Let’s get lost in this moment

Loneliness sometimes feels very pleasant in itself, often it connects us with nature spontaneously. Many times you must have felt as if you go miles away, with the rustle of the wind, you become adrift on hearing the clash of the leaves. And suddenly find yourself only with nature.

Nature is indeed the true companion of humans. When no one is with you, you are with nature or maybe it is with you. No one can fulfil the shortage that nature can do in human life. We may forget to think about nature in the catastrophe of our physical life, but it always makes us feel our own.

Nature just like our mother gives us everything in its invisible form. When we get scorched by the strong sunshine and hot winds of May-June, suddenly the cloud covers us and takes all the heat from the first spray of rain.

We are very lucky that we are able to see this wonderful, so beautiful nature in our human form, we can experience it, we can enjoy it. On the other hand, there is also regret on the destiny of those who cannot see it, only feel it.

The relationship between nature and civilization is considered to be unbreakable and authentic. Many poets, writers and authors wrote their classic compositions in harmony with nature. Poets like Jaishankar Prasad, Mahadevi Verma, Suryakant Tripathi ‘Nirala’, Sumitranandan Pant and Ramkumar Verma are called poets of nature. Nature has made people poets and painters.

Usually, we call nature as a spring, a bird’s tweet, a variety of grains, the fragrance of flowers, raindrops, cool winds and the swing of trees. But in reality, nature exists among us with its undivided forms. While on one hand, it displays it’s motherly love in all the above forms, on the other hand, it also comes before us in dire forms like electricity, storm, typhoon, tornado, earthquake, cyclone and volcano. Just like a mother gets fed up with the impishness of her child and gets over her patience, she burst out on them.

Poets are on the other side, they can also make a cool breeze as the subject of their poems and also the invasive volcano. But, an ordinary man expects everything in his life to be simple, easy and calm. He likes to see the sounding waves moving in the ocean.

Nature is situated in human sensibilities. Whenever we are unhappy, we take shelter of nature and when we are happy, we want the support of nature. We must ever feel that nature cries and also laughs with us.

Painting techniques

Techniques in watercolour paintings

#Washes

The most basic watercolour technique is the flat wash. It is reduced by first wetting the area of paper to be covered by the wash, then mixing sufficient pigment to easily fill the entire area. The pigment is applied to a sloping surface in slightly overlapping horizontal bands from the top down. Once complete, the wash should be left to dry and even itself out. Don’t be tempted to work back into a drawing wash, the results are usually disastrous! A variation on the basic wash is the graded wash. This technique requires the pigment to be diluted slightly with more water for each horizontal stroke. The result is a wash that fades out gradually and evenly.

#Glazing

Glazing is a similar watercolour technique Do a wash, but uses a thin, transparent pigment applied over dry existing washes. Its purpose is to adjust the colour and tone of the underlying wash. Non-staining, transparent pigments such as Rose Madder (or Permanent Rose), Cobalt Blue and or Auroline are ideal for glazing as they can be applied layer after led to achieve the desired effect. Be sure each layer is thoroughly dry before applying the next.

#Dropping in colour

This technique is simply the process of introducing a colour to a wet region of the painting and allowing it to blend bleed and feather without interruption. The result is sometimes and predictable but yields interesting and vibrant colour gradations That can’t be achieved by mixing the pigment on the palette.

#Wet-on-wet

Wet-on-wet is simply the process of applying pigment to wait paper. The results very from soft undefined shapes to slightly blurred marks, depending on how wet the paper is. The wet-on-wet technique can be applied over existing washes provided they are thoroughly dry. Simply wet the paper with the large brush and paint into the dampness. The soft marks made by painting wet in wet agreed for subtle background regions of your painting.

#Dry brush

Dry brush is almost the opposite watercolour technique to wet in wet. Here a brush loaded with pigment (and not too much water) is dragged over completely dry paper. The marks produced by this technique are very crisp and hard-edged. They will tend to come forward in your painting and so are best applied around the centre of interest.

#Lifting off

Most water colour pigments can be resolved and lifted off after they have dried. Staining colours such as Phthalo or Prussian blue, Alizarin, Windsor red, yellow or blue are difficult to remove and are best avoided for this technique. The process for lifting of his simple – wet the area to be removed with a brush and clean water, then blot the pigment away with attached. Using strips of paper to mask areas of pigment will produce interesting hard-edged lines and shapes.

This is one of my watercolour paintings. I love experimenting with the medium.

Techniques in other kinds of painting

#Oil paints

As the name implies, pigments are already mixed with oil (usually linseed) in the tube, which makes for slow drying and easier blending. Clean up with turps or preferably and odourless solvent. Can be used straight from the tube (impasto) or thinly for underpainting or glazing. Usually used over canvas or board prepared with an acrylic or gas so undercoat. Retouch varnish may be used to even out the shine when finished. All other vanishes should not be applied until the paint has cured (around 6 months). Oils pretty much maintain their mixed colour once drive for, unlike water based paints which tend to dry darker or lighter than when wet.

#Poster colours

Poster colours contain a binder which remains water soluble when dry. Pigments used are generally of a courser quality than water colours and are therefore more opaque, specially pastel shades which are achieved by mixes that include white. Can be wetted again for further blending. Framing is usually as for water colours.

#Pastels

Here the pigments have been moulded into sticks using distilled water and a minimum of binders. Some are wrapped in waxed paper to prevent breakage. They come in square and round sticks and in pencil form full stock usually used on tinted pestle paper which has a texture (or ‘tooth’) to hold the dry granules of pigment. Spray fixatives prevent rubbing, button to dark in the pestle work. Framing is behind glass with the mat board to prevent the work from touching the glass.

#Acrylic painting

Painting executed in the medium of synthetic acrylic resins. Acrylics dry rapidly, serve as a vehicle for any kind of pigment, and are capable of giving both the transparent brilliance of watercolour and the density of oil paint. They are considered to be less affected by heat and other destructive forces than is oil paint. They found favour among artists who were concerned about the health risks posed by the handling of oil paints and the inhalation of fumes associated with them. Because of all these desirable characteristics, acrylic paints became immediately popular with artists when they were first commercially promoted in the 1960s.

This is one of my acrylic paintings.

#Tempera painting

Painting executed with pigment ground in a water-miscible medium. The word tempera originally came from the word temper, which means ‘to bring to a desired consistency’. Dry pigments are made usable by ‘tempering’ them with a binding and adhesive vehicle. Such painting was distinguished from fresco painting, the colours for which contained no binder.

1. Listening to music while exercising is beneficial

According to a survey in Britain, it has been found that music maintains enthusiasm, increases patience and improves mood. By listening to music, our attention does not go towards the discomfort caused during exercise. In research, the effect of music on 30 people was studied while walking on a treadmill. The performance during listening to motivational and non-motivational was better than the exercise performed while not listening to music.

Some people have a habit of listening to music while studying. According to him, this allows him to study better. Now research also proves their point. Listening to regular music reduces the ageing process. It also has a good effect on the victims of dementia. Taking interest in music releases dopamine hormone in the body, which gives excitement and motivation. Children’s inclination towards music makes their conversation effective. The ability to think and understand has a good effect, which causes the Verbal IQ to accelerate.

When music has shown such a feat, why are you still devoid of the benefits of listening to music?

Drug Addiction

Drug addiction is a worldwide malady. Eating into the vitals of the younger generation of the country. They are the future hopes of the nation. It had posed a grave problem to the society in the eighties. In the USA & some other developed western countries, it is so widespread that about 75% of the entire population is drug-addict, directly or indirectly. In India & many other developing countries, it has spread like a wildfire in the last few decades, leading the nation to the point of being doomed.

Generally, the young people of the well-to-do family fall into prey to drug addiction. Substances such as L. S. D, marijuana, heroin, cocaine, and nicotine are considered drugs. This drug trafficking enters the country from the USA, Pakistan, Burma, Thailand & Afganistan through illicit smugglers & some rich influential mafia groups. Unscrupulous pedlars sometimes sell these drugs through drugged food secretly thus making school goers & University students drug addicts at a very primitive age. This affects their life extensively & the trend is totally going crazy with the rise of the lucrative business of some extremely greedy dishonest businessman & mafia group who are carrying on this drug trafficking secretly.

There are many causes of drug addiction. The younger generation generally takes it up as a fad in or to copy the Western people. This habit results from frustration, deserted love, parental neglect, disinterest in studies, loneliness, unemployment stress & most importantly peer pressure. So it may be termed as a result of the modern way of life & industrial & western civilization. The process begins with some youths adapting without being aware of it. But once they take recourse to drugs, it’s tough to shake off this evil habit.

Drugs interact with the brain and body to alter moods, emotions, and behaviors by changing brain chemistry and a person’s perceptions, and by impacting how individuals interact with the world around them. It brings drowsiness, causes hallucinations, migrates people to the dreamland of their own pleasant creation. This makes them escapists from the harder realities of life & relieves them from the struggle of existence. It brings a very ruinous effect on their consumers, shattering their physical, mental & moral health & corrupting them completely. Moreover, it has the caliber to cause most killer disease, AIDS.

So all attempts must be made to uproot this evil habit of drug addiction from the society at an early date and at all costs in order to save the young generations from this sure & steady destruction. The Government must enact strict laws to face & stop this nuisance of drug trafficking. Campaigns must be regularly held & supported by the mass media. Arrangements should be taken for proper & speedy rehabilitation of the reformed drug addicts in the society so that they can return to their normal life.

To be angry is your foolishness…

If we try to search the root of anger, then it is revealed that the reason for this is external activities. There are some of them who are acting against us in some form or the manner. But don’t you agree that when external circumstances are against us, then we should become more supportive of ourselves. But normal human beings do just the opposite.

When conditions are not favourable, we become more aggressive. We become angrier. Whereas we do so internally. Internally it bothers us more. Things become completely hostile to us. You suffer more than what you were angry about,  the person who is going against himself.

Can you call him a sensible person? Certainly, he would be considered a mindless person. If this is a pleasant experience for you, then you should be angry day and night. You should always be angry. Nobody will have any problem. If you are enjoying it.

So keep doing this, nobody has a problem. But if it becomes annoying for you, then tell me who has chosen this trouble for yourself? If there are many people around you, then you will try to hold someone else responsible for this problem. These people do what they want to do. But are you also doing what you want?

This is the most important question. Have you prepared your mind for what you want to do? How do you live if you trouble yourself due to internal conditions, then you tell me how wise it is.

Now you tell me by being angry, your aggression is an identity of wisdom or your senselessness? When you understand this senselessness, then only you will have a truly happy experience. When you realize that your anger is a sign of your mindlessness, then your anger will suddenly disappear in a few days.

TODAY’S SOCIAL MEDIA

Social media or the internet plays a vital role in our daily lives. Now with these online classes and work from home has proved it’ But there are always advantages and disadvantages.

Social media is a necessity:

Social media is more than a “trend.” It is a means of living. It gets various jobs executed at a time. It constitutes a precise and professional association and establishes you at the front of the profession you want to grow in. it is not a mere extravagance that can be afforded only by affluent people, it has become an essential requirement of life. Because of social media, businesses increase faster and the advertisements of labels and concepts are made for free. Artists and stars have more than one platform to choose from in order to stay connected with their fan base.

Social media builds connection in spite of geographic remoteness:

The Internet epoch has built long-distance interaction dramatically quicker, simpler, and more affordable than ever before. This, it has been claimed, has reduced the consequence of geographic contiguity in social communications, modifying our world from a “global village” into a “borderless society”. The potential lies in the palms of the user, because the person can, within a single click, publish their thoughts and beliefs with anyone in the world at any time through social media. Don’t apprehend the network: the internet is transforming the method we interact for the better.

Social media is informative:

Social media benefits one to access the world of information in one click. One obtains access to plenty of data, be it science, technology, or as simple as booking tickets for a movie. E-commerce has allowed us to deliver everything anywhere easily. Hence, social media is the digital version of people. It benefits us to join, participate, and discover.

Social media helps in the improvement of entrepreneurs and brands:

The convenience of using social media in marketing is raising brand awareness. Social media can helps a business to grow its brand recognition by improving intercommunications with a business brand. Brand awareness means the total percentage of target people who know the company exists and what the company offers of products or services. When the brand awareness is developed, the probability of purchasing is improved. Thus, attempts should be made to make the brand a part of the mindfulness of consumers.

Social media causes addiction:

Social media is as bad as alcohol and drugs for millennials. The word “addiction” brings to mind alcohol and drugs. Yet, over the past 20 years, a different type of obsession has developed: addiction to social media. It has the potential to provoke long-term destruction to our emotions, habits, and relationships.

Social media decreases face to face conversation:

Social media has caused people to lose the skill to communicate efficiently. Social media has led us to have fewer interactions with the people that they connect with. The majority of people have access to social media at any time they want via their smartphones, so this only worsens as larger people begin to obtain smartphones. Since it has become more common, social media has made people have a trend to want to communicate with people online rather than in person because it has made the means easier.

Social media spreads a lot of trick messages and rumors:

Rumors and fabrications have been there since the start of time but on social media, it just gets more dangerous because it reaches across millions of people. Rumors begin as one small action and before we understand it has become another huge issue. Rumors have done a lot of harm and always continue to create anxiety and suffering amongst people. Beware, don’t be an associate to promoting rumors.

Toxic Positivity: To Not Become Numb About The Downs of Life

Has it ever happened to you, that when you are speaking about some problem, you have been told, “People have it worse”, “Look at the bright side…” or, “This shall too pass” ? What did it make you feel? Or, is it something you tell yourself?  So, why is it something which is not very helpful sometimes. The simple reason, positivity is an emotion, and emotions cannot be forced.

Positivity and optimism are essentials for a satisfying and peaceful life. To be bitter and negative about things, and life in general, not only slowly burn out one from inside, but also have unfavourable effects on their social life and relations. But being over-positive doesn’t always help too. Life has its own share of ups and downs. And it’s not always possible to see the good side, because sometimes, there aren’t any.

According to California based psychiatrist Gayani DeSilva, toxic positivity is “ insincere positivity that leads to harm, needless suffering, or misunderstanding”. Positivity is a healthy practice to have. It can help to sort the thoughts, plan well, and give the energy to face the world with a smile. But bad days are also a part of life. Somedays, it is just too overwhelming to keep a smile on the face, or a bright thought in the mind. Toxic positivity is, when someone fails, or refuses, to acknowledge this. Cheering up a friend? Not listening to what they are actually saying and rather encouraging them to forget it or pointing out the silver linings will not help much in the long run. It will only serve to discourage them to not share their actual, authentic emotions regarding incidents.

When faced with toxic positives on a personal level, people often tend to feel guilty about ‘feeling down’ or not being ‘upbeat’. This happens so, because they get conditioned to believe that the negative feelings are inherently bad. This avoidance and guilt, itself, takes a toll on the mind. That beats the ultimate goal of being positive, to be at peace and happy.

Also, it gets harmful when optimism and positivity shrouds over reality. Positivity should help us grow, rather than giving an illusion that everything is as good as it can be, thus stagnating the personal growth. Constructive criticism, from the inner self and from the well wishers, are not perceived as negative or jealousy. Things and works are not always perfect, and if that can be made better, then it should be tried to make that better. Hence, it won’t do anyone any harm listening to someone pointing out a problem, which can be overcomed.

Acceptance should be within oneself, be it for our own experiences or for someone’s narration of ordeal. Dismissing or downplaying someone’s experience, even unconsciously, in the favour of looking only to the positive outcomes, doesn’t do justice to that person. Instead, the attitude should be listening. Whatever it is. Because they have lived that, and they know what they are speaking of. The essence of sharing should be to let go of the emotional burden, instead of hiding the worse parts out of the fear and shame of judgement.

Even when living it through. The acceptance of the negative parts of an emotional journey helps us to emerge stronger, wiser and more experienced. Positivity can only hold its true meaning when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable to feel down. It’s the same as how we appreciate the beauty of the sun rays after spending a night devoid of it. That is the beauty of emotions, to be able to feel.

DON’T LET YOUR ANGER CONTROL YOU.

Anger is a common, normally healthy, human emotion. But if it goes out of control and becomes destructive, then it can lead to problems—dilemmas at work, in your relations, and the overall state of your life.

Anger is “an irrational state that varies in intensity from mild irritation to intense fury and rage,” according to Charles Spielberger, Ph.D., a psychologist who specializes in the study of anger. Like other emotions, it is accompanied by physiological and biological changes; when you get angry, your heart rate and blood pressure go up, as do the levels of your energy hormones, adrenaline, and noradrenaline.

Anger can be induced by both external and internal events. You could be annoyed at a specific person or event, or your anger could be caused by agonizing or thinking about your difficulties. Thoughts of traumatic or infuriating situations can also trigger hostile reactions. Failing to control your temper can begin to a variety of difficulties like stating things you lament, shouting at your kids, abusing your co-workers, posting rash emails, growing health problems, or even resorting to material violence. But not all anger problems are that severe. Instead, your rage might mean losing time pondering about bothering matters, becoming frustrated in traffic.

Controlling your anger doesn’t signify getting annoyed. Instead, it means discovering how to identify, cope with, and display your rage in healthful and productive ways. Anger control is a skill that everyone can acquire. Even if you believe you hold your temper under check, there’s always scope for progression. Wrath is an emotion that can vary from mild exasperation to extreme fury. While numerous people classify violence as a completely “negative emotion,” it can be positive. Resentful reactions may push you to reach up for someone or they may lead you to build convivial change.

Although when left unchecked, hostile reactions can direct to destructive behavior, like shouting at someone or damaging goods. Bitter emotions also may make you retreat from society and transform your rage within, which can affect your energy and welfare. Anger can become unsettled if it’s felt frequently or too deeply or when it’s displayed in harmful forms, which can take a toll physically, psychologically, and ethically. For this purpose, anger control tactics can be useful and can aid you to explore fine means to display your emotions.

Concentrate on the bodily responses of rage: While it may appear unreasonable, harmonizing in the way your body responds while you’re annoyed usually reduces the fiery force of your rage.

Get running: A quick walk or run nearby the block is a fabulous opinion. Physical movement discharges repressed energy so you can approach the circumstances with a calmer front.

Apply your feelings: You can use vision, olfaction, sound, touching, and taste to instantly reduce tension and calm down. You can try hearing your favorite music, relishing a mug of beverage.

Stretch areas of tautness: Rotate your arms if you are tensing them, for instance, or lightly rub your nape and scalp.

Steadily count till ten: Concentrate on the counting to make your rational mind make up with your emotions. If you still feel out of control by the time you reach ten, start counting again.

Acquire adequate sleep: Deprivation of sleep can intensify cynical thoughts and leave you seeming disturbed and gruff. Try to take seven to nine hours of good quality slumber.

Workout frequently: It’s an efficient method to burn-off anxiety and relieves tension, and it can leave you sensing more comfortable and positive during the day. Try to spend at least 30 minutes every day.

Be clever regarding booze and narcotics. Even consuming too much caffeine can make you more irritable and prone to anger.

Despite all your attempts, something will occur that will provoke your fury; and seldom it will be defensible anger. Life will be filled with disappointment, grief, failure, and the random activities of others. You can’t correct that, however, you can improve the approach you let such issues concern you. Managing your hostile acknowledgments can prevent them from causing you even more miserable.

Mental Health Awareness

If we look more closely at the word suicide, we can really turn it around to read it as u decide. But have most of us stopped to think the same with our lives too. Whenever faced with an issue we all decide to reach to a very extreme solution, that is ending our lives. No matter how small or big the problem is suicide seems like an easy way out sometimes.

There is always a solution, a answer or a way out to all the problems we face. All we need to do is to look at it clearly but sometimes what happens is that we forget to do it. It is advisable to consult someone and talk about your problems. Just like the saying goes sharing is caring. Sharing our problems can lower the burden sometimes.  But most of don’t like sharing our thoughts especially because of the stigma attached towards it by the society. People are scared that they might not fit into society’s perception of a perfect human being, that they are ready to risk their mental health too.

Mental illness is the illness of the brain which an result in the change in the behavior and thinking of a person. It is also just like any other disease that affects our body which can be cured with the proper medicine. One of the most common mental health issues found among people are anxiety disorders and mood disorders. Mental health is a primary component of a human being. And it is high time that we give certain importance to it too, after all we need healthy and sound people as our work force rather than people whos minds are not at the right places

Recently people are coming out of their holes in admitting that they have mental health issues too. Many celebrities have also taken up the issue of addressing the need for wiping out any kinds of stigma around mental health. Lets talk is a frontline campaign for the mental health movement where people are encouraging others to talk about their mental illness and any kinds of problems they face.

Sometimes it becomes so hard to reach out to people because we believe that they cannot help us. But what we think about certain things might not always be true. There is always two sides to a coin. We have to all make sure to have empathy to people rather then being sympathetic.
We cannot always find someone willing to talk to. And sometimes we simply cannot tell the difference between a person not suffering from mental illness and one who is suffering from mental illness. Like other diseases its not a visible one under an eye. It is something that can only be cured with a proper approach towards the patient.

Isolation or ‘I Have Solution’

In order to prevent the infection of corona and prevent it to a certain level, all the countrymen are following the lock-down nowadays. Due to this type of lock-down, we are imprisoned in homes. All external activities have stopped in a way. This contrasting situation has affected our psychological aspect the most. If you talk to your neighbours, friends and distant relatives, you will find that they are all going through the same mental state – fear of boredom and survival.

When I say boredom, it simply means that we have nothing new to do. This is because we are not at home of our own free will, we have to stay for a long time without any plan and only when we have nothing new, we call our mood boredom in psychological language.

Let us understand the psychological reasons behind this. Most of us are accustomed to live life in a certain pattern. For example our daily behaviour, our jobs, our social responsibilities, shopping time and walking etc. In this way, our daily behaviour becomes the product of our fixed life pattern and whenever this pattern changes against our will, it has a direct effect on our behaviour and this is exactly the situation that we are facing right now. The second important thing is the possibility of a crisis in our existence at present. Today this apprehension has made a large population stressed. In this context, I would like to say that it seems that this virus has reached very close to our brain and the most contribution to this is the exaggerated news and analysis that we are seeing or hearing all the days and our mood accordingly is being made. We are forgetting why we are taking stress even when we are taking all precautions and are healthy. This is because we are creating this tension ourselves.

In this context, I recall a story by the Russian writer ‘Anton Chekhov’ – ‘The Bet’. The story is based on the condition of a lawyer and a banker. As the story opens, a banker misses the opportunity for a bet he made fifteen years ago. At the party they were hosting that day, all the guests got involved in the discussion of capital punishment. The banker saw it as more humane than life imprisonment, while a young lawyer disagreed, stating that he would choose life in prison rather than death. They agreed to a condition. If the lawyer can spend fifteen years in total isolation, the banker will pay him two million rubles. The lawyer has no direct contact with any other person, but he could communicate with the outside world and note down whatever he wishes.

Confined in a guest room on the banker’s property, the lawyer first experiences loneliness and depression but eventually begins to read and study in a wide range of subjects. As he takes advantage of the solitude to be educated and amuses himself in various ways over the years, the banker’s fortunes begin to wane. He realizes that if he loses, paying by stakes will go bankrupt. In the early hours of the day when the fifteen-year period is about to expire, the banker resolves to kill the lawyer, and one night goes to kill him but a note written by the lawyer on the table shows that he has chosen to relinquish the condition, knowing that material things are transitory and have the value of divine salvation more than money. The watchman then reports that the lawyer has gone out from the window and escaped with the property at stake. To prevent the spread of rumours, the banker locked the note in his vault.

Just today, this story can become an inspiration for us. First of all, for this time period, you need to move away from your fixed life pattern and make new work plans, such as spending personal time with parents and children. This will be a great experience for you. You can engage yourselves creatively by creating new projects for children. Every new task will fill you with a new kind of energy and yes, above all, it is time to make a harmony with nature, because at this time due to lack of human activities, nature is in its purest form, so the open air in the morning of your courtyard Go, see the beauty of the flowers of the garden. There was no time before in your fixed life pattern for this. Then your existence will never put you in crisis, but you will feel connected with your presence.

Stay Home, Stay Safe …..

Tolerance

Tolerance is the quality to accept and show proper respect to the opinion, beliefs & customs & habits of others. It’s akin to the motto to “Live & let live.” In a society & in a country where people are speaking in different languages, professing different religions & faiths, and clinging to different political views the necessity of tolerance is very high. They may not take the opinion of others but they should tolerate them. In a world, tolerance is based on proper adjustment, understanding, fellow feeling & cooperation among people of different castes and creeds, faiths, opinions & customs.

Tolerance is of utmost importance in all walks of life. Peace and prosperity of a family, of society, and even of a country or nation depends on it. All members of a family or society may be divided in their opinions but they must be sympathetic to the opinions and views of others. If a person cannot respect the opinion of the other & vice versa, then this may result in strain in relations causing it to be an unhealthy one. Again in a family, if the son & daughter don’t respect their parents & vice versa the family may turn into hell. Similarly, if the democracy is shattered to pieces if the members of a political party do not respect & tolerate each other’s views, then this may lead to unnecessary fighting, bloodshed & killing.

While India is famous for its democracy. The lack of tolerance of the opinions of other political parties leads to the dismemberment of Pakistan in the past. It has lead to the separation of sacred ties between many husbands & wives in Western countries. The system of divorce among husbands & wives is quite a common practice for intolerance. Marriage is a matter of pride of Indian religions, Aryan culture & civilization. But this concept is not appreciated in India. Even though ironically it is much criticized, the count is increasing with time.

World Alzheimer’s Day: It will be very easy to remember anything in these fun ways

If people with weak memory have to struggle to remember anything, then the fun tips given here will be of great help to you….

It is true that due to increasing dependence on technology, we do not have much trouble even forgetting some things, but trying to remember things always proves beneficial for mental health. Here are some ways, with the help of which it will be very easy to remember the names of people and places, key dates and some important numbers.

Reiterate Names

When you meet someone for the first time, after hearing its name, repeat that name two or three times in your mind. Remember numbers in this way

It’s okay that people’s addresses and phone numbers are saved on your mobile. Yet the way to remember these is to remember it not in numbers but in words, for example, if someone’s house number is 315, it would be easier to remember it as three hundred and fifteen instead of three one five.

What exactly is Storytelling?

There is so much to speak and listen. Who doesn’t have a story to hear! Everybody has more than one story whether it is Job-related, life-connected, pains of social media etc. And don’t know how many stories we all are filled with. Just try it once. The stories start flowing. That is, life itself is made up of stories. Stories are produced and circulated in our lives one after another. Sayers say if they have something to say. If you know how to tell others, then everyone listens. How will they not listen? They need a teller. A storyteller who is proficient in telling and speaking his voice. There is no shortage of listeners in today’s date. If you have the skills to express, then the listeners are ready. If we can provide any other option to the audience or listeners similar to social media, then nothing can be better than this.

We enjoy or tell stories of our own or others through social media or other mediums. Who went where? What did they eat? Information about where one is roaming etc. is taken and given. Many times you are happy to share your personal moments with others and sometimes you know who is doing what? In whose life now new guests have arrived ? etc. Actually, man is such a living being who cannot sit empty. Either narrates stories of his past or is interested in listening. How efficiently you can tell the story of yourself or others matters. These days there is a great demand for storytellers and speakers in the corporate sector. Storytellers who connect them with management tools by connecting strings of small incidents and everyday life-related events. How a manager treats his team, how to make a project successful, etc. shares theoretical things through the story. The charge for each session is at least ten thousand. What is special about them? If there is something special, can’t we learn the skill of storytelling? There is also a question, what happens in these stories? Our life philosophy and life’s ups and downs are recorded in the stories. If this happened in his or her life, what kind of tricks did he or she adopt and got out of that situation? We often find the light of way and hope from those stories.

Actually, we understand more from stories rather than theories. In theory, you listen to many things and then throw them from the other ear. But when grandmother or friend narrates stories, our interest increases. Because a lot depends on what is said here, who is telling what things and how much interest they have on the stories of one’s own sufferings.

There are women or men in the street who have the skills to tell and narrate stories throughout the day. But we have to understand a difference here or by drawing a line that there is a fundamental difference between storytelling and blasphemy. As mentioned above, through the story in the corporate sector, the biggest and the smallest incidents and things are conveyed to the people. Case studies are also provided in management classes. It is said that such and such employees work in the company. People take more holidays there. So how do you as a manager handle it? Another example can also be that the company was incurring losses for the last two-three years. Production was not happening on time. But when a new manager and leader was appointed, he removed the company from shortcomings within six months and enabled it to run everything on time and according to the goal. Thus this story which we can name it case study. New students of management learn them. And let’s see how to introduce theory into practice.

We learn quickly by listening to and reading the story of how to mould the principles into practice or how a successful leader has succeeded in taking the principles and practices to take the company and organization to a new height. It may be a matter of separate discussion that our socialization has happened many times by principles and grammar. In it, schools, curriculum and textbooks nurture a conservative tradition to a large extent. Whereas in management, everything is tested and verified in practice. Perhaps because of a successful leader and manager, the company and organization achieve new heights.

We have to understand that if the new leader has the ability and skill to execute the sight and vision, from strategy-building to execution, then it can run any project on the path of development. This is a story. Companies share this story among their other employees. When a professional storyteller picks up the same story, he is treated completely different. Here, when we are talking about the story, then it is becoming a little different story of an academic narrator, novelist. Such a story sometimes slips from the eye of the narrator. We can also call such stories a case study.

How to overcome your inner ego?

It is good to realize that you are. But increasing that feeling to such an extent that nothing else is remembered creates problems. We are unable to accept that we too can be wrong. Then we start making ourselves the centre of everything. It is not easy to stop the roots of your ego from spreading.

Have you ever wondered why some people are so bitter, or why they go out of your life without any reason? Have you ever wondered why all the wars fought in the last thousand years started? Even some wars were quite terrible. Do not know how many lives were lost in them. And have you ever thought about all the crimes that are killing millions of people? Whether at stake, friendship or war or crime, they all start from the same common source, which is, our ego. It is very difficult for us to leave it. We have to liberate ourselves from this ego in reality. But for this, the most important thing is to understand what the ego is. Why should we assume that sometimes we can be wrong? If you find answers to these questions, then believe that your life will become more enjoyable.

What is ego?

This word of three letters is like the devil sitting on our shoulder, about whom we have always been reading. This is your alternate version, which nurtures all your insecurities, fears, hatred and perception. It is the antithesis of what is right for you. It is the enemy of your heroism. It is darkness for your light.

Arrogance is, in reality, an immature, crying, and loud-shouting child. We all have it. It does not go far from us. The best way to deal with it is to try to calm it down. Doing so has also been the core of many religions, especially in the philosophies of eastern countries. However, few lucky people are able to achieve such feats as pushing the ego beyond. To be honest, to follow their path and to achieve success in today’s era, our intelligence will hardly be said. Then we have to live a life that most people will not be ready to live. Therefore, the better option is to make ourselves worthy that when the ego becomes bigger, then we can feel it ourselves and work with sincerity towards calming it down. We can move forward step by step in this work, although for this we have to make ourselves serious so that we can know what is the reason for ego ?.

When and where do you find your ego

Ego is everywhere. It is constantly expanding. Like, arrogance is the reason that you take everything personally. Due to ego, you harm the person in front of the relationship-breakdown. Because of your ego, you start bothering your car by standing in front of it even if it is difficult for some other car on the road. Due to ego, we do not accept our fault, it is due to the ego that we treat others harshly. That is why we do not like our failure or defiance. Obviously, this list of ego is quite long. Every day we have to deal with all such situations when we express our reaction in many ways. Unfortunately, in most of these cases, our ego comes in the way. Then, when the circumstances are no longer under our control or they go against us, then we immediately feel unlucky and we start blaming it on other people. It is a sick mentality, which is constantly expanding. Many other people can also take advantage of this. Nevertheless, we do not want to change this mindset.

Keep yourself disciplined

I have no objection to accepting that when I am wrong, I hate myself. I am probably the first person to believe this. Not only that, even when I am denied, I still hate. I also hate failure at one point and I like to avoid it as long as I can. I am afraid of these things because they will not make me feel good. I believe that such human feelings never cease. Some always remain. But I am also the first person in this matter, who controls his ego. Due to enough work and constant meditation on myself, I can tell the exact moment when my ego shows up.

Admit your mistake

I also know very well that when I am unable to take any specific step due to excessive fear. Is it easy to do? Can your ego be overcome by just feeling something? Sorry, this will not happen. Then I will become a resident of the Tophet, and it will be impossible to calm the beloved devil on my shoulder. I am sure you must be feeling the same way. But the first step towards atonement or solution to this problem is to accept your mistakes. I have tried to accept my shortcomings. You should also try to do the same.
At last, Say ‘Go’ to Ego.
