Today’s Youth is tomorrow’s future and these words matters a lot when we talk about the youth of any country. The way next generation is brought up, what they understand, what they learn and receive from the previous generation is important. As far as the question “is youth forming a new culture” is concerned it is true.
It is observed that the older generation is always quiet concerned about the next generation so they try to bring them up well and try to understand their mindset, thought, ideas and concerns. Well, the youth today is already facing many problem which may have existed in previous generation but, avoided. This generation is experiencing so many changes ups and down in life the older ones often address them as broken and depressed ones. But, this is not the whole truth if the new generation is considered depressed and insecure but, they are also talented, smart and decision makers.
There is a possibility that even the elderly people judge us because the other side says today’s youth is engaged into bad habits like alcohol, drug addiction etc but, it is important to focus on positive aspect where the young people are aware, know what is right and what is wrong and who stand against the injustice. The young people are serving in military and working in NGO, they are building start-ups, they are trying to open up, entertain and working hard to achieve what they want. All the negative part are just the distractions or wrong influence which is due to the bad elements of the society which have always existed be it any generation.
Every new generation brings with it something unique like if we talk about history, we have revolutionaries, leaders change makers because at that time the agenda was different it was about freedom struggle and developing nation free from colonisation. After that, came people who were capable of bringing change in their country for the benefit of people for a new start. Similarly, modern agendas which are focused on modern problems is what the youth is trying to find a solution of modern-day problems which are not as big as a freedom revolution but, closely associated to physical and mental wellbeing. The hectic schedules, balancing between personal and professional life, it is about adapting to new changes and accepting it. Some of the top issues are – body positivity, mental health, adulthood, peace of mind etc and many upcoming issues, the youth is taking part actively and contributing their share in nation development, they know how to take stand and raise their voice in a crowd.
They are definitely bringing up a new culture and the future will see it, It is bright and beautiful.

Bullying in Schools
“To educate a person in the mind but not in morals is to educate a menace to society.-Theodore Roosevelt
Bullying, an unfortunate human activity, has always been prevalent across human society since Neanderthals. The nerdy, scrawny one may not always be the victim or the big burly be the bully. There is no specific type of someone who gets bullied or the way bullying is done despite what may be generally portrayed in movies and on TV.
The term “bullying” covers a broad, encases a myriad of activities, but sums up to targeting an individual who is unlikely to retaliate under the radar, put in control and domination ,shredding their esteem to pieces and making them feel as insignificant as possible. Bullying is intentional, it’s a power grab, and it is repeated. Even the rude and mean behavior, snide remarks made, veiled hostile joking cloaked in ‘playful teasing’ and “just kidding” if all it does is crush someone from inside out. Bullying behavior cuts across all socio-economic, racial/ethnic, and cultural lines. It is estimated that 20 -30 percent of school-age children are involved in bullying incidents, as either perpetrators or victims.

Bullying is a hot button issue for sure, and people feel it is overplayed. This atrocity isn’t an alien to our educational institutions despite the more recent increase in demands to end bullying in schools. As many as 42% of students of Class 4 to 8 and 36% of Class 9 to 12 in India said they are subjected to bullying by peers on school campuses. If all we do is “raise awareness” about bullying rather than teach kids how to respond to it, then guess what happens? They report a lot of bullying but there’s no antidote.
While the legal and institutional repercussions cause even swing of a fist to get the assaulter land into jail or pending expulsion in schools , bullies have wrestled their way out to vent anger without leaving any physical traces of harm proving it is no cliché that words cause more pain than actions. Aggression that was once channeled into fist fights and bloodying knuckles and noses has now dragged on with more silent ways such as exclusion or being talked about behind their backs to make up for the lost thrill of shaming someone.
Bullying once stayed within the confines of school property campus and the dread of being away from home in the morning to attend eight-hour long torture sessions full of squeamish humiliation had always an end for the day upon returning back to homes. But today unfortunately, technology-equipped bullies possess the evil ability to harass their targets 24/7, right at their fingertips. Cyberbullying is making some researchers rethink the definition of what it means to bully.
Gut wrenching, hurtful words once expected between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. now pierce through anyone’s heart without warning at any hour, just a phone notification away. Even upon leaving school,profanity-spewing texts, and social media comments follow you everywhere like goons, right there, ready to be read and cause the innumerable amount of hurt that has no end to.Bullies may be sitting next to you but prefer to bully through social media for there’s always a wall to hide behind in the cyber world and that way the actions can be viewed by more and they feel a false sense of power and invasion over your personal space.

Today’s problem isn’t the bullying which we have been familiar with since years, it’s the escape out of the vicious spiral of hate, hurt and harm which is difficult to find. Despite campaigning, bullying itself won’t become extinct, but the safety felt by victims can be increased.
‘Strong people stand up for themselves, but the strongest people stand up for others.’
It is important that we empower children to morph from a Bystander to Defender. We have to give kids the courage and confidence they need to stand up for others instead of them feeling fear of getting hurt or feeling powerless against the bully. Stepping in and speaking up is the greatest support a victim could get to tackle the wrong.Parents, school staff, and other adults in the community can help kids prevent bullying by talking about it, building a safe school environment, and creating a community-wide bullying prevention strategy. Parents need to sit down and have a conversation with their kids about bullying and praise them whenever they help someone being bullied.
Cyberbullying shouldn’t lead parents to ban a teen’s social media usage, rather there’s a need to have a room for conversation about how they need to responsible about what they write and post over their feeds and if it hurts anyone’s sentiments and that social media is about interactions with others and not your invitation for people to invade into your privacy. If a child is being bullied, it’s the foremost priority of the parents and teachers to ensure that they know that they don’t feel like a coward or tattletale while talking to someone about it- a trusted friend or another adult to find a solution.
” I survived bullying.”
Let’s work together so no one else has to ever declare this again.
Unite to end bullying!

Youth must get what they deserve.
In today’s world, the youth has its contribution in almost every field like politics, research, sports. etc but they have the most important role in not getting the things they deserve
Let me clear this with an example aj ki date me boht km hi aisa hota h ki youth politics me dekhe vrna humesha koi aged ya experienced hi hota h .Agr koi young ldka ya ldki politics me jana chahta h to use ye bolkr hta diya jata h ki tum abhi bche ho abhi experience nhi h tumhe is field ka . Aur jb uski age ho jati hand tb agr vo ata h to tb uske pass experience hi nhi hoga kyuki jb uska experience lene ka time tha tb use ane nhi diya ab jb age ho gyi hai to uske pass experience hi nhi h. Aur isi tarah wo kabhi politics me aa hi nahi sakta. Taking another instance Agr koi kam hai koi bhi kam to usme automatically youth age aa jayega by the society ki yeh ladka ya ladki jawan h ye sare kam kr degi , tb hum automatically bde ho jate h. Mtlb jaha advantage lene ka chance h vha youth ko training period me dal dete h aur bad me experiance nhi h bolkr hta dete h aur jaha kam ki bari ayegi tb youth ko age kardenge kyuki vo jawan h aur sb kam kr skta h. This means ki ye kahte h ki humne duniya nahi dekhi h aur dusri taraf ye hume duniya dekhne bhi nhi dete h. So basically Is cheez me sabse important role h youth ka to hold his or her emotions. Vo kbhi show nhi krte h ki vo andar se depressed h ya mentally disturbed h kyuki vo apne elders ya parents ko pareshan nahi karna chahte h ya unke samne nahi rona chahte h aur isi vjh se vo sari preshani apne andar hi rakh lete h and that’s the reason youth have an role to sacrifice his /her emotions for not letting their families and elders worried and sad, either they have job problems or problems in their love lives or being trolled or bully by any reason or not get any attention from the one you want or don’t have any friends any many more uncountable reasons, And this is definitely an important issue every teenager or student or young men and women can relate.
What is the right time to start, to decide?

Many people at present (and in past too) have very big dreams for their life. Dream of getting their desired profession, getting their dream car, having their beloved as their life partner, following the time table they made and what not. Desires and dreams are actually endless, but the time required to fulfill those desires and acquire those goals is limited.
People know how to proceed in the process of acquiring their goals and their dreams but 7 out of 10 people are always confused thinking about, ‘When to start’? People basically assume that yes they’ve decided what they always dreamt of but they never could decide when to give it a start.
It is a general tendency that people start from tomorrow. Tomorrow, being a new fresh day looks like the perfect day to start something good. People make plans and strategies which they will be following in the process of achieving their goals and turning their dreams into reality. Whereas some people think that starting of a month, or a week or a year is the perfect time to start something special and something good.
People think that before getting indulged into the race of acquiring their goals and their desires, they must take rest. People think that they must gather strength and the power. People spend hours and days and months just gathering the so called strength and the power. They waste a lot of time thinking that they are resting.
People before taking any important decision, they think that we must give rest to their brain before deciding something. People think that they are making their mind for that particular decision. To some extent it is important that, people must ponder upon the situation and outcomes of the decision but it must not happen that people spend excess time just thinking, thinking and making their mind. Some bizarre people, with a habit of shouting out their decisions to the world waste hours telling about their decision and end up giving up the thought of making a bold move and wise decision.
It has been told since very long that one must respect and value time in order to get their goals and the desires fulfilled. Time goes on like moving water in rivers and falling sand. Each passing moment, each second becomes the part of the past. When one more moment and one more again turns into days, weeks and months, nobody could actually notice it. But it is important for each and every individual to realize the worth of the time.
As time passes by, situations and circumstances also change. It might happen that an individual is in the best state to start something new and take a decision now. Nobody has seen the future; It might happen that circumstances in future are not so good for giving something a new start or making a bold move. Obviously, nobody knows that what will be happening in future.
Therefore, an individual must realize that the present is absolutely into their control. They are the ones’ who can shape their present for a much better future. There’s not all a particular right time to start. An individual after thinking about all the aspects of his decision and the after effects in future can take the best decision. An individual can start anything at anytime, at any moment. The right time is now. Start thinking about it and get into achieving your dreams and your goals as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, one must also realize that missions started and decisions taken in hurry could result in adverse results. Hence, after all the proper planning and mind making, an individual must not waste even a single minute and get onto his work for a better future, a better life.
TODAY’S SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media or the internet plays a vital role in our daily lives. Now with these online classes and work from home has proved it’ But there are always advantages and disadvantages.
Social media is a necessity:
Social media is more than a “trend.” It is a means of living. It gets various jobs executed at a time. It constitutes a precise and professional association and establishes you at the front of the profession you want to grow in. it is not a mere extravagance that can be afforded only by affluent people, it has become an essential requirement of life. Because of social media, businesses increase faster and the advertisements of labels and concepts are made for free. Artists and stars have more than one platform to choose from in order to stay connected with their fan base.
Social media builds connection in spite of geographic remoteness:
The Internet epoch has built long-distance interaction dramatically quicker, simpler, and more affordable than ever before. This, it has been claimed, has reduced the consequence of geographic contiguity in social communications, modifying our world from a “global village” into a “borderless society”. The potential lies in the palms of the user, because the person can, within a single click, publish their thoughts and beliefs with anyone in the world at any time through social media. Don’t apprehend the network: the internet is transforming the method we interact for the better.
Social media is informative:
Social media benefits one to access the world of information in one click. One obtains access to plenty of data, be it science, technology, or as simple as booking tickets for a movie. E-commerce has allowed us to deliver everything anywhere easily. Hence, social media is the digital version of people. It benefits us to join, participate, and discover.
Social media helps in the improvement of entrepreneurs and brands:
The convenience of using social media in marketing is raising brand awareness. Social media can helps a business to grow its brand recognition by improving intercommunications with a business brand. Brand awareness means the total percentage of target people who know the company exists and what the company offers of products or services. When the brand awareness is developed, the probability of purchasing is improved. Thus, attempts should be made to make the brand a part of the mindfulness of consumers.
Social media causes addiction:
Social media is as bad as alcohol and drugs for millennials. The word “addiction” brings to mind alcohol and drugs. Yet, over the past 20 years, a different type of obsession has developed: addiction to social media. It has the potential to provoke long-term destruction to our emotions, habits, and relationships.
Social media decreases face to face conversation:
Social media has caused people to lose the skill to communicate efficiently. Social media has led us to have fewer interactions with the people that they connect with. The majority of people have access to social media at any time they want via their smartphones, so this only worsens as larger people begin to obtain smartphones. Since it has become more common, social media has made people have a trend to want to communicate with people online rather than in person because it has made the means easier.
Social media spreads a lot of trick messages and rumors:
Rumors and fabrications have been there since the start of time but on social media, it just gets more dangerous because it reaches across millions of people. Rumors begin as one small action and before we understand it has become another huge issue. Rumors have done a lot of harm and always continue to create anxiety and suffering amongst people. Beware, don’t be an associate to promoting rumors.

In the present day times, where the social media has entered the lives of the people so deeply, it becomes very important for an individual to must check that what they are watching whether it is correct on not and whether it is beneficial or harmful for them.
Each day hundreds of messages and news come to a person having an android phone through social media. There are silly forwarded messages some spreading hate and some spreading terror. On the other hand, some messages will literally cry to get forwarded to be at least 15 to 30 people, then only the wish of the person(who’ll be sending the messages) will come true and something good will happen. Whereas, some messages, will give compel you to forward the message, as you love your family and friends. These days social media has become an ultimate way to transfer the garbage of someone’s brain into your brain and ultimately ruin your day and your lovely mood.
Sometimes, when one opens chrome there are some suggestive news below the search button. In the name of providing similar relatable news as per the liking of the user, the browsers have made it so monotonous. Vital news which is itself so important for the nation and its subjects, it is generally not shown to the people. One has to spend hours searching and scrolling for the news which is important.
Not only offline, but there are some online newspapers being read by most of the population, which actually don’t post the exact news describing the situation but there are again changes into the real news in the name of editing and freedom of expression. And in this mean process, the gist of the news gets lost and the news becomes something totally different. For instance it’s like a Gulaab Jamun with no sugar in it at all. And when that happens, it is not Gulaab Jamun at all. But a person who doesn’t knows about the absence of sugar in it, will consume it assuming it to be normal Gulaab Jamun and at a later stage the person will be able to know that what he consumed was not a proper Gulaab Jamun.
The author after this sweet example believes that it must be clear that whatever is being published is not the same as the actual thing. Let’s move further a bit more to realize that how social media controls the life of a person.
There are a number of posts on social networking sites making a particular religion and group of people so naïve, so innocent that all the torture is being done by the entire nation on that community, that religion. But the truth is all well known to the subjects of the nation. To the people who entirely believe the news shown through social media, it is harmful for them because they will carry a bad image for a particular community. In the name Secularism, people are taking the nation and its ethics for granted and spread hate between the citizens of the country.
And also there are some particular slangs being used for the people LGBTQ community and are used without any hitch in social media by silly people for creating a bad image in the minds of the people of the Nation. The opportunists make their way by utilizing different opportunities for crying out their so called pain and for a better reach; they use social media and pollute it.
And also the present government too is responsible for such a situation when so called foreign websites and apps are just crushing the dreams of the youth, the future of the nation. The easy availability of porn and other related materials is actually a very big threat for the nation’s future. It is a full planned mechanism to destroy the youth (the future of the nation) and the force on the borders (the present of the nation).
The readers are expected to distinguish and watch only that news which is important in the growth of the nation. Take good messages and news into the brain. Don’t let any person sitting miles away to make a fool out of you and choose what is important for you and for the mankind.

In life an individual faces different types of problems every day. Each time a person falls, stands up, walks and again falls. The same cycle repeats everyday and hence every time with almost everyone. Sometimes, there are the life experiences which help the person to stop doing those things which cause trouble to him in future. Whereas, sometimes when caught in strange situations, a person needs help from outside.
There are friends, mentors and especially parents to help and guide in such tough walks of life. Even sometimes, when people are hesitant they start searching solutions to problems from the World Wide Web i.e., Internet. People start searching solutions form influencers available on different platforms like YouTube, Facebook, etc.
The person who has faced problems in life is the one who’ll be able to understand and feel that how it feels when there is no way to go out of that situation. People need a support just even from a pebble, for coming out that dark ocean of problems. A hand of affection, love and also good advice is just sufficient to help a person stand up and start walking again. But things don’t go as simple as they are said and written. There are problems at ground level which are needed to be talked about.
Parents, family, friends, mentors and everyone want the person to come out of the situation and become happier and normal like previously. Man being a social animal, needs love and attention. Attention for his problems, attention for his difficulties. Hence, everyone tries to give the best possible solution to person.
Everyone tries to give advices and solutions to the person from their own life experiences, the situations they’ve encountered, the type of people they’ve met, the type of life they’ve lived and the habits and the lifestyle they’ve followed themselves. People always try to uplift their loved ones from the dark ocean of confusion and sadness.
But it is generally heard from people that they are not able to solve problems in life even after the suggestions and advices from their loved ones. Now the problem arises that why this happens?
This basically happens with everyone. For instance a medicine used for curing a particular disease cannot be used for curing some other disease. The other disease will not get cured, but some other complications will occur to the patient. Similarly, life experiences and solutions from one person’s life cannot be the clear cut solution in some other person’s life. The reason being that each person is different, their thinking is different, lifestyle is different and entirely all the aspects of their lives are different.
Now question arises that how to solve such problems and get back to a normal life. The solution too is again very, very simple. Calmly, just listen to the advice the people, the loved ones of yours are giving to you. Now as you know that you live a different life with totally different thinking then try finding out similar ways to solve the problems by taking into consideration, the solutions by others. Now what happens if you find a solution by some other person better? Just don’t blindly follow people and try to deeply ponder upon the after effects and the probability of the accuracy of the solutions.
Whenever in life, you face some problem; just don’t at all remain quit. In life everybody has their own struggles, their own circumstances and their unique life stories. All across the globe, there are 7.8 billion people who are entirely different from each other with just totally different lives, mindsets and different approaches for peace in life. Some people smoke whereas some don’t, some people do their own business whereas others go for a job, some people think like they should work whereas some don’t, and some people try whereas some, they just make compromises in life. Compromises because of harsh and difficult situations in life and some compromises are made just because of the fear of not getting successful.
In life there are different types of problems, problem of everyday food for the needy people. problem of shelter in adverse seasons for the homeless people, problem of being raised in an orphanage where the nurses beat you, problem of living with your relatives who are just so bad, problem of not getting your desired stream in higher studies, problem of sitting at home without a job, problems of not getting the love that you actually deserve, problem of not getting the love of your life, problem of doing a job which is not as per your likings and expectations and many more problems of different types in different peoples’ lives.
Some people always get scared when trying something which their heart says. Some people think about the society, the relatives’ reaction when they’ll listen of this and also there are some people who think that they are simply physically or mentally incapable of doing the desired work or the task which the heart always thought of.
Each day comes with 24 hours in it. The same morning, the same afternoon and the same night but there’s just one difference of surroundings. A person might be sitting and reading this article of mine in an Air Conditioned room with his belly filled with all the food he likes, whereas the other person who might be sitting in a somewhat uncomfortable surroundings with an empty stomach or a food that he or she don’t likes. But most of the things are literally the same. Now how to make these differences equal and who will make these differences equal?
The answer is ‘YOU’. Oh c’mon yes you are the one who is going to make a change. Change not for others but for self first . It is well known to everyone that an individual who is himself r herself in a good state or condition is actually the person in a much better position to make a change. Now one person will argue by saying that we must not be selfish and should think about society first. But as per the author of this article, it’s believed that do for yourself first. Try to come in a better position so that you are physically, mentally and financially in a position to help the needy ones.
Just try, try and try, each day and each moment. Giving up has always been the easiest task in the lives of human beings and due to which most of the people just live an average life and at the death bed realize that they should have at least tried that thing in life at that particular point of time at that moment. It is a known fact that every desire of the heart won’t get fulfill. But regretting at a later stage is worse than anything.
So, in life try everyday and every hour and every minute. Have faith in yourself and get back to it immediately and say ‘NO’ to everything else that takes you away from your goal. Admire your friends, your family members and your loved ones when they achieve their desired pedestal in life.
Keep trying each day and each moment.
“This endless ocean of uncertainty will come to an end and you will approach your desired island of peace and self satisfaction”.

Indian Agriculture!…

India has always been a prominent name in the field of agriculture. Indian economy, GDP and even politics revolve around farmers and agriculture. Though the world feels India as an agro nation, in fact, farmers are the one who struggles the most to get their rights.
India falls into the hot zone of the earth’s atmosphere. Farmers have to fight with nature in every season. It is like a dead investment. They don’t even know if they would get anything in return or not. All their efforts and investments are totally based on how nature will respond. But still, they do it. Just for the sake of humanity and to feed people, they do it. They work hard on the farm, no matter what season, they stay there working all day long. They prepare the land for farming, sow seeds in it and then wait for the rain. After the crop is grown fully, they harvest it and take it to the market. But in the market, we people don’t even value their efforts and make them sell it a very lower price than they actually deserve. In the mall, we don’t even check the price tag before buying anything, forget about bargaining. But while buying vegetables, we hesitate for just 10-20 rupees of their right.
Indian farmers don’t even get returns equal to their investments. Profit is a myth for farmers. Every political party promises to do good for farmers before the election, but when in rule nobody even bothers about the farmers. Even the media take farmer suicide as just casual news. We live because of them. Just imagine a day if farmers decide not to grow anything. We all will starve. So to avoid that day, we should respect the farmers of our nation.
Agriculture is given a last preference by the young generation. We’ve developed a negative vibe for agriculture that you need to work hard and there’s no guarantee of returns. It is a volatile profession and much before. But the fact is, despite all the hardships farmers face in India, there are few farmers who modernised their agriculture techniques and now earning well. With the upgradations in the farming techniques and planting new and hybrid varieties, few farmers are making money well. This change even made the customers change a bit. Now customers demand the fresh vegetables at whatever price farmer wish. Few remain in the waiting list just to get good quality products. This change can be made into a mass level if youth enters into the field of agriculture. Government and agricultural organisations need to educate youth to choose agriculture as a profession. Indians have been driving the world for a long time. Let’s make it big even in the field of agriculture taking young minds together!…
Youth and Mental Health!…

We follow a typical pattern while growing up a girl child or a boy child. When a boy becomes a man, he is supposed to take up all the responsibilities and earn money. When a girl grows up, she is supposed to complete the education and get married. So we all live and apply this ancient but not practical philosophy.
When a boy grows up, there might be a possibility that he wants to study more or explore his hobby or do some social work. When it’s about a girl, then also it’s possible that she wants to make time for her career first and be independent. But we as a society never go this way. We keep on burdening kids since childhood with this typical philosophy. In a way, we snatch away things they really want to do. We even forget that humans work better in a job they love to do.
When they do some other task or life event, this frustration keeps on building up. Always remember frustration is nothing but the beginning of the depression. The youth can do wonders for the nation but are in the place not of their choice. I know money is important, marriage is important but not more than life. People harm themselves not to get married or forced for some work. We hear this every day. But this stereotype makes us ignore mental health. We only focus on pointing out the age and social or economical status. Look he’s 25, still earns nothing, look she’s 25, yet not married. But who are we to judge anyone. It’s totally their personal choice what they want to do and at what age. Even families fear of what people will say and keep poking their kids for career or a marriage. Few take it in a casual way but there are many who fall prey to depression in all this. Expectations, demand vs the failures, such battle begins. With each failure, a person moves deeper into the valley of depression. The feeling that I’m not good enough comes in to add more into it.
Every human takes birth for some reason. Everyone is one of a kind. God never creates garbage. So instead of putting someone under the burden of expectations, we can help them. A man or woman herself should understand what’s good or bad for her. This generation is extra sensitive, they go deep inside everything. They also need to change their attitude handling failures. Failures, criticism, taunts are a part of life and a license to grow. Keep them at their places and focus on your work. Don’t let it eat your head. Work hard, take a stand for yourself, be brave, be confident and everything will fall at its place. Always remember worrying or crying can’t ever be the solution. Life can never be a smooth road, there will be ups and downs for sure and these ups and downs only make it interesting otherwise a flat line doesn’t mean human alive.
