Coronavirus Outbreak Prediction Model by Deep Learning Algorithm : Big Exclusive Report >>>>>>

Machine learning is a technique that teaches the computer to perform the actions done by humans or animals (basically learning from experience). Using machine learning you can able to analyse large amounts of data with almost accurate results.

In this machine learning project, you will get an idea about how to use machine learning to predict the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak. You can also use the same method to predict other epidemic diseases like malaria, dengue, swine flu, SARS, etc. Recently coronavirus has created a huge impact worldwide by infecting lakhs of people and killing thousands.

In machine learning there are two types one is supervised learning and unsupervised learning. Supervised learning builds the model which makes the predictions based on the input and the output. Unsupervised learning develops the model from the input data alone.

Outline: Here we are going to use the SVM model and linear regression method to predict the outbreak of coronavirus for the upcoming 10 days across different regions by using charts and graphs.

Coronavirus doesn’t have the ability to mobilize themselves from one host to another host. But it can able to multiply themselves once it gets into a host. So by considering the above scenario, we can come to a conclusion that it spreads via the physical network.

Here in our case there two factors that create the physical network:

1. Population density

2. Hotspot

Population density: High population density areas like metro cities creates more contact between humans and increases the risk of disease transmission from one person to another.

Hotspot: It is a place which has more human attraction places like, shopping malls, theatres, amusement parks, airports, etc.

Project Implementation

  1. Import the necessary libraries to the jupyter notebook. Libraries such as

numpy, pandas – for numerical computation and manipulation

Matplotlib – for visualising the data

math, time, sklearn, datetime, operator, etc.

  1. Import the datasets – confirmed_cases, deaths_reported, recovered_cases (you can download the datasets from www.kaggle.com)
  2. Extract all the column names from the confirmed_cases dataset using .keys() function
  3. Using .loc() function extract only the date column from all the three datasets.
  4. Find the total confirmed, death and recovered cases and calculate the total mortality rate.
  5. Now convert all the dates and cases in the form of numpy array using np.array function.
  6. Since we are going to predict the cases for the next 10 days add the last 10 days to the total number of days that we have.
  7. Visualise the data using different charts and graphs to check the impact of coronavirus, for visualization extract the last column values of all the three datasets.
  8. Find the list of unique countries using .unique()  function and calculate the total number of confirmed cases country wise.
  9. Now find the number of confirmed cases for each province/state/city before that remove the countries which have been marked as provinces or state by classifying them as outliers.
  10. Plot the graph to see the total number of confirmed cases across different countries.
  11. You can also compare the confirmed cases between china and outside china by plotting another graph.
  12. Now visualise the top 10 countries that have the most number of confirmed coronavirus cases by using bar graph or pie chart.
  13. Let’s start building the model using the Support Vector Machine algorithm. It uses different parameters to build the model such as kernel, c, gamma, epsilon, shrinking and svm_grid.

kernel – it specifies the kernel type to be used in the algorithm (linear, poly, rbf, sigmoid

c – regularisation parameter

gamma – kernel coefficient of rbf, sigmoid, gamma, etc.

  1. Using the RandomizedSearchCV function build the model by passing necessary parameters. Finally, fit the data using svm.search.fit() function.
  2. You can find the best estimator using svm_search.best_estimator_ function and predict future forecast using svm_confirmed.predict function
  3. Check the values of the testing data by creating a plot between svm_test_pred data and y_test_confirmed data then print the mean absolute error and mean squared values.
  4. Then plot the total number of coronavirus cases over time as per your wish. Next plot a graph between total confirmed coronavirus cases and svm predicted cases.
  5. Using the SVM algorithm predict the number of cases for the upcoming 10 days.

Using Linear regression model

Credit : Third Party Reference
  1. Import the linear regression function from the sci-kit learn library and fit the model using x_train_confirmed and y_train_confirmed data.
  2. For prediction use x_test_confirmed data and future_forecast data
  3. Print the MAE (Mean Absolute Error) and MSE (Mean Squared Error).
  4. Plot the confirmed values from y_test_confirmed data and test_linear_pred data
  5. Now predict the number of coronavirus cases for the next 10 days.
  6. Try plotting graphs for coronavirus recovered over time, mortality rate over time, number of deaths over time

By using machine learning you can able to visualise the data and graphs for many things but here the disadvantage is the high error susceptibility which leads to giving an error in the predictions.

“Where Did Indians Got Wrong Building Their Education System?”

Education has been seen as an integral part of our life so as to bring out better understanding of different aspects we see in our day to day routine, earn higher, provide helping hand in countries growth by improving the economy and earn respect in the society. People consider a highly qualified man as an intelligent, trustworthy and wise, and whom they can consult their problem and expect better and right solutions.Countries have grown on the basis of their intellectual minds bringing up new ideas and converting them into reality. Advancement in science and technologies have improved standard of living and brought ease to the life of people around the globe. Thus education helped to fight poverty, as well as create a platform to create a better and superior modern society.

Considering education, India is one of the biggest markets for it, where every year lakhs of people graduate as well as complete their higher secondary education. India is the youngest country around the globe with the average age of its citizens to be 27 years, which does give India  a potential to be developed and grow as a powerful nation. But ground reality is a bit different.Indian Education has been questioned for a few decades and the question is the quality of this system and its age old teaching techniques. The techniques we usually see in our education system have not been transformed much since the times of british or even before. Wedo follow most Britishers’ techniques in studies. Those techniques focused to be within the boundaries and not exceed them as they wanted us to learn the basics so as to be more efficient to work under them and not revolt. They wanted to keep our thinking abilities and skills limited and that’s exactly what this education is still continuing to do so

  1. Students are taught to learn whatever the material resides in their books and no further motivation is provided to go beyond that knowledge.
  2. Teachers mark students on the basis of their memorizing the facts instead of learning them.
  3. That’s the reason most of us forget these as soon as we pass the class. While in other countries most of these systems have changed both in their school as well as colleges. Most of them have transformed to provide better learning and understanding of concepts through increased case studies, projects  and other learning along with their usual lecture. While in India we still lack most of our practical knowledge and rather invest most of our time memorizing them.
  4. Students in other countries are given the freedom to think beyond their lectures and bring up  new ideas while in idea we are taught the same old subjects, old case studies and old syllabus

That’s the reason why most of the students remain unemployed even after getting better degrees and marks as they lack basic and important skills. We do lack thinking ability, that is the reason why we do see new startups around the world and we work for them, while we do have startups but missing unique ideas. We should be fighting for our coming generation so as to Improve these age old techniques of teaching where only marks are appreciated and not the skills or talent that. We have to bring back the culture of thinking and sharing ideas and developing skills at an early age so as to make our country “men more efficient  at work, no more unemployed, increasing literacy rate not by filling minds but with proper brain up minds with better thoughts and skills, better job opportunities and better standard of living.”

MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING

Money is everything for a materialistic person. The wise is more than material. We have been given one life. God has sent us here to enjoy this beautiful world and to make it more appealing. We must acknowledge that only money can allow us to see all the attractive offerings of the world. I am quite sure I have met more poor and sad people than rich and unhappy people. I know it is a hard pill to swallow. Comfort, care and security come with money.

If one thinks of only money then one day it might consume that person. Then where will be the comfort and the security? When do we know that enough is enough? Unfettered spending is comforting at the moment but feels heart-wrenching when we look at a cluttered house of items we never use. The popular media highlights those who are opulent; they can spend as much as they want to. Between this, one does not want to feel left out. Hence one starts paying frivolously. There’s always something bigger or better out there for us to buy, something we need to acquire; something that will fill the void. We spend our time earning and accumulating money while time is infinite for the universe, but our time is not endless. We buy an expensive product manufactured by underpaid workers. Where is the value of life? When we spend, do we know where does our money go? Is it going to the right hands with meaningful work? They say that ‘time is money’. I say ‘money is time’. Yes, survival without money is difficult.

People are capable of doing anything they dream of with a proper understanding of things. Giving up well-being paying, lucrative careers, i.e. financial security, may not be as easy as it sounds. One of life’s eternal conundrums is: what is more important- work satisfaction or money? The toil of being obligated to do something when you would rather be doing something you like can be killing because people pursue a career at the cost of doing something; they are deeply passionate about. They feel a sense of unhappiness, scepticism and misery. Fear of taking the risk of doing something new, sets in. They tend to blame others for not being able to follow their dreams, causing emotional distress and strain in relationships. Striking a balance between job satisfaction and financial security is the main challenge. The salary you get comes in the new month while happiness comes every minute. Higher pay means more stress at work. Values, priorities, family obligations and spending habits help a person in achieving the right balance. It is not so much that money buys you happiness, but that lack of money buys you misery. When you are wealthy, you can buy more pleasures, but more affluent people are less able to savour the small things in life. To desire for mony is not disastrous. However, if one is running only for money and still not earning any; this can be disastrous.

Many people enjoy making big bucks, and this gives them satisfaction. They are materialistic people, and we must stay away from them, else they will put a price tag on our relationship with them. Higher-income motivates in life. Providing family with the desired lifestyle is a costly affair owing to increase is aspirational class. Let us face it; work satisfaction is not equal to life satisfaction.

Money buys lot of things but it cannot buy satisfaction or happiness in life. It can buy a bed but not sleep. It can buy a clock but not time. It can buy medicine but not health. It can buy blood but not life. It can buy insurance but not safety. Health is the real wealth. Relationships are wealth. Money is only a mean and not the end.

A heart attack death!

Yeah, it seems funny as your own heart just chokes itself & ends your Life. Mr Heart, Just Why?

Heart attack death is one of the leading causes of deaths worldwide. It is more common among the individuals of all races and gender and age. Middle-aged men have a higher risk of heart attack as compared to women of the same age. And on the contrary, older women have a higher risk of heart attack as compared to men their age.According to American Heart Association, every 3 out of 10 Americans suffers from a heart attack. India is not far behind in this trend. However, it is more prominent in individuals living in urban areas as compared to people living in the rural areas.

What is a heart attack?

Take care of your heart before its too lateTalking about Heart attack death,  heart attack is a condition which occurs when there is not much oxygen provision to the heart muscles. This would happen when there isn’t enough blood flow into the heart and therefore, low oxygen input into the heart. Its almost as though your heart ‘suffocates’ thereby causing a heart attack.During this condition, the heart struggles to pump blood into and out of the blood vessels, hence the ‘attack’.

What are the possible causes?

What are the causes of heart attack?
Few causes of heart attack

There are a multitude of reasons behind the heart attack. The most important reason being the lifestyle. Heart attack is now categorized as a ‘lifestyle’ disease.

Lack of exercise or physical activity, eating unhealthy or junk food, lots of stress are few of the main reasons that could provoke an attack.

Also, individuals having coronary artery disease, a condition where the arteries narrow because of deposition of fats and cholesterol, are more prone to heart attack.Another major reason for heart attack is the atherosclerosis. It’s a condition where there is a lump of blood vessels formed, thereby blocking the blood flow to or from the heart. This again, happens because of intake of unhealthy and fatty food and diets rich in cholesterol. Because of the clot formed, sometimes, because of the high blood flow, even the blood vessels may rupture causing internal bleeding coupled with heart attack.

Symptoms of a Heart attack

What are the symptoms of a heart attack?
Watch for the signs
  • The first symptom of heart attack would be pain, discomfort and tightness, especially in the chest and below the breastbone. This pain links to the jaw, arm or throat.
  • Along with the discomfort, the patient may experience feeling of nausea or feeling of fullness (almost chocking) or heartburn.
  • Profuse sweating.
  • Along with all of the above, the patient may be feeling weakness, anxiety and shortness of breath.
  • The heartbeat becomes either very fast or highly uneven.

What to do if you have a heart attack?

The first thing you must do is call up the ambulance. You would have about 1-2 hours for the treatment. The more you delay, the more are the risks to your survival. However, with the recent advancements in the field of medicine, heart attack can be treated completely with ease and effectiveness. So I think you won’t die a heart attack death if you just hurry up for the emergency procedures like CPR.

Some steps that you must follow to avoid ‘meet and greet’ with heart attack:

Some steps that you must follow to avoid 'meet and greet' with heart attack:
Ways to avoid a heart attack
  • Drink no more than one to two alcoholic drinks per day for men, and one drink per day for women. Instead, drink plenty of water and fresh juice.
  • Eat a diet that’s free of trans fats, low in saturated fats, cholesterol, salt, and sugar, and high in fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, omega-3 fatty acids, and dark chocolate.

  • Work with your doctor to manage your blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and weight.

Tulsi: Herb for all Seasons

Even today, you see the elders worshipping Tulsi; it is still considered a Goddess. Many may view it as simply a plant. However, after knowing its history and numerous uses in our day to day lives, we have to agree that Tulsi is nothing short of a miraculous plant.

Ocimum tenuiflorum a.k.a. Holy Basil is an aromatic sacred plant in Hinduism grown mostly in tropical regions like India. Most of the people regionally know it as Krishna Tulsi (Tulasi or Thulasi), based on the dark complexion of Lord Krishna. The plant has purple colored leaves with dark stems and usually takes a longer time to grow compared to its other counterparts. This gives its leaves a less bitter after-taste and makes them very crunchy to chew.

tulsi

Kala Tulsi, another name for the same plant, is an annual plant. His is to say that it cannot withstand the winter season and dies every year. It then has to be replaced, with seeds sown in the spring season. After watering these seeds from time to time in a uniform manner, they usually germinate after a span of two weeks. Tulsi is preferably grown in rich and well-drained soil. A mixture of peat, soil, and clay with an ideal pH of 6.5 to 7.5 is ideal for the plant. Tulsi also requires an ample amount of sunlight, somewhere between four to six hours a day.

Instead of growing it from scratch, you can also get it from a nursery near your home where it usually comes in a grow bag. It then has to be transplanted to a larger pot where it grows naturally. However you may grow it, Tulsi requires constant care for it to thrive. The pruning of some top leaves give the plant more breathing space and help it grow better. Cutting off flower buds and drying leaves also direct more energy to the plant. Overwatering can kill it so extra care has to be taken while watering it. The symptoms include browning of leaves and their wilting which indicates that there is root rot. To avoid this, it is better to mist the plant.

Traditionally, the various parts of the plant like the stems, leaves, and flowers have known to be of great medicinal use. They are used for curing throat infections, respiratory system problems, nasal lesions, earaches, and skin diseases. The list of benefits further includes using Tulsi oil as eardrops, putting a few purple Tulsi leaves in tea to make it Herbal with Ayurvedic properties, as a key ingredient in Thai cuisine, and as an insect repellent, or in case of Malaria. The fresh leaves are also helpful in case of indigestion, headache, hysteria, insomnia, and cholera.

tulsi2Apart from that, many people are seen wearing Tulsi beads with these medicinal characteristics while some also believe its wood to be the most powerful in protecting them against negative influences in their lives. Beautifully handcrafted jewelry items made from Tulsi wood are also becoming more and more common these days. After knowing all the benefits and its properties, it is only fair to consider Tulsi as a sacred plant.

How Tik-Tok changed the World!!!

2020 has been a year of chaos, uncertainty and grief. A global pandemic, record unemployment and nationwide protests have left people reeling. Through it all though, there’s been TikTok, providing moments of levity and new dance crazes, interspersed with more serious commentary on the issues that we face.

New TikTok CEO Kevin Mayer Explains Why He Left Disney – Variety
TikTok, it’s like the party you want to be at, a t the moment. You’ll see hair tutorials, cooking tutorials. People can create challenges, they can create duets, they can interact, they can engage. TikTok is the most downloaded app of 2020. Since its global release less than two years ago, TikTok and its Chinese counterpart, Douyin, have amassed 800 million monthly active users, more than Reddit, Snapchat or Twitter. Its parent company, ByteDance, is the most valuable startup in the world. Its reach might surprise you unless you’re a member of Gen Z or the parent of one. But as millions scramble for connection amidst quarantines, more and more users of all ages are hopping aboard.

EXCLUSIVE: TikTok CEO Kevin Mayer to address 2,000 panic-stricken ...
The Chinese-owned app faces a slew of regulatory hurdles, privacy concerns and allegations of censorship. Amidst these struggles, it’s brought in a new CEO. This guy is Kevin Mayer. Formerly the Head of Streaming at Disney. That’s basically what Kevin Mayer’s first priority needs to be, is to make sure that Americans trust TikTok. In the end of the day , t hat may prove complicated. But in the short term, it hasn’t prevented tens of thousands of new users from signing up. The predecessor to TikTok was an app called Musical.ly. Founded in 2014, it provided a platform for users to create short, 15 second videos set to a song of their choice. The content mostly involved lip-syncing and dancing, and it took off quickly among preteens and teenagers within the U.S. This is an app that was built around the fact that there was music that was licensed to be used on this app. This was something that Musical.ly decided really to invest in, because they knew that music and sharing music was inherently social.

Reddit CEO claims TikTok app is 'fundamentally parasitic' and ...
In July 2015, a year after its launch, Musical.ly reached number one in the iTunes app store. It continued to grow and was bought by the Beijing-based startup ByteDance for one billion dollars in 2017. ByteDance already owned Tik Tok, a similar video sharing platform, and merged the two apps less than a year later. Now TikTok’s main office is in Los Angeles, California. They’re essentially an American startup that is subsidized by a successful Chinese tech company. As the app has grown, it’s given rise to a whole new pack of social media celebrities. Content is public by default TikTok, and therefore the algorithm that determines what appears on a user’s home page gives every creator the prospect to place their video in front of millions. Really what we saw was a different style of humor. It wasn’t the sketches that you saw on Vine, and it wasn’t longer-form YouTube videos. It was meme culture or like the general public’s take on a meme. What I enjoyed about it is there was some deeper humor in there if you were paying attention to the trends that were happening.
On TikTok, King uses creative video editing to make it look like he’s performing magic tricks, a skill which has earned him over 44 million followers, the second most on the app as of June 2020. But at 30, King represents the rare millennial that’s broken into TikTok’s top ranks. Many of the most followed users are in their teens, and lip syncing and dancing remain wildly popular. So I originally started when I was 14 years old, and so I started using my facial expressions and hand motions to make these like larger than life lip sync videos. And as I grew up, I think the app also grew up. Now there’s so much more that you can do. While Martin has found her niche with dancing and lifestyle content, she says there’s something out there for everyone. There’s like creators who are huge when it comes to comedy, some still do lip syncing, some cooking videos, tutorials. You can do whatever you want as long as it’s fun, it’s quick and it catches people’s eye. Stay at home orders have propelled the app’s rapid growth in the United States. The U.S. is third in terms of downloads and second in terms of revenue, and its influence continues to grow.
Viral dances and memes have propelled a number of songs to the top of the U.S. charts, most famously, Old Town Road in 2019 . And now the moms, dads and siblings of the TikTok o bsessed have began to get in on the trends also , learning dances and performing challenges together. You’re still laughing at them, but actually the fact that parents are getting on it, I mean they needed that demo so badly to even make it to this level that they’re at now. In order to build out a sustainable revenue model, e xperts say that TikTok eventually needs to attract older users. Advertisers are going after broader demographics and especially those with purchasing power. TikTok claims that all American user’s data is stored within the U.S. and is not subject to Chinese law, many security experts remain skeptical. Similar concerns exists in India, where data protection laws are weaker and thus citizens are more vulnerable. Regulators are going to be very weary of that separation. Most recently, the app received criticism for what it said was a technical glitch, in which post tagged with #BlackLivesMatter and #GeorgeFloyd appeared to have zero views when they actually have over two billion. And in the past, both India and Indonesia have instituted brief bans on the app due to concerns over inappropriate content like violence and pornography. Lastly, there are ongoing issues regarding children’s privacy.

TikTok Ban Hits Advertisers and Brands; CEO Mayer Addresses Indian ...

Experts say that TikTok’s long-term prospects depend upon its ability to keep users engaged while building out a sustainable monetization strategy. YouTube could be seen as a model in the way that YouTube shares advertising revenue with its content creators. Mayer’s background in streaming services also has both analysts and creators excited about what new forms of content may lie on the horizon. I have been begging TikTok to get into the streaming game. People have speculated that TikTok might get involved in original programming. To make TikTok sustainable, you’re going to have to do long-form content. I don’t see a version where you make 60 second videos forever and it stays cool for another two to three years. King also says TikTok’s live-streaming feature has room to grow. It’s super popular in China, but hasn’t yet taken off in the U.S. I think what’s next for TikTok is how they figure out how to make money, how they figure out how to create a home for advertisers, and how they make sure that content creators themselves want to stick around and don’t want to go jump off to whatever the next cool app is going to be.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.

COMMUNICATION:

Two-way process of reaching mutual understanding, in which participants not only exchange (encode-decode) information, news, ideas and feelings but also create and share meaning. In general, communication is a means of connecting people or places. In business, it is a key function of management–an organization cannot operate without communication between levels, departments and employees.

The ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and staff is essential, no matter what industry you work in. Workers in the digital age must know how to effectively convey and receive messages in person as well as via phone, email, and social media. What skills do employers look for? Which communication skills will help ensure your success?

Top 10 Communication Skills Here are the top 10 communication skills that will help you stand out in today’s job market.

1. Listening communicator. No one likes communicating with someone who only cares about putting in her two cents, and does not take the time to listen to the other person. If you’re not a good listener, it’s going to be hard to comprehend what you’re being asked to do.

Being a good listener is one of the best ways to be a good

the time to practice active listening. Active listening involves paying close attention to what the other person is saying, asking clarifying questions, and phrasing what the person says to ensure understanding (“So, what you’re saying Through active listening, you can better understand”)

Nonverbal communication – Your body language, eye contact, hand gestures, and tone all color the message you are trying to convey. A relaxed, open stance arms open, legs relaxed), and a friendly tone will make you appear approachable, and will encourage others to speak openly with you.

Eve contact is also important; you want to look the person in the eye to demonstrate that you are focused on the person and the conversation (however, be sure not to stare at the person, which can make him or her uncomfortable).

Also pay attention to other people’s nonverbal signals while you are talking.

often, nonverbal signals convey how a person is really feeling. For example, if the person is not looking you in the eye, he or she might be uncomfortable or hiding the truth.

3. Clarity and Concision – Good communication means saying just enough – don’t say too little or talk too much. Try to convey your message in as few words as possible. Say what you want clearly and directly, whether you’re speaking to someone in person, on the phone, or via email. If you ramble on, your listener will either tune you out or will be unsure of exactly what you want. Think about what you want to say before you say it; this will help you to avoid talking excessively and/or confusing your audience.

4. Friendliness – Through a friendly tone, a personal question, or simply a smile, you will encourage your coworkers to engage in open and honest communication with you. It’s important to be nice and polite in all your workplace communications.

This is important in both face-to-face and written communication. When you can, personalize your emails to coworkers and/or employees a quick “I hope you all had a good weekend” at the start of an email can personalize a message and make the recipient feel more appreciated.

.Confidence – It is important to be confident in all of your interactions with others.

confidence ensures your coworkers that you believe in and will follow through with, what you are saying. Exuding confidence can be as simple as making eye contact using a firm but friendly tone (avoid making statements sound like questions), of course, be careful not to sound arrogant or aggressive. Be sure you are alive listening to and empathizing with the other person.

6. Empathy – Even when you disagree with an employer, coworker, or employee, it is important for you to understand and respect their point of view. Using phrases as simple as “I understand where you are coming from” demonstrates that you have been listening to the other person and respect their opinions.

7. Open-Mindedness – A good communicator should enter any conversation with a flexible, open mind. Be open to listening to and understanding the other person’s point of view, rather than simply getting your message across. By being willing to enter into a dialogue, even with people with whom you disagree, you will be able to have more honest, productive conversations.

8. Respect – People will be more open to communicating with you if you convey respect for them and their ideas. Simple actions like using a person’s name, making eye contact, and actively listening when a person speaks will make the person feel appreciated. On the phone, avoid distractions and stay focused on the conversation. Convey respect through email by taking the time to edit your message. If you send a sloppily written, confusing email, the recipient will think you do not respect her enough to think through your communication with her.

9. Feedback – Being able to appropriately give and receive feedback is an important communication skill. Managers and supervisors should continuously look for ways to provide employees with constructive feedback, be it through email, phone calls, or weekly status updates. Giving feedback involves giving praise as well – something as simple as saying “good job” or “thanks for taking care of that” to an employee can greatly increase motivation. Similarly, you should be able to accept, and even encourage, feedback from others. 40 Picking the Right Medium – An important communication skill is to simply know the form of communication to use. For example, some serious conversations layoffs, changes in salary, etc.) are almost always best done in person.

what form of communication ;

should also think about the person with whom you wish to speak – If they are very busy people (such as your boss, perhaps), you might want to convey your message through email. People will appreciate your thoughtful means of communication, and will be more likely to respond positively to you.

What Are Communication Skills

if someone has superb communication skills, he or she probably has an aptitude for clearly and collectively conveying and receiving messages to and from others both verbally and through body language, including facial expressions, eye contact, arm movement, and posture. General communication skills are important for everyday communication in all situations when you are exchanging conversation with someone else. They are helpful from small talk to deep conversation.

Steps to Improve your Communication Skills

1. Understand what is communication?

Communication is essentially passing the message either verbally or non-verbally. In today’s changing world the verbal communication has taken over the written language.

2. Think before you act ;Remember that once something is said, you cannot take it back. So you must think before you speak.

3. Maintain eye Contact ;Eye contact is something which most of us miss out on. One has to keep in mind that maintaining eye contact with the listener or listeners will make sure that even the listener or the audience is responding to what you say.

4. Body Language Body language is again one of those things which are taken for granted. One has to keep it in mind that your body language will tell more things than you intend to say

The said body language also includes gestures & posture. So when you speak, you will have to speak clearly & stand or sit professionally.

5. Pronunciation Telling a word correctly, i mean pronouncing the word correctly is another important thing that one should concentrate on. And if at all you are not that good or perfect in pronouncing the words then it is advised that you start working on Hey, Google will come to your rescue. All you will have to do is type the wordadd “Pronunciation” next to it.

6. Speak Slowly ;Next on the list is the way you speak. Basically, one thinks that if you speak fast then you are at your best. But hey that is not the deal! As a matter of fact, the firE has to be on the way you speak & not the speed. So, starters, see to it that you may speak slowly but make sure that you speak correctly & without any grammatical errors.

7. Be Brave Oh yes! You will have to be brave enough to speak. Generally, People tend to be a little nervous when it comes to speaking; as they fear that what they speak may not be right. But dudes you will have to understand the fact that until you speak you will not know whether you can speak correctly or not. So, you better start making sentences & speak.

Ah! We all like to watch movies or some or the other show. And the best part of it is that you hear ‘n’ number of background music. The same thing is to be applied when you speak. You will have to have expressions in your tone. When you have an expressive tone or voice automatically people begin to listen to you.

“Humans and Their Fight With Scarce Resources”

Humans have been surviving on this planet for ages and have worked hard to make their life more comfortable and ease that it looks today. Humans have travelled in search of better resources be it water, good shelter. This hasn’t changed even in today’s world. People do travel for better job opportunities, better comfort for life and better living standard. Every year huge numbers of people migrate from one country to another in search of making their life much better. But we have been seeing a drastic change since the last few years as the population has seen a drastic jump with increased birth rate and much decreasing mortality rate. This has not only made resources scarce but a reason for our coming generations to wery.

We humans have been using natural resources and fossil fuels for quite a time which has not only led to much of its depletion but also to cause various natural phenomena like Global Warming and Climate Change to occur.

  1.  Warming up of earth not only increases the temperature of earth every year but also is leading to melt the glaciers in the polar area.
  2. Waste resources and emissions from industries have made the water to pollute, air to contaminate and food less rich in protein and vitamins.
  3. The land has been decreasing to make more homes, hospitals, college, and various other essentials for humans. This is leading to cutting of trees, to increase the land space.
  4. The changing climate has led to various aspects of nature including rain. In some areas the rain amount has decreased, while in some areas it has increased and led to flood in those areas.
  5. Also building in concrete roads doesn’t allow most of these rain water to enter the ground. This is the main reason that groundwater is getting down day by day, thus lacking clean water resources for humans.
  6. Plastics and its components are manufactured and thrown away in huge amounts every year. This is leading to add up piles of waste and also pollution for our oceans and river water.
  7. The increase in waste products has also led to increased problems for humans as we lack places for these to dump. We cannot just burn them as these do contain components especially plastic which produces harmful gases when burnt can be harmful and cause cancer if inhaled.
  8. Also due to lack of rain and groundwater for proper growth of crops, many farming techniques have changed and artificial methods are being used to produce most of the vegetables and fruit. This has a direct effect on human health and this can prove to be dangerous.

It’s high time to understand the need to save our natural resources. The shift to cleaner fuel, cleaner production techniques would really bring out a drastic change in saving our earth. We need to understand the importance of these natural phenomena like global warming and climate change and their effect on humans . We need to come together so as to save us, our coming generation and thus our mother earth. We need to bring out technological as well as other advancement so as to make sure we make our earth abundant in resources again and make this place as it was with collective hardworking, dedication and understanding so as to save our earth and thus humanity.

COORDINATION IN AN ORGANIZATION

Coordination is the process of synchronizing the activities and works of different departments of an organization to show and ensure the unity and group or team work. Coordination allows the company to progress because obviously a team can work better than an individual. It helps in maintaining harmony and balance between the works in an organization. A group maintains a balance and thus provides proper quality work to its organization. It is basically a force that binds all the management functions. Coordination helps in running the various things in an organization such as purchase, production, sales and finance. Any organization with the coordination gives better results than others. Coordination is referred as the essence of management because it is sometimes considered as a separate function of management. Coordination is essential in maintaining the harmony among individuals working together so that everyone gets the praise for the part of work they have done. To elaborate that coordination is not a separate function, rather it is the part of the management, it can be seen in different parts which can be also said as the stages of coordination –

  1. Planning is the first stage of coordinating in which the top management decides what and how to execute the complete work.
  2. Next is the organizing step, in which the organizational plans are actually organized as per planning.
  3. Third stage is staffing which is performed after the plans are organized.
  4. Next stage of coordination is directing in which plans which are organized and staffed are actually executed.
  5. Last and final stage of coordination is controlling in which all the activities which are newly executed are controlled so that no confusion and problem occurs.

WHY IS COORDINATION IMPORTANT?????
The need for coordination in an organization arises due to following reasons –

  1. Growth in size of organization i.e. as the organization grows, number of employees increases and thus to manage more number of individuals there is a need of coordination.
  2. Functional differentiation in an organization i.e. different departments of an organization need to be coordinated for better management.
  3. Specialization in the people of organization may lead to discrimination due to which coordination is necessary.

CHARACTERISTICS OF COORDINATION

  1. Coordination tends to integrate different individual efforts in the form of a group.
  2. Coordination ensures and protects unity of actions and binds all the individuals of the departments of the organization.
  3. Coordination is a continuous process i.e. it never stops and goes on like management. It starts at the planning stage and continues till controlling stage. It can never stop if the organization needs to work better and gain popularity.
  4. Coordination like management, is all pervasive i.e. it is universal and is required at each level and in each department of the organization. It is basically a binding force, which can never stop.
  5. Coordination is the responsibility of managers i.e. all the head departments are responsible for coordinating to other departments because in the first stage of coordination which is planning, higher authorities are required.

Right to write

What makes someone like us to earn something by knowing something. Writing about the wrong things in a right way leaves us the wrong money.  writing about right things in right way and wrong things in wrong way  is only possible with one’s own choice writing good content. People start to write before they start to think which leads them to make wrong choices and lead them to make their earnings in a short-cut way by believing without seeing and writing without thinking.

It is easier to follow the below mentioned steps than climbing up the steps of your apartment.

Step 1: Start to write your thoughts or opinions in some apps like Quora or Your quote. Then think about starting a blog. Choosing the sites is not at all a problem because we are just in a prototype stage. You can create your blog in the websites like WordPress.com, Medium or Blogger. Website doesn’t matter, only content does.

Step 2:Learn to get familiarised with the options in order to make your blog colorful. Apply the themes, select the layout and try to build up the network. The main thing that you should focus on is to increase your readers and followers.

Step 3: Once you become eligible to the adsense then you can buy domain name and hosting so that you can earn money by posting the ads.

The only thing that matters is content.write to earn and earn to write. Your writing should earn you a name and earning should make your writing better. Content writing never dies even in corona break down because there is no death to creativity.  Covid-19 had effected many industries but it cannot effect the creative field because people earn by making it a topic. Covid-19, itself had became a topic for creative writers.

Content writers write about something which turns into sensation. If not so they take sensational topics like covid-19 and write about it. Either way content writers will get a topic to write irrespective of the global economy or market. The only request from my side is to write genuine content. Don’t write before you have a proof. Earning by writing is good but writing only to earn is wrong. Writing right content and earning is good. Writing matters and it effects life of others. Some people are too sensitive to hear about such and take their lives because of your lies. Don’t write lies for your earning. Earning doesn’t matter, lives matter. Earn by writing genuine content.

Trust but verify.

undefined

Trust is defined as having confidence, faith, or hope in someone or something. An example of trust is believing that the sun will rise within the morning. people always put trust in one another with none doubt in any quite sensation, people believe that somebody or something is reliable, good, honest, effective, etc. Trusting someone means you think that they’re reliable, you’ve got confidence in them and you are feeling safe with them physically and emotionally. Trust are some things that two people during a relationship can build together once they plan to trust one another .

why can we trust at all? Well, because it feels good. When people place their trust in a private or an establishment , their brains release oxytocin, a hormone that produces pleasurable feelings and triggers the herding instinct that leads sheep to flock together for safety and prompts humans to attach with each other . Swiss scientists have found that exposure to the present hormone puts us during a trusting mood: during a study, researchers sprayed oxytocin into the noses of half the subjects; those subjects were willing to lend significantly higher amounts of cash to strangers during a game than were their counterparts who inhaled a placebo.

Nothing would work that efficiently because it does today if we humans stop trusting one another . For our collaborative growth, we’d like to trust other fellows. Trust are some things that does not bound you by any legal law, but you’re bound by conscience to try to to the proper thing. When a toddler is shipped to high school , it is the trust that oldsters do on teacher and faculty , if they need never shown trust, they will not be ready to provide their toddler a growth which a faculty can give. Another example: an employer trusts his employee’s intentions and his capabilities, employee trust his employer that he’s bringing him the proper opportunities and exerting . Without trust, sharing responsibilities wouldn’t be possible and that we aren’t capable of handling everything on our own. We are people we’d like one another . If you retain on doubting, you will not be ready to give your one hundred pc because most of your energy will get waste in doubting. Therefore, don’t over doubt, trust people, in any case the planet isn’t that bad place.

in India, everyone features a question that, why we give the keys to our neighbors, once I was young, I don’t think we even owned a key to the front entrance of our house. Now, there are many of us in my neighborhood whom i might trust to return to my house once I wasn’t there, but, unfortunately, there i do know that there are unsavory characters out there that necessitate locking the door nowadays.

here are three good reasons for you to trust others:
1. Trusting allows you to grow: New experiences can actually cause you to a stronger person and can empower you to start out living more fully.
2. Successful relationships are built on trust: Just believe the foremost influential person in your life for a second…is not that an equivalent person you trust the most?
3. once you trust, you open yourself up to love: once you trust people you’re fixing a subconscious desire in them to measure up to your trust as well…
4. Send strong signals: Sending strong and clear signals not only attracts other tempered trusters but also deters potential predators, who are on the lookout for straightforward victims sending weak and inconsistent cues. That’s why having a reputation for toughness is critical; reputation is among the foremost powerful ways we communicate who we are and what sorts of relationships we seek.

Research has shown that the brain chemistry governing our emotions also plays a task in trust. Paul Zak, a researcher on the leading edge of the new field of neuroeconomics, has demonstrated. Other research has also shown how intimately oxytocin is connected with positive emotional states and therefore the creation of social connections. It’s well documented that animals become calmer, more sedate, and fewer anxious when injected with oxytocin.
