Issue of Poverty In India

As we all know India is a one of the fastest developing countries in the world. Although
it’s economy is growing poverty is still a major challenge. This is because according to a recent study the richest 10% in India controls the 80%of the Indian economy. The poverty in the county the day to day growing with unemployment and hunger at its fullest. People suffer a lot due to poverty in India and we can say a whole bunch of them also die as a result of the poverty. We hear tragic incidents of people dying of hunger and even children dies due to hunger and poverty. We can say two-thirds of the people in the county live of poverty. Children dies of hunger and they are forced to work even in their childhood for money and are abused killed in the society. They are denied of their education and are stuck with a lot of diseases due to their unhygienic way of living due to the poverty. Malnutrition in children is intense in variety parts of the country and the scenes are utmost tragic.
More than 200 million people does not get enough food to eat and in that 200 millon 61 are children. This itself shows the worrying situation in the county due to poverty.
The covid pandemic has deeply effected the situation as these stats were before the pandemic and as we all know the pandemic has increased poverty and unemployment by a huge number. Many people lost their jobs as the result of the pandemic and they have been falling into the hands of poverty. Families has been suffering and many people tend to end their lives rather than suffering from hunger. People are not given proper education and even the educated are not given jobs and stays jobless which addes to the poverty in India. This is also because of the high population rates in India as there is no place for majority of the people and these all effects their living which leads to the high rates of poverty in the county.

DREAMS AND REALITIES

People Who Live Without Dreams. Insights of the people who don't have… | by Vinod Sharma | Live Your Life On Purpose | Medium

“History has proven that those who dare to imagine the impossible are the ones who break all humans limitations”

Your dream is the reason for the way you are. Your dream is not a coincidence. Your dream IS who you are. You SHOULD pursue it. Your dream gives you a sense of meaning and purpose, and drives you on into your chosen future. Your dream IS the meaning of your life.

Every person dreams to become something, to do something, to make the name of his parents and family proud with pride.
Some dreams are fulfilled and some remain unfulfilled, but this does not mean that you could not achieve anything in life. A human being should try their best with all dedication, whatever the outcome may be.

In the Bhagavad Geeta, Lord Krishna has given the same instruction that a person should do his work without worrying about the result.

Everything teaches us something, whether it is a success or whether it is a failure. On one hand, where success gives us courage that if anything is done with a true mind then nothing is difficult and on the other hand, failure teaches us to be patient and persistent. A man should learn from his mistakes because there is no better teacher than mistakes. No effort ever goes in vain, with every effort made we get a new experience that helps us to move forward. This life is a school where a person learns at every step. The process of learning goes on till a person dies. Difficulties come in life to make us move forward, to make us strong. We should not be afraid of difficulties and should face them boldly.

Steve Keating on Twitter in 2021 | Dreams come true quotes, Chase your dreams quotes, Dream of you quotes

Everyone should dream and try their best to fulfill them. Every effort made moves us towards our destination. In order to fulfill dreams, one should be patient and must have believe that you will do something good in life, it is very important to have this kind of attitude in the achievement of your goals. It is not necessary that you get success in the first attempt, sometimes a person has to make continuous efforts. I know all these things are easy to say but it feels like a shock.

 The more you pursue your dreams, the more exciting your life becomes.
God is going to use you in ways you never imagined possible. And the only side effect is: feeling GOOD!

India’s Foreign policy under Jawaharlal Nehru

A country’s foreign policy is determined by its history, geographical position and the time in which it is undertaken. Geopolitics plays a very dominant role in shaping its foreign policies. India’s foreign policy was first nurtured by Jawaharlal Nehru, post- independent India’s Prime minister. It was fostered at the time when the world was busy contending from imperialist and capitalist and had growing influence of socialist and democratic institutions.

The Indian National Congress in as early as 1920s made a resolution conveying its aspiration to establish cooperation with neighboring countries. But the internal situation of that time did not permit them to develop international relations. Even before independence Indian leaders contentiously extended their support to many liberalized nations in their struggle against imperialist nations, they fought against various issues like racism, capitalism, freedom, equality and participated in various conference at the international level.

After independence India took devisive steps to establish friendly relations with other countries. India started establishing its foreign relations by exchanging ambassadors with USA, USSR, China and some other countries. India followed the path of non- alignment, its focus was majorly on peaceful coexistence. Nehru was quite realistic to recognize that economic strength was central to stability and social coherence of the country. Strengthening the country’s economy would even mean a stable guaranteed security and viability. Jawaharlal Nehru concentrated on the construction of heavy industries like steel mills, engineering and infrastructure projects.

Going green, almost green

The term corporate greenwashing was coined in 1986 by Jay Westerveld. The beach resort he was residing at, encouraged guests to avoid giving towels for laundry every day, for the sake of protecting the coral reefs from detergents. However, the resort was undertaking expansion projects and harming said coral reef. They were just trying to save on laundry bills!

Corporate greenwashing refers to when a business makes impressive claims about its sustainability to distract from its unsustainable practices. This practice has become more prevalent today, due to the growth of climate awareness. Companies try to project a sustainable brand image but don’t exactly follow through on their promises. Corporate Sustainability: Profit, Motive and Intention in Greenwash | ONEPLANET Sustainability Review

Another example is the case of a palm oil company in 2008. They claimed that palm oil plantations provided habitat for native flora and fauna, when in fact the opposite was true.

Often, producers claim that their packaging is made of recycled plastic or that their product is. However, there may not be a supervisory body that is overseeing this. When consumers are misled in this manner, they end up making decisions that aren’t eco-friendly unknowingly. They believe they are doing good, but they aren’t. They might even be causing harm.

Coronavirus and COVID-19: What You Should Know

What Is COVID-19?

A coronavirus is a kind of common virus that causes an infection in your nose, sinuses, or upper throat. Most coronaviruses aren’t dangerous.In early 2020, after a December 2019 outbreak in China, the World Health Organization identified SARS-CoV-2 as a new type of coronavirus. The outbreak quickly spread around the world.ADVERTISEMENTCOVID-19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 that can trigger what doctors call a respiratory tract infection. It can affect your upper respiratory tract (sinuses, nose, and throat) or lower respiratory tract (windpipe and lungs).It spreads the same way other coronaviruses do, mainly through person-to-person contact. Infections range from mild to deadly.SARS-CoV-2 is one of seven types of coronavirus, including the ones that cause severe diseases like Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) and sudden acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). The other coronaviruses cause most of the colds that affect us during the year but aren’t a serious threat for otherwise healthy people.Is there more than one strain of SARS-CoV-2?An early Chinese study of 103 COVID-19 cases found two strains, which they named L and S. The S type is older, but the L type was more common in early stages of the outbreak. They think one may cause more cases of the disease than the other, but they’re still working on what it all means. It is also normal for a virus to change, or mutate, as it infects people and this virus has done so. There are several variants which have been named for the regions they were first discovered but they have now spread to other areas and countries, some proving to be more contageous as well as more deadly. How long will the coronavirus last?There’s no way to tell how long the pandemic will continue. There are many factors, including the public’s efforts to slow the spread, researchers’ work to learn more about the virus, their search for a treatment, and the success of the vaccines.Symptoms of COVID-19

The main symptoms include:

Fever Coughing Shortness of breath Trouble breathing Fatigue Chills,sometimes with shaking Body aches Headache Sore throat Congestion/runny nose Loss of smell or taste Nausea Diarrhea The virus can lead to pneumonia, respiratory failure, heart problems, liver problems, septic shock, and death. Many COVID-19 complications may be caused by a condition known as cytokine release syndrome or a cytokine storm. This is when an infection triggers your immune system to flood your bloodstream with inflammatory proteins called cyt okines. They can kill tissue and damage your organs.

The Concept of Well-Being: Simplified

The concepts of general health and wellbeing of human beings have been used interchangeably in recent times. Though some variances exist, they deserve attention altogether.
Health, as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Health itself has some key determinants which include social, economic, and physical environments coupled with race, belief, economic or social condition.
Wellbeing or wellness on the other hand, refers to an optimal state of health expressed as a positive approach to living. It places emphasis on the constant search for good health as an utmost goal.
Health and wellbeing are a constant and dynamic process of change and growth in an effort to meet one’s pinnacle of potential and overall wellness.

Paying attention to health translates into wellbeing, and wellbeing itself comprises eight key dimensions, these are;

Emotional Wellbeing; proper understanding of your feelings and coping effectively with stress is addressed here. Importance should be paid to self-care, stress maintenance, relaxation and growth from experiences.

Environmental Wellbeing; having a lifestyle that is beneficial and respectful to the surroundings. Earth protection is key as being environmentally conscious by raising awareness should be prioritized.

Financial Wellbeing; this refers to learning how to successfully manage financial expenses. Money plays a cardinal role in our lives and the absence of it impacts health alongside overall performance.

Intellectual Wellbeing; new ideas and continuous lifelong learning find a resting place in an open mind. Expansion of knowledge is encouraged through scholastic or community activities.

Occupational Wellbeing; enjoying what you do for a living and appreciating your contributions. This angle of wellbeing encourages personal satisfaction and improves one’s life worth through work.

Physical Wellbeing; this deals with being responsible for your heart and seeking care when the need arises. Exercising, eating and sleeping well, and paying attention to signs of illness are crucial to physical wellbeing.

Social Wellbeing; Creation of a support network and actively engaging in social roles effectively. Development of valuable relationships with peers and intimate relationships with partners is encouraged here.

Spiritual Well Being; meaning and purpose are the main focus, and spiritual fulfilment can be achieved through relaxation or religion. Someone who is spiritually well knows which resources to use to cope with life’s everyday issues.

Fugu: The forbidden fish

Everyone knows that its human nature to want a thing that is forbidden to them. This is what drives many people in Japan and even foreigners who visit Japan, to try the infamous fugu fish. Found in the Pacific Ocean, this fish is a pufferfish and looks rather innocuous, in terms of being poisonous. However, it’s the perfect example of the phase, “looks can be deceiving” as the fish is said to be 1,200 times more poisonous than cyanide. The fish is so poisonous that a slight error in its preparation can cause instant fatality. However, its still one of the most expensive and revered delicacies of Japan.

Described as a fish whose taste is “indescribable”, Fugu is only affordable to the high-end part of our society. The taste of this fish is said to be like no other food anyone would have ever tasted, so utterly delicious that people are willing to risk their lives for it. The liver is famously known as the tastiest part of the fish, but its also the most deadliest part, along with the ovaries, and the eyes. Fugu is deadly because of the poison tetrodotoxin. The poison, a blocker of sodium channels, paralyses the muscles while the victim is completely aware, then the poisoned person cannot respire and dies from suffocation. This takes roughly about 10 mins. Now, with so much advancement in science, there has got to be an antidote to this poison which has been killing people for more than 2,300 years, which is the time during which fugu consumption dates back to. Unfortunately and surprisingly, there is no cure once you ingest this toxin. The normal therapy is to help the respiration and circulation of the person until the toxin is digested and removed through the victim’s body. Researchers found that a fugu’s tetrodotoxin arises from eating other tetrodotoxin-loaded animals that the fish develop insensitivity to over time. So, an effort has been made to cultivate these fishes in toxin free environment.

Now the question looms that if the fish is so poisonous, how are people consuming it? Well, no one is consuming it with a 100% surety that they wont die. However, due to its popularity, high demand and income, there are specialized chefs who prepare fugu. These chefs train in fugu preparation from anywhere between 4-10 years. A license is then assigned to them, specifically for the preparation of fugu. Only then, under controlled restaurant conditions, can they prepare fugu. The fugu is then served in an arrangement representing chrysanthemum petals.

A paradox has appeared in Japan where some activists are proposing a ban on the selling and consumption of fugu, while some are even requesting the government to legalise the consumption of the liver of fugu. Fugu has been the leading cause of food poisoning in Japan and most of the people who have died from it were fishermen who tried to cook fugu domestically. There is no doubt that fugu is highly lethal, however consumption of this delicious delicacy in restaurants with controlled environment and skilled chefs is reasonable. What do you think? Given a chance, would you ever try out this dangerous but indescribably tasty delicacy?

I witnessed a Supernova🌻

I witnessed a Supernova yesterday,It woke me up from a dreamy slumber And placed me against a big white ball of fire,
Was it real? Or was it my slumber?
Perhaps; I’m just a pathological liar.
But on the offchance that I ain’t one,
Let me describe to you a vivid recreation,
Of my bright, burning experience.

The supernova was extremely bright yet equally silent,I watched in amazement & terror,And wondered if the sun would ever unleash such horror,To get rid of our big blue ball of error.A guest interrupted this glorious
moment : My mind :Said to me that it was time to revisit the significance of my insecurities;
And that they were tiny & irrelevant in a universe so grand.Whose fate was already plotted by a superior being,
Who spun the wheel of time when he saw fit.

The world could not believe me that i witnessed a supernova .And it’s memories wouldn’t relieve me.I saw a crescent moon hidden in the nova’s shadow,
Hiding secrets unbeknownst to mankind,
Well, who am I judge?
After all I’ve seen only half it’s side.

Questions arise in the aftermath of what I’ve witnessed,
The wait for answers is but a futile one,
Since none believe in the existence of my story.I write this story as a last hope,To do justice to the great starburst;Witness me, oh great audience!As I explode into mystery & light,Going home to my supernova
Beyond reach,Beyond sight……

~~~~
Idea behind my story 😐
The stars have the most violent beginning and the most violent ends .The war is never really over for them, not when they’re constantly burning in order to survive; hydrogen atoms colliding haphazardly and repeatedly to create the energy that keeps it shining bright, they say people throw rocks at things that shine. But stars do this to themselves–self-destruction as a means of survival, they eventually run out of fuel and then, blow themselves apart to create an SUPERNOVA seen across the UNIVERSE that will eventually fade away.It’s only once the burning has stopped that a star truly, completely dies, they never asked to live this way.
ARTICLE ON OBESITY:
ARTICLE ON OBESITY:
INTRODUCTION:
Obesity has been defined as an ‘abnormal and excessive fat accumulation that may impair health’. In practice, obesity is diagnosed by body mass index (BMI), which is taken as a surrogate of percentage fat mass.
CONTENT:
Obesity is serious because it is associated with poorer mental health outcomes and reduced quality of life. Obesity is also associated with the leading causes of death in the United States and worldwide, including diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and some types of cancer.
   ADVANTAGES OF BEING OBESE:
*Stores energy, Fat serves an important role for storing energy.
 *Good for vitamins. Our fat-soluble vitamins — A, E, D and K — are absorbed in the body's fat tissue.
 *Keeps us warm.
 *In bone-chilling weather, the overweight dude has the advantage over the thin guy.
 *Protects the body from trauma.
DISADVANTAGES OF OBESITY:
*Being obese can also increase your risk of developing many potentially serious health conditions, including:
*  type 2 diabetes.
 * high blood pressure.
 * high cholesterol and atherosclerosis (where fatty deposits narrow your arteries), which can lead to coronary heart disease and stroke.
   *Asthma.
SOCIAL IMPACTS OF OBESITY:
* Obesity stigma hits children especially hard.
    * When children and youth are bullied or victimized because of their weight by peers, family and friends, it can trigger feelings of shame and lead to depression, low self-esteem, poor body image and even suicide.
TYPES OF OBESITY:
            6 Types of Obesity
                        *Food Obesity.
                        *Thickness due to Nervous Stomach.
                         *Gluten diet.
                          *Genetic metabolic Obesity.
                            *Venous Circulation Obesity.
MAIN CAUSES OF OBESITY:
              Obesity is generally caused by eating too much and moving too little. If you consume high amounts of energy, particularly fat and sugars, but do not burn off the energy through exercise and physical activity, much of the surplus energy will be stored by the body as fat.
 Does depression cause obesity?
                 Depression and anxiety can both be associated with overeating, poor food choices, and a more sedentary lifestyle. Over time, weight gain may eventually lead to obesity. About 43 percent of adults with depression are obese, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
CONCLUSION:
Obesity is a choice. It takes work and effort to stay in shape, but it can be fun. You must eat healthy, stay active, and make good life choices. But healthy foods can be delicious, there are plenty of activities to do that are so much fun, and making good life choices can be rewarding in multiple ways.
“EAT PLENTY OF DIETARY FIBRE”
The Power of Advertisements
Advertisements have brought about a tremendous amount of wants by the customers. Sometimes, products are wanted by the customers because of their advertising potential and the brand ambassadors being added in-order to promote the brand and it’s new products and services in the market, and not because of the want for the product by the customers. More often, a product is wanted more frequently and repetitively only because of the liking and attractiveness towards the brand by it’s potential customers. It has often led to huge spending on brand promotion and is unlikely to capture the customers every time it advertises. It is because of the advertisements that products are often sold so rapidly that they become out of stock and the limited quantities produced by the seller often makes the price of the product higher and makes customers wait for the product for days and weeks. Advertisements have become very competitive and nowadays, every advertisement has become unethical to an extent where there are similar products and brands being compared in the advertisement shown on television,etc. Example, an advertisement for laptop, there have been videos made on why one should prefer Mac over PC though their pricing strategy follows a a way where their products are always priced high since the company’s existence. Infact, Apple Macs v/s PCs has had negative impact on the PCs being sold as they have thought to be non-durable. Intense competition has arisen in advertisements, competitive products like Pepsi and Coke have been advertising and promoting their brands at every occasion be it any festivals, happy occasions, the Indian Premier League have sponsored Pepsi before. Due to advertisements, every local product now has become global and demand for their products and services are always high. Customers have started changing their preferences to having a product of only known brands because of their advertisement appeal and the way they market the product’s features and services and discounts offered with different debit and credit cards on purchase.
A simple example of how advertisements have influenced the customers to buy a product is the Bingo chips packets. It’s advertisement is more often described to be the most funny and eye-catching. It has a brand resonance value, ie, customers will surely remember the brand name because of the advertisements it shows on TVs, Cinema halls, etc. The most popular advertisement of bingo being the packet of bingo mad angles, through which it started gaining popularity and started to compete against Lays, Pringles, etc. Another example of advertising and it’s influence is the way OnePlus phone company advertises each of it’s mobile phone and other product it launches in their launch events.
Advertisements has also made impact on the way we percept our belief on high and low priced articles. High priced articles need no advertising as they are already being sold enough at the market only because it is of higher vlue and prestige is the assumption amongst the customers. Low priced articles which give the same quality are thought to be of less quality and standards and thus, not given much preference to.
To conclude, one can say that advertisements has the power to influence on it’s customers and the target market and thus, has power.
Vaccination: Why the hesitation?
Covishield and Covaxin are the two major words that is parading the tongues of Indian at the moment. With the vaccination drives going on around the country, many people are energetic to be vaccinated to fight this “Mahamari”. Nearly 24 crore people have been vaccinated in India and still there is a long way to go.
Some sort of hesitation can be seen among people about taking the vaccination and are blindfolded due to some sort of prejudice. There is a case scenario where they see these vaccination camps as a sort of public socialization and are meeting their friends and family in the vaccination camps. Who could blame them? They have been locked up in their houses since March 2020 and its been more than a year since they can go out. And with the doses being of shortage and people moving from one camp to another only increases the chances of being contracted with the virus. Now, can we blame the officials for not controlling the public’s movements in the public places? The answer is yes and no. There are some corrupt officials about whom there need not be further discussion but there ARE some officials who work hard, putting their families and themselves at risk, creating awareness, fining the rule breakers and finding creative and harmless ways to punish the lockdown violators and needless to say, get trending in social media.
Believe it or not, social media is really helpful in this way. Recently, there were a group of women police constables who danced to latest hits with their own twist in the lyrics about safety against the virus. Now, coming back to the vaccination drives, why are people hesitant? There may be several reasons. One might be not aware of the positive effects of the vaccination. There is no end to the gossip circle that goes around in our country and sometimes it can be so ridiculous that the topic would have strayed far away from the original topic of discussion. So, this might the second reason, because we have to accept that all bodies are different, some people react negatively to the vaccination and this one in a thousand story stops our people from getting vaccinated.
They think they might get affected too BECAUSE of the vaccine and not vice versa. Another category of people might think that they are safe enough and stay at home all the time, adhering to all the government polices and that the virus cannot affect them. They sometimes forget that the government also insists on getting vaccinated. But these reasons have slowed down recently as more and more people have started getting vaccinated but keeping in mind the population of our country, we still have a long way to go until each and every one of us get vaccinated.
We need to remember that a vaccination is only one way of fighting this virus and we cannot sit back and let our guard down after getting vaccinated. We still need to wear masks, maintain social distancing and stay at home. As our Hon’ble Prime Minister says, we need to stick together (not literally!!) and fight this virus.
Kids to celebrate their reopening after vacation
Yet another academic year begins today. This time too on a subdued note due to the Covid pandemic. Last year when classes took the online method due to the Covid first wave, entire process was experimental. With no experience of conducting or learning from virtual classes, students, teachers and parents went along.
However Covid brought many changes to the world. The general education department has organized several activities aimed at welcoming the tiny students joining class 1. As part of this new students and their parents will be contacted by authorities. Since classes are confined to homes, the department has come up with different programs within home. Students are provided with decorative items like balloons, stickers along with their textbooks to decorate.
As for the teaching-learning process, the department has come up with a strategy that will see students reaping maximum benefit from lessons. As classes are conducted through online there are different bviews on condicting examination for the promotion of plus one students to plus two. A report comprising various factors in this regard had been submitted. As the first step, during the first week, there would be bridging classes to connect with what happened in the last academic year to ensure seamless continuity in the digital mode. This time there will be more interactive classes with the teachers coming live from their classrooms and there will be sessions which would give the students a real classroom feel. All the classes was held in the digital mode last year and the same would happen this time too.
Let us hope that next year onwards we can restart our offline classes so that our students will be more happy and tension free. Let us pray to erase the entire pandemic from the world, so that bee can step out from the four boundaries of our home and can see the colours of the outside world.
91 Nations vulnerable to new strain due to Indian vaccine export ban
91 Nations are vulnerable to the B1.617.2 strain after India has stopped export of vaccines claimed WHO: After being hit by the deadly and life taking second wave, New Delhi has banned all exports and started redirecting supplies for domestic use. India’s decision to ban exports and redirect supplies for domestic use has made a severe impact on those 91 Nations who were totally dependent on products of Serum Institute of India (SII), Covishield or AstraZeneca and the upcoming Novavax.
Without sufficient stocks these counties which are majorly African will remain Susceptible to the deadly B1.617.2 variant which was primarily found in India, said WHO . As per a chief scientist of World Health Organization, “91 countries are impacted by the shortage of supplies, particularly since the AstraZeneca parent company has not been able to compensate for the doses which have not come from Serum,” . The scientist stated that these nations are very vulnerable to new and more Transmissible strains including the B1.617.2 variant also.
The scientist added, “not just B.1.617.2, but other variants will emerge in other countries and spread around the world…We know that these variants spread very quickly. Even before they can be recognised, they are already spreading around the world. The same thing happened with the 117 [variant], now dominant“. As per an agreement signed between AstraZeneca and Serum Institute of India(SII) , SII was expected to supply a billion doses for low and middle income countries, with a commitment to provide 400 million doses by 2020 i.e. last year. All of this was to be delivered by Gavi, an international vaccine alliance.
The scientist also said that “most African countries, unfortunately, have vaccinated less than 0.5 per cent of their populations and haven’t even vaccinated all their healthcare workers,“.She also added that “if we continue having this inequitable distribution of available vaccines, we will see some countries going back to some degree of normalcy in their life, while other countries are hit very hard and continue to be hit hard by subsequent waves,“.
But after being hit heavily by the second wave, India stopped exports of it’s vaccines and redirected those for domestic use for vaccinating the natives. In this process, the nations which were dependent on Gavi and on Indian vaccines were left amid. As per some data, rich nations like US, UK, Israel, Canada and the European Union already ordered millions of vaccines from multiple vendors even before the vaccines were approved.
Now when there are no more options for the other countries, WHO has said that it hopes India will continue it’s exports again maybe somewhere at last of this year so that the other nations could also be vaccinated. The institution is “really going out with a plea to all countries to share their doses so that vulnerable groups can be protected before we start expanding to other groups such as children“. By the end of May, India has vaccinated about 3.5% of it’s total population. Indian government has also estimated that by the end of 2021 it will vaccinate every Indian.
Government plans to deliver one crore vaccine doses per day from July
The increase of vaccinations against covid 19 on a mission mode is planned by the centre. An average of around one crore vaccines per day is going to be the target implementation around mid of July and August. The local production and supplies of Sputnik v are likely to start along with the improvement of vaccine supplies in Bharat Biotech and Serum Institute of India. Only around 2 months left, once the supplies got improved there will be a huge raise in the number of vaccinations per day. While, the present estimates that in the month of July around 20 crore doses are likely to be supplied and it may increase further if vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna are imported and enter the market. The chairperson of the National Task Force, N K Arora stated that they are aiming to give one crore vaccinations every single day and will have 20 to 25 crore of vaccine doses by the end of August. To have more number of covid 19 vaccinations sites with the usage of entire network of one lakh child immunisation centres especially in the remote areas has planned by the government. The states of India were asked by the government centre to schedule vaccination slots and publish them accordingly with whole safety measures.
