It’s not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it.

Stress name is enough to load stress on the human mind, however, every person in this world had passed through stress, but the beautiful thing is that how people can handle it and overcome from it, stress is a part of the human mind and Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline, it totally depends on the human action on how we can handle positively or negatively by committing a crime or by suicide.

However, our whole life is full of stress, from birth to till death, like after having a birth people start taking decision regarding the future life, when we enter the school at the time teachers and faculty give homework and assignment to finish from home if we don’t complete it, have to face parents, so, we have this stress, further, 10th and 12th exam pass out stress, yet when we pass 12th anyhow, graduation and post-graduation stress, and latest job and marriage stress, at the end of the life stress of pain and diseases. But the major thing is that many people do not wait for old age they lost their life by suicide, their mind and heart are not enough strong to handle the load or not mentally prepare for further future.

In addition, our education system also have fault like they give dept education of History, science, maths, languages and many more, but they do not give lessons on how to handle depression, anxiety and stress, by organizing I.T. fair or science fair student only enjoy, it affects only a few hours. But organizing a stress relief program where students can understand how to handle any life turning modes. After completing the study, people try to find jobs or developing their business, but after a long struggle some get success or many get a failure, and that is the major turn of life if any person handles well, they get the real success in life.

Many famous celebrities are renown by their comeback from stress like famous cricketers Yuvraj Singh, and famous actor Akshay Kumar and Nawazuddin Siddiqui both belong to small and poor families but now every nook and corner people know them. However, in the year between 2009 to till date, around more than 100 celebrities commit suicide in that list include Stephanie Adams, Chester Bennington, David Berman, Joseph Brooks, David Buckel, Malik Bendjelloul and many more they all are from Hollywood, but recently a well-known actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide it just bingeing of the journey and he did a great job by acting as lead actor in MS Dhoni the untold story, Kedarnath, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!, and Chhichhore.

In Chhichhore, done a great job and he delivered a beautiful line “Hum haar jeet, success failure mein itna ulajh gaye hai … ki zindagi jeena bhool gaye hai … zindagi mein agar kuch sabse zyada important hai … toh woh hai khud zindagi” and by considering this line many failures get motivation and done grate thing in the life, but the lead actor committed suicide, which is not relevant, he has to share his problems with family or friends, he definitely gets a solution and he still present with us.

there are some exercise to overcome from it like, Yoga, Qigong, Walking, Gardening, Dancing, Circuit Training, play Tennis or do some boxing whit pillow on the wall, this all help to relieve stress. nowadays the best way to come out stress is by doing a party or hanging out with friends.

So, considering this all thing, give value to your life, and enjoy your life.

The ‘7 Senses’ of Self-Development

The most fulfilling path to success and personal fulfillment comes through the pursuit of your own self-development. The radically successful and happy immerse themselves in self-development and a deep interest in life and relationships. Through self-exploration they remain openly curious and passionate about their self-education and improvement. They hold the belief that they can only learn if they are willing to risk themselves personally and professionally.

Through life’s experiences, good and bad, you become able and ready to be proactive in all your efforts, challenges and successes. You choose to no longer wait for success or happiness or success, you go out and make it happen. Making a commitment to your own development is the first step on the path to living your personal legend.

1. Sense of self.
Self-improvement begins with a keen awareness of who you are, your values, beliefs and the larger purpose you wish to pursue. True satisfaction can only manifest from chasing your own dreams. Life, people and business can be hard and insensitive, so remind yourself that you are more than the sum total of other people’s opinions and continue pursuing what is meaningful to you.

The experiences you have in life can only have true meaning when you seek to understand them. To become a pristine student of life is to always remain teachable-ready. Examine how each experience life brings can be used for greater self-knowledge and better decisions going forward. As you gain a more solid sense of who you are you become ready to start planning, designing and pursuing your own identified goals and objectives.

2. Sense of curiosity.
To live successfully, be endlessly curious about all the possibilities your future holds. It is important to have an unquenchable thirst for your advancement and for adventure. Curiosity inspires you to push through the unusually painful trials and errors in your lif5e and business, leading. This type of resiliency is an acquired self-discipline which teaches you to cast your fears aside bringing you to the fullest experience of the adventures success can bring.

Curiosity creates a longing to know more and do more. It inspires that energy which makes it possible to see all situations as opportunities for your advancement. When you approach life and business with a sense of adventure, there is no situation, however limiting, physically or economically, which cannot be filled to the brim with the interest and curiosity of how it will all work out.

Without a sense of curiosity it is impossible to grow.

3. Sense of direction.
The more you develop yourself the more pristine you become in achieving what you want. This clarity makes decision-making easier because having a direction improves your ability to prioritize. You know which objectives are important in the short term and which are necessary for your long term.  With a sense of direction you become focused and effective.

There is nothing more organizing to an effort than being focused. Direction provides commitment. It is difficult to commit to something that has no foreseeable future or path. If you are filled with doubt and a lack of clarity there is no way to launch your ideas.  Self-development gives you direction, and thereby, the commitment to achieve your ends.

4. Sense of follow through.
Knowing what you want to achieve makes it easier for you to see the benefits of taking action. Even when the tasks at hand are not enjoyable, seeing the benefit of following through on them, will make it easier to motivate yourself into taking the necessary actions to achieve your set goals. There is much truth in the saying, when there is a will there is a way.

When you are committed to personal development, you always find a way to develop the necessary will. Your idea of success and the vision of what that will look like is where you grab your incentive to always follow through.

5. Sense of urgency.
A sense of urgency drives inspiration. Urgency creates the mindset to work as if your life depends upon it, especially if you have fewer resources than others. When you are the underdog you will dig deep inside yourself for the advances you need in order to thrive.

Urgency causes you activate quickly when making decisions. You get out of your routine and do something different.  It motivates you to get results quickly and efficiently, but it does not eliminate assessment. If want to produce getting results faster you must assess what is and what is not working, then eliminate the efforts which have been identified as wasteful. Keep in mind it is easier to steer a moving object, so if you realize you have made a poor decision, a sense of urgency allows you to adjust. If you wait too long you miss opportunities and chances.

6. Sense of resiliency.
There will be tough times in life and business. When tough times occur, you need the skills and attributes to deal effectively with them. Personal development cannot prevent all bad things from occurring but it helps you deal with obstacles as they surface.

Resiliency teaches you never to view any challenge as the end of the world. Resilience allows you the patience, awareness and fortitude to continue moving forward, even if that means completely changing course.

Self-development deepens your maturity to trust that everything happens for reasons which can only be in line with your best interest.  With this type of mindset, there is no obstacle that will hold you back. You will have greater confidence, pliability, and the personal and interpersonal skills to cope with any obstacle you face in climb up the ladder of success.

7. Sense of connectedness.
Relationships can be double-edged swords. They either lift you up or drag you down. They either bring you closer to your goals or push you further away. When you improve your personal development, you are better able to see which relationships and partnerships are worth investing in and which you need to cut loose. This type of self-awareness gives you the skills to make the best of the relationships which have a positive impact on your life, your business and your overall success.

If you aren’t learning then you aren’t living. Make the commitment to invest in your greatest resource – You. Many people are put off by personal development because it viewed as a weakness or something which shows you do not already possess the skills necessary for success. If you assume you already it all, you will not be happy or successful. The greatest achievers in life and business know the key to success is their ability to manage themselves in a variety of situations. That ability comes through personal development.

MANAGEMENT

Management has become an important Economic organ of the present industrial society. Every person in the world from the family head to the prime minister of the country or from the worker to the Managing director of a Joint-stock company is busy in managing different types of affairs that he has to perform in discharging his/her entrusted duties. Management is the coordination of human and physical resources towards the attainment of objectives. By managing different activities, we can best utilize our available scarce resources. As the mind of a person controls his activities, similarly management controls the business organization, men, machines, and materials in getting the work accomplished.

TRADITIONAL AND MODERN CONCEPT OF MANAGEMENT

Management is related to the dynamic process of establishing objectives of the organization, harnessing and coordinating its human as well as other resources, and ultimately to the attainment of goals. It is a process of creating a creating conducive environment for humanitarian efforts, to reach the organization’s goals effectively and efficiently. According to  C.S George who describes management as “Management is a distinct process consisting of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, performed to determine and accomplish the objectives by the use of people and resources” Traditional concept of management restricted management to getting things done.

According to the modern view, management covers a wide range of business-related activities. According to modern thinkers, “Management is a process of an activity a discipline and an effort to coordinate, control and direct individuals and group efforts towards attaining the cherished goal of the business”. Another aspect of management is presented by Harold Koontz and O’ Donnell, “Management is the art of getting things done through and with the help of a formally organized group”. To be more specific, to manage is to forecast and to plan, to organize, to command, and to control.

CONCEPT OF MANAGEMENT

Management is a set of functions directed at the efficient utilization of the resources in the pursuit of organizational goals. To be more specific, to manage is to forecast and to plan, to organize, to command, to coordinate, and to control. To foresee means examining the future and drawing up the plan of action. To organize means building up the dual structure, material, and human of the undertaking. To command means maintaining activity among the personal. To coordinate means binding together, unifying, and harnessing all activities and efforts. To control means seeing that everything occurs in conformity with the established rules and expressed command. By efficient utilization of resources using resources wisely and in a cost-efficient manner. By effectiveness, we mean making the right decisions and successfully implementing them. Efficiency and Effectiveness are interrelated, for instance, it is easier to be effective if one ignores efficiency. The effect of good management is nothing short of remarkable. Take an under-performing-even chaotic-organization and install a skilled manager and him/she soon can have the enterprise humming like a well-tuned machine. Studies have shown that 90 percent of the business fail generally due to poor management.

Unlock 1.0 or Self Lockdown

Recently, Ministry of Home affairs has made announcement Unlock 1.0 and released advisory with all norms on 31 may 2020.Indian economy was suffering the virus impact from Janta curfew of 22 march and followed by different phases of the lockdown, mentioned here.

  • Phase 1: from 25 March 2020 to 14 April 2020 (21 days)
  • Phase 2: from 15 April 2020 to 3 May 2020 (19 days)
  • Phase 3: from 4 May 2020 to 17 May 2020 (14 days)
  • Phase 4: from 18 May 2020 to 31 May 2020 (14 days)
  • Phase 5 (only for containment zones) : from 1 June 2020 – ongoing (7 days) scheduled to end on 30 June 2020

The lockdown phase 1 was introduced in India when the Corona cases were near about 500 and government seemed to be much worried and imposed a strict lockdown while other countries Italy, Spain, USA were relaxed enough about the concern. This way of our government had showed a true responsible and dutiful spirit of the body governing.

Our government and people were folloing ICMR which was moving one step ahead of WHO in the prevention of the virus. ICMR stated to meet the peak of the live corona cases in the month of June and July and the same is happening.

Here above graph depicts out the harsh reality of Unlock 1.0. Italy, UK, Spain, Germany and many more countries have gone through unlocking process when they attained the decline in corona cases but Indian Unlock 1.0 doesn’t seem to have any decline but usual surge in cases.

Another thing is that ICMR is giving sign of community transmission which will put India in very difficult situation. The need of time is to stay home as much as possible and to put social distancing in habit to stay safe.

So keep updated and stay home, follow social distacing and remain safe not for youself but for family and grand citizens. You may be rich in immunity……may be you can fight well with corona but try not to be carrier.

Marks based Education System.

Today, the situation is severe. Most of the Universities and colleges, schools have not conducted exams yet due to lockdown led by Corona virus. Today when i am writing this article no state ,no UT except Andaman & Nicobar in India left, which did not become victim of the world wide crisis.

Whole world is totally disturb.Doctors and Scientists have been busy in finding the solution to resolve the problem.World leaders and bureaucrats are busy in finding economy boosters.Journalists are busy in criticism of the governing bodies regarding migrant workers issue and health system.

Some alternates have been provided for the education. Online content have been provided but only limited. Webinar have been put one or two times, online classes ran to 5-10 topics and now all institutions are free, showing off the responsibilities of education stream. The only work left is to conduct exam and to give result sooner, whatever be the condition. No matter, syllabus complited is 50 % or 40. No matter, the objective of the particular education stream fulfilled or not.The only thing left is to judge an individual on marks attained by him/her.

Online content providing and online classes can be the alternate option to carry on higher studies but when we talk about primary education that has been the fundamental right of an Indian, situation gets very critical.

Primary education can not be provided using these methods as mostly villages have no connectivity of internet if there is,lack of knowledge would not let it possible.

Situation is such, no one caring for quality education and no one is running after practical knowledge. Everyone wants to pull his hands from providing the good solution to quality education.

The need of time is to get attention of governing bodies towards the matter to get the solution. Each and everyone has to be much responsible and an active worker in the field. Journalists should raise the concern.

Solution can only be found when there would be public opinion about the matter and all media houses should promote a very good planning made by any institution or person.

Tour of Duty: explained

Recently, Army has proposed a voluntary tour of duty for civilians for three years.

talking about the proposal, Army is thinking about to take civilians in service for a short service as both officers and other posts like general duty soldiers. In the scheme, tax free income of three years with sum of 5-6 lacs for officers and 2-3 lacs for Other ranks would be given on the completion. There would be no severance packages, ex- serviceman status and other services which is given to a permanent army personnel. On martyrdom all status and services would be provided as a permanent personnel attains.

There a lot of young people who are full of the feeling of patriotism and nationalism but they do not want to serve in the army as a career in this. This scheme will also welcome young students of different colleges and different aspects of education. Mainly, the scheme will also encourage IITians in the service with different mind setup and idea.

Further it will reduce the financial burden over defence budget because the cost of three year service per personnel will be the fraction of the cost incurred in short service commission. This reduced burden will shift the focus towards modernisation of the defence system.

Youth would also be benefitted. In such a huge populated country there only some hundreds of people are appointed as an officer, the scheme will provide chances to more and more civilians.this will satisfy the feeling of patriotism of a great no of people. It is seen, corporate sectors always prefer to hire such individuals rather than fresh graduates.

After 10-15 years of starting of the scheme the density of well trained persons all around in the nation will increase which will help society to handle the problems easily with army tactics.

NET BANKING A BOON?

Traditional banks offer many services to their customers, including accepting customer money deposits, providing various banking services to customers, and making loans to individuals and companies. Compared with the traditional channels offering banking services through physical services, Net banking use the internet to deliver traditional banking services to their customers, such as opening accounts, transferring funds, and electronic bill payment.

Net banking can be offered in two main ways, first, an existing bank with physical offices can also establish an online site and offer net banking services to its customers in addition to the regular channel, Net banking is provided without extra cost to customers. Customers are attracted by the convenience of Net banking through the internet and in turn, banks can operate more efficiently when customers perform transactions by themselves rather than going to the bank branch and dealing with a branch representative.

Net banking services are delivered to customers through the internet and web using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). One of the main and important concerns of Net banking is security, without great confidence in security customers are unwilling to use a public network such as the internet to view their financial information and conduct financial transactions. Some of the security threads include invasion of an individual’s privacy and theft of confidential information. Banks with E-banking service offer several methods to ensure a high level of security :

  1. Identification and authentication
  2. Encryption
  3. Firewalls

The range of e-banking services is likely to increase in the future. Some banks plan to introduce electronic money and electronic cheques. Electronic money can be stored in computers or smart cards and consumers can use electronic money to purchase goods of small value over the internet. Electronic cheques will look similar to paper cheques, but they can be sent from the buyer to sellers over the internet, electronically endorsed by the seller, and forwarded tot eh seller’s bank for electronic collection from the buyer’s bank. Further bank seeks to offer its customers more products and services like insurance, mortgage, financial planning, and brokerage. This will not only deliver more values to the customers but also help banks to grow business and revenues.

ADVANTAGES/BENEFITS OF NET BANKING

1. Advantages from the customers’ point of view:

  1. Net banking provides 24 hours, 365 days a year of services to the customers of the bank.
  2. Customers can make some of the permitted transactions from office, home, or while traveling via mobile phones.
  3. It inculcates a sense of financial discipline by recording every transaction.
  4. There is greater customer satisfaction by offering unlimited access to the bank.
  5. There is greater security to the customers as they can avoid traveling with cash.

2. Advantages from the bank’s point of view:

  1. Net banking provides a competitive advantage to the bank.
  2. Net banking provides an unlimited network to the bank and is not limited to the number of branches.
  3. Load on branches can be considerably reduced by establishing centralized data and by taking over some of the accounting functions.
