A few problems

India has always been a country which has had it’s own issues and problems. Over the years people have may have looked to change but to be honest there is not much change among people. This is an interpretation of an excerpt about the city of Mumbai, The city might have it’s own beauty but under this beauty there are huge scams and secrets running in the city. The city has a very ongoing influx and efflux of people due to its so called name. The country of India itself is referred to the place of No’s as wherever you whatever you do, there is a huge blockage and that is of the No.

People constantly get rejected. Want an auto? No. Want a ride? No. Want some help? No. The metropolis such as Bombay usually have a huge problem of Overpopulation. In a single building there is a huge population which causes a rise in issues and lack of privacy. Indians also do not maintain their own places of living. Usually winds blow in a lot of garbage into houses which cause ailments and soon people end up in a hospital. Service providers come to do their work on their own will and own sweet time no matter when the owner calls them. People choose to do their own work according to their own desire and wills.

Another problem is how our country provides the whole world with some of the best technical brains and forces but yet we do not develop. People go abroad to study and settle down instead of working for our own country. Why is that? The chances of the population go to either the meritious or the rich. You are either smart or you are rich to buy them off. Everything done in this country falls under the quota of academics or money. People usually do not tend to see the other characteristics of an individual such as confidence or athletic capacity as sometimes these can also define an individual.

These are just a percent of the issues of the Indian population there are a hundred more reasons why our country is still stuck in the same status and rank in the case of development. While other countries are rushing their way through development, India still takes small steps just to reach a goal. The people and their mentalities are the main reason why the country is failing to develop unlike a lot of its peers.

Sentences : Simple, Compound, Complex

Sentence: A set of words that is complete in itself, typically containing a subject and predicate, conveying a statement, question, exclamation, or command, and consisting of a main clause and sometimes one or more subordinate clauses.
these are three types
1) Simple sentence
2) Compound sentence
3) Complex sentence

Simple Sentence: A Simple sentence has only one Subject and one Predicate. [OR] A Simple sentence has only one Finite Verb. Sentence consists of two parts:   The moon was bright and we could see our way.
1. The moon was bright.
2. We could see our way.
The Co-Ordinating Conjunction “and’ join these two parts. Each part contains a Subject and a Predicate of its own. Thus, each part is what we call a Clause. We further notice that each clause makes good sense by itself and could stand a separate sentence. Therefore, each clause is independent of the other or the same order and is called a Principal or Main Clause.

Compound Sentence: A sentence, such as the second, made up of Principal or Main Clauses, is called a Compound Sentence. [OR] A Compound sentence is one made up of two or more Principal or Main Clauses. Sentence: Night came on and rain fell heavily and we all got very wet.
1.Night came on.
2. Rain fell heavily.
3. We all got very wet.
Such a sentence is also called a Compound sentence.

Complex sentence: A complex sentence consists of one main clause and one more Subordinate Clause. Sentence : They rested when evening came.
1. They rested .
2. When evening came.
Each part contains a Subject and a Predicate of its own and forms part of a large sentence. Each part is, therefore, a Clause. We further notice that the Clause, They rested, makes good sense by itself and could stand by itself as a complete sentence. It is therefore called the Principal or Main Clause. The clause, when evening came, cannot stand by itself and make good sense. It is dependent on the clause they rested . It is therefore called a Dependent or Subordinate Clause. A sentence, such as the fourth, is called a Complex Sentence.

Russia invated by Napoleon and Grand Army

On 24 June, French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, crossed the Neman River, invading Russia from present-day Poland. Eventually this resulted in disaster for the French.

To intimidate Alexander, Napoleon massed his forces in Poland in the spring of 1812, but still the czar resisted. On June 24, Napoleon ordered his Grande Armée, the largest European military force ever assembled to that date, into Russia.

Which all started when Russian army refused to engage with Napoleon’s Grande Armée of all most 500,000 European troops. Though the Grande Armée did not have enough supplies or the distribution networks required for such a long march. However french strategists assumed the Grande Armée would be supplied by wagons, or would be able to gather supplies as they went. Furthermore, Grande Armée also failed to prepare for Russia’s harsh winter. Its troops were not dressed or trained for the kind of weather they faced.

Besides the invasion lasted six months, and the Grande Armée lost more than 300,000 men during the process. On the other side Russia lost more than 200,000 too. This single battle resulted in more than 70,000 casualties in one day. The invasion of Russia effectively halted Napoleon’s march across Europe, and resulted in his first exile, to the Mediterranean island of Elba.

Health and Fitness

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. This is the definition provided by the World Health Organization. Good health is generally the state of normal disease-free conditions. As per the report of Lalonde from Canada, the key factors of a persons health are broadly separated into 3 main categories- Lifestyle, this is usually the choices the individuals choices of day to day actions and products, Environment, which are the external factors of the individual, Biomedical, these factors are influenced by various genetic factors. Major reasons which lead to the fading health in an individual are diseases, malnourishment, injuries and lifestyle choices. Almost lakhs of people die from various diseases yearly due to lifestyle and cardiovascular diseases due to changes. There is also an increasing importance of mental well being recently. Medications of various types have been developed such as Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic. What are these various categories of medication? Allopathic medication usually refers to the day to day medication we ingest in the form of tablets. These are usually composed of various chemical formulations and so on. Ayurveda and Homeopathy are more into the side of using natural products and ingredients. They are more focused on the usage of things directly from earth than synthesizing it.

Fitness during the pandemic has been of immense interest. People have a lack of access to gyms and other facilities due to the lockdowns and restrictions. Due to this sudden shift of schedule, people either do not work out or do too much. Both are equally harmful for the human body. There has been reports on an increase of feeding habits among individuals during the pandemic and due to the fear of body image there was also an increase in the addition of workouts on a day to day basis. Some tips to keep up with the fitness needs for any individual would be, do some kind of exercise for at least half an hour a day. This gives your body some time to move around and your metabolism to rise up again. Due to the constant sitting and doing work on our laptops sometimes we get confined to that area which harms us. We might not realize it now but over time we will as it also results in stiffness and fat deposition. Make small lifestyle changes such as walking while on a video call or a normal call with someone. These could really make a difference!

PROBLEMS OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN INDIA:

PROBLEMS CAUSES:

Unemployment and poverty goes side by side. Young people after a long time of unemployment find the wrong way to earn money. To get rid from the unemployment stress, they accept alcohol or drugs.Unemployed youths accepts suicide as the last option of their life.Lower economic growth.Unemployment means a person willing to work but unable to find a qualified job. Our country is facing many problems but one of the serious problem is of unemployment. Many graduates, doctors, engineers, scientist are unemployed or working underemployed.

Due to unemployment we are wasting our country’s human resource. The unemployed rate in between age group 15- 29 has been increased since 2009-2010. According to the Global Employment Trends 2014 the unemployment rate has raised to 3.8%, last year it was 3.7%. The International Labour Organisation (ILO) has said in the recent report that India has shown rise in the unemployment in the last two years. If the problem of unemployment is solved it will help in development of the country. With Population of1.20 billion in our country the unemployment rate is increasing day by day.

The problem of unemployment is rising but still many industries are facing the problem of skilled candidate for their company. There is a boom of software companies, Outsourcing companies in India, but still facing the problem of unemployment. Here are some of the reasons why there is unemployment in India.

There are employment opportunities in India, but the rising population problem creates the unemployment. If the population grows in the same rate the next generation will face more problems of unemployment. If there is vacancy for 1 position 100 or 1000 apply for the position and only one gets the job and others remain unemployed.InflationIndians don’t take jobs which are below their grades. Many find it difficult to work at the below qualification level job.Low wages or salary below the market rate. Many big industries look for the skilled candidate only, for their company.RecessionMany Employers give preference to the experienced candidates only and not the fresher. Not enough or new jobs: As per the experience & analysis from Get Sarkai Naukri, number of new government jobs is decreasing every year. Government is not able to create enough jobs keeping in mind the Indian population.Slow business expansion Advanced Technology: Earlier for a task hundreds or thousand people were required to do a work but now due to the advanced technology only one person can do many people’s work. With the advanced technology companies are hiring few persons to operate the machine. Give a command on computer and the work is done this has cut off the employment of many.Corruption: In Government sector and in some private sector people get the job by giving the bribe. Even though the candidate is not that qualified but if he gives the bribe he gets the job. So to get a government job give a bribe. The qualified candidate remains unemployed as no money to give the bribe. Even though the candidate is not that qualified but if he gives the bribe he gets the job. So to get a government job give a bribe. The qualified candidate remains unemployed as no money to give the bribe. The problem of unemployment gives rise to the problem of poverty. As the employed youth don’t have anything to do they start doing robbery, murder etc.Health issues i.e it affects mentally as well as physically Solutions to the unemployment in India .

1. The very first solution for the unemployment is to control the rising population of our country. Government should motivate people to have small families. Indian government has started initiatives to control the population but still the population is rising.

2. The quality of Indian education should be improved. The current education system is not upto the level. Government should keep a strict watch on the education system and try to implement new ways to generate skilled labour force. Government should select a committee to look after the schools and universities. The syllabus taught is of no use to the industries so the education should be as per the current requirements of the industries. Before completing the education a practical knowledge should be given.

3. Also today’s youth should join the institute or select the course where proper training is given and the course is as per the current industries requirements. Take the course as per your interest and which will bright your future.

4. Government should encourage and develop the agriculture based industries in rural areas so that the rural candidates don’t migrate to the urban areas. More employment should be generated in rural areas for the seasonal unemployment people.

5. Rapid Industrialization should be created.

6. Development of the rural areas will stop the migration of the rural people to the urban cities and this will not put more pressure on the urban city jobs.

7. Government should allow more foreign companies to open their unit in India, so that more employment opportunities will be available.

Caged Bird by Maya Angelou

This poem was published in 1983 in Maya Angelou’s poetry collection “Shaker, why don’t you sing?”. This was her 4th volume of poetry which was published by Random House. It contains 28 poems and they are dedicated to her son guy Johnson and her grandson Colin Ashanti Murphy Johnson. Maya Angelou has depicted the plight of the Black American especially Black Women through this poem.

In this poem, Maya Angelou tries to make a comparison between a free bird and the caged bird. The birds are used as an extended metaphor, the African Americans are compared to the caged birds and the unoppressed people compared to the free birds. The African Americans had to suffer immensely and the caged bird’s captivity depicts the same, whereas the free bird and its freedom to be able to do anything that it likes and its will to claim the sky and everything in its reach depicts the privilege and the entitlement that the un-oppressed felt

The free bird can fly anywhere, explore the sky and they are not subjected to any limitation but the caged bird is kept behind the cage, it cannot fly anywhere and it feels helpless and angered, in the same way, Maya Angelou tries to explain that the oppressed people were not given opportunities and they were treated badly.

The caged bird sings of freedom and that is why that song can be heard even on the distant hills. To the bird which is free, freedom is something which they do not think about whereas for the caged bird freedom is a privilege.

The oppressors feel that they own everything and that they can achieve more and more just like the free bird names the sky his own but the oppressed were not allowed to do anything, they were treated as slaves.

“A free bird leaps

on the back of the wind

and floats downstream

till the current ends

and dips his wing

in the orange sun rays

and dares to claim the sky.

But a bird that stalks

down his narrow cage

can seldom see through

his bars of rage

his wings are clipped and

his feet are tied

so he opens his throat to sing.

The caged bird sings

with a fearful trill

of things unknown

but longed for still

and his tune is heard

on the distant hill

for the caged bird

sings of freedom.

The free bird thinks of another breeze

and the trade winds soft through the sighing trees

and the fat worms waiting on a dawn bright lawn

and he names the sky his own

But a caged bird stands on the grave of dreams

his shadow shouts on a nightmare scream

his wings are clipped and his feet are tied

so he opens his throat to sing.

The caged bird sings

with a fearful trill

of things unknown

but longed for still

and his tune is heard

on the distant hill

for the caged bird

sings of freedom.”

Seclusion…

Sometimes what we need to get peace from everything else is the seclusion. Seclusion is a state of being alone and away from people or to be more precise, becoming more private with life.

People nowadays finds it difficult to find peace in anything. This world of politics, wars, betrayals, failures, demises makes a person lose faith in good vibes and they even lose confidence in themselves. Today, people goes through heartbreaks whether it is in friendship or relationship. Sometimes the heartbreaks comes from their families , their careers or their dreams. All these negativity makes a person feel completely exhausted and depressed.

This is the time when a person needs to live in solitude and seclusion. Sometimes, when the times are hard it is better to spend a few time with your own self for getting the peace. Seclusion gives the freedom to live in the way what a person would desire. Tearing apart all the boundaries and shackles of the responsibilities, seclusion gives the person to enjoy the life in their own way.

When a person resides in solitude or seclusion, they can make themselves happy by doing the things that they wanted to do for a long time, for example, they can go traveling or they can concentrate more on their hobbies that they were unable to do for various reasons. It is the time when a person makes time for their own selves and thus this helps them to know more about their own. They can explore their hidden talents. This is the time when a person completely understands what they truly desire .

Seclusion provides a way for having the idea and practicing self-love. We may sometimes feel that no one loves us but that’s not the right thing for a happy life. First we have to love ourselves and for that being away from people for a while makes us realise that. People should do things that make them feel happy with themselves. They should not feel bored with themselves or be dependent on anyone to become happy.

Seclusion gives us an opportunity to live the actual life rather than depending on the social media likes and comments. Nowadays people depend a lot on these social medias. The series of likes and comments puts a very bad impact on a person that if anytime they get less likes or comments they feel heartbroken and their self-confidence decreases. But if someone become isolated from this world of social media they can find that they are good enough the way they are.

Finding peace in own self and growing self love can only be achieved when a person gives time to themselves. It is a very important step which should be taken by everyone so that for a while they can detach themselves from this world and find peace in themselves. Seclusion is enjoyable if you start doing self-love and enjoying your own company and not depending on anyone for your happiness. Because at the end of the day it is you who is there for own self.

Edge Computing

Edge computing allows for faster response times that aren’t hampered by network latency, as well as decreased bandwidth by selectively transferring the right data to the cloud.

Edge computing architecture is directly applicable to IoT-linked devices.

A large amount of data is generated by remote sensors placed on a machine, component, or device. If the data is transported back across a long network link to be evaluated, logged, and monitored, it takes considerably longer than if it is handled at the edge, near to the data source.

Edge computing was formed as a result of the rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) devices that connect to the internet to receive information from the cloud or to send data back to the cloud.

Advantages of Edge Computing

  • Speed: Edge computing has the capacity to reduce latency and enhance network speed. By processing data closer to the source of information, substantially minimizes the distance it must travel.
  • Scalability: You can utilize the edge to scale your own IoT network without worrying about storage requirements. Also, IoT devices may be installed here with just one implantation.
  • Reliability: Edge computing excels at maintaining reliability. Edge computing provides an uninterruptible service since it does not rely on internet connections or servers most of the time. There is no need for users to be concerned about service disruptions or poor internet connections. It can also use microdata centers to store and possess data locally. As a result, IoT devices can be assured of a stable connection. As a result, edge computing is advised for usage in remote places where a stable network connection is unavailable.
  • Cost: IoT services require additional network bandwidth, data storage, and processing power, so they can be expensive to implement. Edge computing for IoT allows users to minimize bandwidth and data storage requirements, and data centers may be replaced with device solutions. As a result, the cost of installing IoT devices and applications is significantly reduced. Also, not all of the information is transferred to the cloud. Only the most relevant data will be transmitted to the cloud, saving network bandwidth. This can lower overall infrastructure expenditures.

Disadvantages of Edge Computing

  • Incomplete Data: Only partial sets of data may be processed and analysed using edge computing. The rest of the information is just discarded. Companies may lose a lot of important information as a result of this. As a result, companies must decide what sort of data they are prepared to lose before using edge computing.
  • Investment Cost: Building an edge infrastructure may be time-consuming and costly. This is because of their complexity, which requires the use of more resources and equipment. Also, the IoT device with edge computing requires the use of more local hardware in order to function. Overall, this might lead to greater efficiency, but it will need considerable investment.
  • More Storage Space: Edge computing requires a substantial increase in storage capacity on your device. This will not be a concern because storage devices are growing increasingly compact. It is, though, something to keep in mind while creating an IoT device.
  • Maintenance: Edge computing, unlike a centralized cloud architecture, is a distributed system. This means that there are more network configurations with many compute nodes to choose from. This requires a greater level of maintenance than a centralized system.

How to start coding? Part-1

To begin with coding, you need to first learn a programming language. A computer can’t learn the human language. A computer only understands that is in the form of 0’s or 1’s i.e binary language. So to communicate with the computer, you need to learn its language. Programming language is a sort of instructions set that is fed to the computer so that we can get the desired output. There are tons of homogenous programming languages available. Some languages are equivocal. While some are quite the contrary. One such programming language that is most popular today is called “Python”.

Every buzzword around you today is more or less uses Python. Python is an integrated high-level general-purpose programming language. Python is the fastest-growing programming language.

Some of the advantages of coding in the “most popular programming language are”-

It’s easy to read, write and learn code in Python

Python is an interpreted language

Python is free and open-source

Python supports every possible library available

Python is a high-level language

Python is an object-oriented language

Python is portable across Operating Systems

Every coin has two sides, so does Python also has its disadvantages-

Python is quite slow in execution

Python is not so memory efficient.

But, these disadvantages do not anguish its popularity. It may sound perplexing to learn all these keywords. But trust me once you get your hands dirty with coding, you will come to understand these terms.

Surge in interest for Python

There are also some analogous programming languages. C, C++, Java are some of these programming languages. They have their advantages and disadvantages. But none of them is even close in terms of usage and popularity with python.

The growth with pythons influence is steadily increasing and will surely see an exponential rise in the near future. Tech giants such as google have left no stone unturned on using python. Due to this increasing demand for python, it’s feasible to learn python. And this will be your stepping stone on your way to learn to code.

Life in Village

We most of us are living in towns and cities nowadays and our lifestyle has changed a lot. We are living in a place full of tall apartments, shopping malls, all big companies and so on. But is there plenty of trees around us? Absolutely no. Yes we are living in a place filled with pollution and dust. But think of a village life? Life is peaceful over there with nature.

Village is a place surrounded by only nature things. We can say it as a non-polluted area. People over there don’t live luxurious life, but a peaceful and happy life. The atmosphere over the village will also be dust free as the whole area would be surrounded by trees and plants. The best part of village would be the agricultural lands. Most of the people would be farmers in the village who are the backbone of our country. Yes, farmers are the ones who provide us food. Farmers are the best hard working people in the world. Also the people in villages are not by much of diseases.

The food they eat also will be healthy foods which naturally gives us strength. They consume chemical free foods which make them healthier. They also follow certain culture and tradition to celebrate festivals. The traditional festivals in village would be fascinating to watch. All the families would gather together for a festival in villages and celebrate with joy and happiness. The people in villages spend time with their family more than the people who live in cities. Even though some villages don’t have good network facility they remain in contact with their friends and family. Moreover, people in village give respect to each other and help them when they are in need of help. But we people in cities are living a life where there is no time to spend with family and friends.

Children in village also grow up in a good society. The children over there learn good character which develop them into a perfect individual. They also play more outdoor games rather than sitting with gadgets. They too get good education and bloom into perfect professionals. Some children also study farming and bring out new methods in organic farming.

Villages doesn’t have big apartments, but houses which are small and beautiful. The villagers are happy and satisfied with what they have. They also treat animals with love and care. They don’t torture the animals rather give them good food and take care of them. Villagers are people with culture and respectfulness. The people in the village are always happy.

But nowadays we are destroying these beautiful villages and turning it to industries and apartment.  Let us stop doing that and also promote afforestation. Imagine can we get a life like in this cities? Exactly no. So at least we will plant more trees in the place we are and make our area pollution free.

INTERnational olympic day 2021

The first Olympic day was celebrated on 23 June in 1948 by countries including Venezuela, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Portugal, Greece, Austria, Great Britain, and Uruguay.

Every year on 23 June, International Olympic Day is celebrated across the world. The day was initially observed to promote the idea of the Olympics and in order to celebrate the establishment of the International Olympic Committee(IOC). This committee was formed on 23 June, 1894 in Sorbonne, Paris. The Olympics games were revived by Pierre de Coubertin, as mentioned on the website of the International Olympic Committee.

International Olympic day history

The International Olympic Day was first observed in 1947. At the 41st Session of the International Olympic Committee in Stockholm that year, Dr Josef Gruss, a Czeh IOC member, proposed the concept of a World Olympic Day. He advocated designating a day to commemorate everything the Olympics stands for. After a few months work, Dr. Gruss idea was approved at the 42nd IOC session in Switzerland. The International Olympic Committee(IOC) was formed on the same day in Sorbonne, Paris, in 1894, and June 23 was chosen as the International Olympic Day because

of its historical significance.

International Olympic Day 2021 Significance

The International Olympic is significant as it aims to attract people, regardless of their age, gender, social background, to participate in the Olympics. The day now bases itself on three pillars- move, learn and discover to engage people to take part in sports or perform physical exercises regardless of their sporting ability. This is enabling the day to develop into much more than a run or just a sports event.

International Olympic Day 2021 Theme

Stay healthy, stay strong, stay active with the Olympic Day workout on June 23rd.

International Olympic Day 2021 Activities

The international Olympic Day 2021 is incorporated into the school curriculum in few countries while others hold concerts and exhibitions. The recent Olympic Day activities also include meetings for children and young adults with top athletes.

International Olympic Day 2021

The International Olympic Day 2021 is being observed just a month ahead of the postponed Tokyo Olympic Games, which were postponed by a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Olympic games will now start from July 23 and conclude on August 8,2021.

The World Health Organization is expected to discuss managing COVID-19 risks with Japanese authorities and the International Olympic Committee during the Olympic Games. The organisers have announced that the audience will be allowed for the Olympic Games, filling up to 50 percent capacity of the venues.

A maximum of 10,000 domestic spectators will be allowed in Tokyo 2020 venues.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted on the occasion saying,” Today on Olympic Day, I appreciate all those who have represented India in various Olympics over the years. Our nation is proud of their contributions to sports and their efforts towards motivating other athletes”.

Olympic Day Run

The International Olympic Day has been associated with Olympic Day Runs all over the world for the last 20 years. The first Olympic run was launched in 1987 and 45 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) participated in the event. The run was organized to cover a distance of 10km. The Olympic Day Run symbolizes and supports the Sports for All movement by uniting men, women and children of all ages. Now, over 150 National Olympic Committees(NOCs) organize the

event in their respective countries.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PIZZA DESTINATION?

A pizza lover? Of course, everyone is right! So.. Which is your go to place for Pizza? Must be familiar with “Domino’s” Aren’t you! But do you know that Today’s world’s highest pizza seller brand , Our beloved Domino’s Pizza was once the most criticised food joint and was about to be “abandoned”.

DOMINO’S a well knowned brand all over the world having, 15000 plus stores worldwide with approximately 5,649 stores in the U. S. , 1,232 stores in the India and 1,094 stores in the U.K. is highly popular among customers everywhere in the World. However, as they say everyone and everything have had it’s history, same is applicable here.

Journey from Receiving Criticism to Gained Love.

Back in 2009, Domino’s brand image started falling miserably and it’s share price which had already been hit by the recession in 2008 reached down to price of $6 per share. The sales were falling drastically. Domino’s was failing badly and Thus, to take a closer look at the situation the company’s CEO back then ‘Patrick Doyle’ took an insightful look at the reasons for this downfall. Thereby, it was found that there were several blogs, posts, stating that “it’s crust tasted like Cardboard” while, “it’s sauce tasted like ketchup” and many more such demeaning comments flashed upon. The company’s image kept deteriorating. In these difficult times, while any company with such huge base and name like Domino’s would try to ignore or overshadow these comments or rather improve their paid ranking, they decided to face the criticism while being on the Front foot. Accepting it with whole honesty and taking a step forward to actually hear out their customers and enhancing their taste and quality, regain the trust and loyalty of people. Company’s CEO Patrick Doyle took the full responsibility on himself and swore to give a grand and worthy come back. What happened next was remarkable as the company literally called some disappointed customers, critics and those blog post writers to taste and give the honest reviews and feedbacks of their Pizzas. The whole team of Domino’s remain present altogether to hear and diligently take notes on their Shortcomings and obtain the knowledge about what bothered the customers and how bad their pizzas tasted. After listening it all over, Each and every chef at Domino’s worked day and night for the next ’18 months’ to try out all the different spices and mixes to come up with the best, and give a Power pack comeback with their authentic world class Pizzas with invincible taste. While going through this process they actually found out that in order to meet their 30 minute delivery timeline and to cut the costs their supply chain and quality of ingredients was pathetically declined, there were frozen, canned and low quality ingredients which worked as the root cause to these issues. Now, without wasting any time in grief they immediately were all set to turn the tables in their favour.

But How was it possible?

They decided to rejuvenate the whole Supply chain of company, which was extraordinary as it included changing the whole of inventory, processing, packaging and delivery methodologies of on total 4200 stores which were spread on approx 9.33 million square kilometers of area which is three times the size of India. And they, succeeded to do all of it within just 18 months. Moreover, a very sweet and at the same time another courageous move was taken by them that is., the Head Chef of Domino’s himself went off with the pizzas to the houses of their harshest critics and made them taste their freshly made all new Domino’s pizzas. All those people were shook to their core as they got to experience a next level change in the taste and adequately the then worst pizza brand according to them, made them change their perception completely to the state of calling it U.S.’s best pizza place now. What impressed them the most was the fact that their reviews were so considerably looked upon by such a big company and the Head chef himself was on their doorsteps to take their approvals. They started a “YES WE DID IT ” campaign and the Domino’s stock value recorded an increase of 44% in the following month itself. It sales increased up to 14.3% which was the highest quarterly increase in fast food industry, the campaign got approximately 2 billion media impressions. And, the stock rise kept going higher for seven years and took a leap up to 2000%, outshining Amazon, Apple and Netflix.

A LESSON TO THE WORLD.

Domino’s provided us with the biggest example of creating business solutions out of one’s own problems. Rather than taking a step back from making improvements by fearing loss, they saw it as a million dollar investment for growth in near future and ended up discovering opportunities for themselves. Every business should always consider the fact that Quality and customer satisfaction are two main market players when it comes to creating a brand name. Discounts and low pricing strategy alone can give you only Short-term success.

Cyber crime

cybercrime is committed by cybercriminals or hackers who want to make money. Cybercrime is carried out by individuals or organizations.

Some cybercriminals are organized, use advanced techniques and are highly technically skilled. Others are novice hackers.Rarely, cybercrime aims to damage computers for reasons other than profit. These could be political or personal.

Sometimes cybercriminals conduct both categories of cybercrime at once. They may target computers with viruses first. Then, use them to spread malware to other machines or throughout a network.

Using anti-virus or a comprehensive internet security solution like Kaspersky Total Security is a smart way to protect your system from attacks.Anti-virus software allows you to scan, detect and remove threats before they become a problem. Having this protection in place helps to protect your computer and your data from cybercrime, giving you piece of mind.If you use anti-virus software, make sure you keep it updated to get the best level of protection.

Innovation

The actions required to create new ideas, processes or products which when implemented lead to positive effective change. While invention requires the creation of new ideas, processes or products, innovation moves one step further and requires implementation of the inventive act. Innovation also implies a value system which seeks to derive a positive outcome from the inventive act. For example, actions which lead to a negative performance metric would not be considered innovative, even if they met the requirements of novelty and enabling actions.

Innovation is creating new value and/or capturing value in a new way. Value is the key word, stressing the difference between innovation and invention. The definition is simple, easy to memorize and also good enough to encompass innovation in all the value chain.

Social media

In little more than a decade, the impact of social media has gone from being an entertaining extra to a fully integrated part of nearly every aspect of daily life for many.

Recently in the realm of commerce, Facebook faced skepticism in its testimony to the Senate Banking Committee on Libra, its proposed cryptocurrency and alternative financial system. In politics, heartthrob Justin Bieber tweeted the President of the United States, imploring him to “let those kids out of cages.” In law enforcement, the Philadelphia police department moved to terminate more than a dozen police officers after their racist comments on social media were revealed.

And in the ultimate meshing of the digital and physical worlds, Elon Musk raised the specter of essentially removing the space between social and media through the invention — at some future time — of a brain implant that connects human tissue to computer chips.
