In amidst this global pandemic, life has become very harsh for many poor and middle class people. This lockdown has also locked the earnings making them struggle everyday to meet their daily needs. The biggest question of the hour has turned out to be”when will this pandemic meet an end?”.But it is necessary that we must focus on life after corona.
This corona virus has taught us many things ,it has helped in integration of people not only in the country but also worldwide. This virus has taught us that discrimination of people on basis of caste, religion, region has no sense. It has also became agent of mother earth wherein it brought the pollution levels significantly down all over the world.
It is clear indication that we must start using non-conventional energy sources after this crisis. It is clear that we must understand that humanity is the only religion and serving needy is next to serving god.
We should maintain social distancing at least for following year and help needy. If we all stand United and act wisely we will surely be victorious in this situation and once again we can live that golden days enjoying railway rides, shouting for our favourite team in stadiums and the birds chirping in the forest without our intervention, but for now we must stay home stay safe.
May be world may not see the end of the world in the series named DARK because we may experience it. The calender readers may not be readers again because they may not read it again. People used various calenders before the existence of current calender in the year 1582 named Gregorian calender. Gregorian calendar came to use after the space research revealed the revolution of earth around the sun’s orbit. But it is believed by many that as many as 11 days were lost from the year that was once determined by the Julian calendar.
The reading of Mayan calender was seemed to be wrong as said by the conspiracy theory. The theory seemed to be convincing, the world didn’t end in December 2012 as originally said by calender readers. After following the Julian calender we are in 2012 and the number of days we lost by following the Gregorian calendar is 11 days. For 268 years it’s exactly 8 years which brings us to 2020.
NASA said: “The story started with claims that Nibiru, a supposed planet discovered by the Sumerians, is headed toward Earth. This catastrophe was initially predicted for May 2003, but when nothing happened the doomsday date was moved forward to December 2012 and linked to the end of one of the cycles in the ancient Mayan calendar at the winter solstice in 2012 – hence the predicted doomsday date of December 21, 2012.”.Mayan calender is one of the most popular calenders along with another calender namely Julian calenders. The theory of world end prediction is based on the ancient calender named as Mayan.
Tagaloguin tweeted about it and deleted after a while. Is it COVID19 that breaks us in 2020 or some natural disaster is in it’s way. The world will be same with or without us. It doesn’t matter to the world if we existed or not. The world is no more world to us if we aren’t in the world. But for the world it doesn’t matter about the existence of life.
The world will be happy without us since we are the only enemy to it. The world lost the patience and became a patient by the viruses we had spread this long. The world should react to the actions that we performed all these years. We didn’t created the world and we have no right to write it’s end.we are just the players who played our match. But the result of the match for everyone is same irrespective of the result because the fate for everyone is same and result in death.
A Healthy life and lifestyle is what every individual desires along with money and better close relationships. These are the key factors to live a happy and satisfied life and disbalance in any of the above leads humans to a stage of depression, stress and tension. Humans have been working since ages and have somewhat been able to maintain balance between all these, but surely all these three pillars of happy and pleasure life are surely connected to each other. As an old proverb comes to our mind that “health is wealth”, and surely is the element which every one wants to be better. If one is healthy enough, he would be able to work and earn better money and similarly have less stress and tension, thus would also maintain better relationships with close ones.
Considering today’s scenario, the era of Pandemic Covid -19 , one needs to remain fit and healthy so as to fight back and eradicate the existence of this disease until it’s vaccine comes into action. But “which factor truly defines a healthy person and good Health”. Immunity, the factor which defines how a healthy any individual is based on his/ her own day to day activities including both diet as well as physical work efforts. Immunity is the element which is helping people to recover from this .So it surely explains the importance of strong immunity for any individual to be healthy.
But human immunity has been observed to fall the scale from past few years in various parts of the world. This is surely due to an unbalanced lifestyle, more stress , tension and limited physical exercise. Man has made himself weak by also eating more of the junk food which definitely lacks the desired proteins and nutrients, and thus basic requirements due to which the body does suffer.
So we clearly understand the importance of immunity and how it has a key role to help us fight back, bacteria and other diseases. But the question which comes to mind is “How are we losing down on our immunity or why immunity levels are decreasing day by day in individuals”. So the reason for the same include:
Lack of physical exercise – Exercise helps to reduce stress and releases various antibodies which are effective to fight these Diseases.
Junk foods
Less water intake
Consumption of excessive caffeine
Smoking
Excessive alcohol and drugs
Consuming foods with Fat and sugar content
Lack of inadequate sleep.
These factors surely have an effect on our health and day to day activities and thus do affect our immune system and reduce it’s capabilities to fight back viruses, bacterias and other infections .
Therefore one should definitely come up with the plans to fight back this issue letting to reduce the immunity of individuals by working on the elements they lack in daily activities. This could surely include:
1-2 hour of exercise and yoga
Restricting To Eat oily and other junk food.
Consuming desired water content each day.
Reducing the content of caffeine in their drinks.
Stop smoking and it’s consumption
Adequate sleep.
“Weall know that health is surely the best and the most precious element which a human has and if he has it, then he could surely achieve heights and thus become successful. So in order to remain healthy one must focus on improving their immunity by boosting it with desired exercises and food and these small steps toward securing our own health, we would definitely make ourselves and also our surrounding healthy thus leasing to our neighborhood be stress free, relaxed and much happier”.
Mental health refers to cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well-being. It is all about how people think, feel, and behave. People sometimes use the term “mental health” to mean the absence of a mental disorder.
However, this link also works in the other direction. Factors in people’s lives, interpersonal connections, and physical factors can all contribute to mental health disruptions.
Looking after mental health can preserve a person’s ability to enjoy life. Doing this involves reaching a balance between life activities, responsibilities, and efforts to achieve psychological resilience.
Conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety can all affect mental health and disrupt a person’s routine.
Although the term mental health is in common use, many conditions that doctors recognize as psychological disorders have physical roots.
In this article, we explain what people mean by mental health and mental illness. We also describe the most common types of mental disorders, including their early signs and how to treat them.
What is mental health?
Mental health disorders are one of the leading causes of disability in the U.S.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO):
“Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”
The WHO stress that mental health is “more than just the absence of mental disorders or disabilities.” Peak mental health is about not only avoiding active conditions but also looking after ongoing wellness and happiness.
They also emphasize that preserving and restoring mental health is crucial on an individual basis, as well as throughout different communities and societies the world over.
In the United States, the National Alliance on Mental Illness estimate that almost 1 in 5 adults experience mental health problems each year.
In 2017, an estimated 11.2 million adults in the U.S., or about 4.5% of adults, had a severe psychological condition, according to the National Institute of Mental Health
Risk factors for mental health conditions
Everyone has some risk of developing a mental health disorder, no matter their age, sex, income, or ethnicity.
In the U.S. and much of the developed world, mental disorders are one of the leading causes of disability.
Social and financial circumstances, biological factors, and lifestyle choices can all shape a person’s mental health.
A large proportion of people with a mental health disorder have more than one condition at a time.
It is important to note that good mental health depends on a delicate balance of factors and that several elements of life and the world at large can work together to contribute to disorders.
The following factors may contribute to mental health disruptions.
Continuous social and economic pressure
Having limited financial means or belonging to a marginalized or persecuted ethnic group can increase the risk of mental health disorders.
A 2015 study of 903 families in Iran identified several socioeconomic causes of mental health conditions, including poverty and living on the outskirts of a large city.
The researchers also explained the difference in the availability and quality of mental health treatment for certain groups in terms of modifiable factors, which can change over time, and nonmodifiable factors, which are permanent.
Modifiable factors for mental health disorders include:
socioeconomic conditions, such whether work is available in the local area
occupation
a person’s level of social involvement
education
housing quality
Nonmodifiable factors include:
gender
age
ethnicity
The study lists gender as both a modifiable and nonmodifiable factor. The researchers found that being female increased the risk of low mental health status by 3.96 times.
People with a “weak economic status” also scored highest for mental health conditions in this study.
Biological factors
The NIMH suggest that genetic family history can increase the likelihood of mental health conditions, as certain genes and gene variants put a person at higher risk.
However, many other factors contribute to the development of these disorders.
Having a gene with links to a mental health disorder, such as depression or schizophrenia, does not guarantee that a condition will develop. Likewise, people without related genes or a family history of mental illness can still have mental health issues.
Mental health conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety may develop due to underlying, life-changing physical health problems, such as cancer, diabetes, and chronic pain.
Common mental health disorders
The most common types of mental illness are as follows:
anxiety disorders
mood disorders
schizophrenia disorders
Anxiety disorders
According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety disorders are the most common type of mental illness.
People with these conditions have severe fear or anxiety, which relates to certain objects or situations. Most people with an anxiety disorder will try to avoid exposure to whatever triggers their anxiety.
Examples of anxiety disorders include:
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
The American Psychiatric Association define GAD as disproportionate worry that disrupts everyday living.
People might also experience physical symptoms, including
restlessness
fatigue
tense muscles
interrupted sleep
A bout of anxiety symptoms does not necessarily need a specific trigger in people with GAD.
They may experience excessive anxiety on encountering everyday situations that do not present a direct danger, such as chores or keeping appointments. A person with GAD may sometimes feel anxiety with no trigger at all.
Panic disorders
People with a panic disorder experience regular panic attacks, which involve sudden, overwhelming terror or a sense of imminent disaster and death.
Phobias
There are different types of phobia:
Simple phobias: These might involve a disproportionate fear of specific objects, scenarios, or animals. A fear of spiders is a common example.
Social phobia: Sometimes known as social anxiety, this is a fear of being subject to the judgment of others. People with social phobia often restrict their exposure to social environments.
Agoraphobia: This term refers to a fear of situations in which getting away may be difficult, such as being in an elevator or moving train. Many people misunderstand this phobia as a fear of being outside.
Phobias are deeply personal, and doctors do not know every type. There could be thousands of phobias, and what might seem unusual to one person may be a severe problem that dominates daily life for another.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
People with OCD have obsessions and compulsions. In other words, they experience constant, stressful thoughts and a powerful urge to perform repetitive acts, such as hand washing.
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
PTSD can occur after a person experiences or witnesses a deeply stressful or traumatic event.
During this type of event, the person thinks that their life or other people’s lives are in danger. They may feel afraid or that they have no control over what is happening.
These sensations of trauma and fear may then contribute to PTSD.
Mood disorders
People may also refer to mood disorders as affective disorders or depressive disorders.
People with these conditions have significant changes in mood, generally involving either mania, which is a period of high energy and elation, or depression. Examples of mood disorders include:
Major depression: An individual with major depression experiences a constant low mood and loses interest in activities and events that they previously enjoyed. They can feel prolonged periods of sadness or extreme sadness.
Bipolar disorder: A person with bipolar disorder experiences unusual changes in their mood, energy levels, levels of activity, and ability to continue with daily life. Periods of high mood are known as manic phases, while depressive phases bring on low mood.
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD): Reduced daylight triggers during the fall, winter, and early spring months trigger this type of major depression. It is most common in countries far from the equator.
Schizophrenia disorders
Mental health authorities are still trying to determine whether schizophrenia is a single disorder or a group of related illnesses. It is a highly complex condition.
Signs of schizophrenia typically develop between the ages of 16 and 30 years, according to the NIMH. The individual will have thoughts that appear fragmented, and they may also find it hard to process information.
Schizophrenia has negative and positive symptoms. Positive symptoms include delusions, thought disorders, and hallucinations. Negative symptoms include withdrawal, lack of motivation, and a flat or inappropriate mood.
Early signs
There is no physical test or scan that reliably indicates whether a person has developed a mental illness. However, people should look out for the following as possible signs of a mental health disorder:
withdrawing from friends, family, and colleagues
avoiding activities that they would normally enjoy
sleeping too much or too little
eating too much or too little
feeling hopeless
having consistently low energy
using mood-altering substances, including alcohol and nicotine, more frequently
displaying negative emotions
being confused
being unable to complete daily tasks, such as getting to work or cooking a meal
having persistent thoughts or memories that reappear regularly
thinking of causing physical harm to themselves or others
hearing voices
experiencing delusions
Treatment
There are various methods for managing mental health problems. Treatment is highly individual, and what works for one person may not work for another.
Some strategies or treatments are more successful in combination with others. A person living with a chronic mental disorder may choose different options at various stages in their life.
The individual needs to work closely with a doctor who can help them identify their needs and provide them with suitable treatment.
Treatments can include:
Psychotherapy, or talking therapies
This type of treatment takes a psychological approach to treating mental illness. Cognitive behavioural Therapy, exposure therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy are examples.
Psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and some primary care physicians carry out this type of treatment.
It can help people understand the root of their mental illness and start to work on more healthful thought patterns that support everyday living and reduce the risk of isolation and self-harm.
Medication
Some people take prescribed medications, such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, and anxiolytic drugs.
Although these cannot cure mental disorders, some medications can improve symptoms and help a person resume social interaction and a normal routine while they work on their mental health.
Some of these medications work by boosting the body’s absorption of feel-good chemicals, such as serotonin, from the brain. Other drugs either boost the overall levels of these chemicals or prevent their degradation or destruction.
Self-help
A person coping with mental health difficulties will usually need to make changes to their lifestyle to facilitate wellness.
Such changes might include reducing alcohol intake, sleeping more, and eating a balanced, nutritious diet. People may need to take time away from work or resolve issues with personal relationships that may be causing damage to their mental health.
People with conditions such as an anxiety or depressive disorder may benefit from relaxation techniques, which include deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness.
Having a support network, whether via self-help groups or close friends and family, can also be essential to recovery from mental illness.
Suicide prevention
If you know someone at immediate risk of self-harm, suicide, or hurting another person:
Ask the tough question: “Are you considering suicide?”
Listen to the person without judgment.
Call 911 or the local emergency number, or text TALK to 741741 to communicate with a trained crisis counselor.
Stay with the person until professional help arrives.
Try to remove any weapons, medications, or other potentially harmful objects.
Space may be the final frontier, but it continues to pose myriad technical challenges as commercial and government-driven space investment continues. One of those challenges is developing more effective space-based communication systems for the increasing number of satellites and spacecrafts that need to interact with one another in the void. A team of researchers has developed an algorithm to enable cognitive radio functions on satellite communications systems to adapt themselves autonomously.
Current space communication systems deploy radio-resource selection algorithms, but they are rudimentary and work with a pre-programmed look-up table. Furthermore, they have little flexibility regarding the various parameters for the performance goals the system needs to achieve. Researchers from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Pennsylvania State University and NASA’s John H. Glenn Research Center, have designed a new algorithm that allows autonomous parameter selection for radio resource allocated using a novel artificial intelligence architecture.

Autonomous space communication is critical because space is a harsh environment. A number of things can go wrong in space, which why space communications systems should be able to operate without human intervention. The team’s algorithms could serve as the core of a new cognitive engine (CE) used as a baseline for developing communication systems for the next generation of spacecraft and satellites.
The team developed a CE design that autonomously selects multiple radio transmitter settings while attempting to achieve multiple conflicting goals in a dynamically changing communications channel. It accomplishes this by leveraging reinforcement learning (RL) and “virtual exploration” structures studied in the author’s previous research. The CE integrates these with a novel artificial neural network ensemble design and new algorithms to implement the exploitation aspect of multi-objective reinforcement learning (MORL).

Through RL, the artificial neural network can be trained to adapt to the dynamic conditions of space through multiple trials and experiments, as the algorithm is set up to learn in a manner similar to the human brain by weighing inputs to achieve a goal. In the researchers’ CE, the system can learn how to adapt to achieve multiple goals for satellite communication.
The proof-of-concept design was created through computational simulations as well as ground- and spaced-based experiments. It successfully addresses the limitations of current technology by enabling:
Table-free state-action mapping with fixed memory size;
Operation over dynamically changing channels;
Decoupling of states from actions &
Usage of continuous action and state spaces.
As space exploration continues to develop with trips to the moon and Mars, cognitive radio and communication systems will be essential for space flight. There will be a need for space “internetworking” to manage the interaction of user spacecrafts, relay spacecrafts and ground stations. This new CE could be a needed progression for space communication to be more efficient and reliable for any situation encountered during space travel.
Typhoid Fever or Typhoid is a systemic enteric infection caused by bacteria usually through ingestion of contaminated food or water. The disease is also referred by several other names such as Gastric Fever, Enteric Fever, Abdominal Typhus, Infantile Remittent Fever, Slow Fever, Nervous Fever, and Pythogenic Fever. The disease causes several symptoms causing mild to severe problems for the patients. The symptoms are generally seen from six to thirty days after exposure. Generally there is the gradual onset of high fever for several days, weakness, abdominal pain, constipation, headaches, and vomiting. Some people also develop a skin rash with red colored spots. The cause of the disease is the bacterium Salmonella typhi which is also known as Salmonella enterica serotype typhi , mainly growing in the intestines and blood. Risk factors include poor sanitation and poor hygiene. Diagnosis of the disease is done by either culturing the bacteria or detecting the bacterium’s DNA in the blood, stool, or bone marrow. Culturing the bacterium is little bit difficult so Bone marrow testing is the mostly used method. It has been observed that a typhoid vaccine can prevent about 40-90% of the infection during the first 2-7 years. But this vaccine is always recommended for the people at high risk or travelling to the places where this disease is so common. Other efforts which can be done to prevent the disease are clean drinking water, good sanitation, and hand washing. The disease is usually treated with several antibiotics such as Azithromycin, Fluoroquinolones or third generation cephalosporins.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS Usually, the complete course of untreated typhoid fever is divided into 4 different stages, where the each stage lasts for a week which makes the patient completely exhausted. • In the first week, the body temperature of the patient rises slowly, and the fever fluctuations are generally seen with relative bradycardia, malaise, headache, and cough. A bloody nose is also seen in this quarter of the disease and abdominal pain is also possible. There is also a decrease in the number of WBCs. Widal test is negative in the first week of the disease.
• In the second week, the person is often too tired to get up, with a very high fever and bradycardia is continued in this stage also with dicrotic pulse wave. In this stage, Delirium is frequent which gives the typhoid another name i.e. NERVOUS FEVER. Rose spots also appear on the lower chest and abdomen. Rhonchi are heard in lung bases. Diarrhea can occur in this stage : six to eight stools in a day, green, comparable to pea soup, with a characteristic foul smell. However, constipation is also frequent. The spleen and liver is enlarged and liver transaminases are elevated. Patients can still test positive.
The major symptoms of this fever is that the fever usually rises in the afternoon up to the first and second week.
• In the third week of the fever, a number of complications can occur like : Intestinal hemorrhage due to bleeding in congested Peyer’s patches: it can be very serious but is not usually fatal. Intestinal perforation in the distal ileum: this is a very serious complication and is usually fatal. Encephalitis. Respiratory diseases such as pneumonia and acute bronchitis. Neuropsychiatric symptoms with picking at bedclothes or imaginary objects. Metastatic abscesses, cholestasis, endocarditis, and osteitis. The fever is usually very high and oscillates very little over 24 hours. Dehydration is also caused. Platelet count goes down and risk of bleeding rises.
Product dupes/counterfeit products are doing the rounds in the market, they are available at cheap prices and are sold by squatters and illegal traders, they can be found at every other corner of the city and are even found online, they can be harmful to our health and many of us are obsessed with buying such products. Be it cosmetics, hand bags, watches or even clothes. An awareness surrounding this topic is necessary along with the precaution to stop the cycle of fake products in the market.
Cosmetic products–
You can easily find thousands of bad quality dupes available online or in stores and they have the most disgusting and ghastly chemical used to make them, they can damage your skin cause irritations and even allergies. Just because they are available at a cheap prices we are lured into buying them. Be it nail polishes, lipsticks or even eye makeup. Most of them contain toxic resins, glues and even fake colours which can harm us.
Handbags and purses–
They are found online and even in many tiny markets or flea markets, one can differentiate between a branded handbag and a fake handbag based on the quality of the leather or material or the straps and even the interior of the bag, even the sloppy stitching, the weight of the bag and the lock of the purse or bag can give one an idea about its brand.
Shoes/Footwear–
Many of these small stores or markets sell fake shoes and there are many factories and business which mint a lot of money, the quality is quite bad and by the weight of the shoe and the shoelaces one can easily figure out if its fake or real, There are many online sites which actually sell fake shoes at whole sale prices and most of the markets in south Asia harbour this business along with the production of fake shoes.
Clothing–
This is one of the biggest market which mints a huge amount of money, and its present all over the world, even though people are aware about the fake products, they still go ahead and buy the fake clothing as it available at a cheap price and is in trend. Many of us really don’t need a reason to shop. By checking the stitching on the cloth/clothing products one can identify if it real or counterfeit, even the zipper of the real product be it a jacket or a pair of jeans should move easily. Mostly the buttons of the branded products would have the signature logo name or design on it. The fabric would be of a good quality.
Accessories–
Watches, goggles or sun glasses can also be counterfeit, it’s very important that one checks the durability of the product along with the warranty as well as the price and, in case of watches on one needs to check behind the dial to see the embossed logo and also to check the strap and the documents guaranteeing the originality, in case of sunglasses it better if bought from the brand store itself, if buying online one needs to be very cautious.
It’s mostly the road side sellers and other mini markets which tend to sell counterfeit products and even on online e-commerce sites one should check the reviews, the seller, the description of the product and also the number of buyers to be sure if its real or not. Hence one needs to be careful before buying products.
Paris is the most popular city and the capital of France. The city of paris is the centre and seat of government of the Ile-de-France, or paris region which has an estimated official 2020 population of 12,278,210, or about 18 percent of population of france.
Every day, the magnetic City of Light draws visitors who travel from around the globe to see iconic attractions like Eiffel tower, the louvre and the arc de Triomphe in real life.
THE EIFFEL TOWER
ROME
When you visit the eternal city, prepare to cross a few must-see attractions, including the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, off your bucket list. Additional treasures like St.Peter’s Basilica and the sistine chapel can be found in nearby Vatican city.
Rome’s architecture over the centuries has greatly developed , especially from the Classical and Imperial Roman styles to modern fascist architecture. Rome was for a period one of the world’s main epicentres of classical architecture, developing new forms such as the arch, the dome and the vault.
THE COLOSSEUM
TAHITI
It is the largest island of the Windward group of the society islands in french polynesia, located in central part of the pacific ocean. It is divided into 2 parts, Tahiti Nui(bigger), Tahiti Iti(smaller). It is formed from volcanic activity. It is high mountanious with surrounding coral reefs.
Tahiti was originally settled by polynesians between 300 and 800 CE. They represent about 70% of the island’s population, with the rest made up of Europeans, Chinese and mixed heritages. French is the only official language, although the tahitian language(Reo Tahiti) is widely spoken.
THE TAHITI
MAUI
Maui is part of the state of hawaii and is the largest of maui country’s four islands. Native Hawalian tradition gives the origin of the island’s name in the legend of Hawai’iloa, the navigator credited with discovery of the hawalian islands. The earlier name was ‘Ihikapalaumaewa’. The island of maui is also called the “Valley Isle” for the larger isthmus seperating its northwestern and southeastern volcanic masses.

BORA BORA
What is this small island may lack in size it makes up for in sheer tropical beauty. Here, you’ll find picturesque beaches, lush jungles, luxurious resorts and a dormant volcano- Mount Otemanu makes for a great photo op or challenging hike. To relax, you can head towards matria beeach with crystal clear water.
THE BORA BORA
GRAND CANYON
It is a steep-sided canyon carved by the colorodo river in US. The canyon and adjacent rim are contained within Grand Canyon National Park, the Kaibab National Forest, Grand Canyon- Parashant National Monument, the Hualapal Indian Reservation, the Havasupal Indian Reservation and Navajo Nation.
Nearly 2 billion years of Earth’s geological history have been exposed as the colorado River and its tributaries cut their channels through layer after layer of rock while the coloroda plateau was uplifted. For thousands of years, the area has been continuously inhabited by the Native Americans, who bulit settlements within canyon and its many caves.
THE GRAND CANYON
Not only the above places, there are numerous places which are to be visited by each and every human especially the nature lover. Hence the above given is the list of some of the places which can be visited, but there are several beautiful places which are not mentioned in it.
If you pick up a dictionary, the definition you’ll find for the word ‘feminism’. In simple terms, there shouldn’t be any injustice met out to either sex. They should be treated equally. But, off late, a new type of feminism is developing which is rightly called as pseudo feminism. Pseudo feminists hold a strong resolve to correct all the injustices done to women, mostly by lashing out at men and demeaning them. What they forget is the basic essence of feminism movement: equality. Another form of pseudo feminism, according to me, is the feminism of convenience. The biggest example being: men paying for dates. If we’re as equal as women proclaim to be, why can’t a restaurant bill be split between the two? The reason is simple-men are too egoistic to let a woman pay, and for a few women it miraculously becomes a man’s job to pay for the date. Where, I ask these feminists, does the feminism vanish then?
Feminism is now a muddied term. Difficult to say what it means today. We often don’t realise it, but pseudo feminism is all around us, hiding behind feminism in clandestine. We’re the women shouting for equal rights everywhere, but don’t waste a single minute asking a guy sitting on a Ladies Reserved seat to vacate it. Why do we need reservations in general coaches? Since we’re able bodied, strong, grown-up women of strength, can’t we stand in a general coach? Men doing 9-5 jobs, burning their hours toiling hard to earn, are as tired as we are. It is just a very preposterous notion. Like it’s correctly said, two wrongs don’t make a right.
Although they are in the minority, it’s a crystal clear truth there are men who too are subjected to sexual crimes. The numbers of cases reported to the police are on the lower side, because most of the men don’t report such crime for the fear of being ridiculed at, not being believed and instead facing the charges themselves. Men are mostly kidnapped and abducted for illegal sexual intercourse, forced marriages, prostitution, etc. The number of such victims is really low but it’s a fact we cannot ignore. When we are talking of rising violence against women, we shouldn’t neglect the fact that somewhere out there are men also being subjected to same brutalities.
Board results are a few months away, but a boy has passed with flying colors by refusing to be part of a plan to rape a girl, hatched by the girl herself, who was pretending to be a boy. The boy passed but, many say, feminism failed. They have been saying that for years now. They are not too off the mark though. While it may not have failed, it sure has taken a huge hit.
Fake accounts, false allegations and fraudulent charges have harmed men and their reputations. They are also building a case against women’s right to stay in the fight for justice. Part of the problem is the fact that the odds are heavily stacked against women. But another part of the problem is the way women used social media to fight this battle.
Each true story helps build credibility. Each false story is turned into a weapon against the fight for gender justice. The girl, who faked herself as a boy, is not part of the Bois Locker Room chats, but the story is now all about this one girl who faked her identity.
So what should women do?
I will answer with what they should not.
One, do not shoot and scoot. Don’t get into it if you cannot stay in it. Weigh in before you jump in. This is for the long haul. There is a lot of mudslinging that happens. You can’t escape the splashes.
Two, do not use fake accounts to bring down men. It’s easy to prove. The consequences are for everyone – the man, the movement and also you. Take care of You. Take care of the fight that is for us to stand equal to men with no biases in workplaces, no casual sexism, no acid attacks, no rapes and no honor killings.
If true feminism was followed, then we would treat all the victims equally. Victims would cease to be women or men, but just victims of abuse. But sadly, that is not the case. Pseudo feminism shouts out loudly that men can’t be raped, men can’t be tormented, and men claiming to have been put under such atrocities are lying cheats. It’s most likely that I would be branded ‘anti-feminist’ by pseudo feminists all around, but I don’t mind. I don’t mind because I know how to stand up for my fellow sisters when they actually need it.
When a woman is put on fire, when she is raped, is brutalized, is stripped naked on the streets, forced to quit her studies to marry a man three times her senior in age, when she is blamed if she is raped, or teased, when a woman is beaten repeatedly for refusing to pressurize her parents into paying dowry, when she is considered inferior to her male counterparts, that is when I need to give voice to my anger and lash out at the people responsible for it. If I am a true feminist, I will do the same if it were a man being stoned on the streets, being raped, being accused of a fake rape, being doubted over just because he is a man. As Gloria Steinem rightly said, a feminist is anyone who recognizes the equality and full humanity of women and men.
Not all men do it, but all women suffer through it.
Stress name is enough to load stress on the human mind, however, every person in this world had passed through stress, but the beautiful thing is that how people can handle it and overcome from it, stress is a part of the human mind and Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline, it totally depends on the human action on how we can handle positively or negatively by committing a crime or by suicide.
However, our whole life is full of stress, from birth to till death, like after having a birth people start taking decision regarding the future life, when we enter the school at the time teachers and faculty give homework and assignment to finish from home if we don’t complete it, have to face parents, so, we have this stress, further, 10th and 12th exam pass out stress, yet when we pass 12th anyhow, graduation and post-graduation stress, and latest job and marriage stress, at the end of the life stress of pain and diseases. But the major thing is that many people do not wait for old age they lost their life by suicide, their mind and heart are not enough strong to handle the load or not mentally prepare for further future.
In addition, our education system also have fault like they give dept education of History, science, maths, languages and many more, but they do not give lessons on how to handle depression, anxiety and stress, by organizing I.T. fair or science fair student only enjoy, it affects only a few hours. But organizing a stress relief program where students can understand how to handle any life turning modes. After completing the study, people try to find jobs or developing their business, but after a long struggle some get success or many get a failure, and that is the major turn of life if any person handles well, they get the real success in life.
Many famous celebrities are renown by their comeback from stress like famous cricketers Yuvraj Singh, and famous actor Akshay Kumar and Nawazuddin Siddiqui both belong to small and poor families but now every nook and corner people know them. However, in the year between 2009 to till date, around more than 100 celebrities commit suicide in that list include Stephanie Adams, Chester Bennington, David Berman, Joseph Brooks, David Buckel, Malik Bendjelloul and many more they all are from Hollywood, but recently a well-known actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide it just bingeing of the journey and he did a great job by acting as lead actor in MS Dhoni the untold story, Kedarnath, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!, and Chhichhore.
In Chhichhore, done a great job and he delivered a beautiful line “Hum haar jeet, success failure mein itna ulajh gaye hai … ki zindagi jeena bhool gaye hai … zindagi mein agar kuch sabse zyada important hai … toh woh hai khud zindagi” and by considering this line many failures get motivation and done grate thing in the life, but the lead actor committed suicide, which is not relevant, he has to share his problems with family or friends, he definitely gets a solution and he still present with us.
there are some exercise to overcome from it like, Yoga, Qigong, Walking, Gardening, Dancing, Circuit Training, play Tennis or do some boxing whit pillow on the wall, this all help to relieve stress. nowadays the best way to come out stress is by doing a party or hanging out with friends.
So, considering this all thing, give value to your life, and enjoy your life.

“Men have emotions too so don’t be shy to cry. It’s ok to let it out. It’s not weakness but a sign of strength. Be man to feel. Feeling is human.” Tweet from Sushanth Singh Rajput. People can’t beleive that the same man who tweeted can commit suicide.Being a man doesn’t mean you can’t cry or show your pain in any form. Tears and Pain is not gendercentric, as it is a form of expression by humans and all species. Have the courage to express your emotions for better.

He last used the Twitter on December 2019 which also confirms the news of his depression from last six months.Suicide by sushant singh rajput is a grave reminder to us that you never know what a person is going through. To everyone out there who’s hurting in silence, you may not want to exist right now, but someone is happy that you do. You are worthy.Never give up.No death note. Preliminary investigation is not yet complete. We don’t really know what has happened, let his soul rest in peace. We have to know the truth. 6 days ago, his ex-manager committed suicide. Police hasn’t ruled out anything yet.One middle class small town guy came to mumbai touched sky against all odds , inspired millions middle class but now you suddenly left , we can’t understand what pain you were going through but we will always miss you.
Did he knew what we know now. He had a list of 50 dreams which meant that he had to fulfill his dreams before he could commit suicide?
The depression we feel, the happiness we enjoy, the moments we live are temporary. Remember everything is a feeling and it doesn’t last long. You can trust anybody except yourself. Don’t become the fool who try to fool the fool within you. The love we get is the love we give. You can expect someone to treat you the same way you did to them but you can’t expect it from the life.
Life is unpredictable and can act unfair to anyone because it has a feeling that feeling is just a feeling and act cruelly. If life turns you upside down then don’t try to escape from it. You rather try to look the life in the way it expects you to look. Then life will change its way to again change you so that your life again comes to normal.
To say that this year has had its ups and downs would be a major understatement. With the series of major events happening on a daily basis, one could almost imagine God sitting up there playing “Apocalypse bingo”. However, jokes aside this pandemic has brought most of the countries of the world to its knees. Leaders across the globe are working frantically to contain the spread of the virus.
However it isn’t all so black and white, as some like Donald Trump are still neck deep in scandals as he very often is. He has often shown sympathy with white supremacists and condoned the acts of high-profile criminals with a similar mindset as him. He has been accused but due to a lack of concrete proof, hasn’t seen justice. This could certainly change soon as he has been forced to take shelter within the president’s bunker, which many speculate is due to the rise in protests of the death of George Floyd who was killed by the Minneapolis police department. This rise in protests could be in part due to the support of an online hacktivist group called Anonymous, who came out of their hiatus of three years. Anonymous started as a hacking prank group from 4chan sites, who did small tome pranks. However over time they slowly shifted towards anti-censorship, and anti-surveillance hacktivism. They have taken part in many wars against giant corporations which while short lived have provided ample evidence of their small-scale cyber guerrilla warfare. Due to them not having a formal leader or head, infighting within the organisation erupts. It is due to this reason that they were unable to hack into Amazon during their “Operation Payback” (in which they had hacked into PayPal.com) .They not only condemned the wrongful killing of Floyd, but also declared an online war against the Minneapolis police due to their repeated systemic racial abuse. They followed through their promise by simultaneously bringing down police servers all across the state. They not only targeted the police but also went after Trump promising to expose his dirty secrets, which they did by leaking not only his ties with Jeffery Epstein, but rather outright naming his a co conspirator in his child trafficking and pornography ring and have called on him for raping, sexual misconduct and numerous other horrendous charges as seen in these transcripts https://www.scribd.com/doc/316341058/Donald-Trump-Jeffrey-Epstein-Rape-Lawsuit-and-Affidavits. They have also named Bill Gates, Bill Clinton and a number of other prominent names to have been a part of Epstein’s illegal activities. As if this wasn’t enough, they have also made allegations on the royal family for staging princess Diana’s death as an accident due to her collecting evidence on the royal family for human trafficking and sexual misconducts, fuelling an already widespread conspiracy theory to new heights. Due to their nature of low-grade DDoS attacks, many social security experts term them as minor threats, however they may change their tune should this gain traction. The twitter account for the anonymous group has already amassed over 6 million subscribers. What the hacktivist group does next is anyone’s guess, however one thing is certain they do not show any signs of stopping soon.
The chemical agents are mostly employed in disinfection and antisepsis. The proper use of these agents is essential to laboratory and hospital safety. Many disinfectants are available and each has its own advantages and disadvantages, but ideally the disinfectant must be effective against a wide variety of infectious agents. The disinfectant must be stable upon storage, odorless, or with pleasant order, soluble in water and lipids for penetration into microorganisms, and have a low surface tension through that it can enter cracks in surfaces.
Phenols In 1867, Joseph Lister employed it to reduce the risk of infection during operations and phenol was the first widely used antiseptic and disinfectant. Today phenol and phenolics such as cresols, xylenols, and orthophenylphenol are used as disinfectants in laboratories and hospitals. Lysol is made of a mixture of phenolics which is commercially available disinfectant. They act by denaturing proteins and disrupting cell membranes.
Alcohols Alcohols are the most widely used disinfectant and antiseptic. They are bactericidal and fungicidal but not sporicidal. Ethanol and isopropanol are the two most popular alcohol germicides. Small instruments like thermometers can be disinfected by soaking them for 10 to 15 minutes in alcohol solutions. 70% ethanol is more effective than 95% as water is needed for proteins to coagulate.
Halogens Halogens exist as diatomic molecules in the free state and form salt like compounds with sodium and most other metals. Iodine and chlorine are the most important antimicrobial agents. Spores can be destroyed at higher concentration. Iodine is often applied as tincture of iodine, 2% or more iodine in a water-ethanol solution of potassium iodide. Skin scars result and sometimes iodine allergies can result. Chlorine is mostly used as a disinfectant for municipal water supplies and swimming pools and also employed in dairy and food industry. It may be applied as chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite, all of which yield hypochlorous acid and then atomic oxygen.
Heavy metals Heavy metals such as mercury, silver, arsenic, zinc and copper were used as germicides and these have nit been most recently superseded by other less toxic and more effective germicides. A 1% solution of silver nitrate if often added to the eyes of infants to prevent ophthalmic gonorrhea but now erythromycin is used instead of silver nitrate because it is more effective. Silver sulfadiazine is used on burns. Copper sulphate is an effective algicide in lakes and swimming pools. The action of these heavy metals is mostly on the proteins, and they combine often with their sulfhydryl groups, and inactivate them. They may also precipitate cell proteins.
Quaternary ammonium compounds Detergents are organic molecules that serve as wetting agents and emulsifiers and are amphipathic in nature and hence solubilize otherwise insoluble residues and are very effective cleansing agents and are efficient from soaps, which are derived from fats. Only cationic detergent are effective disinfectants characterized by positively charged quaternary nitrogen and a long hydrophobic aliphatic chain. They are mostly used as disinfectants for food utensils and small instruments and as skin antiseptics.
Sterilizing gases Gases may also be used as sterilizing agents in order to sterilize many heat-sensitive items such as disposable petri dishes and many syringes, heat-lung machine components, sutures, etc. Ethylene oxide gas is used for this purpose as it readily penetrates packing materials, even plastic wraps and is both microbicidal and sporicidal and kills by combining with cell proteins.
Hydrogen peroxide Hydrogen peroxide effects our direct and indirect actions of oxygen as it forms hydroxyl free radical which is highly toxic and reactive to cells. As an antiseptic, 3% hydrogen peroxide serves a variety of needs including skin and wound cleansing, bedsore care and mouth washing. When it is applied to a wound, the enzyme catalase in the tissue decomposes the hydrogen peroxide into water and free oxygen. The oxygen causes the wound tissues to bubble and the bubbling removes microorganism mechanically.
Acids and alkalis Aqueous solutions of ammonium hydroxide remain a common component of detergent, cleanser and deodorizers. Organic acids are widely used in food preservatives because they prevent spore germination and bacterial and fungal growth. Acetic acid in the form of vinegar is a picking agents that inhibits bacterial growth, propionic acid is commonly incorporated into breads and cakes to retard molds, benzoic acid and sorbic acids are added to beverages, syrups to inhibit yeasts.
People tend to neglect the fact that a person can go through severe depression and anxiety. Yes you heard that right there are people who believe there’s no such thing as depression and one should straighten up his spine and face the world with same mental health.
Recently the famous Bollywood actor sushant singh rajput was found hanging dead in his apartment. No such suicide note has been found just yet. But his friends stated that it could be a matter of depression as he was in depression from the last 6 months or so. One week ago before the Bollywood star’s death his Lady manager also committed suicide by jumping off from the apartment roof in Mumbai. Reports claim that it could be a serious case of depression.
Sushant singh rajput had all the money and fame by his side with his constant hardwork and versatile acting skills. He had everthing a person dreams off. But once again it has been proved that inner peace could beat all the money and fame in the world. The Bollywood star was only 34 years of age and was the next big thing in Bollywood. Some of his heroic films which caught the eye of the audience were “Ms Dhoni the untold story” and “Chichore”. In the movie Chichore he tries to send a message to the public that quitting is never an option and suicide is never the solution, but unfortunately he could not apply this to his real life and left everything behind just like that.
This is a lesson to everyone out there to get back to the people if you still can, keep your ego and arrogance aside and keep checking on your loved ones as they need you. Try to be kind to almost everyone you meet as you might know the person but not his story. Depression is real please don’t ignore it.
