Fashion industry is the colorful industry which encompasses various types of small and niche industries in it. Fashion industry is the industry of art and which changes itself very fast according to the demand. For Youngsters, It is really important to Identify their Passion Clearly. We see many youngsters who pursue Fashion Design courses and later they join in a big fashions houses as Interns but within days or weeks they quit their job. When we speak to them about their decision, few of them mentioned that they were unable to undertake the pressure of bottle neck deadlines & Stressful working conditions and some of them replied that, their expectations about this industry went wrong.

Yes, because designing is purely based on creativity of moulding a fabric that is given to a designer. For sure only a designer knows how much stress he has undergone to put forward a beautiful set of garments, as a next step of designing the designer must select materials for the garment which includes a stressful roaming on streets for few days & once the material is sourced it is important to communicate clearly to workers in making them understand these designs , dealing with illiterate artisans like dyers for dyeing the fabrics ,Masters for cutting, embroidery workers, Tailors ,and all this could be scrapped at any point and redone, now Marketing- this part involves photographing the garments with celebrity & conducting fashion shows to attract clients and then posting these photos in social media, finally when clients arrive with tight deadlines some even ask for hours & days , running with materials behind all those workers and delivering the garment to clients and if any measurement or miscommunication with workers would lead to failures and clients harsh words and money time and material wastes and redo all this again.

The above written para is just a simple example to show how hard to be as a fashion designer. Fashion institutes must share this knowledge to every student well in advance while joining in courses and they must also share the different career paths in fashion industry. At the initial days we all think that college lecturers are too strict and we have to be careful with them but as the days pass away we came to know that even our lecturers also be friendly with us and they help us a lot in every moment of college life. The most important candidates in our college life is our friends with whom we do a lot of crazy things and the enjoyment with friends will be at next level in hostel rooms, Yes our hostel roommates will become a next family to us with whom we can share all our things.

The most excited and scary event that happens at the beginning of our college days is “FRESHER’S DAY” where we all see our seniors as like most dangerous people on the world and fear about the ragging but our thoughts will be changed totally when we talk with seniors in a friendly manner and also they are the one who will be as a back bone to all of us in entire our college days but sometimes whatever we think may turn into wrong also.

Whatever the situation may be, we always be ready to face that situation especially in the case of examinations. The preparation strategies will differ from person to person but once after completing our graduation we will definitely laugh by memorizing all those days. The most interesting part in college life is college fest, tours and interacting with diversified people which helps us to develop the spirit of unity, personality and brotherhood.

At last I can say that college life is the beautiful blend of joys and memories. On the whole, everyday that we spent in our college is loaded with some colourful events such as special breaks, bunks and sports. These charms will never fade away but in todays situation most of the students are unable to make such a great college life experiences due to COVID-19 pandemic. A COMPUTER WILL NEVER REPLACE A BOOK

In this digital era we always use an electronic device like computer for getting our works done but coming to the taste of experience a computer will never replace a book. There might be several reasons to say that computer is best than a book but for sure what ever the epic information that we see today in a computer was written in a book priorly. A good book in the words of John Milton is the precious lifeblood of a master spirit, embalmed and treasured up to a purpose of life.

The thoughts and ideas contained in a book are immortal like tulasidas’s Rama Charitra Manas, Veda Vyas Mahabaratha, The Bible and many other religious literary works like shakespere’s play etc… On the other hand, a computer is a machine that can visualize the contents of a specific book but thinking about the replacement of a book by a computer is unthinkable and far fetched.

A book provides the most cost effective for spreading education and literacy. It is available at a fraction of the cost of a computer. Moreover it is extremely portable and handy, it is not dependent on any external factors like availability of power supply, software and space which are essential prerequisites for a computer. To go through the contents of a book, the two basic ingredients required are time and inclination. It can be read at any time of day or night and anywhere, like while travelling or even while dozing off to sleep.

Though the above mentioned all phases can be full filled by an electronic gadget also reading a book does not create any physical discomfort or eye strain. We all are aware of the hazards of back pain and eye strain caused by a long stretch of viewing a computer screen. Another factor in favor of the book is the general high degree of respectability and faith commended by the written word. Thus while we may see or hear event on our computer terminal, there is nothing better than to confirm the same from a newspaper or a book. LEARN FROM FAULTS-STORY OF A TEENAGER

” I know that changes in me are due to activation of hormones in teenage. The cuddle hormone is responsible for that. I’m the one who likes to enjoy my life to the fullest and I could not control the thoughts that are running at high speed with new energy. I’m curious about to join in a college where I can find many new friends to enjoy the college life along with my academics. I can still remember the first day in my college where I met an unforgettable person in my life.

At initial days I felt delighted to go college and enjoyed my studies along with my friend whom I met on the first day. With in few weeks we both became best friends and we used to bunk the classes when we feel bore. After some days my attendance report was sent to my parents, by seeing my attendance report my parents scolded me a lot. I felt very bad on that day and next day when I went to college I discussed every thing that was happened in my home with my bestie. After listening to my words he cooled down me and made me to feel better from my guilt. At that day I felt happy to have such a friend.

His presence made me to do crazy things with a pretty smile on my face but I have never recognized that I’m neglecting my studies. Slowly my mind got turned to bad things, I started smoking along with my friend with out knowing the consequences. At that time I don’t know that those cigars contain drugs in them. I have addicted to those cigars a lot and my studies got damaged totally. One day, my parents got to know about me through my principle because of a robbery that was made by me and my friend.

When my principle asked me and my friend about the robbery, he simply throwed that mistake on me and escaped from their. I never expected that from him and I regretted a lot for having such a worst person as a friend in my life. I said every thing that happened to me with my parents on that day but they didn’t spill a word on me and immediately next day they took me for counselling. Slowly I started understanding my parents and their love and care on me but I bagged a bad name in front my lecturers and my cousins insulted my parents a lot because of me.

After a lot of counselling sessions I realized about the importance of career in my life and started my new journey with focused mind and today I owned a job in an MNC with an outstanding salary. Guys, I just want to convey you one thing that, be conscious while choosing your friends and don’t neglect the words of your parents especially when your are in teenage. Never forget to learn from your previous mistakes. ”

From the above story, I can definitely say that most of the teenagers have confronted with various situations where they can distract from their studies. The teenager life is too complicated in every persons life and we have to understand that it is a phase where everyone want freedom and wishes to fly heights. So my dear teenagers, beware of your root point where you have to come back though you fly at heights and always remember that time is the precious gift that can’t bring back once if you wasted it. In todays world we all are in a race to earn more money to get everything but we never think about the things that we can’t buy with money because we all think that those things are very easy to get. In trying several methods to earn money we all miss the small and precious pleasures that life offers to us. We people sometimes behave too greedy in earning money and at some stage of our life we feel that money can itself give us all things we want. Yes, of course money can give us a good stature in the society but we can’t buy our health, satisfaction, happiness and many more things with money.

The most important thing in every body’s life is having a lovable and supportable family with us. Many of us think that we can buy those relationships with money or some of us may also think that every relation is made for the sake of money only. THE ANCIENT INDIAN GREAT PHYSICIAN- JIVAKA

Jivaka Komarabhacca was a renowned legendary physician of ancient Indian and the personal physician of lord Buddha. Jivaka was lived in Rajagrha of the Magadha empire in 5th century BCE. He was the son of king Bimbisara and half brother of king Ajatasatru. Some sources say that jivaka was born for a courtesan who was called as amrapali but she discarded unwanted newborn baby in garbage dump outside the city of Ratnagiri in the kingdom of magadha. Fortunately, king bimbisara found the new born baby as live even in the harsh circumstences and named him as “JIVAKA” which means life.

Once as a teenager jivaka got to know about his birth secret and he felt ashamed of himself, later he decided to make money independently to repay for his adoptive father for his upbringing. The ayurveda medication forms has fascinated him a lot and he went to the greatest university of those times “TAKSASILA” to learn traditional medicine. He proved his excellence under the great guru of that time Atreya punarvasu. After completing his education jivaka became as a court physician to serve the king bimbisara of the magadha dynasty.

Jivaka was the most celebrated physician in India during the buddha time. Including king bimbisra himself sought for help from jivaka to cure his fistula problem and in some texts he is also depicted as a great surgeonist who performed many complex surgeries like brain surgery and surgery for volvulus etc… When buddha’s foot was injured because of the rock splinter, Jivaka helped him as a physician to cure the injury.

Later, he felt great pleasure to be as a physician to lord buddha and as he influenced by the teachings of buddha he showed interest in building monasteries for the monks. There is a saying that buddha did not accepted him as a monk but he accepted him as his lay disciple because buddha want him to remain free to help the sick people.

Even todays Thai massage therapy was also developed by Jivaka. His all medical techniques were stored in the form of jivaka sutras. Jivaka was an early physician than Bodhi dharma. His texts were even now stored in the chinese old buddhist libraries. Thailand people used to call him as father of doctors. He is also known as shivago kompara in Thailand.

CONCLUSION:

Jivaka is such a great Indian physician and a great surgeonist but he is not that much well known to our Indians when compared with Thailand people and chinese. Karsan bhai khodidas patel is an Indian industrialist who is the founder of a Rs.42,500 crore nirma group, a company which majorly deals with detergents, cements and cosmetics. Karsan bhai patel was born in 1945 into a farmer family from Ruppur village, Mehsana, Gujarat. Karsan bhai completed his B.Sc in chemistry and he initially joined in a cotten mill as a lab technician in Ahmedabad later served for the state government.

He has an abaundant knowledge on chemicals and in 1969, he started manufacturing phosphate free detergent for domestic usage in his backyard. He named that detergent powder as “NIRMA” . He dedicated his time after the office hours to prepare and market the detergent. At initial stage this business was purely one-man-company.

Karsan bhai used to sell his handmade detergent packets door to door using his cycle. The hand made detergent packets were sold at Rs.3 per kg, which was one third of least priced compared to popular detergents at that time. This least price making strategy gave him instant success. At that time domestic detergent market was limited and mostly controlled by the top most MNC companies only but with entry of karsan bhai’s market strategy, nirma created a revolution in domestic detergent sector.

It made the best and environment friendly detergent than other brands and occupied the top most shares in the market with its innovative methods. With in a short span of time Nirma became the largest selling detergent company in India. Since, the industry was labour intensive nirma also builded a large scale of employment.

Now, the company was recognized as the 9th among the top FMCG brands in India as per the year 2002. In the year of 2010 Karshan bhai received “PADMA SRI AWARD” and in 2019 karsan bhai ranked with #30 by forbes magazine for the list of Indias richest persons.

We can learn something new point from every interaction on streets.

WHY INDIAN UNORGANIZED SECTOR GOT THAT MUCH POPULARITY IN MAKING ECONOMY?

The street markets (or) small businesses comes under unorganized or non-corporated sector. This sector has loin share in national income, manufacturing activities, employment, forex earnings etc.. Only unorganized sector itself comprises 92 percent of Indian workforce.

Street vendors every day thrive through many difficulties. The environment where they operate is dynamic and constantly changing. They used to adopt different strategies to sell their limited sources to the customers. Most of the small businesses or street vendors do not have permanent shops. For Example: When we come across a street markets, we can observe the prices of commodities cheaper when compared to the marts. DAD’S DAUGHTER- GRIEF OF A LITTLE GIRL

” The sight of my old pencil art of a little girl holding index finger of her dad made me to travel into my past. Dad saw true mastery in my scribblings. I think he is the only person who will be good to us. The doll becomes dull, in his absence. Girls are much connected to their dad but I had spent portable time with my dad. Every daughter feels her dad as a hero. In my issue he is not only a hero, but he is also a board of support, the spark in my gapes and shine in my smile. He is the man behind us as a guide and beside us as a friend.

Dad’s are not only heads of our family but also honey to our mom and king to his princess just like a nerve vagus in our body. Dad while remembering all the naughty things, a cute smile on my face suddenly disappeared when I turned the other page of my drawing book. The same art but with out you, tugged me back to reality. I do remember that day started pleasantly and ended with grief.

As soon as we came to know about the covid positive result of my dad, he isolated from us and maintained taking medication through online. Exactly after three days of his isolation he undergone into serious condition, that he is not able to take breathing properly and we admitted my dad in a hospital. We are in a hope that he will get cured soon and will return to our home but our expectations went wrong.

My mom received a call from the hospital after a day of admitting my dad which made my thoughts to run high. My breath stooped for a while before I complete my prayer. Dad, I saw you without any eternity in your body and that environment ceased my brain. It couldn’t send any messages to my tear glands. Suddenly my throat loaded and I felt heavy. I feared to see you like that dad. My mom hold me tightly. Tears gushed from one eye. My room knows how much I cried. It’s my palm that zipped my every killing tear.

I not only lose my dad but also my friend and my strength. It’s unfair dad, you must not leave your little girl. The three months of my journey with out you made me to feel alone. Please come back dad!! I need you . Society seems too outrageous, your girl is confronting with hurdles every day. Immense pain produce no rips, storing all the pain inside the flush box and pressed my expression with throated emotions. “

The above write-up is the pain of a little girl who lost her dad due to covid-19 pandemic. There are several families around us lost their loved ones because of this pandemic. The death one’s is one of the worst tragedies in life. The pain of those families is speech less.

In this constant changing world everyone’s life is stuck in to a strict routine and sometimes we may encounter with stress full life events which leaves a negative mark on our mind. Slowly these events starts to create burden on us psychologically which in turn leads to depression.

Travelling is one of the best source to over come from depressive state. Depression suffers us in many ways and make us to feel isolated but travelling grabs our attention towards various situations which eventually helps us to think in new perspectives. Scientific management theory was developed by “FREDRICK WINSLOW TAYLOR”. This theory got popularity in the period of 1880s and 1890s in U.S manufacturing industries with its analyzing techniques of work flow .

The Principles Of Scientific Management Theory are:

Taylor theory was mostly concentrated on shop floor level and suggested functional foremanship to the industries.

1:Science not a rule of thumb, this principle specifies that organizations should constantly develop new methodologies which makes work easier, faster and quicker rather than sticking to the old methods.

Fayol considered that categorizing the functions of management helps the organization in day to day progress of work. The five management functions are:

Planning: This function is used to classify the needs of an organization and arranging them into tasks to develop strategies in order reach the desired goals.

Organizing: This function is used to determine the appropriate process to complete a task.

Commanding: This function is used to supervise the subordinates in completion of day to day tasks.

Coordinating: This function helps in integrating with different kind of groups and making things get done efficiently.

BUREAUCRATIC THEORY:

Bureaucracy theory was developed by “MAX WEBER(1864-1920)” .This theory was generated during the industrial revolution of Germany to manage it’s growing industrial enterprises.

Weber mainly concentrated on the top level management of an organization. According to weber the bureaucratic organization is more rational and can get control over every individual employ. He developed six ideal principles of bureaucracy.

Six principles of bureaucratic theory:

Authority Hierarchy: It is a chain of command to promote individual’s effort to accomplish the organizational goal.

Formal rules and Regulations: These are rules and procedures that are to be followed by the employ’s of entire organization .

Division of Labour: The whole work flow is divided into tasks and distributed among the employees according to their ability.

Career Orientation: Promotion of loyalty among the employs and making the long term relations with the organization.

Impersonality: Making decisions according to the facts rather than personal interests.

Formal selection process: Hiring employ’s according to their skills, qualification , experience etc…
