Nana Dharmadhikari: Indian spiritual Guru

The name of Nana Dharmadhikari is Dr. Narayan Vishnu Dharmadhikari. He born in Raigad in 1 March 1922. Nana is the social reformer. He initiated a free social service of spiritual literature from Revdanda , Raigad district, Maharashtra. He has million followers across the world.

Since childhood he read and studied Shrimat Dasbodh (simply called as Dasbodh). After a several years he started social reform by speech (called Nirupan). He founded an organisation named shree samarth prasadik Aadhyatmik seva samiti. Through this he spent his entire life for spreading the philosophy of Saint Samarth Ramdas. Samarth Ramdas is writers of devotional book Dasbodh, Manache Shlok and Atmaram. Nana gives Nirupan on Dasbodh. He also started this reform for children called Balbhakti Margadarshan. Nana also done lots of social work on cleaning area and tree plantation as well.

Nana Dharmadhikari got an National Integration Award by seroc India in 1999. The doctor of literature in 2004. And Maharashtra Bhushan Award in 2008. Today such service called parmarth is present in several Nations such as UAE, London, Singapore, Australia, Nigeria, Iran and so on.

Nana Dharmadhikari died on 8 July 2008 in Pune, Maharashtra. He spent his all life for social reform by spiritual literature. Nana helps in solving the people issue through correct guidance,he also resolved superstitions in society and literate people through his speech.

PCOD: You have to know

PCOD is Polycystic Ovarian Disease or it also called as PCOS that is Polycystic Ovarian syndrome. It is the condition where hormonal disorder causing enlarged ovaries with the small cyst on the outer edges. It occurs mainly in childbearing age that is between 12-45yrs. Summer is the one of the season from 3 seasons. Summer is actually very hectic season.beacause we suffer from lots of problems. The hair problem,skin,makeup problem as well. In summer our lots of time goes outside to home because it is a vacation season. We come in contact with sun continuously. And these give us lots of problems. Due to picnic and kids vacation we spend time in outside or doing new things such as tracking, visiting hill station etc. The day in summer is also long. To enjoy summer vacation without any problem.so here are some tips for your happy summer.

1. Eat healthy and light- diet in summer is light to metabolism. Eat in frequent mannar. Take the antioxidant fruit such as blackberry and blueberry so toxic materials remove and get a less tanned skin. Eat fruits which contains lots of water such as watermelon, coconut etc. Sometimes eat cold things such as mint which gives cooling sensation.

2. Protect eyes- The harsh sunlight harm our eyes so to protect eyes from harsh sunlight use eyeglasses.which protect eyes from sunlight.

3. Wear cotton cloth- It is to avoid sweating. In summer sweating is large problem. Use of cotton cloth give free air to body so bad odour from body also avoided.

4. Stay hydrated- due to sweating body is fastly dehydrate to overcome that drink plenty of water. Daily drink atleast 2.5 liter water. Fullfill your need of water.

BREAST CANCER

Cancer is a physical disorder in which abnormal cell growth is observed. the change in DNA is also observed. The cells divide uncontrollably and destroy body tissue. The uncontrolled cells growth in the breast is called breast cancer. There are various types of breast cancer. Breast cancer occurs in women and rarely in men. In 2020 2.3 million women diagnosed with breast cancer and 685000 death globally. In men, it was observed only 0.5-1%. October is breast cancer awareness month.


Causes of breast cancer= 1) Family risk- In the patient’s family history if anyone has cancer then it is possible that the next generation is also observed. sometimes inheritors cancer is also produced.
2)Radiation Exposure= continuous contact with radiation or pollution also develops the risk of cancer. Due to radiation, the DNA gets destroyed new cancer is produced.
3)Early menstruation and late menopause= Due to hormonal imbalance breast cancer may produce.
4)Prolonged use of oral contraceptives
5)Hormone replacement therapy after menapause= this therapy is useful for osteoporosis. but its prolonged use is harmful to the breast.


Symptoms of breast cancer=1) The main symptom increases in the weight of a patient (obesity). 2) The lumps are observed in the breast and sometimes lumps are easily filled to the hand. 3) In a later stage bloody discharge from the nipple may observe. 4)There is a change in the size of the breast. texture and shape of a breast are also observed.5) pain in underarms because lymphatic node swells.


Treatment of breast cancer= 1) chemotherapy In the early stages it is easy and effective as well. Tamoxifen is a much safer drug.
2) Surgery is done to remove lumps or that cancerous cells.
3)Radiation therapy= In this the cancer cell kills at its place.
4) Hormone therapy= If cancer produces due to hormonal imbalance then it is cured by hormonal therapy.


Prevention of Breast cancer= 1)Physically active give release from lots of diseases. Daily exercise at least 30 min and aerobics 75 min weekly.
2)Keep weight in check. Weight should not increase suddenly. and it is much more.
3)Eat all fruits and vegetables. Take a balanced and healthy diet.


4)Don’t smoke. And intake of alcohol is also injurious to health.
5)Breastfeeding if possible. Lactate gland if producing milk may cause lumps if milk remains in the breast.which further results in cancer.
6)Avoid birth control pills, particularly after 35 yrs.
7)Breast screening is called mammograms. It should be done yearly after 40 yrs. otherwise done timely when risk is observed.
8) Regularly change inner-wear(bra). and don’t wear it at night.

So regular exercise, a healthy diet, time to time mammograms, and taking care of innerwear prevent the risk of breast cancer.

Shark Tank is an American business reality series that was started on August 9, 2009. In this show, entrepreneurs make their business presentations to a panel of investors which are known as “Sharks”. These “Sharks” decide whether to invest in their company or not. These sharks often find weaknesses and faults in entrepreneurs’ valuation of companies, products, etc. The “Sharks” are paid as cast stars of the show, but the money they invest is their own. The entrepreneur can make a handshake deal on show if a panel member is interested. And if all panel members opt out, the entrepreneur leaves empty-handed. This show is now worldwide and now also continuing is in different countries. For example, Shark Tank India, Shark Tank Australia, Shark Tank Mexico, Shark Tank Colombia, Shark Tank Nepal.

Shark Tank India is an Indian Hindi language business reality show that airs on Sony Entertainment Television. The first season of Shark Tank India premiered on 20 December 2021 and concluded on 4 February 2022. The first season contained 35 episodes. This show was hosted by Ranvijay Singha. Evan Spiegel, Boby Murphy, and Reggie Brown are the original authors of Snapchat. It was released in September 2011. Snapchat has 82.0 MB size in Android phones and 223.1 MB in iOS. There are total 37 languages available on Snapchat. Some of them are English, Arabic, German, Greek, Korean, Japanese, Hindi, Marathi, Chinese, etc.

Emotional Intelligence refers to the capacity of a person to manage and control emotions and possess the ability to control the emotions of others as well. In other words, they can influence the emotions of other people too. Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to understand and manage emotions. Skill like self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills, motivation is included in emotional intelligence. It is commonly defined by four attributes. It has different names from social intelligence to emotional strength but its importance has always been undeniable. Earlier studies like one from CareerBuilder found that 71% of employers (HR professionals and hiring managers) viewed emotional intelligence as more important than IQ. In 2017 study published in Human Performance Journal also found that emotional intelligence is a predictor of job performance in social jobs. Research also believed that emotional intelligence came naturally to some people but could also be enhanced in others with training and performance. Skin is the largest organ of body. It covers all body suface area. Skin is made up of water, protein,fats, mineral etc. Skin protect body from germs and regulates body temparature. 2.Treat skin gently- treat your skin gently and softly. Daily cleansing is important.bath with warm water not hot. Shave skin carefully with direction of hair not against. Gently tap skin to remove water so that some moisture stay in skin. Apply moisturizer if skin is dry.use soft cotton cloth. Avoid strong soaps use mild soaps and facewash.

3.Eat healthy diet- For the naturally glowing skin diet is most important because it provide internally nutrient. In diet there should be all type of food. Such as fruit, vegetables, grains and protein. The diet rich in fish oil and it’s supplements is good for skin because it gives vitamins. Less intake of unhealthy fats. Drinking plenty of water is the tool for fresh skin. Hydrated skin is healthy.

Mother of Orphans

Padma Shri winner an Indian social worker and social activist are known particularly for working for orphaned children Sindhutai Sapkal was born on 14 November 1948 in Wardha, Maharashtra. She is popularly known as Mai of Indian orphans. Being an unwanted child, her childhood name was Chindhi known as a “torn piece of cloth” (in Marathi). She got married at age of 12 to Shrihari Sapkal, who was 20 years elder than her. She bore three sons by the time she turned 20 years. She fought for herself on a collection of dried cow dung used as fuel in India, without paying anything to the village. Her agitation brought the district collector to her village and on realizing she was right, he passed an order that the strongman did not like. Stung by this insult, he managed to convince her husband to abandon her when she was beyond 9 months of her pregnancy. Her husband thrashed and kicked her on her full-term belly and threw her in the cowshed. She gave birth to a baby girl. Sindhutai cut her umbilical cord with the stone which was lying there. After she came back to her senses she went to her maternal village but everyone rejected her. Sindhutai was alone in the world with her little daughter.

Sindhutai was blessed with a natural flair for singing. She used to sing and beg and feed herself and her baby. She would visit temples, travel by train, begging and singing. Sindhutai would work wholeheartedly for orphans and destitute and other less fortunate. She had devoted her entire life to orphans. As a result, she is fondly called “Mai” known as mother. She has nurtured over 1050 orphaned children. As of today, she has a grand family of 207 sons-in-law. She has been honored with more than 700 awards for her work. She used the award money to buy land to make a home for orphaned children. Mother Global Foundation Pune, Sanmati Bal Niketan Bhelhekar Vasti Pune, Mamata Bal Sadan Purandar, and many more organizations are founded by Singhutai for orphan children. At age of 70, her husband came back to her apologetically. She accepted him as her child stating she is only a mother now! If anybody visits her ashram, she proudly and affectionately introduces him as her oldest child.

In 2010, a Marathi film “Mee Sindhutai Sapkal ” was released. It is a biopic inspired by the true story of Sindhutai Sapkal. The film was selected for world premiere at the 54th London Film Festival. She got Padma Shri Award in the social work category in 2021 by President Ram Nath Kovind.

She died on 4 January 2022, due to a heart attack in Pune at age of 73 years.

Indian stage, television, actor, entertainer, and comedian Sidharth Jadhav, born on 23 October 1981 in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Sidharth was born and brought up in a lower-middle-class family. Siddharth began his acting career at a young age and also received several awards including the Best Actor Award at the Ravikiran Balnatya Spardha in 1996 when he was just 15 at that time.

Aga Bai Arechha was his first film in Marathi released in 2004. Then he made several movies like Jatra, De dhakka, Changbhal, Jabardast, Huppa Huiya, and many more.

Palak Muchhal : Sound behind 1000s of Hearts….

Indian playback singer Palak Muchhal was born on 30 March 1992 in Indore. Her mother, Amita Muchhal, is homemaker and her father Rajkumar Muchhal, works for private firm. She has younger brother, Palash Muchhal. In May 2013, she stated that she was doing her final year of B.Com from a college in Indore.

She started social work by earning money from singing in 1999 when she was just 7 years old. During the Kargil War of 1999, she spent a week singing at shops in her home city, Indore, to raise funds for the families of deceased Indian soldiers. Her efforts received substantial coverage in Indian media and she raised ₹25,000.

Her decision to use her voice to help others was triggered when she saw poor children using their clothes to clean train compartments.

Palak Muchhal as a Cardiac Surgeon

In 2001, she raised over one million rupees for the victims of the Gujarat earthquake. Later in July 2003, Palak offered financial assistance through her charity funds to the parents of a two-year-old Pakistani girl who had a hole in the heart. Her charity organization is named “Palak Muchhal Heart Foundation”. Her foundation made more than 2000 heart surgeries.

In2011, she entered in Bollywood as a professional playback singer. She uses her money received by singing for heart patients. As of 2020, she with her brother has saved the lives of 2200 children.

In 2000, she received Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar. In 2013, Palak has made an entry in both the Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of World Records for her social work. CBSE and Maharashtra board has included Palak’s achievement in the textbook of seventh standard moral science from 2021. In 2021, she also received the Honorary Doctorate from the American University, the USA for Global Peace.
