Before India’s freedom ladies in our Nation need to deal with numerous issues like absence of legitimate training, early marriages, not given equivalent rights as men and so forth.
There were numerous social reformers who worked in improvement of our general public. One of them was Savitribai Phule. Alongside being a social reformer, she was likewise a poet, educationist and philanthropist.
She was the initial one to open a young ladies school in Pune. She additionally attempted to cancel segregation and out of line treatment of individual on based on rank and sexual Orientation.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Savitribai Phule was born on 3January 1831 in the village of Naigaon in Satara District. She was oldest little girl of her folks. She got hitched to JyotiraoPhule who himself was a social dissident. At the hour of her marriage, she was only 9 years of age furthermore uneducated as around then, there were no ladies rights to contemplate.
After marriage, with her better half’s support, she figured out how to peruse and compose and the two of them in the long run proceeded to track down India’s first school for young ladies called Bhidewade in Pune in 1848.
OTHER WORKS
Her books of sonnet’’Kavya Phule’’ and ‘’Bavan Kashi Subodh Ratanakar’’ were distributed in 1934and 1982.
She unequivocally accepted that training was one of the focal boards through which ladies and the discouraged classes could get enabled and desire to remain on an equivalent balance with rest of the general public. She is a motivation to every one of the ladies, without her work it would have been hard for ladies to battle for their privileges around then.
The 2019 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences was awarded to Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo, who currently work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Michael Kremer of Harvard University. The Prize committee noted that these economists “introduced a new approach to obtaining reliable answers about the best ways to fight global poverty.” The new Nobel laureates are considered to be instrumental in using randomised controlled trials to test the effectiveness of various policy interventions to alleviate poverty.
So what is randomised control trial?
A randomised controlled trial is an experiment that is designed to isolate the influence that a certain intervention or variable has on an outcome or event. A social science researcher who wants to find the effect that employing more teachers in schools has on children’s learning outcomes, for instance, can conduct a randomised controlled trial to find the answer. The use of randomised controlled trials as a research tool was largely limited to fields such as biomedical sciences where the effectiveness of various drugs was gauged using this technique. Mr. Banerjee, Ms. Duflo and Mr. Kremer, however, applied RCT to the field of economics beginning in the 1990s. Mr. Kremer first used the technique to study the impact that free meals and books had on learning in Kenyan schools. Mr. Banerjee and Ms. Duflo later conducted similar experiments in India.
Why is randomised controlled trial so popular?
At any point in time, there are multiple factors that work in tandem to influence various social events. RCTs allow economists and other social science researchers to isolate the individual impact that a certain factor alone has on the overall event. For instance, to measure the impact that hiring more teachers can have on children’s learning, researchers must control for the effect that other factors such as intelligence, nutrition, climate, economic and social status etc., which may also influence learning outcomes to various degrees, have on the final event.Randomised controlled trials promise to overcome this problem through the use of randomly picked samples. Using these random samples researchers can then conduct experiments by carefully varying appropriate variables to find out the impact of these individual variables on the final event.
What are some criticisms of randomised controlled trials?
A popular critic of randomised controlled trials is economist Angus Deaton, who won the economics Nobel Prize in 2015. Mr. Deaton has contended in his works, including a paper titled “Understanding and misunderstanding randomised control trials” that simply choosing samples for an RCT experiment in a random manner does not really make these samples identical in their many characteristics.
While two randomly chosen samples might turn out to be similar in some cases, he argued, there are greater chances that most samples are not really similar to each other. Other economists have also contended that randomised controlled trials are more suited for research in the physical sciences where it may be easier to carry out controlled experiments. They argue that social science research, including research in the field of development economics, may be inherently unsuited for such controlled research since it may be humanly impossible to control for multiple factors that may influence social events.
My mom told me a story about how everyone has their own story
A Young Man and his father were travelling by train and they seem to be very happy. A young man in his twenties was seeing out from the train’s window and suddenly he is shouted father, see the sun it looks like a circle Then his father smiled at him.
young men again shouted – father, look at the trees as they are going behind. father again smiled at the young man. A couple sitting nearby looked at the young man’s childish comment with pity.
Suddenly the young men exclaimed again.. father, look at the clouds and sun! they are all running with us. The couple observed the young man’s behaviour for a long time they couldn’t resist and said to the old man “why don’t you take your son to a good doctor?” The old man smiled at his son and said “we did and we are just coming from the hospital”
The couple saw them with strange expression. The Old man said again “My son was blind from birth and he just got his vision today”
Every person in the world has a story. Don’t judge people before you truly know them. The Truth might surprise you.
The persisting scenario of pandemic and prolonged lockdown has proven the fact that education can be done online. The learners aren’t required to be physically present but still they can complete the entire course through a virtual platform. This condition might have influence on the post pandemic period or even the present methodology can be adopted. Such things leaves us thinking, WHAT IS THE REAL PURPOSE OF EDUCATION ? WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SCHOOLING IN AN INDIVIDUAL’S LIFE ? Though we can’t come up with a solution for the problems still we have answers for the mentioned questions. Hence we can form a better system.
Going through the history of schooling a certain idea can be derived, the purpose being preaching religious values, morality and knowledge of life or which can be called as art of living a life in a righteous way. Through years it slowly evolved with various theories ending up in the system that exist today which entirely focuses on developing their knowledge in particular field. This system enables the learners to pursue a job and make earning but it fails to teach the person to survive in the society. It denys them from giving a picture of social life thus forgetting the ultimate aim of education. Also in the contemporary world where children confined to their rooms without any other source of entertainment are left to rely on their mobile phones and electrical gadgets. Without supervision of their parents there are lots of chance for them getting mislead with negative influence which promotes violent behaviour in them. This can be seen through the increasing number of crimes which are being committed by the graduates who are being mislead and manipulated to follow wrong beliefs.
To contradict this we need a social form of education where they learn moral values. The student must be open to social crisis through regular discussion by which they get a idea of the current scenario of world, providing them a real picture and thus allows them to share thier view towards it. This method develops their communication skills and ensures a positive form of interaction. The range of success differs,it changes place to place and between individuals, so one cannot define whether you lived a successful life but can definitely tell whether you lived in courteous way. Thus inorder to form a well built society for future we need to teach the young generation with moral values.
Do you ever feel the need of being diplomatic or is straightforwardness your only guide in life? Well, a peek at the events of Germany’s unification might enlighten your thoughts.
INTRODUCTION
It all started in the early 19th century with Napoleon Bonaparte, the fearless ruthless French emperor who took half of the Europe in a sweep. Germany was divided into 100 independent states. After the conquer Napoleon congregated them into 39 larger states. He also established the Confederation of the Rhine, a league of 16 German states. This brought further unification to Germany. Bonaparte was ultimately defeated in the Battle of Waterloo (1815). The defeat however arose in the Germans the collective feeling of Nationalism. They understood the concept of UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL. This created German Federation in 1815, containing all territories of the former Empire with majority German speakers. Prussia and Austria became the main powers.
Initial efforts at unification were not political but economic. Zollverin was a trade agreement in which the tariff barriers were removed, taxes decreased. Then came the Romantic movement. “The Wanderer above the Sea of Fog”, a painting by German romanticist Caspar David Friedrich dwelled upon the unknown future.
Congress of Vienna created in 1814–1815 after fall of Bonaparte was an international diplomatic conference. It aimed to restore the European political order after French and Napoleonic Wars. The conference however faced backlash due to its ignorance towards national and liberal impulses. The reaction against Congress of Vienna were the Revolutions of 1848 (which had spread across Europe). These revolutions did stir feelings of nationalism in public. However The Revolution of 1848 failed in its attempt to unify the German-speaking states because the Frankfurt Assembly reflected the many different interests of the German ruling classes.
ENTRY OF OTTO VON BISMARCK
King William I appointed Otto von Bismarck as the new Minister President of Prussia in 1862. After less than a decade, he served the public with a unified Germany! For this he chose the path of diplomacy.
Otto von Bismarck (1818- 1898) was a Conservative Statesman from Prussia. He believed in Mcachiavelli’s ideology of Real Politik i.e. policy to be applied rather than have a handbook. In his famous Blood Iron Speech he said:
“Germany does not look to Prussia’s liberalism
but to her power…not by speeches and
majorities will the Great Questions of the day
be decided- but by Iron & Blood.”
He was a master of complex politics. His diplomacy helped win support of Liberals and Socialists. For Liberals’ support-
Diminished church rights
The class struggle with Catholic churches was called Kulturkampbh
Bismarck was already a supporter of Industrialisation, this benefited in gaining liberal support
For Socialists’ support-
Socialist party was banned at first
Social welfare programs were started instead: Health insurance, accident insurance and old age pensions
WAR STRATEGIES
The unification of Germany was done with three wars and several layers of diplomacy.
First war included Prussia and Austria against Denmark (1864). It was a diplomacy to gain Austria’s support. Denmark lost and the states of Schleswig and Holstien were taken by Prussia and Austria respectively.
The second war saw clash between Austria and Prussia in Austria-Prussian War (1866). Prussia obviously won and Austria’s territories were annexed. This made Prussia the leader of German unification. Prussia was backed by Italy here because of a treaty signed between the two nations against Austria.
The final war of Franco-Prussia (1871) was a mind game played by Bismarck. He wanted France to attack on Germany to arouse Nationalism. For this first he declared that Spain would be ruled by German. Next, he modified the news that Kin William I insulted French ambassador Count Benedetti. This enraged France and accordingly it waged war.
CONCLUSION
With all the diplomacies, he provoked three short, decisive wars against Denmark, Austria, and France, aligning the smaller German states behind Prussia in its defeat of France. Therefore whenever it is said that Bismarck is the architecture of Unified Germany, it must be mentioned that Diplomacy was his tool.
The condition in which harmful and hazardous materials get mixed with the environment making it impure is called pollution . The harmful materials that make the environment impure are called pollutants. Pollutants can be natural as well as man made. For example volcanic ash is a natural pollutant whereas trash or runoff produced by factories are the pollutants created by humans. Pollutants damage the quality of air, water, and soil.
Types of pollution
Usually there are three types of pollution. They are as follows :-
Air pollution : When the harmful hazardous substances mix with the air making it impure to breathe, it causes air pollution . According to the World Health Organization (WHO), every year almost seven million deaths occur because of air pollution. Nine out of ten human beings currently breathe air that exceeds the WHO’s guideline limits for pollutants, with those living in low- and middle-income countries suffering the most. Water pollution : Water pollution (or aquatic pollution) is the contamination of water bodies, usually as a result of human activities. Therefore when harmful pollutants and chemicals mix with the water of water bodies like lakes, rivers, oceans, aquifers and groundwater leads to water pollution. Water pollution is the leading worldwide cause of death and disease, e.g. due to water-borne diseases. Soil Pollution : The removal of useful substances from the soil or the addition of harmful substances to it is called soil pollution. Garbage, cotton clothes, newspapers, tree waste, are the causes of soil pollution. Plastic, glasses and metal objects may also cause soil pollution.
Causes of pollution in environment :
There are many causes of environmental pollution. The causes of pollution are as follows : Industries From the time of the industrial revolution,Industries have been polluting our environment. This is caused due to the increasing use of fossil fuels. In the 19th century and for a significant part of the 20th century, human force was being replaced by coal to make machines work faster.
Pollution by industries is the main cause of air pollution but it also causes contamination in soil and water. This is particularly the case for power-generating industries, such as plants producing electricity (May they be a dam, a nuclear reactor or some other type of plant). Transportation can also be harmful for the environment like petrol is transported through pipelines. A leak in the pipeline will automatically pollute the soil. At the same time, if the tanker transporting petrol from its production plant to the place where it will be consumed leaks or sinks then it will contaminate the water.
2. Transportation After the time when people r using petrol vehicles for transportation instead of using animal power the rate of environmental pollution has increased. Its levels have only been increasing day by day. Similarly to industries, pollution caused by transport can mainly be attributed to fossil fuels.
3. Agricultural Activities Agricultural waste is mainly a cause of water and soil pollution. This is caused by the increased use of pesticides, as well as by the intensive character of its production. Most of the pesticides are made from chemical substances and are meant to keep diseases and threatening animals away from the crops. However, by keeping these forms of life away, the harm is almost always made to the surrounding environment as well.
4. Trading Activities The production and exchange of goods and services fall under this category. As regards goods, pollution can be caused by packaging (which often involves the use of plastic, which is made from fossil fuels) or transport, mainly.
5. Residences Finally, residential areas provide their fair share of pollution as well. To build homes, the natural environment has to be destroyed in one way or another. Wildlife and plants are driven away and replaced by human constructions. As it requires the work of industries, construction itself is also a source of contamination of the environment.
Effects of Environmental Pollution
Now that we have identified the main causes of environmental pollution, let us study the negative effects it has:
1. Effects on Humans The effects of environmental pollution on humans are mainly physical, but can also turn into neuro-affections in the long term. It causes respiratory infections, in the form of allergies, asthma, irritation of the eyes and nasal passages, or other forms of respiratory infections. Environmental pollution has been proven to be a major factor in the development of cancer. This can happen, for example, when we eat reminiscences of pollutants used in the production of processed foods or pesticides from the crops. Other rarer diseases include hepatitis, typhoid affections, diarrhea, and hormonal disruptions.
2. Effects on Animals Environmental pollution mainly affects animals by causing harm to their living environment, making it toxic for them to live in. Acid rains can change the composition of rivers and seas, making them toxic for fishes; an essential quantity of ozone in the lower parts of the atmosphere can cause lung problems to all animals. Toxic algae overgrowth will be caused due to Nitrogen and phosphates present in water preventing other forms of life to follow their normal course.
Soil pollution will cause harm and, sometimes, even the destruction of microorganisms, which can have the dramatic effect of killing the first layers of the primary food chain.
3. Effects on Plants As for animals, plants, and especially trees, can be destroyed by acid rains ozone in the lower atmosphere block the plant respiration, and harmful pollutants can be absorbed from the water or soil.
4. Effects on the Ecosystem In short, environmental pollution, almost exclusively created by human activities, has a negative effect on the ecosystem, destroying crucial layers of it and causing an even more negative effect on the upper layers.
Prevention of environmental pollution
Environmental pollution can be reduced in many ways. The ways are as follows: The most important thing we can do is reduce , reuse and recycle goods like plastic things etc. We should lower the use of non biodegradable wastes Uses of chemical fertilizers must be reduced. To avoid pollution we should start afforestation. We must take care during sewage disposal so that the chemical does not contaminate the soil or water.
It is distressing to see the plight of the tusk-bearing animals these days. Numerous news headlines are daily highlighting the illegal smuggling of ivory. The extortionate value and demand of the ivories are not only in India, but also in the international markets. Wild animals are mercilessly being poached on a massive scale, possessing a major existential threat to wildlife. But do we really care or do enough to stop this inhumane and selfish act?
Let us first understand the connotation of the word ‘poaching’.
Poaching, in simple words, is the illicit act of killing, shooting, hunting or capturing of animals. The aim of this illegal act is mainly for the purpose of trade of animal products like skin, teeth, horn, bone, etc. Poaching plays a decisive role in being a contributor to biodiversity loss. Due to this felonious act, the number of extinctions has increased dramatically over the past decades. It is necessary to understand that poaching is not only about the uncontrolled killing of protected animals or endangered animals but any unlawful killing of animals.
Smuggling of elephant tusks
In India, poaching of elephants is very common and a major challenge to be combated. Ivory trade is in high demand mostly in the Asian countries. About 20,000 elephants are mercilessly killed every single year for their tusks. These ivory tusks are then smuggled in the international markets to eventually end up as ivory trinkets.
Ivory trade has been in practise for millennia. In the 14th century BCE, the exportation of ivory and slaves from Africa and Asia were done extensively. The freshly captured slaves along with the tusks were sold. The ivory was then used to make ornaments and aesthetically pleasing commodities.
On July 6, 2016, a complete ban on commercial trade in African elephant ivory went into effect in the United States. The African elephant population has decreased dramatically. Near about 350,000 elephants are left in Africa, as per 2019 data. It is quite shocking to know that 10,000 to 20,000 elephants are slain every year. Elephant numbers have dropped by 62% over the last decade, and if not brought under control, then they’ll be extinct by the end of the next decade.
Major countries where these tusks are sold
China is the biggest consumer market for ivory products. However, a ban was enforced on ivory trade by China in the year 2017. But it is evident that ivory is in high demand in many countries. Illegal selling of ivory is still rampant. In the year 2011, a whopping amount of 100kg of ivory was seized by Tanzanian officials. That same year several countries including Tanzania and Kenya seized a total of 17 ivory shipments weighing 800 kg.
According to surveys and in-depth interviews the demand for ivory is known to be concentrated in: China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and the United States.
Last year, about 8.8 tonnes of ivory items were seized in Singapore.
The adverse effects of tusk-removal on the elephants
I am sure that we have all seen the majestic elephants flaunting big, off-white tusks on either side of their trunks. These tusks are both beautiful on the elephant and of utmost importance in the species’ survival.
Many poachers claim that there are no after effects of tusk-removal. Either the elephants are killed or sedated before removing their beautiful tusks.
An elephant’s tusk is deeply embedded in its skull. When the tusks are removed, there is a big hole left afterwards. The hole is big enough to stick your arm into it. If the tusks are removed at the point where it protrudes from the head, the nerve is exposed. Either way, now the wound is open and vulnerable to all sorts of infection. So, even though the elephant remains alive it is still at risk. Now, suppose there is an ivory poacher. Any poacher will want as much ivory as he can acquire with as little risk as possible. If he opts for the removal of the tusk completely, he/she will have to completely sedate or kill the elephant, because of little time and the fear of getting caught.
The answer is a ‘Big No’. Ivory has been valuable since ancient times in art and manufacturing a range of items and artefacts. Though elephant ivory is the most important source, ivory of walruses, mammoth, killer whale, sperm whale, hippopotamus, narwhal and warthog are used as well.
The international and national trade of ivory of threatened species such as African and Asian elephants is illegal.
When every choice involves the loss of opportunity, which path will you choose? When your choices come with incomplete information, how can you be certain? How long will you stand still before making your choice? How confident are you when you realize you can’t save the first road for another day when the road you chose tends to lead onward to another? Whichever road you choose will make all the difference. In order to be different and do something great, you have to think different and implement things with a different approach. You have to take a different lane; the road not taken.
Remember the poem “The Road Not Taken” penned by Robert Frost?
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth…
The poem describes someone standing at a fork, or turning point, in a road in the woods, trying to decide which path he is going to take. He looks down one road as far as he can see, and after thinking for another minute, decides to take one because it looks like nobody’s been that way yet, and he is curious about where it leads. He thinks maybe he might come back another day and try out the other path but he has a feeling that the road he has chosen will lead him to new places and discoveries, and he probably won’t be back. He thinks wistfully about that road, which he did not take, and where he might have wound up if he’d gone that way instead. Part of him regrets his decision, but he also realizes that the things he’s seen and the places he’s gone because of the direction he chose has made him who he is.
This poem tells a lot about life in general. Life is all about making choices, whether it’s about choosing to change your daily diet or choosing the right partner. Every choice has its significance in some way or the other.
It makes me remember that past is always dynamic because it shapes my present and therefore, I should be careful about my present as it will take care of my future. Most importantly, this poem makes me think wisely about my choices. It reminds me that I should not make such a choice which I would regret one day and say ‘if I would have taken the other road, it would have been better’. Rather I should be proud of my decision and say ‘Yes! Since I chose the right path, it has led to all this difference’. The difference is what makes it different. Just as Frost ended the poem: “I took the road less travelled, and that’s all that matters”. There are no bad roads, there are only different battles that births different results.
In my opinion, the poet encourages the readers to create opportunities that may be overlooked by us because we all are in search of solutions for our problems rather than trying to sort out the things in the less conventional way.
Learning disabilities are due to genetic and/or neurobiological factors that alter brain functions in a manner which affects one or more processes related to learning. These processing problems can interfere with learning basic skills such as reading, writing and/or math. They can also be related to with higher level skills such as organization, time planning, abstract reasoning, long or short term memory and attention. It is important to realize that learning disabilities can affect an individual’s life beyond academics and can impact relationships with family, friends and in the workplace. It can also be a source of bullying amongst smaller children.
“If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn”. Learning disability, learning disorder or learning difficulty, is a condition in the brain that causes difficulties comprehending or processing information and can be caused by several different factors. Given the “difficulty learning in a typical manner”, this does not exclude the ability to learn in a different manner. Symptoms of dyslexia usually become more obvious when children start school and begin to focus more on learning how to read and write. People are often also quite unaware about this topic .The unknown factor is the disorder that affects the brain’s ability to receive and process information. This disorder can make it problematic for a person to learn as quickly or in the same way as someone who is not affected by a learning disability. People with a learning disability have trouble performing specific types of skills or completing tasks if left to figure things out by themselves or if taught in conventional ways.
Preschool children
In some cases, it’s possible to detect symptoms of dyslexia before a child starts school. Symptoms can include: delayed speech development compared with other children of the same age (although this can have many different causes) speech problems, such as not being able to pronounce long words properly and “jumbling” up phrases (for example, saying “hecilopter” instead of “helicopter”, or “beddy tear” instead of “teddy bear”) problems expressing themselves using spoken language, such as being unable to remember the right word to use, or putting sentences together incorrectly little understanding or appreciation of rhyming words, such as “the cat sat on the mat”, or nursery rhymes difficulty with, or little interest in, learning letters of the alphabet.
School children
Symptoms of dyslexia usually become more obvious when children start school and begin to focus more on learning how to read and write. Symptoms of dyslexia in children aged 5 to 12 include: problems learning the names and sounds of letters spelling that’s unpredictable and inconsistent putting letters and figures the wrong way round (such as writing “6” instead of “9”, or “b” instead of “d”) confusing the order of letters in words reading slowly or making errors when reading aloud visual disturbances when reading (for example, a child may describe letters and words as seeming to move around or appear blurred) answering questions well orally, but having difficulty writing the answer down difficulty carrying out a sequence of directions struggling to learn sequences, such as days of the week or the alphabet slow writing speed poor handwriting problems copying written language and taking longer than normal to complete written work poor phonological awareness and word attack skills.
Word attack skills
Young children with dyslexia can also have problems with word attack skills. This is the ability to make sense of unfamiliar words by looking for smaller words or collections of letters that a child has previously learnt. For example, a child with good word attack skills may read the word “sunbathing” for the first time and gain a sense of the meaning of the word by breaking it down into “sun”, “bath”, and “ing”.
Causes of disabilities
The causes for learning disabilities are not well understood, and sometimes there is no apparent cause for a learning disability. However, some causes of neurological impairments include:
Heredity and genetics Learning disabilities are often linked through genetics and run in the family. Children who have learning disabilities often have parents who have the same struggle.
Problems during pregnancy and birth A learning disability can result from anomalies in the developing brain, illness or injury. Risk factors are fetal exposure to alcohol or drugs and low birth weight (3 pounds or less). These children are more likely to develop a disability in math or reading.
Conclusion
Learning disabilities is a field that is constantly changing. With the advent of techniques that allow scholars to study the brain in action, we may understand not only the normal process of reading but also what happens when the system is not working. The hope is that we will be able to prevent learning disabilities or, at the least, to develop innovative and successful interventions. It is also hoped that we will become more adept at identifying children at earlier ages to prevent some of the emotional and social difficulties that can be associated with a learning disability. Neuroscience is now promising new avenues in our study of learning disabilities as is genetics. Families who have a history of learning disability need further study to provide appropriate support for them as well as to assist with early interventions
In these pandemic situation there no offline meetings and interviews. Video conference is daily habited in these time , we are using lot of application for video conference like Google meet, zoom meet, Microsoft teams , Skype and jio meet
Most of people facing problems while hosting and interviews times ,our laptops and PC doesn’t have good quality of video
Then , is there any way to optimise for good quality of video . yes there is a way for that problem
In these day every one have mobile phones , by those mobile phone we can as a webcam
Are you thinking I am joking , then just follow my instruction you will be find my word are no joke..
I have research many application but ,I recommended an application Droidcam that can be download by our favourite app stores
Now you connect your PC or a Laptop over the same Wi-Fi network or with the help of a USB cable. If you downloaded the DroidCam app on your phone from the app store, then download the DroidCam Client on your Windows laptop or PC
There are two ways :
Using wi-fi
Using cable
using Browser
Using Wi-Fi
Open the DroidCam app on your phone and click on the ‘Wireless’ option.
Then next screen should display the ‘WiFi IP’ and ‘DroidCam Port’ . If your ‘WiFi IP’ appears 0.0.0.0, then you are not connected to the Wi-Fi.
Open the DroidCam Client on your PC or laptop and enter the ‘WiFi IP’ and ‘DroidCam Port’ as displayed on your mobile phone. Click on the ‘Start’ button.
Now start the video conferencing app and check the webcam by clicking on the ‘Webcam’ or ‘Video’ settings.
Using cable
Connect your mobile phone to your PC or Laptop with USB cable.
We have remember to note is that you need iTunes downloaded on your PC to connect using USB cable. If you do not have iTunes, you can download it . Once you login to iTunes, it will automatically detect your mobile Phone.
Start the DroidCam Client, select the ‘USB’ option and tap on ‘Start’.
using Browser
DroidCam mobile phone application also connect to the camera using a web browser.
Then you have to connect your phone to a Wi-Fi and open DroidCam application.
Lunch Chrome on your Laptop or PC and enter the ‘Browser IP Cam Access’ data then ‘http://192.168……./video’ and click on enter.
If you have wish to specify the resolution of the video in the URL by using the path including ‘force’. example – http://192.168…./video.force?1280×720.
The application DroidCam Wireless Webcam we used was the free ver . You canl also find the paid ver of this app, called the DroidCamX Wireless Webcam Pro in the Google Play Store. The paid version application supports HD video streaming with out ads
there is one more application I recommends i.e Xsplit connect
According to the dictionary the Terracotta art means hard, fired clay, brownish in colour when unglazed which is used to make architectural ornaments and facings, structural units, pottery and as a material for sculpture. The word ‘Terracotta’ came from Latin word ‘Terra-cotta’ and in Italian language Terrakotta means ‘baked-earth’.
Basically Terracotta is a type of earthenware or Ceramic pottery. At 1st we should have enough knowledge about earthenware. Earthenware is glazed or unglazed non-vitreous pottery which is made on fire below 1,200°C (2,190°F). So what do you say ? ‘baked-earth’ makes sense right?
Normally Terracotta is used for sculpture making. But not only for sculpture but also for flower vas, doll, pot, water pipes, bricks, roofing tiles etc. Even there are also many temples of Terracotta. It is too flexible material for sculpture.Terracotta is usually a fairly coarse, porous type of clay. At first it has to be shaped then fired until hard. In the past, it was left to harden in the hot sun ,after that it was baked in primitive ovens. Ultimately, it was fired (at about 1000°C) in a special oven, kilns. After baking the clay became a brownish colour. Until it was glazed it was not watertight.terracotta is too simple than other bronze or other material work.
It was 1st used in Prehistoric art according to Venus of Dolni Vestonice (26,000-24,000 BCE) which was found buried in a layer of ash in Moravia at a paleolithic encampment. Some famous Terracotta figures are- The Thinker of Cernavoda(5000 BCE), The Enthroned Goddess Figurine(6000 BCE).Bronze and Iron Age artists kept the culture of the terracotta tradition, like the female fertility cult figures unearthed at Mohenjo-daro in Pakistan (3000-1500 BCE), and The Burney Relief (1950 BCE) from Ancient Mesopotamia. On the other hand we must say Chinese art created the biggest example of Terracotta art, those are-The Terracotta Army (246-208 BCE). Around the Mediterranean, such as early Egyptian, Minoan, Mycenaean, Greek and Etruscan cultures, employed terracotta for figurative works – such as the Tanagra Figurines from Boeotia in central Greece – besides decorative art and architectural ornamentation.Particularly in the era of Hellenistic art (323-30 BCE) it was widely used by sculptors. It was also used in Early Christian art, for tomb reliefs (from c.200 CE). Terracotta is also famous in African sculpture, pre-Columbian art.
In India Terracotta is famous in the same way as in the past. In India Terracotta is a heritage culture. It is very common that there are many things of terracotta at most homes in India. ‘Bishnupur’ in West Bengal is a great source of Terracotta sculptures or other things. Murshidabad, Birbhum, Jessore, Digha (all are in West Bengal) are also the treasure of Terracotta. There are also famous in Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir etc.

Virtual classes
If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don’t bother trying to teach them. Instead, give them a tool, the use of which will lead to new ways of thinking.”
– R. Buckminster
A virtual classroom is a learning and online space where teachers and learners can come together to learn , engage and interact with one another, and work in groups .
The main aim of virtual classes is to provide teacher and learner a platform where they can interact with each other.
It provides an environment to share the learning and thought of the learner and the mentor through video conferencing , Google meetings and others .
How it works
To learn about the virtual classes first you need to know how it works . Their are different portals where we can join virtual classes like zoom , Google meet , WebEx and others . They enable high connectivity , effective communication , simple usage with less internet .
Don’t you think it’s getting to much conceptual . Like OJO -MOJO , I also used some apps for virtual classes and what happened next is the story for me to know and you to explore .
Well , we were at the train station and waiting for a bus , I know I can do standup comedy very well .
Let’s rewrite the statement we were talking about virtual classes . For that we need the most important thing that cannot always be there . Guess what it’s Internet connectivity.
Than we need to login and join from the link that our teachers send in the group .
Want to know a secret , most of the time the link was invisible and students started to create fuss in the group and when it’s time to join the class there were more than 200 messages from where I have to dig the grave , I mean find the link. See how hard I have to work.
Today’s world
Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.
– Anthony J. D’Angelo
As the COVID resulted the shut-down of schools and colleges all over the world. More than 1.2 billion children had stoped learning.
And the result , we all know education system changed dramatically with the new e-learning in the digital platform.
Census shows that online learning showing retention of information and take less time. With the increase of online learning many platform providing free learning like BYJU’s , Coursera , Edx , etc,.
Some believe that due to the dramatically changes it was hard to use such platforms and others believe that integration of learning Internet technology education will help to accelerate the learning with diversity.
Choose the sides and make your choice.
If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don’t bother trying to teach them. Instead, give them a tool, the use of which will lead to new ways of thinking.”
Promotion of a brand involves informing, persuading and keeping the potential consumers for continued and long term engagements. Promotion can be done by informing the public about the features of the product or brand, persuading them to buy the product by telling its unique features and keeping in touch with the customers to convince them to further buy more products of the same brand by providing after-sales-services and by maintaining good producer-consumer relations.
It is also important to note that there is a difference between promoting a product and promoting a brand. Promoting a brand is broader in terms as it focuses on building and maintaining brand image and is related with the promotion of the entire business. Promotion of a product is narrower in terms as it just focuses on promoting a “particular product”. For example, when Loreal Paris uses the tagline “You’re worth it”, it not just promotes a particular product but the entire Loreal brand. However, when it uses “5 problems, 1 solution”, it promotes a particular product (i.e., Total Repair 5) by highlighting the importance of it.
Online Brand or Product Promotion is the method of promoting the brand or product on different social media and online platforms by using the internet to its full potential to reach a wide range of audience. For ages, brands and advertisers have influenced and shaped consumers’ attitudes and behaviours and sometimes we don’t even get to know about it.
There are several ways in which Social Media Influencers impact promotion of a brand or a product:
1) Influencing Purchase Decision of Consumers:
Consumers’ purchase intentions are frequently measured and used by marketing managers as an input for decisions for new and existing products. Social Media Influencers do not put up advertisements but just directly talk about the product or brand in details, how to use their, if they are value for money. So influencers cover the “Frequently Asked Questions” about a product.
2) Convincing customers to buy products:
After influencing the purchase decision of the customers, the main task of influencers is to make their followers buy the products. Actions involving social media influencers help more when there is best personalised advertisement done by the influencers.
3) Distribution of Samples:
This is one of the newest techniques through which social media influencers help business firms in their promotional activities. The influencers take free samples from the producers and further distribute them to their followers in terms of “online giveaways”. This technique of “Online Giveaway” becomes extremely beneficial for those firms which are new in the market. The social media influencers ask their followers to comment, like or share the posts of the business product/firm they’re associated and few lucky winners are the ones who get to take the products in these Online Giveaways. There’s also traditional form of distribution of samples where influencers distribute a business firm’s products which are generally smaller in quantity than the original products so that customers get a first hand experience of the products.
Clearly, social media influencers have had gained and influenced their followers a lot in recent years and especially during the pandemic. People rely on influencers more these days and influencers keep on creating more content for their followers.
Diesel fuel, in general is any liquid fuel specifically designed for use in diesel engines, whose fuel ignition takes place, without any spark, as a result of compression of the inlet air mixture and then injection of fuel. Therefore, diesel fuel needs good compression ignition characteristics.
The most common type of diesel fuel is a specific fractional distillate of petroleum fuel oil, but alternatives that are not derived from petroleum, such as biodiesel, biomass to liquid (BTL) or gas to liquid (GTL) diesel are increasingly being developed and adopted. To distinguish these types, petroleum-derived diesel is increasingly called petrodiesel in some academic circles.
In many countries, diesel fuel is standardised. For example, in the European Union, the standard for diesel fuel is EN 590. Diesel fuel has many colloquial names, most commonly, it is simply referred to as Diesel. In the UK, diesel fuel for on-road use is commonly abbreviated DERV, standing for diesel-engined road vehicle, which carries a tax premium over equivalent fuel for non-road use. In Australia, diesel fuel is also known as distillate, and in Indonesia, it is known as Solar, a trademarked name by the local oil company Pertamina.
