Introduction

Motivation has a powerful aura it can be your solution if only you used directly on your aim . I might play some tricks with you but the result will always be on your side .

The author Steven Pressfield wrote a great line in his book , The War of Art, which I think gets at the core of motivation.

Well said pressfield , in other words (or my words) It is easier to take action , rather than sitting and self,- petrified ourselves.
Like it is easier for MOJO to prepare for his exam rather than think about the result OR It is easier for OJO to workout in the gym rather than sitting in the chair eating junk food . (Well I prefer junk food over gym , just ignore I said that .)
This I think is the core of motivation . To gain something we need to pay the price first . It may be time , energy , sacrifice , risk or it can be anything .
Take action
A lot of people get confused that how to find motivation and when to take action . They are wasting too much time for making plans and than for process . To make it easy find motivation and get started. The more you delay the more it get difficult.
If you waste resources trying to decide when or where to work, you’ll impede your capacity to do the work.

It is known as ‘the city of lakes’.In 1559, Udaipur was founded by Maharana Udai Singh (2nd) in the fertile circular Girwa Valley to the southwest of Nagda, on the Banas River. This city served as the capital of Mewar kingdom between 10th and 12th century. It is in the state of Rajasthan.
CLIMATE OF UDAIPUR-
Basically Udaipur is a place of tropical climate.There are three main seasons, summer, monsoon and winter. The weather of the city is usually hot for being located in the desert land of Rajasthan. Iy is an area of 598m above sea level that’s why it has a sultry type of climate. It is the only one place in Rajasthan where the place is made hot in summer for the scorching sun and pleasant in winter.Summer runs from mid- March to June and July is the Monsoon season. Winter is actually a pleasant and beautiful season. In winter this city is relatively cold than summer but not too cold. The winter season runs from October to March.
CULTURE OF UDAIPUR-
Udaipur is so colourful. It is the owner of the rich cultural heritage from the bygone ages. The lakes, temples, huge forts,and palaces maintain the culture. There is the Bhil tribe till now, so it’s possible that we could see the people with typical colourful rajasthani dresses with silver jewelry. The colourful people, their colourful festivals and fairs delimitate the culture of Udaipur. The city has kept the balance between the past rituals and the modern advancements. The folk dance and music colored the culture and tradition more. Dance like- Ghoomar, Kalbelia,Bhavai, Kachchhi Ghodi and Terahtaali etc.
Ghoomar or Ghumar is a traditional folk dance which was performed by the Bhil tribe to worship Goddess Saraswati. The veiled women who wear flowing dresses are called ghaghara,and chiefly perform this type of dance. It was ranked 4th in the list of “Top 10 local dances around the world” in 2013.The Kalbelia dance is an integral part of their culture and performed by men and women. In the Bhavai dance the male or female performers balance a number of earthen pots or brass/metal pitchers as they dance nimbly, pirouetting and then swaying with the soles of their feet perched on the top of a glass bottles, on the edge of the sword, on the rim of a brass/metal thali (plate) and on the broken glass during the performance. Kachchhi Ghodi is mainly performed during weddings to welcome the bride grooms party and it has an interesting novelty horse costume. And when we come to the music, the dwellers of Udaipur find solace in the melodious music of Morchang, Naad, Tanpura, Sarangi and many other instruments that used to echo the courts of Mewar rulers.

India’s most exciting and colourful part is its festival. Udaipur looks different during festivals. There are observed Mewar festival, Shilpgram festival, Diwali, Teej festival,Dussehra, Hariyali Amavasya, Gangur festival,Jagannath Ratha Yatra, Jal-Jhulni Ekadashi etc.
TOURIST SPOTS-
Udaipur is the city of lakes .It is a beautiful tourist spot. The main tourist spots are-
CITY PALACE, UDAIPUR- It is located on the east bank of Lake Pichola. Its main entrance is through the triple-arched gate. This gate leads to a series of courtyards, overlapping partitions, terraces, corridors and gardens. The palace now houses a museum with many antique articles, paintings, decorative furniture and utensils from the royal era.
LAKE PALACE- It is located over an island in Lake Pichola and it served as a royal summer palace. It is made of white marble and it is now transferred into a 5 star hotel.
JAG MANDIR- It is also located on Lake Pichola island. This is also known as ‘Lake Garden Palace’. The royal family used the palace as a summer resort and pleasure palace.
KESARIYAJI TEMPLE- The temple is dedicated to Lord Rishabh dev, the first Jain Tirthankara. The fifty-two pinnacles of the temple are seen from a long distance. The main idol in the temple is of Tirthankara Rishabha, carved in black stone in padmasana posture.
MONSOON PALACE- Monsoon Palace is known as Sajjan Garh Palace. It is made with white marble and it is located on Bandera peak of the Aravalli hill. From this palace we can take a view of the city’s lakes, palaces, and surrounding countryside.
JAGDISH TEMPLE- Maharana Jagat Singh founded this temple which is a large Hindu temple in the middle of Udaipur.
FATEH SAGAR LAKE- It is located in the north-west part of Udaipur. It was originally built by Maharana Jai Singh and later it was reconstructed by Maharana Fateh Singh.
SUKHADIA CIRCLE- It is a large roundabout in the city’s northern suburb of Panchwati, on the road to Ranakpur and Mt. Abu. There are fast food centers, camel and horse rides, boat rides and kids play zone areas.
SAHELIYON-KI-BARI – It is a garden and tourist space which is in the northern part of the city. There has garden with its fountains and kiosks, a lotus pool and marble elephants, was laid for a group of forty-eight young women attendants who accompanied a princess to Udaipur as part of her dowry.
LAKE PICHOLA- It is an artificial freshwater lake .Two islands, Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir are located within Pichola Lake, and have been developed with several palaces to provide views of the lake.
MOTI MAGRI- Moti Magri is a memorial of Maharana Pratap.It is basically a small hill, atop of which there is a bronze statue of the Maharana astride his favourite horse “Chetak”.
NEEMACH MATA TEMPLE- It is located on a hill near Fateh Sagar Lake. From this location we can take a holistic view of the entire Udaipur.
KERNI MATA, UDAIPUR- It is located on Doodh Talai near Pichola lake. There is a rope-way which takes visitors to a hill at which this temple is located. We can take views of Pichola Lake, Jag Mandir and Doodh Talai. One can view the whole city from the top .
PRATAP GAURAV KENDRA- It is located at Tiger Hill. It aims at providing information about Maharana Pratap and the historical heritage of the area with the help of modern technology.
Catcalling is a form of harassment primarily consisting of unwanted sexual comments. This may include honking, wolf-whistling and indecent exposures. Most of the time, it is a man who catcalls and a woman who is catcalled.
According to surveys by Stop Street Harassment (a non-profit organization):
Nearly 95% of female respondents were honked at one or more times
Nearly 82% of female respondents were the target of a vulgar gesture at least once
Nearly 81% of female respondents were the target of sexually explicit comments from an unknown man at least once
Just over 77% of women said they were the target of kissing noises from men.
Where catcalling takes place?
Catcalling doesn’t only happen on the streets. Sexual harassers find targets on campus sidewalks, in restaurants and movie theaters, at work, inside homes – literally anywhere. Similarly, anyone can be a catcaller – including a person’s acquaintances. Online catcalling is also an issue just as severe as in-person catcalling. What’s worse, people on social media are able to say more because they are protected by a screen.
The Problems with Catcalling
It’s disrespectful: Catcalling is uncalled-for and usually makes the victim feel exposed and uncomfortable. In some cases, catcalling is used as a method of expressing power over someone, rather than the misperception of it being a “compliment”.
It’s not impressive: Someone may catcall in order to impress their friends, or the person they are catcalling at, but it’s actually unimpressive and immature.
Catcalling is not a compliment, it’s a harassment!!
Whilst compliments and flirting can be harmless and fun, shouting at strangers is not flattering, it leaves “targets” feeling exposed.
Catcalling is degrading, demeaning, and disgusting.

How to react if you are being catcalled?
Catcallers usually look for a reaction. Don’t give them one, especially fear.
Get to a safe or crowded place as soon as you can. Seek help if needed.
If you are around other people and it’s safe, you can use a simple comeback like “that’s harassment” or “don’t do that”.
While snapping back (if you choose to do so), make sure to keep walking and don’t stop.
Avoid the use of swear words or eye contact.
If it’s online, you can block and report them. Choosing to reply is also an option (e.g., asking “would you find it okay if someone spoke to your mother or sister in that way?”).
Document it: write it down or take a picture/screenshot. By doing this you can call them out later.
Share your story if you feel comfortable.
How to intervene if someone is being catcalled?
Call out the harasser if it is safe to do so.
Create a distraction or start chatting with the target (e.g., drop your keys and ask “are these yours?”).
Approach the target afterwards to see if they need company or if there is anything else you can do to help.

It is distressing to see the plight of the tusk-bearing animals these days. Numerous news headlines are daily highlighting the illegal smuggling of ivory. The extortionate value and demand of the ivories are not only in India, but also in the international markets. Wild animals are mercilessly being poached on a massive scale, possessing a major existential threat to wildlife. But do we really care or do enough to stop this inhumane and selfish act?
Let us first understand the connotation of the word ‘poaching’.
Poaching, in simple words, is the illicit act of killing, shooting, hunting or capturing of animals. The aim of this illegal act is mainly for the purpose of trade of animal products like skin, teeth, horn, bone, etc. Poaching plays a decisive role in being a contributor to biodiversity loss. Due to this felonious act, the number of extinctions has increased dramatically over the past decades. It is necessary to understand that poaching is not only about the uncontrolled killing of protected animals or endangered animals but any unlawful killing of animals.
Smuggling of elephant tusks
In India, poaching of elephants is very common and a major challenge to be combated. Ivory trade is in high demand mostly in the Asian countries. About 20,000 elephants are mercilessly killed every single year for their tusks. These ivory tusks are then smuggled in the international markets to eventually end up as ivory trinkets.
Ivory trade has been in practise for millennia. In the 14th century BCE, the exportation of ivory and slaves from Africa and Asia were done extensively. The freshly captured slaves along with the tusks were sold. The ivory was then used to make ornaments and aesthetically pleasing commodities.
On July 6, 2016, a complete ban on commercial trade in African elephant ivory went into effect in the United States. The African elephant population has decreased dramatically. Near about 350,000 elephants are left in Africa, as per 2019 data. It is quite shocking to know that 10,000 to 20,000 elephants are slain every year. Elephant numbers have dropped by 62% over the last decade, and if not brought under control, then they’ll be extinct by the end of the next decade.
Major countries where these tusks are sold
China is the biggest consumer market for ivory products. However, a ban was enforced on ivory trade by China in the year 2017. But it is evident that ivory is in high demand in many countries. Illegal selling of ivory is still rampant. In the year 2011, a whopping amount of 100kg of ivory was seized by Tanzanian officials. That same year several countries including Tanzania and Kenya seized a total of 17 ivory shipments weighing 800 kg.
According to surveys and in-depth interviews the demand for ivory is known to be concentrated in: China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and the United States.
Last year, about 8.8 tonnes of ivory items were seized in Singapore.
The adverse effects of tusk-removal on the elephants
I am sure that we have all seen the majestic elephants flaunting big, off-white tusks on either side of their trunks. These tusks are both beautiful on the elephant and of utmost importance in the species’ survival.
Many poachers claim that there are no after effects of tusk-removal. Either the elephants are killed or sedated before removing their beautiful tusks.
An elephant’s tusk is deeply embedded in its skull. When the tusks are removed, there is a big hole left afterwards. The hole is big enough to stick your arm into it. If the tusks are removed at the point where it protrudes from the head, the nerve is exposed. Either way, now the wound is open and vulnerable to all sorts of infection. So, even though the elephant remains alive it is still at risk. Now, suppose there is an ivory poacher. Any poacher will want as much ivory as he can acquire with as little risk as possible. If he opts for the removal of the tusk completely, he/she will have to completely sedate or kill the elephant, because of little time and the fear of getting caught.
The answer is a ‘Big No’. Ivory has been valuable since ancient times in art and manufacturing a range of items and artefacts. Though elephant ivory is the most important source, ivory of walruses, mammoth, killer whale, sperm whale, hippopotamus, narwhal and warthog are used as well.
The international and national trade of ivory of threatened species such as African and Asian elephants is illegal.

India has become more accepting towards the LGBT community over the years. Nonetheless, majority of LGBT people in the country fear the judgement, discrimination from the society who might see homosexuality as shameful or abnormal. During the British rule, homosexuality was considered to be unnatural and was declared to be a criminal offence under chapter 16, Section 377 of the penal code. Even after gaining independence homosexuality continued to remain an offence.
If one traces the path of the movement, the first gay protest was held on August 11, 1992. An organization which was called AIDS Bhedbhav Virodhi Andolan (ABVA) assembled people in front of Delhi Police Headquarters protesting against the rounding up of men from Connaught Place on charges of homosexuality. Due to the ignorance and insensitivity of people the protest couldn’t gain significant amount of support and outcome. The activists from ABVA continued to fight for equality and acceptance their enthusiasm to decriminalize homosexuality led them to file a public interest litigation in Delhi high court challenging the constitutionality of section 377. This PIL became the first attempt to raise concerns for legalizing homosexuality but unfortunately the organization couldn’t follow through the petition and the case was dismissed in 2001.
In 1999, Kolkata hosted India’s first Gay pride parade which only had 15 attendees and was called Calcutta Rainbow Pride and was successful to spread the message which was being queer and being proud.
There are numerous reasons as to why accepting the community is important. Advantages of legalizing homosexuality will provide them with protection in terms of healthcare, finances and taxes which they have been denied too. It will reduce the number of crimes in the country. There have been many gay couples who want to start a family and have children, there are orphans in the world who would want to have a family and a house which they can call as their own this would benefit the adoption rate in a lot of countries. Despite of equality being given importance in the country the number of atrocities faced by the community is innumerable. People from LGBT have been hurt, mistreated, judged, humiliated and have been termed as mentally ill in the society. No matter what category of third gender they fall into at the end of the day they will always be considered to be humans. If we want to help them in any way, we should understand that more than support of the society they want their mere existence to be accepted, to make them feel that their emotions are taken into consideration. If we as society build sensitivity for them everyone would feel safe, confident and accepted in their homes and families. No one deserves to suppress their identity and feelings of who they truly are.
From 2010 the community has tirelessly raised their opinions and voices to grant them equal rights. There have been judgements that paved way for the community which are –
NAZ Foundation Judgement, 2014 – The first judgement to declare section 377 as unconstitutional which violates article 14, 15 and 16
NALSA Judgement, 2014 – for the first time in the country, transgender people were recognized as the citizens of the country.
Arun Kumar Judgement, 2019 – expanded the category of women to include transgender people to identify them as brides as well.
The turning point for the community was the year of 2018, when a five-judge constitution bench was headed dealing with section 377 “refers to unnatural offences’’ which was against the law of the nature. On September 06, 2018 Supreme court ruled those consensual sexual relations between adult is Not a Crime. At the end, being a supporter of the community

But still, they are incomparable to electric vehicle zero fuel emissions.
When we talk about electric vehicles, we also have to consider the whole infrastructure that is required to sustain that. The elephant in the room is the batteries. Battery technology has progressed a lot in the past decade but still, there are lots of limitations that have hindered the adaptability of EVs. One of the biggest issues that EVs face is the limited lifespan of batteries. The average lifespan of a typical EV battery is approximately 10 years depending upon the usage. In many EVs, the replacement of batteries is very difficult or almost impossible. Another problem is the case of recycling batteries. It’s not easy to recycle batteries and currently, electric vehicles have a very small percentage of market share. But as more and more people adopt EVs, there will be more EVs that will have to be scrapped and the proper disposal of batteries will be required. This can be a cause of environmental concerns as batteries will accumulate with no proper arrangement for its recycling.
Issues that will have to be addressed
The problem is much more than just battery technology. The power delivery and infrastructure also need to be developed to support the EVs. It’s going to be easier in urbanized areas with a small population, for instance Norway has been moderately successful in adopting EVs as a standard with plans to totally cease the sales of internal combustion engine vehicles by 2025. This target is going to be much more difficult in large countries with large populations and rural populations where distances between cities are larger. It also requires a considerable amount of capital resources to make the transition possible. Currently, traditional gas vehicles are still more viable, practical, and cheaper than EVs. This tells us that EV manufacturers and the government will require much more than subsidies to convince people to convert. EV manufacturers will also need to control the amount of energy that is required to produce a single EV, which is much more than a gas vehicle.
The extraction of lithium is also a contested issue and just as fossil fuels, the elements that are required to make batteries are non-renewable. Lithium can be extracted in a limited capacity and with more demand, it will become even more challenging to supply the raw materials required to build a battery. Building new battery production factories will also require a considerable amount of time and money. Until battery production facilities are not increased, supplying batteries will be a challenge and mass adoption will not be as fast as we would like it to be.
In conclusion, EVs are certainly the future, they are cheaper to operate and have zero emissions. But there are many other issues like infrastructure, battery supply, and proper disposal that would have to be addressed.

Now you connect your PC or a Laptop over the same Wi-Fi network or with the help of a USB cable. If you downloaded the DroidCam app on your phone from the app store, then download the DroidCam Client on your Windows laptop or PC

Open the DroidCam app on your phone and click on the ‘Wireless’ option.
Then next screen should display the ‘WiFi IP’ and ‘DroidCam Port’ . If your ‘WiFi IP’ appears 0.0.0.0, then you are not connected to the Wi-Fi.
Open the DroidCam Client on your PC or laptop and enter the ‘WiFi IP’ and ‘DroidCam Port’ as displayed on your mobile phone. Click on the ‘Start’ button.
Now start the video conferencing app and check the webcam by clicking on the ‘Webcam’ or ‘Video’ settings.
Using cable
Connect your mobile phone to your PC or Laptop with USB cable.
We have remember to note is that you need iTunes downloaded on your PC to connect using USB cable. If you do not have iTunes, you can download it . Once you login to iTunes, it will automatically detect your mobile Phone.
Start the DroidCam Client, select the ‘USB’ option and tap on ‘Start’.

Then you have to connect your phone to a Wi-Fi and open DroidCam application.

If you have wish to specify the resolution of the video in the URL by using the path including ‘force’. example – http://192.168…./video.force?1280×720.

Gender in contrast to sex is a social construct. It is an established set of characteristics of society according to which people are categorized into males or females. Gender roles vary from society to society. There are many agencies present in society that facilitate the social construction of gender. Family is one such agency.
In this article, I will try to show the various processes through which gender identity is established in children by their families.
As a child grows the gender identity is established through four processes namely:
Reinforcement or moulding-Parents at home treat their children differently depending on their sex. Boys are normally given more freedom than girls while girls are treated more protectively. Any ‘effeminate’ behaviour on the part of the boy is highly discouraged and if such tendencies continue they are regarded as ‘psychological disturbances.’As a result of this training, children learn their sex roles effectively and quickly.
Opportunities-Opportunities go a long way in determining gender roles. While boys are encouraged to take up technical jobs girls are discouraged . Girls are encouraged to go along the ‘the feminine way’ and boys are expected to develop themselves along ‘the masculine way’.Boys are given cars, building blocks etc to play with while girls are given kitchen set, dolls to play with. The boys are expected to help their fathers and girls are expected to help their mothers.
Role modelling-It is a major mechanism of gender socialisation. By the age of three, nearly all children know whether they are male or female and by the age of four, they have very definite ideas of what masculinity and femininity must involve. A male child usually identifies with his father and a female child with her mother. The boys considering their father as a role model emulates them and the same is the case with girls who look up to their mothers. Role modelling is more effective when the child has a strong and warm relationship with the role model.
Explicit verbal instruction-Certain instructions also determine gender identity.” Boys don’t cry like girls”,” Pink is the colour of girls”,” You are a girl you should know how to cook” etc are some very common instructions. Hearing the same everywhere and on daily basis influences the mind of an individual and determines the gender identity.
Hence, families give the earliest reinforcement for acting appropriately according to one’s gender, and the environment continues to teach what is acceptable for men and women.
According to the dictionary the Terracotta art means hard,fired clay,brownish in colour when unglazed which is used to make architectural ornaments and facings, structural units, pottery and as a material for sculpture. The word ‘Terracotta’ came from Latin word ‘Terra-cotta’ and in Italian language Terrakotta means ‘baked-earth’.
Basically Terracotta is a type of earthenware or Ceramic pottery. At 1st we should have enough knowledge about earthenware. Earthenware is glazed or unglazed non-vitreous pottery which is made on fire below 1,200°C (2,190°F). So what do you say ? ‘baked-earth’ makes sense right?
Normally Terracotta is used for sculpture making. But not only for sculpture but also for flower vas, doll,pot,water pipes, bricks,roofing tiles etc. Even there are also many temples of Terracotta. It is too flexible material for sculpture.Terracotta is usually a fairly coarse, porous type of clay. At first it has to be shaped then fired until hard. In the past, it was left to harden in the hot sun ,after that it was baked in primitive ovens. Ultimately, it was fired (at about 1000°C) in a special oven, kilns. After baking the clay became a brownish colour. Until it was glazed it was not watertight.terracotta is too simple than other bronze or other material work.
It was 1st used in Prehistoric art according to Venus of Dolni Vestonice (26,000-24,000 BCE) which was found buried in a layer of ash in Moravia at a paleolithic encampment. Some famous Terracotta figures are- The Thinker of Cernavoda(5000 BCE), The Enthroned Goddess Figurine(6000 BCE).Bronze and Iron Age artists kept the culture of the terracotta tradition, like the female fertility cult figures unearthed at Mohenjo-daro in Pakistan (3000-1500 BCE), and The Burney Relief (1950 BCE) from Ancient Mesopotamia. On the other hand we must say Chinese art created the biggest example of Terracotta art, those are-The Terracotta Army (246-208 BCE). Around the Mediterranean,such as early Egyptian, Minoan, Mycenaean, Greek and Etruscan cultures, employed terracotta for figurative works – such as the Tanagra Figurines from Boeotia in central Greece – besides decorative art and architectural ornamentation.Particularly in the era of Hellenistic art (323-30 BCE) it was widely used by sculptors. It was also used in Early Christian art, for tomb reliefs (from c.200 CE). Terracotta is also famous in African sculpture, pre-Columbian art.
In India Terracotta is famous in the same way as in the past. In India Terracotta is a heritage culture. It is very common that there are many things of terracotta at most homes in India. ‘Bishnupur’ in West Bengal is a great source of Terracotta sculptures or other things. Murshidabad, Birbhum, Jessore, Digha (all are in West Bengal) are also the treasure of Terracotta. There are also famous in Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir etc.
