Guru Nanak was the founder of the religion of Sikhism and the first of the ten Sikh Gurus. He was born on 15th April,1469 into a Bedi (Khastriya) family in a Muslim village of Rai Bhoi Di Talwandi, now called Nankana sahib near Lahore. His father was Mehta Kalyan Das Bedi, popularly shortened to Kalu Mehta and his mother was Tripta Devi. At the age of 5 he voiced his interest in divine subjects. At the age of 7 he was enrolled at the village school. He followed her elder sister to Sultanpur to live with her and her husband Daulat khan at the age of 16 years. He was married to Mata sulakhniat about 19 years of age. At the age of 30 he had a vision and disappeared from the village. After three days he reappeared and spoke about god’s path-“ There is neither Hindu nor musalman’ so whose path shall I follow? I shall follow god’s path.” He said that he had been taken to god’s court. There he was offered a cup filled with Amrit(nectar) and given the command- “ This is the cup of the adoration of god’s name. Drink it….I have bestowed the gift of my name upon you. Let this be your calling. “He made four major journeys-first, towards Bengal and assam, second, towards Tamil Nadu, third, towards Kashmir, Ladakh and Tibet, and the final tour towards Bagdad, mecca and medina on the Arabian peninsula. At Mecca, Guru Nanak was found sleeping with his feet towards the Kaaba Mosque. Kazi Rukan-ud-din observed this and angrily objected this and angrily objected. Guru Nanak said,” please turn my feet in a direction where there is no house of god.” The Kazi understand the meaning that “god is everywhere” and was struck with wonder. Guru Nanak preached “god is the doer and without god there is no other.” He advised his followers to practice his teachings in three ways:
Naam Japna: Chanting the Holy name,
Kirat Karo: Earning a living honestly,
Vand Chakko: Helping those with less who are in need.
Guru Nanak expired on 22 September,1539 in Kartarpur at the age of 69.
TEENAGE IS OFTEN DESCRIBED AS A BURNING AGE” because this period is of the uttermost importance in an individual’s life as one goes through physical , social, emotional and mental changes through this period. The transition from a child to adult is not easy. It brings with itself many sets of complications.
While 00 to 14 years are categorised under children , the age group between 15 to 24 is categorised as youths. Teenage takes the age group between 13 to 18 years i.e the individuals going through this age are treated at times as children and other times as youths. Now this is a very confusing period, not knowing sometimes when to be a child and when to be an adult. Along with the physical changes that body experiences, comes its own set of insecurities. “Puberty hits everyone differently” is a famous line, and is very true . some elongates in height some in weight, some faces skin problems while some have clear skin. Some experiences hairfall while for others it grows in a lustrous manner. The matter of dressing becomes important in this period and leads to people feeling inferior as they do not set in the standards of “fair, clear skin, lustrous hair and “good height’ categories” set up by the SOCIETY and hence starts feeling lowly of themselves.
It is also a transition from secondary to senior secondary levels to that of college. Which in turn includes more exposure to electronic devices, meeting new people , SOCIETY expecting you to behave “maturely” without actually clarifying what “maturity ” means. People move, shift places to pursue further education meet new people, come out of the protective circle of the family.
all these changes affects the mental as well as emotional development of an individual . The ones good in study lack behind because the generation gap portrays parents more as villians and friends as well wishers. In some cases, these “well wishers” turns out to be actual villians, and to keep up with the company and portray themselves as “cool” and not “old fashioned” along with the lack of maturity that is the difference between right and wrong leads people to take some wrong step whether, it be a career decision, getting addicted to something, getting in wrong relationships. It is okay to commit mistakes but what is important is to learn from them. As the time passes, the past seems distant but the baggage continues. The various changes lead to stress which in turn causes delaying food habits, getting more addicted to somethings like social media which leads to low productivity.
“I FEEL LOW TODAY” is the case with most of us. The actual reason we never know. It can be any one of the above mentioned or something else also. Here are a few tips which will help you to come out of the low phase by yourself because if you succumbed to this phase then you will loose some of the most precious years which included young hearts full of energy and passion
WAKE UP EARLY– One of the major happenings in the low phase is not being able to sleep at night. No matter how late you sleep torture yourself with blazing alarms or asking your family to pour water on you to wake you up but do wake up. Go outside see the sun. It doesnt matter if you dont excercise or jog, just simple rounds while seeing the sun illuminating the sky with its glorious rays, birds flying in groups, calm atmosphere of mornings will give you HOPE that this is a new day , a new beginning. It will refresh your mind and soul which is the best start to the day.
EAT HEALTHY- Do not skip your meals no matter how low you feel. Because if you do, the body will not get required amount of nutrients which will affect the normal functioning. So the body will go to the stand by mode where its priority will be the functioning if essential parts such as heart leaving behind other things. This will lead to lethargy , hairfall , acne and many more problems which in turn will make you more like a panda.
MOVE SOME MUSCLES – Doesn’t matter whether you workout or not, but just some brisk walk or helping in housework using the traditional means to mop and broom the floor will make your body move and will give you energy. The body will feel light and it will increase your productivity.
REDUCE YOUR SCREEN TIME– I don’t think there is any explanation needed to this point. The more you get stick to your screen more you will waste your time and more you will regret.
MEDIATE- Only for five minutes but do it. it will calm your racing mind.
Creativity has no exact definition, and there can’t be any because creativity differs as per the perspective of each and every individual.
Creativity is a free spirit that lives within each of us since the day we are born, the only difference is that every one practices Creativity in a different manner and it’s not about the traditional Creativity which is mostly associated with a painter, artist or cartoonist but, every one. It is not about drawing shapes or abstract art, but anything.
It is always said that a child lives in every person and as we grow up and become adults that child get lost somewhere in the busy life and adulthood, same goes with creativity with time some of us just forget how brilliant they are at being creative in their work , creativity keeps us alive and most importantly it challenges our mind to bring up new ideas. A person who is good at convincing people is a type of creativity, as it requires planning and study of facts in order to be successful at this similarly, a sand artist how did he became a sand artist ? He choose the element sand to showcase his creativity, identifying your style, idea and inspiration can help you claim your creativity. It is possible to look beyond the normal horizon which is also called imagination and today each one of us is aware about the power of imagination.
Thus, the above example shows how creativity can be practiced professionally and non professionally. It is present at every place well the place where we live which is a planet, planet earth is another example of creativity. Universe was not formed in a day or two it took million of years to make things the way they look today but, for once this is creativity it is called creativity of God the formation of solar system, the planets, birth of first human, land , water and everything.
The people who are close to art and craft are often attracted by creativity, they have a 6th sense that can identify the difference quickly that a normal busy man can’t basically creative difference.
Creativity and challenge go side by side. Creativity is challenging like the works today is dynamic and things keep on changing and in this process of change our work is adapting to the changes and be progressive with the work So, creativity is in high demand. Apart from being intelligent, humble, punctual, creativity is also considered in top priority. A creative person can come up new ideas and strategy, it’s just like writing in lesser number of words but the meaning is deep. Here creativity can solve the purpose.
Editing is a key skill in video production that can make or break the overall quality of a video. However, editing is a relatively simple process to understand. Once you have learned the basics you’ll be able to use your new skills to significantly raise the quality of your videos. Most of all, experimentation is key to becoming a great editor, so don’t be afraid to take the road less travelled.
THE METHODS FOR LEARNING:
Learning Basic Editing Techniques
Acquiring Advanced Editing Techniques
Choosing Ideal Software
1 Film footage to gather some practice material. Film anything and everything, as long as there’s lots of it. Don’t worry about trying to tell a story, just film your surroundings, the local park, your street, your room, or even your pet.
Most modern phones are able to shoot HD footage that is perfect for practicing your editing skills.
If you don’t have a camera handy, or just want to get started on editing, you can download video clips online to practice on.
2 Import the footage into your software. Usually editing software will have what’s called a ‘bin’, a specific place in the program to store all your raw footage.[1] This will look like a list of folders or a large blank space on the left side of the main editing screen.
If you can’t find an import button some software will allow you to drag in the file from your computer into the software.
3 Add clips to the timeline. After you have imported footage into the bins, start dragging them onto the ‘timeline’. The timeline appears as a long horizontal bar that takes up the bottom half of the editing screen.
The timeline is where the majority of the work will be done. Here, you can order, rearrange, and manipulate the footage in a variety of ways
4 Rearrange the clips on the timeline. Although the footage shot may be random, try rearranging the clips into different orders to tell different stories. To do so, click and drag the long rectangular box (that represents the video clip) back and forth.
The clips you place together can affect each other. The viewer of a video will always be thinking about the following clip in the context of the previous one.[3] When you’re watching a movie, TV show or video clip, the cut can become completely invisible if performed correctly.
5 Trim the video clips to change the pace of the video. The name of the tool varies from program to program, but generally it’s called the ‘Trim’ tool. You use this tool to trim the front or back of a clip to make it shorter or to extend it outwards. Click the very edge of a video clip in the timeline and drag it inwards and outwards. This will ‘trim’ the clip.
6 Implement transitions to make cuts more appealing. Depending on the tone of the video being made, a pre-made transition from one clip to another can give the video a breath of fresh air. Navigate to the ‘Transitions’ tab located in most editing software and drag a transition you like to the cut between two video clips.
Although transitions are fun, always be thinking about who you’re making the video for. Too many exaggerated transitions can detract from the quality of a video.
7 Export the video from the editing software to save your edits. Once you’ve finished trimming, rearranging and importing all the footage you like, it’s now time to export the video. The software collects all the edits you made of the clips and ‘encodes’ them into a friendly format.
Sometimes exporting can be intimidating due to the sheer amount of options available to you in the software. If in doubt, always export at 24 frames per second (fps) and at 1080p. This means that you’ll be able to play the final video in the media player of your choice. The quality will usually look better after the video is exported.
If you want to learn video editing then first you should understand very basics of video editing.
Then I think you should first start it with Windows movie Maker and after that goes to some other softwares. I’ll suggesting you some best softwares for video editing :—
Adobe premiere pro
Corel video studio
Light worksFinal cut pro
Sony Vegas movie studio
Cinelerra
Pinnacle studios
iMovie
Pitvi
These are the some software you must try to become a good video editor but as I said you should start with learning basics of video editing.
Some you tube channel where you can lean video editing are :—
Surfaced Studios
Rocketstock
kaptainkristian
Peter McKinnon
PremiumBeat
Buddies I am not a professional editor and not also connected to this video editing feild too much. But I provided you information as best of my knowledge.

Ideally, what should be said to every child, repeatedly, throughout his or her school life is something like this: ‘You are in the process of being indoctrinated. We have not yet evolved a system of education that is not a system of indoctrination. We are sorry, but it is the best we can do. What you are being taught here is an amalgam of current prejudice and the choices of this particular culture. The slightest look at history will show how impermanent these must be. You are being taught by people who have been able to accommodate themselves to a regime of thought laid down by their predecessors. It is a self-perpetuating system. Those of you who are more robust and individual than others will be encouraged to leave and find ways of educating yourself — educating your own judgements. Those that stay must remember, always, and all the time, that they are being moulded and patterned to fit into the narrow and particular needs of this particular society.
Doris Lessing, The Golden Notebook
Feminism in India is a set of movements aimed at defining, establishing, and defending equal political, economic, and social rights and opportunities for women in India. It is the pursuit of women’s rights within the society of India. Like their feminist counterparts all over the world, feminists in India seek gender equality: the right to work for equal wages, the right to equal access to health and education, and equal political rights.Indian feminists also have fought against culture-specific issues within India’s patriarchal society, such as inheritance laws.
The history of feminism in India can be divided into three phases: the first phase, beginning in the mid-19th century, initiated when reformists began to speak in favor of women rights by making reforms in education, customs involving women; the second phase, from 1915 to Indian independence, when Gandhi incorporated women’s movements into the Quit India movement and independent women’s organisations began to emerge; and finally, the third phase, post-independence, which has focused on fair treatment of women at home after marriage, in the work force, and right to political parity.
Despite the progress made by Indian feminist movements, women living in modern India still face many issues of discrimination. India’s patriarchal culture has made the process of gaining land-ownership rights and access to education challenging. In the past two decades, there has also emerged a trend of sex-selective abortion. To Indian feminists, these are seen as injustices worth struggling against and feminism is often misunderstood by Indians as female domination rather than equality.
As in the West, there has been some criticism of feminist movements in India. They have especially been criticized for focusing too much on privileged women, and neglecting the needs and representation of poorer or lower caste women. This has led to the creation of caste-specific feminist organizations and movements
According to Maitrayee Chaudhuri, unlike the Western feminist movement, India’s movement was initiated by men, and later joined by women. But feminism as an initiative by women started independently a little later in Maharashtra by pioneering advocates of women’s rights and education: Savitribai Phule, who started the first school for girls in India (1848); Tarabai Shinde, who wrote India’s first feminist text Stri Purush Tulana (A Comparison Between Women and Men) in 1882; and Pandita Ramabai, who criticized patriarchy and caste-system in Hinduism, married outside her caste and converted to Christianity (1880s). The efforts of Bengali reformers included abolishing sati, which was a widow’s death by burning on her husband’s funeral pyre, abolishing the custom of child marriage, abolishing the disfiguring of widows, introducing the marriage of upper caste Hindu widows, promoting women’s education, obtaining legal rights for women to own property, and requiring the law to acknowledge women’s status by granting them basic rights in matters such as adoption.
The 19th century was the period that saw a majority of women’s issues which came under the spotlight and reforms began to be made. Much of the early reforms for Indian women were conducted by men. However, by the late 19th century they were joined in their efforts by their wives, sisters, daughters, protegees and other individuals directly affected by campaigns such as those carried out for women’s education. By the late 20th century, women gained greater autonomy through the formation of independent women’s own organisations. By the late thirties and forties a new narrative began to be constructed regarding “women’s activism”. This was newly researched and expanded with the vision to create ‘logical’ and organic links between feminism and Marxism, as well as with anti-communalism and anti-casteism, etc. The Constitution of India did guarantee ‘equality between the sexes,’ which created a relative lull in women’s movements until the 1970s.

“A woman with a voice is by definition a strong woman. But the search to find that voice can be remarkably difficult“
Annie Besant(1 October 1847 – 20 September 1933) was a British socialist, theosophist, women’s rights activist, writer, orator, educationist, and philanthropist. Regarded as a champion of human freedom, she was an ardent supporter of both Irish and Indian self-rule.She was a prolific author with over three hundred books and pamphlets to her credit. As an educationist, her contributions included being one of the founders of the BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY.
She also became involved in politics in India, joining the Indian National Congress. When World War I broke out in 1914, she helped launch the Home Rule League to campaign for democracy in India, and dominion status within the British Empire. This led to her election as president of the Indian National Congress, in late 1917. In the late 1920s, Besant travelled to the United States with her protégé and adopted son Jiddu Krishnamurti, who she claimed was the new Messiah and incarnation of Buddha. Krishnamurti rejected these claims in 1929.After the war, she continued to campaign for Indian independence and for the causes of theosophy, until her death in 1933.
HOME RULE MOVEMENT :
As early as 1902 Besant had written that “India is not ruled for the prospering of the people, but rather for the profit of her conquerors, and her sons are being treated as a conquered race.”. She encouraged Indian national consciousness, attacked caste and child marriage, and worked effectively for Indian education.Along with her theosophical activities, Besant continued to actively participate in political matters. She had joined the Indian National Congress. As the name suggested, this was originally a debating body, which met each year to consider resolutions on political issues. Mostly it demanded more of a say for middle-class Indians in British Indian government. It had not yet developed into a permanent mass movement with local organisation. About this time her co-worker Leadbeater moved to Sydney.
In 1914 World War I broke out, and Britain asked for the support of its Empire in the fight against Germany. Echoing an Irish nationalist slogan, Besant declared, “England’s need is India’s opportunity”. As editor of the New India newspaper, she attacked the colonial government of India and called for clear and decisive moves towards self-rule. As with Ireland, the government refused to discuss any changes while the war lasted.
EARLY LIFE :
Annie Wood was born in 1847 in London into an upper-middle-class family. She was the daughter of William Burton Persse Wood (1816–1852) and Emily Roche Morris (died 1874). The Woods originated from Devon and her great-uncle was the Whig politician Sir Matthew Wood, 1st Baronet from whom derives the Page Wood baronets. Her father was an Englishman who lived in Dublin and attained a medical degree, having attended Trinity College Dublin. Her mother was an Irish Catholic, from a family of more modest means. Besant would go on to make much of her Irish ancestry and supported the cause of Irish self-rule throughout her adult life. Her cousin Kitty O’Shea (born Katharine Wood) was noted for having an affair with Charles Stewart Parnell, leading to his downfall. Her father died when she was five years old, leaving the family almost penniless. Her mother supported the family by running a boarding house for boys at Harrow School. However, she was unable to support Annie and persuaded her friend Ellen Marryat to care for her. Marryat made sure that she had a good education. Annie was given a strong sense of duty to society and an equally strong sense of what independent women could achieve. As a young woman, she was also able to travel widely in Europe. There she acquired a taste for Roman Catholic colour and ceremony that never left her.
Besant tried as a person, theosophist, and president of the Theosophical Society, to accommodate Krishnamurti’s views into her life, without success; she vowed to personally follow him in his new direction although she apparently had trouble understanding both his motives and his new message. The two remained friends until the end of her life.
In 1931 she became ill in India.
Besant died on 20 September 1933, at age 85, in Adyar, Madras Presidency, British India. Her body was cremated.
Work is worship for those who take work seriously and it should be so because your work reflects your personality to some extent and how we do it is also part and parcel of our identity. Here in, comes the real trouble because when you do the work you enjoy, you try to put in your heart and mind into it but, if you are unfortunate enough to be doing the kind of work that you are not proud of, then surely enough it shows in your outcome.
Money, being the prime factor in today’s world and so, when your sole priority is to mint money, then it hardly matters whether you are an engineer or an interior designer. You would try to impress upon the authorities in your field with the sole objective of prosperity in your field. For this, you may go to any extent of unethical attempts, without even thinking about its aftermath.
Mental tension and stress and the related health hazards are all part and parcel of today’ s changing world. Today’s young generation is the first generation of professionals who are earning, four times more than what their parents have earned and so they have a lot of money at their disposal, which is making them spend more All this was possible only because of India’s changing economic condition and the advent of multinational companies with huge capital investment and infrastructure.
In fact, the call centre culture has also changed our lives for the worst, since lifestyle patterns are changing drastically. Initially, youngsters seem to be enjoying the western influence of working like asses on five days and reserving the weekends for parties and celebrations. And to get those two days of relief, they are ready to slog whether they like their job or not. It henceforth, becomes a mechanical slogging where, you are not concerned, whether your mind is at work but it’s just about the finished product that they look forward to. On the whole, we cannot rule out the fact that there are people, who are fortunate enough to bag the job they desire or those who have ultimately landed in those fields, where they have wanted to be. Such people are really lucky in the sense that they do their work with the utmost dedication and they have a fulfilment in life, even if they are not taking home fat salaries like their counter-parts, but don’t have any satisfaction to boost of.
There is a third side to all this and that is trying to derive meaning in whatever meaningless things we are doing to make both ends meet. So even if, one is in a job that is detested by him, he can still work towards generating a positive attitude to one’s Work. Try and enjoy, what one is doing and thus try to attain a sense of satisfaction, that he supposes, he could have otherwise got.
Democracy is derived from the Greek language which means a government by the people. The citizens of the country are given a right to choose their respective representative. There are mainly two types of democracy – direct and representative and semi-democracy or hybrid. In a democratic country power is vested with the people and is exercised by them in indirectly or directly through a system of representation which usually involves free elections. In order to progress human development a democratic land is essential. This helps and enables citizens to have a free will and live freely in the society. Moreover, it allows people to have equal rights. This helps to enable that equality prevails all over country.
During the rule of the Britishers, the country did not have any democracy. They imposed structures of bureaucracy which maintained order through rule of the law rather than thought arbitrary authority. They controlled the country and refused to give any authority to the citizens on India and kept imposing laws and orders on them. In the small journey as an independent nation, democracy has been a cornerstone of the Indian success saga. From the time when doubts were cast on the ability of the country’s survival as a nation to a time where it holds the powers across the global look for our guidance, India has travelled miles. In the year 1947 when the rule of Britishers came to an end the constitution was adopted in 1950 which led to India being known to have the largest democracy in the world. The country declared itself to be democratic, sovereign and a republic state. The constitution of India gave power to its citizen to elect their representative and their own choice of government. India is known to be a quasi-federal parliamentary system of government which is known to be largely based on the UK model.
Although India is largest democracy it still has a long way of progression. The country faces a lot of issues which does not let it efficiently function as a democracy. The caste system in country is still prevalent which does hampers with the socialist principle of democracy. Communalism is also on the rise and has led to many bad consequences in India. These factors interfere with the secular aspect of the country. All these differences need to be set aside to ensure happiness and prosperity of the citizens. Democracy in the country is still better than that in most of the countries. Still, there is a lot of room for improvement which we must pay attention on. The government must implement stringent laws to ensure that there is no discrimination that takes place. In addition, awareness must be made to make citizens aware of their rights and duties.
The smooth transition of governments witnessed by India on the basis of power of ballots has been a testimony to the real functioning of the entire nation. While our neighbours have had their struggles with political instability and various other issues, The Indian democracy has paved its way through to become a role model at the global front. In spite of numerous numbers of problems like poverty, illiteracy, malnourishment and infrastructural deficit India has still managed to ensure that political masters still remain committed to the right cause. The establishment of universal adult franchise has been one of the strongest bases for our democratic success. With the reduction of voting age from 21 to 18, Indian has further strengthened its democracy as it recognized the role of youth in nation building process. Irrespective of any stratified society, people of all colour, caste, creed, language religion, region make up in a single line to express their choice on the Election Day. This integral approach has been the strength of Indian democracy which helped to empower the nation. Indian democracy has managed to go from strength to strength. With the passing of 73rd and 74th Amendment Acts, the democratic decentralization percolated to the Indian grassroots. Panchayati Raj and Municipality Institutions have brought governance closer to the people. They have managed to empowered the people by giving an elected forum to bring about local level and grassroot level development. Democracy in the country brought new vibrancy through local governance to enable rapid social-economic progress in the Indian villages.

We unconsciously work with our facial expressions when are feeling certain emotions. For example, we frown when we are upset, we purse out lips tight when we are angry, we have our eyebrows up when we are confused, we give a genuine smile when we feel happy, and we clench our jaw and have our eyebrows wrinkled when we are i tension or are thinking deeply. Noticing people’s facial expression will help us in detecting their moods and emotions and we will be of good use when we make ourselves available for them.
Don’t make it too obvious that you are reading the people. Try being normal ad play yourlaws in your mind.

“My family is my life, and everything else comes second as far as what’s important to me.”
A family is a social group of people who stay together under the same roof in a society. It comprises two or more adults like parents and grandparents and young children who are bound in a relationship by birth or blood. They are collectively known as family members. Each family member is committed to each other in a mutual relationship. A family holds a special place in the life of an individual and the society in which he/she lives. Families are the most important part of one’s life. It does not matter if you have a small or big family, as long as you have one. A family serves as the first school to the child where one learns about various things. The basic knowledge about one’s culture and identity comes from their family. You are a reflection of your family. All the good habits and manners one has incorporated are from their family only. I feel very lucky to be born in a family which has made me a better person. In my opinion, families are an essential part of one’s being. Families are a blessing. Some people spend time away from the family in order to become independent. They do not realize the importance og family. Families are essential as they help in our growth. They develop us into becoming a complete person with an individual identity. Moreover, they give us a sense of security and a safe environment. In most societies, it is within families that children acquire socialization for life outside the family, and acts as the primary source of attachment, nurturing, and socialization for human. Additionally, as the basic unit for meeting the basic needs of its members, it provides a sense of boundaries for performing tasks in a safe environment, ideally builds a person into a functional adult, transmits culture, and ensures continuity of humankind with precedents of knowledge. A family consists of an adult and his or her offspring. Most commonly, it consists of two married adults, usually a man and a woman along with their offspring, usually living in a private and separate space. This type of unit, more specifically known as a nuclear family, is believed to be the oldest of the various types of families in existence. Sometimes the family includes not only the parents and their unmarried children living at home but also children that have married, their spouses, and their offspring, and possibly elderly dependents such an arrangement is called an extended family .My family has been always by my side in ups and downs. My family consists of four siblings and my parents. We also have a pet dog that is no less than our family. Within each family member, lies my strength. My mother is my strength as I can always count on her when I need a shoulder to cry on. She believes in me more than any other person. She is the backbone of our family. My father is someone who will always hide away his troubles for the sake of his family.Families are important because they nurture and develop us. They make us happy and give us the chance to become better human beings. Families enhance your confidence and make you believe in yourself.
In short, I cannot imagine my life without them. They are my first teachers and my first friends. They are responsible for creating a safe and secure environment for me at home. I can share everything with my family as they never judge one another. We believe in the power of love above everything and that drives us to help each other to become better human beings.
