Narendra Modi’s inspiring life journey to the Office of Prime Minister began in the by-lanes of Vadnagar, a small town in North Gujarat’s Mehsana district. He was born on the 17th of September 1950; three years after India had gained its Independence. This makes him the first Prime Minister to be born in independent India. Mr. Modi is the third child born to Damodardas Modi and Hiraba Modi. Mr. Modi comes from a family of humble origins and modest means. The entire family lived in a small single store house which was approximately 40 feet by 12 feet.

Formative Years

Narendra Modi’s formative years taught him early tough lessons as he balanced his studies, non-academic life to spare time to work at the family owned Tea Stall as the family struggled to make ends meet. His school friends remember that as a child also he was very industrious and had an affinity for debates and a curiosity to read books. Schoolmates recollect how Mr. Modi used to spend many hours reading in the local Library. As a child he was also fond of swimming.

Mr. Modi’s thoughts and dreams as a child were quite removed from how most children of his age thought. Perhaps it was the influence of Vadnagar which once used to be a vibrant center of Buddhist learning and spirituality many centuries ago. As a child also he always felt a strong urge to make a difference to society. He was highly influenced by the works of Swami Vivekananda which laid the foundation of his journey towards spiritualism and which inspired him to pursue the mission to fulfill Swamiji’s dream of making India a Jagat Guru.

At the age of 17 he left home to travel across India. For two years he travelled across the expansive landscape of India exploring various cultures. When he returned home he was a changed man with a clear aim of what he wanted to achieve in life. He went to Ahmedabad and joined Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). RSS is a socio-cultural organization working towards the social and cultural regeneration of India. It was a tough routine for Narendra Modi in Ahmedabad since 1972 when he became a Pracharak for RSS. His day began at 5 am and went on till late night. Late 1970s also saw a young Narendra Modi join the movement to restore Democracy in India which was reeling under Emergency.

While continuing to shoulder different responsibilities within the Sangh during the 1980s Narendra Modi emerged as an Organizer exemplar with his organizing skills. In 1987 a different chapter began in the life of Mr. Modi when he started work as the General Secretary of the BJP in Gujarat. In his first task Mr. Modi won a victory for the BJP in Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation elections for the first time ever. He also ensured that the BJP was a close second to the Congress in the 1990 Gujarat Assembly elections. In the 1995 Assembly elections Mr. Modi’s organizational skills ensured the BJP’s vote share increased and the party won 121 seats in the Assembly.

Mr. Modi worked as the National Secretary of BJP from 1995 looking after party’s activities in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. As BJP’s General Secretary Organization he worked to ensure the BJP won the 1998 Lok Sabha elections. It was in September 2001 that Mr. Modi received a phone call from then Prime Minister Vajpayee which opened a new chapter in his life taking him from the rough and tumble of Organizational Politics to the world of Governance.

Years in Governance

Narendra Modi’s evolution from quintessential Organization Man of the BJP to one of India’s best known leaders recognized for his Good Governance over a span of a decade tells a story of grit, determination and Strong Leadership in the face of grave adversity. Narendra Modi’s transition from the world of Political Organizing to the realm of Administration and Governance neither had the luxury of time nor the benefit of training. Shri Modi had to learn the ropes of Administration while on the job right from Day One. Narendra Modi’s first 100 days in office offer a glimpse of not just how Shri Modi made that personal transition but these 100 days also offer a glimpse of how Shri Modi brought unconventional thinking and out of the box ideas to shake status-quo and reform Governance.

Narendra Modi’s life has been a journey of courage, compassion and constant hard work. At a very young age he had decided to devote his life in service of the people. He displayed his skills as a grass root level worker, an organizer and an administrator during his 13 year long stint as the Chief Minister of his home state of Gujarat, where he ushered a paradigm shift towards pro-people and pro-active good governance.

Narendra Modi’s path to creating a Vibrant Gujarat as a shining example of Development and Governance did not come easy. It was a path littered with adversities and challenges. Through the last decade if there is one constant trait of Narendra Modi that has stood out it is his Strong Leadership in the face of grave adversity. Shri Narendra Modi’s approach to governance has always been viewed as being above politics. Shri Modi never let political differences get in the way of pursuing solutions to developmental challenges. As Shri Narendra Modi prepares to assume Office as India’s next Prime Minister, his approach to Administration and Governance stands out for its convergent thinking. The finest manifestation of Shri Modi’s philosophy of “Minimum Government, Maximum Governance” is his Pancha-Amrut construct for convergent Governance.

His performance is reflected in the many Awards his government received from both National and International media. Shri Narendra Modi as India’s Prime Minister brings with him a rich and hands-on experience as one of India’s most successful Chief Ministers and one of its finest of Administrators.

History was recorded in the plaza of Rashtrapati Bhawan on the evening of 26th May 2014 as Narendra Modi took oath as the Prime Minister of India after a historic mandate from the people of India. Narendra Modi has come out as a spirited, strong minded and development-oriented leader who have a ray of hope for the dreams and inclination of a bazillions Indians. His aim on enlargement, scrupulous  and attempts to initiate a qualitative difference in the lives of the poorest of the poor have made Narendra Modi a popular and respected leader across the length and breadth of India.

Where is your Happiness?

Hey peps!

This blog will be all about my own mindset; about this title. I may discuss the facts which are known or experienced by you; but I hope this would make you realize something over again. So I am not going to include any quotes or philosophies but bare with me if it sounds so!.. Fine I do gasp at the key term, Happiness. There is one fine saying as ‘The world’s richest man is the one who finds his happiness‘. Hope we all running for it. But where it is?

Fine! How this abstract thing could be defined?. It may be some kind of satisfaction in whatever we do, we may feel it while we achieve our goal, may also be some kind of peace when we tend keep our loved one’s with ourself. It might also sense like when someone is suddenly turned from their rags to riches. It may also sense like when you don’t face any interruptions in whatever you do, so that you tend to accomplish your things. It could also feel like the very sense you get; when you realise that when you are treated like a king or queen. It can also be the feel that you initially get when you land in your dream job. It may also be the sense when we finally get to hear ‘covid is gone’!

So, the above said are certain instances which would make us feel better, if we get to really like it. We all are trained from our initial stage to run behind something, to chase out for some treasure. The end reaction of accomplishing the particular thing is the sense of relief and most of them define it as happiness. But can you realise that our happiness is depended upon the external factors! This life is something beautiful and we often forget to admire the little things amidst us. Finding joy also gets bounded to little things. It’s fine to have a purpose for our life but happiness is not bound only to such things; the factors which is elevated for our eyes. Everything depends upon the way we view it.

Mostly, we tend to seek our happiness in external factors or with others. Some are even chasing out something which gives them a kind of relief. ‘But happiness lies within ourself‘. We may receive it from others but it couldn’t equal the peaceful satisfaction that we get within ourselves. When we run behind someone or something, there comes a kind of exhaustion and though we receive certain happiness out of accomplishing certain things that we desire for a long time, it wouldn’t give the intensity of that feel which you had longed for; initially. Instead we can search for happiness within ourselves. “Everyday is a new day and it is not necessary for it to bloom with joy, love and curiosity. But it is in our hands to be happy for what we are and for whatever we have been through“. If you can’t get my words, think of a beggar who is happy without a single penny. It is definite that we would have come across such persons.

Beti Bachao, Beti padhao

-Aditi Raj

“don’t let life end before it even begins, save girl child

Beti Bachao Beti Padhao programme is a nationwide scheme which is purposefully launched to address the serious issue of decreasing girl child ratio in the nation as well as the society. This programme has also a major motive to empower every girl child in our country. This scheme has been successfully launched by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 22nd of January at Panipat, Haryana. This scheme is to make people aware of the importance of girl child in the Indian society as well as bring some positive mindset in our country towards girl child. In our society, girls are treated like burden in our life who need to spend their whole life for their parents or husband.

However it is not true, girls occupy half of their population of the world. So that means they are equally need for the sustaining life in the earth. Since several years, girls have been treated as a domestic slave and are given food to eat, but she has no rights to speak over primary matters of the family. For infusing self confidence in girls, it is important that they are aware of their rights and rights to education is one of the most important right which a girl child should have equal access to. Population and poverty are other reasons why most of the Indian families stop their girl child from stepping towards higher education

Different NGOs have also joined hands and organize various campaigns to increase awareness about Beti Bachao Beti Padhao. Large hoardings and banners are placed at the popular locality in order to grab the attention of a larger audience.

Sexual harassment of women at workplace

The Commonly men arranged work environment has been supplanted by countless ladies getting work in each conceivable field of work. This has brought about various issues that influence the honesty of the ladies and furthermore affect the physical, mental and social prosperity of the ladies. In its various structures, inappropriate behavior is as yet a piece of the work environment regardless of the way that it is accounted for or not. Ladies for the most part don’t discuss any demonstration of lewd behavior focused on them. Be that as it may, this is definitely not a minor issue to be delicately managed. Any demonstration of lewd behavior can leave a lady with physical, mental and passionate issues that would profoundly affect her future life.

The issue of lewd behavior must be given a genuine idea and people’s cooperation ought to be urged to make each working environment more secure and better. Sex fairness incorporates assurance from inappropriate behavior and right to work with nobility, which is an all around perceived essential common liberty. The issue isn’t simply restricted to the strengthening of the ladies however this issue is identified with the fundamental common liberties of the ladies to work in a free from any danger workplace being dealt with similarly with the men and no dread of being a subject of inappropriate behavior on account of the male partners in the work environment.

YOUR PASSION IS WAITING FOR YOUR COURAGE TO CAUGHTUP!

Hello everyone! We all are different in our way and each of us are passionate of various things. It is more essential to be passionate about something and achieve it through success. Passion is an emotion to be acted upon. Without action, passion yields no worthwhile results. Passion is the fuel in the fire of action. When you have passion for something, you love it even when you hate it.

Know What You’re Passionate About:

Finding what you are passionate about is a journey in itself. Don’t be frustrated if you don’t feel like you know yet. Keep trying new things. It will come even if you have to build it. If you find your passion, or find yourself hot on its trail, don’t give it up.

What if you know what you have a passion for but you don’t do anything about it? This is the main problem with passion. You can have all the passion in the world for something but if you never do anything about it, that passion is useless.

Maybe you work a good job that pays all the bills but it doesn’t allow you to truly follow your passion. You’re afraid of what will happen if you change things up. Yes, change is scary, but it’s not until we leave our comfort zone that we find what we’ve been missing out on.

Find who you are:

You’re the author of your life. Don’t settle for the bare minimum just because it’s working out right now.

You will never know what you’re truly capable of unless you push yourself.

But even when you pursue your passion, you will find yourself tripped up by failures and other obstacles. You can’t let that get to you. It happens to everyone on the path of following their passion. Abe Lincoln had a strong passion for building a great country. You think he let a few failures stop him from that? Don’t let obstacles get you down.

What It all needs is courage:

It all needs a trial and courage to do the works. Mark Zuckerberg says, “The biggest risk is not taking risks”. Don’t care whether it succeeds or fails, just go ahead. Make a trial and do it with a courage. If you can’t, then no one else. Believe in yourself. You can , if you believe you can.

When we do things, we get success or failure. If it turns success, some may fear of what to do next. The success may encourage more in our passion. If it results in failure, no matter, it would have taught a lesson so than we cannot do the same again.

Don’t get tired. It may be boring or frustrating to reach our goals. Most of the people give up before they succeed. The one who never gives up, never fails. He might faced a couple of failures, but he does not give up. Fuel yourself with courage day by day. Yeah! your passion is waiting. Just show some courage.

If you fear of showing off yourself, if you fear of failures, if you fear of your own passion, trust me, You are damn foolish. Courage is knowing what not to fear. Wake up brothers and sisters. To achieve what you want, start working for it from today itself. Don’t hide yourself in the dark. Don’t care of what people say. They keep on saying. People don’t care of what you do, they care of what you made. So, come out of the darkness of fear and light up your life with courage.

“If you have the courage to begin,

You have the courage to succeed”

Selfitis era!!

Yup, we exist in the technologically advanced Cenozoic era! This beginning of the knowledge age, is widely into the invent of making the human’s role, a passive one for the sake of making everything accessible. Now everybody have their access for smartphones. I hope a child could lecture it’s usage better than me. The term selfie was coined in the year 2013 when smartphones were made with front cameras. But this indeed lead to the formation of the term ‘Selfitis‘. The word just passed about as a spoof, but the word was coined in 2014 by American psychiatric association. Dr. Mark Griffiths, professor of behavioural addiction in Nottingham Trent University had approved it’s existence and had found out the first Selfitis behavioural scale.

Selfitis can simply be defined as the obsessive habit of taking more selfies and is regarded as a kind of mental illness. This disorder is prevalent on amidst the youths and millennials. The pathetic thing is many of us don’t recognise that we have such thing in us. When things exceeds the limits, it becomes dangerous. While the students were interviewed in certain surveys, their reply was that; they tend to take selfies, since they felt that they are beautiful, their urge to expose themself in social media, to seek certain attention, to feel their elevated self-esteem and so on. The six components responsible for taking selfies are listed below: Environmental enhancement: for the people to feel better and express themselves, more often to create some memories. Social competition: As social media serves as the platform to express themselves, people tend to post their pics and there are various hashtags and public pages present to post their pics. Seeking attention: Now a days teens tend to receive admiration of their self to feel their self-esteem. Mood modifier: when young people feel their stress, they tend to take selfies and this just proves to change the mood condition of certain people. Self-confidence: Many filters have been brought to modify the appearance in an artificial manner. The confidence level is increased, which leads to self love towards the condition such as narcissism. Social conformity: By posting one’s pics, they tend to go with the trend and as they accompany more people, it brings them out of their loneliness.

Thus the excessive addiction towards taking selfies had increased in recent times and it is evinced even by surveys. Especially women were found to be obsessed in taking selfies than men. The selfitis behavioural scale is formed with the survey taken from 3,700 Norwegian social media users. The borderline stage is defined as taking atleast 3 to 4 selfies per day, which is considered as a normal behaviour. The Acute stage is considered as the urge to post 2 or 3 pics in social media sites, everyday. The chronic stage is the severe one where people takes countless selfies everyday, without their realization. A survey was jointly conducted by Carnegie Mellon University from Pittsburgh and Indraprastha University from Delhi during the year 2014-2017. They have found that 213 people died while taking selfies and 128 people amidst them are Indians. The Pakistan and America stands in the consecutive places. This disorder affects physically and mentally in a way that it may lead a person towards anxiety, depression, lack of confidence and acceptance of oneself, feeling of fatness, physical attractiveness and lesser body satisfaction. Since the selfie apps are featured with the modification of one’s appearance according to their wish, it could channel one’s mental health in an unhealthy way.

Though there is no approved medications for treating this disorder, it can be cured by asking for advice from wellwishers, practicing relaxation techniques and setting realistic goals to achieve; so that these things can divert a person. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) proves to be effective for such OCD; along with medications. Such therapies involve the exposure of the person to the object of obsession and making them to practice the coping skills; in order to avoid the instinct. Thus the obsession or addiction of any habit may lead someone to disaster.

Daughters of the dragon by William Andrews – Book review

Daughters of the dragon by William Andrews –   Book review

This book is not one that you will come across easily cause it is not a popular book or even a classic but, I promise you that you feel find it to be an extremely rare gem. It will help you in terms of understanding history, war and humanity in a raw and real way. But, most important of all it does it while giving utmost importance and dignity to the individuals that are involved in these circumstances much bigger than them.
Twenty year old Anna Carlson is one such individual in this story. She is a Korean American adoptee who decides to go back to South Korea from America to trace her biological parents. There she meets a poor yet elegant woman Hong Jae-hee who gives her a two headed ivory dragon tortoiseshell comb and tells Anna a story about herself, her war, her life and her country. She tells Anna an epic tale which starts with Japanese occupation of Korea and China during the 2nd World War and the forced sexual slavery of Korean women by the Japanese Army to be used as ‘Comfort Women’. As the story goes on Anna comes to terms with her own roots, which are intertwined with rich and ancient tree of her birth country’s history and culture with her adopted country’s role.
This book though based on Korea is still extremely relevant for a country like India given our colonial past. This story does not desire to blame or bash Japan for its past war atrocities but aims to hold accountability. This is extremely important for any nation not only for the sake of a sense of justice and fairness but also for the sake of forgiveness and healing. Apologizing does not make one any less than and the one who accepts it and forgives becomes even greater. But, the one who forgives also receives something extremely powerful. The permission and almost the audacity to grieve. Only with truly grieving can one truly heal. It is almost like cleaning and opening up an old, dirty and rusty lock that has been deliberately ignored and forgotten. The key to this lock is a small but clean key of apology. Nothing grand or embellished, nothing made out of Platinum or Silver or Gold but just a clean and strong piece of metal that is the right fit and the right size.
If a nation is to be considered a tree then, the people from a past that we were not born into are also a part of that tree just like we are. If a part of that tree gets hurt or rotten then it becomes important to fix it. It becomes even more important to remember and understand it to understand our own selves. The Daughters of the Dragon will certainly help you understand it. It will make you hurt, cry, angry, happy, grateful and question everything but most of all it will help you understand more. Understand your country, your history but importantly your individuality.

The Fault in our Stars- The ending we all deserve

A young boy was in the cemetery with his mother, the boy’s mother pulling her oxygen tank behind her stopped at a grave and gently replaced the wilted flowers with fresh ones and kept a new pack of cigarettes next to it. As a tear rolled down her eyes, the boy came up to her and tugged on her sleeve. She was wearing the same old black dress she wore 5 years ago this day, at the very same spot.

“Mom, when is going to wake up, I really want to play with him”, he asked his mother.

“What can I say, he just loves to nap like a cat, all day long. I’m kind of getting sick oh him too “, she wiped her eyes,

“Come on Peter, its time to go, we’ll let this sloth rest some more, Okay?”

“Okay.”, he replied, clutched on her hands and galloped his way back to the car.

Isaac was waiting in his car, with his typical sunglasses on. He had been offered his most awaited robot eyes, but he refused because he didn’t want to look at a world where there was no Augustus. He helped Peter climb up on the front seat, closed the door and put his seat belt on.

“Car picnic?”, he asked Peter who was always excited every time they came to visit Augustus, as he got to meet his favorite pal Isaac. Afterwards they would visit Funky Bones and have his mother’s special Tomato and Dutch Cheese sandwich. He wondered where she learned to make it from, they were really saggy because of the excess tomatoes she put in, but he loved them. Later they would go to Isaac’s place and play Counter Insurgence. He had gotten better at it than Isaac, but Isaac would say “Augustus is still better than you” to get back at him. This was what made Peter so eager to meet Augustus so he could finally show how good he was at his this game.

“Hey, do you want me to go with you tomorrow? I can get mom to look after Peter”, Hazel asked Isaac.

“No I’ll be fine, I actually want to do this alone”, said Issac.

He didn’t. The only person he would rather have gone with was Augustus. He was getting his eye surgery done finally, because how could he not? He didn’t want to not look at Augustus’s son anymore. He wanted to know how blue his eyes were, how crooked his smile, just like his father. He wanted him to grow up and go “egging at ex-girlfriends’ houses” with him, only this time he wanted to be sure where he was throwing the egg. He wasn’t getting his eyes back to look at an Augustus-less world, he was getting them because he couldn’t live without seeing the last piece of Augustus. The only person he wanted to share this day with was Augustus and Hazel understood.

“Okay. Give me a call when you are done. Peter and I will go pick you up.”

Isaac was waiting for his turn at the doctor’s chamber. He was nervous, scared but full of hope. The hope of seeing the unexpected. He heard his name called, and the nurse helped him inside.

“Hello”, he said. “My name is Isaac Lahey. I have a 2:30 appointment”

Sitting behind her desk was Monica in a white coat.

She had broken up with Isaac because she was in love with him. And if they were together and he died, then she wasn’t sure she’d be able to love anyone anymore. After she broke up. she had gone into her room, cried for a few days, and moved to New York City, because staying would’ve reminded her of Isaac too much. But there was one problem. When she tried to leave, her car was egged. She spent a few hours cleaning it up, and quickly left after that. After making it to NYC, she stayed with a friend, went to medical school, specialized in Ophthalmology, in memory of Isaac , whom she hadn’t spoken to in 6 years, hoping that one day a tall, lanky, dark haired guy would walk into her office with a pair of dark shades, and she would be the one giving his eyes back and the one first one he sees when he finally can.

Monica did a double take, ran towards him and kissed him, then jabbed surgical weapons down Isaac’s eye sockets but lets skip that part.

Are Serial Killers Genetically Fated to Kill?

Can we tend to use biology to observe the fate of a criminal? Are criminals not at fault for their actions? Does genetic science lead individuals to commit violent acts? What sequences are answerable for this or is it simply one gene?CDH13 or the “warrior gene” contains explicit variations within the X chromosome sequence that produces monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) enzyme. Cdh13 is concerned with the signaling between cells, but has additionally been
connected with hyper attention-deficit / upset disorder[ADHD], autism, schizophrenic psychosis, and emotional disorder.

This review covers projects and experiments conducted on its role related to violent behavior.
Recently a bunch of researchers from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden delineated the foremost recent look of MAOA-L published in the journal of Molecular Psychiatry. The study was led by Professor Jari Tiihonen who analyzed
the genes of 895 Finnish criminals which shows the criminals condemned of many violent crimes have the MAOA-L catalyst or the mutant version of it whereas the calm controls failed to.
Violent crime could be a major issue that affects the standard of life even in stable and plush societies. In industrial countries, the bulk of all violent crime is committed by a comparatively tiny cluster of delinquent recidivistic
offenders, and quite five hundredth of severe delinquent behavior is due to genetic factors.Cdh13 is additionally known as a possible risk sequence for syndrome spectrum disorder, violent behavior, substance abuse, depression.
Twenty years ago, it was ascertained that a rare mutation resulting in a whole deficiency of MAO-A (MAOA) was related to impulsive and aggressive behavior in a very Dutch kindred. Thus far, solely 2 studies have rumored
associate degree association between a selected sequence and criminal violent
offending. In the study, 12 % of the boys had a mix of the low-activity MAOA
promoter genotype and childhood ill-treatment, which accounted for 44% of the
violent convictions in their cohort. Although this finding has not been
replicated, and therefore the majority of violent convictions during this
cohort weren’t severe, like killing or tried killing, this MAOA variant has
become widely known as a ‘warrior gene’. Recently, it was rumored that this
finding has begun to influence the attitudes on court sentences within the
North American country. A meta-analysis that enclosed 11,000 people showed a
big interaction between the low-activity MAOA genotype and childhood
adversities on a subsequent delinquent outcome. However, the biggest study on
this issue, with quite 4000 people, couldn’t make sure the hypothesis that this
MAOA genotype moderates the link between childhood ill-treatment and delinquent
behavior, however, found statistically non-significant proof for the main
result of MAOA genotype on having a disposition toward violence. Thus, the
problem of a ‘warrior gene’ has remained moot.
To my information, this can be the primary study to research the genetic
background of severe aggressive behavior. The low-activity MAOA genotype also affects the metabolism of serotonin and serotonin signaling within the
corticolimbic circuitry, leading to increased impulsive aggression.
The high proportion of intoxicated offenders in our cohort is well in line with
a comprehensive review on the pharmacological medicine of bloody offenders in
developed countries, that complete that the bulk of offenders are intoxicated
by a mind-altering drug at the time of the killing, with alcohol being the
foremost usually rumored substance. The results indicate that concerning 9% of
severe violent crime in Finland is due to the low-activity MAOA genotype, which
is extremely near to the results of Caspi et al., who calculated that
concerning 11% of any violent crime within the New Zealand cohort was due to
this low-activity genotype and childhood ill-treatment. However, it’s essential
to emphasize that the sensitivity and specificity of the genotype findings are
too low for any screening functions, either for the primary or secondary bar of
violent offending. It is equally vital to appreciate that, in line with the
fundamental principles of rhetorical medical specialty, solely the particular
mental capability (phenotype) of the wrongdoer matters once social control or
obligation is taken into account, and therefore the purported risk factors as
such (such as genotype) don’t have any legal role within the ensuing judgment.
Regarding the secondary bar of violent crime generally, it’s obvious that the
utilization of alcohol, drug abuse, and alternative substances that induce a
transient monoamine neurotransmitter burst, and subsequent aggressive behavior,
ought to be reduced when unleashing from jail. This might be meted out by
implementing obligatory supervised treatment with a medicinal drug or long
narcotic antagonist as a part of a probation police investigation.
According to my knowledge, no previous studies have controlled the result of
co-existing abuse and delinquent psychological disorder once learning the
genetic background of severe violent behavior. Results from the
population-based sample showed a redoubled risk for alcoholism particularly due
to those that had severe issues in childhood. However, the results from this
study indicate that CDH13 and low-activity MAOA are quite specific to violent
crime because the ORs of the SNPs for offenders having committed solely
non-violent crimes (predominantly delinquent people with substance abuse),
indicating solely a small association with abuse and a criminal tendency as
such. The results indicate each low amine metabolism and somatic cell membrane
dysfunction as plausible factors within the etiology of utmost criminal violent
behavior, and a conservative estimate implies that 5–10% of all severe violent
crime in European nations is due to specific MAOA and CDH13 genotypes.
The role of active genetic proof in excusing and mitigating criminal behavior
is unclear. Analysis has recommended that the genotype of the catalyst enzyme
(MAOA-L) could increase the chance for aggressive and delinquent behavior. By
examining criminal proceedings during which MAOA-L genotype proof was
introduced, the rhetorical uses were explored. Westlaw and LexisNexis legal
databases were electronically probed for cases from 1995 to 2016 to spot court
documents from cases involving the MAOA-L genotype. Proof of the MAOA-L
genotype was enclosed in records from eleven criminal cases (9 U.S. and a pair
of Italian). Within the guilt part, genotype proof was dominated admissible in
one among 2 cases and should have contributed to a conviction on a lesser charge. Within the sentencing part, genotype proof was admissible in four of 5
cases, one among that concluded with a lesser sentence. Even once charges or
sentences are reduced it’s tough to determine the impact of proof of the MAOA-L
genotype. Genotype proof could lack a persuasive impact as a result of the
impact of the allelomorph on a specific suspect is tough to ascertain.
We tend to find that the warrior gene is specifically expressed in Golgi cells
within the cerebral cortex and is essential for repressive operate of Golgi
cells with deletion of Cdh13 in non‐executive centers of the brain, like the
neural structure, could contribute to psychological feature and social activity
deficits coupled to neurologic disorders.
So as an answer we can use genetic editing to tweak the genes playing a role in
the gene regulation and modulate the enzyme to stay the disorders in restraint.

EDUCATION AND ITS CRITICAL IMPORTANCE:

Education is something that a person obtains from his surroundings or from a school. It is a weapon in one’s arsenal. Education is defined as the acquisition of knowledge. Education is a never-ending process in which we learn new things at every turn, and it will continue until a person’s last breath. In this process, there are no age restrictions; anyone can learn at any age they want.

Education can play a significant role in shaping a child’s personality. As a result, educational institutions play a critical role in this. An educational institution should anticipate children’s needs. The teachers and instructors should be very kind and loving to the students, or else the education and institution will be boring and tiresome to them. Education should not only be about learning, but also about having fun so that the children find it interesting. Education has the potential to impact global development in the long run. A well-educated person is always working to improve humanity. Education produced civilized, well-organized people. People who are educated have great ideas and strive for betterment in life. It assists in breaking out of one’s comfort zone, which is where the magic happens.

Physical education is another aspect that plays a significant role in one’s life. When a child receives a better physical education, he will grow up to be a healthy person with a fit body. As a result of their education, people mature. Refinement enters the lives of educated people. Above all, education teaches people the value of discipline. People with a higher level of education understand the value of time much better. In the eyes of educated people, time is equal to money.

Education is more than what we learn within the four walls of a classroom; it is a broader concept. Nobody in the world knows everything because the world is a mystery and we cannot find a solution to everything. We obviously don’t know everything, so we should always be curious and excited when we come across a new discovery. So, if we are ignorant about something, it is almost certain that when we discover it, it will provide us with an incalculable amount of pleasure.

A formalist analysis of Lana Del Rey’s song Summertime Sadness

Summertime Sadness from Lana Del Rey’s album Born to Die displays a rollercoaster of emotions the song writer might have gone through while writing the song. As the song begins we listen to a very high spirited singer, head over heels in love with her “summertime sadness”. They are separated by whatever reason that is not yet revealed to the auditors, but the singer craves for that one last touch of love, a kiss before she is swept away from her love and to reassure her beloved that he/she is the best. The buoyant singer is now dressed up in a red dress contrasting to the pale moon, which symbolises how she is trying to lift up her  spirits by dressing up, getting her hair done even while she is still surrounded by the pale moonlight, showing the sadness shes impersed in both internally and surrounding her externally. But even on this eerie night with a pale moon, she is trying to seek happiness and somehow relieve herself from the melancholy that’s surrounding her, she even takes off her heels, a simple act of pleasure for girls, yet she fails to achieve the state of complacency.

Right from the pre-chorus of the song, it’s slowly revealed how the singer is starting to feel low again, and that her rollercoaster of emotions is tipping low. She feels the unease slowly creeping into her, she feels it in the air, she feels even the telephone wires are being ominous, they are sizzling as if something bad is to happen to her; then we see her drowned in a new set of emotions where she feels strong. She believes that nothing can scare her anymore, as if things that she was terrified of had already happened to her. Even when she’s burnt with the feeling of loss, she is not ready to give up  nor is she complaining about her beloved, who has abandoned her. She is reassured that even after losing her loved one, living through that loss, even though the fires are fast burning around her, she is no longer scared, she will keep herself afloat.

Throughout the song she sings about her summertime sadness. Contradicting the popular belief of having seasonal depression during winters, Lana has a summertime sadness, for her summer is the cruelest. It points to the possibility that she might have lost her beloved in a summer. It could also signify her getting reminded of the warmth of the summer time memories she created with her beloved, that is making her write these saddest lines and and through these summer days she is reliving her happy memories. The refrain of the lines

Kiss me hard before you

My summertime sadness

I just wanted you to know

That baby, your the best

Shows how the loss has scarred her deep. She is deeply affected, but never angry at her summertime sadness, for her he/she is still the best. She is still keen for a chance to see her summertime sadness again, to give a tight kiss one last time. Maybe she regrets a missed chance, maybe she craves to experience their last meeting again.

From the second verse of the song, we get a glimpse of her summertime sadness. While she’s driving down at high speed, she feels an electric wave passing through her, she is not scared of her speed as she has her “baby by her heavenly side”. This is the first time it is revealed, her summertime sadness has passed on to the heavenly side. Which shows why she was never angry at her beloved, for leaving her. The last bridge of the song describes the feelings Lana has reserved for her beloved. She sings,

Think I’ll miss you forever

Like the stars miss the sun in the morning skies

Later’s better than never

Even if you’re gone I’m gonna drive, drive, drive

She is deeply mourning the death, she is driving her life forward only keeping in mind the destination where she could meet her beloved again.

While watching the accompanying video of the song, we get a clear image of her summertime sadness. The video is open ended and gives space for a lot more speculation. One of the conclusions that we can arrive at is the fact that her best friend/lover committed suicided, as we see a girl in white dress jumping off of a cliff. She is mourning the death and waits to pass on to the heavenly side and meet her again. She is in her red dress, driving down in about ‘99. Her suicidal tendencies or her anticipation for her death is clear from the countdown, “1..2..3..4..” resonating in the background. She wants to meet her bad baby on the heavenly side as fast as she could. This conclusion gains strength furthermore with the first words you hear when you listen to the song which says, “know that i love you forever, ok bye”. While correlating the lyrics with the music video, another possible explanation comes up. It can also be seen as a dead person’s message to her friend she’s leaving behind on the earthly side. It’s a message that reassures her summertime sadness, that she is happy and is not tense to take the leap. She is ready to take her own life. She is all dressed up, yet she takes her heels off, signifying how she is rectifying even the smallest discomfort she faces, she is no longer ready to suffer, she decides to move on to the painless world as she dawns her life with a countdown. She’s singing to her friend as she is leaving for the other world, the song signifies that last few moments of her life, as we see Lana’s happy memories playing on as if on a loop.

It is an enigmatic song filled with the deep sense of loss for a loved one. The song could be about her personal journey of loss of a beloved or her a beautiful suicide note she is composing before she passes on to the other world.

They will be asked about their interest , why they are suitable for that position and many other questions . In the interview the employer can see the applicant and find out their response along with their personality. Suppose if there is any employer looking for a candidate who is having the calm personality but if there is no interview how will the employer can evaluate and choose the most appropriate candidate?

Interview is a conversation that takes place between the job applicant and the employer or may be the representative of an employer. This is done to find out whether the applicant is most capable of getting a job or not.

Mostly these interviews involves the face-to-face interactions because a person can lie but their body language cannot. It is the most common method used to evaluate the applicants in order to ensure that the best person is recruited. Interview allows the employer to get into more details about the applicant as they can know how the applicants are replying ,how they are sitting ,how confident they are and some psychologist are also present at the time of interview who can easily find out the personality of a person. So the big question arises if this is so difficult and all aspects are checked up by the employer then how to attend the interview to get hired? We will answer this question by mentioning the following points that you must take care while going for a interview.

IMPORTANT POINTS:
