Must Read Books:

I am beginner in reading books, and since I have not read thousand I can give you some recommendations from my prospective and from my reading style which is very really simple.

For begginers i would suggest read books that generate your interest in reading and you can read it without getting bore.

TIPS TO CHOOSE BOOKS/NOVEL :

  • Don’t judge any book by it’s cover, believe me guys I was same, just to buy books which look really attractive and caught my eye but that’s not really worth it, as you are judging a book by it’s cover but not by story, so please don’t do it
  • Find your interest, find what’s the one thing you are really interested in reading, it can be a romantic story, fictional books, non fictional , crime thriller etc.
  • Select book by reading about it’s multiple reviews, so that you dont regretit later.
  • For people, whop think investing in buying paperbacks books is costly, just go for Audiobooks, Audiobooks are easily available option for it and you dont have to carry it anywhere.

  1. World’s Best Boyfriend by Durjoy Datta (the language of book is really simple and storyline is interesting).
  2. A Touch of Eternity by Durjoy Datta (this is latest books by him which is totally different from all stories written by Durjoy, I think you should give it a try).
  3. We were lairs by E.Lockhart (story of cousin’s and their bonding’s, believe me it’s one such a read).
  4. Fault in our stars by John Green(most loved story of all time).
  5. Books by Robin Sharma are also very good.

MENTAL HEALTH

Since Pandemic started, people have started taking mental health seriously and are talking about it much more than what it was previously now it’s more Highlighted, and People are taking these thing seriously and I am so grateful that finally people are getting aware about it.

Now what is basically mental health ?

You must have listen this word thousand time since last year, ”Mental health refers to cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well-being. It is all about how people think, feel, and behave. People sometimes use the term “mental health” to mean the absence of a mental disorder”.

Mental health can affect daily living, relationships, and physical health. You have to pay attention towards it because it has it’s own impacts.

The WHO stress that mental health is “more than just the absence of mental disorders or disabilities.” Peak mental health is about not only avoiding active conditions but also looking after ongoing wellness and happiness.

They also emphasize that preserving and restoring mental health is crucial on an individual basis, as well as throughout different communities and societies the world over.

In last, I will just say please pay attention towards your mental health, it’s very very important.

10 Years of ZNMD

ZNMD or Zindagi na milegi dobara has completed 10years in Indian cinema and according to whole lot of people, ZNMD is best movie seen so far well i also believe this because I love the cast, the storyline, the way its directed and most important sense of humor

ZNMD is one of those film which will surely make you happy when you are having a bad day because the way its directed shows a whole new point of traveling, friendship, lessons, love, marriage and so on its so relatable.

Zindagi Na milegi Dobara , directed by Zoya Akhtar has a very first hand insight to the life of humans . A man who feels money is the most important aspect gets to know that its just a part of it just like a relationship or just like a vacation which is as important as his 9 to 5 job . Another person who is into a commitment against his choice sets himself free after knowing it from his closest friends . And the last one who in search of his true identity not only finds his real father but his true self , friends and the real essence of life .

The movie has so many layers blended into one and add to it the picturesque Spain and all the fun activities be it the tomatina festival or the scuba diving or the bull running sequence in the climax.

The audience in general seeks a happy movie , one with a message , which can make the audience laugh , one which makes the audience think effortlessly ,one with great music, one which has a romantic side as well and one with a great story . ZNMD has all of it .

Star value does add to the higher viewership but even if it had lesser known but able actors it would have developed with the word of mouth.

When your thoughts and feelings are in harmony with your actions, then stress has no way of walking into your life. We are all living in a universe where everything is connected. We have to realise that whatever transpires in our life constantly gets affected by energy around us. Being aware of this connection is very important.

Self acceptance

Everything going on within us and around us starts with self. Establishing a balance in your thoughts will determine the amount of personal harmony. Equilibrium creating harmony comes from staying centred in two seemingly opposite intentions. You could be dealing with your most inconsequential thoughts or taking your most important decisions, to stay balanced makes huge difference.

Take responsibility

Being 100 per cent responsible for the quality of your life is essential. We ourselves are in charge of our emotions and their results. We are constantly creating scenarios due to our thoughts. Our actions are products of our own creation.

Choose right

We must train our minds to let go of our controlling habit. It is our ego that does not allow it. Honouring your personal thoughts is also very important. As time goes on our frequency rises if we have learnt the lessons of self acceptance and made our choices accordingly. Slowly our higher choices seem to become like an automatic process within. They are spontaneous. This in turn leads to greater peace and harmony.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a normal and often healthy emotion. However, when a person regularly feels disproportionate levels of anxiety, it might become a medical disorder.

When an individual faces potentially harmful or worrying triggers, feelings of anxiety are not only normal but necessary for survival.

Since the earliest days of humanity, the approach of predators and incoming danger sets off alarms in the body and allows evasive action. These alarms become noticeable in the form of a raised heartbeat, sweating, and increased sensitivity to surroundings.

Anxiety disorders

The duration or severity of an anxious feeling can sometimes be out of proportion to the original trigger, or stressor. Physical symptoms, such as increased blood pressure and nausea, may also develop. These responses move beyond anxiety into an anxiety disorder.

The APA describes a person with anxiety disorder as “having recurring intrusive thoughts or concerns.” Once anxiety reaches the stage of a disorder, it can interfere with daily function.

So, Durjoy Datta is an Indian author and screenwriter known for his coffee-table novels about the romantic life of young Indians. His books are in simple language and they are basically for particular age group they are just for 18 to 25 year old people but if you are someone who is beginner in Reading world than I think you should must Read books by Durjoy Dutta

also, the language is so simple and easy that you don’t need to have a good vocabulary

Love is the most profound emotion known to Humans but still society has its own definition of beauty standard and if you don’t fit in that than you cant be perfect couple.

Well some examples are tall girl and short boy, older women and younger Men these are some beauty standards made by our society but if we think who is society society is made by us only, I think size, age should not be defining your definition of us if two people love each other they never think about it because love is irrespective of this and these are just stereotypes made by society and we have to improve this we have to accept the love weather its Love if young men and older women or love of bisexual.

Cyber Bullying

What is Cyber Bullying?

When a young person uses the Internet or technology to harass, threaten, embarrass, or target another person, this person is called a cyberbullying. Typically, cyberbullying involves tweens and teens; but it’s not uncommon for adults to experience cyberbullying and public shaming as well. Even if someone deletes a mean post, chances are it’s still available in some form such as in a screenshot or a shared text message. Worse yet, those targeted by cyberbullies often don’t know who is bullying them, so they often have no way to bring it to an end.

Impact of Cyberbullying

If your child is being targeted by cyberbullying, it’s important that you work with them to report the cyberbullying and do everything you can to get the victimization to stop. Additionally, you should talk to their pediatrician or a mental health professional about what your child is experiencing. Expecting your child to cope with the cyberbullying on their own is not realistic. Cyberbullying also can lead to increasing levels of anxiety and depression. One study found that as many as 93% of kids victimized by cyberbullies reported feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and powerlessness.

Coping with Cyberbullying

  • Encourage your child to reclaim control. Cyberbullying can make teens feel like their lives are out of control. For this reason, you want to give them opportunities where they feel like they have some control. One way to do this is to encourage your child to use what they have experienced and turn it into something good like helping others going through the same thing.
  • Focus on learning from the experience. Whether your child needs a boost to their self-esteem or they need to learn to think positively, help your child identify what they can learn from this experience. You also can help them reframe their experience and focus on the good that has come from it rather than the pain that it caused.

Social media is a big tool and has a huge impact on individuals and their lives. While some impacts can be positive, social media has been shown to negatively affect things like our moods and stress levels. Addiction is caused by social media too. With access to it anytime of day on our phones, it’s easy to fall into the bad habit of checking it everywhere – during a meal, in class when a professor is talking, or even in bed when it’s time to sleep!

Genrally what we consume daily is what we become eventually many people get confuse in their life because they are not ableto enjoy their life as they are comparing their luife with life of someone they haver followed virtually,

social media create fake scenarios among young individual, only some percent of people use it wisely other just get depressed by seeing other persons life.

Social media has been a part of our lifestyle since last few years but eventually it is more disturbing now, social media was created to share information’s, to communicate with people, to make friends but now its idea has been changed widely its used for posting pictures, posting about how they buy new car its a whole show off business this can adversely affect young minds i think their should be some age restriction regarding use of social media

AT last I would say, Blaming someone or some users wont help well who are users they are people like us scrolling Instagram or Facebook hours by hours and wasting their time, i think we have power to use it in positive way just wasting time wont help

Why are Relationships so difficult to handle ?

Love is one of the most profound emotions known to human beings. Love is diverse and so is your relationships actually your relationships sometimes define you, it defines your personality in diverse forms, Love and relationships both are beautiful aspects of life but then why they are so difficult to handle ?

Your relationship are like your part of your daily life, they need your constant efforts, attention and time, but sometimes we become so busy that we try to ignore it which leads to discoloration of them, let me give you a simple example –

Suppose you bought a plant for yourself and promise yourself that you will take care of your plant no matter how busy your daily schedule gets, you water them daily, you check upon them daily, you check whether they need some extra care or not if yes, you give them some extra care, some extra nutrients just to make your plant grow more appropriately, that plant is just like your relationship the more you care the more you love it the more it will grow but when you stop taking care of it, umm you might lose it and that can damage you also.

Relationships needs your efforts just as someone said no one is too busy in their day that they couldn’t check up upon you, its all about their priorities.

Make sure you stay connected with people you love, with people you care about because life is not worth living if you don’t have someone with you.

3D PRINTING

3D Printing is an new and emerging field of biotechnology, it’s a field of revolution in science, the earliest record of 3D printing through the additive process was the Japanese inventor Hideo Kodama in 1981. He created a product that used ultraviolet lights to harden polymers and create solid objects. This is a stepping stone to stereolithography (SLA).Overall 3D printing has changed and improved over the past thirty years. SLA, SLS, and FDM show the history of 3D printing, and thus how it became a vital tool for manufacturing. It allows you to make virtually anything simply by creating a computer file

HOW DOES IT WORKS ?

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a method of creating a three dimensional object layer-by-layer using a computer created design.3D printing is an additive process whereby layers of material are built up to create a 3D part. This is the opposite of subtractive manufacturing processes, where a final design is cut from a larger block of material. As a result, 3D printing creates less material wastage.

3D Printing Technologies :

There are three broad types of 3D printing technology; sinteringmelting, and stereolithography.

  • Sintering is a technology where the material is heated, but not to the point of melting, to create high resolution items. Metal powder is used for direct metal laser sintering while thermoplastic powders are used for selective laser sintering.
  • Melting methods of 3D printing include powder bed fusion, electron beam melting and direct energy deposition, these use laser, electron beams to print objects by melting the materials together.
  • Stereolithography utilizes photopolymerization to create parts. This technology uses the correct light source to interact with the material in a selective manner to cure and solidify a cross section of the object in thin layers.

3D Printing Processes :

3D printing has been categorised into seven groups by ISO/ASTM 52900 additive manufacturing – general principles – terminology. All forms of 3D printing fall into one of the following types:

  1. Binder Jetting
  2. Direct Energy Deposition
  3. Material Extrusion
  4. Material Jetting
  5. Powder Bed Fusion
  6. Sheet Lamination
  7. VAT Polymerization

Applications

  • Most common application is organ transplantation, and are also used for producing metal orthopedic implants. Due to 3D printing’s capabilities for creating porous surfaces, these types of implants more easily integrate with the patient’s own natural bones, allowing them to grow into the implant.
  • 3D printing applications that are used in construction include extrusion (concrete/cement, wax, foam, and polymers), powder bonding (polymer bond, reactive bond, sintering) and additive welding. 3D printing in construction has a wide array of applications in the private, commercial, industrial and public sectors. Advantages of these technologies include allowing more complexity and accuracy, faster construction, lower labor costs, greater functional integration, and less waste.

BODY POSITIVITY

Body positivity refers to accepting your body irrespective of weight and size of individual with embracing all flaws and imperfections, In simpler words loving and accepting the way you look. Body positivity is like a movement of empowering every individual, it also challenges the way people look and body shame other on basis of their physical appearance. You must have heard people saying that Omg she looks so fat or shew is pretty but fatty, they always made this comment and feel that they have empowered themselves and setting a good example for society but what they don’t know is that one single comment can destroy someone’s self esteem, can damage their mental health as well. so if a person is trying to accept themselves with all the flaws and imperfection, society has problem with that because they have never seen anyone to be bug and still loving their body, what they know is being slim is the only body type that should exist, that is what a ideal individual should look like.

Due to these things body positivity breaks all the stereotype and set some new rules for society that is

1- Having big body is as normal as being slim.

2- Loving yourself is normal and loving your imperfections is normal as well.

3- Not judging someone based on their physical; appearance is great.

Because body comes in all shapes and size and you look beautiful as you are, you don’t have to change yourself just because someone else wants you to, if they are not able to accept yourself fully that’s their problem not yours.

HOW VACCINE WORKS ?

This pandemic has taught us many things, and right now in India as well as in World every other person is talking about vaccines, what are vaccines, how much time is require for development of vaccine including all trails , and how do they work ?

So, for now I would like to answer one of most frequently asked question HOW VACCINE WORKS ? well, for understanding the working of vaccine we must know what is vaccine ?

A vaccine is part of a germ that is exposed to your immune system in a safe way so that it can learn how to fight off that harmful pathogen and protect your body from it in the future. Basically it provides us immunity.

Well let’s see what exactly happens when you get vaccinated

When you get a vaccine, your immune system responds to the vaccine just like real germs.

i. The germs contained in the vaccine are identified as foreign.

ii. The vaccine produces and reacts with antibodies similar to real germs.

iii. Remembering how to destroy germs. If you come in contact with pathogenic germs at any time in the future, your immune system can quickly destroy it before it has a chance to make you sick. This is how you get immunity from vaccines

HOW VACCINE WORKS ?

A vaccine works by training the immune system to detect and protect against viruses or bacteria. To do this, certain molecules from the pathogen must enter the body to boost the immune system. These molecules are called antigens and are found in all viruses and bacteria. If a bacterium or virus reappears, the immune system immediately recognizes the antigen and attacks the disease well before the pathogen spreads.

Vaccines don’t just work on an individual level, they protect entire populations. Once enough people are immunized, opportunities for an outbreak of disease become so low even people who aren’t immunized benefit. Essentially, a bacteria or virus simply won’t have enough eligible hosts to establish a foothold and will eventually die out entirely. This phenomenon is called “herd immunityor “community immunity,” and it has allowed once-devastating diseases to be eliminated entirely, without needing to vaccinate every individual.

BIO REMEDIATION

Bioremediation is a process of clean up of waste from environment, basically it is a type of waste management technique which involves the use of organisms to remove or utilize the pollutants from a polluted area. Microorganisms like Bacteria and Fungi are the main role player when it comes to executing the process of Bioremediation. Bacteria are the most crucial microbes in this process as they break down the waste into nutrients and organic matter. Even though this is an efficient process of waste management but bioremediation cannot destroy 100% contaminants. Bacteria can easily digest contaminants like chlorinated pesticides or clean oil spills but microorganisms fail to destroy heavy metals like lead and cadmium. It’s great isn’t it.

Here arises a question why is it so important ?

It is important mainly because of two factors

1. It uses no harsh chemicals.

2. It can allow waste to be recycled.

Basically there are two main classes of bioremediation that are in-situ and ex-situ.

In-situ – In situ refers to when contaminated waste is treated right at its point of origin. For example, there may be soil that is contaminated. Rather than remove the soil from its point of origin, it is treated right where it is.

Ex-situ – Ex situ refers to treatment that occurs after the contaminated waste has been removed to a treatment area. To use soil as the example again, the soil may be removed and transported to an area where the bioremediation may be applied.

Bioremediation can be carried out by bacteria that is naturally present in the environment or adding nutrients, this process is called biostimulation.
