Starting a healthcare career without previous medical experience can feel intimidating. Hospitals have their own terminology, strict safety procedures, specialized equipment, and professional standards that may be completely unfamiliar to someone coming from retail, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, or another industry.

But not every healthcare profession requires years of college or previous patient-care experience.
