Aim High and Do Everything In Your Control to Become Your Best Self

The world is full of paradoxes. One of the biggest is the tradeoff between having high and low expectations. It’s a prerequisite to becoming your best self.

On the one hand, we need to expect to win at life, otherwise; what’s the point of even trying? But on the other hand, we can’t be discouraged when we lose.

The two different concepts are perfectly explained by the following two quotes.

  1. “You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win.” — Zig Ziglar
  2. “Blessed is he who expects nothing, for he shall never be disappointed.”― Alexander Pope

The first quote says we should expect to win, the second one says we shouldn’t expect to win. So which attitude do you pick?

This is a hard concept to wrap your head around. It took me years to find a balance that worked for me.

The Importance Of A Positive Attitude

You need a positive attitude if you want to win. All kinds of successful people from different fields will tell you that.

There’s no point in “trying.” When you do something, you must do it well, and expect to win. I think that’s the attitude many winners share.

But you and I both know that your attitude is only one part of the equation. Without putting in the work, you must realize that you will not win. You can have all the talent in the world, if you don’t put it to work, you will never reach your full potential.

Winning, becoming good at your job, getting recognition — it all requires a lot of work. To reach our full potential, we must prioritize learning over pleasure.

That means we can’t become great and go out every weekend, watch movies every night, play video games, go shopping, and just hang out on the couch.

The Danger Of Low Expectations

But expecting to win can also be harmful if you’re not mentally strong. I’ve always been an optimistic person. That attitude has helped me a lot in life.

However, in my early twenties, I almost got discouraged to reach for my goals. Time and time again, I was disappointed by failure. Especially when I got out of college, I tried to start many different businesses. And everything failed except for the business I started with my dad.

Naturally, I felt like I couldn’t do it on my own. Look back, it was too early for me. But those high expectations almost made me give up. I’m glad I kept going and stayed positive.

The problem is not whether you fail or not. It’s about this: What do you want to do about it?

Cry and moan and say, “Why does this happen!!” We all know that’s not helpful. Instead, we must be indifferent to outcomes.

But still, I do think we must expect to win at everything in life: Your career, relationships, and money. Aim high and do everything in your control to become your best self. That’s the most useful way to spend your time.

Compare Yourself To Who You Were Yesterday

I like this idea from Jordan Peterson, who talks about comparing yourself to who you were yesterday, in his book 12 Rules For Life.

When you focus on yourself, there’s no disappointment about external factors.

You do everything you can, and if you lose, you will do better next time. Nothing can destroy you.

And if you fail? So what? Being sad or disappointed when things don’t turn out the way you expected is completely normal. I still don’t like to fail. But what’s not normal is blaming others or yourself.

Here’s the thing: Don’t take yourself nor life too seriously. We all know that blaming others is what fools do. You only create resentment and hatred by blaming other people for your losses in life.

But sadly, many honest, self-aware, and positive people blame themselves. And that’s also wrong.

Expect The Best From Yourself — Not From “The World”

In short, this is what I’ve learned about high and low expectations:

  • Have high expectations from yourself. Put in the work. Aim for becoming your best self.
  • Have zero expectations from “the world.” Don’t expect other people to hand you anything.
  • Understand that you don’t control externals. Never blame yourself for bad outcomes.
  • But do blame yourself for not giving it your all. That’s something you control.

There are always people who say, “But what about this or that?” And I often say that I don’t know. Because it’s naïve to say you have the answers.

We’re all trying to make sense out of our careers, relationships, and most importantly: Our own actions.

It’s a never-ending process. We do. We fail. We learn. But we never give up.

THE ANCIENT INDIAN GREAT PHYSICIAN- JIVAKA

Jivaka Komarabhacca was a renowned legendary physician of ancient Indian and the personal physician of lord Buddha. Jivaka was lived in Rajagrha of the Magadha empire in 5th century BCE. He was the son of king Bimbisara and half brother of king Ajatasatru. Some sources say that jivaka was born for a courtesan who was called as amrapali but she discarded unwanted newborn baby in garbage dump outside the city of Ratnagiri in the kingdom of magadha. Fortunately, king bimbisara found the new born baby as live even in the harsh circumstences and named him as “JIVAKA” which means life.

Once as a teenager jivaka got to know about his birth secret and he felt ashamed of himself, later he decided to make money independently to repay for his adoptive father for his upbringing. The ayurveda medication forms has fascinated him a lot and he went to the greatest university of those times “TAKSASILA” to learn traditional medicine. He proved his excellence under the great guru of that time Atreya punarvasu. After completing his education jivaka became as a court physician to serve the king bimbisara of the magadha dynasty.

Jivaka was the most celebrated physician in India during the buddha time. Including king bimbisra himself sought for help from jivaka to cure his fistula problem and in some texts he is also depicted as a great surgeonist who performed many complex surgeries like brain surgery and surgery for volvulus etc… When buddha’s foot was injured because of the rock splinter, Jivaka helped him as a physician to cure the injury.

Later, he felt great pleasure to be as a physician to lord buddha and as he influenced by the teachings of buddha he showed interest in building monasteries for the monks. There is a saying that buddha did not accepted him as a monk but he accepted him as his lay disciple because buddha want him to remain free to help the sick people.

Even todays Thai massage therapy was also developed by Jivaka. His all medical techniques were stored in the form of jivaka sutras. Jivaka was an early physician than Bodhi dharma. His texts were even now stored in the chinese old buddhist libraries. Thailand people used to call him as father of doctors. He is also known as shivago kompara in Thailand.

CONCLUSION:

Jivaka is such a great Indian physician and a great surgeonist but he is not that much well known to our Indians when compared with Thailand people and chinese. Thailand citizens constructed a gaint statue of jivaka for his traditional medication techniques but we as Indians, we forgotted about our great ancient personalties and today we are in a situation to seek help from abroad countries for small problems also. Finally, Jivaka always believed that prevention is more important than directly going for treatment.

Is the defeat in wtc acceptable? Questions arises over virat’s captaincy.

The final of the WTC(2019-2021) was played from 18 to 23 June 2021 at the Rose Bowl Southampton, England, between India and New Zealand. It was initially scheduled for five days, but time lost during the game to rain interruptions so there was a sixth day reserved for outcome of results. And as expected  the planned reserve day was used .New Zealand won the match by eight wickets to be crowned as the winners of the ICC World Test Championship

After the defeat of the Indian team, the captain comes first on target . The news about the outraged  Indian fans , annoyed cricket expert and WhatsApp memes start circulating over the internet. The netizens and twitterati starts demanding that the captain should leave the capticancy. But the question arises that is it right time to take back his captaincy? Or if he is removed from the captaincy then do we have any good option for his replacement? But before making any conclusions , let’s have a look over virat’s captaincy record.

Virat has captained 61 test with a winning percentage of 59.01% , which includes 36 wins ,15 losses and 10draws . He is having second best winning percentage as a captain among all current playing captains. When talked about oneday cricked , virat has a win percentage of about 70% , which includes 65 wins. His win percentage in T20 cricket is 65.1% which includes 27 wins. It’s just unfortunate that virat has lost couple of icc trophies even with sach a fantastic record in mordern day cricket .

What’s the experts view?

“The decision of making and removing someone from captaincy cannot be taken emotionally. If someone asks to remove virat from captaincy then can we remove him on the basis of single match? When talked about the record, virat has won 36 matches . I personally feel that just because of loosing single match we should not overreact. There was our mistakes, batting mistake , team management mistake . If we actually talk about the captaincy debate then it is quite clear that it will happen in T20 cricket. But even it’s not right time to discuss over T20 cricket now because world cup commencing and if we continue these debate then cricket would be harmed the most. I feel that virat is captain and the world cup plan is designed with him . If the india looses the World cup then it’s sure that Rohit would be made captain of T20 format.” Said the cricketing expert Vikrant Gupta.

“Do we have any alternative for captaincy? Is there any better option for virat’s replacement? Is there anyone who can score runs consistently and can do captiancy like him in a pressure situation. I don’t think that it’s right time to remove him from his captiancy.” Said the indian sport journalist vijay Lokapally.

Can Youtube be a career option?

As we all know Youtube is the biggest video-sharing platform in the world. YouTube has over 50 million creators and billions of content consumers. And it is also not hidden that one can earn a good amount of money by uploading content-loaded videos. Many of the youngsters nowadays are somewhere thinking about starting a youtube channel or they already are making videos on the platform.

But the real question is, can YouTube be a career option?

Well, seeing the growth of the platform, YouTube does have potential as a career. And there are lots of categories under which one can create content and earn. But, is it that easy? No, it’s surely not because the most required thing to earn money from Youtube is by getting views on your videos. And in every minute around 300 hours of videos are being uploaded to Youtube. So, you can now imagine how difficult it’ll be for viewers to find yours. And if you are aiming for the stars you would require decent gear. And a decent gear itself will cost you a fortune. And in need to produce top-quality content, you need costly gear. Moreover, you need to hire scriptwriters, video editors, a manager, etc. But, if you have financial support. And if you are passionate about it and can maintain consistency of good/original content with a consistent uploading streak then in no time you’ll gain viewers as well as you can earn money.

Then comes another question.
Should I choose Youtube over my studies?

Well, Youtube is a two-sided coin and the choice depends on you if you’re prepared for the hard work with a lot of patience or would like a steady paycheck.

Conclusion

Of course, it takes money to make impressive high-quality videos and also comes with no shortage of haters and trolls. But what you really need is; belief and vision. Are you sure you have that talent that will attract viewers?  How much confidence do you have in your content? Will it set a bar above standards?  Do you enjoy not having a regular pack check, editing, and writing scripts? If yes, then Youtube is your game.

Marco Polo – Netflix’s Underrated Gem

Introduction

Netflix’s ‘Marco Polo’, as the name suggests. is a drama series based on the famous Venetian traveler who traveled through Asia along the Silk Road between 1271 and 1295 and his early years in the court of Kublai Khan, grandson of Genghis Khan and founder of the Yuan Dynasty. The show made its debut on netflix in December 2014, it was renewed for a second season the following year but the show was cancelled by Netflix following generally mixed critical reception.

Story

The series was created by John Fusco and stars Italian actor Lorenzo Richelmy as the titular character and the magnificent Benedict Wong as Kublai Khan, in a performance which was widely praised. Season 1 follows Marco’s Journey from a young but naive boy to a loyal servant and friend of the Khan, assisting him in the working of his empire and even saving his life. Season 2 expands on this by following on stories about The Khan’s heirs and the looming threat to his grand Khanate.

Review

Marco Polo certainly has its flaws like pacing and even in many aspects Kublai Khan takes the spotlight instead of the titular character due to better writing and an amazing performance from Wong. Many of the story details are exaggerated in respect to historical context and some is outright fiction but one can hardly expect it to be historically accurate as it is not a documentary. The show’s strength’s are its production values which is easily amongst the best in Netflix. The show is shot in a gorgeous location like the steppes of Kazakhstan, which substitute for Mongolia and China. The costume and set designs are beautiful and the battles & action sequences are well choreographed.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

In the year 2020, on August 28th several fans of the Black Panther were deeply disheartened due to the death of the lead actor Chadwick Boseman. Chadwick passed away due to a disease known as colon cancer, he was diagnosed with cancer in the year 2016. Although he was suffering from the disease for the past four years, he never gave up on his filming career. He was awarded by the Screen Actors Guild for outstanding performance in a motion picture in the year 2018. In the past four years, he appeared in four MCU films.

Several tributes were given to this amazing actor who led the Marvel Universe on a completely new path. The social media was raged up by several tributes and tweets to the man we knew as the Black Panther. Marvel even went ahead and created a video to pay tribute to the departed man. Chris Evans formerly known as Captain America stated Chadwick had a lot of work to be done in the Marvel Universe that would change everything as we know it. Furthermore, Robert Downey Jr famously known as the Iron Man applauded Boseman for the fight he put out to save his life from cancer.

Fans over the world are now concerned about the role of Boseman in the upcoming movies. The main question remains is who will step up into the shoes of the Black Panther, all we know is that T’Challa will not be recast. Few actors could step up to the role of Black Panther, but the most probable as of now appears to be Shuri. Shuri plays the role of the Black panther’s sister and is a tech genius in all of Wakanda.

It has been clearly stated that Ryan Coogler is currently in the works of writing and directing a sequel to the 2018 movie. The sequel would be named ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’; Kevin Feige the main man behind the Marvel Universe recently stated in the Black Widow global fan event that everyone is keen to bring out the world of Wakanda back to its fan very soon. He also stated that the sequel would be made in such a way that it would make Boseman proud.

The initial film that was released in 2018 had a budget of a little over 200 million dollars but made over a billion dollars worldwide. Additionally, it was the only Marvel movie that has the best review on Rotten Tomatoes of 96%. This tells us that Black Panther is by far one of the greatest movies Marvel has ever made. It would be a great disappointment if Marvel discontinues this series.

The uplifting news for the fans worldwide is that production has begun for the sequel in Atlanta. The movie is scheduled to release on July 8th, 2022. Although, things remain unclear about how Marvel will continue the movie and storyline. All we can expect is a completely fun and thrill-packed sequel in the coming year. Hence, let’s patiently wait for the sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Consider the entire concept of Writing as a Forest and the Tiger as a writer. A tiger succeeds in capturing his prey efficiently and is thus, proficient. Similar is the case with Writing. We have to Capture Creative Wordings in order to prove our efficiency. In short, the way you write is all that matters. Your Content is the prey! Capture it and be the king! Capturing the prey could also mean capturing the ‘X’ factor in the writing process!

However, some aspects are necessary to cover when aspiring to reach the ‘X’ factor. Let us view some of them!

After all, when you learn something, you should implement it for further enhancement. That’s how conversation comes in handy! When you learn some advanced words, try using them in your day to day conversation so that you capture that particular phrase or word in your head for next use. It is solely used for marketing wherein you provide ample information regarding your services or products thereby compelling people to buy your facilities through the incorporation of various calls to action!

Call to action includes involvement of various links for customers to be redirected to the “buying” page. It also comprises of boosting content at the end that usually starts with a verb like, Try our products now and you won’t regret. You introduce discounts for your customers and create a sense of urgency by involving limited time periods for a specific offer or purchase of goods. You provide incentives to customers thereby getting them acquainted with the benefits of the product or service. You try creating convenient situations for them by providing money back guarantees. In short, customer satisfaction and well – being becomes your goal because marketing is all about understanding the pain points and desires of the mob.

Content is thus, the basis of digital marketing and to master copywriting, one needs to work on the creativity aspect of this interesting English language. Basic English vocabulary gives birth to intermediate expertise in it which in turn opens the doors to creativity and later helps you climb the advanced ladder of English language wherein you hop into copywriting.

A copy mustn’t ever include incorrect punctuations or grammar because that is enough to let your marketing efforts go down the drain!

Avoid redundancy or repetition of words. For instance, ‘We provide goods that are good enough for daily life.’ Sounds crazy doesn’t it?

Improper punctuation or overuse of it like, “We, provide, high quality, goods, and services.” Enough to infuriate the reader, isn’t it? That’s exactly why, it is advisable to work on enhancement of English before resolving to move towards copywriting.

Thus, now you know why improvement of vocabulary was stressed upon in the earlier part of this article.

What if you already are an ardent English fan and copywriting isn’t at all a monotonous or tedious task for you? Set up your own website and get marketing.

How Avatar became timeless series

Avatar is an American animated series which first aired in 2005. Avatar: The Last Airbender series was created by Micheal Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzto. It used to air on Nickelodeon. The show was targeted towards kids but today it has a fanbase comprising of not just kids but adults as well. It’s fandom has been growing and is quite active.
Last year, ATLA was released on Netflix and broke one of the major Netflix record.
By appearing on Netflix’s chart for 60 consecutive days, The Last Airbender set a record of becoming the show with the longest consecutive run on streamer’s top 10 TV series chart.

https://www.newsweek.com/avatar-last-airbender-show-netflix-chart-top-10-record-1519004

This show has an IMDb rating of 9.3/10, 97% Rotten Tomatoes and 9/10 TV.com ratings. These ratings are enough to prove what a great show ATLA has been. It’s last episode aired 13 years ago, still ATLA’s fanbase is continuously growing. This is because it is much more than a regular kid’s show.
The story takes place in a world which is divided into four nations: water tribe, earth kingdom, fire nation and air nomads. Avatar, the master of all four elements is the only hope for peace. The 61 episode series is divided into three seasons referred to as ‘Books’ and each book deals with avatar’s journey in mastering a single element.
What makes this series so great is the theme and it’s characters. Every single character is explored thoroughly and given relatable backstory and character development. Zuko’s redemption throughout the series is probably the best redemption arc ever.
The themes it covers are really mature. War, genocide, class inequalities, colonialization, identity crisis, gender inequality, etc. are some of the prominent themes of the series.
The world building done in this show is phenomenal. In the first 10 minutes of episode 1, the whole world of avatar is explained. Throughout the series, and especially in season 2, world exploration is done very correctly.
The depiction of cultural diversity is done flawlessly. Each nation is inspired from a different culture and the way they all are depicted make the avatar world relatable and believable.
The lessons and morals that it teaches can be easily applied to our lives. Lessons like not letting your past affect your present, choosing your own destiny etc. are really inspirational.
The animation it uses is traditional and is inspired by anime. Even though it is quite an old show, the animation is way ahead of it’s time and can be considered as good as all the modern animations. ‘The Last Agni Kai’ a fight sequence, is phenomenal both in terms of animation and music and probably the best fight of the series. The music and ost are really good which make the scenes more impactful.
Overall, Avatar: the last airbender is one of the greatest show of all times and has become timeless. There are two types of people- 1. those who love ATLA and 2. those who have not watched avatar. So go ahead and give this masterpiece a try. It is a must watch!!!

Who Says You Have To Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone?

I love my comfort zone. To me, that’s where the real magic happens.

In my comfort zone, I have my family, friends, work, music, books, movies, bike, gym, park, you name it. Everything I love.

And from that place of safety, I’m more open to trying new things and take risks.

I’ve never believed the idea of that stupid little drawing. You know what I’m talking about, right?

  • “Your comfort zone.” A little circle.
  • “Where the magic happens.” A big circle that stands for the promise of success.

As if “magic” only happens when you step outside your comfort zone; that’s ridiculous. And while we’re at it; why pretend as if your comfort zone is bad? It’s this little pathetic circle displayed against the bigger “magical” circle.

Sure, I’m all about pushing yourself, trying new things, moving forward, growing, etc. But in contrast to many popular self-help people, I don’t believe the comfort zone is a bad thing.

Call me a pessimist. Call me a stoic. But more than anything, I’m merely a practical person.

And practically speaking, you don’t even want to make a huge leap outside your comfort zone. In fact, I believe in the slow road to “magic.”

Where’s The Magic People Talk About?

I’ve found that I do my best work when I don’t worry about money, finding new friends, getting familiar with a new environment, and anything else that is related to always moving around.

But don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying I prefer to stay put. Stagnation is a death sentence to me.

I believe that there are different phases to life. Sometimes, you take it easy, work on your skills, your character — you invest in yourself.

And sometimes, you just go out there and take a chance. Life’s too short to be a wimp.

But those two things are interconnected. If you don’t work on yourself, and if you lack self-confidence, you will never take a risk.

For years I wanted to do what I’m doing now. But instead of jumping out of my comfort zone (which was scary), I slowly took on new and bigger challenges.

First, I got two degrees in business. Then, I started a business together with my father. That was in 2010. And after two years of working on that business for six or seven days a week, I started doing freelance marketing work.

Again, after a few years of freelancing and starting (and failing) other businesses on my own, I took a job at a research advisory firm because I wanted to know how it is to work for a major corporation.

And after doing that for a year and a half, I finally decided to write and talk about productivity, career, and entrepreneurship on the internet.

By then, I‘d been doing the things I write about for more than 10 years. And yet, I don’t have all the answers—I just share the stuff I’ve learned.

So it would be ridiculous if I would join people who scream: “If you want to be successful, all you have to do is step outside your comfort zone. NOW!”

Well, have you ever stepped outside your comfort zone? Even just a little bit counts. And what did you find? A leprechaun with a bag of money?

That comfort zone shit is just a story. It might motivate some people, but you don’t have to believe it if you don’t want to. It’s just like when people claim you have to wake up early if you want to be successful. Says who?

I believe this: If you step outside your comfort zone, there’s only more work waiting for you. It’s not fancy at all. There’s no magic involved. Just blood, sweat, and tears.

Work Your Way Up From A Place Of Comfort

I think that most people who read these type of articles want to achieve something. Maybe you want to quit your job, start a business, grow your business, become an artist, publish a book, whatever.

And you probably also know that it’s not easy. So why do you make things even harder for yourself by doing shit that makes you very uncomfortable?

Instead, start from the very bottom. Build a strong foundation. Get comfortable before you do scary stuff.

“How does that foundation look like?”

If you want to live stress-free, you need enough money in your savings account so you can live and eat for six months in case things go south—see it as a fail-safe system. Again, that’s my practical mind speaking for me.

Make some calculations and figure your what that number is for you. And don’t even think about taking a risk before you have that money on your savings account.

Also, build a skill set that’s worth something. One of the reasons I don’t care about money is because I trust my ability to find work. Even when I go broke tomorrow, I’ll find a way to get work the next day. I’ve invested years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in my education.

The question is: What’s your skill? How can you add value to the world? What problems can you solve?

Other things that complete your foundation:

  1. Family. If you don’t have a family, create one.
  2. Friends. You can’t be friends with everyone. Stick to a few people who also stick to you.
  3. Yourself. Consciously improve your body and mind. Go to bed a little stronger and wiser every night.

Lastly, don’t try to be something you’re not. If you’re an introvert, don’t pretend that you can work in a boiler room. If you’re an extrovert, don’t pretend you can work in solitude.

Stay close to yourself—there’s no point in pushing yourself so badly that your life becomes miserable.

In the end, we all need comfort: It’s one of our basic needs as human beings. But we also need growth. So whatever you do, don’t stay in your comfort zone for too long.

Try to keep moving forward every day: Even if it’s just a tiny step. No magic. Just effort.

Manga Review: Haikyuu!

The premise of Haikyu!! is simple: middle schooler Shouyou Hinata happens to see a volleyball match on TV one day. He watches the Little Giant of Karasuno High School score point after point by jumping higher than anyone else, outplaying his tall opponents. And Hinata, short for his age, realizes that he could play volleyball too. When Hinata finally makes it to his first tournament in his third year of middle school, his team is crushed in the first round by a team led by setter Tobio Kageyama, a temperamental genius. Hinata vows to crush him the next time they meet on the court… only to walk into the volleyball gym on his first day at Karasuno, and see Kageyama practicing his serves. The rest of the series follows the unlikely pair and their teammates on their journey to the national championships and beyond.

What really makes Haikyu!! stand out, and what got me hooked despite my generally lukewarm attitudes towards sports stories and male protagonists, was the depth of character development everyone gets. It’s not just a story about Hinata and Kageyama. It’s also a story about their teammates, their coaches, their rivals, and everyone else around them who plays a role in their development. Many chapters feature flashback sequences showing the reader how a rival team member we were seeing for the first time got to where they are today, making it impossible not to care for every character the reader encounters.

Even though it’s a story about a boy’s volleyball team, the women in the story (the managers, sisters, and girls volleyball team members) have their own arcs and interests not centered around the men. In other sports manga I have read, the team managers were only interested in helping the team move forward. In Haikyu!!, first year manager Hitoka Yachi’s entire introduction to the story is about her discovering what she wants for herself, and how she wants to achieve that. Yachi and third year manager Kiyoko Shimizu have their own interests, goals and personalities separate from how they relate to the team.

Where Haikyu!! sometimes falls short is its pacing. The weekly manga spent almost a full calendar year on a single match between Karasuno and another school, yet the transition into the final arc of the story felt very sudden and rushed. Without giving away too much, the characters’ high school life ends abruptly, and flashes forward to their lives several years later with no warning. The drastic shift in direction was entirely unexpected by most readers, yet many grew to welcome it as the story developed further and flashback sequences elaborated on the years in between. Furudate’s decision to continue the story beyond the typical high school sports manga confines was a bold choice, and while it may be alienating to some readers, others find it exciting and refreshing.

The art style also shifts dramatically as the comic goes on. The characters become more angular and stylized, and the action more exaggerated and expressive. It’s not as noticeable when reading archivally, but it is kind of surprising to see such style drift in a manga, even a long-running one.

One of the recurring themes in Haikyu!! is the idea of flight. At first, Hinata seems too short to succeed at volleyball, a sport in which height is crucial to scoring points and winning games. But Hinata is capable of jumping extraordinarily high, and with the right teammates, he soars. In chapter 30, Karasuno’s coach says, “Because we don’t have wings, humans are always searching for different ways to fly.”
