Have you ever felt attracted towards something or someone just by a glimpse of sight? Yeah, that’s what the attraction of energy is. Everything in the universe has its unique energy with different frequencies and vibrations.
There’s a famous quote by Nikola Tesla “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
In childhood, we all have been taught to maintain a relationship with good people only. The reason being behind is if we attract the good people energy we will become good too but if we will be in a bad angry we will behave the same.
Each one of us desires to live in a calming and peaceful environment. It is important to understand the angry within us is affected by our surroundings, the better the energy the better you will feel, the better you will become
Everything starts with what kind of energy you are putting into the universe. And the energy you are attracting from the universe. If you think of something positive you will tend to attract that and if you think of negative vice-versa will happen. Here the law of attraction came into action. You will become what you will think. The more positive you are around the happier you become. The way to do this is by associating yourself with better energy.
Lastly, I would like to note that if you want to become better you will get rid of all negative energy aspects in your life. It could be negative people, negative things, bad habits. You will feel the benefit of all that bad energy lifted from your life. Then Your life will become better.

Child Marriage legalised on Rajsthan

Currently, Rajasthan govt released an amendment “Rajasthan compulsory Registration of Marriage Amendment Bill 2021” it allowed registration of child marriages, it’s 21 century and we all are aware of how heinous child marriage is, here are some of my views on this act
In my views law is not wrong
Those who commit or help in child marriage will still be punished, but those who already had marriage were not allowed to have registration and so they were not able to avail all govt schemes and benefits, those saying it will make it easier to do child marriage remember availing govt benefits are everyones fundamental rights.
Those saying it’s illegal look it like this rape is illegal but rape victim and culprit both have some rights that we can’t snatch, like culprit must be allowed to go court etc, ofcourse child marriage is as heinous as rape and here victims are both boy and girl but why they suffer whole life for it, they can’t get rashion, jobs, water, now as everything is more and more digitalizing and you can’t prove you’re married, it will become more hard to avail services like jacha bacha Suraksha and this are thee parents who most need it.
Also one negative point is it will make child marriage easier, but many people will not be able to avail fundamental rights isn’t it totally wrong also we can make child marriage hard by making strong rules. As we have data of child marriage we can ask govt employee who are posted there why they let it happen like police or magistrate, they will become more accountable this way.
If I’m missing some points or you want to share your views here’s my email soni362002@gmail.com
MEDITATION
The practice of meditation has become popular in many Western nation’s, especially the USA. Meditation originated within the Vedas. The term ‘meditation’ is now loosely wont to ask sizable amount of diverse techniques. These include contemplation, concentration, and even breathing exercises. These techniques work on different levels like the senses, mind and intellect. consistent with Vedanta , truth purpose of meditation is to attach to one’s inner self. Meditation is defined because the mind repeating one thought to the exclusion of the other thought under the supervision of the intellect. If the intellect isn’t conscious of the method , it’s not meditation.
Renunciation or sannyasa is that the essential prerequisite to meditation. many of us are conversant in the term but only a couple of understand it’s true meaning and it’s role in life . One associates sannyasa with abandoning things that are dear to you. A sannyasi is viewed as an individual in ochre robes who has given up wealth and family, abandoned duties and responsibilities and retired to the Himalayas . Krishna defines a sannyasi within the sixth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita together who does what one need to do, performs one’s duties and responsibilities fully , without counting on the fruit of action . A sannyasi isn’t one who doesn’t higher ideal, neither is he an inactive person.
There are four sorts of people within the world. The overwhelming majority belong to the bhogi category. Their only mission in life is to enjoy the planet . They believe you’re born only to enjoys the senses and maximise enjoyment. they are going into the planet seeking objects of desire. alittle minority understand that life offers far more than mere sensual pleasures . they appear inward and upward to seek out deeper and more meaningful avenues of happiness . Of these , the spiritual freshmen are yogis who still have desires for the planet but understand that happiness lies within. Their efforts are therein direction. As they shed desires through Karma Yoga Path of Service , Bhakti Yoga Path of Devotion and Jnana Yoga Path of data , they become sannyasis who are withdrawn from the planet and are knocking at the gates of Enlightenment . they need only a few , subtle desires – to urge to Freedom , serve humanity and repay the guru who guided who guided them to the spiritual path. Such people only got to meditate to beat the last hurdle to Enlightenment.
Meditation is quite just shutting one’s eyes and getting temporary reprieve from life’s problems. it’s the very best spiritual technique that must be practised diligently and devotedly by qualified practitioners. you’re fit meditation when your mind is calm . A mind burdened with desire and attachment is unable to require off into subtler realms of meditation.
In the Bhagavad Gita , Krishna takes us through the preparatory disciplines foe meditation. He also gives the disqualifications for meditation. Then comes the test of Enlightened Soul feels one with all beings. As you see yourself altogether mirrors. A body-conscious person identifies with the mind. His circle of oneness expands to incorporate relations and friends.
Among all yogis, one who worship wholeheartedly and with a transparent purpose , who maintains the goal in the least times and strives diligently, is most united. Thus, a person – literature or illiterate, elite or commoner, regardless of caste, race, religion or background – is aware about the last word state of Infinite Happiness.
How to maintain healthy relationship with yourself
If you’re searching for that one person that will change your life, take a look in the mirror. The relationship with self defines our inner world, and the way we process information and respond to events in life. Being a great friend to yourself unlocks long-term happiness. Finding a way to stay centered can be invaluable. One way that is beneficial in establishing balance is developing a positive relationship with oneself. Your relationship with yourself is arguably the most important relationship in life.
What does a healthy relationship with yourself look like?
A healthy self-relationship is the ability to value yourself as a person, and embrace your strengths and weaknesses.
Here are five ideas on cultivating a good relationship with yourself :
- Regularly make time for yourself.
It is very crucial to interact with yourself. Sit quietly for 10 minutes in the morning with your first cup of coffee. But if your mornings are too hectic then try meditation in the evening or even better you could write a journal.
- Check in with yourself
It’s easy to find yourself wondering, “I don’t know who I am anymore”, if you don’t check in every now and then.
Question yourself everyday, “How am I feeling? What am I struggling with? What am I interested in? What are my goals?” Come up with a list of questions like these that you can routinely quiz yourself with, so you get a sense of where you’ve been, where you are now and where you are going.
Self-awareness is key to improvement.
- Accept yourself
Part of having a relationship with yourself is understanding who you are and accepting the good and the bad. It is extremely important that you learn to forgive yourself and avoid being overly critical. Acknowledge your strengths and give yourself a pat on the back when you are successful.
- Be your own friend
It’s important to evaluate the relationship you have with yourself. Ask yourself, what can I do to make my day-to-day life easier? It could be something as small as reflecting on a mistake you have recently made and taking the time to sort through it. What could you have done differently? How can you keep that from happening again?
It is extremely vital to reason with yourself, it gives you perspective and clarity about your life choices.
- Enjoy your company
You need to show yourself that you can be happy and have fun without relying on others to experience it with you. Not that you need to shut people out, but you can keep yourself occupied in healthy ways to discover things and laugh with yourself.
You will be your only constant throughout your life. People will come and go. Some relations will last a long time, some won’t. In this life of hustle, one thing that should never take for granted is yourself. Always remember to be kind to yourself.
Why Do We Dream?
Dreams are hallucinations that occur during certain stages of sleep. They’re strongest during paradoxical sleep, or the rapid eye movement stage, once you could also be less likely to recall your dream. Much is understood about the role of sleep in regulating our metabolism, vital sign, brain function, and other aspects of health. But it’s been harder for researchers to elucidate the role of dreams.
When you’re awake, your thoughts have a particular logic to them. once you sleep, your brain remains active, but your thoughts or dreams often make little or no sense. this might be because the emotional centers of the brain trigger dreams, instead of the logical regions.
Though there’s no definitive proof, dreams are usually autobiographical thoughts that supported your recent activities, conversations, or other issues in your life. However, there are some popular theories on the role of dreams.
The role of dreams – Researchers still don’t entirely agree on the aim of dreams. There are, however, some widely held beliefs and theories.
Dreams as therapists – Your dreams could also be ways of confronting emotional dramas in your life. and since your brain is working at a way more emotional level than when you’re awake, your brain may make connections regarding your feelings that your conscious self wouldn’t make.
Dreams as fight-or-flight training – One of the areas of the brain that’s most active during dreaming is that the amygdala. The amygdala is that a part of the brain related to the survival instinct and therefore the fight-or-flight response.
One theory suggests that because the amygdala is more active during sleep than in your waking life, it’s going to be the brain’s way of getting you able to affect a threat.
Fortunately, the brainstem sends out nerve signals during paradoxical sleep that relax your muscles. That way you don’t attempt to run or clock in your sleep.
Dreams as your muse – One theory for why we dream is that it helps facilitate our creative tendencies. Artists of all types credit dreams with inspiring a number of their most creative works. you’ll have awakened sometimes in your life with an excellent idea for a movie or a song, too.
Without the logic filter, you would possibly normally use in your waking life which will restrict your creative flow, your thoughts and concepts haven’t any restrictions when you’re sleeping.
Dreams as memory aides – One widely held theory about the aim of dreams is that they assist you to store important memories and things you’ve learned, get obviate unimportant memories and type through complicated thoughts and feelings.
Research showsTrusted Source that sleep helps store memories. If you learn new information and sleep thereon, you’ll be ready to remember it better than if asked to recollect that information without the advantage of sleep.
How dreams affect memory storage and recall isn’t clearly understood yet. But dreams may help the brain more efficiently store important information while blocking out stimuli that would interfere with memory and learning.
Why can we have nightmares?
Dreams that assist you deal productively with emotions, memories, and other information could seem very helpful. The occasional nightmare is taken into account by a dream that’s simply more frightening or upsetting. Nightmares tend to be caused by stress, anxiety, or sometimes as a reaction to certain medications.
However, if you’ve got nightmares frequently, you’ll have a sleeping disorder. Regularly occurring scary dreams are often labeled a sleeping disorder if the nightmares:
- cause you to worry about getting to sleep
- lead to frequent disruptions of your sleep
- bring about other sleeping or psychological problems
- Many people experience occasional nightmares throughout their lives. However, the American Sleep Association estimates only about 5 percent of the population experiences persistent nightmares as a sleeping disorder.
What influences dreams?
Some factors that affect us when we’re awake also can influence our dreams.
Health conditions – One of the most important influences on dreams is what proportion or how little you’re sleeping. Being sleep-deprived for an evening or two (or more) can make parts of your brain far more active once you finally do slip into paradoxical sleep. You’re likely to possess more vivid dreams if you’ve had some restless nights. You’re also more likely to recall those dreams, too.
Being pregnant is additionally a catalyst for vivid dreaming. Increased hormone production affects the way your brain processes thoughts and emotions. This often results in some intense dreams.
Mental health disorders like depression and anxiety, also as manic depression and other mood-related conditions, can trigger intense and sometimes disturbing or negative dreams and nightmares. The medications for these conditions, including antidepressants and antipsychotics, also are related to a better risk of nightmares.
Foods – There isn’t indisputable evidence that certain foods cause wilder or better dreams. But it’s clear that some foods may set the stage for you to recollect your dreams better.
High-carb foods, for instance, can offer you quick energy. But after a short time, they will leave you feeling down. Anything that affects your waking mood is probably going to affect your unconscious mood, too. So, if a sugar crash has you moping around during the day, those feelings could carry over into your sleep.
Also, food that causes you to awaken throughout the night may end in you awakening more frequently within the REM stage. When that happens, you’ll probably remember more of your dreams.
Daily activities – Just as little or interrupted sleep often leads to more vivid dreaming, an honest night’s sleep will hamper the extreme dreams you’ll recall.
A small study trusted Source found that one great way to sleep more soundly is to exercise within the morning. an honest run or other cardio workouts before noon helps set your clock in order that you’re more inclined to nod off faster and spend longer in deep sleep than if you didn’t exercise or if you exercised late in the dark.
Runners and other serious fitness enthusiasts tend to spend less time in dreamy paradoxical sleep, which is one among the lightest stages of sleep. Also, the more effectively you’ll de-stress during the day, the less likely you’ll be to bring stress and anxiety to bed. Which ought to help hamper nightmares and interrupted sleep each night.
How to remember your dreams – One of the explanations dreams are often difficult to recollect is that the brain chemical related to memory — norepinephrine — and therefore the brain’s electrical activity that helps with recall are at their lowest levels when you’re dreaming. In fact, if you’ve got a dream but don’t awaken during the dream, you won’t be ready to commit it to memory. The dreams you remember are those that are ongoing once you awaken.
Two ways to assist recall your dreams is to inform yourself as you’re falling asleep that you simply want to recollect your dream. If that’s your last thought, you’ll be more likely to awaken with a dream still somewhat fresh in your memory.
Since dream recall is often easily interrupted by even the slightest distraction, you ought to attempt to remember the maximum amount of your dream as soon as you awaken. Don’t get out of bed or believe anything. attempt to grasp whatever images or memories you’ve got of your dream and write them down on a pad next to your bed or on your smartphone.
DENTAL CARE RITUALS
Now that we have known the major dental health problems we must also know that apart from brushing teeth twice daily, there are other rituals that need to be followed for a healthy oral space. Because many a time it happens that despite brushing teeth diligently, some food debris gets left behind which gives the bad bacterias a chance to harm our tooth.
All the times we remind ourselves that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. But, unfortunately, we forget that a healthy oral space leads to a healthy body.
Maintaining healthy and shining teeth is crucial because our mouth is the threshold of our body. Most of the things that enter our body comes through this space. So, looking after its health and hygiene is necessary.
Hence, I am illuminating you with some of the dental care regimes that you need to give attention to for clear, healthy teeth.

FLOSSING:
Flossing is a dominant method for protecting teeth from decaying.
Cut 18 inches of floss and wind it around the middle finger of each hand.
Insert the floss between your tooth and gently slide it up into the space between the gum and the tooth. It will slide down all the trapped debris down.
Hold the floss tightly against the tooth. Gently rub the side of the tooth, moving the floss away from the gum with up-and-down motions.
Repeat this method on the rest of your teeth.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT BRUSH:
Always look for a brush whose head and bristles are small enough to reach into the tiny spaces between your teeth. According to the International Dental Health Association, most adults require a small or medium-sized toothbrush for this purpose.

GARGLE WITH MOUTHWASH:
Add mouthwash to your dental care regime. A mouthwash goes to all those pockets of spaces where bristles and floss cannot reach. It helps in hunting down the plaque-causing bacteria and gives your mouth a fresh odor. All you need to do is to gurgle mouthwash 3- 4 times a day, after every meal.
CHANGE BRUSH FREQUENTLY:
Brushes tend to worsen after a while. Their bristles get disjoined, gets detached, or become blunt. These types of brushes don’t clean the teeth properly. So if you’re using the same toothbrush for a long time, you may not be getting the best clean anymore. Hence, change your brush within three to four months or when the bristles start to tear apart.
EAT HEALTHY:
The greatest and most important part of all the oral care regime is eating healthy. Consume calcium-rich food for strong teeth and gum. Drink plenty of water in a day. It helps wash away food particles and keeps your saliva levels high. Water also washes away the bad bacterias and gives you a fresh odor. Apart from milk, cheese, and yogurt, celery, carrots, and crunch veggies are other healthy foods for strong teeth.
Also, have a check your drinking habits and discard smoking cigarettes.
So, bring down all the habits into your dental care regime and you would be able to have a clean and healthy set of teeth.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystal healing practices by humans are ancient. Crystals have been an important element for various healing and ritual processes. Crystal healing practices are not recent healing practice but rather has their emergence way back in time.
This technique of therapy is also tied to Indian culture and is more precisely mentioned in Vedic texts of Hinduism.

WHAT IS CRYSTAL HEALING?
Crystal healing is a practice in which various types of crystals and gemstones are used to cure an ailment. They are used as a technique where the crystal allows the positive healing energy to flow into the body and lets the negative, disease-causing energy flow out. However, crystal healing practice is a pseudoscientific process and is not supported by any scientific theories.
However, the adherents of this therapy are of the view that this therapy can help transform the aura of the body along with boosting low energy, preventing the bad energy, and releasing the blocked energy thus, giving a sense of relaxation to mind and body and providing a sense of tranquility.
“For serenity, it is best to use a combination of crystals in your environment and carry crystals with you.”
― Amy Leigh Mercree, The Mood Book: Crystals, Oils, and Rituals to Elevate Your Spirit
BENEFITS OF CRYSTAL THERAPY
Crystal Healing Therapy is a very natural and spiritual approach to cure a problem.
In terms of the physical level, the most profound effect of this therapy is that it gives deep relaxation during and after the process. This type of relaxation helps in giving mental peacefulness and serenity and helps to treat disorders like stress and anxiety.
The crystal therapy further treats painful muscle and the loosening of contacted veins and muscles and gives the body energy and a new vigor.
Spiritually and emotionally this therapy helps to give a sound and calm mind and a healthy heart. It enhances confidence and self-esteem.
Thus, in conclusion, Crystal Therapy has proved to be a great process in treating anxiety, body pain, depression, body unrest, and many more. Also, it is a non-medical process and thus has no side effects or unhealthy repercussions.
Treatment of OCD
Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a debilitating neuropsychiatric disorder with a lifetime prevalence of 2 to 3 percent and is established to be 10th leading cause of disability in the world. Patients with OCD experience recurrent, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and/or repetitive, stereotyped behaviors (compulsions) that last for at least one hour per day and significantly interfere with the individual’s normal level of functioning.
OCD was once thought to be extremely rare, but recent epidemiological studies have shown it to be the fourth most common psychiatric disorder.
OCD is often a chronic disorder that produces significant morbidity when not properly diagnosed and treated.
OCD can be treated. The treatment recommended will depend on how much it’s affecting your life.
These treatments can be very effective, but it’s important to be aware that it can take several months before you notice the benefit. A short course of therapy is usually recommended for relatively mild OCD. If you have severe OCD, you may need a longer course of therapy and/or medicine.
The most effective treatments for OCD are called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which has the strongest evidence supporting its use in the treatment of OCD, and/or a class of medications called serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SRIs. During ERP, anxiety and obsession-inducing stimuli are systematically presented in a controlled environment and patients are prevented from engaging in their usual compulsions. Exposure and Response Prevention is typically done by a licensed mental health professional (such as a psychologist, social worker, or mental health counselor) in an outpatient setting. Taken together, ERP and medication are considered the “first-line” treatments for OCD. About 70% of people will benefit from ERP and/or medication for their OCD.
What if Outpatient ERP Hasn’t Worked? Are There More Intensive Options?
- Traditional Outpatient – Patients see a therapist for individual sessions as often as recommended by their therapist generally one or two times a week for 45-50 minutes.
- Intensive Outpatient – Patients may attend groups and one individual session per day several days per week.
- Day Program – Patients attend treatment during the day (typically group and individual therapy) at a mental health treatment center usually from 9am – 5pm up to five days a week.
- Partial Hospitalization – Same as the Day Program but patients attend the treatment at a mental health hospital.
- Residential – Patients are treated while living voluntarily in an unlocked mental health treatment center or hospital.
- Inpatient – This is the highest level of care for a mental health condition. Treatment is provided on a locked unit in a mental health hospital on a voluntary or sometimes involuntary basis. Patients are admitted into this level of care if they are unable to care for themselves or are a danger to themselves or others. The goals of inpatient treatment are to stabilize the patient, which generally takes several days to a week, and then transition the patient to a lower level of care.
Other recommendations from the APA Practice Guideline, cite research showing that ERP delivered in a group format, as well as ERP therapy delivered via videoconferencing (teletherapy), might be effective. Also, there is some promising new research showing that Acceptance and Commitment Therapy may be helpful for OCD.
OCD is a chronic and severe psychiatric disorder that is often incapacitating when left untreated. Patients suffering from OCD often attempt to hide their symptoms due to the embarrassing or disturbing content of their thoughts. Many individuals isolate themselves as a consequence of their symptoms and avoid their exposure to potentially anxiety-provoking situations. Unfortunately, there is often a long delay between the time when an individual develops OCD symptoms and when they first obtain treatment. Early diagnosis and treatment minimizes symptom severity and level of disability.
How to judge people
Yes you got it right. We are often told don’t judge people on the basis of any parameter.
And yet here I am suggesting to judge not just people but situations efficiently.
What kind of judgment are we talking about here? You should learn to do selective judgment. Judgment Done by you should be on an individual level and it should not affect adversely the second party in anyway.Like I said there is good in the world along with the bad so your judgment should be limited to warding off the bad people around you.
Your call should not become any sort of discrimination towards the people.Your hatred or your indifference should not become social or societal indifference.
Judgement of a person is only for cautious purposes.
Like it benefits girls the most.Seeing the number of rapes and hate crimes committed against women,a key of caution towards judgement of intention can be handy.
Similarly, mothers and sisters of culprits can judge their son’s behavior as to what tendencies he has. This can help in avoiding at least a few incidents of female cruelty.
I agree,In india parenting is different. But that’s what we need to learn as a country.Adopt the positive things from other countries.
It can help you be safe.Prevent accident, incidence of injury to both mind and body.
Another angle to judgement is we learn to analyse situations and can foresee our reaction to it.We constantly react to external stimuli in many ways.
It helps provide a presumption of a situation and hence we can bravely fave the wicked ones.
The fight between right and wrong even establishes itself at government level.
Whilst arguing that selective judgement is good and can be helpful to you there is yet another angle. To learn where to not judge.
Some wrongs we can avoid-
To judge people on the basis of their beauty.Bad.
Judging them on the basis of their money. Bad.
Doing friendships or relationships on the basis of pros and cons or advantages and disadvantage without having any emotions. Bad.
Judging someone on the basis of the language they speak,Fluency in English. Bad.
Judging someone on the basis of clothes to wear. Bad.
Judging someone on the basis of their religion/Caste. Bad.
Judging someone by the life choices they make ie being on married choosing a spouse etc.Bad.
Considering Everyone who is not like you inferior and satisfying your pride.Bad.
&
Self analysis and helping others learn selective judgment to prevent or overcome possible future wrongs.Good.
Stop comparing yourself with others
Comparing ourselves with others does not do any good, rather it adds to our mental stress and anxiety. In the era of social media, everybody showcases themselves on some of the other platforms. Some of the people start feeling inadequate whether be it in looks or their career or any aspect of their life. This feeling of inadequacy might harm your mental health, and make you feel miserable.
Comparing yourself to others will not lead you to any greater heights, you must realize that everybody has their own pace of growth in life. Some people may succeed early and some later. So you should stop comparing yourself with others. It affects mental health to such an extent that you give up trying and start thinking that you are not enough. You may feel that you do not have the right body figure, or you might feel that you are not beautiful enough, or that you are not successful enough. But social media is just for showing off all the good things happening in others’ life and you must understand that the photos may be filtered.
You must work on yourself rather than comparing yourself with others. Sometimes the comparison can be healthy and it may lead you to improvement in yourself but many times it works the opposite way on our mind. When you check apps like Instagram and LinkedIn, all you see is people posting about their achievements and success and it makes you feel like you are doing something wrong in your life, questions like “Am I not doing enough? Am I not good enough”, pops up in your mind. You spend your energy comparing yourself with others without realizing that this time could be used up to improve yourself or work upon yourself if you want to succeed.
Remind yourself of the things that you are grateful for, be it your relationships with others or any of your hobbies or anything.
We start thinking that our worth is defined by the number of likes on our posts or the fake good comments by people. But nobody cares what you post on social media and neither should you care what others post. Just see it and feel that, okay, they are doing good in their life and there is no need to feel jealous, you are on your journey to success.
There will be many positive changes in your life when you stop comparing yourself with others. Your mind will be at peace, you will be able to concentrate on your growth much more, you will feel grateful for what you have, and you will at peace with your mind.
Some quotes that might help you:
- “The most powerful relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself.”
― Steve Maraboli - “We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.” – Dalai Lama
- “How you love yourself is
how you teach others
to love you”
― Rupi Kaur
Give yourself a break
In todays’ fast-paced world we tend to overwork ourselves because the environment is so competitive that we forget that our body and mind need rest sometimes. You must have found yourself tired and felt helpless at some point of time in your life, right? When you do too much work and when you finally take a rest you are not able to rest your mind, it may be a sign that you need a break. Similarly, if you feel devoid of energy to continue your work or you can’t sleep at night you need to take a break.
Burnout is the state of mind when it is exhausted and you feel physically exhausted too. At that point in time, you must consider being generous to yourself and take a break from everything that is going on. Many people feel that a break would leave them behind others but that is not the case, because everybody has their growth path, they grow at their own pace. Racing against time, overworking yourself will not help you in succeeding instead it will leave you exhausted. Sometimes a break in life is very important for a better comeback. If you feel stressed or you feel like you have tried your best but still the universe is conspiring against you, that is the indication to take a break.
Taking a break could be different things for different persons, for some it may be going back to your hobbies, for some it may be to take rest for a few weeks and do nothing. All of this me-time is valid, you don’t need to do anything productive in the meanwhile, you should not feel any pressure to do a task during your break. Giving yourself a break means giving your mind rest from all the whirling emotions that you have been feeling for a while.
Some people might say that you have given up, but you should not care what they say, everybody deserves a break from time to time. If you do not give yourself a break your mind will get exhausted and you might lose interest in all the activities in life.
There are many ways to give yourself some me-time:
- Book yourself a spa appointment and enjoy the massage.
- Read a book you’ve been wanting to read for some time but you couldn’t get time to do it.
- Go out for a morning jog, the fresh air would feel great.
- Go out for a swim or go out to play your favorite sport.
- Do nothing get in your bed and get a sound sleep.
- Take a hot water bath and then cook something for yourself and eat it. Self-made food tastes great and it gives you a sense of accomplishment.
- Meditate and exercise or do yoga.
- Get away from your screen and talk to someone you like to talk to.
- Watch a feel-good movie or any of your favorite movies while eating your favorite snacks.
Love each other
In today’s world, there is enough hate to make a person sick of loving others. Hate is engraved in our society; it has become a go-to emotion for everybody. When we see others succeeding but not us, we start spreading hate towards them. Spreading hate is not going help anybody, it will neither make you successful nor will it help the other person, the negativity will affect their mental health too.
For once, try loving people without expecting anything in return. It will free you from any negative emotions, you will get to know that by loving others you will feel good too. Loving includes all types of love whether it is love for your partner, your child, your sibling, your parents, or fellow planet-mates. All of us need to be loved, whether we realize it or not we need all kinds of love, from our partner, from our children, etc.
Love is a very powerful emotion; we can win over people’s hearts with love. Today, when everybody is spreading hate, jealousy, negativity, start loving others, this planet needs it. Imagine a world where there is no hate, almost all the problems would be solved, there would be no wars, no shootings, no crimes, and everybody would live peacefully. Every year, so many people are killed, so many women are raped, there are bombings and suicides and homicides, these all occur due to hate engraved within people’s souls towards one another
When you love others, you might always get love in return but that does not mean we start hating those people who do not return our emotions. In the end, we’ll be happy that we lived a life devoid of any kind of hate. It is highly unlikely though, when you are generous and you love people, you will attract people with negative emotions, instead you will attract people who are as generous and lovable as you.
Some people fear to love others; this may happen because they might have had some traumatic past where they loved the other person but they betrayed them. Such people, for the rest of their lives, fear to trust and love others. They must see a counselor solve their mental and emotional issues.
When people spread hate towards you, you must act in a certain way, rather than spreading similar hate and negativity towards them you should forget about them, exclude them from your life and move on We must concentrate on our actions rather than on others, when we show kindness and generosity, and love towards others the universe will conspire to return the same emotion to us. Therefore, we must start to watch our actions and deeds, and rather than noticing how other people behave and then choosing our way to treat them we must spread love no matter what. Love and kindness start at home and your body is your home too, so in order to love others, we must love ourselves, and treat our mind with kindness.
Overcoming failure
Each one of us has failed at least once in some aspect of our lives. But that is never the end, you must try again. But, if the particular field that you failed in, does not interest you and you are doing it because of peer pressure only, then you should find something else that interests you and someday you will succeed in that field. What some people may consider success other people may consider failure so it depends on person to person and their ideology of success and failure.
Sometimes the fear of failure stops us from even trying something for the first time. For example, some kids who might have been rejected at school competitions may feel the fear of failure for the rest of their lives. Some people are not able to cope up with failure and they choose to drop that field forever, that happens because a fear of failure develops in them. They fear the judgment of society, and society does not help much, there are more people to discourage you than people who encourage you. But, you need to see that these people do not matter, you must ignore them and move on with your journey.
When you think that you should quit because you failed once or twice, you should think positively, and imagine the scenario where you achieve your goal in the next try. Give it a try once again, what could be the worst outcome?
Play practically, you should always have a backup plan too. If you are giving it your last try then plan B will make you feel more secure and safe that even if you fail you will have another plan. Set smaller goals, it will help you in achieving your final goal more efficiently.
When you experience the fear of failure, you procrastinate a lot, your anxiety levels are increased and you become reluctant to try new things. However, if your goal is important to you, you must not give up on it no matter how many times you have failed, no matter how many people say negative things to you.

BASICS OF TURNING HOBBIES INTO CAREER
I have already enlightened you about why having hobbies are important. In case you have missed it out then do read it by clicking on the link below.
We all have hobbies. It might be writing, painting, Youtubing, dancing, and whatnot. We all love to follow our hobbies because they are interesting and make us happy. And any work done happily and enjoyably brings spectacular success. Even Maya Angelou says so.
“You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you.”
– Maya Angelou
Now many of you might think, is it possible to transform a hobby into a full-time career? Yes, you can definitely do so. All you need to do is prepare a rock-solid strategy and plan.
In the following lines, I will point out some of the areas which you need to consider why preparing your strategy.

CLEAR YOUR MIND:
So, first things first. List down the hobbies/passions you love and then prioritize what you are most inclined to. Make sure to write things short and clear. Once you choose your hobby, ask yourself certain questions.
Like, why do you want to make this your career? What are your goals? Answering these questions will bring clarity to your mind. You would be more serious and driven towards your decision.
DO MARKET RESEARCH:
After you have decided on your path, do full market research. Read about your target market and its trend. The potential customer’s demands and the type of product and service you would provide. Collect data on all of these dominions. Write down your full research on paper and accordingly chalk out your plan. Make sure you consult your plan and strategy with wise counsel.
DO IN-FIELD PRACTICAL:
Once your plan’s blueprint is ready, take it out to the customer. The best way to know the quality of your plan is to do an in-field practical. Take up your plan to a potential customer and ask him about their view on your project. What product/ service they would want to get? Or what are their demand from this field? These analyses would help you get ample knowledge about your project, the opinion of the customers, and its scope in the market.
LEARN MARKETING BASICS:
After you have done the research and began the production, start learning about the ways to advertise your product. For reaching out to the customers and interacting with them, you need to know the marketing basics. Nowadays, Digital Marketing is heightening. Learn how you can connect with your customers online. The initial step in this would be to start your website and a social media handle. You can even run digital ads on Google Search, Facebook, or Instagram. These are some low-cost advertisement platforms, where you can create a wide customer base.
BE CONSISTENT:
Out of all these steps, the one thing that matters most is being consistent. You might not be able to attract a generous number of customers, or your product might not stand out in the market. Whatever the situation might be, you do not have to lose hope. Just be consistent in your work. Accept the defects and shortcomings and work upon them. But, never let your energy and enthusiasm fade even a little.
Dwayne Johnson, a Hollywood actor says,
“Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.”
Keep these basics in mind and follow these steps and one day you would definitely shine bright.
Learn to Apologize

Apologize when u do a mistake.Sounds cliche right?
But it has a deep meaning and significance.
There are two possibilities either you have done something for which you should genuinely apologize and second is you have not done anything wrong but still being accused.
Let’s discuss the former ,
If and when a mistake is committed by you be it intentionally or unintentionally, apologize for it.
It may so happen that your actions/words didn’t directly culminate to a mistake but have adverse indirect effects. So ,by keeping your heart out of ego ,empathizing with the victim , just apologize.
Your mistake might not feel big to you but could be grave or fatal for the other party.
You might have caused deep cuts by your words, causing injury to their soul.
Irrespective of your awareness of the grief, apologize.
It will not just Help them move on but also help yourself from avoiding any further regret. A man Can live poorly But living with guilt It’s some thing no one can afford.
So for the sake of your own selfishness at least, learn to apologize.
It is not easy to become brave and accept your mistakes. But it is wise and appropriated.Bowing down doesn’t make you weaker,it only helps you grow as a person.Self introspection grows stronger and your quest to success begins.Identifying and realising your mistake is an indication of self awareness and diluted self ego.
So next time you cause hurt, mental or physical intention or unintentional
Apologize.
Now the question is when you know you have not done wrong and the other party is falsely accusing you. After self introspection you come to know that you aren’t at fault,no facts support you are wrong and the other party is falsely framing you for selfish purposes.
Do this,
First of all realise that this person is not your friend if s-he does something like this.Cut off this toxic person.
Do not apologize when you aren’t wrong.Take your stand. You aren’t nothing to bow down when you are right.Stand up for what you believe.
Provide facts or statements of your right.Convince those who care about your arguments. Those who do not care won’t care even if you are right.
Give counterarguments .Do not sit down helplessly. If the person is important to you then try to explain yourself if not once then thrice. If s-he doesn’t trust you regardless, leave.
Trust is an important tenet of any relationship-friendship.If you cannot trust you ,you should not keep them.
You need to achieve a balance between right and wrong.
A wrong means for a right future is not always justified.
So today’s mantra-
Organize yourself, your thoughts and never bow down your ideals to someone who doesn’t value you or your thoughts.
Care for yourself just like you would care for others.
When wrong,do not shy away from apologizing.
