The Best Father

I don’t believe in celebrating father’s day. 20th June of every year celebrated as Father’s day, that’s one day out of 365. What about the other 364 days of the year celebrating with you? What about the 364 days of the year being blessed with you? What about the 364 days of the year having you by my side?

THE BEST FATHER
It feels like I am 8, writing an essay about my dad. No, wait, did we ever write about our dad? I never did so. People are fond of writing about their mother, best friend, sister and maybe a brother. Don’t fathers deserve to be appreciated more often? I think fathers are the most deserving yet the least appreciated persons in our lives. So here, I would like to take a moment to give a tribute to the best man in my life, MY FATHER.
I know I have never made it easy for you to be my father but you have always done, and will always do, your very best. You have helped me learn things about myself. You have taught me patience, wisdom, kindness, selflessness, and how to care for others. Most importantly, you have taught me to give love unconditionally. I am sure there are a lot of lessons yet to be learned.
You’ve always been the best person in our lives. You have been the best son, brother, husband, father, and best person. I wish your father could be here to celebrate with us too. I bet he’d be so proud to see the dad you’re to me. We might have done some good deeds in the past that God has blessed us with you. And I pray every single day to be blessed with you for all the rest of my life.
People generally bond with our mothers but we tend to forget about the joy of bonding with our fathers. People forget how fun it could be to laugh with him, have a meal together, watch football matches, experimenting with new recipes, and hang with each other every day. Here’s to all the movie nights, hypothetical conversations, stupid arguments, and a flood of memories.
I’ll be with you every day. It’ll be just you and me in the hospital room as much as the nurses and doctors will let us be. I know you still don’t open your eyes and can’t talk, but I am sure you hear me and one day, I’ll see you smile again. I’ll wait for the day, till then I have plenty of thank yous to say and lots of hugs to give.
I love you, dad. You have always been the best dad to me.

Family TIME

Family time offers many benefits, including building confidence, creating a stronger emotional bond between family members, improving communication skills, better performance in school and reduced behavioral issues, as well as providing an opportunity to make memories built on fun, laughter and togetherness. Children whose parents spend time with them and take an interest in their education tend to do better in school and complete higher levels of education than those whose parents spent their time at home pursuing their own hobbies, according to a study published on familyfacts.org. Providing essential guidance through studying and assisting with homework, as well as incorporating educational games, can provide children a positive influence, lead to emotional well-being and help them strive for higher levels of educational success as they grow.
Spending time partaking in everyday family leisure activities has been associated with greater emotional bonding within families. Both “core” leisure activities, such as playing a board game, watching television, gardening or playing outdoors and “balance” activities, which require a greater investment of planning, time and money, such as a family vacation or trip to an amusement park or sporting event, can have a big impact on the overall health of a family, according to research published by the National Council on Family Relations. Simply making it a habit to display interest in the well-being of your family members can lead to a willingness to share problems and build mutual respect between parents and children.

Avoid Procrastination

Procrastination is a challenge we have all faced at one point or another. For as long as humans have been around, we have been struggling with delaying, avoiding, and procrastinating on issues that matter to us. During our more productive moments, when we temporarily figure out how to stop procrastinating, we feel satisfied and accomplished. No matter how well-organized and committed you are, chances are that you have found yourself frittering away hours on trivial pursuits (watching TV, updating your Facebook status, shopping online) when you should have been spending that time on work or school-related projects.Whether you’re putting off finishing a project for work, avoiding homework assignments, or ignoring household chores, procrastination can have a major impact on your job, If you’re procrastinating because you find a task unpleasant, try to focus on the “long game.” Research shows that impulsive people are more likely to procrastinate because they are focused on short-term gain. Combat this by identifying the long-term benefits of completing the task. For instance, could it affect your annual performance review or end-of-year bonus?Another way to make a task more enjoyable is to identify the unpleasant consequences of avoiding it. For instance, what will happen if you don’t complete the work? How might it affect your personal, team or organizational goals?our grades, and your life.

Donation- A compulsory thing

India is a huge country in which a lot of peoples live. Some peoples are not able to get food, get educated, survive by ownselves. So donation is made to help to them. Donations are given without return consideration. This lack of return consideration means that, in common law, an agreement to make a donation is an “imperfect contract void for want of consideration.” Only when the donation is actually made does it acquire legal status as a transfer or property.

In politics, the law of some countries may prohibit or restrict the extent to which politicians may accept gifts or donations of large sums of money, especially from business or lobby groups (see campaign finance). Donations of money or property to qualifying charitable organizations are also usually tax deductible. Because this reduces the state’s tax income, calls have been raised that the state (and the public in general) should pay more attention towards ensuring that charities actually use this ‘tax money’ in suitable ways.

It is possible to donate in the name of a third party, making a gift in honor or in memory of someone or something. Gifts in honor or memory of a third party are made for various reasons, such as holiday gifts, wedding gifts, in memory of somebody who has died, in memory of pets or in the name of groups or associations no longer existing. Memorial gifts are sometimes requested by their survivors usually directing donations to a charitable organization for which the deceased was a donor or volunteer, or for a cause befitting the deceased’s priorities in life or manner of death. Memorial donations are also sometimes given by people if they are unable to attend the ceremony.

THE NEGATIVE impact OF SOCIAL MEDIA

Many parents are concerned about how toddlers’ exposure to technology might effect their development. We know that our toddlers are rapidly developing new social and cognitive skills, and they don’t want hours spent hooked to an iPad to obstruct them. But adolescence is also a critical phase of rapid growth, and far too few of us are paying attention to how our adolescents’ use of technology, much more intense and intimate than a 3-year-old playing with dad’s iPhone affects them. In fact, experts are concerned that the social media and text messaging that have become so prevalent in adolescent life are increasing anxiety and reducing self-esteem.

Young people report that there may be solid grounds to be concerned. In a poll performed by the Royal Society for Public Health, 14-24 year olds in the United Kingdom were questioned how social media platforms affected their health and well-being. According to the study findings, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram all raised feelings of despair, anxiety, poor body image, and loneliness. Sites like Facebook and Instagram appear to amplify feelings that others are having more fun or enjoying better lives than you. The feeling that you’re missing out on some things might lower your self-esteem, cause worry, and drive you to use social media even more. This fear of missing out can drive you to pick up your phone every few minutes to check for updates, or to respond compulsively to each and every alert—even if it means risking your life while driving, skipping out on sleep, or choosing social media involvement above real-world relationships. According to a study conducted at the University of Pennsylvania, excessive use of Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram enhances rather than lowers feelings of loneliness. In contrast, the study discovered that limiting your use of social media can help you feel less lonely and isolated, as well as increase your general wellbeing. Approximately 10% of kids report being bullied on social media, while many other users receive nasty comments. Twitter, for example, can be a hub for spreading harmful rumours, lies, and abuse that can cause long-lasting emotional scars. Sharing endless selfies and your deepest thoughts on social media can lead to an unhealthy self-centeredness and remove you from real-life friendships. Even if you are aware that the photographs you see on social media have been faked, they can nevertheless make you feel anxious about how you appear or what is going on in your own life. Similarly, we are all aware that others like to relate just the great aspects of their lives, rarely the terrible points that everyone goes through. But that doesn’t make you feel any less envious or dissatisfied when you’re going through a friend’s retouched images of their exotic beach vacation or reading about their fantastic new job promotion.

HOW TO CONTROL THIS ADDICTION– While 30 minutes a day may not be a realistic goal for many of us, we can still benefit from limiting our time on social media. For the majority of us, this means limiting our use of smartphones. You should use an app to track how much time you spend each day on social media. Then you can decide how much you want to cut it by. You can turn off your phone when you’re driving, in a meeting, at the gym, eating supper, spending time with offline friends, or playing with your children. Don’t bring your phone to the restroom & don’t bring your phone or tablet to bed with you, turn off devices and place them in another room to charge overnight. If you have a habit of checking your phone every few minutes, try restricting your checks to once every 15 minutes. Then every 30 minutes, then every hour. There are apps that might limit how much time you have access to your phone. Remove social networking apps from your phone and only use your tablet or computer to access Facebook, Twitter, and other sites. If you think this is too drastic, try removing one social media app at a time to see how much you really miss it. You can try to shift your focus on other activities like sports, studies and spending that time with you family. These are few steps you can try to limit the use of your phone.

Brain drain

Brain Drain refers to substantial emigration or migration of individuals. Furthermore, such individuals possess the advantage of higher training at home. Moreover, Brain Drain shows the net loss for the sending country. One reason for Brain Drain could be turmoil within a nation. Another reason could be better pay in other countries/organizations. Most noteworthy, Brain Drain is the mass departure of individuals of talents and skills from a country.

Essay on Brain Drain

Types of Brain Drain

Geographical Brain Drain- This refers to the emigration of individuals of high-skills and high-brilliance to other nations. Furthermore, this departure takes place in search of better-paying jobs. Also, these better-paying jobs will lead to a higher standard of living. Most noteworthy, geographical Brain Drain creates a negative impact on the home country’s economic development.

Organizational Brain Drain – This refers to the departure of individuals of skill, talent, and experience from one organization to another. Furthermore, organizational Brain Drain is very harmful for the organization in which this exodus occurs.

Industrial Brain Drain – This type involves the movement of skillful workers from one industry to another. Furthermore, industrial Brain Drain is the departure of individuals from one industry to another for better pay. Consequently, this causes a deficiency of talent in the industry which loses its workers to other industries.

Brain Drain by Geographical Regions

Brain Drain in Europe follows two distinct trends. The first is an exodus of scientists of high qualification from Western Europe to the United States. Furthermore, the second trend is the migration of skillful workers from Central and South-eastern Europe into Western Europe.

African countries have lost a massive amount of skilled and talented individuals to developed nations. Most noteworthy, this makes it very difficult for African countries to come out of poverty. Furthermore, the most affected nations are Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia.

There has been considerable emigration of talent from the Middle East. In Iraq under Saddam Hussain, there was a significant migration of professionals. This was due to a lack of support for these professionals under Saddam Hussain.

Also, in Iran, there is substantial emigration of skillful professionals on an annual basis. Moreover, the Arab world in general witnesses a huge amount of departures of experts. These departures are certainly due to better opportunities in technical fields in the west.

South Asia experiences a tremendous amount of emigration of talent. Furthermore, this trend is continuously rising year after year. Gulf Countries are a particularly favorite work location for many South Asians. Most noteworthy, there is a lot of demand for South Asian skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor in the Gulf. Moreover, other favorite work locations for South Asians include Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

To sum it up, Brain Drain is a widespread phenomenon these days. Many developing countries suffer from this problem of losing their talent to other countries. Most noteworthy, the government must take stern measures to control this loss of talent.

HOW MUSIC INFLUENCES OUR LIVES

Music is a vital part of different moments of human life. It spreads happiness and joy in a person’s life. Music is the soul of life and gives immense peace to us. In the words of William Shakespeare “If music is the food of love, play on, Give me excess of it; that surfeiting, The appetite may sicken, and so die.” Thus, Music helps us in connecting with our souls or real self.

Essay on Music

What is Music?

Music is a pleasant sound which is a combination of melodies and harmony and which soothes you. Music may also refer to the art of composing such pleasant sounds with the help of the various musical instruments. A person who knows music is a Musician.

The music consists of Sargam, Ragas, Taals, etc. Music is not only what is composed of men but also which exists in nature. Have you ever heard the sound of a waterfall or a flowing river? Could you hear music there? Thus, everything in harmony has music. Here, I would like to quote a line by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, one of the greatest musicians, “The music is not in the notes, but in the silence between.”

Importance of Music:

Music has great qualities of healing a person emotionally and mentally. Music is a form of meditation. While composing or listening music ones tends to forget all his worries, sorrows and pains. But, in order to appreciate good music, we need to cultivate our musical taste. It can be cited that in the Dwapar Yug, the Gopis would get mesmerized with the music that flowed from Lord Krishna’s flute. They would surrender themselves to Him. Also, the research has proved that the plants which hear the Music grow at a faster rate in comparison to the others.

Magical Powers of Music:

It has the power to cure diseases such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc. The power of Music can be testified by the legends about Tansen of his bringing the rains by singing Raag Megh Malhar and lighting lamps by Raga Deepak. It also helps in improving the concentration and is thus of great help to the students.

Conclusion:

Music is the essence of life. Everything that has rhythm has music. Our breathing also has a rhythm. Thus, we can say that there is music in every human being or a living creature. Music has the ability to convey all sorts of emotions to people. Music is also a very powerful means to connect with God. We can conclude that Music is the purest form of worship of God and to connect with our soul.

BOOK REVIEW- Heidi

Ah, Heidi, that brings light to the heart! What comfort you have brought me!

Peter’s Grandmother in ‘Heidi’ (Johanna Spyri)

Heidi is a child who warms the heart of each and everyone she meets, be it the beautiful characters she meets and interacts with or the readers who only meet her through the words of Johanna Spyri. A girl so pure and untainted that all you want is a happy ending for her.

Reading the book as a 12-year-old brought me immense joy and happiness. From the moment we first met her, a bundle of clothes being taken up the mountains to live with her gruff grandfather because her aunt couldn’t care for her, her aura shone through the pages and made you feel like you were actually accompanying her. I felt bad for her when her aunt was describing the rumors about ‘Uncle Alp’ her grandfather, felt happy for her when ‘Grandfather’ turned out to actually be the most caring and kind human being who loved Heidi with all her heart. I could almost see the beautiful sunset that lit up the mountain tops that she saw on her first trip up with the goats and her excitement dripped off the pages every time she did something new.

Reading the book again as an adult brought me the same happiness. The same sense of wonder and sympathy. I was hooked once again and dragged into the Swiss world of Heidi, the moment I opened the first page. I experienced anew the fear and confusion she felt at suddenly being sent away to Frankfurt, a city that was so much of a contrast from the mountains and nature she had gotten used to. At the same time, I laughed along with Sara, the invalid she was sent to accompany, at the ridiculous exploits she still got up to. I laughed at Miss Rottenmeier, the housekeeper’s, dismay at having to deal with a child who seemed to know nothing of the basic alphabet let alone etiquette.

As any children’s book, Heidi gets her happy ending when she is sent back to her Grandfather in the alps by Mr. Sesemann, Clara’s father, when he sees how homesick she is. She returns home a changed girl though. While still maintaining her innocence and carefree nature, she has grown into quite a capable young woman who brings a lot of change in her mountain friends, getting even Peter, who hated studying, to read a hymn a day for his poor old, blind grandmother.

‘Heidi’ is a book that I think I will enjoy reading even when I am much much older. A book that will bring back the feelings I felt as a child every time I read it. Well-written and a timeless classic, it is a book that captures the innocence of child, the confusion they face when put in an unfamiliar environment, the ease with which children adapt. It is also a book that poignantly captures the homesickness any human feels in a place they don’t belong and the beauty that is nature. It is a book filled with a lot of emotions while still remaining light-hearted. Many things made an even more profound impact on me when I read it as an adult. A lot of themes like the power of rumors and the misconceptions of people about ‘Uncle Alp’ hit me more as an adult. The helplessness Clara feels, stuck in a wheelchair all her life, and the immense happiness she experiences at being able to walk again. The resignation with which Peter’s grandmother accepted her fate and the peace she felt when her days were filled with the light that Heidi brought in with her every time she visited. While I did feel happy reading all the good things and sad at all the bad things, reading them again at a much more mature age put them in a different light.

This is a book, I feel that everyone must read at least once if not twice. A book that will bring you so much joy no matter your age. A book that reveals a lot more layers than you would expect from a children’s book. A book I am sure I will pick up once again to read the next time I come across it on my shelf. A book I will fall in love with all over again no matter how many times I have read it.

Loosing Someone

Attachment- a word that means something is attached. Obviously, a human can make attachment with anything either with the toy or a person. It can only form if love is there. If we love someone then we won’t never want to lose it but it’s a game of destiny. If it meant to be gone then it will. We are unable to prevent destiny to taking next steps of our life. It’s very disheartening to lose someone whom to we genuinely love and made bond of love. When a person or animal, whomever that we loved so much, went away from our life, only memories remain of them with us. It’s depend upon ourselves to ruin our life after going that one or make it better in which way that person wanted. The every bit of life reminds us of them. It’s very difficult to live without them. But we have to live without them. Thats a real warrior do. Sometimes we cry like a infant if we think about a moment that we lived together, some antics that made you annoyed, some silly things that made them more irritable. But now , after that person gone, all you want to say them please irritable us like before as you did. Living with memories of peoples that don’t exist anymore, shows a gratitude and love towards them.

EL CAPITAN DEPARTS

Sergio Ramos, one of Real Madrid’s most accomplished players, has bid an emotional farewell to the Santiago Bernabeu club after 16 years in which he played 671 times and won 22 titles. Only two players in history have scored more Champions League final goals (neither is a defender like Ramos), and no one has led Real Madrid to European Cup or Champions League success as many times (three) as this Sevilla native. A natural force is now ready to leave his club.

ACHIEVEMENTS– Sergio’s career is decorated with trophies and records both at the club and international level. He is 2004 U-19 Europe Cup champion(Spain), 2010 FIFA World Cup Winner(Spain), two times Europe Cup Champion(Spain). At the club level, with Real Madrid,he is four times Champions League winner, five times Spanish Champion, two times Spanish Cup winner, four times Spanish Super Cup winner, four times FIFA Club World Cup winner, and three times UEFA Supercup winner. His €27 million transfer from Sevilla to Madrid in 2005, when he was 19 years old, remains a record fee for a Spanish youth. Ramos has scored in 17 straight Liga seasons, a Liga record for a defender. Ramos is one of only a few defenders to have scored in two different European Cup finals, and he is the only one to have done it during the UEFA Champions League era. . He is LaLiga’s top goalscoring defender of all time(68 goals). Ramos has been named to the FIFPro World11 eleven times, a defender record and the third-most all-time. He has also been included to the UEFA Team of the Year nine times, a defender record and the third-most of any player. Ramos has also been voted La Liga’s Best Defender a record five times, as well as a member of the La Liga Team of the Season in 2015–16. Ramos is the most capped player in the history of the Spanish national team, and he is the country’s eighth-highest all-time goalscorer. He also holds the record for most international victories for Spain, having won 131 games. These records can show his importance for the team both at national and club level.

SERGIO RAMOS LAST MATCH IN REAL MADRID JERSEY

WHY HE IS LEAVING-Ramos requested a new two-year contract to stay in Madrid, but Los Blancos president Florentino Perez was unwilling to break his policy of only offering one-year contracts to players beyond the age of 30. Conversations between Perez and Ramos had been going on for a year and had lasted into June. However, neither party was willing to make a concession. He is no longer the man he once was at the age of 35. Injury has badly affected his season, particularly in the second half, and Luis Enrique has decided to keep him out of Spain’s team for Euro 2020. The club tried its best to convince Ramos to stay for one year but it was too late.

FUTURE– Despite his age, Ramos is one of the world’s top defenders. A number of prominent European clubs are still keeping an eye on Ramos, who will be available on a free transfer. According to reports, the Premier League three of Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City are interested in bringing Ramos to England. Paris Saint-Germain, another French powerhouse, has been connected with the defender. These are the only clubs which will be able to handle the Spaniard’s reported €12million annual salary demands. Everyone, including Real Madrid’s fans are curious to know about his next destination

Should we test our Professors?

Few years ago, the human resources development ministry made an announcement that professors would be required to have a PhD degree before applying for lecturer ship from the year 2021. But are research skills equivalent to teaching skills. Is the quest to discover something new be compared to the passion to impart knowledge. In India, teachers are given at most respect but the profession itself is seemingly losing its charm. Teaching is a profession that teaches all other professions influencing generations. Naturally this huge responsibility should only be taken up by the passionate ones.

However the craze and lucrativeness of a government job has crippled the recruitment process. The herd mentality of finding a comfortable and a secured job results in unnecessary competition in the field of teaching. The eligibility to become a college professor is an entrance exam. The UGC NET exam is conducted at both National and state levels. After the candidate has qualified this exam they can apply for lecturer ship in a university of their choice. But can a mere exam judge the capability of researchers and teachers together?  In the golden age of coaching institutes ready to share their perfect strategy to crack the test. Candidates do not mind preparing for the second or third major entrance exams of their lives.

The only outcome of these entrance tests is the pernicious coaching culture. While the real and bright students are on their way to MIT and Harvard on merit-based scholarships. Such a system undervalues the importance of skill. It fails to recognize teaching as an art.

A very astonishing fact is that in higher education there is no need for B.Ed. or a similar course for teachers. B.Ed. is compulsory for school teachers in the country but are college students any less students. Training makes certain that professors are equipped with various teaching methods and are capable of handling students from different backgrounds. While it can be argued that a course can’t ensure a good teacher but lack of training does ensure substandard teaching. The quality of teaching depends directly on the quality of teachers.

Thus, it is impossible to not draw a connection between the state of teaching and the state of research in our country.

To improve the state of education it is important to take a step-by-step approach. One of the first steps is to build a strong foundation. An Important cue from the corporate world would be to set a common vision and unified purpose. To enable this a short course or training could be introduced for budding professors. Seminars and workshops by experienced educators for a few years in the start of their careers can steer them towards common good.

It is a known fact that professors after a few years in the profession tend to become complacent. They fail to keep themselves updated with regards to their field of study or experiment with different teaching methods.

Therefore, the next step should be to establish the culture of consistency. One way of doing this is to introduce a robust appraisal system. This would ensure competent teachers to reap the benefits of their fruitful performance and it also helps them remain motivated.

The third step would be to ensure accountability to students. Students are the consumers of the knowledge and the work done by teachers. What better evaluators than a student itself. A good anonymous feedback system will encourage students to give suggestions to their own teachers with regards to how they teach. Bais is a natural outcome of a feedback system but positive criticism can be filtered out to improve a teacher’s performance and to ultimately benefit the students.

This sacred profession’s lost beauty can be restored if we start now. Teaching is an art driven by passion to inspire. Because inspiration and role model are what a young mind needs.

The dabbawalas are a tiffin delivery service. They collect homemade food from houses and deliver it to the offices at lunchtime. But here’s a catch, they do not use any kind of fuel or modern technology. An organisation where average literacy standards of workers is grade 8 and probably only 15 % might have attended senior secondary school, the story of mumbai dabbawalas started more than 130 years ago.

Mumbai, then known as Bombay, took shape in the 19th century. During the latter half of this century, Bombay was a centre of cotton trade especially during the American Civil War and that created a pool of wealth among Indians. Much of this money was channelled into rebuilding the core of this city.
An increasing number of migrants had started to move to Bombay from different parts of the country. They belonged to different communities, and had different tastes that could only be satisfied by their own home-cooked meals. So, in 1890, Mahadeo Havaji Bachche started a lunch delivery service in Bombay with about a hundred men,and The dabbawalas were born.Unlike most other companies in the same field , dabbawalas have a very straight forward mission–To provide healthy homemade food to people.

Everyone in the organisation earns the same salary regardless of his job role i.e. approximately INR 12,000 per month.Currently, a minimum of 5,000 dabbawalas are involved in the business. Most of the dabbawalas come from the Varkari community of Maharashtra. They worship lord vitthal and therefore find their jobs of feeding people very spiritually fulfilling. They live simple lives, most of them reside in the slums of mumbai.

The Dabbawala got Six Sigma Certified, which means, error ratio is 1 in 16 million i.e. 1 mistake in 1,60,00,000 tiffin. In 1998, Forbes Global magazine conducted a quality assurance study on operation of dabbawala and gave a six sigma efficiency rating of 99.999999.

Here is how they operate:
The food dabbas that they carry have a shelf life of 4 -5 hours. The total delivery time is 6 hours – 3 hours from house to office and 3 hours from office to house. Each box shifts hands in transit 6 times and same in return as an empty tiffin. On a daily basis one worker covers a distance of 60 – 70 km. Since most of the dabbawalas are not educated, they use a simple code system. The dabbas are first collected from the homes of the costumes mostly on bicycles. The dabbawala then takes them to a sorting place, where he and other collecting dabbawalas sort the lunch boxes into groups. The gathered boxes are put within the coaches of trains, with markings to recognize the destination of the box . The markings incorporate the railroad station to empty the boxes and the destination building delivery address. At each station, boxes are given over to a neighborhood dabbawala, who delivers them. The purge boxes are collected after lunch or the another day and sent back to the individual houses. Speed and accuracy taking care of the boxes, timely conveyance to the correct proprietor makes a difference them keep up their benefit quality

The dabbawalas even deliver in the pouring rain or during political strikes. They have become the symbol of discipline in mumbai. However the pandemic has proved damaging for them. With no one needing their services anymore ,the dabbawalas have returned to their village.

I hope to see the annadaatas of mumbai again soon, laughing and chattering by the footpath before getting into a hurried segregation and loading of tiffins onto the bicycles.
