“Blood Donation- Helping Hand to Humanity”.

Helping others irrespective of their background, caste, religion has been a part of our culture and traditions not only in India but around the world. Helping the one in need has been considered to be the reflection of humanity over everything. Man has achieved development with helping each other and by working hand in hand, establishing a feeling of brotherhood, togetherness and unity to fight out tough circumstances and win over tougher times. Help could be varied as per the conditions and differentiation. It could be monetary help, by helping the one in need of money, or by giving food, or any physical help and so on. People believe that one gets blessed with better opportunities and less struggles as he thinks of others and helps them by even going outta the way.

Blood donation is one such help which not only helps others in need, but also has many health benefits to the one giving it. It not only reduces the risk of cancer and blood clotting but reduces the risk of severe damage to other body organs like liver , pancreas and many others. But irrespective of this fact, the question which surely arises is “Why should any human donate his blood, what are its advantages, disadvantages”, and many other thoughts do come to the mind of individuals.

14th June is the day when World Blood Donor Day is celebrated across the globe with the main Idea to spread the “Awareness of blood donation, how it can help to save the life of any person in need , and how we still can save humanity by showing this small gesture of giving”. But why should any individual give such a precious thing which he is born with you any stranger. In today’s world, risk to life’shas increased as number of accidents, suicides attempt and various other things leading to threat have increase. Blood donation helps to provide those injured in such accidents to save their life. Since we know our heart pumps a lot of blood and the amount we give gets recovered soon. So why not we just donate to help others.

There are also benefits to the one giving as:

 1. It helps in better blood production and circulation around the body.

 2. Replenish the older blood cells and produce new one which surely have better health benefits.

 3. Helps maintain liver, heart and other body parts in better working conditions and reduces the risk of any part to fail. And many more advantages of the same.

But the disadvantages of blood donation may include:

1.Initial weakness in the body .

2. Pain.

3. Continue bleeding. And sometimes it can take time to stop.

4. Conditions of headache and dizziness

But the main thing to keep in mind before donating blood is that one needs to be at least 17 years old with at least a weight of 50kg. The individual must not be consuming drugs, doesn’t have a high blood pressure , must not have tattoos on their body and many others as per the guidelines of the “World Health Organization”.

So one should try out to donate blood every month or more as per the health conditions of the human, so as to keep him/ her healthy and also people around them safe by providing them what they need in difficult circumstances.

As helping others, would definitely turn out to help ourselves in future, as per the theory of Karma, “What goes around, comes around”.

THE WEIRD SCIENCE

Hello everyone, Today we are going to review about Science. I know some must be thinking I had written a film name, but this is not the topic I am going to discuss. I am going to explain, most weirdest science facts and the story that you will be surprised and also get shocked.

So as we all know what does Science mean, If we say in simple word Science is neither separate from the study of nature and behavior of natural things. Through Science, we discovered many wonders around our World. Science had also made our so easier to exist. So here we knew brief about Science.

So now comes how can Science have the most mysterious thing! In our world, some mysteries are there which we may know or may not know.

If we study about some weird stuff of Science, there are like spirits and also things which knock in the night. Have you ever heard about Evil twins? The evil twins are the sub-atomic particles as they have the potential to destroy us and everything we loved. So this can be a mystery of science.

Another weird person you might have heard that is “Little Green Man”. The Fermi Paradox, helps us know about the simple question was why the universe is so. He also won the noble prize in 1938.

So let’s, know some more facts about Science.

1. The Great Barrier:- The great barrier is the largest living formation of the earth, as it is around 2,000 km distant. It is interlinked with 3,000 reefs and 900 coral islands just underneath the surface of the coral sea.

2. Grasshopper who has their ears in bellies, as it is the most astonishing and grasshopper sound detector is like the human body known as Eardrum.

3. If you don’t have saliva we would never able to taste the food. The chemical which comes out from the food mix with saliva through which we can know the taste of food.

4. If we think we are alone in the whole galaxy it is wrong as only the milky way galaxies contain more than 100,000,000,000 stars so if there will be more galaxy than milky way so just think how many stars would have been there in other galaxies. Just think!

So those signified some interesting facts about science.

Do you most deadliest animals in the world? Yes, it’s Snail. You read correct snail is the most deadliest animal in the world, as snails can kill over 20,000 people in a year. The people who eat snail there is an unpleasant condition called schistosomiasis. Through the unpleasant smell, the snails kill the people. So those who eat snail you should stop eating or you should be careful!

So now science and technology had mixed which has a reflective effect on Individual activities. The relation between science and technology is likely to be assuming many aspects with new times. It depends on us how we are going to make science useful.

So I hope you all enjoyed my article on Science.

Let me know in the comment, what you all thing about Science, how also Science made you amazed in any way.

Thank You for reading the article and have a pleasant day.

Wonder Material Graphene Revolutions :Super Exclusive

Thanks to the application of the wonder material graphene, the quest for producing durable, affordable, and mass-produced “smart textiles” has been given a new push.

Headed by Professor Monica Craciun from the University of Exeter Engineering department, an international group of researchers has developed a novel method for producing fully electronic fibers that can be integrated into the production of day-to-day clothing.

The development of the current generation of wearable electronics involves fixing devices to fabrics, which could make them extremely rigid and prone to malfunctioning. However, in the latest study, the electronic devices are embedded in the material’s fabric, and this is done by coating electronic fibers with durable and lightweight components that will enable showing images directly on the fabric.

Credit: Third Party Reference

According to the scientists, the discovery could transform the development of wearable electronic devices for applications in many different day-to-day applications, and also medical diagnostics and health monitoring, like blood pressure and heart rates. The international collaborative study has been reported in the scientific journal Flexible Electronics. Experts from the Centre for Graphene Science at the University of Exeter, CenTexBel in Belgium, and the Universities of Aveiro and Lisbon in Portugal took part in the study.

For truly wearable electronic devices to be achieved, it is vital that the components are able to be incorporated within the material, and not simply added to it.

Monica Craciun, Professor and Study Co-Author, Engineering Department, University of Exeter. & “Dr Elias Torres Alonso, former PhD student in Professor Craciun’s team at Exeter and now Research Scientist at Graphenea.”

“This new research opens up the gateway for smart textiles to play a pivotal role in so many fields in the not-too-distant future. By weaving the graphene fibres into the fabric, we have created a new technique to all the full integration of electronics into textiles. The only limits from now are really within our own imagination.”

Graphene is only one-atom thick, which makes it the thinnest substance with the ability to conduct electricity. It is also one of the strongest known materials and quite flexible. In recent years, the race has been on for engineers and scientists to adapt graphene for applications in wearable electronic devices.

The latest study applied existing polypropylene fibers—often employed in an array of commercial applications in the textile sector—to fix the novel, graphene-based electronic fibers to develop light-emitting and touch-sensor devices. The innovative method means that the fabrics will be capable of integrating truly wearable displays but without the requirement for electrodes—wires of extra materials.

The incorporation of electronic devices on fabrics is something that scientists have tried to produce for a number of years, and is a truly game-changing advancement for modern technology.“Saverio Russo, Professor and Study Co-Author, Physics Department, University of Exeter.”

The key to this new technique is that the textile fibres are flexible, comfortable and light, while being durable enough to cope with the demands of modern life.“Dr Ana Neves, Study Co-Author, Engineering Department, University of Exeter.”

Earlier in 2015, an international group of researchers, including Dr Ana Neves, Professor Russo, and Professor Craciun from the University of Exeter, had developed a novel method to integrate flexible, transparent graphene electrodes into fibers often associated with the textile sector.

Dear- Indian education system…

Dear Indian Education System… I have decided to take a huge step, But, before that, you guys need to know a lot of things about me. I used to score amazing till std 10th when I scored well, leave alone my parents,  all my friends, neighbors, shopkeepers…  Even the watchman of my building started to say ” You are going to take Science. You will be an engineer” no. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t dislike Science.  Science is beautiful science is the ultimate truth but when I came in Std 10th the half-interested teachers in my school and coaching institute didn’t teach Science at all!  All they taught was how to solve maximum number of MCQs in a given time, like a robot that killed the beauty of Science sir.  And that Physic’s topper of my class  He didn’t believe that evolution actually happened  He just wanted to solve maximum number of MCQs  So much obsession with Science.

India hasn’t won a single Nobel Prize in Science  Since Independence  Nobel Prizes are just “awards” , you’ll say  India produces the maximum number of engineers per year  Yet, India ranks 60th  in the Global Innovation Index that means no major innovation has happened since Independence, all we keep saying is “Aryabhatta invented Zero” to be honest, after 10th, I wanted to study Physics, Graphic Designing, Coding, History, Music and English Literature Why couldn’t the evaluation of my intelligence and calibers be on the basis of these subjects?  Why should’ve I wasted my time studying subjects I didn’t want to study?  So, I left the damn coaching institute, used to get out of my home during coaching hours and used to read novels in the park, see new places to be honest, I felt free It felt good not to be a zombie I learnt graphic designing on my own  I listened to some beautiful music by Mozart and Rahman  I read Poetry, I taught myself Python, and I read some amazing write-ups  on various topics of Physics  I am taking a huge step.  I am dropping out no not because Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg are drop-outs, not because being a “dropout” is cool, and neither it is because of the frustration of failing.

images (30).jpeg

Dear Indian Education System I am dropping out simply because you do not make any sense and now, you’ll ask me, who will give me a job?  Who will feed me?  I believe somewhere somebody is there who’ll see my skills. Will value my creativity.  Who will value my intelligence, not my CGPA Yes, I failed. but I know there is a lot to do, observe, and learn only my marksheet says that I can’t do anything but I know I will do something good.

NATRON LAKE, THAT TURNS CREATURES INTO STONE?

It is so-called due to its high alkalinity. The water of this lake has a high amount of Natron chemical(a mixture of sodium carbonate decahydrate, kind of soda ash, and some percentage of sodium bicarbonate). The pH of the fluid in the lake is measured to be 10.5 which is nearly high as ammonia. This salt lake is in the Arusha region in the country of Tanzania(specifically Northern Tanzania). 2° 25′ 0″ S, 36° 0′ 0″ E is the coordinate for this alkaline lake. It is entirely shallow, about 9.8 ft intense while the width varies. The lake runs to 35 miles in length and 14 miles wide. Temperatures at the lake reaches above 40 °C (104 °F) oftentimes.
Where does Natron come from?
High temperatures and high evaporation level leaves behind natron and trona(sodium sesquicarbonate dihydrate) and due to these fragments, the alkalinity reaches a peak of 12, and the lake precisely originates its color from salt-loving microorganisms that grow in its alkaline liquid. Spirulina, a blue-green algae with red stains, passes its stains along to the Lesser Flamingos that feed on the algae.

SATELLITE IMAGE OF THE LAKE,NATURAL COLOR THAT MICROORGANISMS HAVE COLORED THE LAKE’S SALT CRUST RED OR PINK.

The salt coating changes over time putting on the variation in the appearance. The reports say that Volcanic ash from the Great Rift Valley has accumulated in local lake basins, establishing a configuration of soda lakes antagonist to most organisms. This rough atmosphere enables Lake Natron to serve millions of flamingos as the ideal nursery; would-be predators avoid the saline lake and vacate young birds in peace. It can burn the eyes and skin of animals that aren’t adapted to it. However, it’s a home to many flamingos, they also have to be cautious as the lake can turn fatal to them. Rainfall plays a vital role in its alkalinity. The temperature can reach 60°C when the lake is flooded with water that has warmed up below the ground.
The uniqueness of Lake Natron provoked Tanzania to add the lake to the Ramsar
List of Wetlands of International Importance on July 4, 2001.

Lake that turns animals to stone? Some media reports say the creature just turn to stone and expire after coming into contact with the lake’s water. In fact, Lake Natron’s alkaline waters support a thriving ecosystem of salt marshes, freshwater wetlands, flamingos, and other wetland birds, tilapia, and the algae on which large flocks of flamingos feed. Photographer Nick Brandt has captured haunting images of the lake and its dead in a book titled “Across the Ravaged Land” (Abrams Books, 2013).
Brandt somehow found out the remains of flamingos and other animals with chalky substances like sodium carbonate residues tracing their bodies. “I unexpectedly found the creatures — all manner of birds and bats — washed up along the shoreline of Lake Natron,” Brandt wrote in his book. “No one knows for certain exactly how they die, but … the water has an extremely high soda and salt content, so high that it would strip the ink off my Kodak film boxes within a few seconds.”

“I took these creatures as I found them on the shoreline, and then placed them in
‘living’ positions, bringing them back to ‘life,’ as it were,”
Brandt wrote, relating as
he moved the animals. “Reanimated, alive again in death.”

The popularity of the lake increased after a book was published by the

USE OF PHYSICAL METHODS IN MICROBIAL CONTROL

Although microorganisms are beneficial and necessary for human well being, microbial activities have undesirable consequences such as food spoilage and disease. To minimize there destructive effects, it is essential to kill a wide variety of microorganisms or inhibit their growth.

  1. Heat
Heating is still one of the most popular ways to destroy microorganisms. Fire and boiling water have been used since the time of Greeks for sterilization and disinfection. Exposure to boiling water for 10 minutes is sufficient to kill or destroy vegetative cells and eukaryotic spores, but not enough to kill or destroy bacterial endospores, hence boiling does not sterilize but can be used for disinfection of drinking water and objects not harmed by water. This can be carried out within an autoclave. Hot and saturated steam enters a chamber and the desired temperature and pressure which is usually 121°C and 15 pounds is reached. At this temperature and pressure the steam destroy all vegetative cells and endospores. Moist heat is thought to kill so effectively by degrading nucleic acids and by denaturing enzymes and other essential proteins It may also disrupt cell membranes.
Pasteurization is a process where many substances such as milk, are treated with controlled heating at temperatures well below boiling. There are two types of pasteurization- flash pasteurization or high temperature short term (HTST) pasteurization and the other method used is ultra high temperature (UHT) pasteurization.
Dry heat sterilization can also be used on many objects in the absence of water. The items to be sterilized are placed in an oven at 160 to 170°C.
  2. Low temperatures
Another convenient method to inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms is to use lower temperatures like freezing or refrigeration. Mostly this method of control is used in food microbiology. Freezing items at -20°C or lower stops microbial growth because of the absence of liquid water and the ice crystal destruction of cell membranes at this temperature. This method is also used for long term storage of microbial samples in the laboratory in the form of glycerol stocks. This method of control at low temperatures slows microbial growth and reproduction but does not half it completely. Fortunately most pathogens are mesophilic and do not grow well at low temperatures around 4°C. Thus, refrigeration is a good technique only for short-term storage of food and other items.
  3. Filtration
The filters simply remove the microbes instead of killing them. The material used mostly is glazed porcelain, asbestos or other similar materials. Membrane filters are also used and have replaced depth filters in recent times. These filters are used to remove most vegetative cells, but not viruses from solutions ranging in volume from 1 ml to many liters.
The other way this method is used is in the laminar flow biological safety cabinet where the air is sterilized by filtration. These cabinets contain high efficiency particulate air(HEPA) filters.
  4. Radiation
The radiations like ultraviolet and ionizing can be used for sterilizing objects. UV radiation is used as a sterilizing agent only in a few specific situations like UV lamps are placed on the ceilings of room for in biological safety cabinet to sterilize air and other exposed surfaces. Commercial UV units are available for water treatment. Pathogens and microorganisms are destroyed when a thin layer of water is passed under the lamps (water purifiers).
Ionizing radiation penetrates deep into objects and is an excellent sterilizing agent. It destroys bacterial endospores and vegetative cells of both prokaryotic and eukaryotic origin but not against viruses. Gamma radiation from a Cobalt 60 source is used in the cold sterilization of antibiotics, hormones and plastic disposable supplies such as syringes and petri dishes.

Discovery of God Particle : Super Exclusive >>>>>>>

The two largest experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), ATLAS and CMS, have observed a previously undetected way that the Higgs boson can decay — into an elementary particle called the bottom quark, and its antiparticle.

The same experiments, based at CERN, the European particle-physics laboratory outside Geneva, Switzerland, first discovered the Higgs in 2012. The boson, which is a key part of the mechanism that gives other particles their masses, put in place the final piece of the standard model of particle physics.

LHC researchers have accumulated evidence of the particle decaying into a variety of products, following theoretical predictions, including into two photons and an electron–antielectron pair.

Credit: Third Party Reference

In June, researchers revealed that they had also seen the Higgs interact with the top quarks, the most massive known elementary particle. The bottom-quark decay, announced on 28 August is expected by theory but the signal had been hiding in the data, because the interaction is difficult to single out from the many other processes that can also produce those particles.

Geneva, 28 August. Six years after its discovery, the Higgs boson has at last been observed decaying to fundamental particles known as bottom quarks. The finding, presented today at CERN by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), is consistent with the hypothesis that the all-pervading quantum field behind the Higgs boson also gives mass to the bottom quark. Both teams have submitted their results for publication today.

The Standard model of particle physics predicts that about 60% of the time a Higgs boson will decay to a pair of bottom quarks, the second-heaviest of the six flavours of quarks. Testing this prediction is crucial because the result would either lend support to the Standard Model – which is built upon the idea that the Higgs field endows quarks and other fundamental particles with mass – or rock its foundations and point to new physics.

Credit: Third Party Reference

Spotting this common Higgs-boson decay channel is anything but easy, as the six-year period since the discovery of the boson has shown. The reason for the difficulty is that there are many other ways of producing bottom quarks in proton–proton collisions. This makes it hard to isolate the Higgs-boson decay signal from the background “noise” associated with such processes. By contrast, the less-common Higgs-boson decay channels that were observed at the time of discovery of the particle, such as the decay to a pair of photons, are much easier to extract from the background.

To extract the signal, the ATLAS and CMS collaborations each combined data from the first and second runs of the LHC, which involved collisions at energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV. They then applied complex analysis methods to the data. The upshot, for both ATLAS and CMS, was the detection of the decay of the Higgs boson to a pair of bottom quarks with a significance that exceeds 5 standard deviations. Furthermore, both teams measured a rate for the decay that is consistent with the Standard Model prediction, within the current precision of the measurement.

This observation is a milestone in the exploration of the Higgs boson. It shows that the ATLAS and CMS experiments have achieved deep understanding of their data and a control of backgrounds that surpasses expectations. ATLAS has now observed all couplings of the Higgs boson to

“Since the first single-experiment observation of the Higgs boson decay to tau-leptons one year ago, CMS, along with our colleagues in ATLAS, has observed the coupling of the Higgs boson to the heaviest fermions: the tau, the top quark, and now the bottom quark. The superb LHC performance and modern machine-learning techniques allowed us to achieve this result earlier than expected,” said Joel Butler, spokesperson of the CMS collaboration.

Credit: Third Party Reference

With more data, the collaborations will improve the precision of these and other measurements and probe the decay of the Higgs boson into a pair of much-less-massive fermions called muons, always watching for deviations in the data that could point to physics beyond the Standard Model.

“The experiments continue to home in on the Higgs particle, which is often considered a portal to new physics. These beautiful and early achievements also underscore our plans for upgrading the LHC to substantially increase the statistics. The analysis methods have now been shown

How to keep yourself amused during Covid 19

Since the global outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic, we are locked inside our homes trying various things to pass our free time. We can either waste our time or put it to better use by doing something productive. Most people are wasting this precious time, by sleeping, playing online games, watching shows, just thinking about how this lockdown period is affecting their lives. But, for the students, this is the best time to do stuff that he/she has wanted to do all their lives, but never found the time to do. So, here we are compiling some of the interesting and creative stuffs that you must try to keep yourself entertained during quarantine.

Reading: A habit to develop

As we have all the time in the world, so we can devote some time to enhance our knowledge by reading some good books. We couldn’t read much earlier as we had other important things to do, but this time away from the world has allowed us to explore many different books. Many good novels are available online. So, we don’t need to worry about going to the store to buy one. Reading books makes us see the world from many different perspectives, as characters from a novel have different points of view.

Learning new things

As no one is perfect and learning should never be stopped. We could use this time to learn new things, instead of just sitting around wasting time. You could utilise your time by learning French, or any of your favourite foreign language. You could easily found many good online videos and websites and also enrolled myself in a French learning course that is helping me a lot to learn. Also, I’m utilizing my time to prepare for some competitive exams that I need to give in the future.

Enhancing Yourself

We could immerse ourself in the process of self-learning to improve our skills and getting to know ourself better. We should keep trying new things to bring out our creativity. We can try to enhance our cooking skills by making new dishes each day and also investing this time to meditate and give our mind some time to relax and find peace.

Spending time with loved ones

We could best use of our time by spending quality time with our family members. In this digital age, we generally don’t get time to spend with our families due to busy schedule and workload. So this lockdown has given us enough time to appreciate and enjoy our time with family members. We could help our mother in household work, spend time with father talking about different things, help our brother with his studies and we also have fun, playing games together.

There are also many apps which you could prefer to keep yourself entertained. Some of these apps are as follow:

Learning Apps

There are several applications that enabled us to achieve our goals and learn new things through homeschooling. Some of such apps are:

  • DUOLING APP

Duolingo enables users to learn languages through gamification. The app includes 35 languages.

  • BUSUU APP

Due to the current pandemic, Busuu has introduced a new initiative, Keep Kids Learning. This initiative was done to support children and their families while home-schooling. The initiative provides free learning of different languages by some qualified teachers.

Fitness apps

Currently, there is no access to local gyms. So at such time to keep ourself fit and healthy we could install some good apps to follow our daily exercise routine. Two of the apps are as follow:

  • STRAVA

Strava is a fitness app where you can track all your performance and also helps to complete the given challenges. The app is community-driven which has social elements for friendly competition.

  • Runtastic

This fitness app was launched by Adidas. The app provides more than 180+ videos. The videos help users to achieve their daily fitness goals. As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, it is currently offering a three-month free premium trial too.

Music Apps

Well, no doubt, music is the best way of relaxing. So these are few apps that you could also use:

  • Soundcloud

Soundcloud is one of the most common music apps. Here over 200 million tracks are uploaded by the active community. Soundcloud is one of the world’s largest open audio platform.

  • Spotify

Spotify is the other app that provides millions of tracks and even episodes. So during the lockdown period, you can choose any kind of music you to listen according to your mood.

Along with these fantastic Apps, there are many other apps that you can use in this period of lockdown and can keep yourself entertained.
These are some of the exciting and useful things that one could try to keep himself/herself entertained during this lockdown.

State of CHILD LABOUR in the world!

On the rising population there is also rise in demand of  family members related to commodities. Many of the family don’t even get 2 meals per day! there is lack of only one thing and that is money. It is said that

“Empty stomach can make you to do anything”

To fill the stomach people can do anything especially when they have family to feed. Now-a-days the crises and cruelty has increased drastically that alone 1 man cannot feed the all 4 members in the lower labour section. So, unwillingly all the family members had to work at the field and contribute some money towards family to sleep without an empty stomach at night.

a photo of a hardworking man

There are many schemes released by government to stop the child labour like making primary education almost free for poor children along with mid-day meal to them so that they do not have to crave for the meals and keep focus on the study, they are also regularly checked by medical if there is any weakness in any of the student. National Child Labour Project (NCPL) is a central government branch which takes strict actions against child labour and works at the best to resist this act. According to UNICEF, India with the highest amount of population has also high number of child labour cases under the age of 14 and 1% of it i.e. approx 1,20,000 are forced to engage in hazardous jobs.

Every year on the day of 12 June it is marked as Anti-Child labour day to draw the attention on the issue of child labour. Every year there is different themes on this day:

  • In 2020 the theme was “Protect children from child labour, now more than ever”.
  • In 2019 the theme was  “Children shouldn’t work in fields, but on dreams”.
  • In 2018 the theme was Generation safe and Healthy”.
  • IN 2017 the theme was “In conflicts and disasters, protect children from child labour”.
  • In 2016 the theme was “End child labour in supply chains – It’s everyone’s business!”.
  • In 2015 the theme was NO to child labour – YES to quality education!”.

Now the matter is not just to put it to one day and on a piece of paper, it’s a world wide conflict and has to be somehow resolved. Every year various types of acts and event are performed by students of schools, college and NGOs too, but this year digitally the message was forwarded as due to lockdown and pandemic situation rallies, etc cannot be held.

RESOURCES FOR PROGRAMMING

Before starting I would like to thank you for all your support and help please see my other articles about coding and how to learn it .Well, starting with computing becomes really tough, especially because nobody knows where to. As mentioned earlier, C++ may be a good start. it’s an honest language with various applications, and is accepted in most programming contests. Python is another good language for beginners, but its easy and possesses its demerits as a primary language(you will find it tough to maneuver to C++ if you recognize Python as your maternal language , whereas learning Python after C++ is trivial).
1. Find a course on C++.Start with Bucky’s C++ tutorials. they’re easy to know and to the purpose . If you watch and practice 2-3 videos each day , then you’ll easily finish it in 1 month. confirm you implement everything taught either on Ideone or on your Computer’s IDE. the primary video during this series explains the way to install and use it. Follow the instructions well, and there wouldn’t be any issues. Don’t move to subsequent video without understanding and practicing the previous one on your own.
Another great website is www.learncpp.com.
2. Have a revision toolAfter completing the above tutorial, you ought to have an honest revision tool. It are often a book, a website, an app, etc. Books have both theory and questions in them, hence they’re more useful. you’ll start with this very famous book called allow us to C++. it’ll prove very beneficial after you’ve got done Bucky’s tutorials.
You can also use this app Sololearn, which is beneficial if you would like to catch up the syntax of any language.
3. Get a practice sourceThere are tonnes of internet sites out there which contain questions for practice. an honest one is SPOJ. Solve them within the order of decreasing number of users(click on the users tab to rearrange in decreasing number of users order). this will be done while reading the book(step 2). After you’re thorough with it, you’ll move to the classical section and again arrange and solve. These are very nice problems which they’re very useful for developing good coding skills.
There are many other sites like CodeChef, HackerRank, CodeForces, HackerEarth, etc. SPOJ may be a excellent spot to start out because it requires brooding about the matter from scratch with none precoded stuff.
4. determine the way to use the online to unravel your problemsThere tons of resources online. Learn to google well and use few keywords. once you see a compilation error, paste the exception type on search bar. you’ll definitely find an answer on StackOverflow. Similarly, if you can’t solve say problem ID 3458, then google SPOJ 3458. most likely you’ll get a solution . this is often a really important tip for aspiring programmers.Like this text and provides your feedback it’ll be highly appreciated and share the article together with your friends. Also check the previous article on the way to start with coding. And my other article on data science

Protect Children Labor, Now More Than Ever .

Children around the world are regularly engaged in hazardous activities that affect their mental, physical, social or educational development. Every year World Day Against Child Labor Day is celebrated on 12 June to provide a growing and developing environment for children to live a dignified life. In 1919, the International Labor Organisation (ILO) was founded and in 2002″World Day against Child Labour” was established to abolish child labor.

Impact of COVID-19 on Children

World Day against Child Labor 2020 focuses on the impact of COVID-19 on child labor. The COVID-19 pandemic has a huge impact on Livelihoods of the labor market and children are often the first to suffer. The economic slowdown has forced millions of children to left their school and opt for minimal jobs to support their parents for the livelihood. This year, the World Day Against Child labor is being conducted as a virtual campaign and organized jointly with the Global March Against child labor and the International Partnership for Cooperation on Child labor in Agriculture.

If children are provided with a suitable environment to enjoy their life, surely they will contribute to the economic and social growth of the countrySo stop child labor, protect the right of children, and support them.

PULSES- STRUCTURE, COMPOSITION AND PROCESSING

WHAT ARE PULSES?
Pulses are basically a fruit part of leguminous crops that are harvested solely for the seeds. Dried beans, lentils, and peas are the most common known and consumed pulses. Pulses do not include crops which are harvested green – these are the vegetable crops. Also excluded are those crops used mainly for oil extraction and leguminous crops that are exclusively used for sowing purposes.
Generally, all pulses have a similar structure, but differ in color, shape, size and thickness of the seed coat.
Mature seeds have three components – Seed Coat, Cotyledons and Embryo.
The seed coat or hull accounts for 7-15% of whole seed mass, cotyledons accounts for 85% of total seed and embryo for 1-4%.

STRUCTURE
The external structures of the seed are testa (i.e. seed coat), hilum, micropyle and raphe.
• The testa is the outer most part of the seed and covers almost all of the seed surface.
• The hilum is an oval scar on the seed coat where the seed was attached to the stalk.
• The micropyle is a small opening in the seed coat next to the hilum.
• The raphe is a ridge on the side of the hilum opposite to the micropyle.
When the seed coat is removed from the grain, the remaining part is the embryonic structure. The embryonic structure of the pulse consists of two cotyledons (or seed leaves) and a short axis above and below them These two cotyledons are not physically attach to each other except at the axis and a weak protection is provided by the seed coat to these cotyledons. Thus, the seed is usually vulnerable to breakage. The outermost layer of the seed coat is the cuticle, and it can be smooth or rough.
• Both the micropyle and the hilum are related to the permeability of the testa and to water absorption.

COMPOSITION
Carbohydrates – 55-65%
Proteins – 18-25%
Fat – 1-4%
Minerals – 1-3%
Fibers – 1-5%

PROCESSING OF PULSES

There are various steps involved in processing of pulses:

  1. SOAKING – Soaking in water is the first step in preparing pulses for consumption. It reduces the oligosaccharides of the raffinose family. It also reduces the amount of phytic acid in pulses.
  2. GERMINATION – It improves the nutritive value of food pulses. The ascorbic acid content of pulses increase manifold after 48 hours of germination. The germination process decreases or eliminates most of the anti nutritional and toxic factors in several pulses.
  3. DECORTICATION – It is a simple method to soak the seeds for a short time in water, the husk takes up more water than the seeds and may be easily separated by rubbing while still moist. In the alternative, the soaked grains may be dried and the husk is removed by pounding and winnowing. Roasting also renders the husk easier to separate.
  4. COOKING – It destroys the enzyme inhibitors and thus improves the nutritional quality of food pulses. It also improves the palatability of the pulse.
  5. FERMENTATION – This process increases the pulse digestibility, palatability and nutritive value. It also improves the availability of essential amino acids and thus, the nutritional quality of protein of the blend.
  6. PULSE MILLING – The removal of the outer husk and splitting the grain into two equal halves is known as milling of pulses.

Importance of Career Counseling

“Nobody knows. The economic issues are totally driven by public health issues. You tell me how long we will be at home and I will tell you how long it will take for the economy and supply chains to recover.”

-words of Yossi Sheffi, Professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the director of the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics. Yossi Sheffi further says, if we want to build our business again as soon as possible than there is only one way out to do this and that is to join the war again corona virus and defeat it as early as possible, this epic war is started by many of the companies with their different types of help they can provide, like wise:
