Ways to be optimistic and positive every day

Years of research and studies have shown that positive and optimistic thinking helps us be happier, healthier and more productive in any field of work. It is the key to living a satisfactory life and ensuring the well-being of the people around us as well. However, it’s very difficult to practice positivity and optimism every day, so here are some tips.

1. Guide your energy. Positive energy invites positive deeds and events, and vice-versa. According to quantum physics, our thoughts have a frequency and a corresponding unique vibration that attracts similar frequencies into our lives. So negative thinking attracts negative energy; positive thinking attracts positive energy. This also applies to group thinking or collective consciousness. When a collection of people together guides their mental energy for a positive outcome, the likelihood of their success is usually lot higher and than otherwise. Their collective energy attracts positivity or negativity.

2. Develop resilience. Positive people develop a mental capacity that allows them to adapt with ease during adversity. They develop a set of powerful mental traits. Resiliency begins with adaptability, acceptance, and gratitude. Success and happiness does not always come from blasting through rocks and impediments, rather from having the faith, courage and ‘letting it happen’ attitude to cope with harsh realities of life.

3. Connect with yourself. The better we understand the nature of the world, the better we can move in the world. The better we understand the nature of ourselves, the better we can move within ourselves. Life is a process of ongoing transformation spurred by the interlinked qualities of curiosity, purpose, and courage. When you know yourself, you can act with a confidence that is your own.

4. Be kind to yourself. It is particularly difficult to stay positive in the face of adversity and failure. For many, even though it may be easy to show compassion to others, it may be hard to accept, embrace, and be compassionate toward ourselves. Some of us blame others for all our miseries and some blame ourselves. Often it’s easy to blame oneself, feel sorry, and/or put oneself down. It is only through being able to let go, have compassion for oneself, and self-encouragement that we can pursue a path of positivity.

Only gradually changing your ways to implement these can improve the quality of your life and help change your outlook towards it for the better, which will eventually result in material gains in the form of happiness and productivity.

Coronavirus's Impact on Mental Health

Coronavirus has put the world into a stage it has never seen before – where all activity has to be done without human contact, which is a staple of life. Even though the strict lockdowns have started to ease up and life is gradually coming back to normal, we must acknowledge the impact the pandemic has had not just on people’s physical health and daily routines but on their mental health.

Withdrawing from all social interaction and using electronic gadgets for performing the most basic tasks, as well as the inevitable immobility that accompanies a lockdown, has taken a toll on people’s mental health. Additionally, most people have experienced the effects of the global economic recession which has worsened their condition. A KFF Health Tracking Poll from July 2020 found that many adults are reporting specific negative impacts on their mental health and well-being, such as difficulty sleeping (36%) or eating (32%), increases in alcohol consumption or substance use (12%), and worsening chronic conditions (12%), due to worry and stress over the coronavirus.

There are certain groups that are disproportionately affected by this: the people with low incomes or unstable jobs, and people that have lost close ones to the coronavirus. It is incredibly difficult to be high-functioning in such a scenario which is why many are resorting to substance abuse, because even mental healthcare is inaccessible.

In a situation like this, we must realize that we cannot be as harsh with people as we could before the pandemic. Being productive in such a gloomy and confined atmosphere is difficult, and this is the time in which everyone should stand together in solidarity against the virus and understand each other’s misgivings.

Random Acts of Kindness

Humanity has gone down a downward slope over the recent years because of the growth of consumerism and capitalist selfishness. Being considerate of the welfare of others is almost an anomaly, especially in urban environments where the concepts of privacy and individualism have eroded the natural human instinct to care for fellow human beings.

In such a scenario, we must take it upon ourselves to be kind to others and to not let our lives turn into a crude competition of self-service. Every act, every gentle word and every tangible contribution to someone else’s life with no desire for self-enrichment is a way to regain the lost selfless character of humanity.

This random acts of kindness day, we should all pledge to go out of our way to aid our fellow human beings in any way we can. This can be done through helping our someone with their work, donating to the underprivileged, helping an old woman cross the street and so many other ways! Even the smallest contribution to someone else’s life will not just enrich their life but have a softening impact on our own character. To do so is a favor towards humanity and to ourselves.

Smile, because??

No matter what life you are living, where you are living, how you are living..
Try to keep that smile on you, not because it make you look good and neither because everybody ask for it..
But, try it as a trick which works on every situation.. Note, that when some one leave you, it’s obvious that you are gonna cry, maybe not infront of them but you will.. at that Moment try this trick or at this moment smile because there are many more about to come or already arrived, who will leave you.

So smile man! Because it is just a trick. That’s it. No more Hopes from smile because it is just a trick. And that’s it.

P.S:- You know a moment where you are throwing your hands and legs at your desired place to get some.. yeah! There’s two possibility of it, either you are gonna get that or your legs are going to feel some pain or probably getting hit by something. And at that particular moment, just smile because it’s a trick and nothing else. The pain is still there, eyes are still wet, invisible tears are still Rolling out, and yet you smile.. what a beautiful scene it will be or it is..
So, remember people, smile Because ___________._______. yeah! You got it.

See yaa..

‘SHALL I COMPARE THEE TO A SUMMER’S DAY’

“Sonnet 18” or “Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day” is one of the most acclaimed of all 154 sonnets written is written by English poet and playwright William Shakespeare. The poem was likely written in the 1590s, though it was not published until 1609. Like many of Shakespeare’s sonnets, the poem grapples with the nature of beauty and with the capability of verse to express that beauty. Praising his friend (considered to be a young man), the poem essays several clichéd metaphors and similes. The young man’s beauty can be best expressed by comparing him to the poem itself.

Shakespeare’s Sonnets are usually spectacular, sometimes unsettling, and sometimes ambiguous in their meanings. As sonnets, their central theme is ‘love’, but they also exhibit upon change, time, passion, loss, betrayal, and the unsettled gap in fantasy and fact when it comes to the person you admire. These are verses composed to remember the poet’s friend for eternity. In the memorable lines of Sonnet 18 Shakespeare implies that his poem bestows immortality: “So long as men can breathe or eyes can see, / So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.” The writer commences the appreciation of his dear friend without pretence, then he gradually creates the image of his friend into that of an ideal being. His friend is first compared to summer in the octave, but, in the line “But thy eternal summer shall not fade”, he is summer, and thus, he has transformed into the pattern by which real beauty can be judged.

The poet’s response to such great happiness and beauty is to assure that his companion is eternally in human recollection, kept from the emptiness that follows death. He comprehends that the individual human body cannot survive the passage of time and that it will ultimately wither away. As an outcome of the manner of aging, this body will die, for humankind is transient. It is said that to be born is to die. Thus, nobody can avoid death. But, the death of a person does not imply the end of the human race. Man, as a species will live on. Moreover, because of that, their creation will likewise endure. The poet understands that there is just one way to become eternal, and that is through the creation of timeless artwork. He is certain that his verse will be known and possessed in high appreciation for several generations. That is why the people of whom he expresses in his poetry will also prevail. In this way, upcoming readers of his verse will get to know that there was once a wonderful person who was the poet’s muse and inspiration. He achieves this through his verse, believing that, as history writes itself, his friend will become one with time. When the poet and his companion are no more, their fair image will be kept alive through the power of verse. Therefore, the beauty may not sustain, but the appreciation of that beauty in the poet’s expressions will live on.

Toxic Positivity: To Not Become Numb About The Downs of Life

Has it ever happened to you, that when you are speaking about some problem, you have been told, “People have it worse”, “Look at the bright side…” or, “This shall too pass” ? What did it make you feel? Or, is it something you tell yourself?  So, why is it something which is not very helpful sometimes. The simple reason, positivity is an emotion, and emotions cannot be forced.

Positivity and optimism are essentials for a satisfying and peaceful life. To be bitter and negative about things, and life in general, not only slowly burn out one from inside, but also have unfavourable effects on their social life and relations. But being over-positive doesn’t always help too. Life has its own share of ups and downs. And it’s not always possible to see the good side, because sometimes, there aren’t any.

According to California based psychiatrist Gayani DeSilva, toxic positivity is “ insincere positivity that leads to harm, needless suffering, or misunderstanding”. Positivity is a healthy practice to have. It can help to sort the thoughts, plan well, and give the energy to face the world with a smile. But bad days are also a part of life. Somedays, it is just too overwhelming to keep a smile on the face, or a bright thought in the mind. Toxic positivity is, when someone fails, or refuses, to acknowledge this. Cheering up a friend? Not listening to what they are actually saying and rather encouraging them to forget it or pointing out the silver linings will not help much in the long run. It will only serve to discourage them to not share their actual, authentic emotions regarding incidents.

When faced with toxic positives on a personal level, people often tend to feel guilty about ‘feeling down’ or not being ‘upbeat’. This happens so, because they get conditioned to believe that the negative feelings are inherently bad. This avoidance and guilt, itself, takes a toll on the mind. That beats the ultimate goal of being positive, to be at peace and happy.

Also, it gets harmful when optimism and positivity shrouds over reality. Positivity should help us grow, rather than giving an illusion that everything is as good as it can be, thus stagnating the personal growth. Constructive criticism, from the inner self and from the well wishers, are not perceived as negative or jealousy. Things and works are not always perfect, and if that can be made better, then it should be tried to make that better. Hence, it won’t do anyone any harm listening to someone pointing out a problem, which can be overcomed.

Acceptance should be within oneself, be it for our own experiences or for someone’s narration of ordeal. Dismissing or downplaying someone’s experience, even unconsciously, in the favour of looking only to the positive outcomes, doesn’t do justice to that person. Instead, the attitude should be listening. Whatever it is. Because they have lived that, and they know what they are speaking of. The essence of sharing should be to let go of the emotional burden, instead of hiding the worse parts out of the fear and shame of judgement.

Even when living it through. The acceptance of the negative parts of an emotional journey helps us to emerge stronger, wiser and more experienced. Positivity can only hold its true meaning when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable to feel down. It’s the same as how we appreciate the beauty of the sun rays after spending a night devoid of it. That is the beauty of emotions, to be able to feel.

Serotonin and Sunlight: The Refreshing Combination

A dull day looks gloomy, feels gloomy and is gloomy. And that gut feeling is actually scientific and very much real!!

Rise and Shine with the Sun

Serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine or 5-HT) is a multi functional molecule, which fulfills the role of a  neurotransmitter as well as of a hormone. Brain derived serotonin (BDS) works a neurotransmitter, whereas, gut derived serotonin (GDS) functions as a hormone.these two can never mix up and are separated by a special membrane, the blood-brain barriers Also, the synthesizing process of serotonin is a multistep process and due to the presence of two different kind of genes in an enzyme involved in producing serotonin, BDS and GDS are considered to be two distinct molecules. Serotonin, in the hormonal form, has established linkage with mood, perceiving abilities and memory. Also, relation between low levels of serotonin and depression/anxiety has also been traced. Other functions of the serotonin include regulation of sleep, digestion, blood clotting and also has a part in the regulation of the bone density.

Now, sunlight has an important role in the health of an individual. Now you may ask, how? Well, it is because sunlight is believed to trigger an increase in the release of serotonin in the body. Serotonin, apart from being a mood booster, is also said to help with focus and feeling calm. No wonder, it is called the ‘feel-good’ chemical of our body. Hence, during season change, especially to winter, people have a significant chance of experiencing season based pattern depression, which was formerly known as  Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), which is linked to the noticeable decrease to sun exposure. Also, serotonin, when acetylated and methylated, results in melatonin. Melatonin is the primary hormone related to the sleep cycle. Apart from that, melatonin is also involved in blood pressure regulation. So, it is an obvious fact that disturbance in levels of serotonin will ultimately affect the production of melatonin in the body, which in turn, will affect the sleep related processes in an individual. So if you are looking for a change from the night owl habits, how about soaking up some sunlight? P.S. Normal blood pressure and a healthy circulatory system are complementary!

Limits for a reason…

GDS, surprisingly, isn’t too friendly with the bones. Higher than normal serotonin levels have been linked with osteoporosis (bones being porous and hence, fragile). With the laboratory experiments, it has been observed that serotonin prevents the replication and development of the osteoblasts. This leads to production of a significantly lesser number of cells by the osteoblasts in comparison to the cells destroyed by the osteoclasts. This, in return, leads to a lesser amount of bone material and the bone becomes porous. Sounds bad right?

But as they say, where there is a will, there is a way. The researchers have found a way to lower the serotonin levels, if and when required in the body, by a dietary regulation. This regulation involves the reduction in intake of tryptophan, which happens to be a requirement in the synthesis of serotonin. Talk about curbing a problem from the bud, huh?

So, all and all, serotonin is a pretty amazing hormone, but only at the normal levels.

Durga Puja: Through The Eyes of A Bengali

Durga Puja is a festival of Hindu origin, which is celebrated predominantly in West Bengal, Tripura, Orissa and Assam, within India. Bangladesh also has their fair share of Pujas. It is annual in occurrence and is an integral part of Shaktism tradition, a branch of Hinduism. It is conducted in accordance to the Indian calendar, in the month of Ashwin (begins at sixth day of Ashwin shukla paksha tithi and ends on the tenth of the same) . Ashwin usually corresponds to September or October in the Gregorian calendar. This is a ten day long festival, and the last five days are of greater significance. Durga Puja also coincides with festivals like Navratri and Dussehra, which are of other traditional significance.

Nostalgia

Mahalaya marks the start of the journey of homecoming or ‘Agomoni’ of Durga Maa to her natal home. On the day of Mahalaya, Bengalis wake up early in the morning and go to see skits or watch Mahalaya special programs on TV or listen to radios. These mediums, on Mahalaya, present acts or songs, which capture the essence of Puja. Infact, some songs can only be equated to the nostalgia of Durga Puja and nothing else. Or, they narrate the story that is associated with the origin of this tradition. This story can be traced back to the Devi Mahatmya, a text which is recited during the Durga Pujas. It is believed that this text was written back in 400-600 CE and was written in Sanskrit. The popular story that goes down from generation to generation says that, ‘There was a demon Mahishasur, whom the Gods or Devatas were unable to defeat. Finally, they sought the advice of the Trinity, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. They created and manifested a superpower, whose soul rose from the holy waters of Ganga, and who was crafted by all the Devas together. That manifestation was Devi Durga. She had ten arms, each hand holding a weapon, given to her by different Gods. Armed with all these weapons, she waged a fierce war against Mahishasur and finally killed him on Maha Dashami.’

Get, Set, Puja

The main Puja starts from Maha Shashti. The idols are placed in the selected place and elaborate rituals are done to religiously establish the idols and this marks the beginning of Durga Puja. Pujas can be arranged by a single family or by a community. The community Pujas are done in PAndals, constructed specifically for the Puja. Along with Devi Durga, Laxmi, Saraswati, Ganesh and Kartikeya are also worshipped, as according to Bengali culture, they are Devi Durga’s children. Hence she brings them with her, when she visits her paternal home. Maha Dashami marks the end of her visit and the start of the journey back to Kailash, her husband Lord Shiva’s abode. The idols, which are made of biodegradable substances, are submerged in the water bodies.

For Bengalis, Durga Puja is a very big deal. The preparation and shopping starts from months prior to  the actual festival. Pandals start springing up almost a month before the Puja. Nowadays, pandals and Pratimas (the idols) competitions are a rage. So, all the communities strive to make their ones more innovative and crowd attracting. During Puja, anyone might feel like the whole city has descended on the streets. In the big cities and metropolis, you would be lucky if you get to walk on your own feet. The crowd, usually, does a good job pushing you forward. Various pandals are used to address various social issues. Pendal hoping is a favourite activity of the bengalis during the puja and it can only be seconded by the joy of eating street side food. This is actually a notable difference from the rest of India which celebrates different festivals at the same time, as for most of the food consumed during Durga Puja is non-veg. Many people, infact, eat out on all the Puja days.

Also, youngsters really like to tally how many Pujas they have finished visiting with their friends

Puja gives everyone just the right environment to flaunt their favourite looks and outfits. No one is too over the top during this festival. Infact, try going out in old clothes, you will surely meet a family resistance. People get materials for their social media posts for a long time with all the pictures taken during puja. Also, going out with friends is met with no resistance during Puja. Another aspect of pandal hopping is that many young ones aspire to find their one true love in these Puja crowds. And if you already have someone, then Puja literally gives a free pass to go out with them, without the usual dose of hide and seek from people.

That is true for the night life. But during the day, Pandals are filled with people, mostly from the neighbouring areas, who come to take Pushpanjali (offering flowers to Gods). The chants and hymns read during the Pushpanjali gives the true experience of the puja. Saptami, Ashtami and Navami are spent more or less in the same fashion. Bengalis basically don’t sleep on the Navami night.

Dashami Day starts with people, especially students offering prayers and possession to be blessed by all the deities. After that, married women partake in ‘Shidurkhela’, an important ritual of Dashami. Arati and Dhunuchi dance accompanied by Dhak is performed before finally moving the idolout for bishorjon (submerging in water). The processions accompanying the idols to Bishorjon are a sight in itself. Bengalis enjoy these final moments and cherish them forever. And see Durga Maa off, with misty eyes and a promise,

“Asche bochor abar hobe”

Translation: Next year, this will happen again.

State Of Happiness

Happiness is one of the most essential features of our lives. It is the thing that most people want, yet it is one of the most difficult aspects of life to assess. What is Happiness? How do we define Happiness? How do we measure Happiness? These are the questions that break the limit to its single definition of being happy. Happiness does not have a single universal definition, it is unique for every single individual including me and you. Some find joy in helping others while some find pleasure in hampering others. It is the word that is not only bound to something we have achieved rather it can also come from experiencing loss. An example of experiencing loss in terms of happiness can be the thing precious to you is lost and later on realizing that it is not good for us.

So, Firstly, it is important to know ‘What is Happiness’
Happiness is used in terms of mental and emotional states, including positive or pleasant emotions ranging from satisfaction to intense joy. Research on happiness has been conducted in scientific disciplines, including social and positive psychology, clinical and medical research and economics of happiness. In the Context of psychology, it is said when one feels intense joy and is very happy he or she develops crow’s feet at the outer corner of the eye. Hence, it is a very subjective topic.

Secondly, ‘How do we define Happiness’   Happiness comes when we feel satisfied and fulfilled. Happiness is a feeling of contentment, basically, believing that life is just as it should be. Perfect happiness, enlightenment and insight come when we have all of our needs satisfied. There is no need for any definition of happiness as it has a unique meaning for every human being.

Thirdly, ‘How do we measure Happiness’
By far the most common way that researchers assess happiness is through measuring self-reports. By using questionnaires or surveys, we can simply ask people about their level of happiness. People think about their happiness, and it is pertaining to the soul, so it makes sense ask them about it.

The word Happiness includes:

H- Heal

A- Active

P- Pleasure

P- Peace

I- Insight

N- Natural

E- Enlightenment

S- Success

S- Smile

These words of every letter in the term ‘Happiness’ are important factors to achieve happiness in life.

The opposite of happiness is sadness which is a state of apathy in the mindset. When we remain sad for an extended period of time it can lead to stress and will result in depression. To avoid this state of mind we must always remind ourselves of positive happenings in our lives that made us happy.

To achieve the complete state of happiness practising on enhancing the state of spirit is must:

1. Staying connected in life with what we have. Murmuring and Cribbing never led to happiness.

2. Staying concentrated on the current life instead of daydreaming of the good days or old days to be focused on the present day.

3. Stop dispraise for the things that went terribly wrong in life. Life is all about going on. Stop concerning and worrying and set new goals in life.

4. Being thankful to God for all the good things that we have in our life.

5. We should have good people around us who can boost up positivity in our life.

Everyone wishes to be happy in life. Happiness cannot be achieved without establishing complete control of one’s thoughts as it is very easy to be carried away by the bubbles of thoughts and emotions surrounding us. Remind yourself of the good things of your life and be thankful about it and follow above mantras to achieve a complete state of happiness.

Music Therapy:A Novel Therapy

Did you ever feel that therapy involves talk by a psychologist and nothing else could come under the domain of therapy? If your answer is yes,Then you are wrong!!Well times have changed my reader~

Therapies have come a long way to incorporate other clinically approved methods such as animal assisted therapy, food therapy, aroma therapy etc.Music Therapy is one clinically developed program by psychologists to assist speedy healing of their clients. In this blog, the readers would be introduced to the world of Music therapy. So lets get started!

WHAT IS MUSIC THERAPY?

Music Therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program. It is is an established health profession in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. After assessing the strengths and needs of each client, the qualified music therapist provides the indicated treatment including creating, singing, moving to, and/or listening to music.

Through musical involvement in the therapeutic context, clients’ abilities are strengthened and transferred to other areas of their lives. This therapy also provides avenues for communication that can be helpful to those who find it difficult to express themselves in words. Research in music therapy supports its effectiveness in many areas especially emotional rehabilitation.

History

You all will be shocked to know that both world wars were the trigger that initiated the development of this therapy.During and after both World Wars, doctors and clinicians began to realize the powerful effects that music has on the healing process and requested that professional musicians be hired by the hospitals. This therapy first got officially recognized in the Michigan state university of the United States of America.Ultimately,The American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) was formed which focuses on creating more awareness about this wonderful therapy.

BENEFITS

Music therapy can benefit many individuals. The diverse nature of music means it can be applied in the treatment of concerns both physical and psychological.Since music can evoke positive emotions and improve brain health,Music therapy is said to manage and alleviate symptoms of mental health concern such as Depression, Mood issues,Anxiety,Schizophrenia,Substance abuse,Autism,Personality issues,Insomnia,Dementia etc.

In addition,Music therapy can improve the social, cognitive, emotional and motor functioning. This therapy was also effective in controlling patient’s situation in Alzheimer’s,Cancer and Hypertension.

Music therapy is frequently administered to reduce stress levels and pain perception of females in labor. This novel therapy has also been linked with improvements in self-esteem, self-concept, verbal communication, prosocial behavior, socialization skills, group cohesion, and coping skills.

Limitations

Even the most beautiful things have flaws, and so has music therapy. One of the major drawback is that this therapy cannot be used as a stand-alone therapy. The music therapy is also known as music assisted therapy implying it’s sole purpose is to assist the main therapy applied by the clinician on the client to produce fast results and relief.

Also, the music therapy like all other therapies is individualized. This is not a major drawback but should be kept in mind before going in for this option. All individuals are unique and so is their taste in music. Thus the therapist has to do additional tests to see which type of music and musical instrument works better for the client.

ALWAYS REMEMBER,WHERE WORDS FAIL,MUSIC SPEAKS…..

Thus in short we need to know that music therapy is a wonderful form of therapy which strengthens an individual and increases his/her quality of life.Choose Music for a better Life!

Obesity and social life.

“People who lie to themselves about investing are the same as overweight people who blame their genes for their obesity.”

A change in the lifestyle of youngsters had not only to change their working habits but also brought a huge change in eating habits resulting in conditions like overweight and obesity. Engaging ourselves in works related to inactivity had worsened the situation.

Eating junk and spicy food instead of a regular balanced diet had contributed in disturbing our BMI index. It is a medical problem that increases your risk of other diseases and health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain cancers.

However, the terms overweight and obese differs from each other for adults, WHO define overweight and obesity as-

  • overweight is a BMI greater than or equal to 25; and
  • obesity is a BMI greater than or equal to 30.

Body mass index (BMI) is a simple index of weight-for-height that is commonly used to classify overweight, underweight, normal, and obesity in adults. It is defined as a person’s weight in kilograms divided by the square of his height in meters.

According to the studies of WHO, In 2016, more than 1.9 billion adults aged 18 years and older were overweight. Of these over 650 million adults were obese. The worldwide prevalence of obesity nearly tripled between 1975 and 2016.

Causes of obesity?

Intake of excess sugar and carbonated drinks, eating fried and unhealthy products, and eating after being full.

Smoking and drinking frequently.

Genetic and medications.

Lack of exercise and sleep.

Social issues.

How it affects one’s social life?

Obesity not only affects a person physically but also mentally. We live in a world where social media had become a crucial part of our lives. We tend to believe in ideal body shape and size and get more prone to body shame ourselves. Obese people are more inclined to get bullied and teased they are seen as a liability on the economy as obesirty contribute towards laziness and lack of interest. This leads to distress and anxiety situations making a person more disposed towards depression. They may also face social isolation making them feel lonely and losing their confidence. Guilt, lower work achievement, and sex problems are some of the major factors affecting the quality of life.

In undeveloped countries the ability to afford food, high energy expenditure with physical labor, and cultural values favored a larger body size are believed to contribute to the observed patterns.

How to prevent obesity?

Exercise on a daily bases maybe it is yoga or cardio. Stay consistent with what you do.

Try to eat a healthy diet enriched with proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Take salad and fruits on a regular bases. Eat-in small intervals.

Quit smoking

Everything takes time but the important thing is to never stop believing in youself and never stop trying

You are special and have a purpose, so take steps to fulfill it. It is never too late to start.
