Time management actually means that you keep track of time always and assign certain tasks to be done at certain times of the day. Some will find it easy to manage with distractions. For me, I tend to keep my phone away from my sight whenever I am working. This will ensure that I will not be disturbed by my concentration, no matter what the notifications are. I will also put on my headphones and play music to concentrate more on my work rather than outside sounds. It may or may not work for you.
