New bubonic plague case suspected after covid-19 in China; Alert sounded.

In this hard times of corona virus pandemic , chine has reported another deadly bubonic plague case in the northern China’s inner Mongolia. The detection of the suspected case of bubonic plague has come to light in statement issued by a local health commission on its website.

As per a media report, a third-level warning alert was issued on Sunday. The warning period has been extended to the end of the year. On July 1, state-run Xinhua news agency said that two suspected cases of bubonic plague reported in Khovd province in western Mongolia have been confirmed by lab test results. The confirmed cases are a 27-year-old resident and his 17-year-old brother. The brothers ate marmot meat, the health official said.

The Yersinia pestis bacteria can be transmitted to humans from infected rats via fleas.  Though the highly-contagious plague is rare in China and can be treated, at least five people have died from it since 2014, according to China’s National Health Commission. 

Bubonic plague symptoms and precautions:

The health commission urged the people in city to take precautions to avoid infection. It is a bacterial disease spread by fleas living on wild rodents such as marmots.

According to World Health Organisation(WHO), the plague can kill an adult in less than 24 hours if not treated in time. Bubonic plague symptoms include headaches, fever and vomiting. Swollen and painful lymph nodes occur in the area close to where bacteria entered skin.

Rajasthan Govt. trying methods for evaluation

Jaipur: During the COVID-19 situation, Rajasthan government and with State University officials are trying two methods of evaluation due to current scenario. With the number of 20 lakh students enrolled in its university and colleges in the absence of annual/semester exams. The Chief minister Ashok Gehlot announced on that the examinations will not be held due to Covid situation in the state of Rajasthan. The Universities in Rajasthan are not allowed to take the examination before any order by the state government. The state government has the options to do evaluation should be done either on the basis of the exams that were held before the lock down or by the performance of the student in class in specific subjects during entire academic session that will help the students and everyone to face this phase. State higher education minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati said that, they were also examining central government norms for the examination and the changes that would be made the central government by the new norms that will help students as well as the state government to ensure this semester examination will be evaluated by the rules of both central and the state government. In the other states of the country, they are depending upon the internal assessment as the basics of annual scores that students had scored in their last examination/semesters. But, the state university has such a system leaving no scope for the evaluation on the basis of academic performance of students. In country most of the universities held 50 percent of their examination and will find the easy way to evaluate their marking on the basis of the scores of students that had scored by them earlier. In Rajasthan University, none of he honours subject was leaving a question on how to evaluate the students during this situation. It seem to be as a temporary relief to the students of Rajasthan University, In this period some sort of evaluation mechanism has to be developed. Awarding marks or percentage on the basis of last year scores theoretical and practical,”said by Rashmi Jain, vice-principal of Maharani’s College. The scores in degree colleges don’t matter for jobs but it is considered for appearing in the competitive exams. A professor in Mohan Lal Sukadia University, Udaipur. Wondered how to evaluate students who have not appeared in the last semster exams. “The government should have come up with some mechanism or any other way for evalution for the examinations. For the small classes with 30-40 students, even a teacher can create sometimes help but in bigger classes it is difficult to evaluate said by the teachers. Most probably the examination will be held online by a online portal or students will be promoted without giving any type of examination, that will help everyone to face the problems during this pandemic. State Government will soon to be announced their final verdict on this cause. Due to coronavirus the universities are not really prepared to conduct any type of examination theoretical or practical examinations will not be taken physically at the exams centers respectively.

For now, Prateek decided to get his all fans in his new video song “Kasoor” since it was premiered on his IGTV on June 30 the video itself told about the emotions of people and also with some celebrities that collaborated in his new video song. His video on youtube scored almost more than 1 million views and nearly 40 lakh views on Instagram. Prateek asked every subscriber for his video through mailing them personally and people loved to publish a video with Prateek there that can show their emotions to the people. During the pandemic, this initiative was appreciated with a large number of views on online platforms. This video was altogether arranged and executed by Jugaad Motion Pictures and the process was really simple and cheap the production cost was really low, therefore, people were asked to shoot with their smartphones and upload the video to the respective platform. Teenager sometimes means being away from family. Yet young people are suddenly being thrust back into the heart of their families, whether or not they want to be.The nation wide lockdown came into effect on 24th march 12:00 midnight and our country is still not been able to uplift it. During this unprecedented situation there were different sets of problems faced by different groups of our society, the age group 10-21 is commonly categorized as teenage group . This group having the most aspirations and full of energy were also locked inside their homes just like the others.

STUMBLING BLOCK DURING LOCKDOWN:

the outbreak of covid-19 happened at the time during which the educational institutes usually conduct exams or start a new session but as we are aware of the lockdown that happened it caused the shutdown of these institutions also with immediate effect. Students during that time were preparing for exams or the new session with full intentness but an indefinite break came in between which caused a great disturbance in the day to day life of students and their time table which gradually started causing restlessness and frustration among them as they lacked clarity of what is going on and what will happen to their remaining exams or the forthcoming session as a result of which they were very much disturbed at mental level as they did not have much work left to do. After the government or the concerned authorities issued guidelines the tension was released to some extent.No doubt they’ll be relying on digital tech more than ever before. This is fine – but teenagers should still emphasise the need to get enough sleep, to learn new things, to respond to anything their teachers suggest, to be physically active and to have face-to-face time with the family.

after a few days there was lucidity about that this problem will persist for a long period of time so the need of the hour was to take serious steps towards keeping the teenagers engaged with some activities so that they do not feel unattended . WHO suggests, to reduce the amount of news we are in-taking about COVID-19 and to only take news from reliable sources. BBC suggests, to have breaks from social media and mute things which are/can be triggering. And to wash your hands but not excessively. For people with OCD and anxiety, being told to constantly wash your hands can be difficult to hear.

also not to neglect the physical health which we can enhance during this time can be done by- Exercising:which is one of the ways to keep your body fit and it also helps in reducing stress, anger and frustration. Also, practicing deep breathing or meditation are also great ways to reduce stress and anxiety.As we are staying home and looking at the same four walls in our house everyday, it is quite easy for our minds to fluctuate and think about things which are of less importance, which can increase the tension. To avoid this situation of over-thinking, one can engage themselves into doing something productive.

During this time, being productive is a good idea but somewhere it can also put more pressure in one’s mind. Remember, being productive is a choice and not a necessity. We are not bound to do things which others tend to do as we are one a kind and do things which makes us happy .

How far lockdown extension will implicate the Educational system?

Both schools and colleges are facing a tremendous loss of learning. As that of the recent situation, summer vacations are going on and the HRD ministry is formulating another alternative calendar for the coming months in case the situation doesn’t improve.

Online classes as an alternative!

The educational system decided to opt for online classes for the students but it actually didn’t work and was not up to the mark. Also, these lectures have failed to influence students.

What problems were faced?

Most probably nothing can be done with the students living in rural areas. But what about the one’s living in the cities? Students also complained that they were informed at the very last moment of starting the class. Sometimes the students have to wait, mostly the teachers keep waiting.

So the problem can be resolved by maintaining the time table for lectures the same as that was done in offline classes. The classes should be conducted according to the time table with exact timing so no one has to wait. The best thing which can be done is to improve the educational system by adopting the technology.

Post lockdown solutions-

Careful planning helps you limit the long term significance of this shutdown. Reopening of schools to be allowed in green zones. Also, the schools in the yellow zone should also open as soon as the zone turns green. Students should be allowed to visit the school in shifts, this will not equalize the previous education but it will ensure that at least some education is given to every student while taking care of social distancing. Proper sanitization after finishing with one shift should also be carried out.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said that the Delhi Government is left with no money. They don’t have money to pay their employees. The Deputy Chief Minister has also written to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman regarding this issue.

  4. Past is past – Human life is all filled with experiences, it may be good or bad. Somethings could also torment you everyday, what you should understand is it has gone and never would come back. What is important is to learn from it and try not to do it again. Live in the present do not let this present when becomes  your past to torment you when your future becomes the present.
  5. Future – Many of us surely hang up ourselves thinking about the future, what our future would look like? would I be able to fulfill my dreams and aspirations? these questions do tend us to think about what we are doing right now but remember your future would never let you to appreciate your present.
  6. Enjoy doing things- We have a habit of constantly watching the clock to find how much time has passed or is remaining so as to complete our work. This is not good because to be mindful you should be fully immersed in your present or else you are not doing the work for happiness.
  7. Stop judging – It is human tendency to judge things, but a mindful person learns throughly about things then creates an opinion, because half known knowledge is very dangerous. It is very important to observe things objectively. Always treat everyone with love and compassion but don’t expect this from others .

And she did not just deliver it, she gave her full efforts to make the best batches of jam. Now well, a promotion in all forms is always good, but not at the expense of leaving your family and, especially, to the most remote place possible. Even then she was rescued by Mark, who happens to be her ex-colleague, to on-board her for a better position at Louis Vuitton in Paris.   5. Give your 100%. Remember the time when Phoebe was given the charge of ice even though she wanted to play a major role in a party. How he left his job in “statistical analysis and data reconfiguration” only to follow his passion of writing to land up as an intern in advertising. The Challenge of Doing Less When You’re Used to Doing More

I have spent my entire life looking for more. More to do, more to achieve, and more to see.

I have always been a planner—meticulously planning everything from vacations to visits with friends to my life months (or years) ahead.

I plan because I’ve always wanted to fit in as much as possible in the finite time I was allotted. I never wanted to feel like time was wasted or opportunities to do or see something were taken for granted.

When plans went awry, my anxiety would overtake my entire body and make me feel like I had failed—even if the change was completely out of my control. I planned because I saw the space in front of me, and I wanted to fill it as perfectly as possible—with colors, themes, and vibrant things.

I never wanted to risk that this space would go empty or uncolored, and maybe that’s a reflection of how I see myself in some twisted way.

I have always been an overachiever—doing the bare minimum has never been an option for me. I started working part-time at sixteen, joined every club I could, and maintained side hustles in college before side hustles were a thing.

I had to add to my responsibilities constantly because I thought that was the only way I could make myself stand out. And, to be fair, it did. I saw the benefits of busting my butt, but I also lamented the chances I missed to slow down and look at the scene and just breathe rather than climbing the mountain relentlessly.

In every job I held, I would walk in each day and ask myself, “How can I go above and beyond?” I was always looking to improve or to impress.

When this was recognized, it was like being dosed with relief like a Gatorade bucket after a football game. Yes, I mattered. Yes, I was seen. So, I kept going, carrying the pressure of constant achievement. With this came that constant worry of, “Is this enough?” Rather than slowing down to find the answer, I’d add more to my plate “just in case.”

I have always been a romantic—and I have royally messed up my relationships with giving far more than I received. Was I doing enough? Could I be doing more? Always trying to be as compassionate and as giving as possible.

Eventually, I toned this down and tried to “play it cool.” But that meant that inside my mind I was reeling wondering if low-key was working. Of course, I was so hyper-focused on someone else’s happiness that I never noticed mine debilitating time and time again. I was so concerned with being “perfect” that I lost who I was when I wasn’t trying to achieve perfection.

I never stopped to ask whether the other person was meeting me in the middle of giving me what I needed. Instead, I felt the weight of the world to hold relationships together.

If I had tried to do less, then maybe I would’ve given them space to do more. Or, maybe, if I had paused, I could’ve seen what was in front of me and saved myself multiple heartbreaks. I found out too late that true love wasn’t found on a to-do list.

I have always been a dreamer—imagining a life that had more than the one I was in. Of course, there’s a lot of beauty in my endless daydreams and fantasies. Some of them came to be, but, honestly, it meant that I was always living in my head or a few chapters ahead.

I was always writing the next book before I finished reading the one I had already started. I couldn’t enjoy the word, the sentence, or even the page I was on. Even if, for a moment, my life was seemingly coming together from all of the overachieving, planning, and romanticizing. Even if all of that paid off, then I was simply daydreaming about galivanting in a new, different life somewhere else.

It was as if my feet never touched the ground, and I’ve spent years running through time—wondering why I’ve never felt whole.

It wasn’t that I don’t believe in being a dreamer, but gosh I wish I let myself enjoy the dreams that had come true and the life that I had built in front of me instead of feeling the need to stick my head back up in the clouds for more.

I have spent my entire life, almost thirty years of it, doing more for the need to be seen, to be validated, to be worthy. I have spent so much time making “the most” of my time and, ironically, have lost so much time because of it. And now? In this weird world where all we have is time and we’re asked to slow down… it’s like I’m coming to a head-on collision with reality.

I’m finally seeing how tired my soul is from this constant running. Honestly, I’m really struggling with slowing down in a way that feels sustainable. I’m still spending way too many minutes wondering, when will this end? And I’m not spending enough time thinking, how can I make this moment I have—right now—enough?

Now, the world put up a speed limit, and it’s showing me just how much I lived in the fast lane.

It’s challenging to slow down on purpose without feeling like I’m wasting time. But maybe that’s why I needed this. So that I didn’t miss the next thirty years of my life seeking more. Because I am forced to see all that I have acquired between the four walls of my heart and the four walls of my home, and there’s a lot of good in that. Because I’ve never really given myself the opportunity to just be happy with what’s in front of me.

It’s a lesson, ironically, in both humility and pride—being happy with the little things, but also being proud of what I was able to achieve to be here.

I have spent my entire life checking things off of a list and running on empty. Now, I finally have the opportunity to stop and consider—what would make me feel full? What would make me feel whole? And the only thing I need to do right now to answer that question is breathe.
