“Mobile Masterjee” developed by IIT Kanpur.

COVID-19 has brought the education system, particularly the classroom teaching to a standstill. The students in rural India are hit maximum by this.

To solve this problem IIT Kanpur has developed a classroom-to-home teaching setup that can record the lectures or instructions by the teachers while using their available smart phones. It is named ‘Mobile Masterjee’, which is a classroom-to-home teaching setup and will be very helpful to the students in rural india.

The product is lightweight and has adjustments to fit sheets and book on it for delivering instructions to the kids. A set graduated scale aligns the sheet at the desired angle, followed by the rotational quick adjustment of the mobile holder.

The setup can capture the videos of the classroom lecture in many positions.

The product team includes Professor J. Ramkumar, Drs. Amandeep Singh, Anil Jha, Virender Singh and Jitendra Sharma.

The team had taken input from rural schools, based on which the gadget had been modified. “We are sure, it will make a great success for classroom teaching,” Professor Ramkumar said.

The Easiest is to be Happiest😃…How to be happy???

  1. To live by is that one day you will be gone it may be in 50 years it may be in 50 weeks it may be next week or even today. I don’t know you don’t know nobody knows and rather than live in fear of this we should embrace the fact that this life is short and unpredictable knowing this we must live fully today it’s not a recipe for recklessness rather a recipe to offer your all today to offer your absolute best today in everything you do to give your greatest energy. To this day to your family to everyone you encounter today it’s a reminder for you to go away your best self in each moment what if they couldn’t speak to you tomorrow what if you were gone tomorrow what would they speak of you what are you able to do this will leave an enduring positive memory within the lives.

  1. There is nothing you cannot be do or have if there has been someone even one person on this planet that has done it before that means you can – it doesn’t mean it will be easy but it does mean it is possible and as long as it is possible you can work towards it you can make a plan learn what must be finished you to measure your craziest most abundant life a life most would consider impossible.
  2. Nothing is worth it if it doesn’t make you happy if it doesn’t a make you happy or B make you better don’t make time for it now before and if you jump on this let me clarify nothing is worth it if it doesn’t make you happy. It means if it doesn’t make you happy now while you’re doing it or it isn’t going to make you happy as a result of doing it most likely is not worthwhile almost everything worth fighting for goes to need a true fight to win an excellent prize. You will need to suffer and sacrifice for nearly anything worthwhile in life but you ought to ask yourself this question about everything you are doing in your life does this make me happy if the solution is not any ask yourself will this sacrifice i’m making cause more happiness within the future if not you ought to let it go.

  1. Be yourself always no exceptions it’s such a tragedy to see so many people on this planet living lives they don’t want to live just because they listen to other people who did an equivalent the sole way you’ll live happy during this life. The only way you’ll achieve success is that if you be you let me repeat that because perhaps it’s the foremost important thing you’ll ever apply to your life the only way you can be happy in this life the only way you can be successful is if you will never be truly happy in life. If you are constantly doing things to please others to compete with others or to be like another you are unique and that is your greatest gift when you follow your own path regardless if that matches in with others you open up space for nice things to enter your life compare yourself to nobody compete with no other make your own decisions and it’ll cause your greatest vital principle .
  2. Everything you would like is already within you during this world we see endless samples of people that seemingly have it all materially speaking but they’re empty inside things will never complete you people will never complete you no matter what Terry McGuire says “needing nothing attracts everything”. When you come from an area of needing nothing of seeking nothing outside yourself to form you cheerful you open up space for more amazing things to enter your life and if things don’t come that’s fine you don’t need them real happiness is never found outside of us it is not found in possessions or wealth happiness is always and only found within us. It is a state of mind never forget this happiness is the highest level of excess do what feels good the rest will follow principle.

  1. there’s no room for toxic people but there is never-ending space for positive energy and positive people surrounding yourself. With energy killers is one of the worst things you can do if you want to live a happy fulfilled and successful life unfortunately not everyone including families and friends will share an equivalent positive energy you’ve got some will take a short time some might never get there allow them to run their own race, while you specialise in living your own happiness. Those who are truly aligned with you’ll never hold you back from living the life you would like to measure don’t ever dim your lights to suit in with others shine bright those that see your spark will shine with you remember you can’t live an excellent life a cheerful life if you surround yourself with toxic people.
  2. Whatever you focus on you will find if you search for negativity in this world you will find plenty of it. If you look for hate anger violence and sadness you’ll find it but an equivalent is true on the flip side if your only intention is to look for the great you’ll find only the great whatever meaning you give your life becomes your life. It can be a failure or a lesson heartbreak or character building life is against you making you stronger because there is no such thing as reality we choose our own reality by the meaning we give each moment in our lives make it your intention to seem for the great in your life, to note the great in others to be grateful for what you do have to see challenges as opportunities.

Can fiction beat reality?

The world itself believe together in the fact that it is indeed good to read. But not everybody has the same perception when it comes about ‘what to read’. often times, people are criticized about reading fiction just because it is far from the reality. Fiction genre has been always stereotyped because of the fantasy it develops. But, it is this fantasy that helps people to think and see things through a different angle.

I bet, at least half of the community of book lovers, who are into fiction stories, may have once in their life encountered the question “what is there in fiction that make you addicted to it?”/ “aren’t you simply wasting your time by reading what does not exist?” It may be true that, fiction stories add nothing new to our brain. But it does add things that we can’t obtain in any other way. Fiction stories have the power to take ourselves to an unknown world and let us experience and explore things that we have never ever been a part of! Now, isn’t it just amazing to have the competence to explore a new world of your own? Fiction drags you from where you are and where you belong, to another world and shows you myriads of other lives and stories. It does make you travel to others life. It is always considered as illegal to intrude into somebody’s personal life in reality. This genre does the exact thing while making it feel completely right. The fantasy world indeed teach you a lot while doing this. Readers get to know about different forms of personalities and believes, which ultimately make them think out of the box.

People often find it hard to admit to others that they are fond of fiction/fantasy novels because of the fear of being stereotyped. Reading things that remain just as stories has its own beauty. You don’t always need logical contents to love a book. A fiction story can be as powerful as a factual themed books.

NASA developed device “Pulse” to prevent spreading of Corona Virus.

NASA has developed a wearable device and named Pulse. It warns the guy who wear it,when hand goes near to face ,it vibrates.

Corona virus is usually contracted from respiratory droplets. Touching face is also a cause of spread of the virus.

The gadget, which has been shaped like a pendant is to be worn around the neck and works the best when placed 6 inches below the chin. PULSE, which is a 3D printed device has a tiny vibration motor in place.

A video clip on how the pendant functions have been uploaded on YouTube. Here the link is

PULSE is not exactly stylish or discrete, and NASA isn’t selling the contraption. But the agency’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory made building instructions available online if you want to make one yourself.

Hope, it could prove useful for those who just can’t stop scratching their noses.

Environment: an overview

All living things that live on this earth come under the environment. Whether they live on land or water they are part of the environment. The environment also
includes air, water, sunlight, plants, animals, etc. Moreover, the earth is considered the only planet in the universe that supports life. The environment can be understood as a blanket that keeps life on the planet safe and sound.

Importance of Environment

We truly cannot understand the real worth of the environment. But we can estimate some of its importance that can help us understand its importance. It plays a vital role in keeping living things healthy in the environment. Likewise, it maintains the ecological balance that will keep check of life on earth. It provides food, shelter, air, and fulfills all the human needs whether big or small. Moreover, the entire life support of humans depends wholly on the environmental factors. In addition, it also helps in maintaining various life cycles on earth. Most importantly, our environment is the source of natural beauty and is necessary for maintaining
physical and mental health.

Benefits of the Environment

The environment gives us countless benefits that we can’t repay our entire life. As they are connected with the forest, trees, animals, water, and air. The forest and trees filter the air and absorb harmful gases. Plants purify water, reduce the chances of flood, maintain natural balance and many others. Moreover, the environment keeps a close check on the environment and its functioning, It regulates the vital systems that are essential for the ecosystem. Besides, it maintains the culture and quality of life on earth. The environment regulates various natural cycles that happen daily. These cycles help in maintaining the natural balance between living things and the environment. Disturbance of these things can ultimately affect the life cycle of humans and other living beings. The environment has helped us and other living beings to flourish and grow from
thousands of years. The environment provides us fertile land, water, air, livestock and many essential things for survival.

Cause of Environmental Degradation

Human activities are the major cause of environmental degradation because most of the activities humans do harm the environment in some way. The activities of humans that cause environmental degradation is pollution, defective environmental policies, chemicals, greenhouse gases, global warming, ozone depletion, etc. All these affect the environment badly. Besides, these overuse of natural resources will create a situation in the future where there will be no resources for consumption. And the most basic necessity of living air will get so polluted that humans have to use bottled oxygen for breathing. Above all, increasing human activity is exerting more pressure on the surface of the earth which is causing many disasters in an unnatural form. Also, we are using the natural resources at a pace that within a few years they will vanish from the earth.

To conclude, we can say that it is the environment that is keeping us alive. Without the blanket of environment, we won’t be able to survive. Moreover, the environment’s contribution to life cannot be repaid. Besides, still what the environment has done for us, in return we only have damaged and degraded it.we should take a precautionary measures to protect and save our environment.

The Importance of Public Relations Department .

Add caption

Before come to know about the importance of Public Relations department, we must know what does it actually means and how it works in every different sectors.

So now in order to understand from where it all had started, we should give a glance to the history , specifically that significant part which deals with the representation of ethical development i.e. none other than the four models given by James Grunig.
The models from basic to sophisticated include the sequence –
1.Press agentry/ Publicity
2.Public information
3.Two-way asymmetrical communication
4.Two-way symmetrical communication

Each model represents a specific ethical orientation that when considered collectively illustrates the ethical development of public relations. We can discuss about all these four models in brief just to get an idea about its further implications in broader aspects.
  • Press agentry model- it deals with the first and foremost task to grab attention for the specific organization in order to do its publicity.
  • Public information model- uses various media relations techniques to accommodate public relations information into different news stories.
  • Two-asymmetrical model- it advocates two-way communication which must be persuasive.
  • Two-way symmetrical model- this helps not only to create but also sustains mutually beneficial relationships between the organization and its customers or stakeholders.

So basically from then to now the importance of Public Relations department has varied enormously , earlier people weren\’t well informed about the role of Public Relation Officers but now the emerging young minds of this generation are even looking for their bright upcoming future depending on this department, going to study vivid courses for further understanding about the work procedures and concerning strategies in this field on a broader aspect. Moreover there are many PR (Public Relation) agencies means those small business organizations or where there are no in-house PR departments engage the services of outside firm/agency to handle relations. Thus PR firm/agency/consultancy is an independent specialized business organization involved in the practice of public relations to counsel the client\’s organization on communication and relationships management besides executing public relations programmes.

This department has professionals having extraordinary grasp in creativity and communication in order to handle the clients public relations activities.

So this department deals with services like branding, crisis communication, corporate communications, maintain community relations and government relations as well, does marketing communications which involves promotion of products and services through such tools such as news releases, feature stories, brochures, media tours etc.
Public Relations department does mandatory research and evaluation i.e. scientific surveys are conducted to measure public perceptions then it arranges news conferences , anniversary celebrations , rallies and national conferences on behalf of the clients.
Not only the management is counselled on ways to achieve official and public support for such projects like building a business strong , expanding its reach and launching of a new product but also promotes corporate vision to the internal employees and the external public and reflects corporate vision in its positive dimensions.
So in a nutshell this department plays one of the most vital role in advising an organization or company to flourish its business in a much smoother way.
