Bharatiya Budget har saal desh ki aarthik niti, development aur vikas ke liye ek mahatvapurn kadam hota hai. Har varsh, sarkar naye budget ke madhyam se apne vision aur goals ko prastavit karti hai. 2025 ka budget bhi kisi bhi anya budget se kam nahi, isme naye reforms aur schemes ka zikr hai jo aam janta se lekar business aur agriculture tak sabhi ko prabhavit karenge.

Lekin kuch critics ka kehna hai ki budget mein kuch sectors ko abhi bhi kam focus diya gaya hai. Jaise ki, unemployment ke issues ko address karte hue, jo asli problems hain, unko zyada detail mein nahi discuss kiya gaya.

Aarthik Vistaar
Yeh budget desh ki economy ke liye important hai. Agar yeh successfully implement hota hai, toh aane wale kuch varshon mein GDP growth, employment rate aur standard of living mein sudhaar dekhne ko mil sakta hai. Infrastructure mein investment se rozgar ke naye avsar banenge aur business sector ko bhi boost milega.

Is budget ka aam janta par kaafi asar hoga. Khaas kar middle class aur lower-income groups ko direct financial relief milega. Agar yeh budget sahi tarike se lagu hota hai, toh desh ki economy mein ek positive change dekhne ko mil sakta hai. Love Is Love

 Pride in celebrated all across the globe in June. Pride month is the time to wave the rainbow flag. Every June the LGBTQIA+ community worldwide comes together for a month long celebration of love, diversity, acceptance and unashamed self-pride.This month is part activism and part celebration of all that the community has achieved over the years. The month is all about equality and educating the world about the historical impact of the LGBT advocates. But why particularly June? June was chosen as the Pride month to remember the 1969 Stonewall Riots held against a police raid  that took place at a club called Stonewall Inn in New York City on June 28 claiming that the bar was running without a proper legal license. These raids were nothing but violently harassing and arresting the LGBTQ community from the few places where they really felt safe. In 1969 when homosexuality was banned in America, the NY police would frequently raid queer bars and harass the community. Similar raids that taken place for decades on gay friendly businesses. But Stonewall Inn, was the first time when the patrons fought back. All hell broke loose on June 28 when the queer community fought back and protested hard for several days. People clashed with the officers, Objects were thrown and the Riots came to be known as the Stonewall Riots. The incident changed the world forever.  And the first official Pride parade was carried out the following year. From then on , the tradition of the Pride month began. Pride parades arw carried out all across the globe , of course in India as well. June is not only a month to celebrate but also to educate the generations on the LGBTQ, their struggles and history.

Unrequited chest of love

Love a four-letter word but this word has the power to bend a person’s psychic to insanity.

The relationship is a beautiful stepping stone in the journey of love which is made of compassion, trust, comfort, and a romantic emotionally stabilizing atmosphere. This concept may seem to be a child’s play but in reality, it’s complicated. 
Several factors such as perception, thinking patterns, priorities & level of dedication/ seriousness in a relationship differ. 
A love story is like communication its beauty intensifies if it’s two-way. Otherwise, it can open doors to agony for one of the partners (or Both) in place of the cuddling bliss of happiness.
For a clearer picture, mostly one-sided love is met with the curse of moving in the dark desert of thoughts and self-doubt while serving the faith of being a guardian of some fascinating movements of the loved one.
Even the most powerful healer of all times “lord o’clock” is even helpless. You may laugh and talk but still, an emptiness exists inside the heart in the closed box with a bomb ready to explode even at a small instance of name similarity.

Drive in the Rain

“When it rains, it pours.”

A statement that holds a lot of emotion during rainy season in India. You never know how much will it rain. Sometimes it pours, sometime it just gives a short peek and passes by for us to enjoy the rainbow. In India, power cuts, roads filled with water, unseen manholes are opened, people driving in hurry to reach their destination, couples in love sharing hot food to the sides of the road, people removing helmets to feel the strong connection to earth, some standing by for it to pass and many more.

As a bike rider, I enjoy driving during the time it rains. I don’t care if it pours or drizzles, there is something about that moment that holds me close to it. The smell of petrichor, the slow drive, the sound of rain hitting the skin, and music just makes this meal heavenly. The destination may not be fulfilling but it’s the journey that fills me with a sense of joy. 

As a person, I connect with mother earth on a deeper level during rain. It gives me a feeling of belonging to a deeper purpose. Mother Earth causes rain to hydrate herself and add water to it’s lovely citizens. As a student, it’s my best bet if the college would be cancelled. The sound of rain on a Monday morning always lifts my spirits because I knew school/college would be cancelled. Now, the same rain helps me find peace from the worldly pains.

What She Wants

Do not lie, we know you are kinda tired of the same boring gifts you receive or give to your beloved on special occasions. I mean, a teddy bear or a box of chocolates? How predictable. Don’t get me wrong, these are nice gifts but quite overrated. You need to up your game!

Well to help you out, we have a list of things your beloved might just love a little too much!

  1. Skincare Products

Gone are the times giving your significant other skincare products meant they were aging: in this era, skincare is given utmost importance, regardless of age and gender. From a good Clinique moisturizer to a basket full of Laneige face masks, investing in a good skincare product from a great and reputable company does wonders. A side note though — please make sure it’s something your partner wants and is good for their skin!

2. Perfumes

Another long time investment is a good perfume. You can go for Chanel N°5 Eau De Parfum, Paco Rabanne Lady Million Eau De Parfum, Dior J’adore Eau De Parfum etc., to name a few. They are a few cult favorites. They sure are expensive, but they last a long time! If you want something lighter for the wallet, you can go for Bath and Works, Victoria’s Secret, Pink, and The Body Shop.

3. Shoes

Whether it be red Bottoms or good old Converse All Star, a pair of shoes are a sure shot. You can gift them Uggs. Yes you read it right, Uggs are trending again and we love comfy shoes. You simply cannot go wrong with the evergreen Air force 1s, it is a basic need. You may check out H&M, Zara, Forever21 etc., for other options. The possibilities are endless.

4. D.I.Y Box

Gifting a do it yourself box is hands down a spectacular idea and super budget-friendly and touching. From a D.I.Y charm bracelet to a sundae box, the sky is the limit. People can actually spend time on their gift and making it on their own is, in itself, a treat!

5. A Getaway

A getaway ticket to your better half’s favourite place might just be the answer for you if you are still lost on what you want to gift them. It doesn’t have to be expensive, it can be a bonfire night under the stars, a resort retreat , a beach resort and so on. If you both are homebodies do not worry we have got you covered, a cool fort, some delicious comfort food and a nice movie should do the trick!

And lastly, shower lots of love to them not only on special occasions or specific days but till death do its part because nothing is a greater gift than the gift of sincere love!

One Person I’M Glad I Met

Then I realized that God tested those who are capable, then I took care of myself and I know that the person I met, I am glad that I am not different … when a person meets himself or finds himself, it means that he finds everything that feeling makes him very happy. My life took a new direction and I met a man, and then I was glad that I met this guy … this guy seemed like an angel to me. You showed me that someone is capable of being interested in me, although I am convinced that I am a girl that no one will ever love. Without him I wouldn’t be who I am and for that I feel blessed. He made me better than I am proud of today, and if not for him, perhaps I would not be who I am. I know there is only one person who made me feel this way and I want to meet him. I have created so many people in my life, but there is a person, a soul that beats me today, my mother.

I have and still have many people who have left their mark on my life, but there is one person, one soul, that stands out to me today – this is my mother. The sweetest soul speaks the language of love, and the strongest soul protects those she loves. You are the only person in my life who means everything to me and I can spend every day with you. If there’s one thing I’ll give you forever, it’s my love, my heart and my soul.

I have never felt this way before, my love for you is pure and I am so happy to have found you. I have never loved anyone so much and I am so glad you are in my life. I love you dearly and I never want to lose you because life has been so beautiful since the day I found you. My dear, life is so beautiful with you and I am so happy to have found you.

Even if things don’t go my way, I’ll still be happy for you. You are the one I fight the most and you are also my best friend. A friend like you I love to death and will never let go. Friends like you are the ones who open my eyes and help me avoid bad things.

But out of everyone I’ve met so far, I’m proud to say I’ve met the best friend of my life. For this reason, I can proudly say that I have met a great friend in my life. A friend of mine from childhood, we haven’t been in touch for thirty years, twenty-nine to be exact. We couldn’t meet and one of my closest friends brought me food and apologized for not being able to eat together.

When my dog ​​passed away this summer, I had one of my best and oldest friends by my side. A friend of mine from childhood and her husband called me every day, sometimes two or three times a day, just to make sure she was okay. Sometimes I feel lonely and there is no one to talk to or ask for help, and there are always people who call me out of the blue and ask how I’m doing. The only person I’ve ever met is one of the best friends in my life, and I love another side of myself, even more.

The only person I am happy to meet is one of my best friends, life, love, significant other. Today – today I am grateful for every friend that has been a part of my life, from the smallest to the oldest. To be honest, I don’t know how I would have gotten this far without each of them.

So, I will start with those whom I met when I was open to the outside world. So if I were to start listing them as the best people I’m happy to meet, the list would be quite large.

Thanks to both of the two important people mentioned above, I have found my real me and am happy to meet my real me, hidden and bound by these imaginary chains and cages. You showed me what it’s like to meet someone and form an immediate and undeniable connection with them. If there was a way to look into my heart with my eyes, you would know how special you are to me. I am happy that I told her the last time we met that I would take care of her.

These have been months of my life filled with mistakes, regrets and great happiness. As I get to know you better, I realize that you don’t let your work enter your mind, sometimes you close your book and go out to dinner with your friends, or just go to bed to watch your friends and enjoy Phoebe Buffy’s quirks . When I first met you, I realized that you refused to stop until you had done all the work you were supposed to do.

I met up with friends, went out to dinner, had impromptu meetings, last minute trips, late night calls, video calls, sometimes just calling to see my pets. However, over the course of a year we became best friends, and gradually I felt that I became more open. My friends came home, came to my room and said that no one would move from there until I decided to leave.

I met my friend at dinner and the time went by so quickly that it felt like five minutes had passed. We only met when one of my closest friends found me something to eat and apologized for not being able to attend the meal.

And I’m glad that it is, because it would be very difficult to find another friend like her. It’s hard to find the same energy with someone because we all have different personality traits. I hope everyone has a person/friend or loved one they can always rely on.

MY FIRST LOVE STORY

 Truth and dare, a game which marks the beginning of our puberty. This game fascinated me as much as any other kid of 6th standard might be.

We were new to it. We were ready for it! However, I wasn’t sure of it. Instead of being excited, I was nervous!

Oh I almost forgot to introduce myself.

Hi, I am Steve, and this is how my first game of truth and dare changed my life.

We were in our 6th standard. One Saturday my friends and I were returning from school, when Kristin came up with the idea of playing truth and dare.

I was not up for it, as usual but somehow my friends forced me into it. I agreed to it, but hoped to reach our destination before the bottle rim pointed at me. I didn’t want to play! I was nervous!

Then there happened something, which made my life turn upside down! The bottle rim pointed at Susan, a friend of mine. Now Susan and I were just acquaintances. We never actually talked to each other. It was just a hi hello relationship for us.

Susan chose dare, and Kristin dared her to say I love you to any one of the three boys, Zayn, Austin or me. Back in that time, I was a big nerd who stayed away from girls. I don’t know why exactly but I didn’t have that confidence in me to talk to a girl, which is why I was really scared!

My heart started racing, I had butterflies in my stomach, my hands were almost sweating. Not that I was expecting to be the one whom Susan chose, but what if she did?

I have always found Susan pretty. She was not one of those girls who found ways to impress boys. Never in the many years of knowing her did I see any kind of make up on her. She was natural. She was sweet and from what I could assume, she had a heart of diamond and a smile worth millions of dollars!

I have always liked her because she was nothing like other girls. She was genuine. I always thought of talking to her but never had the confidence to do so! Oh God what if she chooses me!

Yes i know I am sounding a bit too extra, but the girl in question is her! The only girl with whom i wanted to talk and be friends with! My heart was sinking with every second, I had goose bumps and I felt a pressure putting itself upon me! This kills. This game sucks!

I was busy fighting my own thoughts when I caught Susan looking at me. Her eyes were not blinking. She stared at me, looked into my eyes. All of a sudden, I started feeling relaxed. Her eyes felt like heaven. Those beautiful pearl eyes, that beautiful, frightened face!

Her lips parted, a sigh left her mouth, and the words, “I love you” she uttered, with her eyes still fixed with mine. I couldn’t process what just happened. It was just a dare, but that moment felt something more!

A sudden hooting made us both look away when we reached her bus stop and she went away. I don’t know what had just happened. It was a great feeling. So beautiful and intense that i could still feel my heart pounding against my chest. But, the real question is, did she feel the same way I did?

How we create equality

While surfing through linkdein I came across a post where a doctor sir Ganeshan, he was providing free medical deliveries to girl. Many people of community have distinct view of it as if it is a right way and right thing.

In my view, this is how we create equality,
there are two ways
first, we share everything we have equally and eventually with time everything gets equalize,
another way is we try balancing both sides like if people are not happy after having girl child we will free them from fee charge(its temporary solution of a big part of solution) and as societies are progressing they will learn and improve with time.
Example of first one is colonized countries they doesn’t got support from developed countries and they got bullied many time but we are slowly progressing toward equality,
Example of second one is solutions for girl equality by indian govt, it involves temporary(situation based) solution like dowry punishment to educating and reservation, the benefits of having second way is it’s fast, and it has lots of temporary solution to big problems like girl foeticide case.

Love is perennially elusive – but not impossible to find. And I was lucky enough to find him.

This is my story, my real true love story, and it also happens to be my life’s most beautiful story.

I fell in love with his voice. I didn’t know that my life was going to change. And that momentous evening changed my entire life!!

‘Trin – Trin’

‘Hello! Who’s it?’ my voice demanded.

‘Hey! It’s me, Arpit. Hello Puja. Don’t you recognize my voice?’

‘Sorry, wrong number.’ I cut him in short. I was in class 8 at that time and about him, we will know it soon. The next day, the phone rang again and it was him again.  From there, our conversation began. I have never heard such a sweet voice, plus it was my first time talking with a random guy like this. I felt magic in his voice. Every time I hear his voice, I can feel Euphoric bliss.

His name was Arpit Sehgal and he belonged to Bhubhaneshwar. He was doing engineering. We belonged from two different worlds plus such an age gap, so I decided to lie and I said that my name is Preeti Singhania, doing B.com Hons. Our talks continued and we beautifully got used to each other’s voices. We were each other’s crushes until he finally said that he loves me. I replied, “I LOVE YOU MORE”.

The moon flickered, vaporized. I was in love with him. I felt an eccentrically wonderful pull towards him. It seems like I have been waiting agelessly for him to come and refill my empty soul. Our late-night talks, secret messages, hiding from our parents, all these became part of our lives.

Years passed, seasons passed. I recalled our telephonic conversations. I felt at moments the entire wealth of the world had fallen into my lap but at others it made me feel so insecure. The time had come when I was about to leave for my higher studies. A shiver of cold ran down my spine. Arpit was already in my heart!

I longed to be his.

I dialed his number to confess. I was not feeling well. It was raining down heavily at his side.

“Hi, baby!” “Hello, Shona!”

He has already sensed from my voice that I was not well. He said, “I wish I could make you feel the warmth of my body.” I didn’t have the guts. I called him again at night and I lied again.

“I’m having cancer and I will die possibly again.” He started crying. He asked me to not worry and that he will leave everything and come to me to take care of me. I couldn’t hold it more and gave him my promise.

“If ever you have truly loved me even for once, then you won’t call or text me from now.” The next voice I could hear was him asking, “Will you marry me?”

And the call got disconnected.

India Of My Dreams.

The India of my dream would be a country where women are safe and walk freely on road. Also, it will be a place where there is freedom of equality to all and everyone can enjoy it in their true sense. Furthermore, it would be a place where there is no discrimination of caste, color, gender, creed, social or economic status, and race. In addition, I see it as a place that sees an abundance of development and growth.

Women Empowerment

There is a lot of discrimination against women. But, still, the women are stepping out of their houses and making a mark on different fields and on society. In addition, there are a lot of areas that need to be worked upon whether it is female feticide or restricting them to the household task. Besides, many NGO and social groups have come forward to promote women empowerment.

However, we have to work hard to change the mindset of society. I dream India as a country that sees women as its assets, not as liabilities. Also, I want to place women on an equal level as men.

Education.

Though there are many initiatives by the government to promote education. But there are many people who do not realize its true importance. The India of my dream will be a place where education will be mandatory for all.

Employment Opportunities.

Although there are many educated people in India. But, due to corruption and many other reasons they are unable to get a decent job. Besides, there are many employment opportunities in the country but they are either limited or don’t pay well enough. One of the reasons for this is weak industrial growth in the country.

In addition, reservation is a hindrance in this path as most of the deserving candidates lose their good opportunity because of it. Many of these deserving candidates go abroad and work for the economic growth of other countries. The Indian of My dream will be a place where the deserving candidate will get the job first rather than reserved candidates.

Caste Discrimination

Though India got independence in 1947, still we are not able to get complete independence from the caste, religion, and creed discrimination. It is shameful to see how in certain parts of the country the people of the lower section of the society are denied the basic rights.

However, there are various social groups that speak for their rights and help them to oppose this oppression. Besides, I dream of an India where there is no discrimination of any kind.

Corruption.

Corruption is one of the major reasons that are hindering the growth of the nation. Instead of making an effort to serve the growth of the country the officials and politicians are busy filling their own pockets. So, I dream of an India where the minister and official are dedicated to their work and wholly for the development of the country.

In conclusion, the India of my dream will be an ideal country where every citizen will be equal. Also, there is no discrimination of any type. In addition, it will be a place where women are seen as equals to men and respected equally.

India of my dreams……… Where the bell of happiness rings,where the birds in harmony sings.

THE LUCKY ONE – BOOK REVIEW

Story plot

The book starts from Keith Clayton’s perspective. Keith is a local police officer. He is at a location where local college students go for nude swimming. He is carrying a camera he borrowed from the Police Department and is taking pictures of three female college students. One of them leaves the beach and comes upon Keith who is supposed to be on duty. He hides the camera and talks with the girls about their breaking the law by nude bathing. He lets them go. He comes across a man whom Keith describes as looking like a hippie walking down a logging road by the beach with a dog. It is Logan Thibault and his dog, Zeus. Keith is concerned Logan saw everything that had happened and tries to find a way to take Logan in. However, after running a background check on Logan and Logan refusing to let him search his bags he lets Logan go. He asks Logan where he is going and states he is heading to Arden. Keith goes back to find the camera he hid, but it is gone and the tires on his squad car are slashed. Keith becomes concerned as his father is the local Sheriff and his grandfather is a local judge.

When the story changes to Logan’s perspective, he is in the car with the three college girls who picked him up when he indicated he wanted to hitch a ride. He gives the camera (from which he removed the memory disk) to the college girls. The story also back tracks to Logan witnessing Keith taking the pictures and Logan taking the camera, destroying the disk, and slashing the tires of Keith’s cruiser. The story then goes back further into Logan’s life as he reflects on his walking all the way from Colorado and even further back as to why he decided to join the Marines. It is explained how Logan began to play Poker while tensions were building in the Middle East and this was his outlet. He lost all of his money while doing this and eventually gave up joining in on the games. It is then mentioned that Logan liked to go for early morning runs while in the Middle East and one day he came upon a picture half buried in the sand. It turns out to be a picture of Beth who is wearing a shirt that says Lucky Lady. His luck then begins to change. It is first noticed when his friend in his squad, Victor, encourages him to join in a poker game that night. Victor also believes in omens and superstitions and is the one who slowly convinces Logan the picture and the girl in the picture are powerful to Logan and the picture may have a deeper meaning in Logan’s life.

Elizabeth (Beth) is next introduced in the story. It starts at a birthday party her son, Ben, is attending. It comes up that Beth’s grandmother, Nana, recently had a stroke and Beth has been helping her run the dog kennel/obedience school Nana owns. It is also mentioned that Nana raised Beth, because Beth’s parents died in a car accident when Beth was 3 years old. Beth is also a teacher at a local school. It slowly becomes known that Keith Clayton is the ex-husband of Beth, and the father of Ben. Beth expresses her frustration about Keith’s disappointment in Ben as Ben is not as athletically inclined as other boys of his age. It becomes apparent that Ben does not care for his father much and does not like spending every other weekend with Keith.

The story goes back to Logan and the beginning of his experience in the Middle East is mentioned. A story is told about how the two comrades in his fire team are killed by a RPG and Logan survives. Logan is staying at a local motel and first decides to find the fairgrounds where the picture he had of Beth was taken. He finds the exact location where the picture was taken and knows he is in the right place. He determines he is going to go to a pool hall/bar to ask the locals if anyone knows the girl in the picture.

Next, Keith reminisces about his day and having to explain the slashed tires to his father. It comes to light that his dad and grandfather are well known in the town and Keith is stuck between keeping out of trouble and his family being able to get him out of trouble due to their status in town. Keith also explains his dislike for his son’s (in Keith’s eyes) weaknesses. Instead of wanting to be with Ben, Keith wants to be out looking for Logan to make him pay for what he did. Keith receives a phone call from a co-worker, Tony, who says a stranger has a picture of Beth at a local pool hall and was asking about her. Keith asks if the guy looks like what Logan had looked like earlier, but the co-worker says that is not the description of the man at the pool hall. Keith is disappointed and decides to do nothing about man with the picture.

Logan’s version of the bar/pool hall encounter is described and he learns Beth’s full name. The next day Logan goes to the dog kennel and meets Beth for the first time. He applies for a position at the kennel and Beth becomes suspicious due to the half told story Logan tells her. (He leaves the part out about the picture as the reason why he came to Hampton). Beth is skeptical and decides to have Nana talk with Logan. Nana decides to hire Logan, but admits she feels he isn’t telling the whole truth about being in Hampton. Once hired, Logan finds a place to rent in town and begins working at the kennel. Over the next few weeks Logan (and Zeus) becomes closer with Nana, Beth and Ben.

Nana decides to go on a trip to visit her sister in Greensboro, leaving Beth and Logan to tend to the kennel. Beth and Logan get to know each other better, and this is one of the weekends when Ben spends time with his father. Logan and Beth make ice cream on the Saturday night Ben is gone when Keith brings him back to Beth. Ben has a bruise on his face and his glasses are broken. Keith tells Ben to tell Beth it wasn’t his fault, but it’s apparent Keith threw a baseball too hard and it hit Ben in the face. Keith does not notice Logan initially, but when he does he demands to know what Logan is doing there. Zeus becomes defensive and Logan tells Keith to leave. Keith does, but is upset about the incident, because he does not like being challenged and forced to back down. He also upset to have found out that Logan had never left town and is concerned Logan may still have the camera’s memory disk.

Beth and Logan go on a date and Logan opens up about Victor and Logan’s boating trip in Minnesota. Logan informs Beth that Victor died when another boat hit their boat. Logan and Beth continue to date, and eventually Keith breaks into Logan’s home to see if he could the photo disk. Logan suggests to Beth that Keith has been the reason why none of her relationships have lasted and tells her about the break-in he had had in his home. Nana implies she agrees with Logan. Beth goes to a former boyfriend’s home and he weakly admits Keith may have been involved in his breaking up with her. Beth (politely) confronts Keith about this. Keith during this conversation tries to convince Beth that she knows nothing about Logan and this could dangerous. Keith thinks he has begun to convince Beth and is in high spirits. However, Logan did research on Keith’s family and meets Keith at his Keith’s home. Logan tells Keith he knows it was Keith who broke into his home and bluffs that he has a video recording of the break in. Logan said he would take the information to Keith’s family if Keith did not stay out of Beth’s business. Keith realizes he no longer has the upper hand and begins to drink heavily.

Later, there is a storm that comes through Hampton and it rains for days/weeks and the area begins to flood. Ben convinces Logan to go to his tree house and Logan realizes it is no longer safe because of the flooding. They still enter the tree house and Logan gives Ben the picture because he feels it will keep Ben safe. Logan mentions his friend Victor’s belief in the luck of the photo. Logan also plays the piano in church for Nana and the town begins to admire Logan, and even Keith’s grandfather praises Ben, deepening Keith’s hatred of Logan.

Tony, the co-worker who called Keith from the pool hall when Logan first arrived in town, goes to Keith’s house and informs Keith that Logan was the guy who had had the picture of Beth which Keith had ignored. Keith goes to the school where Beth works and convinces Beth that Logan is a stalker. Beth doesn’t necessarily believe Keith at the time and confronts Logan who admits to having the photo. Beth becomes extremely upset and demands the picture. Logan informs Beth that he had given it to Ben.

Later, Beth asks Ben for the photo and asks him to tell her everything Logan had said when Logan had given it to Ben. Beth realizes Logan had been honest about how he felt the photo was a good luck charm. Beth goes to Logan’s home and he tells her everything. He also mentions the tree house being very unsafe to Beth. Keith spies on Beth and Logan and is enraged. When Beth leaves Logan’s house Keith follows her to her home. Keith tells her he was going to take her to court to obtain full custody of Ben if she doesn’t follow his rules. He wants her to stop seeing Logan and date him (Keith) again. Ben overhears Keith threatening to take full custody, and tells Keith he doesn’t want to live with him. Ben runs away to his tree house. Logan had seen the extra set of tire tracks and realizes Keith had been around when Beth was at his house. Logan runs to Beth’s house.

Beth finally realizes Ben had run to the tree house and both Keith and Beth struggle to get to the tree house through the flooding and rain. When they arrive at the tree house it has partially collapsed and Ben was in the creek running under the tree house clinging to the rope bridge. Keith tries to go to the tree house but falls through the rotten wood and breaks his ribs and clings to rope bridge as well. Beth broke her foot on the way to the tree house and only able to watch everything unfold. Logan and Zeus arrive and try to help, as well. Logan ends up closer to Keith and Keith clings to Logan dragging him under when the whole tree house collapses and Logan and Keith disappear into the abyss. Zeus saves Ben.

In the epilogue it becomes apparent that Keith died and Logan survives. Ben continues to carry the photo around for good luck.

Review

Over the past few years I have have come to realize that I am a hopeless romantic. I love reading stories about two people having a chance meeting and just knowing from that moment that they were meant to be together, no matter how much their relationship gets tested. That is why this week’s selection happens to be from the man that I like to call the King of Romance Novels, Nicholas Sparks.
“The Lucky One” tells the story of Logan Thibault, a U.S. Marine who finds a lost picture while in Iraq. When nobody claims the picture he decides to keep it, providing him with good luck in every situation he is put into. After coming home he decides to find the woman in the picture even though he knows nothing about her. When he meets Beth Clayton there is an instant attraction and a passionate love affair begins, but Logan has a secret that may tear them apart for good.

I liked this book. I have read two previous Nicholas Sparks novels -“A Walk To Remember” and “Dear John,” and enjoyed them, even though they both had sad endings. The ending to this novel is also sad but happy at the same time.
The book drags in certain spots because there is a lot of back story about each character that needs to be told, but there are also moments of action. Now, keep in mind because this is a romance novel the action scenes are few and far between, but the few that do exist leave an impact on the reader, especially the ending.

Sparks writes from the perspective of the main love triangle – Logan, Beth, and Beth’s ex-husband, Keith. As I’ve mentioned before, I am not the biggest fan of multiple points of view, but this method helps push the plot along. It also shows the readers how the characters are connected. This book is great for anyone, especially those who love a great love story every now and then. I enjoyed reading it and I hope you do too. Maybe someday we will have that chance meeting where we meet the right person.

After a visit with her best friend, Sharon McCarthy, Holly decides to retrieve the envelope from her mother. She discovers that it is not really an envelope, but a package with no return address. Above the main address are the words The List. She opens the package. On top is a letter in which Gerry assures Holly that she will be able to go on after his death and that she should open and follow the directions inside each small envelope only on the date written on the front of each one. The package contains ten small envelopes labeled with the months March through December. This month’s envelope tells her to buy a bedside lamp so she doesn’t have to get out of her cozy bed every night to shut off the bedroom light-switch. This letter, like all subsequent ones, ends with the words, “PS, I love you.”

For the next nine months, Holly looks forward to opening Gerry’s letters. She, Sharon, and Sharon’s husband, John, marvel at Gerry’s ability to put this project together. He had been so weak and ill toward the end of his life, it must have required a herculean effort.

In April, Gerry instructs Holly to buy a smart new outfit because she will need it in time for next month’s letter. In May, he tells her to put on her new outfit to face one of her biggest fears: singing karaoke live onstage. In June, he asks her to get rid of his belongings; “I’m already here…always wrapping my arms around you,” he writes. In July, he wishes her a “good Holly day,” which she interprets as an order to get ready to go on vacation. In August, he sends her on vacation to Spain for a week with her friends. In September, Gerry advises Holly—who has a hard time finding a job she likes—to get a career she finds fulfilling. In October, he sends her sunflowers with the instructions to plant more, in order “to brighten the dark October days you hate most.” In November, he encourages her to start dating. Finally, in December, he gives his permission for her to fall in love again.

Throughout these letters, buoyed by Gerry’s love and guidance, Holly emerges from the shell she has built around herself. She starts gradually by shopping for an outfit that will get her out of the blue-jeans-and-Gerry’s-shirts combination she’s been living in. The letters introduce more and more action and engagement, providing the springboard for Holly to reenter life once again. In the end, she doesn’t feel abandoned by Gerry or alone and single at a vulnerable time. She feels reconnected to all the amazing things in her life: her friends, her family, her newfound career in magazine advertising—and the eternal memory of one incredible man.

My Review

It is a very interesting read and very emotional one too. Love is the central theme of the book and it is presented in such a beautiful way. Dealing with the death of the beloved can be devastating but life goes on. You have to be keep on living and learn to be happy again for the sake of your family and friends but most importantly, for the same of your lost love who would never have wanted to see you unhappy.

A beautiful well written story which will make you cry for sure and also make you appreciate your loved ones. Cecilia Ahern has created some compelling characters. Her style of writing is simple and sometimes amateurish but the beauty of the story covers all the flaws. The poignancy of loss, letting go and rediscovery is beautifully captured in this story. Its a touching and emotional story about the long road of healing and finding yourself again after losing a loved one. I will definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves to read chick-lit.

Winter is one of the most important seasons in India. It is a part of the four seasons that occur in India. Winters are the coolest season that starts from December and last till March. The peak time when winter is experienced the most in December and January. In India, winters hold great importance. In addition, the essence it has is admired by many people. Winters give you the time to indulge in various activities like snowball fighting, building snowmen, ice hockey and more. It is a great time for kids to enjoy their vacations and get cozy in their blankets.

Essence of Winter

During winters, schools usually take a break and close down. The days are shorter and the nights get longer. The chilly mornings give you a different sense altogether. Hot drinks like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are enjoyed more during winters. The sun rises quite late and sometimes it does not.

Even when it does, it doesn’t get a bit hot. People long for a little sunshine as the cold weather sends chills down the spine. You see people on the roads burning woods and paper to get a little warmth. However, not many people prefer going out in winters. They like sitting by the fireplace or heater all day.

In the hilly areas, people experience snow during winters. They have to shovel it out of the way to make way for walking. The essence of winters is enhanced by Christmas as well. It sets the holiday mood for people and is admired all over the world.

Why I Love Winter?

I personally love winters. This season brings a lot of healthy fruits and vegetables. People get the chance to eat fresh grapes, apples, carrots, cauliflower, guava and more. Furthermore, so many beautiful flowers bloom during this season. These flowers include roses, dahlias and more. This makes winter even more beautiful than it already is.

Other than that, no lizards are to be found as they go in hibernation. This makes me very happy and lets me live fearlessly. Most importantly, winter mornings are the best part of this season for me. I like getting up early in winters and witnessing the morning dew on flowers. There is a different vibe altogether that comes with winters.

Also, our school organizes bonfire which is one of the most awaited events of the year.

In short, winter is as important as any other season. Sure, it may have its negative sides and positive sides, but that happens with every season. Winters helps you enjoy long morning walks and fresh air.

Heart break

we hear about this heart breaks everyday it maybe our friend or family member or it can be self experienced but is it common to get heart breaks ?. Mostly teenagers goes through this stuff a lot and do many bad decisions during this period even they show their emotion by taking their own life away but is it really worth it. Its not only teenagers goes through this stuff even aged person gets divorce or breakup which is worse but they handle the situation better so this is only to know about teenage heart breaks.

Before finding the reason we can see some facts about these Only 12% say they never think about it and 20% say they rarely do. Not surprisingly, the number is much higher among unhappy couples, where 87% of partners contemplate leaving their relationships. But even 34% of extremely happy partners think about breaking up from time to time. I cant totally agree with is because there will still a part of everyone looking forward to meet his long gone girl friend if the breakup is all about misunderstanding and situation. There are some breakups which happens when he/she cheats which makes us more broken.

A study say women is the one who are more likely to do more breakups but they are the one who feels more broken after the breakup but the thing is a majority of people move in relationship without having a idea of it a relationship its not just a thing which you can go through easily but no one realizes that but the worst case is they do this again and again even though it hurts.

So is it okay to be broken ?. yeah you can be broken its completely normal but we have to handle the situation better without making he/she suffer we hear many things about a boy killing a girl for not accepting his love its not healthy for this society.
