DIY HOMEMADE NATURAL SKIN CARE TIPS

When ever I had a plan of buying some skin care products i am denied to do so by my mom. She always told me that its the kitchen that has the solution for all the skin problems. I trusted her, and i am glad i still do. We often are fascinated by all the chemical based products that many people on the internet use. Not going to deny that they all are helpful enough to make your skin better, but the magic that these natural ingredients exhibit is pleasing enough for us to stick to them tesilab

These are some ingredients that gives your skin the care it needs.

HONEY

Honey is very beneficial for all types of skin. It moisturizes dry skin and balances oily skin. Honey can be used alone with no additives or it can be added with other ingredients like curd, turmeric, rose water, coffee etc. It has a lot of other important benefits like it cleans pores, exfoliates skin, treats acne, and fades scars. It is a must in your skin care routine.

ROSEWATER

Rose water has been used as a beauty product for thousands of years. It can improve your complexion and reduce skin redness. The antibacterial properties may help reduce acne. The anti-inflammatory properties can reduce skin redness and puffiness. One way of use would be to mix 2 teaspoons of rose water with half a teaspoon of lime juice. Using it every alternate day will help you to cleanse and freshen your skin naturally.

PAPAYA

Papaya consists of an enzyme called papain which promotes healing of the skin and will also enhance the secretion of collagen when used topically for the skin. Papaya is a natural remedy to heal scars, burns and skin diseases for ages. Just rub a small piece of papaya on your face as let the ski absorb it all and late rinse it off for a radiant skin.

EGGS WHITES

Egg whites contain vitamins and minerals that can benefit the skin’s overall appearance. For aging skin, egg whites can help tighten and firm. If you have large pores or acne-prone skin, egg whites help close pores and get rid of build up. Blending egg whites with yogurt will give the perfect combo that helps you get rid of clogged skin pores.

YOGURT

Yogurt also contains calcium, which supports skin cell generation, promoting healing of dry skin. The zinc in yogurt provides anti-inflammatory effects and protects the skin from sun damage. The lactic acid in yogurt also helps remove dry and dead skin cells, giving your skin a smooth appearance.

Self-love

I’m not being sexist but this concept of self love must have been introduced by women, because when I see men, I don’t find these type of words really exist for them. And see now it’s like in the air. Actually, men get inspired by women but they don’t accept because of male ego or whatever. But,  action speaks more then words, na!

Hello there, how was your day? Don’t get me wrong but I’m asking you to ask yourself this question everyday before the day gets over. It is also a kind of self love, and when you will be able to answer this question to yourself in a very elaborating manner then you will start getting yourself better. In starting it can be little fussy but as the time passes you will learn it’s importance and will also able to see it’s impact on you.

Now a days, people thinks that everything a particular person do, should also be able to defend there own doing in the world. Like, if I’m doing something which is even though not good for me or the society, but, to save me from everyone else i should be able to defend my doing. And this is bullshit. Soon you will start doing whatever you want no matter it’s good or bad when you are ready to defend it. This is not self loving, it is self manipulation. And there’s a huge difference between them.

Self love is like accepting yourself, your own habits with its flaws. It is never to defend your flaws. If you keep defending you flaws you will be heading towards wrong way. You can never be someone who can be admired in the same society where you are trying to be cool and loveable just by putting yourself as priority.

Knowing yourself means accepting and evolving yourself. The better you know your flaws is the better you get with it. I Don’t say that defending yourself from the outer world is not good but everytime is not good. It’s always you who knows the real intention behind doing any work. So, if you keep your good intentions it will be you get benefits of it and if you are not then it will also be you who will face the conciquences.

So, try to improvise yourself by facing the real you in personal because that’s what self love means.

Importance of talking.

we humans are no super heroes, we are blessed with various things like ability to help people, emotional intelligence, gut feelings so on and so forth

But we can’t read minds- right?

there’s a gap between your and others brain every brain works differently and to bridge that gap you have to be vocal and be clear

Set the expectations make yourself heard loud and clear as worst case scenario if things don’t work out you have your satisfaction that you were vocal and you can end things peacefully.

transparency is the key – be transparent so that the people can in act and interact with you.

If you are an introvert, then for you I will suggest that speaking in mind is never gonna help you but I will always put you in a situation where you find yourself uncomfortable. So, atleast talk little bit and if not then Stop filling gap and also thinking to fill the gap. That way you can lead a good way.

Impact of COVID on personal life.

“Kya se kya hogyaaa” if you are an Indian, you must have use this sentence to explain this lockdown. Still, we are not able to collect that when and how it happened. More than 7 months in home, after staying away for this many days huh!! Wasn’t a dream for all of us and also was a real challenge, isn’t it?

This blog is for those who were out from there home town and had to return back. Actually, I guess many of us has returned, but, those who didn’t are lucky and also not so lucky.  Like everything has pros and cons of it and both has to be faced by every individual in respect of there action.

Let me first clear that we are not going to discuss about the business world and COVID impact on it because when we say business we mean surviving through ups and downs with tactics and making profit. But, the great impact of it was felt in every individuals life and I’m sure that something has changed in every one of us. So, I’m gonna talk about that according to my experience and level of thinking. You are free to judge here.

So, Dec 2019 has started and everyone was excited for the coming year. We can say that 2019 was little rough for all of us till that time when we were hoping for 2020. We heard about the COVID that time but we were not soo serious about it because we all have thought about it as some kind of regular flue which will be gone in few days.
But, as we entered 2020 we came to know that it is not going to end soon. And them march 2020 came when govt announced total lockdown in country.

Some of us still didn’t BELIVED that this was really happing, but soon we all. And then second news we got about work from home.
Hush! What a relief that was. Now, work and family was together. For some days it was like best thing to do but after that it became a trouble. As, staying at hom for work.e and still not able to have a good time really makes you uncomfortable, isn’t it?. We all must have started felling left out from certain things, while there were many things which again started to build up. People started working on their bonds and relationship stuffs  with there loved ones. but, it also make them distracted from there work. And at last they all understood that office was best because that place had full concentration for work.

Now, let’s see the bachelor side of view. How lockdown or COVID put an impact on them?. I guess, pretty well because they are adjustable. They got some break from everything. Yeah! Even though they didn’t have such hard job to do but still for a class 1 student it’s class 1st syllabus what is hard for them. And they also weren’t getting paid. What really didn’t worked for them is not meeting there friends daily and staying in house. These bachelors have hot blood so they can’t just sit at one place for long time. And second thing was now they were under restrictions. Those who were not living with there parents from many years will be getting that being with them after so many days for these many days was a kind of trouble, right?. Like we weren’t far from them but living 24hr with them after many days needs some kind of adjustment and understanding after living alone with all the pockets money. But, at last we all came out of it and I’m pretty sure now it will be difficult to live alone again, na!.

Overall we can say that this COVID was a drastic things but it also did some good things which can’t be ignored.

So, leaving you all here with a question, How you felt this COVID impacted on personal life? Tell us below in comment section about your answer.

Deodorant market in India

When we think about personal care products, the image of a woman comes into our minds immediately. However, in the deodorant segment in India, men have overtaken the women with a significant lead. In fact, of the Rs 1,400-crore deodorant market, the male segment contributes Rs 1,000 crores, pegging the male to female ratio at 70:30. Greater usage of deodorants among Indians can be attributed to greater awareness of hygienic practices and affluence. Deodorants are used by both men and women in the middle and upper classes and with greater disposable income in these families, more and more people are able to afford personal care products that are not considered a necessity.

Hindustan Unilever is the market leader in deodorants, with 31.5% market share. Its flagship product, Axe, is highly sought after by both middle and upper classes. Other brands under Hindustan Unilever are Rexona and Dove, whose deodorants are popular in the Indian market too. After Hindustan Lever, Marico Co Ltd. and McNroe Chemicals are the biggest industry players in the deodorant segment. Hindustan Unilever’s Axe is the leading product in this segment, garnering 25% of the market value, followed by Marico’s  Set Wet, with 10% market value, and McNroe Chemicals’ Wild Stone garnering 9% market value.

Deodorants come in various forms, including roll-ons, sticks, and sprays. There are a number of deodorants for males but there are very few deodorants for females. This is because deodorants and antiperspirants have recently been introduced to the Indian market. For decades, the Indian market has been relying on perfumes to enhance the scent of the body. And as such, females in the country continue to use perfumes instead of deodorants and antiperspirants. Also, deodorants are used by those who are constantly outdoors, and this is dominated by males. It is only in the last few decades that there has been an increase in the number of Indian women spending ample amount of time outdoors, which is why the deodorant market for females is still in the infant stage. Some of the deodorant brands that cater to the females are Nike, Fa, Dove, and Nivea. Experts predict that the deodorant industry will grow in the next few years. In fact, the deodorant market is projected to grow at 25% CAGR (compound annual growth rate) over the next five years. As net household income increases and with more disposable income, there is ample scope for the growth of the deodorant market in India.

An increase in the usage of deodorants can also be attributed to the Indian climate, which is hot humid, especially between the months of March and September, forcing consumers to purchase antiperspirants and deodorants to keep their bodies fresh and cool. Deodorants were introduced to the market to help people eliminate body odour. However, some of these products contain toxic chemicals, many of which are carcinogenic in nature, which can be harmful to one’s body. Not many consumers are aware of the dangers of prolonged usage of deodorants; however, manufacturers are constantly experimenting with the ingredients in deodorants to ensure minimal risk to consumers.

India perfumes and deodorants market stood at over $ 970 million in 2019 and is projected to grow at a CAGR of over 13%, to surpass $ 2 billion by 2025 on the back of rapid urbanization and emergence of online retail channel. Moreover, perfumes and deodorants manufacturers are offering a wide variety of innovative products such pocket perfumes, herbal perfumes, etc., which is further stimulating market demand across India.

Additionally, manufacturers are focusing on innovative branding and marketing of products, which is further anticipated to aid the growth of India perfumes and deodorants market in the coming years. Some of the leading players in India perfumes and deodorants market are Vini Cosmetics Private Limited, ITC Limited, Nivea India Private Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Emami Limited, J.K Helene Curtis Limited, McNroe Consumer Products Private Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and Marico Limited.

Pocket-sized deodorants launched by brands such as Engage, Axe, Set Wet and Yardley continued to gain traction in 2019 leading to the entry of more industry players seeking to benefit from the popularity of these products. These included Marico’s Set Wet and Wipro’s Santoor brands. The Fogg brand by Vini Cosmetics led the overall category in 2019 and benefited from the strongest brand recall. The company continued to see success with this brand due to its strong value proposition.

Sales of deodorants are now expected to grow by 3% in 2020 in 2019 constant value terms in light of the impact of COVID-19. This compares to an expected 5% rise forecast for 2020 during research conducted at the end of 2019 before the spread of COVID-19. In light of the economic uncertainty caused by the global pandemic, consumers are set to reduce their spending on deodorants in 2020, with many opting for lower-priced products. Deodorant pumps, deodorant roll-ons and deodorant sprays are set to suffer from lower physical activity during lockdown while replacement demand could normalise by the end of the year.

Demand for deodorants is likely to normalise to some extent by the end of 2020 although the category will continue to be impacted by ongoing economic uncertainty and fears over a second wave of COVID-19. Price sensitivity will make consumers more cautious in their spending, with sales of deodorants likely to be limited to replacement purchases rather than products for stock at home.
