What is Yoga

What is yoga?

Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing.

A regular yoga practice can promoteTrusted Source endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.

Yoga is now a popular form of exercise around the world. According to a 2017 national survey, one in seven adults in the United States practiced yoga in the past 12 months.

History

The first mention of the word “yoga” appears in Rig Veda, a collection of ancient texts. Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word “yuj,” which means “union” or “to join.”

Yoga can be traced back to northern India over 5,000 years ago.

Indian monks spread their knowledge of yoga in the West during the late 1890s. Modern yoga teachings became widely popular in Western countries by the 1970s.

Philosophy

The overall philosophy of yoga is about connecting the mind, body, and spirit.

There are six branches of yoga. Each branch represents a different focus and set of characteristics.

The six branches are:

  • Hatha yoga: This is the physical and mental branch that aims to prime the body and mind.
  • Raja yoga: This branch involves meditation and strict adherence to a series of disciplinary steps known as the eight limbs of yoga.
  • Karma yoga: This is a path of service that aims to create a future free from negativity and selfishness.
  • Bhakti yoga: This aims to establish the path of devotion, a positive way to channel emotions and cultivate acceptance and tolerance.
  • Jnana yoga: This branch of yoga is about wisdom, the path of the scholar, and developing the intellect through study.
  • Tantra yoga: This is the pathway of ritual, ceremony, or consummation of a relationship.

Chakras

The word “chakra” means “spinning wheel.”

Yoga maintains that chakras are center points of energy, thoughts, feelings, and the physical body. According to yogic teachers, chakras determine how people experience reality through emotional reactions, desires or aversions, levels of confidence or fear, and even physical symptoms and effects.

When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances that manifest in symptoms such as anxietylethargy, or poor digestion.

Asanas are the many physical poses in Hatha yoga. People who practice yoga use asanas to free energy and stimulate an imbalanced chakra.

There are seven major chakras, each with its own focus:

  • Sahasrara: The crown chakra, which is at the crown of the head, symbolizes spiritual connection.
  • Ajna: Located between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra has to do with intuition.
  • Vishuddha: The throat chakra corresponds to immunity and verbal communication.
  • Anahata: The heart chakra, which is in the center of the chest, influences professional and personal relationships. Any imbalances in this chakra will affect oxygen, hormones, tissue, and organ control.
  • Manipura: The solar plexus chakra is in the stomach area. It corresponds to self-confidence, wisdom, and self-discipline.
  • Svadhishthana: The sacral chakra, which is beneath the belly button, connects pleasure, well-being, and vitality.
  • Muladhara: The root chakra, which is at the base of the spine, connects the mind and body to the earth to keep a person grounded. It controls the sciatic nerves and the parasympathetic nervous system.

MAN VS MACHINE

Humans and machines work differently as machines are the creation of humans. Machines were created to make human life easier. The only gadget engine has various components. When it comes to artificial intelligence vs the human brain then there are some people who believe that artificial intelligence works better than the human brain. As time goes by people go on the machines. People need to work together because communication is not possible electronically. We feel free to express, evaluate and solve our problems with people.

man vs. machine

Machines are the Creation of Mankind
Humans were created with flesh and blood, and they have life. People have feelings and emotions, expressing different emotions at different times. Machines operate with their own man-made mechanical brain. People understand the situation and respond appropriately and the machines have no understanding.

People are old and self-centered. They can build and invent new things but machines cannot do such kinds of work because they use artificial intelligence. The machines are operational and man-made. People are blessed with ingenuity and emotion while machines have artificial intelligence. Humans have many different abilities, such as language, pattern recognition, and creative thinking.

The impact of technology on human health
Machinery and technology replace some of the workloads and this is the main reason for the lack of jobs and the backlog of equipment. As people are replaced by machines that is why some jobs disappear. Industrial change has also led to unemployment and, as a result, lost the skills of the middle class in various sectors.

Other effects of the machine on humans are ability, war, and destruction.

Increased use of automobiles has increased the pollution of the environment. The impact of technology on our environment is complex and we are dealing with drastic climate change such as global warming that is leading to several diseases in humans. The machines are also facing extinction of several birds, plant and animal species due to climate change.

With the help of these machines, our lives have become much easier. Machines are much faster than humans when it comes to data processing and arithmetic with precision and speed.

Computers with better memory can be fed with a greater amount of information compared to humans. Machines work harder and smoother than humans. Products can be produced in large quantities at very high speeds with the help of machinery.

Easy communication is possible from anywhere in the world via cell phone. One can travel at great speed anywhere in the world with the help of transportation. Researching and sharing ideas from anywhere in the world has become much easier. Furthermore, machines are not influenced by emotions or emotions, unlike humans.

The conclusion
Equipment has become a very important part of our lives and it helps in many ways. Although it also has a negative impact on our lives. There is no competition between humans and machines because humans are the creators of machines. Humans have invented machines for a variety of purposes and it is important to know the purpose of developing artificial intelligence and its impact on human health. Machines are used to create and destroy by the power of human intelligence.

IF I RUN THE WORLD

‘IF I RUN THE WORLD…’ I always wonder what it would be like. It’s like one of those thoughts that falls into our minds, like why some movies have an offline script or why some artists sing when they don’t have the right words. But, I mean, whenever you listen to the news on TV or on the radio about a global epidemic or war, do you not feel that you can probably do a better job caring for the earth?

In the current state of affairs, everyone who wants to be president or prime minister of a country has only one goal in mind — to rule the country or the world with money and power. They do not think of the poor and do not think of the proper development of the nation and of the whole world which shows how the world has selfish and selfish rulers.

Today, everywhere in the world something bad is happening, such as the war in Afghanistan or the deforestation. If I were to run the world, I would turn the mountains into chocolate and turn the trees into sweets. All the jokes aside, if I were to manage the world, there are four things in particular I would like to change: Hate between the different religions of the world, Freedom of speech, equality for all and the idea of monetary power coming from human minds. There are a total of 195 countries and about 4,400 religions worldwide. These numbers show how each nation is different or in other words how different our mother world is! People today, however, hate one another’s religions. Example: Muslims and Hindus hate one another because of past relationships or circumstances that led them to do so. If all religions stood together and fought for their rights, working together for good, the Earth would be a much better place to live. If I were to run the world, I would develop a sense of belonging between all religions and the belief that man is the same and that they follow different cultures. This will be much better for our world to grow in unity.

‘Speech’ is a very important word that allows every person in the world to put forward his or her thoughts related to any topic. Many countries have the right to free speech but it is not done literally. Example: In India, a girl wrote something against a political party on Facebook and it was spreading. A few days later he was accused of being a criminal as he just posted his opinion of the party. This shows that the ‘Right to Freedom of Speech’ is not really cared for in India, which is sad. On the other hand, If I were a ruler; I would allow everyone to express their views and suggestions freely. This can also lead people to believe in society. Therefore, Freedom of Speech will be granted to all whether it be a doctor, a lawyer, a businessman etc.

Treating everyone equally plays a very important role in governance. If I were to treat the world, I would treat everyone equally. It is the same for men and women or for the rich and the poor. Women should have the same rights as men. They should be educated and allowed to work in various fields or subjects. As a girl myself, I will feel proud to see women serving the community on a large scale because they are the people who support their families. I can see that all women are educated and given respect in society. The poor should also be given equal access to education and employment. As a ruler, I would also see poor people educated their children and they also had jobs. The world cannot rely solely on the wealthy; poor people also play a very important role in the whole universe. I can make special schemes, build good schools for the poor and also give these schools good teachers. If the poor are educated only the world can move forward.

Today, MONEY plays a vital role in the life of an individual. Everyone has only one goal in life, and that goal is to earn money. Benefit from crime or from that and deceive the lives of others in the community. Money does not rule over the world, and happiness does not rule over the world. I would rather focus on finding happiness than on making money for individuals. For the sake of money; relationships are broken, between nations, families, and friends this leads to loss of happiness among people. I can make people understand the importance of happiness in one’s life and what brings real meaning to their lives.

Lastly, to say that I would do these things if I were to manage this land is easier than actually putting them in place. But, if I was given the opportunity I would try to make this land beautiful for foreigners to live in or experiment with. Jokes aside, if I were to really manage this world, I would see that each person is happy in everything they do and has respect for each other or for that matter each other’s lives. To me, all citizens of the world are rulers and not just the president or the prime minister. I would just like to be the guiding light of the world and not force the thoughts on people who help me as a ruler and not on the people of the world as citizens.

INDEPENDENCE DAY

This year the Independence Day celebrations will be different as we know that the whole world is facing an epidemic. There are orders from the Center to all provinces to avoid large gatherings and to continue to wear masks and to distance themselves from the public during Independence Day celebrations. There are rumors that they will be inviting heroes such as doctors, nurses, health workers and sanitation to the event as a tribute to their excellent work in the fight against COVID 19.

They can also call those people who have already recovered from COVID 19. This year’s celebration programs are small-scale, community-based, mask-wearing and the use of technology to store these items.

PM-Mode-Speech

Prime Minister Narender Modi has called on the people of India to take an oath on Independence Day to fight the epidemic and liberate India. And to make sure that all citizens work for independence (Atmnirbhar Bharat) India.

The conclusion

A day to be celebrated when our ancestors shed their blood and fought so hard. But do we really fight for the struggle and hard work of our freedom fighters? We must rethink and we must work for the true freedom of the people of the world by helping them and making them self-sufficient and able to support themselves and the world. This day of Independence we must dream of a strong and resilient India and able to deal with any problems in unity.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING UP ?

Yes, today I am suffering. Today, I don’t feel like writing. Today, I do not feel like sticking to a schedule. Today, I don’t feel like I have great ideas and I don’t feel like I have enough time to make good ideas positive. Today, I feel like quitting.

Research from the University of Pennsylvania has shown that grit is a highly linked factor to success. I can use some grit today.

Here’s what I’m trying to do when I feel like giving up…
Your Mind Suggested Engine
Think of all the ideas you have as a suggestion, not an order. Right now, my mind is suggesting that I feel tired. It suggests I quit. It suggests that I take the easy way out.

If I stop for a moment, though, I might get new suggestions. My mind also suggests that I will feel very happy to accomplish this task once you have completed it. It suggests that I will respect the ownership I build when I stick to the schedule. It suggests that I have the ability to finish the job, even if I don’t feel like it.

Remember, they are not in these order suggestions. They are just options. I have the power to choose which option I follow.

Temporary Discomfort

With regard to the time of day or your typical week, almost any practice you have is soon over. Your exercise will end in an hour or two. Your report will be typed and completed tomorrow morning. This article will be completed in a moment.

Life is now easier than ever. 300 years ago, if you did not kill your food and build your own house, you would die. Today, we cry about forgetting our iPhone charger.

Keep an eye out. Your health is good and your discomfort is temporary. Enter into this moment of discomfort and let it strengthen you.

You Will Never Regret Good Work When Done

Theodore Roosevelt said, “The best reward that life can bring is the opportunity to work hard in the work that needs to be done.” Often it seems we want to make it easier to do the work we have to do. We want our work to be helpful and respected, but we do not want to fight for our work. We want our bellies to be flat and our arms to be strong, but we don’t want to digest other work. We want the end result, but not the previous failed attempts. We want gold, but not grinding.

Anyone can claim a gold medal. Few people want to train like the Olympian.

And yet, despite our opposition, I have never found myself feeling very bad after a hard day’s work. There have been days when it was hard to start, but it always had to end. Sometimes, the simple act of showing and having the courage to do the job, or in the usual way, is a victory worth celebrating.

This is life

Life is an ongoing balance between giving easily to distractions or overcoming the pain of discipline. It is no exaggeration to say that our lives and identities are defined in this critical balance. What is life, if not the sum of a hundred thousand daily battles and small decisions to take it out or leave it?

This is the time when you don’t feel like doing the work? This is not the time to be lost. This is not a dress rehearsal. This moment is your life just like any other moment. Use it in a way that will make you proud.

Let the World Decide

So, what do I do when I feel like I want to quit? I can see.

Am I expressing myself very well? I do not see. But my job is not to judge how good or bad I am.

My job is to do the work and let the world decide.

LESSONS ON BEING WRONG

As a rule, we are incredibly hard on ourselves when it comes to being wrong and making big decisions in life.

  • If our first five relationships end with a break up, we think we’re destined to be alone forever.
  • If we go to school, get a degree, and spend years training for a job that we end up hating, we feel like a failure for not having it all figured out.
  • If we have a dream of writing a book or starting a non-profit or creating something of value and we stumble on the first try, we say that we’re not cut out for this.

In cases like these, when we are attempting to do something that is complex and multi-faceted, I believe that being wrong is actually a sign that you’re doing something right.

Here’s why…

First Choice vs. Optimal Choice

For some reason, we often expect our first choice to be the optimal choice. However, it’s actually quite normal for your first attempt to be incorrect or wrong. This is especially true of the major decisions that we make in life.

For example…

  1. Finding the right person to marry. Think of the first person you dated. Would this person have been the best choice for your life partner? Go even further back and imagine the first person you had a crush on. Finding a great partner is complicated and expecting yourself to get it right on the first try is unreasonable. It’s rare that the first one would be the one.
  2. Choosing your career. What is the likelihood that your 22-year-old self could optimally choose the career that is best for you at 40 years old? Or 30 years old? Or even 25 years old? Consider how much you have learned about yourself since that time. There is a lot of change and growth that happens during life. There is no reason to believe that your life’s work should be easily determined when you graduate.
  3. Starting a business. It is unlikely that your first business idea will be your best one. It probably won’t even be a good one. This is the reality of entrepreneurship

When it comes to complex issues like determining the values you want in a partner or selecting the path of your career, your first attempt will rarely lead to the optimal solution.

5 Lessons On Being Wrong

Being wrong isn’t as bad as we make it out to be. I have made many mistakes and I have discovered five major lessons from my experiences.

1. Choices that seem poor in hindsight are an indication of growth, not self-worth or intelligence. When you look back on your choices from a year ago, you should always hope to find a few decisions that seem stupid now because that means you are growing. If you only live in the safety zone where you know you can’t mess up, then you’ll never unleash your true potential. If you know enough about something to make the optimal decision on the first try, then you’re not challenging yourself.

2. Given that your first choice is likely to be wrong, the best thing you can do is get started. The faster you learn from being wrong, the sooner you can discover what is right. For complex situations like relationships or entrepreneurship, you literally have to start before you feel ready because it’s not possible for anyone to be truly ready. The best way to learn is to start practicing.

3. Break down topics that are too big to master into smaller tasks that can be mastered. I can’t look at any business and tell you what to do. Entrepreneurship is too big of a topic. But, I can look at any website and tell you how to optimize it for building an email list because that topic is small enough for me to develop some level of expertise. If you want to get better at making accurate first choices, then play in a smaller arena. As Niels Bohr, the Nobel Prize-winning physicist, famously said, “An expert is a person who has made all the mistakes that can be made in a very narrow field.”

4. The time to trust your gut is when you have the knowledge or experience to back it up. You can trust yourself to make sharp decisions in areas where you already have proven expertise. For everything else, the only way to discover what works is to adopt a philosophy of experimentation.

5. The fact that failure will happen is not an excuse for expecting to fail. There is no reason to be depressed or give up simply because you will make a few wrong choices. Even more crucial, you must try your best every time because it is the effort and the practice that drives the learning process. They are essential, even if you fail. Realize that no single choice is destined to fail, but that occasional failure is the cost you have to pay if you want to be right. Expect to win and play like it from the outset.

JANMASHTAMI

Janmashtami is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of King Krishna. It is celebrated in August every year. Krishna Paksha Ashtami Day is a day to celebrate Janmashtami. Lord Krishna is considered to be the greatest of the ten creatures of King Vishnu. Hindus celebrate Janmashtami with splendor and honor. Let’s talk a little bit about King Krishna.

The Life Story of Lord Krishna

Lord Krishna is one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu. He was born 5200 years ago on the eighth day of the dark night in the month of Badon on the Hindu calendar. He is considered to be an extremely powerful deity. He was born on Earth for the special purpose of freeing us from evil arms. He became very influential in the Mahabharata, in which he took the side of Pandavas and led them to the success of the Kurukshetra war. Throughout his life, he preached the idea of Bakti and Karma.

Lord Krishna was born in prison since his parents were kept in prison by his uncle Kansha. Kanbe fears that the eighth child of their parents will kill him. Although Krishna is the eighth child, his father Vasudev saved him from Kanbe by giving him to his friend Nand. Krishna grew up in the Gokul community with his adoptive father, Nand, and his adoptive mother, Yashoda. He showed several magical practices by killing several asuras in his youth and youth, and he grew into a strong man. Eventually, he and his brother Balaram went to the Kansha palace for a battle, where Krishna killed Kansha.

Several shows on Lord Krishna are broadcast on television every day. I loved watching myself as a child, and still do. I love the fact that Krishna loves to eat Makhan, who used to steal from his mother’s kitchen. For this reason, Lord Krishna is also known as ‘Natkhat Nand Lal.’ He was nicknamed Nathat because he was shy when he was younger. He played with friends and cows, therefore, he is also called Govind.

Lord Krishna had dark skin, as black as clouds filled with rain. King Krishna’s best friend is his aunt Radha. Radha is very important in the life of King Krishna. Lord Krishna likes to spend time with him. She also enjoys spending time with friends like Sudama.

Janmashtami celebration

Since Lord Krishna was born at night, people celebrated Janmashtami at midnight. People follow a special way of celebrating Janmashtami. Since King Krishna liked to eat Makhan, people played games with Makhan. They put makhan in a clay pot called matki. The judge ties a matki full of makhan high above the ground. People play this game in teams. These people make a pyramid so long that they can reach the ties tied at the top. Some groups try to block them from accessing the tags. All teams have a specific time to access the tags. If any party fails to reach the mark ahead of time, other parties are given the opportunity to reach the target. The game is so interesting that many people came to see the game.

Janmashtami is also celebrated in houses in different ways. People decorate the inside and outside of the house with lamps. They performed pujas and offerings in various temples. On the night before Janmashtami, we all heard the sound of mantras and bells all day. Many people also enjoy singing and dancing to religious songs. Janmashtami is considered one of the most important festivals in the Hindu religion.

ROAD RAGE

Road rage refers to acts of violence, behavior or aggression shown by drivers in road vehicles. These actions may include misconduct, verbal abuse, body language, physical threats and dangerous driving practices that could cause injury to other drivers or people on the road, including pedestrians. Sometimes it leads to serious damage to property and property, serious cases leading to death.

The main reasons for displaying such a type of work are intimidation or release of frustration, stress and anger. Similar tactics can be whistled, deviated, trying to fight etc. It may sound dangerous, but it is deadly. It is a widespread danger of narrow, busy and fast roads.

Causes of Road Anger

Often, the leading causes of road rage are stress and frustration. Angry drivers lose patience and calmness, leading to such dangerous activities. Drunk driving sometimes leads to that kind of work as one is completely unaware of the real situation and the dangers involved in these actions. And sometimes they drag themselves along to fight on the road leading to violent activities. Lack of time or late arrival also provides such evidence. For example, a person who is in a hurry is speeding a car without having to worry about the safety of others on the road.

These hasty actions that do not take the time to think about what is wrong, lead to huge losses. Sometimes drivers are in a hurry to get money or some other personal problem, a situation where they stop thinking about anything else. Because of the pressures and distractions of time, they lost sight of the people around them. This leads to a competitive environment that goes beyond safety. These days there are a lot of young people behind the wheels, who are trying to do a different kind of street entertainment. They like to drive fast and are not very patient. They often try to pass safety saves time & fun and sometimes, which is one of the causes of road rage.

Results for Drivers

Road rage affects all drivers; whether you are involved, directly or indirectly involved. The behavior of oppressive drivers depends on the ability to deal with the individual. Instead of getting angry, which is beyond the reach of others, drivers should develop patience. Controlling our emotions in the wheels is important. Developing better driving habits helps us to cope. Drivers who encounter road rage are also more prone to committing many road violations.

There is a direct relationship between stress or frustration and road rage. There are few other things that need to be taken into account to reduce the number of traffic accidents and the strict ban on drunk driving. A group of very young people are likely to take part in street rage. Most drivers’ actions that drag on the rage of the road can be learned about their behavior on the road and should be avoided as much as possible. Many cases of road violence occur as a result of traffic, parking conflicts, gestures, acceleration, red light, follow-up and follow-up changes.

Scope of Road Anger

There are about eighty-four thousand incidents of road violence that occur every year. Countless road accidents happen every year. However, traffic offenses do not lead to accidents, but this includes aggressive actions. Anyone can do this kind of work without restrictions on gender, race, age or culture.

Cases of street rage are the result of misunderstanding, negligence or ignorance in small things on the road. Everyone does not always do everything knowingly. However, most people take these things for granted, which eventually leads to road rage. Almost all drivers have experienced road rage at some point. It is dangerous for a driver to lose his temper and be patient.

Serious crimes include the use of weapons such as knives, guns and sharp objects. Although it is considered a fact that street rage started in America, it is now not limited to that country. Other countries have also reported many cases of road rage in today’s world.

ANIMAL CRUELTY

What is animal cruelty?

Animal cruelty includes a range of dangerous behaviors for animals, from neglect to brutal slaughter. Much of the brutality investigated by humanitarian officials is unintentional neglect that can be solved through education.

Intentional cruelty can trigger a game by deliberately depriving the animal of food, water, shelter, contact, or pet care to the point of cruel, degrading, degrading or killing of an animal.

Why is it important?

All animal cruelty is troubling because it is wrong to inflict suffering on any living creature. Intentional cruelty is a matter of concern because it is a symptom of depression and often indicates that a person may have been a victim of violence or may have been prone to violent acts.

Why can man be cruel to animals?

There could be many reasons. Animal cruelty, like any other form of violence, is often perpetrated by someone who feels powerless, ignored, or even controlled by others. The motive can be to intimidate, intimidate, intimidate or irritate others or to show a rejection of community rules. Some cruelty to animals copied actions that they saw or heard. Some view harming the animal as a safe way to take revenge – or threaten – someone who cares about that animal.

How does it cause animal suffering?

The pain of an animal living with incurable disease or wounds, with or without food or shelter, can be very severe – sometimes even greater than those who have been directly affected by the violence, because their suffering lasts longer. Hungry dying animals experience a host of painful symptoms at each stage of their physical decline. The initial decrease in body fat is followed by muscle loss and atrophy and, finally, weight loss. In chronic hunger, liver damage, heart changes, anemia and skin lesions.

An animal that is not in the right place can be easily hit by extreme heat or cold. During extreme cold or hot weather, it is not uncommon for zookeepers to find their pets – often chained dogs – frozen on the ground or dead on the ground due to a lack of adequate shelter due to the weather. Usually these animals die only on foot away from the homes where their caregivers live.

Dogs that are constantly chained are also the reckless victims, even though they may be illegal in that particular jurisdiction. Because dogs are socially pack animals, isolating themselves at the end of the series causes grief that can lead to aggression, neuroses, and self-destructive behavior. Dogs in chains are also more likely to be victims of starvation, since their incarceration makes them powerless to defend themselves.

ATOMIC HABITS

Atomic habits are a very broad and effective guide to how to create good habits, break bad ones, and get a better 1 percent daily. I don’t believe you will find a book that will be more effective on the subject of habits and improvement.

If you have a problem changing your habits, the problem is not you. Problem with your system.

Bad habits repeat themselves not because you do not want to change but because you have the wrong plan to change. This is one of the key philosophies of Atomic Habits: You do not go up to the level of your goals. You fall at the level of your systems. In this book, you will find a proven track record that can take you to higher ground.

James Clear, one of the world’s leading practitioners in the field of ethics, is known for his ability to dispel complex issues of simple behavior that can easily be applied to everyday life and work. Here, he uses the most proven ideas from biology, psychology, and neuroscience to create an easy-to-understand guide to making good habits inevitable and bad habits inevitable.

Along the way, students will be inspired and entertained with true stories about Olympic gold medalists, award-winning artists, business leaders, life-saving doctors, and astronomers who have used the science of small practices to master their art and vault at the top of their field.

Atomic habits will rebuild your thinking of progress and success and give you the tools and strategies you need to change your habits – whether you’re a team looking to win a title, an organization hoping to redefine the industry, or just someone who wants to quit smoking, lose weight, reduce stress, and achieve lasting success always.

IMPORTANCE OF MOTIVATION IN ORGANIZATION

1) Improves Performance:

The ability to do the job and the willingness to do both work affect a person’s efficiency. The ability to do the job is achieved through the help of education and training and the determination to do the job is achieved through the help of motivation.

Determination is more important than ability. For example, a person is highly educated and employed for this reason. But it does not matter if you are doing an outstanding job.

Some employees of the organization have a negative attitude. They always think that doing a lot of work will not bring honor. The counselor uses a variety of techniques to change this attitude.

The dignity of an organization is affected by the benefit of employees. This creates a lot of problems for managers. A lot of time and money is wasted on recruiting staff and providing them with education and training.

The only motivation can save the organization from such damage. Motivated people work longer hours in the organization and there is a decline in profitability.

Staff stability is very important from the point of view of dignity and interest in concern. Employees can remain honest in business only when they feel they have participated in management. The skills and efficiency of the staff will always be beneficial to both the staff and the employees. This will lead to a positive public image in the market which will attract talented and trained people. As the saying goes, “Creating enough gold” and the role of promotion here, people are older, more knowledge and their preparation has become a concern that can be useful in business.

From the above discussion, we can say that motivation is an inner feeling that only Mentor can understand since he is in close contact with the staff. Needs, wants and desires are related and are the driving force. These needs can be understood by the Counselor and he or she can arrange incentive programs accordingly. We can say that motivation is therefore an ongoing process because the motivation process is based on unlimited needs. The process should continue everywhere.

We can summarize that motivation is important for individuals and businesses. Motivation is important for each person as:

Motivation will help him achieve his goals.
If a person is motivated, he will have a job satisfaction.
Motivation will help in personal development.
One will always benefit by working with a strong team.
Similarly, inspiration is as important to a business as:

During the amendment, there will be more flexibility and art.
Motivation will lead to a positive and challenging attitude at work.

In some organizations, the unemployment rate is high. There are many causes for this negative work environment, poor relationships with colleagues and management, anonymity in the organization, insufficient remuneration, etc. Mentor removes all such shortcomings and encourages employees. Motivational employees are not always absent from work as the workplace becomes a source of joy for them.

SAWAN MONTH

Sawan month is considered one of the most sacred months of the year according to the Hindu calendar. It is the fifth month in the Hindu calendar.
But why is this month called Shravan? It is believed that in Poornima or on the full moon or at any time during this month, Sravan Nakshatra or the star controls the sky which is why, this moon gets its name from this nakshatra.

The devotees donated Bael leaves, flowers, holy water and milk, namely Falam-Toyam, Pushpam-Patram to rule Shiva in all Shravan Somwar. They fast until sunset and Nandadeep burns, Akhand Diya.
The Importance of Lord Shiva in the Moon of Shravan (Sawan)
Samudra Manthan is the most important episode according to each Putana. The explosion of the sea, which is Samudra Manthan in search of amrit, occurred during the month of Shravan. During the uproar, 14 different rubies appeared in the ocean. Thirteen rubies were separated between deas and asuras, however, Halahal, the 14th ruby remained untouched because it was the most deadly poison that could destroy the universe and a living creature. King Shiva drank Halahal and kept the poison in his throat. As a result of the toxicity, his throat turned blue and he was called Neelkantha.
Such was the toxic effect of King Shiva wearing the moon on his head and all the loved ones began to offer water to the holy river Ganges to King Shiva to reduce the effects of the poison. Both events took place at Shravan Maas and therefore, it is considered the best way to dedicate the sacred water of the Ganga to Lord Shiva this month.

IMPORTANCE OF CHILDHOOD FRIENDS

Without a doubt, one of the greatest gifts in the universe is the friendship of children. No matter how old we are, playing times with friends can take us back to a time when life was perfect and fun. It is easy to assume that such moments are a global and proven child experience, however, sadly it is not. Children raised in orphanages often miss out on the joys of contact with fellow orphans because such experiences are not available to them in an orphanage. Today is a great day to think about why friendships are so important to children. For children, friendship is an important part of their mental, physical, and social development. Children need opportunities to play together to form friendships. Through friendships, children learn to communicate with others in social situations. They also improve their physical health by competing with their peers in sports and by pushing the limits of their physical abilities. Friendship during childhood is an important part of a child’s emotional development and promotes good mental health. Through friendship and playfulness, toddlers and young children learn to interpret social media and learn to communicate with others. Children are naturally inclined to think of them and their needs. Through childhood friendships, children learn to understand how others feel and how their actions can affect others. Friendship teaches children empathy which is an important life skill that helps them understand why a person feels a certain emotion. Children’s friendships built into a noisy playground create a sense of security for children. They are able to form strong bonds with their peers, as well as with their caregivers and teachers. This has the added benefit of improving their learning skills and creating better opportunities for academic success. The benefits of childhood friendship extend to adulthood. Adults who have built strong relationships from childhood will have great success in their personal and professional lives. The benefits of childhood friendship are undeniable. Play is the child’s first chance to build a relationship. By creating an environment in which children can form friendships with their peers, we are investing in their long-term success.

IMPORTANCE OF TAKING BREAKS

Many employees tend to work part-time without taking breaks. An excuse for not taking a leave of absence is a heavy workload, deadline, long-term sick colleague or an urgent request from that very important client.

In order to stay alert and focused, it is very important to take a break even though there are all those emergencies. By the way, the word break can be defined in several ways. It can be a 10 minute break, a long break, but also a holiday (short) vacation. It’s all about what you do or don’t do during that break. More about the benefits of taking a vacation later.

Why are breaks not taken consistently or poorly completed? This is due in part to:

Too much work

Ignorance of the beneficial effects of vacation
Corporate culture where employees feel guilty about their colleagues and management when they leave
According to Forbes magazine, 40% of American workers feel uncomfortable during work breaks.

Taking a break leads to success

When you can’t find it, when your mind gets caught up in the same problem, it’s best to take a break or do something completely different for a while. Trying to do the same thing over and over again will not work. For example:

Clear your inbox or reply to a few emails
Read a book or magazine (not digital)
Wipe your desk or office
Take a simple task
Use the brain training app on your mobile phone

For example, a study of call center employees who regularly took breaks found that their enthusiasm and dedication to their work increased. This has had a measurable impact on sales prices (and thus a company index).

Taking a break therefore improves focus and concentration and provides an opportunity for the employee’s mental reset. After a break, work can continue with a lot of energy and motivation. Working without taking one or more breaks leads to mental and physical fatigue. It can lead to burnout over time.

Do less, gain more

Regular breaks give employees time to refresh themselves and relax. After a break, employees are more motivated and go to work with more energy than before a break.

Decide your times

When the employer provides you with space for that, you can take a break at your discretion. According to scientists, breaks work best when you can find out when a break is taking place. This leads to better understanding and less inclination than when the break is set.

Leave the workspace

When you take a break, you better leave
your workplace and certainly not sit behind your computer screen. If you have the opportunity, go outside to nature or to a city park. According to research, this improves mood and reduces negative emotions. When time is spent on the environment, the heart rate and muscle tone are reduced within minutes. When used for at least 20 minutes in the environment, blood pressure also drops.

Long breaks provide additional benefits

Long breaks provide an opportunity for work-related activities not to take place
done, for example, a specific assignment, arranging a dental visit or even a physical exercise. This creates a better working life balance. It also gives colleagues the opportunity to get to know each other better outside of work, for example while traveling together. This in turn encourages collaboration and communication.
