India as the elected Non-Permanent member of the UNSC

India has been elected as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council.

For this two-year term, India is the only endorsed candidate from the Asia Pacific States. The country has won 184 votes out of the 192 ballots cast in the entire elections.

The country’s term as the non-permanent member of the UNSC would commence from January 1, 2021. It of course, isn’t the first time when India has served in this position as the country is all set for its 8th term as the non-permanent member at the Security Council.

The previous eight years for India have been for the terms 1950-1951, 1967-1968, 1972-1973, 1977-1978, 1984-1985, 1991-1992 with the last term being in 2011-2012.

The countries such as Ireland, Norway and Mexico have also won the Security Council elections along with India for the non-permanent membership.

Ministry of External Affairs had launched a brochure during the election campaign which outlined India’s priorities. According to that, the country will be directed by five priorities under the predominant theme of New Orientation for a Reformed Multilateral System (NORMS). These priorities include would include:

Firstly, the new opportunities for progress. As a constructive contributor to the security of the global commons and undoubtedly a rule-abiding democracy, India will work positively with the partners with the aim to bring inclusive and innovative solutions which would foster development. The objective specifically revolves for greater engrossment of women and youth to shape a new paradigm. The idea behind it is to present a platform for a coherent, nimble, pragmatic and effective collaboration to ensure complete sustainability of peace in a generation of rapidly shifting global security landscape.

To an effective response to International terrorism, India had also planned to pursue strong and result-oriented action by the Council which is aimed at addressing the abuse of the Information and Communication Technology by terrorists. It is also aimed at disrupting their nexus with transnational organised criminal entities and their sponsors. Additionally, it will also be halting the flow of terror finance. Thus, strengthening operative and normative frameworks for greater coordination with other multilateral mediums.

Reforming the mentioned multilateral system will also commence. Thereby addressing the widespread concerns of the inadequacy and lack of existing multilateral establishments to deliver outcomes or meet the new challenges.

The reformation of the multilateralism is looked as a must for the post-COVID19 era. The first and the most vital step which is sought at the moment is the reform of the Security Council itself. It looked to amend so that it reflects contemporary realities in order to be more effective.

A comprehensive approach which will also be taken towards the International peace and security as India’s vision for the same is steered by the dialogue and cooperation, mutual respect, and ofcourse its commitment to international law.

However, streamlining the UN peacekeeping is an overdue task. Greater clarity, professionalism, direction must be ensured in the UN Peacekeeping Operations.

Thus, promoting the technology with a human governance stands as a driver of solutions. To this, India mentions to encourage partnerships which will harness the benefits of technological innovations. Ultimately reducing the human suffering, enhancing the ease of living and building resilient communities.

The country looks to pursue these priorities through the Five-S approach plan: Samman (Respect), Sahyog (Cooperation), Samvad (Dialogue), Samriddhi (Prosperity) and Shanti (Peace).

WORLD HEPATITIS DAY

Hepatitis D Symptoms and Transmission

World Hepatitis Day, observed on July 28 every year, aims to raise global awareness of hepatitis — a group of infectious diseases known as Hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E — and encourage prevention, diagnosis and treatment. The date of 28 July was chosen because it is the birthday of Nobel-prize winning scientist Dr Baruch Blumberg, who discovered hepatitis B virus (HBV) and developed a diagnostic test and vaccine for the virus. This year’s theme is “Hepatitis-free future,” with a strong focus on preventing hepatitis B among mothers and newborns. On 28 July, WHO will publish new recommendations on the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of the virus. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), after tuberculosis, the second major killer infectious disease is Hepatitis.

Your liver is located in the right upper area of your abdomen. It performs many critical functions that affect metabolism throughout your body, including:

  • bile production, which is essential to digestion
  • filtering of toxins from your body
  • excretion of bilirubin (a product of broken-down red blood cells), cholesterol, hormones, and drugs
  • breakdown of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins
  • activation of enzymes, which are specialized proteins essential to body functions
  • storage of glycogen (a form of sugar), minerals, and vitamins (A, D, E, and K)
  • synthesis of blood proteins, such as albumin
  • synthesis of clotting factors

Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver. The condition can be self-limiting or can progress to fibrosis (scarring), cirrhosis or liver cancer. Hepatitis viruses are the most common cause of hepatitis in the world but other infections, toxic substances (e.g. alcohol, certain drugs), and autoimmune diseases can also cause hepatitis.

There are 5 main hepatitis viruses, referred to as types A, B, C, D and E. These 5 types are of greatest concern because of the burden of illness and death they cause and the potential for outbreaks and epidemic spread. In particular, types B and C lead to chronic disease in hundreds of millions of people and, together, are the most common cause of liver cirrhosis and cancer.

Hepatitis A and E are typically caused by ingestion of contaminated food or water. Hepatitis B, C and D usually occur as a result of parenteral contact with infected body fluids. Common modes of transmission for these viruses include receipt of contaminated blood or blood products, invasive medical procedures using contaminated equipment and for hepatitis B transmission from mother to baby at birth, from family member to child, and also by sexual contact.

Acute infection may occur with limited or no symptoms, or may include symptoms such as jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), dark urine, extreme fatigue, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

Scientists have identified 5 unique hepatitis viruses, identified by the letters A, B, C, D, and E. While all cause liver disease, they vary in important ways.

Hepatitis A | Bureau of Infectious Disease Control | Division of ...

Hepatitis A virus (HAV) is present in the faeces of infected persons and is most often transmitted through consumption of contaminated water or food. Certain sex practices can also spread HAV. Infections are in many cases mild, with most people making a full recovery and remaining immune from further HAV infections. However, HAV infections can also be severe and life threatening. Most people in areas of the world with poor sanitation have been infected with this virus. Safe and effective vaccines are available to prevent HAV.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is transmitted through exposure to infective blood, semen, and other body fluids. HBV can be transmitted from infected mothers to infants at the time of birth or from family member to infant in early childhood. Transmission may also occur through transfusions of HBV-contaminated blood and blood products, contaminated injections during medical procedures, and through injection drug use. HBV also poses a risk to healthcare workers who sustain accidental needle stick injuries while caring for infected-HBV patients. Safe and effective vaccines are available to prevent HBV.

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is mostly transmitted through exposure to infective blood. This may happen through transfusions of HCV-contaminated blood and blood products, contaminated injections during medical procedures, and through injection drug use. Sexual transmission is also possible, but is much less common. There is no vaccine for HCV.

Hepatitis D virus (HDV) infections occur only in those who are infected with HBV. The dual infection of HDV and HBV can result in a more serious disease and worse outcome. Hepatitis B vaccines provide protection from HDV infection.

Hepatitis E virus (HEV) is mostly transmitted through consumption of contaminated water or food. HEV is a common cause of hepatitis outbreaks in developing parts of the world and is increasingly recognized as an important cause of disease in developed countries. Safe and effective vaccines to prevent HEV infection have been developed but are not widely available.

How hepatitis is diagnosed

History and physical exam

To diagnose hepatitis, first your doctor will take your history to determine any risk factors you may have for infectious or noninfectious hepatitis.

During a physical examination, your doctor may press down gently on your abdomen to see if there’s pain or tenderness. Your doctor may also feel to see if your liver is enlarged. If your skin or eyes are yellow, your doctor will note this during the exam.

Liver function tests

Liver function tests use blood samples to determine how efficiently your liver works. Abnormal results of these tests may be the first indication that there is a problem, especially if you don’t show any signs on a physical exam of liver disease. High liver enzyme levels may indicate that your liver is stressed, damaged, or not functioning properly.

Other blood tests

If your liver function tests are abnormal, your doctor will likely order other bloodtests to detect the source of the problem. These tests can check for the viruses that cause hepatitis. They can also be used to check for antibodies that are common in conditions like autoimmune hepatitis.

Ultrasound

An abdominal ultrasound uses ultrasound waves to create an image of the organs within your abdomen. This test allows your doctor to take a close at your liver and nearby organs. It can reveal:

  • fluid in your abdomen
  • liver damage or enlargement
  • liver tumors
  • abnormalities of your gallbladder

Sometimes the pancreas shows up on ultrasound images as well. This can be a useful test in determining the cause of your abnormal liver function.

Liver biopsy

A liver biopsy is an invasive procedure that involves your doctor taking a sample of tissue from your liver. It can be done through your skin with a needle and doesn’t require surgery. Typically, an ultrasound is used to guide your doctor when taking the biopsy sample.

This test allows your doctor to determine how infection or inflammation has affected your liver. It can also be used to sample any areas in your liver that appear abnormal.

Worldwide, 290 million people are living with viral hepatitis unaware. Without finding the undiagnosed and linking them to care, millions will continue to suffer, and lives will be lost. On World Hepatitis Day, 28 July, we call on people from across the world to take action and raise awareness to find the “missing millions”.

DEATH ANNIVERSARY OF A MISSILE MAN DR.A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM

A person who went to distribute newspapers in childhood, whose entire family lost their money and business and that person later launched everything from missiles to satellites and in India the name of “the missile man of India” These great men became famous from DR. APJ Abdul Kalam.

APJ Abdul Kalam’s full name was Abdul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam. He was born on 15 October 1931 in Rameshwaram. Abdul Kalam was born into a Tamil Muslim family. His father Jainulabudeen was the owner of a mosque and yacht and his mother Ashiamma was a housewife. From the boat that his father had, he used to take Hindu people from Rameshwaram to Dhanuskodi and from Dhanuskodi to Rameshwaram.

Abdul Kalam had three elder brothers and a sister. He was very attached to his brothers and he was spending his whole life for little money. Abdul Kalam was known for his simple life. He never bought T.V. and his habit was to get up between 6:30 am- 7:00 am in the morning and sleep at 2:00 am in the night. Religion and spirituality meant a lot to him, even he wrote a book called “Transcendence”.

The ancestors of APJ Abdul Kalam were very rich and had many acres of land. When the bridge was built on the river on which they carried the people across, then their family lost the entire business of bringing and carrying the people, because now the bridge was no longer needed by the people. After this incident, his business completely collapsed but at the same time, his money and land also ended slowly.

APJ Abdul Kalam’s Primary Education

By the time APJ Abdul Kalam was born, his family had become very poor and he had to distribute newspapers at a young age. When he went to school, his marks used to be very simple, but the teachers told him to work very hard and he also succeeded in it, seeing his success, the teachers called him a hardworking student and he was encouraged. He always wanted to study since childhood. He always worked on mathematics for hours.

After his studies at Schwartz Higher Secondary School, he moved to Tiruchirapalli. He attended Joseph’s College, Tiruchirapalli and became a Physics graduate in 1954. Moved to Madras in 1955 and did Aerospace Engineering, Madras Institute of Technology. While he was working on the project, one of his college teachers saw his progress and he was not impressed with them. He called Abdul Kalam and said: “If you don’t complete the project within three days, your scholarship will be returned.” Will be taken “.

APJ Abdul Kalam had a great desire to join the Indian Air Force but was left with only one position, he was in the 9th position and only eight positions were vacant. APJ Abdul Kalam joined the Aeronautical Development Establishment after finishing his studies from Madras Institute of Technology in 1960. There he started working as a scientist. He started his career with a small hovercraft designAPJ Abdul Kalam was also involved in Incospar Committee where he worked under Vikram Sarabhai. Vikram Sarabhai was a well-known space scientist.

Then transferred to ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) in 1969. At ISRO, he was the project director of India’s first satellite vehicle, SLV-3. This vehicle placed the Rohini satellite in the orbit of the earth. APJ Abdul Kalam then worked alone on the expendable rocket project but in 1969 the Government of India gave permission to his project and said that a team should also be formed on his project.

He also went to NASA Research Center in 1963. Raja Ram Anna called Abdul Kalam, India’s first nuclear test to see the smiling buddha. Abdul Kalam also worked on Project Devil and Project Valiant and in these projects he made ballistic missile. Union Cabinet did not allow  Abdul Kalam’s projects, but even then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi secretly funded him so that his Aerospace projects could be completed. Abdul Kalam then told the Union Cabinet about this secret project and explained its importance. All these things made the name of  Abdul Kalam very high, that is why the Government of India asked him to start the High Missile Program. He is also called “The Missile Man Of India” because of being a participant in many Missile Programs.

APJ Abdul Kalam had a major contribution in making Agni Missile and Prithvi Missile. Agni Missile and Prithwi Missile were severely criticized because it took a lot of time and money to make them and its management could not be done properly. He was the chief scientific advisor from 1992 to 1999 and during this period also conducted Pokhran 2 nuclear test. In the nuclear test, the media had raised the name of APJ Abdul Kalam quite high. But the director of the side k Santhanam said that the trial of thermonuclear bomb did not give the expected result, it was an unsuccessful event and he criticized APJ Abdul Kalam saying “what he has reported is wrong”, but then Chitambaram and APJ Abdul Kalam both rejected this

There was a huge turn in the life of APJ Abdul Kalam, on 10 June 2002 the NDA (the national democratic alliance) nominated APJ Abdul Kalam for the President. Both the Samajwadi Party and nationalist congress party supported this and then he became the proud President of India. Elections were held in 2002 and APJ Abdul Kalam won a huge victory. He got more than nine lakh votes and his rival Lakshmi Saygal got one lakh votes, which was a big win. APJ Abdul Kalam was honoured with India’s highest honour Bharat Ratna, along with Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan.

As long as he remained the President, he continued to be known as the President of the people. When his five years were over at the President’s end, he expressed his desire to be back as President, but just two days after speaking, he decided that he would not stand for the primary election.

He then went on to become IIM visiting professor from Shillong, Ahmedabad and Indore. He became a chancellor of the Indian Institute of space science and technology Thiruvananthapuram and also a professor of aerospace engineering at Anna University and joined all the institutes. In 2012, he created a program for young people of India, what can I give moment. This program was to end corruption.

APJ Abdul Kalam Death

APJ Abdul Kalam also wrote a lot of books like Agni Ki Udaan, India 2020, Ignited Minds And this whole book became very popular. Vata, Pitta, Kapha in Ayurveda

Have you ever wondered what actually accounts for difference in people ? Why are some people hyperactive and why are some people very lazy and slow ? Why can some people eat six course meal in a day with ease, while others barely finish their one course meal ? Modern genetics provide some insight, But what about the other characteristics that make every person unique ?

Ayurveda answers all these answers with the three doshas : Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Just as everyone has a unique fingerprint, each person has a particular pattern of energy.

Vata is characterized by the mobile Nature of wind (air) energy.

Pitta emobies the transformative nature of fire energy.

Kapha represent the binding nature of water energy.

Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are each essential to our physiology in some way, so no one dosha is better than, or superior to, any other. Each of them has a very specific set of functional roles to play in the body. That said, when the doshas are out of balance, they can wreak havoc on our health. But before we get into the specifics of each of the three doshas, it is helpful to understand their elemental composition, and their broader role in the natural world.

Vata

Vata is characterized by the mobile Nature of wind (air) energy. It is the energy of movement and the force governing all biological activities. vata is often called ” the king of doshas”. It gives motion to vata and pitta.

Vata characteristics :

1. Lean body frame,

2. Very active,

3. Lack of sleep,

4. Very agitated,

5. Digestive issues,

6. Intolerant to cold.

Pitta

Pitta derives from the elements of fire and water and translate as “that which cooks”. It is the energy of digestion and metabolism In the body such as organic acids , enzymes and bile.

Pitta characteristics :

1. Short tempered,

2. Very cheerful,

3. Very social,

4. Intolerant to hunger,

5. Quick digestion.

Kalpha

Kapha derives from the elements of earth and Water and translates as “that which sticks”. It is the energy of building and lubrication that provide the body with physical and structure form.

Kapha characteristics :

1. Calm and composed,

 2. Firm judgment,

3. Large body frame,

4. Slow digestion,

5. Sleeps Deeply.

Conclusion :

Vata, Pitta or kapha ? The combination of Doshas is essential for your health. When You know what constitution you have .You better understand who you are the wayYou are. You discover what nutrition is Suitable for you and how you can stay healthy.Because any imbalance of doshas leads to Diseases. Everyone has these three doshas But one of them usually primary the other Is secondary and the third one is least Prominent.

Dowry System: A social stigma

“Any young man, who makes dowry a condition to marriage, discredits his education and his country and dishonours womanhood”— Mahatma Gandhi

Dowry or Dahej, one of the deep-rooted social evils, is flourishing in our society at an unprecedented rate. There is no denying the fact that modern citizens condemn it, yet this practice varies according to the region, caste, and creed.

Although it is difficult to determine the exact cause, here is a tentative list of responsible factors:
• Greed Factor
• Patriarchal Society
• Religious Constraints
• Constraints related to Caste/Creed
• Lack of Formal Education
• Conservative Thinking
• Desire to flaunt Social Status
• Low Status of Women
• A False Sense of Prestige
• Illiteracy & Ignorance
• Lack of Knowledge about Anti-Dowry Laws

From being a financial burden on a daughter’s family to wastage of money, this evil is silently claiming the lives of innocent married women. Dowry deaths are relatively higher in developing and underdeveloped economies, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Iran, to name a few. Although our Constitution grants equal rights to women but has our patriarchal society stopped seeing them more than a personal possession? Simply put, the infamous dowry system dehumanizes females by treating them as exchangeable commodities. Creating social awareness among the masses should be the first step in the fight to eradicate this social evil.

No doubt, several laws have been enacted so far, including the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, but the action needs to be taken on the front of enforcement. Our conscience needs to be fully awakened to the evils of the dowry system. Also, educated males must refuse to be sold and choose their partners in a fair manner. Dowry system entails giving huge amount of cash, jewellery and other gifts to the groom’s family by the bride’s parents as a condition at the time of marriage. However, it has turned into an evil social system over the years.

Many cases of brides being tortured physically and emotionally for not bringing enough dowry have come up. In many cases, the bride turns to her family to meet the demands of her in-laws while others end up giving their lives to end the torture. It is time the government of India should take strict action to stop this evil practice.

WHAT IS MEANT BY BEING STRONG?

What is meant by being strong? Is it something that comes along with a healthy body? Or something that let you stay emotionless no matter what happens? We often categorize people stronger if they neglect to show their emotions.I always wonder how staying emotionless can make you stronger. Aren’t you just being a coward there? How can one be stronger if they are afraid to reveal what they feel and think? Being rigid to your problems will never make you stronger. It will be more like handling things you don’t like, by keeping your eyes closed. Only when you have the courage to open it and solve what bothers you, you become stronger. Nobody likes to endure pain. Some escape from it by ignoring it completely. Some may act as numb to the whole problem and only some of them will really face it. It may be true that the pain you feel will be so deep and vigorous. But it can never kill you unless you let them. The best way to be stronger is to deal with the pain. Running away from it can never solve it. There you become a loser. But facing it, may can. Always learn to deal with your pain. That will be the cause of making you stronger. That’s how you become ‘stronger’.

Competency Mapping

Competency is your ability to do something successfully or efficiently. Therefore, competency mapping is simply a process of matching your competence with the job role and/or organization. Furthermore, it is also about matching people to the job role and hence used even in selection.

Every individual and employee is unique and it’s also true with modern organizations. It is very important for organizational success that we identify key skills required by its people to succeed in the ever-changing market environment. Competency mapping is one such technique that makes use of a more systematic and organized approach to define key behaviors that will lead to organizational or project success

To be honest, it’s not easy to scientifically and objectively define behaviors, that’s where competency mapping proves to be such a powerful tool in the hands of the human resource and key stakeholders within the organization. We will cover the applications of competency mapping, the process to doing competency mapping and developing a competency framework, and how to interpret competency profiles.

What is the meaning of Competency Mapping?

At the forefront, the modern HR professionals have a job that every employee performs to the best of their abilities by identifying a role that is best suited for them. This matching of jobs and people to facilitate excellence in performance can be achieved .

Furthermore, it is very important that each competency is defined properly with the use of the competency definition that makes it very clear what these competencies mean. Also, what all behaviors the employee needs to demonstrate (called Behavioral Indicators or BI) that would allow us to ascertain that the concerned employee possesses these skills in varying degrees (called Proficiency Levels or PI).

This essentially standardizes the process so that anyone looking at the competency framework developed through the competency mapping exercise can interpret it easily.

This standardization is extremely important as the competency mapping is at the heart of the human resource development of an organization this post, we will be covering all the aspects of competency mapping with the actual competency mapping method and you will no the entire process till developing framework and its application.

Human Resources: Risk Management and Worker Protection

A large part of working in human resources (HR) is managing employee risk. It is HR’s job to keep employees safe and make sure the company isn’t liable for any employee injuries. Unfortunately, we live in an imperfect world so it is impossible to completely remove all risk, but HR’s goal is to minimize risk as much as possible and act swiftly when accidents do happen. While managing risk is a lot of preventative work, you also need communication skills to explain accidents to employees/superiors when they arise. When you think of worker safety many people believe that this is only representative of jobs that require manual labor. However, every type of office has to consider their employees’ safety. For example, carpal tunnel syndrome (a syndrome in which you lose sensation in your hands/fingers and is caused by long periods of typing) currently affects between 4 and 10 million Americans a year (Rheumatology.org). All different types of work environments require HR to manage risk and make sure that employees are protected.

The first step in identifying risk management is to identify the hazard. Some common hazards include wet floors, falls from heights, or dangerous equipment. Once your risks are identified, you must evaluate and decide how to prevent the risk from becoming an accident. In order to evaluate which risks are to be prioritized you should rank the risks on a scale of 1-5 based on the likelihood of an accident happening, and severity of the accident. Next, make sure to use what you learned from the first two steps to control the problem from recurring. Finally, make sure to review your assessment of the problem in order to see if there’s any way you can improve upon it next time.

Making the workplace safer is an essential part of keeping employees happy and productive. If employees feel unsafe, they are less likely to be productive. HR bears this responsibility, and it should not be taken lightly. When HR departments ignore workplace risks, it is very evident and has a direct effect on everyone involved. When HR departments focus on maintaining a safe work environment, they tend to be much more respected by their coworkers and respected by their superiors. Overall, if you follow the formula for solving risk’s, your employees will feel much better coming into work every day.

Union Minister Shekhawat attacks CM Gehlot

With every passing day, the tussle for gaining power in Rajasthan is getting more intense. Starting from CM residence and hotel, the fight has now reached to RajBhawan.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is furious on Governor Kalraj Mishra as he has denied the permission of calling special session in the Vidhansabha. Not only is Gehlot furious but also has crossed limits by saying that ‘he would not be responsible if his supporters abutt the RajBhawan.’ To this statement, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Saturday said “In a state where the Chief Minister himself makes the Governor ‘feel unsafe’, it is futile for people to ask him for their safety.”

Accusing Governor Kalraj Mishra of not calling the assembly session under political pressure, Gehlot along with several MLA’s had staged a ‘dharna’ at the RajBhawan in Jaipur on Friday.

The Congress and Shekhawat have been involved in an intense war of words since then.

Success

In today’s world everyone wants to be successful but what is a success. The perspective of success varies from person to person. For the record, the people before us have a different view on success and the person after us will have a different view on success. Moreover, people compare different people performance to evaluate their success. But success is not something that you can copy from others. You have to make your own path to achieving success. In modern-day, people are obsessed with success because of the glamour and lifestyle of successful people.

What formulates a person successful?

There are many ways in the world to be successful. But most people think of celebrities, artist, politicians, and businessmen whenever they heard the word success. Moreover, they think doing what they will make you successful but that not the case. They forget the most basic thing that makes a person successful that is their hard work, dedication, and the desire to achieve their dream. More importantly, they what they like to do not what that others told them to do. Successful people do what they like to do also they do what they feel correct for their business. If you look in the dictionary for the meaning of the word success then you will find that it means the achievement of one’s goal or aim. So, basically, anyone can achieve success by simply achieving their aim or goal.

What is the harm of success?

We all knew that we can’t achieve something without sacrificing something. Success also demands various things from you. But these sacrifices will not go in vain if you achieve your goal.

Certainly, many people achieve professional success but in doing so they fail in achieving mental, social and physical success. The tension of lacking behind in other things pulls them apart.

Also, there are cases where people became so obsessed with success that the people around them start to feel uncomfortable around them. In some cases, they have gone mad. Apart from that, people also get depressed if they can’t achieve success like others. So, we can say that there is much harm to success.

Success and hard work

It may sound unfit to some peoples but success depends a lot of hard work. Without it, you can’t become successful. Hard work does not mean that you do laborious work or the work that make you sweat. Hard work means having a healthy body, strong mind, willpower and positive attitude towards things. And for all those things you need energy. So, be attentive to your body and soul. Besides, do not just work on your program, push your limit, take charge of other things, improve your skills and most importantly keep learning. Apart from that, be with positive peoples, develop positive habits, and do exercise not only for the body but also for your mind.

To sum it up, we can say that success is like a seed that needs a balanced proportion of all the elements of life. And no one can achieve success in a day they have to go through and face different conditions in life for being successful. Above all, success is the feeling of fulfillment that you feel when you achieve your goal.

11 members of Sikhs and Hindus communities arrive in India from Afghanistan

Around 11 members of minority Sikh and Hindu communities of Afghanistan arrived in New Delhi after India granted them visas and facilitated their travel. They include a Sikh community leader Nidan Singh Sachdeva, who was kidnapped and later released. The External Affairs Ministry in New Delhi appreciated Afghan government’s efforts in extending necessary support for their safe return.

MEA Spokesperson Anurag Srivastava had last week said that there has been a recent spurt of attacks on the Hindu and Sikh communities in Afghanistan and these attacks have been done by terrorists at the behest of their external supporters. He said, the MEA  has been receiving requests from the members of these communities to move to India and settle down here. He said, Indian Embassy in Kabul is providing them with the necessary visas to come here.

India had earlier expressed concern at the “targeting and persecution” of minority community members in Afghanistan by terrorists. Concerns among Afghanistan’s Sikh minority have increased after the terror attack on a Gurudwara in Kabul in March that left 25 people dead and several others injured.
