Peaky blinders!

Tommy Shelby

Peaky Blinders is a British period crime drama television series created by Steven Knight. Set in Birmingham, England, the series follows the exploits of the Shelby crime family in the direct aftermath of the First World War. The fictional family is loosely based on a real urban youth gang of the same name, who were active in the city from the 1890s to the early 20th century.

Peaky Blinders features an ensemble cast, led by Cillian Murphy, Helen McCrory and Paul Anderson starring as Tommy Shelby, Elizabeth “Polly” Gray and Arthur Shelby respectively, the gang’s senior members. Sam Neill, Tom Hardy, Paddy Considine, Adrien Brody, Aidan Gillen, Charlotte Riley, Sam Claflin and Anya Taylor-Joy also have recurring roles at various junctures of the series. The show premiered on 12 September 2013, telecast on BBC Two until the fourth series, and then shifted to BBC One for the fifth and upcoming sixth series.

In 2018, after the show’s Drama Series win at the BAFTA TV Awards, Knight confirmed his “ambition of making it a story of a family between two wars, and by ending it with the first air raid siren in Birmingham”, which was 25 June 1940. The fifth series premiered on BBC One on 25 August 2019 and finished on 22 September 2019. Netflix, under the deal with Weinstein Company and Endemol, had acquired the rights to release Peaky Blinders in the United States and around the world. In January 2021, it was announced that the sixth season would be the final season of the series.

Subject: Recommendation letter for tenants

Dear Pierce,

I am writing you this letter in order to recommend my current clients Mr. and Mrs. Peter to you for the rental of property available at your agency on Sunshine Street, ground floor. Currently, this couple is renting from our agency but now because of having a baby they are looking for a larger apartment on ground floor.

Your property on Sunshine Street would suit the couple perfectly due to its central location and its ground floor situation. Mr. and Mrs. Peter have been renting property from me for more than five years and are always up-to-date on their rental payments as well as their utility bills.

I therefore recommend Mr. and Mrs. Peter for the letting of the premises, as I can assure you that they will be good tenants and you will have no worries as to payments, utility bills etc.

Thanking you in anticipation for your consideration,

Yours faithfully,

Subject: Adoption recommendation letter

Dear Mrs. Meryl,

I am writing this letter to recommend Mrs. Edwina Kenyon for the adoption of child. I personally known Edwina, she is such a nice lady and I came to know this by working with her during last five years. We are co-workers at the same department within our company. Through this period of time I have learned that she is very caring, patient, calm and attentive person. You probably know that our company is organizing different projects and the ones that we have to do is children gathering which is always assigned to Edwina since her ability to get along with children is well known within a company.

Kids love her and after each project she acquires lot of new friends among the kids.

Edwina and her husband are very kind people full of love but unfortunately they can’t share their love with their own child. They want to adopt a baby and the baby that will be adopted by her will be one of the luckiest ones.

I strongly recommend her for the adoption. In case you need any clarifications, please contact me at 234-4469-102 or email me at abc@example.com.

NOT NOW

The saddest thing about love is that not only that it cannot last forever, but that heartbreak is soon forgotten

It was more than a year, since I met her. Misunderstandings are very common in relationship but this time it costs more anger. Love turns hatred. On her birthday I’ve promises her, not even single second I don’t let you lone babe. But year passes, still I’m on blocklist. She’s always cuddling me around but NOT NOW.

I don’t know may be she moved on to a new beginning, but I’m still in the end of the page waiting for a miracle. Her status turns single, often she rides with her new friends, she surfs malls, cinema halls, restaurant and lot. Myself I too roaming in malls, cinema halls, restaurant not to enjoy like her, just to collect my enjoyable memories flooded down there.

My hand still knows how fluffy her cheek was, my skin hairs stands straight when she blushes on me, my leg still knows how much time I carried her, my nose still knows how her cookies are, my teeth still knows how many time I bite her, my lips still know how many time I signed on her cheeks, my belly knows how many time I’ve been a pillow to her, my heart knows how many I cared her, my eyes says how many nights I’ve been crying for her but still my brain doesn’t know why she left.

The emotion that can break your heart is sometimes the very one that heals it…

How can I walk without your hands? How can I talk without your noise? How can I hear without your chirps? How can I see without your presence? How can I eat without your fingers? How can I sleep without your hugs?

Lot changed you and the changes of yours changed me a lot. Even moon and earth forget to meet, but I’ll never forget to see you, my divine. How did you throw me even without considering me to hear a apologize? I swear I’ve smiles, I’ve cried, I’ve cared , NOT NOW………

GOODNESS OF WHOLE GRAINS

Ever since stable human civilizations have emerged and developed, people have been consuming food grains on a daily basis as staple food. The harvest and post-harvest processing methods of these grains have evolved over centuries. People’s eating habits have also transformed drastically through the ages. We have learnt to make use of the required specific parts of grains and discard the unwanted parts. Refining is such a process which has developed with time. In this process, the grains are milled with the help of roller grinders, where the grains are cracked and their endosperm separates from their bran and germ. Endosperm is the starchy carbohydrate part of grain with a tiny amount of vitamins and minerals. We prefer on eating refined grains because they are less fibrous and easier to chew and digest. The most commonly refined flour is wheat. Most of the delicious bakery cereal food products are made from refined wheat flour or maida. As maida does not contain germ and bran, it is devoid of good fiber and nutrients that whole wheat is enriched with. We use refined wheat flour in a variety of our dishes. Delicacies like bread, buns, noodles, cakes, biscuits have refined flour as their major ingredient. As refined grains skip important nutrients, all we consume at the end is starch and carbs. Fortification methods have been used to make up for the lost nutrients, but some elements of natural grain like phytochemicals can neither be economically recovered nor can be added to refined grains.

As opposed to this, whole grains contain three layers, namely bran, germ as well as endosperm. Bran is the fibre-filled outer layer of grain with vitamin B, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals. The innermost germ layer is the nutrient packed core with vitamins B and E, phytochemicals and healthy fats. As whole grains have good fibre content, they take longer time to pass through the intestine and help in longer digestion time. This ensures proper absorption of important micronutrients along with major nutrients in blood. It also keeps the stomach full for a longer time, resulting in a feeling of satiety and avoidance of overeating and consequent weight gain. Bran and fibre are slowly digested in the colon as compared to simple sugars like glucose. Thus the blood sugar level rises gradually and in a controlled manner instead a of sharp, drastic rise.

Research shows that consumption of whole grains is linked to a less likely possibility of death due to inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases as also cancer. Replacement of refined grains with fibrous whole grains with a lower glycemic index is beneficial in the reduction of type-2 diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism. The fibre in whole grains makes the stool soft and bulky with better absorption and retention of water, helping in prevention of constipation.

In the beginning, it may seem difficult to switch to whole grain products instead of their refined counterparts, but changing to these products will prove beneficial in the long run. Efforts are also being made to improve the sensory appeal of whole grain products. Fitness freaks and diet conscious people are wilfully changing their unhealthy fooding habits by choosing whole grain substitutes of products like brown bread, multigrain flour, whole wheat noodles and pasta, brown rice, whole grain breakfast cereals. All in all, we can say that a healthy diet paves way for a healthy body and modifying the items on our plate to healthier options heavily weighs in to promote fitness and longevity of a healthy life.

TOO SWEET OR SALTY, IT’S FAULTY!

Our daily diet and food have changed drastically from what our ancestors used to consume. Modern technology and innovation in the kitchen have led to the production of a plethora of dishes and recipes. It has become quite easy to order a flamboyant, sumptuous restaurant meal to treat our food cravings with the click of a button. But as grand and presentable as these dishes are, have we checked for its wholesomeness? Do we realize to see if it is nutritious enough? All that considered, our consumption of sugar and related products and salt has gone way up than their required daily value. Eating packaged foods or restaurant preparations regularly has led to over-consumption of sugar and salt, leading to adverse health effects on our health. No wonder the numbers of people with non-congenital diabetes and high blood pressure issues have been increasing at a high rate in the past few years.

Sugar is an empty calorie food, which means eating sugar gives us no nutritional benefit. The American Heart Association recommends no more than 6 teaspoons or 24 grams of sugar everyday. Processed and prepared foods as well as sweetened beverage drinks contain high amounts of added sugars and other artificial sweeteners. This carb-intense ingredient when consumed too much invites a large number of ailments and chronic diseases like obesity and heart related diseases.  Manufacturers of packaged foods are required to mandatorily mention the amount of added sugars on their food labels, but poor consumer awareness regarding checking these labels for direct amount of added sugars has led to them putting substitute ingredients, which in the end are equivalents of the same sugar with similar nutritional properties. Sweets and savouries, extruded cereal products, commercial chocolates, nutritional health drink mixes, processed juices, milkshakes and soft drinks are products with high sugar content.

Almost any food is incomplete and bland without the addition of salt. Salt is an important component of food, providing essential nutrients like sodium necessary for maintaining osmotic balance in and out of the cells and functional in nerve impulse conduction. Salt is also important as a fortification vehicle for iodine, iron and other minerals required by our body. But over the years, the consumption of salt has reached far beyond daily consumption values. Recent reports indicate that the consumption of salt is around 9-12 gm daily, about twice the recommended daily value. Due to rapid urbanization and changing lifestyles, people are inclined towards eating highly processed foods containing a large amount of salt, sugar, fat and are calorie dense too. A major reason for this is affordable and hassle-free availability of packaged foods. Consuming too much salt is detrimental to body health, leading to hypertension, heart related ailments and calcium losses from the bone. Too much salt in circulating body fluids can alter (reduce) the water content of the cells, leading to confusion, death or seizures. Pickles, papads, bakery products, chips, pizza, burgers and fries contain excessive amount of salt.

The best way to reduce sugar and salt content in food is by including fruits and vegetables in the diet and cutting out processed food products. This will also help in better intake of potassium which reduces blood pressure, and maintain the ion balance in the body. We can consciously choose foods which keep our daily sugar and salt intake within the daily value limits and lead a healthier life with healthier choices.

The relevance of religion

I write about this topic with the utmost care because i accept this is bigger than us and i am sure even the most unwavering atheist would agree.

This is not an article about the history of religion, there are enough of those already, however this is an exploratory venture into a field even science has little to contribute to.

I have never believed in much, and didn’t give god much of a chance either. But a person changes, and he has to give himself room and enough open mindedness to accept those changes.

So what is the relevance of religion? Why did we design a god for ourselves? And more importantly, why are there so many of them? The latter question establishes that there is no one particular god, because if one of them is true the others become mere figments of imagination. This seems like a safe deduction and a relatively scientific place to start off with. But the fact that numerous cultures and people around the world came up with the idea of a higher power without any flow of information between them can be mind boggling too. Which bring us to our second deduction, a more adventures one this time. We need religion.

When i say we need it, i do not mean on a survival basis like we need water or food. Humans by nature are conscious beings, with a mind of their own, capable of critical thinking and problem solving. But a fallacy arising out of this very state of consciousness is that it doesn’t provide answers as much as it likes exploring questions. This very article is an apt example. But what about the questions we have no answers for? That’s where religion comes in.

It gives a sense of calm to the restless and a peaceful sense of relinquishment to the defeated but unbowed. It says to them it’s alright and that there is a place for everyone. It tells the sinners, what happens on earth stays on earth, and shoulders their burdens and it lays down a path for the unexceptional but steady.

This said, i still don’t believe that religion can give life meaning. Responsibilities do that. What religion can give you is strength and humbleness. Humbleness that some things are beyond your control.

Like anything religion too has evolved from the days of bowing to deities and sculptures. It took a spiritual turn with Buddhism in the 6th century(a religion which completely separates itself from any one particular god). A religion should not lock your mind in with its narrow scope, but instead give it wings.

In my humble opinion have an atheists attitude to religion but an agnostics mind. You can glean what you glean when you’re ready to glean what you glean. Do not buy into it, but don’t dismiss it either. One makes you helpless and the other hopeless.

The Story of the Best Selling Video Game of all time: Tetris

Tetris has its origin in the Dorodnitsyn Computing Centre (Research Lab). It was one of the foremost research institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, located in St Petersburg, Soviet Union (Now Russia). Created by software researcher Alexey Pajitnov in 1984, Tetris is a simple tile-matching game that took the world by storm upon it’s release.

It was developed for Electronika 60, which was a computer, made in the Soviet Union. This period was the final stage of the Cold war Era and computers were becoming more popular as well.

The game wasn’t intended as a commercial product just like the creation of the music record. But it was to be distributed freely among academic institutions around the Soviet Union and the economic bloc of countries aligned with the USSR in Eurasia, Africa, and the Americas that demonstrated use cases for the software.

As USSR was a communist state, so Pajitnov did not technically own the program as the game was under the ownership of the state. Pajitnov along with the help of a colleague, Dmitry Pavlovsky, and a teen computer programmer, Vadim Gerasimov continued to work on the game project even though commercializing it would have been a risky move under the Soviet government. Gerasimov further ported the game from the old and bulky Elektronika 60 to the more widely used (IBM) compatible PCs.

As Elektronika 60 had no graphics output, the individual blocks in the game were made of different text, but with the port in PC, they were able to support color graphics. This brought the game to life.

Pajitnov and Gerasimov had started distributing Tetris for (PC) in 1985 among their friends and colleagues in various math or computer conventions. Soon the sharing spread and the game was smuggled outside USSR to Hungary. During mid-80s U.S and Japan had a more prevalent console market whereas, in Europe, gaming was primarily done on computers. There was a non-existent software market in Russia and most software was usually copied in floppy disks.

Welcome screen of 1987 version of Tetris

In 1986 Robert Stein, a salesman from the UK-based software company Andromeda spotted Tetris at Hungary’s Institute of Computer Science. He was convinced by the potential of the software and he struck an agreement with Pajitnov to sell the games internationally. But legally Tetris was still under the ownership of the Soviet government.  There was one problem, the agreement was only for the PC and not for any other platform and Stein has struck a deal with Sega to launch the game on their platform. Later Henk Rogers, another salesman from the Netherlands wanted to find a good launch game for the Nintendo’s new Game Boy handheld. The Soviet government was not happy with the Stein deal. But Rogers convinced the Soviet government and they agreed and he also formed a good relationship with Pajitnov. Later Andromeda’s license of Tetris was deemed illegal. Nintendo was given the right to launch the game on its console. The GameBoy was a platform to showcase one of the first video games exported from Russia. The game was a commercial hit and it has been ported to the most number platforms to date. The game also holds the record as the best-selling game of all time. In 1996, Pajitnov was able to reclaim the ownership of the rights and formed the Tetris Company, along with Henk Rogers. Even though he missed collecting the potential royalties for Tetris which were over hundreds of millions, he was still able to secure the future royalties.

Nalanda University – An Ancient Seat of Learning

Nalanda was one of the earliest and finest universities in India.

It is located in Nalanda District, Bihar, India.

The university thrived under the patronage of the rulers of the Gupta dynasty during the 5th and 6th centuries.

It continued to flourish under Emperor Harshavardhan of Kannauj in the 7th century as well.

The growth and the popularity of the university continued until the 9th century.

The declination of Nalanda University was primarily due to the establishment of four other seats of Buddhist learning in the same region under the Pala Empire from the 9th century to the 12th century

  • The massive library of Nalanda was called Dharma Gunj, meaning the Treasury of Truth or the Mountain of Truth.

  • Nalanda was attacked three times by the invaders –
    1. The Huns
    2. The Gaudas
    3. Bhaktiyar Khilji – who brought about its complete destruction.
  • Archeologists and historians are of the opinion that just 10% of the Nalanda campus has been excavated till date. Around 90% remain to be excavated.
  • The ruins of Nalanda were the location for the shooting of the popular song “O Mere Raja” from the Bollywood movie Johny Mera Naam starring Hema Malini and Dev Anand.

DECLINATION

Muḥammad Bakhtiyar Khalji, a Turkic invader destroyed the Nalanda University in 1202 AD.

At that time Bakhtiyar Khilji had captured some areas ruled by Buddhists in North India and once he became quite ill. He got enough treatment from his princes but he could not recover and reached a moribund condition.

Then someone advised him to take the treatment from Acharya Rahul Sribhadra, who was head of Ayurveda department of Nalanda University. But Khilji was not ready for this. He had more faith in his princes. He was not willing to believe that Indian physicians have more knowledge than his wife and their masters.

But to save his life he had to call Acharya Rahul Sribhadra, head of Ayurveda department of Nalanda University. Then Bakhtiar Khilji put a strange condition in front of Vaidyaraj that I will not eat any kind of medicine given by him. They had to fix it without medication. After thinking of this, Vaidyaraj accepted his condition and after a few days, he came to Khilji with a Quran and said that he had to read the page of the Quran. And after reading these pages you will free from illness.

Bakhtiar Khilji read the Quran as Vaidyaraj said he was cured.

“It is said that Rahul Shribhadra applied for medicine on some pages of the Quran. and as he started reading those pages of the Quran he kept on recovering.”

After recovering khilji was shocked by the fact that an Indian scholar and teacher had more knowledge than his princes and countryman.

After this, he decided to destroy the roots of Buddhism and Ayurveda. As a result, Khilji set fire to the great library of Nalanda and burned around 9 million manuscripts.

May Malala Come in Every Lap!

Let’s peep in the alleys of the most promising international icon with exceptional zeal:

Malala Yousafzai (Pic Source: Google)

We Human beings are succumbing every minute to fear & bigotry since the mysterious accident by which life sprang on Earth .And also every era-produced Malala pick up the flag of humanity with the brave philanthropic hymns. The world which is now somehow livable, is about to celebrate the 24th birthday of an exceptional mental strength as well as of such a magnificent lens and throw a glance on the pager of her life:

The journey of an ordinary human to an extraordinary one started on July 12 , 1997 at Mingora in Pakistan. Since childhood, with the touch of her father. Ziauddin Yousafzai, a school owner and an educational activist himself (whom Malala termed as the ‘Falcon’) Malala got herself involved in human rights advocacy, especially education of women in her native swat valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where the local  Taliban had banned girls from attending schools . Then the little mind rarely couldn’t take so much time to realize the bluffing of terror patriarchy and resolved to eradicate it for a harmonious life of every girl with a backbone.

When she was only 11 years old, She gave a speech in Peshawar on “How dare the Taliban take away our Basic Right to Education” In 2009 , She started blogging as a short step towards the zenith of her life. In 2011 , She was awarded ‘Pakistan’s  National youth peace prize’ In that year, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, a south African activist, nominated her for the International Children’s Peace Prize of the Dutch International children‘s advocacy group kids Rights Foundation.

With Malala’s growing popularity, dangers too stealthily came along her way. On October 09, 2012, the Taliban ascended to the peak of inhumanity by shooting this 15-year old child  returning from school by bus. One bullet went through her head, neck and ended in her shoulder. Though her health was critical, her fighting spirit made her recover from the malign wounds and after almost 1 year restarted attending school.

Eventually, Malala got a massive outpouring of support in the limelight. On July 12, 2013 on her 16th birthday Yousafzai delivered a speech at the United Nations. There she sad:

“The terrorists thought that they would change our aims and stop our ambitions but nothing changed in my life except this weakness, Fear and hopelessness died ; Strength, power and courage were born.”

–Malala

There Malala challenged orthodoxy, illiteracy & terrorisms:

“The extremists were and they are, afraid of books and pens… They are afraid of women… Let’s speak of our books and pens — our most powerful weapons.”

–Malala

On that very auspicious day, Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the UN, pronounced “Malala Day” in honor of The young leader’s activism. He assured that no child should have to die for learning and nowhere should teachers to teach.

When the second voyage of Malala’s life had just started to roll out the wheels, European parliament awarded her the ‘Sakharov Prize’ in 2013.

In the next year, conches of ‘Satyam’ blew when Malala became the youngest ever Nobel Prize Laureate. She received the award along with Kailash  Satyarthi, Indian children’s rights activist. This unparalleled and unequal ‘Global Teacher‘ became a gentle advocate of Peace.

Malala Yousafzai (Source: Google)

In April 2017, United Nations secretary general Antonio Guterres appointed Yousafzai as a UN messenger of peace to promote girls’ education. She was also given Honorary Canadian Citizenship in 2017.

In the meanwhile, Yousafzai family launched the Malala fund in 2014 to ensure girls around the world have access to 12 years of free, safe & quality education, though later she revealed her extreme grief:

“The shocking truth is that world leaders have the money to fully fund primary AND secondary education around the world – but they are choosing to spend it on other things, like their military budgets. In fact, if the whole world stopped spending money on the military for just 8 days, we could have the $39 billion still needed to provide 12 years of free, quality education to every child on the planet.”

Malala wrote in her Website (https://malala.org/)

This torch bearer of Pakistan as well as of the enter world have offered the opportunity to go through the reviews by publishing books:

However Malala has taught all the Homo sapiens sapiens what education is, what consciousness is, what backbone is and what fearlessness is. We all are hopeful — this gene of Brave is/will be straight at the nook and corner of this world — every mother will stealthily smile, seeing her fearless child crying in its subconscious mind.

Depression

Depression alludes to a restorative clutter that leads to sentiments of the misfortune of intrigued, as well as sentiments of pity. Depression has an effect on how an individual carries on, considers, and feels. There are numerous physical and enthusiastic issues, which may exude from misery. Most individuals enduring depression may have negative sentiments towards themselves. Depression has an effect on the day-to-day exercises of a person, particularly amid the days when one endures from discouragement. Discouragement could be a common ailment, and it can have genuine suggestions on a person’s life.

The causes of misery incorporate a combination of natural, organic, mental, as well as hereditary variables. When an individual is experiencing sadness, neurotransmitters tend to be out of adjusting. Discouragement is caused by lopsidedness within the different parts of the brain, which control rest, considering, behavior, temperament, as well as craving. Discouragement can too be a hereditary clutter that runs in families.

A few qualities may incline individuals to sadness, particularly when hereditary components combine with natural variables that cause sadness. Other causes of misery incorporate injury, which may result from losing adored ones, unpleasant circumstances, or encountering trouble in connections.

For occasion, drugs utilized within the treatment of tall blood weight increment the chance of having misery.

Major life occasions have to been recognized as fundamental causes of misery. These occasions may incorporate been included in a mischance, losing a work, resigning, or going through the thorough handle of separate. Substance manhandle can moreover cause misery; people having substance manhandle issues have are helpless to either clinical or major misery. Sadness can moreover be caused by individual issues like social segregation, which comes about from mental ailments or being cleared out of social bunches or out of the family. Sentiments of confinement and depression can cause sadness since an individual may feel not a portion of the whole society.

People enduring sadness don’t encounter comparative side effects; the side effects of sadness tend to contrast from one individual to another. The term, recurrence, as well as seriousness of depressive symptoms, tend to differ with respect to how an individual reacts to depressive scenes. Be that as it may, there are a few side effects of misery that can be named as applicable to nearly all people. A few of the foremost common indications of misery incorporate negativity, as well as sadness. Discouragement may moreover be characterized by uneasiness, purge sentiments, as well as sentiments of diligent pity. People enduring sadness may too involve sentiments of weakness, uselessness, as well as blame sentiments. Fretfulness and fractiousness can moreover be named as common signs and indications of depression.

Misery too leads to the onset of a few side effects such as diminish in vitality, which may radiate from sentiments of weariness. People enduring misery may too create sentiments of the misfortune of intrigue in a few exercises that were once pleasurable. For occurrence, they may halt going to social occasions or wear occasions. Discouragement can moreover lead to challenges in making choices, recalling a few points of interest, as well as trouble concentrating. Other side effects of sadness incorporate intemperate resting, as well as a sleeping disorder. Discouragement causes misfortune of craving or gorging, endeavors to commit suicide, migraines, as well as torments, and spasms.

Misery is gone with by different shapes of the clutter, which people enduring from this ailment tend to involvement. One of the shapes of misery incorporates postpartum discouragement, which basically influences ladies after they donate birth. This frame of sadness radiates from the hormonal changes that take put after giving birth. Another frame of sadness incorporates maniacal sadness; this takes put when an individual endures from serious sadness. Insane sadness can too exude from a psychosis such as fancies, as well as aggravating convictions such as mental trips. Misery can too be within the shape of regular emotional clutter (Pitiful). This frame of discouragement happens amid a few periods such as winter when the common daylight isn’t satisfactory.

Discouragement may co-exist with a few sicknesses; a few of the ailments that misery may co-exist with incorporate uneasiness clutter, obsessive-compulsive clutter, post-traumatic stretch clutter, and social fear. Other ailments which will co-exist with discouragement incorporate freeze clutter and generalized uneasiness clutter. The posttraumatic stretch disorder can be respected as the most clutter, which goes with discouragement.

Misery, whether extreme or gentle, can be analyzed and treated in a number of ways. For successful treatment of this clutter, the treatment ought to begin when the ailments are recognized. In arrange to analyze discouragement viably, an understanding ought to visit a mental wellbeing specialist or pro. In most cases, the determination of misery takes the frame of mental assessment. Mental assessment plays a basic part in diagnosing sadness since it makes a difference in distinguishing the indications in arrange to maintain a strategic distance from misdiagnosis of the ailment. A few of the issues to examine whereas diagnosing this sickness incorporate assessing when the sickness began, as well as the length of the indications.

There are a few methodologies that can be utilized within the treatment of misery; one of the strategies that can be viable in treating misery incorporates the utilize of solutions such as antidepressants. Antidepressants can be respected as significant since they work on neurotransmitters (brain chemicals). Antidepressants offer assistance in changing the temperament of people enduring sadness since they work on neurotransmitters, which influence a person’s mood. Psychotherapy moreover plays a vital part within the treatment of sadness and side effects that go with sadness. Amid psychotherapy, the objective of treatment incorporates recognizing the root causes of misery and creating treatment plans based on the indications that the discouraged patient exhibits. The foremost compelling shape of psychotherapy within the treatment of discouragement incorporates cognitive behavior treatment (CBT). CBT makes a difference to alter the negative sentiments and thought designs, which may have caused discouragement.

Why Indians ignore global issues like climate change

Climate change is a change in the climate or environment of  the planet . it is not a natural process ,but an outcome of human activities and interference with nature. Climate change is not an issue of today or yesterday. It’s been started for a very long time. Transformation or variation in nature has been started in nature since the age of industrialization. climate change is the biggest threat for humanity .It is making our earth inhabitable. . Human civilization was developing at the cost of nature. And after that we all have followed their footprints for getting luxurious lifestyle, comfort, easiness .

development is required , but should not be done at the cost of nature.

Climate change is most worriment issue of today’s world. but the point is whether all countries are equally serious about it. Solemnity about this global issue varies from country to country , because economical condition of countries, lifestyle of their people, education level, women’s condition in countries are not same . That is why it is obvious to have difference in their awareness and  actions. the more people will aware the more they will take action. Awareness relies  on the economical, political and educational level of the country . climate change is such a issue that is difficult to understand .the  . having knowledge is worthless if proper actions are not being made and implemented. All the countries are accountable for this global issue ,however  their contribution is  unlike . the hazardous impact of climate change will not be as per of countries contribution . the planet is affected by this.

Climate change increase flood risk. The global average surface temperature has increased 2 degree since the pre – industrial era . Every upcoming year is becoming warmest year ,breaking the record of previous years.  incidents of wild fires have become more apparent of become more apparent ,extinction of wild species ,demolition of ozone layer ,shrinking glaciers , increasing sea level and intensity of tornados, avalanches , new epidemics , water ,air ,soil pollution and heat waves . it more likely to face adverse effect in forthcoming days.

India is the 4th largest emitter of greenhouse gas after china , united state  and EU . For country like india , it   is not possible to pay more attention on this global issue , when they have major issue like corruption , poverty, population, unemployment, education system, basic sanitation, healthcare system, women’s safety, infrastructure, agriculture distress etc. The germanwatch institute presented the result of the global climate risk index 2020.India is also in the top 10 countries. India’s climate risk index is 18.17 and is the major victim of extreme heat ,flood and sand storm among other divesting natural events . Global disasters are making headlines everyday .for instance California wildfire ,Uttarakhand wildfires, Australian bushfires, tycoon and floods etc. Human civilization has put itself in a great hazard by its activities.

India is a developing country and is not responsible much for it as compared to other countries. Two third of people  in india are  living in poverty,: they lack a basic need. Middle class aim to have decent well paid job, hope to own a house of their own, seek to have a secure retirement  and want to secure the  healthcare and  educational need of their family. Affluent section are  busy in their luxurious life. In India citizens are tackling with more sever issue such as food security ,shelter, employment ,lack of good education and politics is concern with other things .

In Indian politics climate change is not a major issue. Indian politics revolves more around religion , faith, party system ,temple, cast etc. Good education makes people aware and it leads the country toward new innovations  and breakthroughs ,which will ultimately help us in fight with climate change .In agriculture  sector we need new crop seed  with climate resilient feature because our land will have to face more flood ,droughts and extreme heat. We need new innovation in renewable energy sector ,people will only switch their  energy source when they find renewable energy source as cheap as traditional one. Although many major automobile companies have launched electric vehicle ,electric cycle but they are so expensive that middle class can’t  afford to buy. Research and development in this sector will help them to reduce the price while improving its  functionality .one main thing we need to ensure  that  these electric vehicles must use renewable energy for their charging.

People’s participation is crucial in any anti climate action plan proposed by government .There is lot of examples  of individual endeavours  such as Greta Thunburg, Devaki Amma from Kerela state of India who alone grew a forest and Anupam  Mishra know for the conservation of rivers and water sources. So everyone has a place in fight with climate change .

Lack of coordination  at  both national  and international level. countries have made many agreements , protocols, pacts and organization to combat the climate issue like IPCC ,UNFCC,RIO SUMMIT ,PARIS PACT,MONTIAL PROTOCOL ,COP SUMMIT but we can clearly see the lack of seriousness in world politics. Their words are more than action. Like all developing countries, India’s concern about economic development and poverty alleviation is justified. And must be fully respected in any global climate regime, As virtually stated  explicitely in the UNFCCC  (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).

At world level, the largest polluter or carbon emitter –US walked out  of the global agreement. However , later US  rejoin the paris agreement United state has produced  6.6 billion matric tons of carbon dioxide in 2019,the second largest emitter in the world after china. india is  the third largest emitter of greenhouse  gases.   For  the first time The Paris Agreement has  brought  together entire countries with a common goal of limiting   global warming to below 2 degree Celsius .  To attain this long  term temperature goal, countries motive to reach global peaking of greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible  to achieve a climate neutral world by mid century.

Has education became a status

India has been one of the top most countries producing skill full labors and day by day India’s literacy rate has been increasing at a reasonable rate . But the question is everyone is learning with their own interest. if yes , why do we still hear news about suicides because of stress. if no , what would be the reason lets find out .

Even though India is one of the country which produces large number of skillfull labors students are being forced to study engineering or medical even though he/her has no interest in studying that its because their parents think that it will be suitable . We never ask for opinion of our children i am not saying about everyone there are still some parents exist who always asks for their kids opinion but majority dont and we have to accept it .

The reason parents wants their kids to take engineering thinking that they will have a better future but the thing is a guy could find a future anywhere but where could he be really happy besides parents caring for the future of their children now its have became a matter of status . Everyone will be thinking now what does education has to do with status??

Our society has poisoned people mind with fake thoughts . We people still wait for hours and hours just to get admission for our children when even government schools have same portion and same level of education. But its is not about studies its about name of the school its about status of the school its about fees its like the higher the fees structure higher will be the status .

Now a days we hear lots of things going on in famous schools students their are harassed by the teachers who is older than their parents but even though people see this daily soon after the schools starts its admission they are wait in long lines for hours and hours in same school and gonna send their son/daughter to learn under the teachers who kept quite without reporting these things even when they knew what was going on

what will bring an end to this ????

who actually sets these standards comment your opinion

SAD DEMISE OF VETERAN ACTOR DILIP KUMAR (1922-2021) 7/7/21.

Born as Mohammed Yusuf Khan to a Hindko-speaking family in Qissa Khawani Bazaar, Kumar was one of the twelve children of his parents. Kumar was schooled at Barnes School, Nashik. He grew up in the same neighborhood as Raj Kapoor, his childhood friend, and later his colleague in the film industry.

Legend, Tragedy King, The First Khan, God of acting and many other monikers were given to Kumar in his illustrious career but how he acquired his screen name is a story unto itself. He was born Mohammed Yusuf Khan but Devika Rani, who was head of the Bombay Talkies where he joined as an actor, wasn’t too happy with the name. Dilip Kumar, she thought, would suit his “romantic image” which he was bound to acquire and would also have a “secular appeal”. And so Dilip Kumar it was.

He has been credited for bringing a distinct form of method acting technique to cinema. It is a range of training and rehearsal techniques, as formulated by a number of different theatre practitioners, that seeks to encourage sincere and expressive performances through identifying with, understanding, and experiencing a character’s inner motivation and emotions. Kumar holds the record for most wins for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor and was also the inaugural recipient of the award.

Mughal-e-Azam

Dilip Kumar debuted with the film Jwar Bhata (1944) which could not become a success in box office. He got his breakthrough with 1949 film Andaz, directed by Mehboob Khan. He starred alonside Raj Kapoor and Nargis. Shabnam was yet another blockbuster. He worked in over 65 films. In 1960, he played the role of Prince Salim in a highest grossing epic historical film in Indian History Mughal-e-AzamMughal-e-Azam was the highest-grossing Indian film through to the early 2010s. The film was mostly shot in black and white, with only some scenes in the latter half of the film shot in colour. 44 years after its original release, it was fully colorised and re-released in 2004.

Kumar is best known for his roles in Andaz(romantic), Aan, Daag (social drama), Devdas (dramatic), Azaad (comical), Mughal-e-Azam, Ganga Jamuna (dacoit crime) and the comedy Ram Aur Shyam.

Kumar was a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of India’s parliament, from 2000 to 2006. He was nominated by the INC to represent Maharashtra. Kumar utilized a significant portion of his MPLADS fund towards the construction and improvement of the Bandstand Promenade and the gardens at Bandra Fort at Lands End in Bandra.

In 1976, Kumar took a five-year break from film performances and returned with a character role in the star studded film Kranti (1981) and continued his career playing leading roles in films such as Shakti  (1982), Mashaal (1984), Karma (1986) and Saudagar (1991). His last film was Quila (1998).

Kumar is widely considered one of the greatest actors in the history of Bollywood. He holds the Guinness World Record for winning the maximum number of awards by an Indian actor. Over his career, he received eight Filmfare Awards for Best Actor (with 19 total nominations) and a Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award (1993). He also received a Special Recognition Filmfare Award at the 50th Filmfare Awards for being one of the first recipients of Filmfare Awards along with Lata Mangeshkar (whom he considered his dear sister) and Naushad Ali. Many great actors including Shah Rukh Khan consider Kumar as their inspiration.Kumar was also known as “Tragedy King” because of the depressing but award-winning roles he took.

Dilip Kumar’s love life always remained in spotlight because of controversies it gained. He was attracted to Madhubala and both were in a relationship for almost seven years. However the relation ended with Kumar testifying against her in a case related to the film Naya Daur. Vijayanthimala, a south Indian actress was chosen in place of Madhubala. Vijayanthi was the most often starred against Kumar as the lead actress. According to reports, he even handpicked sarees for every scene for his Ganga Jamuna co-star. In 1966, Kumar married 22 year younger actress Saira Bano and lived in Bandra. They never had any child. According to his autobiography, Dilip Kumar: The Substance and the Shadow, Banu conceieved in 1972 however lost the baby to complications. They never again tried for babay.

He took his last breath at Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai, on 7th July 2021 at 7;30 am. He had been suffering from prostate cancer. With this demise India lost one more diamond of the industry.

Mourning his demise, Amitabh Bachchan had shared a picture from their special magazine shoot and wrote, “My idol Dilip Saheb .. lost .. never before never after .. “an epic era has drawn curtains .. never to happen again Peace and duas.”
