PRODUCTIVITY SIMPLIFIED.

If you take a look around, you’ll notice very few people actually go “all in” on a single skill or goal for an extended period of time.

Rather than researching carefully and pouring themselves into a goal for a year or two, most people “dip their toes in the water” and chase a new diet, a new college major, a new exercise routine, a new side business idea, or a new career path for a few weeks or months before jumping onto the next new thing.

In my experience, so few people display the persistence to practice one thing for an extended period of time that you can actually become very good in many areas—maybe even world-class—with just one year of focused work. If you view your life as a 20-slot punchcard and each slot is a period of focused work for a year or two, then you can see how you can enjoy significant returns on your invested time simply by going all in on a few things.

My point here is that everyone is holding a “life punchcard” and, if we are considering how many things we can master in a lifetime, there aren’t many slots on that card. You only get so many punches during your time on this little planet. Unlike financial investments, your 20 “life slots” are going to get punched whether you like it or not. The time will pass either way.

Don’t waste your next slot. Think carefully, make a decision, and go all in. Don’t just kind of go for it. Go all in. Your final results are merely a reflection of your prior commitment.

Productivity, Simplified

No need to draw this out. This productivity tip is straightforward: Do the most important thing first each day.

Sounds simple. No one does it.

Why It Works

We often assume that productivity means getting more things done each day. Wrong. Productivity is getting important things done consistently. And no matter what you are working on, there are only a few things that are truly important.

Being productive is about maintaining a steady, average speed on a few things, not maximum speed on everything.

That’s why this strategy is effective. If you do the most important thing first each day, then you’ll always get something important done. I don’t know about you, but this is a big deal for me. There are many days when I waste hours crossing off the 4th, 5th, or 6th most important tasks on my to-do list and never get around to doing the most important thing.

As you’ll see below, there is no reason you have to apply this strategy in the morning, but I think starting your day with the most important task does offer some additional benefits over other times.

First, willpower tends to be higher earlier in the day. That means you’ll be able to provide your best energy and effort to your most important task.

Second, in my experience, the deeper I get into the day, the more likely it is that unexpected tasks will creep into my schedule and the less likely it is that I’ll spend my time as I had planned. Doing the most important thing first each day helps avoid that.

Finally, the human mind seems to dislike unfinished projects. They create an unresolved tension and internal stress. When we start something, we want to finish it. You are more likely to finish a task after starting it, so start the important tasks as soon as possible.

Why We Don’t Do It

Most people spend most of their time responding to someone else’s agenda than their own.

I think this is partially a result of how we are raised by society. In school, we are given assignments and told when to take our tests. At work, we are assigned due dates and given expectations from our superiors. At home, we have tasks or chores to perform to care for our kids and our partners. After a few decades of this, it can become very easy to spend your day reacting to the stimuli that surround you. We learn to take action as a reaction to the expectations, orders, or needs of someone else.

So naturally, when it comes time to start our day, it doesn’t seem strange to open our email inbox, check our phone, and look for our latest marching orders.

I think this is a mistake. The tasks assigned to us by others might seem urgent, but what is urgent is seldom important. The important tasks in our lives are the ones that move our hopes, our dreams, our creations, and our businesses forward.

Does that mean that we should ignore our responsibilities as parents or employees or citizens? Of course not. But we all need a time and space in our days to respond to our own agenda, not someone else’s.

Not a Morning Person?

Does the word morning make you mourn?  Can you think of nothing worse than rays of golden sunshine streaming softly onto your pillow?

No worries, night owls. I noticed an important trend: There was no trend.

There is no one way to be successful. There are just as many night owls producing fabulous work as there are early birds. But no matter what their particular routine looked like, every productive artist embraced the idea of protecting a sacred time each day when they could work on their own agenda.

I find morning to work best. Your mileage may vary.

The phrase “Do the most important thing first each day” is just a simple way of saying, “Give yourself a time and space to work on what is important to you each day.”

Dealing With Cyberbullying

Most of us are familiar with the term bullying. We know what it is and why it is wrong. No one wants their kids to be bullied and well, frankly, no good parent wants their child to be a bully. However, since the advent of the digital age, bullying has also extended its claws to the cyber world. When adults torment, harass, humiliate, or threaten each other using support from the internet, it is known as cyber-harassment or cyber-stalking. But when a child, be it a preteen or a teen, gets involved, that is, both the parties are children, it is called cyber-bullying.

Cyber-bullying is usually not a one-time communication. Kids keep on changing their roles, going from the victim to the bully and back again. The person who is a cyberbully for one moment may become the victim the next moment. Many children don’t even realize that they are being a bully or being bullied online. As responsible adults, it is our duty to educate and warn them.

Signs of cyber-bullying

bullyAccess to a phone, computer, or any other communication device puts the kids in the way of cyber-bullying. Here are some of the common signs to look out for if you think a child is being cyber-bullied.

  1. Secrecy: Generally, a child beings active secretive or protective of a communication device in case of bullying. Check if your kid gets nervous about receiving a text or an email or is not interested in sharing his experience of the day with you.
  2. Mood swings: Often a child shows sudden changes in mood or behavior. His sleep and appetite patterns are disturbed and he gets agitated easily.
  3. Slipping grades: All the pent-up tension causes a child to lose his focus in his studies and his grades start slipping. He faces difficulty in understanding even the easiest of the topics.

Combat cyber-bullying

  1. bully2Talk: The first thing to do is make your ward comfortable around you and ask him questions to learn what is happening, how it started, and who is involved. Be a part of his virtual and real life.
  2. Document: Keep a record of what is happening and where it is happening. Take screenshots of harmful posts, it will help to document the bullying and may even serve as proof later on.
  3. Report: Many institutions have a strict policy on bullying and will take strict action on reporting the culprit to them. Social media platforms also have policies on cyber-bullying and reporting the offensive content to them may get it removed even.
  4. Support: At a sensitive time like this, the child needs the emotional support of his friends and family. Try to reach both, the bully and the target and express your concern. Sometimes a public intervention by a trusted adult can be helpful, shifting the focus from the negative or hurtful posts to the more positive aspects of the target. If the case worsens, try to seek professional help from a guidance counselor or mental health professional.

Trying to be happy

The only thing that we can do to ourself is making us happy. Winning can make you get a job but Being happy can cost you a life. When the life you live is temporary, how can the problems be permanent.

The life you live must be the life you love. Earning till the end of life for the future where you no longer belong to make your next generation comfortable is so disgusting. Be o till you live. Earn for your life because you are not here to earn for them. Make them learn to earn. Living your life for the fullest is the great gift that you can give to yourself. Love to live the life you love. Try to be happy because that makes you happy.

Earn to live, don’t live to earn. What’s for that earning if you can’t spend. May be money matters but money isn’t the only thing that matters. It’s you, for whom you should answer. Self content is the only thing that makes you happy. Living isn’t that costly, but trying to live like others is cost you much. Become better version of yourself rather than becoming him/her. The sole person who cares about is you. Live to impress yourself. Don’t doubt yourself, believe you. Everyone are same but the work you do towards it fills that gap. Focus is the only thing that every one should develop. Focus on the unfocused to get focused.

Believing in your self confidence can make others believe you. If you can’t beleive you, how can you make others believe you. If you can’t, you will definitely can. Don’t try to escape, because life is giving opportunity to make you learn something. There are many something’s out there which are trying to complete you. Make yourself from it. Fail to learn. Learn to learn.

Love to learn and learn to love. Being you is the only thing that has to make you live. You are with whom you will be for the rest of the life. Remaining are temporary, you are permanent. Try to impress you and become the better version of you.

The Easiest is to be Happiest😃…How to be happy???

  1. To live by is that one day you will be gone it may be in 50 years it may be in 50 weeks it may be next week or even today. I don’t know you don’t know nobody knows and rather than live in fear of this we should embrace the fact that this life is short and unpredictable knowing this we must live fully today it’s not a recipe for recklessness rather a recipe to offer your all today to offer your absolute best today in everything you do to give your greatest energy. To this day to your family to everyone you encounter today it’s a reminder for you to go away your best self in each moment what if they couldn’t speak to you tomorrow what if you were gone tomorrow what would they speak of you what are you able to do this will leave an enduring positive memory within the lives.

  1. There is nothing you cannot be do or have if there has been someone even one person on this planet that has done it before that means you can – it doesn’t mean it will be easy but it does mean it is possible and as long as it is possible you can work towards it you can make a plan learn what must be finished you to measure your craziest most abundant life a life most would consider impossible.
  2. Nothing is worth it if it doesn’t make you happy if it doesn’t a make you happy or B make you better don’t make time for it now before and if you jump on this let me clarify nothing is worth it if it doesn’t make you happy. It means if it doesn’t make you happy now while you’re doing it or it isn’t going to make you happy as a result of doing it most likely is not worthwhile almost everything worth fighting for goes to need a true fight to win an excellent prize. You will need to suffer and sacrifice for nearly anything worthwhile in life but you ought to ask yourself this question about everything you are doing in your life does this make me happy if the solution is not any ask yourself will this sacrifice i’m making cause more happiness within the future if not you ought to let it go.

  1. Be yourself always no exceptions it’s such a tragedy to see so many people on this planet living lives they don’t want to live just because they listen to other people who did an equivalent the sole way you’ll live happy during this life. The only way you’ll achieve success is that if you be you let me repeat that because perhaps it’s the foremost important thing you’ll ever apply to your life the only way you can be happy in this life the only way you can be successful is if you will never be truly happy in life. If you are constantly doing things to please others to compete with others or to be like another you are unique and that is your greatest gift when you follow your own path regardless if that matches in with others you open up space for nice things to enter your life compare yourself to nobody compete with no other make your own decisions and it’ll cause your greatest vital principle .
  2. Everything you would like is already within you during this world we see endless samples of people that seemingly have it all materially speaking but they’re empty inside things will never complete you people will never complete you no matter what Terry McGuire says “needing nothing attracts everything”. When you come from an area of needing nothing of seeking nothing outside yourself to form you cheerful you open up space for more amazing things to enter your life and if things don’t come that’s fine you don’t need them real happiness is never found outside of us it is not found in possessions or wealth happiness is always and only found within us. It is a state of mind never forget this happiness is the highest level of excess do what feels good the rest will follow principle.

  1. there’s no room for toxic people but there is never-ending space for positive energy and positive people surrounding yourself. With energy killers is one of the worst things you can do if you want to live a happy fulfilled and successful life unfortunately not everyone including families and friends will share an equivalent positive energy you’ve got some will take a short time some might never get there allow them to run their own race, while you specialise in living your own happiness. Those who are truly aligned with you’ll never hold you back from living the life you would like to measure don’t ever dim your lights to suit in with others shine bright those that see your spark will shine with you remember you can’t live an excellent life a cheerful life if you surround yourself with toxic people.
  2. Whatever you focus on you will find if you search for negativity in this world you will find plenty of it. If you look for hate anger violence and sadness you’ll find it but an equivalent is true on the flip side if your only intention is to look for the great you’ll find only the great whatever meaning you give your life becomes your life. It can be a failure or a lesson heartbreak or character building life is against you making you stronger because there is no such thing as reality we choose our own reality by the meaning we give each moment in our lives make it your intention to seem for the great in your life, to note the great in others to be grateful for what you do have to see challenges as opportunities.

Necrophobia: Fear of Death or Dead Things

Everyone reacts separately towards death. As we grow from innocence to maturity our understanding towards things evolves. Necrophbia refers to the fear of death or dead things. From childhood death is explained in some hypothetical way to all of us. Usually as we grow our attachments get intensity and a fear to lose the closest one starts to thread us. The fear can come from the near death experience, or some dead body or some dead pictures and so on. There are differences between fear. Some people get scared by dead bodies or dead things but some are not afraid of dead thing or skeletons but the dying process and mortality. Once they experience a dying process they can’t forget that and eventually it gives way to anxiety. The signs of Necriphobia are

  • Anxiety, headaches , vomiting, trembling after you see or hear something related to death
  • Sweating and mouth drying once you experience something related to death
  • Obsessiveness towards dead things
  • Fainting, nausea and fear to leave house
  • Difficulties after talking after you see dead things and so on

5 ways can help to get rid off fear of death

Spot and write down the situation that leads you to think of death

Most of the time when we get scared of something, we just feel scared rather then finding a way out. So, if we can spot which situations are exactly triggering us to think about death, it will be helpful to cure.

Start comparing your fear with the though of death

Some objects, emotion, situation influence is to think about death. It can be some food or some dress even some smell. For instance, a food dish can remind you the situation of your loved one’s death because the same food was served curing the funeral. The relation can be subtle but the thoughts are very strong.

Start knowing about the connection between anxiety and anticipation

Most of the time over thinking about something and treating something more dreadful that it actually is cause fear more than you imagine. If one starts looking beyond the fear and starts to face the fear rather escaping from it, can help to reduce the phobia

Accept yourself with reality

No one is mortal here. To keep the cycle running, everything has to end for a new beginning. Death is inevitable. So, you have to accept your life as a part of the cycle. Thinking about what if I die wouldn’t give you anything apart of anxiety and fear to face the reality. So, one should leave this unproductive thoughts.

Note down the unnecessary  things giving you anxiety

There are many things which are certainly not related to death or your previous experience of death but still worrying you, note down those things and try to figure out the reality behind it .

Necrophbia is a fear that can be cured by continuous psychological therapy. Most of the time these all things gets neglected from the childhood and eventually takes a larger size and curves the psychological health. Taking help of professional someone, taking the help of spirituality, by having better understanding of death and life, this fear can be treated and cured. Otherwise this fear can develop and can pave way to other health issues like agoraphobia( fear of certain places), insomnia( fear of falling) and so on.

GRAM STAINING

Bacteria can be classified into two different categories i.e. gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. To differentiate the type of bacteria present in any collected sample there is a technique known as GRAM STAINING OR GRAM STAIN. It is sometimes also known as gram’s method. This technique is a different step process which can easily distinguish and classify between different types of bacteria. This was named after the great scientist Hans Christian Gram.
Gram Staining method differentiates bacteria on the basis of their physical and chemical structure of cell wall. They are stained with different reagents and are observed in different colors when seen under the microscope. It is due to the fact that gram positive bacteria have a thick layer of peptidoglycan which allows it to retain the primary stain which is crystal violet and thus they appear purple whereas on the other hand, gram-positive bacteria have thin peptidoglycan cell wall and thus only retain the secondary or counter stain which is Safranin and thus they appear slightly pinkish when observed under microscope. Gram staining is the basic technique which is widely used in the microbiology labs to distinguish between both the types of bacteria. It provides a great help to microbiologists to perform their clinical tasks. If any infection is suspected in the patient then after the collection of sample, the gram staining is done and the type of bacteria is observed.
Gram staining is completed in the various steps –

  1. Fixation of clinical materials i.e. the sample collected are being fixed on the glass slide by first making a smear using water and then that smear is either heat fixed or methanol fixed. It is a first and a very important step. Methanol fixation was later discovered keeping in mind its advantage of not destroying the morphology of host cell, as well as bacteria present in that. It is majorly used for the testing of blood samples collected from patients.
  2. Application of primary stain i.e. crystal violet. Primary stain means the first stain which is applied onto the fixed smear which stains all the calls purple or blue.
  3. To distinguish the slide is then washed off in a gentle and indirect stream of water for 2 seconds which removes the extra stain that is not absorbed by the cells.
  4. The next step involves the application of a mordant i.e. Iodine solution. This forms a complex with crystal violet due to which all the cells start appearing blue.
  5. Again the slide is washed for 2 seconds to remove extra stain.
  6. Addition of a decolorizing agent is the next step which will ultimately remove the excess stain which bacteria has not absorbed. The decolorizer contains the combination of acetone and alcohol. In this step, the gram positive bacteria continue appearing violet or blue in color whereas gram negative bacteria start appearing colorless.
  7. Application of counter stain or secondary stain i.e. safranin is the next step. It should let remain on the slide for 30 second to 1 minute. This will stain all the colorless gram negative bacteria pink and gram positive bacteria remains blue in color.
  8. Again the slide is washed off in a gentle stream of water.
  9. The prepared stained slide is then observed under a microscope using immersion oil (for observing under 100x).

It’s just a bad day,not a bad life

My name hasn’t been shortlisted for the final round of an interview in a reputed company while many of my friends got selected. To be frank I am not at all happy and trying to be happy because if I try to be sad then I can’t be happy. I am happy for my friends but at the same time I am sad for myself. Trying to get out from it and typing it here and expressing it to my text because my bestie too got selected. I don’t know with whom should I share this sadness.

Feeling depressed and trying to be happy and avoiding my sadness as far as possible. I didn’t try that hard to exam but now I am trying much hard to forget this sadness. I don’t know for how much more time I can withstand with my sadness. I am not a poet and feeling to write a poem to express my sorrow.

Be happy, because it’s over. Don’t be sad because it never happens again.

Winning is temporary because failure is real. Winning to try should never fail but failing to win can happen.

Success is just a result, but failure is a process.

You might be wondering to have a surprise and can think of me in a way that I am being stupid enough to realise the value of failure after becoming a failure. Failure never teaches you, it’s you who will teach yourself. It’s you who will be with you forever. Try to win you rather than wasting time and searching happiness in something that could make you happy. Happiness lies within you because you are choosing it. Everything is within our hands because we are travelling through it and we are out own passengers in this journey. Passengers change as you change your job but the only passenger who remains as a shadow is you yourself.

Try to be happy because it’s what makes you happy. Try to be content and never stop improving. It’s only you to whom you have to answer by the end of the day. Make yourself happy because it’s you who are living your life. The only thing that matters to you is being happy. It’s not a bad life, it’s a bad day. What hasn’t happened might happen later with better results. What is today might come with a better tomorrow. No one knows what’s our future. Life can change anytime. The only thing we should promise ourself is to extend our promise. Everything happens for a reason and you will find the reason soon or later. But the reason always makes our life better.

Wait for a better life, If your life is better, wait for a best life.

Impact of pollution on Ecosystem

Modernization and industrialization has its adverse effect on environment surging toxins and health hazardous chemicals in both biotic and abiotic components of environment. Undoubtedly machines have made life super easy but it has taken a toll on human civilization.  World is facing many environmental issues wherein presence of pollutants in environment is being one of the major issue.

Pollutant is elements, unwanted particles and chemical and toxin present in atmosphere. Pollution is referred as presence of these pollutants in biotic and abiotic components of atmosphere. Both Biotic and a biotic component of atmosphere built our eco system. Abiotic is presence of all non- living and physical component  of atmosphere required to balance the eco system like water , air, natural gas etc. whereas biotic is all living organism present in eco system like humans, plants, bacteria etc.  These components are essential to maintain a balance in ecosystem.  It’s a impurity that is unwanted and is harmful to mankind and currently is major significant issues of the world.

Air pollution is one of the major pollution concerns existing in world and has raised an alarming situation. It is injurious to human health and the planet as a whole. Major causes are burning of fossil-fuels, coal, natural gases, industries, household uses, insecticide and pesticide and likewise.

Soil pollution is another major pollutant that is detrimental to humans and plants. Mixing of pollutants in soil has deteriorated its PH value causing to have it unfertile and barren. Illegal mining, dumping of urban and industrial waste, has resulted in soil erosion.

Water pollution is mixing of waste from factories, homes in water bodies. Mixing of pollutant make water contaminated and resulting in deletion in quality of water.  Heavy metals like lead, iron and arsenic is found in water making it poisonous for both terrestrial animal and aquatic. Last but not the least is noise pollution.  It is continuous exposure to an extreme sound level that causes annoyance and irritation. Sound levels less than 70 dB is tolerable by living organism and above that can affect respiration, headache nausea, according to World health organization.

Human activities that create pollution and affect environment

Pollution has disturbed the ecosystem to much extent.  Ecosystem chain has been adversely affected by climate change. Depletion ozone layer – ozone layer prevent entry of harmful sun radiation to the earth.  But toxic gases like carbon tetrachloride and methyl chloroform is leading its depletion.

Various examples in both world and India

Almost 90% of world population lives in areas where level of contaminated gases and fine particles have exceeded the limit according to WHO. Worldwide an estimated 6.5 million deaths (11.6 per cent of the total) were associated with indoor and outdoor air pollution in 2012, according to the WHO.

India is developing economy of the world and is growing rapid in recent years. With these recent developments of infrastructure, industrialization has increased pollution revelation the rise of toxicity in air and water. Many parts of India have witnessed acid rain making lad barren for further use. approx.25% of global deaths attributes to hazardous particulate present in the air.

“Saving Earth And Celebrating Plastic Bag Free Day.”

Plastic has become an integral part of our life and we have been utilizing in each and every aspect and thing we see around us. Be it in our mobile phones, utensils, containers, carry bags and many more. We have made our life more and more dependent on this material that we can hardly imagine our life without them. The benefits they provide us by proving to be lightweight, long lasting,, cost effective, moldable, has given them the plus point over other metals and materials, thus humans inculcated them in their lives. But as we see the other side of the coin, plastic has proven to be a man made problem, troubling our environment. We see plastic and things made of it being thrown with a single use not only in our neighborhood but also in far away places like oceans and sea. These do not get broken as they have stronger bonds thus remaining in our environment for more that 100-500 years before they decompose. These plastic things have disturbed the aquatic life and have destroyed the purity and cleanliness of these water resources.

People have tried hard to get rid of plastic by recycling them or reusing them and even burning them. Burning of plastic burns out toxic flames which could prove to be harmful and even cause cancer if inhaled. Many people are making things out of waste so as to stop the practice of throwing plastic. But is that enough? People hardly care about nature and their environment. They will say they care, but more often end up buying the plastics and carrying bags and goods. So what could be done.

Everything starts with an idea, and soon becomes a part of the day to day life of an individual. For this every year Plastic Bag Free Day is celebrated on 3rd of July to initiate and Bring into notice people about the harms of plastic. People are told about how we humans use plastic and just throw  it away, which makes it a single use plastic that waste could have been utilized easily for future shopping or storage   rather than being let through and dumped as waste. Every year bulk of plastic wayse is obtained from places around the world of no further use. So the campaign of Plastic Bag free day, suggests to prevent the use of plastic for a day and prevent people from doing so.

  1. Instead one can carry an old paper bag or a usual cloth bag for shopping or buying groceries .
  2. If you are a shopkeeper then u can prevent giving things in plastic bags and rather spread the message of preventing its further use. One’ss people start preventing its use, it will soon become a habit.
  3. Another thing any individual can do is to  collect any plastic thrown away, place them in the desired place or provide most if it to companies which do work in recycling it. Or if anyone doesn’t have much of time, they can provide financial aid to the NGOs or people working in this areas

It’s High time to understand the need to shift to better and improved material so as to prevent our earth from getting worse. We need to do research in material with better strength, durability and cost effectiveness and also which are not harmful for our nature. These small activities a day can bring revolutionary changes in the future, we just need to work together in the goals to make our earth better, with the purest form of resources and people and animals on this planet safer and happier.

Lack of Anonymity in the Digital Age

For a second, close your eyes and imagine this scenario. You are walking into a room full of strangers. You don’t know anyone in this room and, in turn, no one in the room knows you. What you are experiencing as you walk into that room is called anonymity. Anonymity is Greek for ‘no name’ and allows us to try new things or express ideas without being judged, simply because we are hiding our true identity from the world. Don’t get this concept wrong, you are not trying to deceive anybody. Instead, you are going by the name of Anonymous, and people know that it is not your true identity. But anonymity is fast disappearing owing to the advent of the digital age.

anonTalking about online anonymity is like trying to see the world as either black or white, without any shades of grey in it. Today only a hermit could be termed as a totally private person and even then it is not necessary that he or she would be anonymous. For all we know, he or she could be a famous and influential hermit!

Your concern should not be whether or not you are anonymous online. Your concern should be focused on the level of control that you have over your own anonymity. Who you are is defined by the perception of those around you, people who directly or indirectly seek to influence your every word and action. On the internet, you seem to have a black and white stance on things; there is an all or nothing level of control on your privacy and, thus, your anonymity. You cede control of who you are to too many large corporations like Facebook and Google. You trust them to share who you are in a way that you are happy with.

You post your countless pictures, or the selfies as you may call them, with your geotagged locations; you make all your future plans inherently public. You engage in horrible insults knowing full well that the target of your harassment is just one click away from your real name and address. What you forget to realize that it is you who is making his personal information public on your volition.

anon2One could even argue that it’s even detrimental not to divulge at least some information online. But it is privacy fatigue that you have become so dependent on social media which is giving you a lazy attitude toward staying anonymous. Today each of us leaves breadcrumbs that an investigator can very easily use to follow back to us.

Any effort to completely anonymize your activities will be more or less futile but you still can take note of some tips. Keep your devices and accounts password-protected, making a new password for every different account. Get used to blocking and do not feed the trolls. Make good use of your common sense and don’t try to dwell and engage in any provocative material online. If you are going to troll, be constructive instead of being negative. And if you are thinking about responding to a troll, don’t.

How Jack Ma inspired me!!!

Jack Ma- every 5 years we have a review for our strategy now our strategy is always to look at the 30 years and 10 years every strategic decisions we make we have to ask one question this decision we make solve society problem because we believe the biggest social property you solved the most successful you are so if we do it this cannot solve any social problems we don’t do it second is this project is going to be successful in 10 years. If it’s it’s going to be successful in 10 years let’s do it if it’s going to be successful in one year or one month normally we forget about it because why you can be successful in one year or one month.

Alibaba billionaire Jack Ma: I know nothing about tech or marketing

We all have to put parham and 5 years ago we had a big debate about 10 years later 20 years what are the things this china society the world leave want so we say happiness and health strategy to happiness and health we believe Holly do you know the movie industry bring people happy because today nobody is happy rich people are happy poor people not happy you know at least when I watch movie after you’re happy but right. So, I think we should have partner with the Hollywood especially like a lot of you know we have a different way of living and in China the movie we have a lot of heroes but China movies heroes always dead the American me movie here will never die if all the heroes die who want to be the hero so my movie I want to make the hero live right so this is this is I think we should learn a lot and it’s all about two years so we have another eight years ago I want to make our company that it’s it’s not ecommerce it’s something that giving people inspirations given people.

Alibaba's co-founder Jack Ma to retire | The Passage

In the eBay model why about this model I told myself for is the gum set or a hat that will care about what the other people and the other thing Forrest Gump said nobody make money out of the catching whales people make money by catching shrimps so

We serve small business or not if you want to win in business you have to think bigger than the service or product you

They also teach all the tricks all the turns all the dips all the tosses in the air did it matter as much as the experience we provided to students every person wants to feel loved every person wants to feel like they belong but they want to feel wanted appreciated validated and see and so we’ve always at our school thought bigger. We thought about they may come in for a service but they come back and they refer others because we enrich their lives we focus on the essential human needs like love like care like belonging that across cultures across demographics everybody wants to feel or experience.

Jack Ma and Jerry Yang talk about Yahoo's big Alibaba investment ...

I love Jack Ma’s message thinking five or 10 years from now because what people are worried about let’s say right now for the next six months it’s going to come and go but what stands the test of time are the deep down worries and fears that we all share so if you want to have a successful business you have to think bigger than the service or product you provide because people may come to your dance school people may come to your coffee shop by random chance but that’s not what’s going to keep them there and that’s not what’s going to make them refer clients to you now I’ve got a special bonus clip for you but before we get to it today’s question is how have you been thinking small in your business and what can you do to change that to really make an impact on your customers.

Fact about overnight success!

Most of the time, I think our constant quest for overnight success is a trap.

We get so obsessed on the goal that we forget that the system is what matters. We get so obsessed with the outcome that we overlook the repetitions we need to do to get there. We become so focused on the short-term results that we forget to build the long-term habits that make the real difference.

However, there are a few strategies—four of them at least—that will actually accelerate the results you enjoy without ignoring the importance of building better habits. I call these strategies “Behavior Multipliers” because they multiply and enhance your ability to take the right action on a consistent basis.

Let’s talk about these multipliers, how they work, and how they can get you closer to achieving overnight success.

The Behavior Multipliers

1. Rapid Feedback.

“The best way to change long-term behavior is with short-term feedback.” The more immediate the feedback that you get, the quicker you can make adjustments to your behavior. (This is why it’s important to measure backward.)

My friend shared a good example with me recently. He had a collegue who wanted to improve his posture. That’s a hard thing to do because typically the only feedback you get on posture is if someone tells you that you are slouching or if you see yourself in the mirror. That’s very slow and inconsistent feedback.

Instead, his client stood in an upright position with good posture and placed a piece of tape across his shoulder. When he slouched, the tape pulled just enough on his shirt so that he noticed the change. Suddenly, he had immediate feedback whenever his posture changed and it became much easier to maintain good posture throughout the day.

The most foundational aspect of a new habit is awareness. If you’re not aware of your habits, how can you expect to change them? This is why feedback is so important. Faster feedback leads to faster results.

2. Simplicity.

The best productivity strategy is to eliminate the things that derail your productivity. If you live a life with fewer distractions, it becomes much easier to take effective action.

In many cases, the danger isn’t knowing what the most important task is for the day. The danger is doing the 7th-most important thing before you do the most important thing.

Don’t just identify the 20 percent of strategies that are most effective, eliminate the 80 percent of strategies that are wasteful. When the distractions are taken away from you, it becomes much easier to stay focused.

3. Environment.

In my opinion, this is the greatest success “hack” there is. If you live in an environment that nudges you toward the right decision and if you surround yourself with people who make your new behavior seem normal, then you’ll find success is almost an afterthought.

The world around us shapes our behavior. Consider the home you live in, for example. There are many cues built into your home, probably hundreds or thousands, that shape your behavior in small ways.

  • Is there food sitting on the counter? You’re more likely to pick it up and eat it.
  • Do your couches and chairs face the television? You’re more likely to sit down and turn it on.

And it works the other way too…

  • Are your running shoes and gym shorts laid out the night before? You’ll be more likely to suit up and go for a run tomorrow.
  • Do you work at an office with healthy and fit people? If so, you’ll be more likely to see exercise and activity as a normal way of life.

Every environment promotes some behaviors and prevents others. The key is to be in an environment that supports the results you want to achieve.

The people and places that surround us fill our days with little cues and triggers that can make our habits easier to follow or harder to build. Are you fighting your environment to make change happen? Or does your environment make your new behavior effortless?

4. Ability.

If your skills in a particular area are better, then making sustained progress will be easier.

For example, if you can already do 100 pushups in a row, then developing a habit of doing 10 pushups per day seems relatively easy. If, however, your maximum is 10 pushups in a row, then doing 10 pushups per day is far more taxing.

This is also where talent and genetic potential come into the picture. It is far easier to become an overnight success in basketball if you are 7 feet tall rather than if you are 5 feet tall. Play a game that rewards your skill set and success will come faster.

Overnight Success

I still think overnight success is a myth. There’s no way to avoid one simple fact: you have to put in the work.

That said, these four strategies make rapid success more reasonable:

  1. Get short-term feedback.
  2. Simplify and eliminate distractions.
  3. Surround yourself with an environment that promotes your new behavior.
  4. Play a game that leverages your skill set.

Dealing with a Writer’s Block

Writing something requires a person to be inspired by something. Not everyone can pen a few words on the paper and call themselves an author. It takes tremendous inspiration to produce something original. But you cannot be inspired every minute of your life. There are also times when you try so hard to get inspired to write a piece but your mind refuses to cooperate. Writers sometimes call it a Writer’s Block.

blockMany fellow writers do not agree with this, however. According to them, the writer’s block is just some excuse used for procrastination, instead of actually working on writing your project.

But how can you then explain the drying up of your inspirational ink? Why do you often find yourself staring at a blank screen without any thought? How come you delete every word you wrote in the past few minutes simply because it was not up to the mark according to you?

Many people do experience writer’s block. Here are some of the strategies on how you can get back in your creative flow, adopted by many worldwide.

  1. Relax yourself

Many people find it relaxing when they dance or practice yoga and Tai Chi. Meditating calms your mind and certain body movement allows blood to flow to your brain. A few minutes of these activities will help you to focus longer and you will start with a fresh creative mind.

  1. Do something creative

Stop whatever it is that you are trying to write. Step away from your desk and find something creative for you to do. It could be painting or building something from scratch like a DIY project. It will keep your mind active and help you ease into creative mode easily.

  1. Eliminate distractions

Switch off your mobile phone and keep away from all the social media sites. Clean your cluttered desk to help clean your mind. Give yourself some space while writing. Try to write at a time when you know no one will disturb you.

block2

  1. Do free-writing

Free-writing means writing anything that comes at the top of your mind. Sometimes you have so many things going on in your life that your mind cannot focus on the project at hand. Rant on the paper about the thing that is troubling you, the thing that you wanted to say to your colleague, and the thing that made you happy today. Write about anything you want, mix fiction with scientific facts. Free-writing will definitely unburden your mind. Moreover, as the name suggests, you will feel free.

  1. Write at a time that works for you

Some people get their surge of inspiration early in the morning while they are still half asleep while others get their ideas just as they are sleeping. Some prefer to write while feeling connected to nature, maybe in a park. Find out what works best for you and try to keep your schedule free during that time so that you can write.

Writer’s block is merely a minor speed bump in the journey of your writing. Don’t let it be the end of your beautifully endless journey ahead.

VIRUS AND ITS TRANSMISSION

WHAT IS A VIRUS?????
A virus is referred as an infectious agent that can only replicate inside the living cells of an organism i.e. a virus is something which can not at all grow or replicate by its own. It always needs a living cell for its replication process. It is a microorganism which cannot be seen by naked eyes and can infect any life form. It can be infectious for humans, plants and even for other microorganisms like bacteria and archea. Viruses infecting bacteria are known as bacteriophage. Viruses are not restricted to a place and they can be found everywhere at every place of ecosystem whether land, or water or in air. They can cause various infections including air-borne, water-borne or even food-borne. The science dealing with the study of viruses is known as Virology and it is a branch of microbiology. A complete virus particle ranges in size from about 10-400nm in its diameter.
Viruses are near to dead when outside the living cell but once entered any living cell of an organism, they are forced to replicate using the life machinery of that particular organism and thus they produce thousands of their multiple copies and in this way infect the organism. Outside the living cells they are present in the free, independent form which may also be known as a virion.
There are 3 main parts in the structure of a virus i.e. –

  1. Genetic core which is also known as nucleic acid core containing all the genetic material whether DNA or RNA, but not both. It is known as genome.
  2. A protein coat, which is also known as capsid which surrounds the genome of a virus particle.
  3. An envelope which is made of lipid. It is an external coat surrounding the genome as well as capsid.

VIRUS TRANSMISSION
Transmission of virus particles is important for them to survive because as discussed above they can only replicate themselves inside a host living organism. The virus transmits from one organism to another in order to survive, reproduce and continue their species. The effectiveness of the transmission of viral particle depends on 2 main factors i.e. the concentration of virus and its route of transmission. More concentration of virus leads to more transmission.
There are several ways by which a virus particle may get transmitted from one organism to another.

  1. Blood – Virus particles can get transmitted through the blood. The one way is direct viral infection in blood and the other way is by arthropods like dengue or malaria is transmitted. Arthropods bite one organism and collect viral particles from them and then when they bite other organism, the same viral particles are being transmitted to the next organism and this way transmission and infection occurs. Another way is direct viral infection in blood which can be via direct infected blood exposure to a healthy individual. It may be transmitted via sexual contacts with infected person like HIV is transmitted.
  2. Saliva – It is the most commonly seen in kissing the infected individual. The saliva contains the viral particles and thus they are transmitted to healthy individual.
  3. Respiratory secretions – If any infected individual sneezes, or coughs or in any other way its respiratory secretions come in contact with the healthy individual, he may get infected by the same. It may also occur by singing or even breathing.
  4. Feces – This is not a very common method in developed countries but can infect those who do not take sanitary actions after using toilets. The virus particles secreted in feces can infect other healthy individuals if they come in contact with them.
