Creativity

Creativity has no exact definition, and there can’t be any because creativity differs as per the perspective of each and every individual.

Creativity is a free spirit that lives within each of us since the day we are born, the only difference is that every one practices Creativity in a different manner and it’s not about the traditional Creativity which is mostly associated with a painter, artist or cartoonist but, every one. It is not about drawing shapes or abstract art, but anything.

It is always said that a child lives in every person and as we grow up and become adults that child get lost somewhere in the busy life and adulthood, same goes with creativity with time some of us just forget how brilliant they are at being creative in their work , creativity keeps us alive and most importantly it challenges our mind to bring up new ideas. A person who is good at convincing people is a type of creativity, as it requires planning and study of facts in order to be successful at this similarly, a sand artist how did he became a sand artist ? He choose the wlemebt sand to showcase his creativity, identifying your style, idea and inspiration can help you claim your creativity. It is possible to look beyond the normal horizon which is also called imagination and today each one of us is aware about the power of imagination.

Thus, the above example shows how creativity can be practiced professionally and non professionally. It is present at every place well the place where we live which is a planet, planet earth is another example of creativity. Universe was not formed in a day or two it took million of years to make things the way they look today but, for once this is creativity it is called creativity of God the formation of solar system, the planets, birth of first human, land , water and everything.

The people who are close to art and craft are often attracted by creativity, they have a 6th sense that can identify the difference quickly that a normal busy man can’t basically creative difference.
Creativity and challenge go side by side. Creativity is challenging like the works today is dynamic and things keep on changing and in this process of change our work is adapting to the changes and be progressive with the work
So, creativity is in high demand. Apart from being intelligent, humble, punctual, creativity is also considered in top priority. A creative person can come up new ideas and strategy, it’s just like writing in lesser number of words but the meaning is deep. Here creativity can solve the purpose.

Global education summit at London

Education is a powerful tool and an educated person is an asset for the society, an educated society is essential for the overall development of the nation. Right to education is included in the fundamental right and primary education is mandatory, a child who has no access to school or educational facility will find it difficult to survive in a society without education he will be missing the growth opportunity at later stages of life. Economically, education index of a country will be poor in comparison to a nation where everyone has access to education. Above all an educated person is able to give back to the society.

Amidst of Covid crisis, education has faced loss be it education institute, the students, teachers or professors every one is bothered by it. It is still a challenge for many countries to bring back the flow because the collapse that has occurred in the past two years is going to impact the future of all the children.
The underdeveloped countries are at major loss not only in terms of education but, all other aspect they are facing crisis of even the basic requirements for instance when most of the countries were running vaccination programs for their citizen they were struggling and dyeing.
At recent a global education summit was held at London in order to address this issue at global level. Kenya and United kingdoms are co hosting the summit. The summit is conducted to analyse various issue that are a major concern for all such countries and how to deal with the same. It includes – the downfall of education system due to the pandemic, funding, inequalities in terms of resources available to different countries, a total amount of $ 5 billion was raised under Global partnership of Education that is GPE to support public education and not for commercial purpose. The call was made by 36 organisations and further GPE’s aim is to provide free primary and secondary education worldwide so that everyone will be benefited.

The issue of developing a quality education system needs to be resolved both at global and grass root level. It is a tough situation and finding a solution can be more tough, unity and support of all the nations can help overcome this. Framing of policies and donation in support is also necessary. As per GPE’s march 2021 report almost half of the children across the world were out of school due to the pandemic, which lead the schools to shut down. GPE is trying to provide education assistance to the worst affected countries, they are working upon raising fund and stabilize the falling education budget. They play a significant role and working hard to do the best.

ISRO to launch geo imaging satellite

This year world is facing the wrath of nature in every possible way from a deadly pandemic to extreme heat waves and what not. It has been tough year for many of us because suddenly all these disaster taking place did not gave any time for recovering, and above all this people are facing loss and losing their hopes.
Specifically talking about India, the COVID waves made Indians witness the worst medical emergencies and people losing life Infront of the eyes. The situation was horrific and shook everyone deep inside. The ongoing situation is all about reducing the chances to enter into the second wave. In the month of May cyclone Taut hit the western shore, the reason behind cyclone formation was increased surface temperature due to global warmimg, even after taking several measures this high intensity cyclone created loss. The continues Cloud burst in the hilly areas is posing another threat , for both hilly and plain areas, cloud burst have further increased the risk of landslides and flash floods. The force has been deployed to rescue people safely out of such areas Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh are worst effected. The rescue process is hampered by bad climatic conditions and hilly terrain due to lost of connectivity it has become difficult to reach people. moreover, this can work as a catalyst for spreading COVID.
The Indian Space Research Organisation has planned to launch a geo imaging satellite this year. the launch is delayed due to COVID 19 situation but, as per Dr. Jitendra Singh the minister of state for science and technology the launch will take place soon. EOS -03 is a geo imaging satellite is specialised in monitoring the geographical changes and climatic movements on regular bases, it will be monitoring the country on regular bases. This will be helpful in keeping an eye upon the natural disasters like landslide, flood etc and for monitoring any climatic situation. Before this ISRO has announced about successful testing of Vikas engine that is for upcoming Gangayaan Mission. The satellite is bild with latest technology to ensure better and reliable results in future. This will add another satellite into the solar system strengthening the satellite network of India, and will further help in preparation of the unforeseen disasters. As now India is facing trouble in terms of the bad climatic condition in the hilly areas and other part of the country. Indian Space Research Organisation has made extensive development in past one year, ISRO play a significant role in India’s Development in space science and technology, it is widely recognised space agency. Such development will help secure better future and enhance the working operations. ISRO has even contributed at the time when COVID was at its peak and ventilators were not available to the people as they were either occupied or unavailable ISRO developed cost effective ventilators and the production was did at large scale to support the people in difficult times. Natural disaster don’t come with warning thus its better to make arrangements before hand.

Is youth forming a new culture?

Today’s Youth is tomorrow’s future and these words matters a lot when we talk about the youth of any country. The way next generation is brought up, what they understand, what they learn and receive from the previous generation is important. As far as the question “is youth forming a new culture” is concerned it is true.
It is observed that the older generation is always quiet concerned about the next generation so they try to bring them up well and try to understand their mindset, thought, ideas and concerns. Well, the youth today is already facing many problem which may have existed in previous generation but, avoided. This generation is experiencing so many changes ups and down in life the older ones often address them as broken and depressed ones. But, this is not the whole truth if the new generation is considered depressed and insecure but, they are also talented, smart and decision makers.
There is a possibility that even the elderly people judge us because the other side says today’s youth is engaged into bad habits like alcohol, drug addiction etc but, it is important to focus on positive aspect where the young people are aware, know what is right and what is wrong and who stand against the injustice. The young people are serving in military and working in NGO, they are building start-ups, they are trying to open up, entertain and working hard to achieve what they want. All the negative part are just the distractions or wrong influence which is due to the bad elements of the society which have always existed be it any generation.
Every new generation brings with it something unique like if we talk about history, we have revolutionaries, leaders change makers because at that time the agenda was different it was about freedom struggle and developing nation free from colonisation. After that, came people who were capable of bringing change in their country for the benefit of people for a new start. Similarly, modern agendas which are focused on modern problems is what the youth is trying to find a solution of modern-day problems which are not as big as a freedom revolution but, closely associated to physical and mental wellbeing. The hectic schedules, balancing between personal and professional life, it is about adapting to new changes and accepting it. Some of the top issues are – body positivity, mental health, adulthood, peace of mind etc and many upcoming issues, the youth is taking part actively and contributing their share in nation development, they know how to take stand and raise their voice in a crowd.
They are definitely bringing up a new culture and the future will see it, It is bright and beautiful.

Is perfection for real ?

“Perfection is shallow, unreal and fattaly uninteresting” – Anne Lamott

Perfection is not attained in a day, actually perfection is myth even the most perfect person is not satisfised with his perfection and it cannot be fully 100% but, close to that.

It is said that many people live a life of perfection. Which is not true actually like these days social media is the greatest influencer specially for the young generation. They are more aware about the social media trends then themselves, and what we see on social media is mostly the reality getting whitewashed in the name of perfection. Thus, do not rely totally on what you see or hear everything is not true. If we are talking about trends and attaining perfection then surely we can not forget few incidence where the celebrities have tried showing the reality to the world. It can be in the form of body positivity, art appreciation or being true about what you feel. Thus, perfection is just a myth one should not involve himself or herself so much into the idea of attain perfection instead it is better to improve yourself each day if you want to overcome anything and achieve the desired goals.

Also, practice because it is not possible to draw a straight line without a ruler at the first attempt but, if you practice well to achieve the stability in your hand you can deffinately draw a line and then the whole painting. One of the factor that most of the young people are focused on achieving more in less time or early is quiet common these days but, this can create trouble as in the hurry of gaining everything that too early can cost many other things. Perfection is real only if wanted till certain extend you can multitask, work hard, set goals, and became more aware about your inner self all this is equal to achieving perfection in anything.
Perfection is about eliminating flaws and mistakes , while some people are thinking that if it is possible to be perfect, some are already indulged in the process and some are probably faking perfection. Every one is at different stage. Also, there are professions that demand perfection like a photographer who has to click thousands of pictures and even sometimes wait for years to get that one perfect shot.
So its not like perfection does not exist but, the term has been created to appreciate the efforts of the person. Its just about being the best version of yourself and excel in the areas of your interest at both personal and professional level. It is important to not forget what you really are chasing perfection can be a tough job so it is better to chase excellence and be happy with all that you have and achieved so far in life.

Plan Bee

Plan Bee has won best innovation award by Indian Railways. Plan bee is an initiative taken in action against the increasing case of elephant accident on Railway tracks, below is a detail summary about Plan Bee.

Animal protection is stated as a priority goal to save the endangered species and possibly bring back extinct species through efforts like forest conservation but, this is not the only solution. There are many incidents where these animals are killed. It is not only about the hunters and poacher who are killing the animals and cutting of green area. Hunting and poaching are done intentionally whereas forest are cut in the process of development There are many other reasons, one of which is accidents both road accidents and railway accidents are equally responsible for killing animals.
Roads that are located on the way of jungle or railway track that passes through forest area interrupt the path of animals and while they try to cross the track or road they are killed. As per WPSI (Wild life protection Society of India) 83 leopards lost their life in road and railway accident in the year 2019. Between the year 2016 and 2019 thousands of animals were killed. Animals like- deer, cattle’s, tiger, lion, , leopard, elephants etc are in the list. It is a big issue as far as animal protection is concerned in India.

At latest a prevention measure is taken to protect elephants from railways. This is called Plan Bee, an initiative taken by Government of India to keep the elephants away from railway track.
Plan Bee has already received the best innovation award by Indian railways and is now implemented in the north easter railway frontier. The first installation was done near Guwahatti railway station in assam.
The basic principle followed in making these devices is the use of buzzing sound of bee to keep the elephants away from the railway track. Apart from this other methods like monitoring system, elephant corridors are used to protect elephants specially in the places where the train passes from a forest. The speciality of Plan bee is that the sound can be heard from a distance of 700m. the first system was installed near kamakhya and Azara station near Guwahati.

As per the railway department it has been effective and has saved life of many forest elephants. These devices have been installed in over 55 locations under NFR. The railway minister has also highlighted how the system has turned out to be helpful in protecting animals, the train driver can being formed early if the system detects any elephant crossing the railway lines and he could stop the train within that time.

Apart from, plan Bee and monitoring system speed restrictions are imposed in such area, underpasses are build, elephant corridors are constructed. All these steps can help resolve the problem and reduce the elephant death taking place due to train collision. As the implementing is done successfully the results are also visible, it is just one of the step towards safeguarding animals and protecting their lives. While development is the focus railway tracks will be installed for better connectivity at the same time if proper measures like Plan Bee will be taken it will be fruitful for the railways and for the animals as well.

Environment conservation day

Environment conservation day , it reminds us two thing firstly that we need to put efforts into environment conservation at global level and secondly, how bad have things been in the past few decades in context to environment because definitely we can not ignore all the forest fires, land slide, floods, heat waves, tsunami, earthquakes and all the disasters that have occurred worldwide, the damage it caused and these are only the problems we can see, the ones which we can not are even more deadly, the human breed is effected by it indirectly for instance – ocean acidification, ozone layer depletion and so many other problems.

The statistics can be more scary, the biggest reason behind all this is when the human breed decided to be selfish about itself as a result, we opted for insane killing and initiated the destruction process, and now when things are slowly going out of the hand. We are thinking why all this is happening to earth?

Nature conservation, in schools we are always taught how are we dependent on earth, and the term mother earth is not a joke also the organisms and creatures that live on earth they are a part of family it is not like humans are the only one who have the right to live.
Every year a theme is decide on nature conservation day, this year it is forest and livelihoods: sustaining people and planet. The wrath of nature can be more worst in coming future, so its better that we understand that environment conservation is the need of the hour. As the theme says sustainability is the goal with conservation so that the resources can be preserved for the future generation as well. Basically we should work on improving the current situation by taking effective steps and keeping in mind the need of future generation we can save their future as well.

Environment conservation can begin from home by implementing few changes in our life and stop wasting the resources unnecessarily. Even a small size plastic bag is harmful if left unrecycled for e.g. milk packets, the sanitary pads that we use every month is a form of plastic so it is better to use recyclable or reusable pads. Similarly, there are many such small changes that can be implemented and can bring the much-needed change in the world. Spreading awareness among the people who are unaware about all this is also an effort that can be made towards environment conservation.
In COVID crisis the tons of bio medical waste were generated which again is a cause of concern. Biomedical waste can be hazardous for both human and animals.
If all the people can come together to answer and find solution or environment friendly alternatives of the ongoing problems then the aim of sustainability and environment conservation can be met. We have the vision, capacity, and ability to plan the betterment of earth. It is not possible to keep extracting and using whatever nature has given us, it will all end soon if not used carefully, it is our duty to give back to the planet as responsible residents of planet earth

Daily habits and good qualities

A good man is made of habits that he has been inculcated in his lifelong back. No one becomes successful in a day and one most common observation in every successful person is them following a set routine or daily habits or rituals. It may look like that this is what every other person does but, the only difference is that they do it better than a normal person, they do it with more consistency that is how it turns out to be a lifelong habit.
Two to three good habits which focus on the development of an individual physically, mentally, emotionally or in other aspects can be beneficial in long term. This may include the following-

Experimentation
Not very usual habit but one can always try experimenting things academically, professionally or any other way. For instance- at very basic level a student can experiment with his study time and shifting it from late night to early morning can prove more helpful. Experimentation can provide a better work approach at both personal and professional level.

Changes
Changes are important because an individual does not stay stuck to one thing and things does not remain same for 10 years, it is about including healthy changes in the life for instance – changing to a healthy diet plan can help you stay fit and more active it also promotes a healthy lifestyle. So, one small change can lead to overall betterment.

Consistency
You might have heard consistency is the key, yes, it is. Consistency lets an individual to focus on the goals or the aim, they are less distracted and as consistency becomes a habit results are visible.
For instance- if you practice a trick multiple times for one hour every day gradually you will not only learn it but, master it.

Time management
Another important thing, if the timings are not managed properly then the difference between what is more important and what is less important cannot be spotted at the end of the day. If you are seriously working upon something, then there are at least two to three goals that are set every day and in this case every goal is priority and time should be equally distributed.
As there are high chances of distraction a timetable may help you enjoy and fulfil your goals easily.

Cutting out the negativity
As everyone is stressed and worried for something or the other it is important to cut of every type of negativity that can be toxic. This negativity can be in the form of criticism of society, mental pressure from parents and peers, demotivation factors etc.

Focusing on your path while measuring the small progress that you are making every day is more important and can help tackle such obstacles. It can be difficult initially but, when you are eying on your goal rest of the negativity and even distraction disappears.

Well, there are many more habits and qualities that can be included in the list these are some of the most basic ones whether you are a student, an employee or even a monk habits can make you a better human being.

Representing your country at such level is already counted as an achievement, representation brings responsibility and performance pressure which may affect the performance specially for the newcomers. Thus, it is important to keep the balance throughout the event and feel confident about the preparation and hard work an athlete has been doing for past many years. The competitive spirit should be high, and the goal is to be fulfilled.
