The meaning of this proverb is—your success does not depend on what Kind of tools we have but how we use them.
A person may have all the equipments in the world but if he does not know how to use them he can never complete a job successfully. Whereas a person who can make effective use of what is available with him can make a success of any work given to him.
The same can be said of real life situations too. We must learn to hone our talents and tabs maximum benefit out of them and not blame destiny or fate when something goes wrong. He has an ego and the demand of the ego is that he should not confess his own fault and limitation which, in themselves, are responsible for his failure or loss. Similarly, if a radio machine is incapable of finding out the defect in your radio setting it right, he will postpone the issue by saying that he has not with him then the proper has to handle or test same parts of the radio.Men with a little beauty are haughty and vain, they are always trying to conceal their shortcomings from their friends or customers. On the other road, a really learned and wise man never quarrels with his tool, never puts the blame for his own failure on other factors with a view of hiding his faults and limitation. He is polite and not in the best show, if he cannot handle a job, he will lose no time in telling you that his is incapable of performing the job and that you should better hire the services of some more competent head.
The idea behind this expression is that a good workman would take full responsibility for any fault and not try to blame his equipment. Therefore, someone blaming poor work on his or her tools must not be very skilled.
In other words, a person who is unskilled cannot do skilled work even with the very best tools.
People use this expression to talk about a person’s work in his or her profession. However, it is also possible to use this idiom to discuss any task that a person completes.
People can generally be classified into two groups, those who have talents and those who have not. A really talented person succeeds in all the work assigned to him. He is confident of doing his work. He uses his tools in the right way, even if they are not excellent. At the same time, a person without talents even if given excellent tools, fails to achieve good results. His talents are limited. He finds lame excuses for his failure. He blames his tools for the bad work he has done. He does not want to admit that he is a bad workman. He deliberately forgets the fact that his talents are limited. Even if good opportunities are provided for the less talented person he fails to exploit the chances and succeed in life. But if the talented person is given the right opportunity, he makes use of it to the full and thereby achieves good results in life.
In the branch of aquatic science, we are yet to discover so much, though the things we have already discovered are so fascinating, it’s amazing how nature still manages to surprise us! Bioluminescence? What does this giant word mean? Let’s see!
Etymology
What does etymology mean? Well, etymology means the origin of words through history. For eg. Probiotic word comes from Greek and Latin meaning ‘for life.’ This is used because, English composes of many different and ancient languages. So, the etymology of Bioluminescence comes from two Greek words, bios- which means living, and lumen- means light.
Explanation
Okay! Now let’s get to our topic. Bioluminescence.Have you ever seen fireflies? That is some wonderful sight to see! But have you ever wondered what causes it to glow? Due to a certain kind of chemical reaction, makes the abdomens to glow. These are insects, but do you know the Bioluminescence in the oceans…?

Ocean Bioluminescence
Many organisms living in the ocean have the property of bioluminescence. Bioluminescence can be found in bacteria ( living in the ocean), algae, jellyfish, worms, crustaceans(a sea animal), seastars, and some species of sharks. Mind you, these are comparatively just a few listed. For the organism to produce light, it must contain a compound called Luciferin – meaning light bearer in Latin. Now, when this compound(luciferin) comes in contact with oxygen, it reacts with the gas, converting into light energy. An organism must contain luciferin in order to become bioluminescent. There are many types and varieties of this compound present in different creatures. But generally, most of the organisms produce luciferin catalysts. This sight is more prominent in the deep sea region but the most breathtaking scene is on the surface of the oceans when tiny micro organisms grow making it seem..just magical. According to a research , fishes of about 1500 known species have the ability to produce this light through luciferin. Bioluminescence are wonderful sights to look at. From the study of 2018, scientists discovered that the ray finned fishes have evolved about 27 on the basis of this property .Amazing, isn’t it?

Now, the question might come into your mind that ‘ what is the actual use of bioluminescence?’ Well, for us it might be just a great scene to look at but for the sea animals, it’s likely a vital property.
Prey- These animals use their light to lure their prey to come near them, making it easy and convinient to hunt. This technique can also fool larger animals. For example. The cookie cutter shark(weird name) attracts squids and sharks from its light and when they are close enough, it bites on them.
Communicate- For the bioluminescent animals, they have to be safe from being eaten or getting hurt. So they use these methods, maybe to communicate.
To attract mates- Females usually use bioluminescence to attract male species to come to them.(Pretty sneaky, aren’t they?)
Protection- Animals can potentially hide themselves through the surface of ocean, when using bioluminescence. It helps them to survive and make themselves invisible
Confuse- Some species of squids splash bioluminescent liquid rather than ink, simply to confuse their predators.
Vision- Many seaanimals live on the lower surfaces of the ocean. Bioluminescence helps the organisms to see clearly.
Is it dangerous?
No, not necessarily every bioluminescent organism is toxic. But yes, they do exist. The dinoflagellates a microbe which is found in the Matsu islands of Taiwan,China. The microbe is also called China’s ‘blue tears.’ It is because the organism has an eerie glow to it. Many tourists come here to observe this phenomenon . But these dinoflagellates are toxic. But why? Well, dinoflagellates is an algae which is harmful to many sea organisms and humans as well. What makes them toxic is, when they eat, they release ammonia particles in the sea. Not only that, but also, they take up all the oxygen available for the atmosphere, leaving nothing for the other sea animals, hence causing them to die. And what is more disastrous, that their numbers are increasing by every year. It is also known as harmful algal blooms(HAB’s).Some say that it is romantic to look at, but I really wouldn’t think choking myself to death as romantic..
A Hawaiian bobtail squid actually has an organ which is practically filled with bioluminescent bacteria just after hours of its birth. But it usually contains the chemicals needed within its body.
How many colours..?
We all know that light travels in the form of something called ‘wavelenghts’. Some wavelengths are short, whereas others are big. The visible spectrum of light is VIBGYOR (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, red) and all the shades from the mixture of them. Light cannot travel in the deep sea as the wavelengths are unable to travel that far. Hence, most of the colours in bioluminescence are blue-green. Infact, only some animals living in the deep sea have the vision to see the colours of greater wavelength like red.
Bioluminescence is also used to solve the vast mysteries of den in the oceans. According to a site, Edie Widder- specialising in bioluminescence made some very mind boggling facts about squid etc.
This phenomenon is really beautiful and magnetic to see and can be spotted from even far away. Unfortunately, only some sea surfaces have the bioluminescent property, maybe due to some climatic conditions, or maybe they are everywhere, we just can’t see them !!

It is generally said that behind a properly functioning, powerful system there is another support system i.e. the base on which the system is set up. There are many such examples to support the above statement. In case of Computer, it’s the motherboard that serves as the backbone of the system connecting all the major parts in it. Another example is the human body itself, the spinal cord or simply the backbone serves as the medium to support the whole body.
Similarly in case of a Nation, there are different fields and sectors together forming a support system for the nation. Particularly talking about Indian Economy, her it is all about the rural India which forms the backbone of the Indian Economy. It is generally said that a tree can stay straight for years, only if its roots are strong. In the same fashion, a nation will survive and prosper if its roots are so strong.
The condition of Rural India at present is not so good. There is the problem where the system gets stuck. The service sector and the manufacturing sectors are performing at their best level they could operate. Some technological upgradations will work. But what about the agriculture sector which is basically in the rural India.
The condition of farmers in India is not so good. Being an agrarian economy, India has to take a lot of steps for performing at the optimum level in the agricultural sector and other small sectors too which come from Rural India.
There are several problems in the villages of India. The primary problem for the people living in Rural Indian is the problem of proper sanitation and drainage system. In rains, water logging is the main problem in general with almost every village. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, toilets are built in villages but more attention is needed to be paid there too. Sometimes, the contractors use poor quality material for building the toilets and as a result of which the toilets don’t stand for so long. Secondly, not only toilets, but a proper drainage system should be there for exit of water from the villages to avoid drenching of streets in villages.
Moving ahead towards the agricultural sector that fulfills the requirements of food for the Nation and even exports the agricultural products. Firstly, there should be development of proper irrigation techniques. Promoting inventions in such fields or sectors should be encouraged by the means of advertising so that others could also use those techniques in their fields. Due to unavailability of financial resources, farmers in India depend entirely upon rain and hence are at loss due to uneven rainfall. Big farmers afford techniques like tube wells and other such techniques but the small farmers with no such resources have to entirely depend upon rains.
Also, availability of efficient harvesting techniques at cheaper rates to small farmers will eventually lead to better harvest and proper collection of yield within lesser time too.
When it comes to selling of agricultural products farmers are again at loss because their products even after being of superior quality do not get proper advertising and attractive packaging. Other cheaper products from foreign firms dominate the Indian Market and as a result of which the local products and producers suffer.
When it comes to the matter of Finance, there too Farmers suffer. Banks say farmers are unable to pay the loans back when sudden loss occurs due to floods, fires, pest attacks, etc. Government should encourage the Insurance and other policies covering the crops of different seasons at lesser premiums. Also, from the side of farmers it is generally heard that they didn’t get the loan because of the long documentation process.
A proper mechanism is needed to be developed here again which will help the agriculture sector flourish and also minimizing the loss of banks. Moving further, setting up of small manufacturing units for women there in villages only is again very important for making the core of the Indian Economy. Though, the governments have done a lot in the field of small scale industries in the form of allowing the loan availability through Self Help Groups but still some medications, some alterations in the policies for the local manufacturers should be considered by the government.
A farmer working happily on his farm, a woman working with pride in the small scale industry of her village will succeed the dream of New India in true sense and will bring wholesome prosperity to the Nation.
A fossil fuel is a fuel that consists of natural processes, such as the anaerobic decomposition of buried dead organisms that contain ancient photosynthesis-based organic molecules that release energy during combustion. Typically, these organisms and their fossil fuels are over 650 million years old and over a million years old. Fossil fuels contain high carbon levels, including oil , coal and natural gas. Peat is also a fossil fuel sometimes. Kerosene and propane are common derivatives of fossil fuels. The fossil fuels differ from low carbohydrogen ratios (such as methane) to volatile materials (such as petroleum) and almost pure carbohydrate products, such as anthracite gas. In hydrocarbon fields alone, oil-related or in the form of methane, methane can be detected.
As of 2018, oil (34%), coal (27%) and natural gas (24%) were the world’s main sources of energy, accounting for an 85% share of fossil fuels in worldwide primary energy use. Nuclear (4.4%), hydro-electric (6.8%) and other renewable sources (4.0%), including geothermal, solar, tidal, wind, wood and waste). The sources were non-fossil (4.0%). The world ‘s share of the final energy intake of renewables (including conventional biomass) was 18% in 2018. Global energy demand rose almost double its average of ten years by 1.5 percent annually and the highest since 2010, at 2.9 percent over 2017.
Fossil fuels are continuously made up of natural processes, but are commonly categorised as non-renewable resources, as they are created millions of years in length and are exhausted much quicker than new ones.
According to the World Bank ‘s development indices collected from officially recognised sources, fossil fuel consumption (half of total) in India was 73,58 half in 2014.
The oil and natural gas sector in India was first discovered in 1889 near the village of Digboi in the state of Assam, where oil and gas were deposited in the region. The Indian natural gas industry started in the 1960s, when the Assam and Gujarat gas fields were discovered. India’s crude oil reserves as of March 3 1 , 2018 were estimated at 594.49 million tonnes ( MT) or 1339.57 billion cubic metres (BCM) of natural gas reserves.
India imports 82% of its oil needs by 2022, and aims for 67% to be replaced by local science, renewable energy and indigenous ethanol fuel by 2022. In 2018, India was the 3rd largest importer of 205.3 million tonnes, including crude petroleum products.
There are significant environmental issues about the use of fossil fuels. The fossil fuel consumption produces approximately 35 trillion tonnes (35 gigatons) carbon dioxide (CO2) annually. Natural systems are expected to consume just a small amount of this, with a net rise of several billion tonnes of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere per year. CO2 is a greenhouse gas that increases radiative forcing and causes global warming and acidification of the oceans. A global campaign for low carbon renewable energy production is ongoing to help reduce global greenhouse gas emissions.
You must have read it many times in the newspaper that a man was beaten with stones tieing him to the tree or a woman made to remove her clothes and roam around the village. Such news shook us. We feel ashamed as a human when we come across such news at the start of the day. In such incidents, questions arise in our mind that who made him/her do that? What was the reason? Why didn’t she protest? How humans can be so cruel?. These cruel punishments are dictated by Jaat panchayat. Many of you must be knowing what it is, few of you didn’t know about it. So let me tell you. In the village and rural areas, people don’t follow government rules. They only follow the rules of their community(jaat). People of the community unanimously choose a team of certain people as panch. These panch make the judgements on any issue of the community. They don’t let any outsider peep in the judgements of the community. It would be completely okay if they would have given correct justice and punishments. But when we hear about the punishments they give, we feel disgusted. The families under guilt are hit with rocks and sticks. They don’t even spare women for such punishments. If someone of the community tries to oppose them, they simply throw them out of the community. So people are always in fear of getting thrown out of the community and bear all the injustice for the sake of society. These community judges even forget that they are punishing a human. They need to act human. They give punishments as they feel and nobody raises voice against them. They don’t even let police interfere in this. They put inhuman and toxic rules and everybody obeys them blindly. When they give judgements, they give it as per their convenience and personal agenda. People fear for their honour in society and fall prey to such injustice. In this mess, a family proven guilty has to suffer. They lose their present and beautiful future. This needs to stop, someday, somewhere!…
Better education is very important for everyone to move forward in life and achieve success. It helps in building confidence in us as well as in building our personality. Schooling plays a great role in everyone’s life. The entire education system has been divided into three parts like primary education, secondary education, and higher secondary education. All levels of education have a special significance and place. Every parent wants to see their children going towards success, which is possible only through good and proper education.
The importance of education has increased greatly in today’s society. There are many uses of education but it needs to be given in a new direction. Education should be such that a person can get acquainted with his surroundings. Education is a very necessary tool for the bright future of all of us. We can achieve anything good by using this means of education in our life. A high level of education helps people to create a separate identity. The time of education is a very important time for all, socially and personally.
The first school of any person is his family, and the mother is called the first guru. Education is the weapon with the help of which one can face the greatest difficulties. It is education that shows us the difference between right and wrong. Getting an education is the right of every living being. Education itself creates employment opportunities. Today the same country comes under the category of the most powerful, which has the power of knowledge. Gone are the days when battles were fought with swords and guns, now only big battles are won without bloodshed from the brain.
The percentage of educated people in India is quite low as compared to other countries. About 100 percent of the population is literate in England, Russia, and Japan. The literacy percentage in Europe and America is between 90 to 100 whereas in India the percentage of literacy in 2001 is 65.38.
While calculating the literacy rate in 1951, 1961, and 1971 census, persons of the age of five years or above have been awarded ie all children below the age of nine years are illiterate irrespective of their educational status. Have done.
In the 2001 census, a person is considered literate who can read or understand a language. To be literate it is not necessary that the person has received any formal education or has passed any examination.
Education is the act of learning things around us. It can understand us easily and helps to deal with any problem and creates balance throughout life in every aspect. Education is the first and foremost right of every human being. Without education we are incomplete and our lives are useless. Education sets us a goal and helps us to move forward by working on it throughout our lives.
In our society, two strangers can sleep together on first-night post marriage. But two loved ones who each other for years can’t live together. Nowadays in both kinds of marriages, whether love or arranged, people struggle to stay together. In an arranged marriage, two complete strangers are supposed to live together. Every person has his different and unique nature and when two people with exactly opposite nature are tied together, clashes become obvious and they couldn’t take it further. While in case of love marriages, they don’t face this problem as they already know each other well. But meeting a person daily for a few hours and living with a person are two completely different things. We can’t assure that two individuals who loved ones can live happily under one roof. There are so many factors such as compatibility, tolerance, mutual interest and much more which we need to consider before choosing a partner for life. So in such case, live in a relationship could be the solution. When two persons live together, see each other for 24 hours, there’ll be the behavioural change for sure. Each individual will get to know the strong and weak points of the other. How he/she will behave in simple situations or any tough situations, how the person manages anger and so many insights we can get when we live with a person. We’ve made intimacy before marriage a big taboo? A person has no age to commit a crime but two adults, with mutual consent, can’t come close.
It will definitely help you to make a wise decision to avoid getting hurt in the future. If it goes well, then you can move ahead happily without a second thought and if not, you will always have a plan B. As a human, each one of us has different opinions and different mindsets. So we need to analyse it very much keenly as it is one of the biggest decisions of your life. It is always better to look before you leap!…
The question of immigration in the modern world is a fact of life. It is deemed to be a problem because the world that we live in is a world of states and these states guard the right to determine who may settle within their borders. There are many reasons for opposition to open borders. These include security factor for example, the overarching fear of terrorism, secondly in the name of preserving a certain cultural integrity. Thirdly, as immigrants impose certain costs on society, the states wish to avoid these extra burdens i.e. if the state is a welfare state, they will have to fend for immigrants as well.
Thinkers such a Chandran Kukathas are in favour of open borders. He gave two reasons for the same. The first reason is the principle of freedom which talks about freedoms such as freedom of movement freedom of selling their labour, the freedom to associate with others and so forth. The second is the principle of humanity which talks about how most people live in poverty and therefore need to move to make their lives better. According to this principle, there must be very good reasons if one is to justify turning the disadvantaged away.
An important debate is between nationality and immigration. National interests are given greater importance than that of outsiders. Large immigration may change a society’s character is what defenders of closed borders are worried about. Outsiders who don’t share the same values will not be able to help sustain the same economy, culture or social institutions. There are also fears that bonds of social solidarity may break down.
While addressing the aspect of Security, the proponents of open borders suggest that security from terrorism, security of political system from foreign threats are all legitimate issues but instead of restricting legal immigration what should be done is that illegal immigration should be controlled. Meanwhile the advocates of closed borders do not agree with such a proposition. David Miller argues that people certainly have the interest in being able to migrate internationally but it cannot be a human right. While the right to exit is important as it enables movement from current state of residence, it does not entail an obligation of other nations to let such individuals in. He suggested the idea of entry applications where states can choose whom to accept rather than it being forced on them.
For Miller, the policy of open migration is not a solution because the very poor will anyhow not have the resources that are needed to move to a richer country. If open migration leads to doctors, engineers and other professionals moving from underdeveloped to economically developed countries, the country of origin will be deprived of vital skills. So equalizing opportunity for the few will diminish opportunity for the rest. Thus, improving life conditions at ground level becomes important.
Many underlie the importance of admitting all long-term immigrants to full and equal citizenship in the receiving society. There need to be active policies to help ensure immigrants become a part of the political life of the community.
If you are a regular know-all-the-famous-books voracious reader you have already read most of these so you may skip I won’t mind. But for those of you who want to show off that you “read” here’s a bunch of books you could actually read and not get bored and maybe magically fall in love with books.
I am not mentioning Harry Potter or Twilight or The Hunger Games and so because these are some books that shape you as a teenager and the books call the readers themselves I need not do it.
Note: This is not a ranked I listed my favourites. Let’s first go through the fiction section…
1. “All the ugly and wonderful things”
Author- Bryn Greenwood Page count-432
An unusual and disturbing love story but somehow you want this couple to be together. The story is messed up but trust me it will leave a mark on your mind.
Man is essentially a social animal. Life for us is a long journey full of challenges and problems. We do not want to wade through it alone, but crave for company and loyalty of another individual who will provide a shoulder to lean on and share some of our responsibilities. Thus, the institution of marriage was created in which two adults of opposite sex formally tie the knot in a socially and legally accepted and enduring bond that is meant to last an entire lifetime. However in the last few decades of globalization, this time-tested arrangement has come under threat. Unbelievable as it may sound, marriage has begun to lose its importance and sanctity. People today express openly,” Do we need to get married at all when we can have everything that marriage offers without formally tying the knot? The Secular education and scientific temperament of people which make them question everything and women have become independent socially and financially and see no problem in living alone. As a result, live-in relationships have become quite common. The legalization of ‘live-in’ relationships in Maharashtra has raised a great controversy all over India. But then the question that arises here is, why is it that more and more people prefer to have a temporary live-in than to have the permanent baggage to a marriage? How come a society as conservative and as traditional as the Indian society has given place to an idea as modern as ‘live-in’? Marriage is considered to be the sacred bond between a man and a woman. So is the concept of ‘live-in’ immoral? When the government is ready to acknowledge the existence of live-in relationship in India and is making legal arrangements, why has it become a social issue? Marriage or a live-in relationship is a concern of two individuals and the role of society has to be the least in a democratic set up of India where we guarantee certain freedoms to individuals and one such freedom is to choose your life partner. Whether you choose a marriage or a live- in kind of arrangement, it should not lead to one as ethical and moral and the other as unethical and immoral. I think this is and should be more logical way of thinking.
These dynamics reveal the whole range of changes in the family system- its structure, functions, core values and regulative norms. This has resulted into a substitute for the deep routed family and marriage system called as a “Live-in Relationship” The legal definition of live in relationship is “an arrangement of living under which the couples which are unmarried live together to conduct a long-going relationship similarly as in marriage.” In present time more and more couples choose not to marry, but they desire to have long-term relationships without marriage. Thus they live together without being married, just like spouses. This arrangement is termed as ‘Live-in Relationship’. Live-in relationships among urban, educated, upper-middle class young people began as a declaration of independence, as a way of keeping away from the ‘shackles’ of institutionalized marriages. In fact, it’s a willful rejection of the institution of marriage, and of the restrictions and inequalities it has come to stand for. Live-in relationships, pre-marital sex, divorces, words that were taboo just five years ago, define the changing face of relationships in India today. Live-in relationship is a very progressive concept that gives couples the time to find out if they are compatible.
After months of denial, India’s Narendra Modi government is finally conceding that the economy is in trouble. The country’s gross domestic product (GDP) in the April-June quarter of this financial year grew at a meagre 5%—the lowest in six years. This is a steep fall from the roughly 8% growth clocked in the same period about two years ago. What is alarming, though, is that even this 5% growth may be an overestimation given the many infirmities in India’s revised GDP estimation methodology introduced four years ago. There is now no denying that the economy is losing steam, based on a host of economic indicators, besides GDP growth. Most glaringly, automobile sales in August declined by nearly 25% year-on-year. The sector has seen large-scale retrenchments of workers, and major auto manufacturers have declared “production holidays.” Besides, growth in exports and imports have slowed down over the past five years and the average annual industrial growth rate in the same period, as measured by the Index of Industrial Production (IIP), is a dismal 3.5%.Initially, the Modi government brushed aside these indicators, claiming that “New India” is a private consumption-led story, with large-scale employment being created in the gig economy, which is not adequately captured in official figures. Yet, recent events like the layoffs at restaurant aggregator Zomato, flies in the face of this official stance, and the government can no longer remain in denial. However, all that is only a part of the story. A country’s GDP is the money value of all goods and services produced in a given year, net of intermediate inputs. The growth in GDP is usually measured in “real” terms—or taking inflation into account. For this, GDP at current prices is converted into constant prices, based on prices in a particular “base-year.” Roughly every decade or so, the base-year is moved forward to reflect changing economic structure, relative prices, and better data sources, among other things. Usually, such periodic revisions lead to a marginal expansion of “absolute GDP,” due to better capturing of economic activity, but “GDP growth rates” do not change. In 2015, as a routine matter, India’s central statistics office introduced a revised GDP series with base-year 2011-12, replacing the earlier series which had 2004-05 as the base year. This time, though, it was different. The absolute GDP in the base-year (2011-12) contracted 2.3%, while annual growth rates in the following years increased substantially.
For 2013-14, GDP by the new series grew at 6.8% compared with 4.2% in the old series. Such wild swings drew widespread suspicion, given that it was out of line with other economic correlates such as bank credit growth, and industrial capacity utilisation. Two studies that have independently studied the official GDP numbers support the contention of a possible overestimation. Based on a cross-country econometric exercise, Arvind Subramanian, India’s former chief economic advisor, concluded that the true average annual GDP growth rate between 2011-12 and 2016-17 maybe 4.5%, against the official estimate of 7%.Sebastian Morris of IIM Ahmedabad (along with Tejshwi Kumari), in a time-series econometric exercise using official quarterly GDP data, has suggested that the average annual growth rate between 2012-13 and 2016-17 maybe 5-5.5%, compared with the official estimate of over 7%.With each passing day, new anomalies have come to light. For instance, the November 2016 demonetisation of two key banknotes was an economic disaster, according to evidence adduced by many scholars. It destroyed output and jobs, particularly in the informal sector, which accounts for between 45% and 50% of India’s GDP and up to 85% of employment. Yet, puzzlingly, GDP for 2016-17 grew at 8.2%—the highest in the decade. India’s GDP may now be growing at a much slower rate than the official 5%—probably somewhere between 3% and 4.5%.If 4% is taken as the more realistic number, then most of the Narendra Modi government’s budgetary calculations would go haywire, as absolute GDP size is the “universal” denominator in macroeconomics. For instance, to attain Modi’s target of a $5 trillion economy by 2024, the required annual growth rate would shoot up to over 10% from the official requirement of 8%. Even attaining the official 7% growth, recorded during the last five years, would be an uphill task as the recently-announced fiscal stimulus and banking sector rejig would appear too modest. Only an ambitious public investment programme can pull the economy out of the rut. In the early 2000s, when the economy was decelerating, the AB Vajpayee-led government triggered a cycle of infrastructure-led growth by launching the Golden Quadrilateral project to connect India’s metro cities by high-quality roads and the PM Gram Sadak Yojana to connect all villages by motorable roads. Similarly, to address the much-discussed rural distress prevailing now, India’s mammoth jobs programme, the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), can be re-invigorated to revive rural capital formation and employment generation. The state, therefore, must steer investment growth, until the private sector’s animal spirits are back.
The biggest question among the Corona virus epidemic is about the opening of schools and colleges. Some people are in favor of opening the school and many are against it. Meanwhile, a survey has revealed shocking results. The survey has been conducted by the Education Department of the state Haryana adjacent to Delhi.
In this survey of Haryana Education Department, it has been found that about 85% of the students of class 10th and 12th in the state are in favor of opening school from September 2020. Despite the dangers of the Corona epidemic, these parents are ready to send their children to school.
The survey was conducted online by the state school education department. In this, parents of a total of 76,019 students of class 10th and 12th of various government schools of the state attended. It included a few schools from all the 22 districts of the state.
What questions were asked from parents These four questions were asked by the education department to all parents –
Should schools be opened by September 2020?
Are parents ready to send their children to school from September 2020?
Have any of your family members conducted the Kovid test?
Have any of your family members been found to be Kovid positive? … so how will the schools be opened now.
An Education Department official said that ‘most of the students of 10th-12th students are in favor of opening of schools. Therefore, the department has decided to run trial run by opening two schools in different districts first. Government Senior Secondary School in Karnal and Government High School in Sonepat will be opened for four days. Dates will be revealed soon. ‘ In these four days, every movement of the school will be recorded on cameras. How students come to school, how they enter, how classes attend, or not touch each other, how they get out of school .. All these things will be recorded. Classes will be held in small groups instead of classrooms. After the trial, a team of seven members of the education department, including health and hygiene experts, will watch these video recordings to see if all the rules are being followed. If there is a shortage, teachers will be asked to remove it the very next day. These recordings will be shown to every teacher before school opens. The education department is preparing to open schools for class 10th and 12th from September 21.
Students have to submit written consent of their parents for this. An official of the Directorate of School Education has told that the ‘School Management Committee will conduct a survey from the parents of all the students from class 9th to 12th. If 60 percent or more of the parents are in favor of opening the school, it will be recorded in the school register. However, all these things are still in the planning stage.

We all make trades in life . We trade our time. We trade our energy. We trade our hard –earned money. We trade our attention. Hi, welcome once again to yogatraining4u.com.
Many of us move through life in constant motion, never stopping to reflect on where that motion is taking us. If the trades we are making daily are letting us live our life best lives. If the trades are giving us more quality time with those we care about most. If we can turn up for them fully engaged, energized and enthused.
The trades we make in life take a toll on us physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Trading my time, energy and enthusiasm for status and a corner of office: Like many of us, I spent part of life chasing the corporate dream just because of more money, more responsibility, catchy job tile and many more kudos. But many interesting things happened like more responsibility often came with stress and headache, each job title change got stale quickly. I wanted to understand these feelings and got into some self- introspection. We are not all not all carved out to be entrepreneurs or self-employed, it’s fine. Find your own fit and embrace it. There are many ways for us to earn our living. Here I am aware of my trades and mostly happy to make the and if needed I will need to make plan.
Broader lessons : I want to live my life, that may be opposite of where you are and what you need. Your trades might be aligned to finding a corporate job where you get a pension and pay check. Its ok , your trades needs to be trades you are willing to make. What is exactly that we have an awareness of the trades we are making in life. That we aware of where we are spending our energy, time and efforts. Essentially, aware of where we are spending ourselves. This is a powerful prism through which we can objectively view everything we do. Equally we may realize we are making trades we rather not, trades that are taking more from us than they are giving back and we can then take action according.
Questions we can ask ourselves: We can keep trades we are making front and centre in our minds by asking simple questions to ourselves. Are the trades we are making worth the energy, time , time and money we are spending on them? Are we likely to see a return on our investment? Are the trades we are making helping us get closer to our goals? Are the trades we are making beneficial to our relationships? Are the trades we are making leaving us energized? Are the trades we are making aligned with our moral codes? If not, maybe we should be making different trades.
Be aware of where you are making trades in your life. Make them selectively. Give them your full attention and handle them with the care they deserve.

The art of being human does not mean you judge people because they do not understand how elevated you are? Above other people? Your concept of immaterial spiritual life starts with questions like ‘Who am I?’ ‘What is life?’ ‘What is death? And ‘Why you have come here?’
It is significant because it acknowledges the important existential questions.
Actually, life is a stage and we are actors here. Life is all about accepting the way you are. Life is all about seeking people who need your help. You cannot expect ease from life because life is a test and tests are not easy.
If you are still thinking why you have been sent here, if you are still juggling with concept of why you are here, you have not lived yet. Everything happens for a reason. Let’s repeat, everything happens for a reason. There are certain incidents that happen in your life, they only make you strong. They break you physically, they deform your body but they transform your soul. That is life.
In life, we have this thing in our minds. We call it perfection. We want everything to be perfect. We want ourselves to be perfect. There is an image in our head about everything, perfect life, perfect relationship, perfect career and perfect amount of money that we earn, no matter what. Nothing is perfect in this world. We are all perfectly imperfect and that is perfectly alright.
We are not sent here to become the perfect people. Those people who tell you how to look perfect, even they are imperfect. Try to fight this fear of looking perfect. In those imperfections, you have to listen to your heart. You do not have to look good for people, you do not have to be perfect just because other people want you to be perfect. If your soul is perfect from within, that is alright. This is all what you need to be and what you want.
You know what makes you perfect? When you try to do something good for people. When you feel someone’s pain and how beautiful pain is that it connects you with people. No other medium can connect you with others, but the pain. So you see, how beautiful these imperfections are that because of these imperfections you can connect with people then why are we all running after being perfect? What is the point?
Do not die before your death. We all die. Death is inevitable, it can happen to us to anytime. ‘Because you could not stop for death, let death stop for you!’, be that person. Be that person, when you die, you become the memory of others, because ‘When you was born, you cried and the world rejoiced and when you will die, you will rejoice and the world will cry!’ This is what death is.
People are so lucky they do not even realize. You must be thinking: Okay, you are lucky in what sense? Well! The breath that you just took was a blessing. Embrace it. Be grateful for what you have, and you will always, always end up having more but if you will cry for the little things that you do not have or things that you have lost. You will never ever have enough.
It is okay to be scared, it is okay to cry. Everything is okay but giving up on your life should not be an option. We always say that failure is not an option. Failure should be an option because when you fail you get up, and then again you fail and then you get up. This keeps you going. That’s how humans are strong. Failure is an option, should be an option, but giving up is not.
This is actually ‘The Art Of Being Human’. Do not think much about what people say. Listen to yourself because when you will smile, you can make people smile.
Hope you all have enjoyed this article. Stay tuned for more updates. Till then goodbye. Have a nice day.
