“Valuing Picnics -This International Picnic Day”.

Human beings have been living on this planet since ages  working hard for their survival, finding food, water and shelter to life. These activities are still a part of many individuals as they do travel not for fun but for finding jobs and better homes. In earlier times, men used to stress a little less as they didn’t have much to worry  about. Spending Time with their family, friends and even animals and thus led a peaceful and happy life. In earlier times happiness meant to have proper food with loved ones, with water and shelter. But with the definition of happiness changed and transferred to things and materials. People were happy buying cars, bikes, homes and watching movies, playing video game and this got addicted to those. Man has spoilt his life working all day long, making his/ her feel like a couch potato.

But sooner the idea of recreational activities started to flow and people became fascinated towards these thoughts . They often thought of going and doing these activities which included trekking, hiking, travelling to mountains, enjoying the beach, river crossing, paragliding, skydiving  and many more. People used to enjoy their weekoffs by these activities which not only helped them feel relaxed but also remain happy and spend time with their closeone. Excluding all these, there is one more activity, which people used to don, but has seen a significant decline which is Picnic. “Picnic” includes having meals outdoors, playing games and having the essence of nature and enjoying it. It generally includes a visit to outdoor having a better view, may be park, lakeside, or beachside or any it get, bring any individual close to nature and their close ones. People most often went on these drives and enjoyed picnics. Also “International Picnic Day” is celebrated around the world on 18th June and people around the world come together in their local areas and visit local parks, enjoy nature, lay down on sheets and have a better view of mountains or rivers or beaches while enjoying their food and many more. So it’s a day full of compassion, emotion, togetherness and understanding each other.

But it seems to be reducing these days. People hardly have time for these or any recreation activities, working all day along working on their projects and the race to earn more money. This really affects relationship status with the close ones and even social relations. But the need of the hour is the shift one thoughts and priority from materialistic world to the more spiritual and show affection towards the living ones around us. Greed for money has led many dynasties to destroy, and relations to get smashed away. We need to understand that these times of happiness while on picnic or trekking or any other activity help us fight our bad times with our closed ones. This not only brings back the culture of sharing ideas but also shares out what any individual bus is going through. Support of family and friends help any individual to come up and win at any situation.

“So the main motive of Picnic and other recreational activities is to understand and improve our relationships in this tough world, make more memories and aroma of happiness and enjoy nature and it’s beauty. Time needs to be devoted as the first priority to these activities, thus making our relationship strong, unity in thoughts and strength in the individual personalities”.

Brahmanical Patriarchy in Early India…..

Caste hierarchy and gender hierarchy are the organising principles of the brahmanical social order and are closely interconnected. This article explores the relationship between caste and gender, focusing on what is possibly the central factor for the subordination of the upper caste woman: the need for effective sexual control over such women to maintain not only patrilineal succession but also caste purity the institution unique to Hindu society.

Studies of women in early Indian history have tended to focus on what is broadly termed as the ‘status of women’, which in turn has led to a concentration of attention on a limited set of questions such as marriage law, property rights, and rights relating to religious practices, normally viewed as indices of status.

The general subordination of women assumed a particularly severe form in India through the powerful instrument of religious traditions which have shaped social practices. A marked feature of Hindu society is its legal sanction for an extreme expression of social stratification in which women and the lower castes have been subjected to
humiliating conditions of existence. Caste hierarchy and gender hierarchy are the organising principles of the brahmanical social order and despite their close interconnections neither scholars of the caste system nor feminist scholars have attempted to analyse the relationship between the two.

First, will explore here the relationship between caste and gender, focusing on what is possibly the central factor for the subordination of the upper caste women: The purity of women has a centrality in brahmanical patriarchy, as we shall see, because the purity of caste is contingent upon it.

The task of exploring the connections between patriarchy and other structures within a historical context was pioneered by Gerda Lerner (1986) and her work is both theoretically and methodologically useful for historians. In outlining the historical process of the creation of patriarchy in the Mesopotamian region Lerner describes her growing awareness of the fact that crucial to the organisation of early Mesopotamian society was the total control of women’s sexuality by men of the dominant class.

A possible starting point for an exploration of the historical evidence on the crucial place of control over women’s sexuality within the larger structure in which brahmanical patriarchy was located thus
could be the practices and beliefs prevalent among the upper castes as studied by anthropologists. An insightful essay by Nur Yalman (1962) on the castes of Ceylon and Malabar shows that the sexuality of women, more than that of men, is the subject of social concern. Yalman argues that a fundamental principle of Hindu social organisation is to construct a closed structure to preserve land,
women, and ritual quality within it.

The case of a maiden violating the caste rules for sanctioned unions between men and women is considered less reprehensible. In Manu’s view the king may overlook the offence of a ‘maiden’ who makes advances to a man of a high caste (this was obviously a permitted lapse) but in the case of a
maiden who courts a man of a lower caste the king should force her to remain confined in the house. The maiden’s crime is of less gravity than the wife’s, since there is no pativratadharma that she has violated, but Manu reserves the highest punishment for the wife who though aware of the ‘greatness of her relatives’ (i e, of their high status) violates the duty that she owes to her lord, i e, her stridharma or her pativratadharma. In such a situation Manu like Gautama rules that the king should cause her to be devoured by dogs in a place
frequented by many . In punishing such ‘deviant’ women the king was upholding the existing structure of relations itself pertaining to land and the caste order. The purity ot women ensured the purity of caste and thus of the social order itself.

To sum up, a preliminary analysis of Brahmanical patriarchy in early India reveals that the structure of social relations which shaped gender was reproduced by achieving the compliance of women. The compliance itself was produced through a combination of consent and coercion as we have tried to outline above. While the elaborate rules of normative literature and descriptions in the
narrative literature indicates the failure of brahmanic ideology to produce the real consent of women to brahmanical patriarchy the values of the caste system were apparently accepted by both men and women of the upper castes.

HENRI FAYOL: THE FATHER OF MANAGEMENT

Henri Fayol is the universalist and he father of general management and Fayol developed the Theory of Management and he has given his opinion that managerial excellence is technical ability and can be acquired and he developed theories and principles of management which are universally accepted and made him a universalist. He was a pioneer of the formal education in management, Fayol’s principles of management meet the requirements of modern management, as such, he is rightly accepted as the “Father of General Management”.

Fayol’s long practical experience in the field of management is reflected in his written work and He did not develop a logical theory of management, nor evolved a philosophy that answered all questions and satisfied all doubts about its practicability and based on his own experience in the field, Fayol set forth 14 Principles of management and they are:

1. Division of Work

The division of work is applied to all kinds of work- technical as well as management and division of work also means specialization and division of work promoted efficiency.

2. Authority and Responsibility

Authority and responsibility go together and Fayol stressed that right and power to give orders should be balanced by the responsibility for performing necessary functions and according to Fayol “The result of authority is responsibility. It is the natural result of authority and essentially another aspect of authority and whenever authority is used, responsibility is automatically born”.

3. Discipline

According to Fayol, “Discipline is in essence obedience, application, energy, behavior and outward marks of respect observed following the standing agreements between the firm and its employees”. Agreements must be obeyed in totality, without any dissent and discipline is essential for the smooth running of the business.

4. Unity of Command

A subordinate should take orders from only one boss and Fayol claimed that if the unity of command is violated “Authority is undermined, discipline is endangered, order disturbed and stability threatened” if there are two or more superiors for an employee then confusion and conflict of interest arise and everyone has to make sure that this doesn’t happen.

5. Unity of direction

Fayol advocates, “One head and One plan” for a group of activities having the same objectives, and this will create dedication of purpose and loyalty. Unity of direction for achieving unity of action in the pursuit of common objectives by a group of persons.

6.Subordination of Individual Interests to general Interests

This is a home truth and, in a family, the interests of its members should be subordinated to the interests of the family as a whole.

7. Remuneration to employees

Remuneration should to fair and adequate and it should be supported by both types of incentives- Financial as well as non-financial.

8.Centralization and Decentralisation

There should be one central point in the organization that exercises control over all the parts but the degree of centralization of authority should vary according to the needs of the situation.

9. Scalar Chain

The Scalar chain is a chain of supervisors from the highest to the lowest rank and this principle suggest that there should be a clear line of authority from top to bottom linking all managers at all level.

10. Principle of order

This principle applies to the arrangement of material and people and there should be a place for everything and everything should be in a place.

11. Principle of Equity

Kindness and justice should be exercised by management in dealing with their subordinates and this will infuse loyalty and devotion among the employees.

12. Stability of Tenure of Personnel

An employee with all the requisite abilities needs some time to gain specialization and stability is linked with a long tenure of personnel in the organization and efficiency is promoted by a stable workforce.

13. Principle of Initiative

The initiative is the power of thinking out a plan and ensuring its successful implementation. Initiative on the part of its employees can become a great source of strength, but it must not be against the established practice.

14.Esprit-de-corps

It means the spirit of loyalty and revolution which unites the members of a group or society and Fayol said that there is strength in unity and the two enemies of sprit-de-corps are:

i. Divide and rule

ii. Abuse of written communication

Yoga for seniors

When you come to old age, all the fancy aspirations are over, and you experience yourself as childlike again. But at a biological level, aging also results in the accumulation of cellular damage over time which leads to a progressive decrease in physical and mental capacity of the body. Familiar conditions in older age include back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, depression, heart disease, etc. so, if you are a senior and looking for some therapeutic practices to avoid these conditions, then you are at the right place! Yoga carries some low impact incredible poses that you can practice even in your nineties. In this article, I’m discussing yoga poses categorizing them on the basis of

•Standing yoga poses
•Laying yoga postures
•Sitting yoga postures

You can choose from the poses in terms of your present level of flexibility and medical conditions associated with your body. It is highly recommended to practice any yoga pose under the supervision of a verified yoga teacher. They can help you with the modification in the poses and customized it for your body.

Great years for fitness

Fitness is not only about looking good. If you wake up happy that’s enough to determine your health in many ways. Yoga cultivates a mind-body-emotion link, combines stretching with a deep breath, and develops relaxation. Practicing yoga in old age makes you touch some spiritual aspects along with its physical benefits. Yoga is one of the safest forms of exercise available for seniors with immense benefits.

Benefits of yoga for seniors

Although yoga has tremendous health benefits on the mind and body irrespective of the age of the practitioner, for seniors, the values of the benefits are more. Here I’m listing some benefits of yoga that seniors or old age people will easily relate to

Fitness and ability levels

Practicing yoga enhances one’s fitness level that results in an improved ability to do day to day work. There are numerous yoga postures available to strengthen the core and develop a strong foundation of the body. Yoga reduces the risk of falls in the case of seniors as it provides stability in the system.

Maintains equilibrium

Elderly people are often noticed with some unconscious movement of the body part, especially hand, yoga can help in improving this state of the body. Practicing yoga regularly creates equilibrium in the body and generates a certain level of awareness of the movements.

Improves flexibility

Yoga movements are so fantastic to generate an extra stretch in the body without causing any damage to the body. Flexibility in the muscles encourages the tissues to loosen and relax, which eventually helps to amplify their range of motion.

Encourage deep breathing

As yoga involves the coordination of breath and movements in the body, it results in expanding lung capacity to hold breaths for an extended period. Holding the breath for a longer period enhances the overall pulmonary health and respiratory function of the practitioner.

Bone strength

In elderly age, most people tend to have problems with brittle bones. Consistent practice of yoga can improve the weight-bearing power of the bones and reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Some promising researches claim to improve bone density in the body by Yoga practices.

Alleviate anxiety and stress

Anxiety at an elderly age is not new to this generation. Yoga encourages mindfulness and calmness in the system and prevents the day to day stress through conscious breathing and meditation. Researchers claim that meditation stimulates memory centers inside the brain and reduces the risk of depression among seniors. Yoga activates the “feel-good” prefrontal cortex and boosts the emotional health of the practitioner.

Improved sleep quality

Sleep disturbance is a common problem among people of old age. Sleep deficiency at this age is linked to the increased risks of high blood pressure, heart strokes, diabetes, etc. Potential sleep ensures the removal of toxins from the body and allows the brain to function properly. Performing yoga daily can help to treat sleep disorders like insomnia, relaxing the tissues in the body, and encourages a better quality of sleep.

Yoga poses for seniors

No yoga pose is specially designed for a person belonging to a particular age. You can practice yoga at any age depending on your body limitations. Old age can be a miraculous part of life if you establish yourself in yoga. Yoga is one of those exercises which you can continue throughout all stages of life, as yoga itself is said to be the study of life.
As I mentioned that there is no pose specially designed for seniors, but if you are a beginner then it is recommended to start with some slow and light poses and then take it to the moderate level. Here are some beginners yoga poses for seniors to start with;

STANDING YOGA POSES FOR SENIORS

Trikonasana (triangle pose)

FINFET ASIC Innovational Platform for ULSI Industries : Big Exclusive >>>>>>

Sophisticated, specialized ASIC technology is making an impact on the everyday world around us. Whether it’s a gadget you can have a conversation with, a car that will take over driving from time to time, or internet speeds that seem impossibly fast, there is likely sophisticated custom silicon present as a critical enabling technology. Plenty has been written about advanced ASICs for networking, computing, AI and 5G applications. FinFET technology is always part of the conversation. So is 2.5D packaging and the associated HBM2 memory stacks. We talk about high-speed interfaces and specialized memories.

All of this is really important and quite relevant, but there is another dimension that is often overlooked. In order to minimize time to market, you must avoid distractions from your one true mission – developing that core element of the chip that will make your product truly different. And in order to achieve that, you must make sure that you have all of the supporting elements not only available, but pre-integrated and pre-verified in such a way that they can be “plugged” into your design with predictable interoperability.

Consider that the elements of a typical advanced ASIC are delivered by more than one IP provider and several supply chain partners. How do you ensure all this capability works together? Even more daunting, how do you ensure you can configure parts of the design without breaking other parts? eSilicon has considered this problem for quite a while and our answer is clear.

You need a platform. A market-specific platform.

Credit : Third Party Reference

A platform delivers relevant IP to a pre-specified chip architecture. It ensures the IP is compatible across technology and operating condition choices and it delivers flexibility and configurability through careful design of the IP components. These tenets apply to the IP developed by the platform provider of course. But they also must apply to any third-party partner IP as well. Building a reliable and robust platform isn’t easy and doesn’t happen quickly.

The benefits of using a platform for FinFET ASIC design can be quite rewarding. For example: achieving the required performance for a switching ASIC by tuning memory configurations or adding a few SerDes lanes. Or, modifying the convolution algorithm for a deep learning ASIC by swapping one IP tile for another. The consistency, compatibility and predictability of a platform can be the margin of victory.

Credit : Third Party Reference

And yet, platforms do not serve every conceivable chip if you want to preserve the efficiency and performance that drove you to an ASIC in the first place. Platforms must be market-specific, even if many of their components are similar or the same. As an example, the PPA targets, number of elements and required bandwidth of an AI chip are widely different from a top-of-rack data center switching chip. So, one size does not fit all.

So, where does a platform fit then? If you build it properly and make it sufficiently configurable, it will be able to support many requirements across a given market. This works well for building families of products and derivatives.

EAM S Jaishankar lodges strong protest to his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on violent face off in Galwan Valley

External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has conveyed to his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi, India’s protest in strongest terms on violent face-off in Galwan on 15th of this month. External Affairs Ministry said in a release that Dr Jaishankar and the Chinese Foreign Minister had a phone conversation on Wednesday afternoon on recent developments in Ladakh. Dr Jaishankar recalled that at the meeting of senior Military Commanders held on 6th June, an agreement was reached on de-escalation and disengagement along the Line of Actual Control.

Ground commanders were meeting regularly to implement this consensus throughout the last week. While there was some progress, the Chinese side sought to erect a structure in Galwan valley on Indian side of the LAC. While this became a source of dispute, the Chinese side took pre-meditated and planned action that was directly responsible for the resulting violence and casualties. It reflected an intent to change the facts on ground in violation of all agreements to not change the status quo.

Dr Jaishankar stressed that this unprecedented development will have a serious impact on the bilateral relationship. He said the need of the hour was for the Chinese side to reassess its actions and take corrective steps. The two sides should scrupulously and sincerely implement the understanding that was reached by the Senior Commanders on 6th June. The Minister said, troops of both sides should also abide by the bilateral agreements and protocols. They should strictly respect and observe the line of actual control and should not take any unilateral action to alter it.

The Chinese Foreign Minister on his part, conveyed the Chinese position on recent developments.  They agreed that the overall situation would be handled in a responsible manner, and both sides would implement the disengagement understanding of 6 June sincerely. Neither side would take any action to escalate matters and instead, ensure peace and tranquility as per bilateral agreements and protocols.

India will give befitting reply to anyone who tries to impunge upon its sovereignty and integrity, asserts PM

The martyrdom of Indian Soldiers who died fighting in the violent clash in the Galwan Valley in Eastern Ladakh will not go in vain. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said this in his remarks before the second day of virtual meeting with the State and Union Territories Chief Ministers to chalk out further roadmap to embolden nation’s fight against the global pandemic. He said, India will give a befitting reply to anyone who tries to impunge upon its sovereignty and integrity.

Mr. Modi paid homage to the martyred soldiers and remembered their valour. He said, India is a peace loving nation which thrives on the principle of sacrifice. Mr. Modi asserted that India always strives to reach out to its neighbouring countries in order to arrive at a common consensus.

Highlighting the valour and courage of Indian soldiers, the Prime Minister said, the Nation has always prayed for peace in the region but in case of any incitement, it is ready to give a befitting reply. Mr. Modi and the participating Chief Ministers stood up and observed two minute silence remembering the martyrs of Galwan Valley.

BEST WAY TO LEARN PYTHON PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE

Python is a very popular programming language. It was developed by Guido van Rossum & released in 1991. Guido van Rossum started implementing Python in 1989. Python is not difficult programming language to learn so even if you are new in programming you can learn python without facing any issues. There are many best way to learn python programming.
And below i have mentioned them to the best of my knowledge
Python is used for:

web development (server-side)
software development
mathematics
system scripting
WHY SHOULD YOU LEARN PYTHON PROGRAMMING?
Python works on different platforms e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux and Raspberry Pi
Python has a very simple syntax similar to the English language.
Python has simple syntax that allows developers to write programs with fewer lines than some other languages.
Python runs on an interpreter system, meaning that code can be executed as soon as it’s written.
Python is the most widely used programming languages in the field of AI.
Developers used Python to build productivity tools games & desktop apps, so there are variety of way that help you to learn python programming
You can prefer below mentioned best book to learn python programming:

Python Crash Course
Head-First Python, 2nd edition
Learn Python 3 the Hard Way
Real Python Course, Part 1
How important is it to learn python?

Easier to learn which keeps you going to learn anything & everything in Python
Development is faster than C and Java. In today’s development arena for a corporation beginning , the most challenge is building the merchandise first & fast & then keep doing the feature enhancements & bug fixing.
Python programmers are less compared to Java/C/C++/C# etc so finding a Python resource is also not easy hence Python developers are often paid higher.
Strong Python community. From free workshop to Meetups Volunteered Conferences every Python Developer will be willing to help you if you are stuck.
Last but not the least- Once you start learning python programming language, you will fall in love with it & I bet she will not cheat or dump you & probably you would end up getting married with her.
Type Of Jobs Which Are Available To Python Programmers?

There are too many roles Are Available To Python Programmers within the job market, Python is usually checked out as a robust secondary supplemental language to a primary language that is more broadly used like C/Java.
There are a different types of jobs that one can get focusing exclusively on Python development, so, Some of these jobs will be in building and enhancing the internal tools that a company uses to develop its finished marketable products rather than working on the finished product itself.
One specific economic sector where the presence of Python programming language is particularly very strong is the geospatial industry. This is a critical industry that deals in navigational tools like GPS, radar & light measurements.
If you are interested in web applications I suggest Python is a better choice for development rather than design.

REAL ESTATE SURVIVAL IN THE TIME OF PANDEMIC

As we are surviving through a virus called COVID-19, not just the health but it has been affecting each and every aspect of the people’s life. In terms of health we atleast have some of the precautions for our defense from it but in terms of other aspects specially buisness, we don’t even have precautions, all we are left with is finding a cure. One among the badly affected businesses is the real estate business.
Impacts on the indian real estate business:

As the whole Indian economy is in crisis, the most anticipated result of it in real estate sector is delayed investment decisions, specially from the eastern countries. However, the actual possible impact is still uncertain as the COVID-19 situation remains volatile.
As per the researchers, the impacts that we may face are:
1. If the COVID-19 stays longer than expected, the commercial real estate may face less investments as it is already a slow mover.
2. In the current situation, investors are more likely to shift their investment into something more stable such as a bond market.
3. According to UN, india is at risk of trade loss of about 2,500 crores as most of the real  estate investment in India came from Singapore, China and Hongkong in 2019.
4. As the export from China will be at pause, the cheaper supply will be hindered and this will affect the profit margin of the real estate developers.
5. The recent crash in the stock market in India is another sign that suggests the reduce  investment in the real estate sector.
Measure taken by Indian government to improve the situation:

In order to improve the economy and the stressed real estate sector the government has announced variety of financial packages, schemes and new ideas to formulate within the country.
1. Under “Atmanirbhar Bharat”, government announced a financial package of ₹200 crores restricted to the local markets compulsorily.
2. RBI has provided special fund of 30,000 crores for non-banking finance companies and Housing finance companies generating a wave of relief to the real estate sector.
3. Extention of loan repayment period and reduced repo rate by RBI and extention if loan compliance for the current financial year has been a hope of light in the construction sector.

As this pandemic is affecting the lives of people the real estate has already facing less investors and property buyers. But with the hope and positivity that as we have overcome many calamities previously we will overcome this too, we must continue our production and innovation and take the full opportunity in the bad times as well till the government finds a measure to stop the spread of this virus.

Interesting Psychological facts

Our day to day life activities involve many mysterious things that we experience but have no idea why do they affect us. Here are some facts about the way our mind reacts to some things:

  • Music changes perception

If you listen to an upbeat music, your mood boosts up instantly. While when listening to a sad song you feel low.

Hence, when you workout or go for jogging, good music makes you feel more energetic.

An experiment was conducted in 2011 to observe if music can affect the way you perceive your environment. People were told to identify happy and sad faces while songs were played in the background. It was observed that they had difficulty in identifying the happy faces while listening to a sad song and vice versa.

This is because of Perceptual Expectations. When you hear something through your ear your brain automatically makes you expect to see something similar through your eyes.

  • Foreign language logic

Almost all of us know at least 2 languages. One is our mother tongue and other is our second or foreign language. It has been observed that people take decisions more logically or practically when they take it in their second language.

This is because our reasoning skills are divided into two parts viz.

  1. Systematic and Logical
  2. Unconscious and emotional

Our mother tongue mostly influences the emotional part and brings our emotions in the middle while we make a decision. But our second language is not affected by emotions hence, when you want to take a logical decision, think about it or frame it in a different language.

  • Singing reduces anxiety

Endorphins and dopamine when released in the brain, decrease the stress and feeling of pain.

When we sing, these hormones are released in large amount and therefore, the feeling of nervousness or sadness almost goes away when you sing. So next time when you feel low or nervous, sing your heart out.

  • Rejection feels like punch

Our brain is designed to release same chemicals in the same areas when we feel emotional or physical pain.

Hence, sometimes when someone emotionally hurts you, you feel the same pain that you feel when you are hurt physically.

  • Canonical perspective

Whenever we look at a thing or object, we see it from the side and slightly above.

For example, if I tell you to draw a glass of water, what are you going to draw?

We draw the 2nd image that is the side view of the glass, the same vantage points that we see.

  • Negativity gene

A 2013 study showed that the negative thinkers don’t think negative by their own will. It’s inbuilt in them since the time they are born. It’s genetically transferred to them.

  • Power of Sunlight

Sunlight has vitamin D that acts in the body as mood stabilizer and releases pleasurable hormones. The places with low sunlight or no sunlight have more stressed out people than the places with good sunlight.

So whenever you feel stressed, step out in Sunlight for 10 minutes and your mood will lighten up.

  • Over sleeping

After sleeping for 10-12 hours or more than that, how do you feel? Do you feel more sleepy or tired?

It is because sleeping too much is similar to not sleeping at all and that is why you feel tired. It’s the biological schedule of sleep that gets disturbed.

Hence, the perfect amount of sleep that is maximum 8 hours is necessary to feel energetic and not tired.

  • The colour Red

Ever wondered why the ‘decline’ options are always in the red colour? It is because the color red is associated with negativity.

  • Mood sickness

Mood sickness doesn’t only affects our mind but it also affects our body. The working of our brain and body are tied together. Therefore, when one suffers, the other is also prone to suffering. So, if you are in a bad mood for a long time then you are more likely to fall sick.

  • Butter and cheese relax mind

When we are stressed, our body and the nervous system feel exhausted and tired. This causes an increase in the tension. The calcium that cheese contains, acts as a relaxant and improves nerve function. While butter contains proteins and also provides healthy fats which balance the level of sugar which is very necessary for your good emotional state.

There are many more psychological facts that can surprise you and make you wait and think about them. For now think about these and apply them in your day to day life.

what comes to your mind when you see the word glossophobia, it may have occurred to you that as it something to do with the fear and then glosso may be, the fear of glasses, or the fear of glossy things. Actually this is a fear of speaking in front of many people, this   may be felt by most of you at first but it does not mean you are phobic. When a person has anxiety attacks and starts to feel really uncomfortable to actually keep his view in public. A fear of getting judged instills that person that stops him from speaking and he feels of just running away from the situation.

This phobia has many causes firstly being that if the person has a past experience of trauma that triggers the person every time one faces the stage. A child is not born with any such fear, there are only two innate fears that is fear of falling and fear of loud sounds. This phobia can be genetic but one comes to know only after growing up as they are put into the circumstances that enables them to recognize their fears. Unfortunately in this present generation it is required that you not only have an amazing idea but also the calibre to present it, in front of the people. The most important thing is to overcome this fear  and to do that you have to work in small steps.

  1. Prepare a speech, and practice it in front of the mirror, till you become confident of delivering it to others without mistake
  2. Then ask your friends and family to listen to it, take their suggestions and improve your speech.
  3. Keep delivering speeches to your family and friends till the time you realize its time to take this to the next level and  that is to speak in front of unknown people.
  4. Then face your fear, go and  talk to unknown people and request them to listen to your speech, slowly and steadily try to increase the audience. Always make yourself remember why are  you doing this.
  5. Do this for a number of times, then lastly to test if your fear is fully gone, arrange audience but  dont prepare any speech let the talk be impromptu.  This guarantees that you are now free from the fear and now there is nothing stopping you from achieving anything in life.                                                                                                   This is just a way that is popularly used , it can take varied time to overcome fear for different people, this depends on how much they are motivated and how much they are learning each day.

India-China Relation and The World

In the recent skirmish on the China-India border, both sides have suffered heavy losses. It has confirmed from the official statement from India that 20 soldiers have martyred and no official data has come from China yet Editor-in-chief of the Chinese government’s news magazine Global Times believes that the Chinese military also suffered casualties. It has been the old attitude of China that whenever there is more loss on its side, it does not share the correct information. We had seen this attitude in the case of Corona also. Although China tries to hide the exact and actual data, somehow it comes out from somewhere.

This incident of the violent skirmish between India and China is extraordinary because such an accident has occurred on the Chinese border the first time after 45 years. Colonel Santosh Babu, who martyred, was leading the Indian contingent during this astonishing incident. According to military sources, this violent skirmish in the Galvan valley started on Monday night due to the changing attitude of Chinese soldiers. The Chinese troops intended to capture L.A.C. through the Galvan valley. But Indian soldiers thwarted the Chinese plan.

The way China has done stabbing behind the back, it proves that China is the most dangerous and vicious enemy for India. All these activities proved that trusting China even more than a century can prove to be the biggest threat for India. In the coming times, there will be unexpected changes in the relationship between India and China. But one thing is clear that a dispute arises on three different boundaries simultaneously, it is a sign of spacious threat. Relations with Pakistan and China are always intense. But Nepal is a neighbouring country whose relationship was not disturbed till date, but by presenting a new map and passed an amendment in the lower house of their Parliament and claiming a small part of India near to the area of Kalapani is the part of Nepal. It is an unfortunate situation for us. Experts of international relations believe that all these concern are interlinked. Chinese Diplomacy transforms from peace to aggression. Their diplomatic policy has changed. If we compare China of the 21st century to the China of the 20th century, we will find an enormous gap between the low profile china diplomacy and leadership china diplomacy. They want all control over the world. China is trying to compete with the United States of America. But the Chinese do not know that they are not like USSR. They could not take the place of the United States of America.

China is a country whose reality was known to the whole world that they do anything to increase its dominance and borders. The way China told the world about the Corona Virus was too late. They hide ambiguous numbers of infected and dead people, revised several bills against it to suppress the violence in Hong Kong and increasing military activities in the South China Sea proves how China is creating an atmosphere of unrest around itself.
