Gender inequality and discrimination

Discrimination and inequality are deep rooted in the society. It can be traced back since ancient time, and this is not only on the bases of gender but, even with the skin a person is born, a person who had dark skin tone was declared a disgrace for the society they have to suffer in terms of the occupation, facilities and even to have the basic necessities fulfilled. This was a common behaviour of the society back then where a person who was born with certain skin is titled unacceptable and suffered of cruelty from his own people.

In many countries, even after so many years of independence people do suffer and the concept of discrimination and inequality is very normal for some. Specifically talking about gender-based inequality it is very common in the backward communities and in the modern society it still prevails in the thinking of people who have always accepted this as normal and not trying to change the orthodox mindset. In many cases the mindset which accepts inequality and discrimination is kind of hereditary and they can not accept change which is totally wrong. There are many households where a girl and a boy are treated differently no matter what, it is like rules are fixed but, who fix those rule ‘the society – as per the preference, likes, dislikes and most importantly what they feel is appropriate as per the narrow mindset which has not changed since infinity. It is actually painful and saddening to see a human treating another human this way, it is targeting our own people to support some ancient concepts which are hampering the growth of a society.

If we can not stop this or at least reduce the number of such incidences that are happening worldwide, how can we expect development of a nation. Afterall, we live on the same land, we breath same air, drink same water and when every one will be a part of the development process then only a nation prospers, its people prosper.

The worst part is the person who has to face all this like even from a small age for instance- if in a family there are two kids and both are treated differently then isn’t it harmful for their growth, a child can feel the difference he or she might grow introverted and disturbed mentally. If not this way, then in future, if the system remains the same the same child can experience discrimination and inequality at any other stage of life may be in terms of the opportunity they will get or even salary they will receive for the same work.

This should be learned that a person is not harmful for the society it’s the difference that we create is harmful. It is not solving any purpose but, creating unnecessary hurdles in the path of change and development. Strict laws and rules can control it up to some extend but, not fully. Today, we are still accepting changes and supporting open minded thinking so this discrimination and inequality should also end soon to have a clearer view of bright future.

Creativity

Creativity has no exact definition, and there can’t be any because creativity differs as per the perspective of each and every individual.

Creativity is a free spirit that lives within each of us since the day we are born, the only difference is that every one practices Creativity in a different manner and it’s not about the traditional Creativity which is mostly associated with a painter, artist or cartoonist but, every one. It is not about drawing shapes or abstract art, but anything.

It is always said that a child lives in every person and as we grow up and become adults that child get lost somewhere in the busy life and adulthood, same goes with creativity with time some of us just forget how brilliant they are at being creative in their work , creativity keeps us alive and most importantly it challenges our mind to bring up new ideas. A person who is good at convincing people is a type of creativity, as it requires planning and study of facts in order to be successful at this similarly, a sand artist how did he became a sand artist ? He choose the element sand to showcase his creativity, identifying your style, idea and inspiration can help you claim your creativity. It is possible to look beyond the normal horizon which is also called imagination and today each one of us is aware about the power of imagination.

Thus, the above example shows how creativity can be practiced professionally and non professionally. It is present at every place well the place where we live which is a planet, planet earth is another example of creativity. Universe was not formed in a day or two it took million of years to make things the way they look today but, for once this is creativity it is called creativity of God the formation of solar system, the planets, birth of first human, land , water and everything.

The people who are close to art and craft are often attracted by creativity, they have a 6th sense that can identify the difference quickly that a normal busy man can’t basically creative difference.

Creativity and challenge go side by side. Creativity is challenging like the works today is dynamic and things keep on changing and in this process of change our work is adapting to the changes and be progressive with the work
So, creativity is in high demand. Apart from being intelligent, humble, punctual, creativity is also considered in top priority. A creative person can come up new ideas and strategy, it’s just like writing in lesser number of words but the meaning is deep. Here creativity can solve the purpose.

Kadambini Ganguly

Today’s google doodle is dedicated to Kadambini Ganguly, an inspiring lady who was born in Bhagalpur, Bihar and wrote history by achieving exceptional heights during her lifetime.

Google has already honoured her by dedicating the doodle on her 160th birth anniversary, born today in the year 1861. She belonged to an upper-class Bengali family and her father Braja Kishore Basu who was a Brahmo reformer and founder of Bhagalpur Mahila Samiti. She was born in an era when, educating a girl was far beyond imagination of people but, opposite to that her father encouraged her to pursue her education, after completing her schooling. she wanted to pursue her career in medicine and she cracked the entrance exam of University of Calcutta, she got admission in the university and became first women to do so but, after facing lot of struggles and denial from the society. At every stage of her life, she has to face a lot of obstacles mostly from society to fulfil her dreams and ambition. She later went abroad and received a triple diploma from training in Dublin, Glasgow and Edinburgh, adding another feather to the cap she became the first women to achieve such a qualification. On her return to India, she served great ladies like- Florene nightingale, Anne Beasant and other people. By this time, she got recognised for her work, a medical professional who was serving her nation. In the year 1890, she gave a lecture at INC which is again something exceptional that she did at that time

Later, she started working on improving the condition of the society, where educating a girl child and letting her pursue her dreams was considered unacceptable. She was always supported by her husband Dwarkanath Ganguliyand along with him she raised her voice against the discrimination between a male and female that she herself faced at the university, her voice turned out to be so impactful that in 1915 the University of Calcutta made the decision to open the university for female candidates as well.

As a woman medical practitioner, she was not only dedicated to her work but also had a vision to bring change in the society by setting an example since her schooling to her triple diploma, an inspirational and passionate women wo created history back then. Today, it’s her 160 th birth anniversary and her story makes us remember the contribution of all those women who worked really hard and stood up against the wrong opinion and criticism of society to become what they wanted to be. All the stories have one common learning that there is nothing that a women can not achieve just that she has to have that courage to step up herself and cross the boundaries that the society sets up by the narrow perspective they have in their mind. By proving all the critics wrong, and successfully reaching at a level that is beyond the imagination of an orthodox mentality.
Today, in many countries women are in a much better situation but, there is still so much that has to be changed.

Stock Exchange India

Stock exchange is something about which many people are still unaware, here I am talking specifically about India its stock exchange and other facts related to it. A stock exchange is basically a place where an individual can buy and sell stocks. The oldest stock exchange in India happened in the year 1857 in Bombay (Mumbai)
A stock which is also known as an equity lets a common man invest into a corporation and they get a share in companies’ asset and profit depending upon how much share they own. The costliest share in India is approximately seventy-two thousand for one, it is of MRF and the costliest share of the world is Berkshire Hathaway. If we go into the technicality of the topic there are number of concept and terms.

Bull and Bear
This concept of Bull and Bear is the most common one it basically reflects the condition of stock market just like the name a bull is considered an active and fierce animal and a bear is lazy, a bull here stands for a purchaser who invest in stocks and earns great profit as he invested at the right time where as a bear is just the opposite, he sells stock. Both resembles different condition.

Rule of 72
Which is a beginner rule, used to calculate the time required to double the capital, the calculation is done by number 72.

In India there are two popular stock exchange venue The Bombay Stock exchange and the national stock exchange. Out of the two BSE is the older one it was established back in 1875 and it is the first ever stock exchange of Asia, apart from this on-line trading was introduced through Bombay stock Exchange, it is the 12th biggest market place for stock exchange in world.
Then, there is National Stock exchange, which came in 1992 and bought electronic exchange with it, this changed the traditional style. It is the 10th biggest stock exchange market. It is more advanced as compared to Bombay stock exchange in terms of facilities and both are separate. Both have different value as in capital and enjoy different position in the world and Indian market. There are in total 9 stock exchange in India including Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
A stock market plays a significant role in an economy that is why they exist, it is a platform that links a buyer, a seller, a company and most importantly they reflect the condition of a country’s economy.
Stock marked is termed risky because in case the market falls a purchaser will have to face high loss but, if the value of share increases it will lead to profit.
But as a responsible citizen we should always be aware about the ongoing trends and condition of stock market even if we don’t want to invest. There is a small population that invest into stock market reason can be many like the risk associated etc. but, at the same time we have great investors like Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and others.

The other side of pandemic

This pandemic has proven dangerous to human breed, in the past two years the humankind has experienced a lot of negativities and we still are. When, a year passed into the pandemic people were like better days be coming. its just a phase, it will pass and we all will be back to normal but, somehow the flashing headlines on TV which are now forecasting third wave is making things complicated for many. Currently, every single person is been affected by the ongoing pandemic it can be in the form of financial loss or even the loss of mental health. During this whole time no matter how much, we try to get detached from that unusual feeling which can look like boredom, constant pressure and stressing about future or present or not trying to make efforts we often end up thinking about the same whole day.

This is the influence of a global pandemic. Just like social media can influence a person in a good or bad way same goes with the ongoing situation. We are experiencing some unusual changes in our daily life many people have updated their habits healthy eating, meditation, yoga etc. reason can be that they have observed that health is important than anything else on the other hand there must be people who used to be happy and cheerful can be sitting alone in the house, not in contact of any close friend and depressed. We can not say its totally normal because adapting to few things is still a difficult task just like taking online classes can be normal but, not when they are imposed permanently and there is no other option left Afterall we have to get our degree. Many people among us must be thinking that they are missing out so much by just sitting home and yes we are. Every age group is missing out on something or the other and also wondering how different I was two years back or how I was enjoying so much two years back. But, we should all be thankful and grateful for what we have right now. Yes we cannot go out and have fun but, at least we are able to afford the basic necessities of life, we are safe in our houses, we have family and friends. as there are people who are suffering right now who are in the worst situation.

We live on hope, it is what keep us alive and motivate us to keep going. As humans we are still hopeful for better days to come, things will be in better condition. The important thing is to learn our lesson and keep looking forward instead of stressing on past, present or future facing the current situation and accept things the way they are but, not forgetting to improve ourselves be it personally, professionally, mentally, emotionally or physical. Focusing on the positive aspect of life is the main aim, it will not only save you from negativity that can spread but, it will surely strengthen us inside.

Jagganath Rath Yatra 2021

India is land of culture and tradition; its diversity is the main reason behind such a vast number of festivals, celebrations, rituals and ceremony that we Indians celebrate every year. This forms our culture, which is rich and beautiful. One such instance of our culture that showcase the devotion, unity and purity is Jagannath Rath Yatra, Orissa.
The preparation for Jagannath Puri rath yatra which is held every year during the month of June and July has begin from today. The yatra is held in Puri, located in Orissa in the Jagannath temple. The Jagannath temple is a holy shrine for the devotees constructed by king Chodagan Dev in 12th century. It is no less than a festival for the people of Orissa and lasts for many days.
The word “Jagannath” which stands for lord of universe and rath yatra which refers to chariot journey. The popular yatra is basically about three deities lord Jagannath Bal Bhadra (brother of lord Jagannath) and sister Subhadra who travel from Jagannath temple to Gundicha shrine and they return back to Jagannath, the distance is approximately 3km and the whole celebration lasts for eight to nine days. Three big chariot which are made out of neem wood and other material, these are very tall and have long stretch canopies on the top made out of cloth and thousands of devotees pull these three chariots or rath and it takes 2 to 3 months to make these huge rath who can carry the idol of all three. Every year new rath are designed and the rituals start many days before the rath yatra.
Pulling these rath is considered a good deed and every year there are visitors from around the country to be a part of this extra ordinary rath yatra. It is a 460-year-old tradition, it has immense importance but, from the past two years the Yatra is held in the presence of limited number of people that too the main ones.
Well, this is only one out of many in India most of the time in a year people are celebrating their traditions, rituals and identity. The best part about this is getting to learn about the ancient practices and the importance they carry like why this is done, what is the speciality, where does all this takes place etc. All these things keep us connected to our land and people. Hence, of greater importance specially when you belong to such a diverse nation.

Ganga Expressway- India’s 2nd longest Expressway

India is all ready to have its 2nd longest express way called the Ganga express way. The expressway will be constructed in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The construction will be undertaken by Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) and will start the construction process in September this year.
Meanwhile, the authorities will be releasing tenders for the same and the land acquisition for the project is almost complete. The proposed length of expressway is 594 km. it is expected to be a 6-lane highway which can extend up to 8 lanes, the expressway will cost around 36000 crores. The expressway is a massive project and will not only save time but, connect eastern and western Uttar Pradesh. It will consist of many major bridges, flyovers, overbridge and the starting will be from Meerut district and will end at Prayagraj. The districts that will be connected are- Meerut, Hapur, Bulandshehar, Prayag Raj, Rai Bareli in total 500+ villages will be connected. An exclusive feature of Ganga expressway is an airstrip that will be constructed on the highway, this can help in emergency landing of fighter planes.
Additionally, the expressway will have a service road and maximum speed limit will be allowed, it aims to improve the connectivity of major districts and connect remote villages in the state. The total time taken to travel will be cut down extensively ultimately benefiting the common man.
Road connectivity is an important element of development be it any country, roads can facilitate easy communication, trade, travel and most importantly enables introduction of new services

Biofuel

Biofuel is made out of biomass and this biomass consist of the organic remains called organic material. World biofuel day is observed on 10th august every year and it is important to discuss about biofuels as they can be an answer to the growing energy demand with no harms to environment.
Biofuel industries play a significant role in every country. Biofuel can contribute tremendously into the economy of both developed and developing countries. These are available in all three forms – solid, liquid and gas and based on the composition, making process and other criteria they can be further categorised. But, how are they different from any other fuel. The most useful feature of biofuel is being a renewable source of energy, a renewable source of energy creates less pollution and serves many added advantages. Today, when the goals are sustainable development, pollution free environment, better alternatives and meeting the growing demand of people in limited resources biofuel is a remarkable resource some of the common bio fuels are Bioethanol, Biodiesels and biogas etc.
Apart from being renewable the production process of bio fuel is also a notable feature, as mentioned before bio fuel is produced from organic material which is widely and easily available. Whereas, on the other hand other fuels which are mostly made from fossil available in a limited quantity, they can get exhausted easily if the requirement increases. Thus, in such a scenario bio fuel can help. Biofuels can be produced easily in any area, just like most of the countries are producing within there boundaries this reduces the dependence on the imported fuels.
Despite having a number of advantages, there are disadvantages associated with biofuels like:
• Production of biofuel requires water in large amount. If there is an insufficient supply of water it can disturb the production process.
• The quantity difference with biofuel, it can not generate same amount of energy in the same quantity as some other fuel. Which ultimately decreases the efficiency of biofuel in comparison to other fuels.
• Also, it requires huge area to setup a biofuel plant in case there is shortage of land then it can not be setup or the land on which the setup is done, it can not be used for any other pourpose so both ways it is a disadvantage.
The advantages and disadvantages are almost equal in numbers and the fact is that biofuel has surely bought changes in the field of energy production for many countries, it has expanded energy production, lesser carbon emission into the atmosphere and reduced the total dependence on fossil fuels. It is observed that the fuel prices are rising every year and they cause global warming at the same time biofuel can be an answer to all such problems specially the countries who are willing to invest in environment friendly product that will be beneficial for the development of the nation. The national leaders worldwide are looking for better alternatives to have a bright future and Biofuels is already one of those, various schemes are policies are framed and implemented at national level for the same.

Digital India

Digital India initiative is one the key initiative launched by government of India on 1st July 2015. The initiative is counted among one of the most prestigious projects just like made in India, Swach Bharat Abhiyaan etc. it consists of some major objective towards the development of better services and infrastructure in terms of digital modernisation of the country.
It comes under the ministry of Electronics and information and ministry of finance, officially launched by Prime minister of India Shree Narendra Modi. it has 3 main area of focus which includes:
• The utility of Digital infrastructure for the citizens of India
Improvement of digital infrastructure so that the citizens can utilise the services of internet.
• Internet and other services requirement
There are areas where people still do not have access to basic internet services, and additionally providing all the advance services to the population of the country.
• Digital empowerment
It refers to overall empowerment that will occur when the digital structure strengthens in the country.
The initiative serves multiple purpose, starting from improving the basic facilities to introducing modern technology at various level.
the initiative stands upon many important aspects which are:
• Broadband highways
• IT for all
• Electronic manufacturing
• E governance
• E Kranti etc
These aspects have their own significance in long run and can bring the much-needed changes in the country. Digitisation of the already existing facilities for the convenience of people and implementing new changes and development in the country.
Implementing a big initiative like digital India on a very large scale takes to answer a lot of challenges. Highlighting the challenges which occurred are:
• Adaptation
adapting to the ongoing and upcoming changes is going to be a big task for many Indians, it is also a time taking process.
• Illiteracy
The portion of population which is not well educated will find is very challenging, as they are not even aware about the basics. To make them aware and making them digitally literate is a major challenge.
• Providing better facilities to all
India has a huge population, ensuring that each and every one has access to the latest facilities
and convenience is important.

Conclusion
Digital India has proven beneficial for many specially the ones who had minimal access to such facilities, this is important from the perspective of both economic development and individual development. Technology, if used wisely can-do miracles in different sectors like education, employment, agriculture etc. the ongoing pandemic crisis has made us totally dependent on laptops and smartphones. Every developing country aim is to be technologically advanced in the coming years is a common goal. Even the developed nations are getting advanced each day.

Thus, an initiative like this can support and enhance the development taking place in the country. Despite, the challenges faced progress is visible. The initiative is already running since 2015 and within the reach of this initiative many changes are successfully implemented too.

Ocean acidification

Ocean acidification is a serious environmental problem, it is equivalent to the problem of climate change or much bigger. As there are many changes happening around in the environment, some of which we can hardly see. Ocean acidification is related to the water bodies and the aquatic life as a result, the ultimate impact is faced by the aquatic creatures and indirectly by the humans.
Ocean acidification is associated with natural process, the carbon dioxide present in atmosphere is absorbed by the ocean bodies. It is a natural process that is actually beneficial for the environment as the extra amount of carbon dioxide gases present in the environment are absorbed this leads to reduction in the temperature. But the problem started when the absorption amount increased over the years and it keeps on increasing by every passing year. This might seem fine initially but, it is a matter of concern for scientists and researchers, just like any other major environmental problem this is not good for aquatic biodiversity.
There are multiple causes of ocean acidification and why ocean acidification can become a big challenge in future –
The raise in atmospheric carbon dioxide, due to excessive pollution, emission of harmful gases and other activities has increased the absorption level in the oceans as well.
Fossil fuels is another top reason for ocean acidification as the burning of fossil fuels like coal, petroleum produces carbon dioxide gas, which indirectly contributes to ocean acidification.
The waste that is disposed off in the ocean contaminates the water bodies and increases the level of acidity of water. This waste includes agricultural waste, industrial waste etc.
These are the main causes of ocean acidification, they directly or indirectly become hazardous sooner or later. The changes occurring in the ocean is not visible to us but, it can not be ignored in long run.
The process of acidification increases the PH level of water, this acidity can actually be determined by tests. The chemical composition of water is destroyed slowly and gradually. The effect can be seen on the aquatic life and aquatic organism, the corals can detoriate at a higher rate, the shells of animals can not form and the tiny organism which plays a significant role in the aquatic world can not adapt to this acidic level and thus can not survive. Basically, different aspects are targeted, which can create hurdles in the balance of aqua diversity.
This issue is widely discussed in international conferences and some countries have already started monitoring the condition. They are further working to take steps to answer the problem many people are dependent on ocean a fisherman earns his livelihood, a sailor sails in ocean and if not, profession wise; but we all are drinking water which come from these water bodies only. If not today then in future we will be drinking this acidic water. The fact that with development came higher amount of waste generation, pollution, deforestation, climate change, global warming, and new problems. If all the problems are not resolved responsibly at global level the earth and its people are going to suffer a lot in near future. We can already experience the impact in the form of frequent droughts, tsunami, earthquake, landslide, forest fires etc.

The art of self appreciation

Self-appreciation is an underrated thing about life. It is the best practice that one can include on daily bases and the best part about self-appreciation is that it comprises of all other positive elements like self-care, motivation, it gives hope and a lot more.
These days stress and mental pressure is very common, it starts from teenage and turns out to be lifelong. Life getting stressful people becoming short tempered and frustrated easily and they face lack of confidence, demotivated, unable to focus or feel like they are stuck. It may look like the same day is repeated every day, same work, same you. Every other person today is depressed and those who are not able to cope up soon feel like ending things right away. But this is not the right way of dealing with life, yes life is getting stressful, it looks more complicated each day and we might start avoiding things staying away from people, avoiding gathering and all. But this is not how people should deal with things. Instead, a little self-appreciation at the end of the day is a better approach.

Even the most prominent personalities from a saint to a CEO have told the people about self-appreciation in their talks. As they practice it too, so how things change with this? Self-appreciation can be practiced in different forms like you may come across a beautiful quote which relates to your current situation and those words can help you feel better, indirectly they might also suggest a solution on how to deal with the situation. This shows how powerful self-appreciation is similarly if an individual is stuck in a situation where he feels that he is not doing really well in life and people are much ahead, trying hard to reach a certain level and continuously keeping themselves engaged, in this race we often forget to spend time with ourselves and appreciate the small things. It is not possible to achieve all at once, not being at the same level because it is about timings you will reach there trust the timings and definitely yes one should keep trying but, killing yourself in this whole process is just not right. Counting the small achievements, taking notes, learning the lessons and most importantly appreciating yourself for all that you are doing right now.

Self-appreciation is very simple form of self love and can actually save you from the cut throat competition, it is the right way of dealing with modern day problems and at the end you are your best mate. Many of us loose ourselves while trying to defeat the world. Thus, self-appreciation can help you to value yourself more over others and even in the darkest days you can set yourself up with the motive that yes, I am doing great! and no one is more important than me. Self-appreciation is not about getting self-centred in every way but, just a daily dose of healthy living. As all of us are aware of the magic appreciation has, so if we appreciate ourself we can enjoy our achievements to the fullest, the progress even if it’s slow and we can keep going facing bigger challenges of life.

The increasing popularity of homegrown brands

Homegrown as the word itself says about something, that originates from the home. Homegrown things always count superior than any other in the same category, homegrown is a popular category of product in any brand be it agriculture, textiles etc. They have established a greater place in the market. Currently, homegrown brands are trending all over the internet and among consumers the reason behind this is the features that they offer.

Homegrown brands range from clothing, accessories to pickles, papard and sustainable utility products. The primary reason behind the success of homegrown brands is its association of with local people and market. Not only they promote local but, as the number of homegrown brands increases the chain strengthens and they further inspire other citizens to be a contributor, be it in the form of a entrepreneur or consumer. The people who initiate, encourage, promote, buy and work at homegrown are all ultimately a part of the economy and as a result, the aim of economic development is fulfilled. The interesting fact that came up with homegrown is the independence and creativity it offers; well people are getting much creative about their work from brand name to the finished product a touch of creativity is everywhere and independence as in working on your own as home-grown entrepreneurs. Who are helping others to earn a livelihood for instance- many homegrown brands have given job opportunities to the artisans from rural areas including women they are able to fit in the organisation, learning new skills and earning better livelihood.

The homegrown brands are giving good competition to international brands in some countries, trying to succeed in every term from production to advertisement. Additionally, they decide a unique motive and purpose like sustainability, eco-friendly, product for special needs. These days customers are very demanding, they are aware and always looking for products that can make their life easy. Home grown brands is about unique ideas, it also includes bringing up the local ideas and helping them transform practically.

Many people say that that local sometimes cost much higher than branded but, the reason behind this can be found in the working and what they serve to the society firstly, it is not an easy task to start a local brand, it takes a lot more efforts initially. The cost of quality, the cost of trust and the cost of efforts which they have to put in to make the product stand out from the product of an already famous and established brand, which is sometimes not even from your own country. However, there are affordable brands too who provide additional services in the same charges.

Homegrown has become extremely popular and still growing. Afterall, it is not a bad idea to support something fresh and that originally belongs to your own country. A change is quite visible and people are accepting home grown really well. This is a good sign for the makers and founders of homegrown, this motivates them to work and innovate more.

Work from Home culture

Work From Home is the new normal. After a decade or so when someone will be talking about the year 2020- 2021, he is surely counting in the work from home that emerged as a part of daily routine of the working class.

The definition of Work from home totally changed in these years. It is not new but, it used to be optional. As pandemic restricted things to a certain extend both the personal and professional life of people changed extremely. Now, the scenario is that most of the people are bound to their laptops and phones maximum time of a day, just like students of every age group are trying to adapt to this new change so are the professionals as it was totally unexpected.

People have mixed views about the work from home culture as some of the company heads and CEO claims that the employees have done well in work from home and the productivity has increased whereas, on the other hand the people who are actually working from home says that productivity is hampered also, they feel more stressed and frustrated than usual. Moreover, it can be seen that work from home, which is the only option for working professionals has-
Jumbled work life
Adapting to new changes is what we learn, a person who can easily adapt is considered valuable professionally but, it has taken far beyond adaptability, work from home has actually jumbled the personal life and professional life of almost every person.

Nothing new
Working in office cabin, meeting your colleagues daily, work break and the whole vibe of what we call work is dead. Sitting at one place, attending seminars, phone calls, video calls, virtual presentation has turned things upside down and work does not seem exciting and worth exploring to many instead, the increased work pressure and total dependence on technology has made things boring.

Future concern
The way work from home is implemented, there is a high possibility that in future companies tend to follow the same as this not only saves their office space but, it is a simple method of cost cutting the expenses related to employee in different aspects. Bill Gates has already announced that he is looking forward to continue work from home policy for Microsoft employees post pandemic. So did Facebook, there are clear chances of permanent work from home even after the situation gets normal.

Work from home culture can prove beneficial in some cases like-
• The employees who have to travel a lot to reach offices find it convenient.
• Since employees are working from home, they can devote time with family side by side. And the employees who are living away from family due to job can now stay home and work.
• Some people find the home environment more suitable for working purpose as they can focus more.
• It provides a little flexibility and ease at the same time

Conclusion
Depending on the requirement of the company and employee work from home can serve in both bad and good way but, it is also important to note that things beyond limits can create more harm thus, a balance must be maintained.
