Have we ever wondered why the rich are always rich and the poor are always poor?

we always looks this, thinks why the rich are always rich and the poor are always poor. The biggest hand in this is money. But money is not the only difference between rich and poor. Along with money, the wealthy have the desire to be successful and earn more and more money. Also the mentality of the rich is different from others. You cannot become successful and rich just by taking a good salary. Success requires a right attitude and a rich mindset. That’s why we are giving you information about the thinking and mentality of rich and poor,

If you think that only hard work and dedication towards work can make you rich, then you are wrong. Because rich people never work for money, but they earn money from what they do. They invest their money wisely and get good returns.

On the contrary, a person with a weak and poor mentality works hard to earn money throughout his life, but is not able to become rich, because he works hard but does not invest his money. You cannot become rich without investing, because only by investing will you get returns. Along with this, after one age you retire. Your income also decreases and it becomes difficult for you to meet your expenses at this time and only parents give knowledge of money management to children, and teacher can simply teach what is written in the book and can show us the right path for life. teach us, but only parents learn the work of money management.

One of the best things you can do to get the most out of your money is to manage it more closely. When it comes to money management, setting a budget and getting sound financial advice and support are two of the most important steps you can take. There will be some people in our country who make the budget of their house and we should also do the same, we should make a budget in our house. We should note the cost of everything in our house, the money should be done in the right place. We should try that we should save the money as much as possible. So instead of keeping your money in the account, invest and try to earn as much money as possible.

A rich and wealthy-minded person always believes in learning new skills and enhancing their experiences. Due to this approach, he gains more and more knowledge and information. Make your life different from others. But for poor or poor minded people, learning ends after formal education is over. They stop reading and learning new skills after their studies and stay in one place for the rest of their lives. We have to understand that the world is constantly changing and with the changing times we also have to change ourselves and upgrade our skills while learning new things. Due to these reasons even today the rich and rich are getting poorer and poorer.

BASKETBALL

Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball (approximately 9.4 inches (24 cm in diameter) through the defender’s hoop a basket 18 inches (46 cm) in diameter mounted 10 feet (3.048 m) high to a backboard at each end of the court) while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. A field goal is worth two points, unless made from behind the three-point line, when it is worth three. After a foul, timed play stops and the player fouled or designated to shoot a technical foul is given one, two or three one-point free throws. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins, but if regulation play expires with the score tied, an additional period of play (overtime) is mandated.

The five players on each side fall into five playing positions. The tallest player is usually the center, the second-tallest and strongest is the power forward, a slightly shorter but more agile player is the small forward, and the shortest players or the best ball handlers are the shooting guard and the point guard, who implements the coach’s game plan by managing the execution of offensive and defensive plays (player positioning). Informally, players may play three-on-three, two-on-two, and one-on-one.

In December 1891, James Naismith, a Canadian professor of physical education and instructor at the International Young Men’s Christian Association Training School (now Springfield College) in Springfield, Massachusetts, was trying to keep his gym class active on a rainy day. He sought a vigorous indoor game to keep his students occupied and at proper levels of fitness during the long New England winters. After rejecting other ideas as either too rough or poorly suited to walled-in gymnasiums, he invented a new game in which players would pass a ball to teammates and try to score points by tossing the ball into a basket mounted on a wall.

Basketball was originally played with a soccer ball. These round balls from “association football” were made, at the time, with a set of laces to close off the hole needed for inserting the inflatable bladder after the other sewn-together segments of the ball’s cover had been flipped outside-in. These laces could cause bounce passes and dribbling to be unpredictable. Eventually a lace-free ball construction method was invented, and this change to the game was endorsed by Naismith. The first balls made specifically for basketball were brown, and it was only in the late 1950s that Tony Hinkle, searching for a ball that would be more visible to players and spectators alike, introduced the orange ball that is now in common use.

Should Plastic be Banned

Plastics are a man-made disaster that will stay with us for thousands of years to come. Also, our life has never been plastic-free. Every aspect of our lives includes plastics in it, whether it’s entertainment, medical, travel, work, or just home. But it won’t be fair if we don’t acknowledge the fact that plastic has also been a boon for economic development in the world. It has been a wonder material for many industries.

A truly wonderful and magical material, plastic was invented in the year 1907 by Leo Hendrick Bakeman in New York, United States of America. This wondrous material was made from phenol and formaldehyde in a cheap and easy method. Ever since this revolutionary invention, the world as we knew it has changed. Plastic replaced many materials in industries. Plastic is so widely used around the world because of its following properties:

  • Plastic is a hard material
  • Plastics are a highly dense material
  • Its tensile strength is high
  • It is resistant to heat and high temperatures
  • It is a non-conductor of electricity and heat
  • It is light in weight
  • The production of plastic is cheap and simple

Reasons to Ban Plastic Bags

There are numerous reasons why the government of various countries has come up with strict measures to limit the use of plastic bags. Some of these include:

  • Waste plastic bags are polluting the land and water immensely.
  • Plastic bags have become a threat to the life of animals living on earth as well as in water.
  • Chemicals released by waste plastic bags enter the soil and make it infertile.
  • Plastic bags are having a negative impact on human health.
  • Plastic bags lead to the drainage problem.

Although plastic is becoming a big threat for all of us, still this problem has often been overlooked and underestimated. This is because people do not look at the long-term effect of these small, easy to carry bags they use in their everyday life. Besides all of these people keep using bags due to their convenience. But now everyone has to completely stop using the plastic bag to save our environment and earth.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND POPULATION DISTRIBUTION

The mother earth has been blessed with a large variety of resources, like land, water, soil, forests, animals and minerals. These resources can be discovered, exploited, developed and converted into useful articles. This implies that human beings are the greatest resource on earth. They develop these resources as per their requirements.

Ancient times did not witness machines and equipment and therefore most of the work was done manually. Thus, the total number of people living in a country determined the strength of the country. More people meant more production and thus more prosperity. Nowadays, emphasis on human skills is laid rather than number of people involved in a certain task. Skills here mean the very ability and capability to convert natural resources into useful products. This capacity of people to convert natural resources into useful articles for the mankind depend on certain factors. These are listed below :

  1. Literacy plays an important role. Possession of technical, vocational and professional skills is also important.
  2. Must be provided with proper tools and equipment for successful fulfilment of the task.
  3. The chosen labour must be hard working and must understand dignity of labour.
  4. A balanced and diet full of nutrition is also important for energy to be supplied in order to complete the task at hand.

POPULATION DISTRIBUTION –  Population is not distributed evenly anywhere in the world. People prefer residing in areas that are better suited to accessibility, are productive and rich in natural resources. More than 90% of the world’s total population live in about 10% of the total land surface available. Density of population ( number of people living in one sq.km area of land) varies from one area to another.

On the basis of density of population, the world can be divided into three regions

  • Thickly populated areas – Industrial regions and fertile river valleys are densely populated. Eastern and southern Asia are densely populated. This is because of the intensive cultivation suitability in these areas. The warm climate and fertile soil available help cultivate crops almost throughout the year, resulting in more population.
  • Moderately populated areas- These areas are, as the name suggests, mainly found between densely populated and sparsely populated regions. Most of these areas have developed new industries, facilities for irrigation and mining. Thus people start migrating and settling in these areas. In these regions, people have migrated from other areas due to favourable natural and economic factors.
  • Sparsely populated areas- These are the hot deserts, cold deserts and the high mountainous areas. They do not favour crop growth and irrigation and that is the primary reason a very minimal fraction people decide to reside in such areas.

The International Revenue Service (IRS)

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is an American government agency responsible for the collection of taxes and enforcement of all taxation laws. It was established in 1862 by President Abraham Lincoln and operates under the authority of the United States Department of the Treasury. Its primary purpose includes the collection of individual income taxes and employment taxes and is headquartered in Washington, DC. The IRS also handles corporate, excise, and estate taxes, including mutual funds and dividends.

Individuals and corporations have the option to file income returns electronically, thanks to computer technology, software programs, and secure internet connections. The number of income taxes that use electronic filing has grown steadily since the IRS began the program, and now the overwhelming majority are filed this way. Nearly 90% of tax returns are filed electronically in the US. Nearly 92 million taxpayers received their returns through direct deposit rather than a traditional paper check in 2019, and the average direct-deposited amount was $2,975.

As part of its enforcement mission, the IRS audits a select portion of income tax returns every year. For the 2019 fiscal year, the agency audited 771,095 tax returns. This number breaks down to 0.60% of individual income tax returns and 0.97% of corporate tax returns. However, the number of IRS audits have been on the decline each year since 2010. There are various reasons an audit might occur. The main reason is higher income. In 2018, the audit rate for all individual income tax returns was 0.6%, but for someone who made more than $1 million in income, it was 3.2%. Even running your own business carries a great risk. Individuals making between $200,000 and $1 million in one tax year who don’t file the self employment forms have a much bigger chance of being subject to an audit. Other reasons for an audit include failing to declare the right amount of income, claiming a higher amount of deductions, making disproportionately large charitable donations compared to income, and claiming rental real estate losses. But, no single factor determines who does or does not face an audit each year.

In recent years the agency has struggled with multiple budget cuts and reduced morale. As of 2018, it saw a 15 percent reduction in its workforce, including a decline of more than 25 percent of its enforcement staff. In spite of this, the agency processed more than 245 million returns and collected more than $3.4 trillion in gross revenue, spending a mere 34¢ for every $100 it collected.

TERRORISM

We have defined terrorism here as “acts of
violence intentionally perpetrated on civilian non-combatants with the goal of
furthering some ideological, religious or political objective.” Our principal
focus is on non-state actors. Our task was to identify and analyse the
scientific and professional social science literature pertaining to the
psychological and/or behavioural dimensions of terrorist behaviour (not on
victimization or effects). Our objectives were to explore what questions
pertaining to terrorist groups and behaviour had been asked by social science
researchers; to identify the main findings from that research; and attempt to
di still and summarize them within a framework of operationally relevant
questions.

 An
international panel of leading experts on terrorism met in Oslo to discuss root
causes of terrorism. The main purpose was to provide inputs from the research
community to a high-level conference on “Fighting Terrorism for Humanity” to be
held in New York on 22 September 2003. The findings described below are
conclusions drawn by the chairman on the basis of presentations and
discussions. -A main accomplishment of the expert panel was to invalidate
several widely held ideas about what causes terrorism. There was broad
agreement that there is only a weak and indirect relationship between poverty
and terrorism. At the individual level, terrorists are generally not drawn from
the poorest segments of their societies. Typically, they are at average or
over-average levels in terms of education and socio-economic background. Poor
people are more likely to take part in simpler forms of political violence than
terrorism, such as riots. The level of terrorism is not particularly high in
the poorest countries of the world.
State sponsorship is not a root cause
of terrorism. Used as an instrument in their foreign policies, some states have
capitalized on pre-existing terrorist groups rather than creating them.
Terrorist groups have often been the initiators of these relationships, at
times courting several potential state sponsors in order to enhance their own
independence. State sponsorship is clearly an enabling factor of terrorism,
giving terrorist groups a far greater capacity and lethality than they would
have had on their own.
Definitions of terrorism are usually complex
and controversial, and, because of the inherent ferocity and violence of
terrorism, the term in its popular usage has developed an intense stigma. It
was first coined in the 1790s to refer to the terror used during the French
Revolution by the revolutionaries against their opponents. The
Jacobin party of Maximilien
Robespierre carried out a
Reign
of Terror
 involving mass
executions by the guillotine
.
Although terrorism in this usage implies an act
of violence by a state against its domestic enemies, since the 20th century the
term has been applied most frequently to violence aimed, either directly or
indirectly, at governments in an effort to influence policy or topple an
existing regime.
Terrorism involves the use or threat of violence and seeks to
create fear, not just within the direct victims but among a wide audience.

ARE YOU FEELING BURNT OUT?

Do you usually find yourself in your room lying down and not being productive enough? People might usually refer that behavior as laziness, but it is not laziness alone that could make you feel such a way. It might be a combination of burnout that is overlapping your productivity. Burnout is a negative state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive stress and inability to cope with it.

Here are some signs that can prove if you are feeling burnout or not.

DISCONNECTING FROM THINGS

If you are going through burn out then you might be experiencing some stuff that you aren’t really aware of, then it is called depersonalization. Depersonalization is a state in which one’s thoughts and feelings seem unreal or not to belong to oneself. It will make you feel like you are loosing your interests in things you once enjoyed or a kind of numbness that brings constant amount of sadness to your daily life.

LOST MOTIVATION

Laziness is a character trait and those character traits tend to stay over time. If you are a lazy person then you wont push yourself to do things. But if a person, who is a high achiever doesn’t feel like doing things and feels exhausted and out of space then it is true that they are facing burnout. It could be a sport, a talent or a hobby that you once loved and now might resent it just because how you overworked yourself.

MOODY AND EASILY IRRITATED

Moody and irritability is a sign of burnout that is usually overlooked. If you struggle to contain your emotions or snap out at things that never bothered you, then it is burnout. No matter if you are a very relaxed and a calm minded person, burnout will affect you and your control of emotions.

NEGLECTING SELF CARE

This is one of the most distressing sign that results in a person being emotionally and physically burnt out. There are concerning changes in your eating and sleeping patterns. You might not want to groom yourself either and just detach yourself from communication. The difference between laziness and burnt out is that you weren’t always this way.

NOTICING THESE GRADUAL CHANGES

Something we all must know bout burnout is that it develop in stages. All the points mentioned above wont happen overnight. Studies have shown that there are 5 stages that slowly but steadily engulf a person. By the time we start noticing the changes we would be in the state where the emotional and physical fatigue is more intense and even harder to treat. This could lead to depression and anxiety if not treated.

If you are one such person who is facing burnout or know someone who is going through a difficult time, reach out to people and don’t forget to raise awareness.
