

My experience:

I remember dressing up in new clothes and then going to each and every house asking for sweets, receiving chocolates and laddoos. My friends and I  would wish everyone with “tilgul ghya aani gol gol bola” and it worked, just for a few days, after which the same old bitter quarrels began. Anyways, flying kites was certainly the best part. You can cut others’ kites and avenge yourself(or just have some good fun).  You can compete with your neighbours to see who can fly the kite better. However, be careful with those deadly strings. They are truly fatal if you mess with them. Once my friends and I competed to see who could get the most candies, and whoever won would get the candies collected by others. It definitely did not go that well for us except my clever friend who won(she was kind and did not take our candies so phew). Makar sankranti is all about fun!

I would love to know your experiences in the comments below!

Why self-motivation is necessary for life

All of us need some motivation to do anything in our life, motivation is one of the most important keys that will unlock success in our life, but before that, we are also have some knowledge about motivation, you have any idea that when this word’ motivation ‘ will came in your life and become very important,

I am sure when you are in your school you have not any ideas about this word, and I am also sure at that time you were passed your school classes when you feel fear from something your teacher or your parents always said these types of a word like hey! Champ doesn’t afraid from these exams you will pass these exams, this is what if it is not motivation so motivation was always present behind every work in your life. but we become aware of that word by the social media, and also we become confused between the word inspiration and motivation.

When we learn from someone’s life situations it is an inspiration and when we do something from ourself it is motivation. The the following someone, or learn something from someone is very important in today’s life. This is one of the best things that we should learn in this life.

Learn from the great person is a very essential thing that we will do in our lives, for this we read great person biographies, see their interviews, meeting, learn their facts about life and also try to learn that how they see the problems of life and how they handle the problems of life. But this is an inspiration.

If you want to achieve something in your life, you have some purpose for that particular work, why behind the work, and you have to find out that way, if you want to be successful in your life.

In today’s world situation, when people see the interview of a successful person or his/her lifestyle on the social media and after that, they become so motivated they start the various project but after 1 or 2-week condition will be the same, disappointed, depressed and purposeless and in search of new motivation by the new person. and this process will continue.

So have you noticed that for doing something in your constantly you have required other thing instead of only motivation and that’s self-motivation which is inspired from someone life but have to work on your life purposes?

People say that they become distracted easily because they have to do something which they don’t like to do, if you are also having the same problem try one thing, do the work that you like most for 1 complete week, and after 1 week you will realize you also bored from this work. This is the nature of human beings that we will become bored after some time.

So the question is how we can work constantly, and for that difficult task self motivation is one most important thing, because whatever we are doing in our life we become bored from that work where self motivation will help us, there is always profit or loss, ups and downs takes place in the work, businesses or whatever we are doing for living, but with the help of self motivation, we will overcome these feeling and continue in our work.and one day will come that we will achieved what we dream in our life.

Try to find out motivation in your life and do hard work in order to uplift life from your present situation. if you are only trying to change the conditions day by day, one day you will definitely find out your true success.

So be happy in your life, and try to find out the real reason behind your work, when you have that particular reason, you will never distract from anything.
