Paulo Coelho wrote many best-selling books most of which are popular all around the world. And translated in various languages. One of his masterpieces is Alchemist. All of his works are related to self-help and motivational genres.
Book: Veronica Decides To Die
Veronica is a young woman who commits suicide due to being full of emptiness in her life. While she waiting for death after taking a lot of sleeping pills she fainted and found herself in an asylum alive. But Doctor said that she has only a few days to live due to a heart condition caused by the overdose. Her presence there affects all of the mental hospital’s patients, especially Zedka, who has clinical depression; Mari, who has panic attacks; and Eduard, who has schizophrenia, and with whom Veronika falls in love. At least she wants to live or not is the key base of this novel.
Why you should read this book:
This one is not a boring plot, book content moves slow still does not let you drop the idea to read it. And this contains good vocabulary which is worth recommending to every reader. If you ever tried or at least thought once to end your life read this one it will make you believe in Miracle.
Book Quotes:
People never learn anything by being told, they have to find out for themselves.
You are someone who is different, but who wants to be the same as everyone else.
You have two choices, to control your mind or to let your mind control you.
Note: This book is also adapted as a film by Emily Young in 2009.
Book: The Spy
Mata Hari, the beautiful woman, the dancer, the courtesan, and the spy. She was the center of attraction wherever she goes… As a dancer she delighted her audiences, as a courtesan, she bewitched the richest and powerful men of the era. But is she really a spy?
Why you should read this one:
This book is based on real events. Mata Hari is a real person who is accused of espionage and executed.
On the back cover, it says, “Fiction.” But, I would rather love to say it’s a historical work.
When a man sleeps with many women, do we care to say any terms? So, I can’t criticize Mata Hari for being a courtesan.
In this work, I can visualize how men treated women as an object during those time. They gave preference for outer appearance. They wanted their wife to be loyal. But, those rules aren’t for them. And those things made my heart shrunk.
Book Quotes:
I decided to be who I always dreamed of. And the price of a dream is always high.
When we don’t know where life is taking us, we are never lost.
At this moment, I look back at my life and realize that memory is a river, one that always runs backward.
Recommendations:
I don’t recommend both of these books to children especially if you are younger than sixteen. One book contains intimate scenes and another one contains sexual harassment scenes. Thus I would like to recommend these to elder readers who are more than sixteen.
Yesterday when I lay asleep, a magical force lifted me from my bed and I found myself floating towards the skies rapidly. I saw the pale blue sphere that I was leaving behind. Earth never looked so magical before. I took a spin around the moon and marveled at the craters. I passed through the rings of Saturn and played hopscotch on the red soil of Mars. I made a snowman on the icy surface of Neptune. I saw the Milky Way from afar and was awestruck by the vast expanse of our Universe. I rode on the meteors that went whooshing by and saw pulsars and quasars. I almost got sucked into a black hole but pull myself away in time.I danced on the glowing surface of Venus and visited mercury.I took a spin around the sun without a single hair singed. After witnessing all the beautiful sight,I started feeling homesick. I slowly drifted back to the pale blue planet that we call home.Full of memories from the visit,I hoped to take another trip soon.Soon I was laid back on my bed and I drifted back into sleep.
It’s a relief to hear the rain. It’s the sound of billions of drops, all equal, all equally committed to falling, like a sudden outbreak of democracy. Water, when it hits the ground, instantly becomes a puddle or rivulet or flood………………….Alice Oswald
Among many other season which Bengal enjoys, the rainy season is one of them. It starts in the first week of July and continues up to September. It sets in with heavy showers which brings great relief after the hot days of Summer. The earth bursts into green grass. The wrinkled plants turn green. The dry ponds, pools and rivers are filled up with water. Nature bears a charming scenery everywhere. The farmers’ hearts swell with joy. They become busy with preparing land for sowing. The timely rainfall proves to be a happy boon to them. It brings the crop on nicely without irrigation. Thus, the rainy season is very useful and important.
But the rainy season is also the source of troubles. The village roads turn muddy. The accumulation of water here and there stops the movement of vehicles. The communication system is cut off. The possibility of the spread of many diseases becomes more. Not only this, the excessive rain causes flood. The crops are damaged and the lightly built houses collapse. People are rendered homeless and helpless. The outdoor work is prevented. The poor are bound to suffer.
However, the rainy season is liked by many people. They find the beauty, joy and attraction of the spring and the autumn in this season. The green scenery everywhere makes nature look like the newly married bride. The half-fed animals of summer look blithe and boony because of the abundance of fodder in nature. The frog’s crock, the peacock’s dance, the peasants’ song and the drizzle of rain water make nature throb with life. Thus, the rainy season is as enjoyable as the spring and the autumn.
Shakespeare wrote eleven tragedies such as Hamlet, Othello, Macbeth, King Lear, Julius Caesar, Antony and Cleopatra, Romeo and Juliet, etc… But, there are some chiefly Characters in Shakespearean tragedies. That’s what we are going to draught down one by one.
Shakespeare’s tragedies are based on stories and incidents taken from history or legends. Some of the stories are borrowed from previous playwrights. He has recreated these stories giving them a sense of unity and ordering them into closely-knit plots. The essence of a Shakespearean tragedy is that action issues from character and plot. Generally, two groups of people and ideas are brought face to face leading to conflict. In a Shakespearean tragedy, the plot is composed of several parts like Exposition, Conflict, Crisis, Denouement, and Catastrophe. He did not observe the unities always.
In a Shakespearean tragedy, the suffering of the hero is exceptional. A hero is a man of a high estates like Hamlet or King Lear. The hero identifies himself with a dominant passion from which he cannot deliver himself and which finally works out his destruction.
Every tragic hero suffers from a ‘tragic flaw’ that leads him to the tragic end. Like, Othello
The essence of a Shakespearean tragedy is conflict. The catastrophe rises out of the unsolved conflict. The conflict releases energy in the form of uncontrollable spiritual forces causing a violent disturbance in the moral order of the world. Thus, a Shakespearean tragedy in its final analysis is highly spiritual.
There is a kind of fatality and inevitability in Shakespearean tragedy. All calamities come from a character in action. We feel helpless of man before the force he release. the tragic hero striking at himself. The hero’s character involves his fate.
Shakespearean tragedy is not pessimistic. It gives us an insight into the possibilities of the human soul.
Shakespeare presents abnormal states of mind like insanity, hallucination, and somnambulism in some of his tragedies like King Lear and Macbeth. Eg, supernatural agents like King Lear and Macbeth. Ghost’s in Macbeth.
Shakespeare introduces accidents, chances, and prophecies in his tragedies. The most well-known among these are the incidents of the handkerchief in Othello and the witches in Macbeth.
Shakespeare presents a moral world order in his tragedies. His concern was with the conflict causes a commotion in the moral world. Shakespeare’s tragedies show the successful emergence of good is destroyed but it survives. Thus, the tragedy is a presentation of ‘morality in emergence’. As Dowden says it is true that good can survive only at the expense of so much of the virtuous force of the world still it is well to be assured that evil, even at the expense of good can be subdued, such an assurance buoys us above despair.
There is no poetic Justice in Shakespearean tragedies. But evil characters do not prosper. Iago goes away with a stern warning. Shakespeare was concerned with a stern warning. Shakespeare was concerned with the moral and spiritual order of the world and so his art refuses to recognize individual punishment or reward.

Arrogance is having excessive pride over one’s or a particular group’s accomplishment to an extent wherein we believe that our abilities are nothing compared to others and the success would have come sooner if I had done it alone.
In psychological context, there are two kinds of pride.
Authentic pride- Positive feeling about ourselves, loved one’s success, our actions after successfully coming out from comfort.
Hubristic pride- It usually involves ego coupled with arrogance. Has an exaggerated self-concept.
PRIDE
Any act that boosts our self-esteem, building trust about what we are capable of, and recognizes it, accepts our flaws. It pushes you to perfect your talent and bring forth a blooming personality.
You accept the potential of those working with you and try to form a group that will put in collective work to achieve your collective goal.
Values other’s input and doesn’t hesitate to ask for guidance.
Accepts constructive criticisms, filters their work to make it more productive.
Never slacks off.
Is aware of strengths, weaknesses, and areas which can be improved.
Keeps striving better (Knows that knowledge is boundless).
ARROGANCE
Believes that I have everything I need and that my gifts are beyond immeasurable.
Believes that I have no flaws and cannot make a mistake or create complications from my actions.
Every bad outcome is due to the people affiliated with my work.
Looks for external validations.
Thinks that there is no need to practice or attend meetings because I can win no matter in the end.
Is okay to not follow moral rules (Legal ways) to achieve my needs.
Other’s input is worthless (but will take others’ great ideas making it own saying you got this idea from me) and find them distracting.
Works alone even though being a part of a group activity.
SELF-REFLECTION
If you need to know, whether you really are being arrogant due to impatience or intentionally or people are envious of your success, potential; self-reflecting on your actions, thoughts, and intention will help you resolve your doubts and get back on track with change in yourself or environment.
Self-reflection: Ability to witness and evaluate our own cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes. To give an objective thought about your behaviors, thoughts, attitudes, and desires.
You work hard, burn the midnight oil, respect everyone and their opinions, and achieve success. But in the end, you get judged as an overachiever, arrogant and rude. Those judgements try to bring your down, make you doubt yourself.
Well, let me just highlight that it is okay. These doubts usually arise because you care about how you respect not only yours but others’ effort that goes into bringing about results which is beneficial for everyone.
Look at few differences I have mentioned above and reflect.
Are you dismissive of your colleagues’ efforts? Do you assure them to implement their ideas but you end up doing completely different without informing them? Do you go late to meetings and displace your external anger on their capabilities?
Few more points to take note of:
Not being honest about their work, where you want improvements, and blaming entire failure on their recklessness. (This is concerning leadership).
Thinking you are superior and forcing rules obnoxiously while you try to put them down.
Seeking constant validation.
Yes, you have achieved great things, burnt that midnight oil but boasting about it is not going to change the outcome of your efforts. You have to keep learning and communicate and inculcate views of your colleagues to bring the best out of them and to bring about a team with the same goals and motivation.
Negative critics/members with less motivation, insecurity and less self-esteem may see you with the lens blurred with their issues.
Reach out, write a diary, and find out ways to bring out the best in you. People will usually have prejudices regarding your ethnicity, your way of leading, the cause of your goals, gender, religion, race, color, and everything that has nothing to do with you or your work but everything about themselves.
Do not give up because just like supporters exist, people against you will try to affect you. Believe in yourself, your teammates, reflect occasionally, and keep moving forward with your head held high.
With the rapid development of science and technology, science fiction has became popular in the modern times. The essence of fiction is the presentation of conflict in the human drama. Science fiction deals with conflict that arises out of the impact of scientific discoveries on the future life of humanity.
The writer of science fiction must be well-versed in the modern scientific knowledge to enable him to create a credible science story. Through in science fiction the element of fantasy dominates, the science fiction writers do not commit errors regarding scientific discoveries, facts and possibilities.
Types of science fiction:
There are two types of science fiction.
The first type is based on known facts of science leading to the development of new possiblities as in Arthur C. Clarke’s ‘The Sands of Mars’ which deals with the conditions encountered by the explorers on Mars.
The second type is science fantasy which is very popular today. It introduces any kind of assumptions, realistic or imaginary, which are necessary for the story. The strongest element in science fiction is imagination which often goes beyond credibility or rational understanding as in Bradbury’s ‘Martian Chronicles’.
Modern science fiction combines elements of scientific facts with fantasy. Most common themes in modern science fiction are the following:
Space Travel, journey to other worlds and encounter with extra-terrestrial beings.
Travelling in time past or future.
Biological and psychological changes brought about by the appreciation of science in human beings and other species of life.
Extraordinary powers acquired by man through the use of technology or abnormal mental powers possessed by some persons.
Science fiction began to acquire importance in the latter part of the 19th century with the fictional writings of Jules Verne and H.G Wells. Some of the stories of Edgar Allen Poe and Mary Shelley’s novel ‘Frankenstein’ had anticipated the coming of science fiction. However, it was Jules Verne’s novels such as ‘Journey to the Centre of the Earth’ and ‘Around the World in Eighty Days’ that set the trend. Science fiction achieved greater popularity with the writings of H.G Wells who wrote such classics as ‘The War of the Worlds’ and ‘The Time Machine’.
Modern science fiction presents most of the important technological achievements of the age — radar, rockets, medicines and robots, electronic brain, space vehicle, satellites, medicines and drugs with fantastic effects etc. Such materials are used with great imagination to create an exotic and weird effect.
The most outstanding science fiction writers since the sixties have been Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke. Asimov was a prolific writer of science fiction. His novels of the Foundation Saga and the series of ‘Robot’ novels have become classics. Two other outstanding novels of Asimov are ‘Extra-Terrastrials’ and ‘The Gods Themselves’.
The science fiction presents not only a fantastic world of wonders but, also a world more or less scientifically accurate. Most science fiction writings conform to the general principles of novel writing. They stimulate our imagination, satisfy our curiosity and lift us to a world of intense make-believe.
“Business is all about putting oneself in the customer’s shoes!”
– The Laconic Writer
A New Customer is like an Angel who visits you with Nectar (Money) 😉 However, these Angels lend you their time when they consider the conditions with you and your company as comfortable and trustworthy. In short, these Angels need to be pleased just as we devote our time in prayers pleasing the lord so that he would fetch us some customers. Your prayers are answered because we will be revealing the ways of pleasing your customers and making them approach you. After reading this, you should gain some confidence in effective customer satisfaction services.
Customers approach you through two possible ways: Either they read about your services and felt tempted to try you out or they were told about your impeccable quality of services and thus, this good feedback made them trust you. The former case needs more creativity because in that vast section of content, you want your advertisement to be noticed, either through digital or print medium. Thus, you may have to work on uniqueness to stand out. The way you present your ad matters a lot. Use beautiful and stunning colours in case of print medium while digital medium would demand creativity in the message imparted. The latter case however, includes good customer service and high quality delivery of the same which would incline the customer towards you and force them to generate sweet words regarding your services to others. In the process, you not only get a regular customer but also an appreciating puppet! In short, customer pleasing is all about standing out and being on top of the competition. This is the first stage of customer pleasing before they enter and alight on this journey with you.
Moving to, after they get aboard and select you as their messiah over all other brands. An important point here is, that a business owner mustn’t take regular customers for granted. Just because they visit you almost every time, their importance in your company shouldn’t diminish. Most of the times, people tend to pay more attention to the newly arriving set of customers instead of the regular ones and thus, lose them in the process which isn’t a smart move. Also, since they are your family customers by now, make sure that you treat them with discounts and interesting attractions in an attempt to show that they matter. It is because these regular customers can scatter golden gossiping words that could uphold your company and its services. Regular customers should be your priority because they are responsible in fetching you a fresh set of customers. Attend them first and be extremely courteous to them so that they can, with the power of words, fetch you more regular customers. Of course, making regular customers requires that perfect attitude which should pass right through their hearts.
Interact more with customers so that they don’t feel left out and ignored. However, interact with patience and love so that they don’t get offended with your remarks while leaving with a bad impression which too, with the power of feedbacks, could ruin your business. So, remember to take careful steps in business.
Business is all about being friendly and honey coated! Dip your words in honey and sugar syrup before opening your mouth. Be lenient and patient when it comes to disclosing your services because customers sometimes tend to simply inquire without purchasing. However, a businessman shouldn’t have that myopic perspective of entertaining customers who would make a purchase and ignoring the ones who won’t. As stated earlier, every type of customer is important and shouldn’t be taken for granted because the customer may be testing your patience and estimating the quality of your services through your behavior. At times during such, patience is the key to success.
Introduce attractions like giveaways, buy 1 get 1 free offers, sales, discount coupons, lucky draw competitions, limited period offers etc. to grab attention of your customers. However, remember to set a reasonable rate of your products and services when pricing so as to make it seem appealing. When beginning your business, remember to have economical pricing since you need customers to start with, and after gradually experiencing a hike in the same, slowly but steadily increase the prices at a turtle’s pace. You don’t want to annoy your regular customers with inflation! 50 pounds shouldn’t escalate to 60 pounds in one go! 50 pounds should be increased to 52 pounds in two months and then gradually reach 60 till the end of the year. In fact, that’s what I would do. This is a great strategy to avoid terrified and annoyed customers whom we don’t intend to lose. Nobody wants a downfall after all and the customers too would understand that a hike in prices is obvious by the end of the year! So, be strategic and smart working when it comes to business.
In short, Business is all about honey coated words, excellent customer service, using attractions and benefits to show that customers matter, maintaining good interaction, and possessing the uniqueness to stand out!
Ecotourism is now described as “responsible travel to natural regions that conserves the environment, supports local people’s well-being, and includes interpretation and education” (TIES, 2015).
Both staff and visitors are expected to participate in education.
Ecotourism has been hailed as a panacea around the world: a way to fund conservation and scientific research, benefit rural communities, promote development in poor countries, improve ecological and cultural sensitivity, instill environmental awareness and social conscience in the travel industry, satisfy and educate discriminating tourists, and some claim and bring world peace
Ecotourism is a type of tourism that aims to have a low environmental impact, is environmentally friendly, and avoids the negative consequences of many large-scale tourism projects in previously undeveloped areas.
History of eco-tourism
Although the origins of the term “ecotourism” are unknown, Heizer (1965) appears to be one of the first to use it, identifying four “pillars” or principles of responsible tourism: minimizing environmental impacts, respecting host cultures, maximizing local benefits, and maximizing tourist satisfaction.
In the 1970s and 1980s, ecotourism grew out of the environmental movement’s womb. Growing environmental concerns, along with a growing discontent with mass tourism, resulted in a surge in demand for alternative outdoor experiences.
At the same time, developing countries came to recognize that nature-based tourism may be a source of foreign cash while also being a less resource-intensive alternative to forestry and agriculture.
Many Definitions of Eco-Tourism
Ecotourism, according to Ceballos-Lascurain, is “travelling to relatively undisturbed or uncontaminated natural areas with the specific goal of studying, admiring, and enjoying the scenery and its wild plants and animals, as well as any existing cultural manifestation (both past and present) found in these areas.”
Ecotourism is defined as “responsible travel to natural regions that conserves the environment and improves the well-being of local people,” according to the Ecotourism Society.
“Ecotourism is nature-based tourism that combines teaching and interpretation of the natural environment and is managed to be environmentally sustainable,” according to the Ecotourism Association of Australia.
This definition emphasises that the word “natural environment” encompasses cultural elements, and that “ecologically sustainable” refers to a fair return to the local people as well as long-term resource conservation.
Ecotourism, according to Tickell, is “travel to appreciate the world’s wonderful diversity of natural life and human culture without harming either.”
Ecotourism is a type of environmentally friendly tourism that promotes environmental and cultural awareness, appreciation, and conservation.
We defined mass tourism as a more traditional kind of tourism development in which short-term, free-market principles predominate and profit maximization is the primary goal. Tourism development was once thought to be a desirable and generally “clean” business for nations and regions to pursue.
This was especially true in terms of gains in foreign exchange profits, job creation, and infrastructure development, such as transportation networks.
We are more prone these days to demonize or portray traditional mass tourism as a beast; a creature with few redeeming features for the destination place, its people, and its natural resource base.
This isn’t to say that “mass tourism” hasn’t generated issues; it has. There has been a legitimate need to establish an alternative way to tourism growth that mitigates the harmful effects of mass tourism.
As a result, the concept of “alternative tourism” has gained popularity. This alternate strategy has been referred to as a “competing paradigm” to mass tourism, but it may also be seen as a complimentary approach. That is, there is no such thing as “alternative tourism.”
As a result, the dispute devolves into a semantic one. It may be best to recognize that alternative tourism is a natural result of a growing awareness of tourist development and its strengths and weaknesses.
Alternative tourism is a broad phrase that refers to a variety of tourist tactics (e.g., suitable, eco, soft, responsible, people to people, and green tourism), all of which claim to provide a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional mass tourism in specific areas.
However, as Weaver correctly points out, alternative tourism is not without its detractors. It is apparent that just because alternative tourism arose in response to mass tourism’s negative repercussions does not mean it is less destructive or better than its alternatives.
Nature of Ecotourism
Between 2008 and 2017, tourism is predicted to rise at a rate of 4.3 percent per year in real terms. Ecotourism, often known as nature-based tourism, is the fastest-growing segment of the tourism business, increasing three times faster than the overall industry.
There can be little doubt that rising environmental concerns, along with the historically common habit of travel as a means of escape to nature, are encouraging people to seek solitude with nature, resulting in an increase in the number of visitors to national parks and other protected places.
Nature-based tourism encompasses a variety of aspects. Although not all forms of travel to natural places are necessarily ecotourism, this is an important step in distinguishing nature-based tourism from ecotourism and provides us with a number of levels at which to differentiate the link between certain tourism activities and nature:
Those activities or experiences that rely on the natural world. Those activities or experiences that are made better by the presence of nature. Those activities or experiences that happen to take place in a natural context. Nature-based tourism is divided into numerous categories, each of which employs a combination of these dimensions.
Camping, too, is an activity/experience that is frequently enhanced by nature. Most people would rather camp in a natural area than along the side of a busy highway.
As a result, while nature is an important aspect of these experiences, it is not the driving force behind them.
When we say cheese everyone starts to have water in their month. Everyone in the world likes cheese and they have tasted it at least once in their whole lifetime and there is no denying it .I’m here to talk about the way more different types of cheese available around the world.

Imagine a world where science has perfected long distance space travel, passengers are transported in hibernation pods. The passengers are being transported to a colony on a planet 60 light years away from the earth. Everyone is put into stasis to be able to complete the 120 year journey, 5000 colonists and 258 crew members are being transported this way. The ship is supposed to be self sufficient and can repair itself if required. The members are supposed to be woken up a short while before they reach the colony, but what if one person wakes up 90 years before he was supposed to.
The movie starts when one passenger wakes up 90 years early due to a malfunction, Jim Preston is a mechanical engineer that left his life in hopes of finding a better one at the colony. Initially Jim is happy about being the only one awake, he enjoys the ships facilities and tries to repair his own pod. A year later he grows weary of the isolation, an android bar tender Arthur being the only company. Jim contemplates suicide when he notices a beautiful young woman Aurora Lane in a pod, he is immediately smitten with her and contemplates waking her up.
After struggling with the morality of waking Aurora up prematurely, he does it anyway. She initially tries to go back in the hibernation pod, but after failing she decides to write a book documenting her journey. Jim makes her believe that her pod opened because of a malfunction, Aurora being a higher tier passenger has access to better facilities. They develop a close bond and eventually fall in love with each other. Arthur inadvertently reveals that Jim was the one who sabotaged Aurora’s pod to deal with his own loneliness, this angers Aurora who resigned to her new life begins avoiding Jim.
Some time later, multiple failures occur on the ship. One such failure wakes up Gus Mancuso, the ships chief deck officer. He uses his access to detect multiple failures in the ship which could lead to even worse failures and the deaths of all the passengers. Gus attempts to repair the ship with Jim and Aurora’s help but they face a major setback when Gus falls critically ill. Gus is diagnosed by the ships automatic doctor Autodoc to be dying, he suffers this fate due the condition of his pods malfunction. Before dying Gus gives Jim and Aurora his ID allowing them access to crew only areas to try and repair the ship.
Jim and aurora discover multiple hull breaches caused by the asteroid collision that woke Jim up. All the problems stem from the computer module administering the fusion reactor being critically damaged. The duo replaces the module but Jim is forced to space walk to manually open a vent. A malfunction cause Jim to stay in the tube to open the hatch which would mean sacrificing himself, Jim decides to vent the tube in order to save the ship. Jim is blasted into space along with the vented gas, his tether snaps and his space suite begins losing oxygen. A distraught Aurora manages to retrieve a clinically dead Jim from space and uses the Autodoc to revive him. Jim finds out that he can use the Autodoc to put one person back into hibernation and offers Aurora the chance to reach the new planet and live out her life. Aurora refuses the offer truly understanding Jim’s motivation to wake her up, she accepts the ring Jim fashioned for him and lives out her remaining days aboard the ship.
The crew wakes up on schedule to discover a huge tree, a cabin, vegetation and birds. Aurora’s voice over describes the life she lead aboard the ship with Jim.
A truly amazing movie with a pretty different concept, a must watch for Science Fiction fans. The cast is really amazing with Chris Pratt as Jim, Jennifer Lawrence as Aurora, Michael Sheen as the android Arthur and Laurence Fishburne as Gus.

Bollywood is too overrated because of the number of movies it releases every year and also due to some actors who are famous world wide.
But, we all have noticed in past few years, that, the South – Indian movies (Tollywood) makes better movies than Bollywood. The story line given in Tollywood makes more sense than that of the Bollywood. Infact, Bollywood has adapted various stories from Tollywood and made some good remakes, for example, Rowdy Rathore starring Akshay Kumar is adapted from a Telugu movie, Vikramarkudu, Kabir Singh is a remake of Telugu movie, Arjun Reddy, Wanted is also a remake of a Telugu film, Pokiri. So, now you know, that these hit Bollywood movies have come from Tollywood.
We usually tend to compare Bollywood actors with Tollywood actors on the basis of their looks, looks and looks. And we focus on this aspect so much that we forget about the talent, acting skills, and passion seen in them. Tollywood actors are as talented and passionate about their work as Bollywood actors. It is seen that the selection of actors in Tollywood is done more on the basis of their skills rather than their looks.
Tollywood has also produced some of the best actors like the Superstar Rajnikant, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Mahesh Babu, and many more.
Tollywood movies are getting more recognition than bollywood movies in India like Bahubali and many more which have also got appreciated in international film industry too. Every industry has its own pros and cons. So,its not right to debate on which one is better, both are doing exceptionally great. As to know whether which one is better, it completely depends on the viewer’s preference. The spectators are the one who give the final judgment for all the movies.
Since the advent of internet, people have access to all kinds of information as well as global audience. On the one hand there are people who enjoy reading this information and on the other hand there are people who are taking advantage of the access to global audience to communicate their thoughts and knowledge. These people are known as bloggers. Contrary to popular belief, a blogger is not only a person who writes but someone who uses any medium to communicate their thoughts like a photographer for example.
There are billions of people across globe writing about billions of things and you could be one of them. Being a blogger gives you a sense of freedom to express what’s inside you and let people know that they are not alone. In no time blogging has become one of the most popular career choices among youth. Blogging is original, it’s personal. it offers a fresh perspective, so no wonder it is the choice of majority of people. To become a blogger it is necessary to develop interest in writing. No one is born a writer but this habit is developed over time. A successful blogger is an avid reader. One who reads knows how the writers manipulate their words and proceed with their thoughts. In order to be a blogger you must consider the following points:
Pick your genre: You must decide the kind of blogger you want to be. You can be a fashion blogger, a food blogger, a travel blogger, a motivational writer, or any other area that is of your interest.
Pick a name: Pick a name for your website that resembles the kind of blogs you wish to write.
Register your blog: Next step is to get your blog registered on the website of your choice.
Write your first post: Now it is time to write your first blog. Make sure it aligns with the theme of your blog and use as many keywords as possible to attract audience. You can be as creative as possible. Remember it only gets better after your first post.
Promote your blog: This is the most crucial step if you wish to advance your career as a blogger. Promote the website as much as you can. Put up social media posts, forward it to your friends, do as much as you can. These efforts will only improve your chances of becoming a successful blogger.
Handling writer’s block: There will come a time when you would be short of ideas and you would wish to stop but handling that writer’s block is part of being a writer. Don’t let it discourage you. Keep calm and keep going.
The above points might not feel daunting the first time but the moment you make up your mind to follow through, the real challenge begins. There greater the audience, the greater the responsibility to deliver original content. As a writer, your integrity is at stake and you must refrain from copying and stealing someone else’s work unless you plan on giving them due credit. Be true to yourself and most importantly be true to your audience. It takes a lot of research and reading to write a blog and for this reason it is not everyone’s cup of tea. It does not matter if blogging is your side hobby or your career goal, you must choose to become a blogger only if you are fully committed to it. There are a lot of employment opportunities for freshers as well as established bloggers. So, if you have a knack for writing and coming up with original ideas, blogging is the job for you.

Gender equality is a fundamental human right. Yet despite progress, women and girls around the world do not fully experience equal rights and their potential as economic, social and sustainable development change-agents remains untapped. Empowering women and girls helps expand economic growth, promote social development and establish more stable and just societies. Women’s economic empowerment benefits both women and children. It is pivotal to the health and social development of families, communities and nations. Further, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) underscore women’s empowerment as an important development objective, in and of itself, and highlight the relevance of gender equality to addressing a wide range of global challenges.
A growing number of business leaders recognize the importance of women as leaders, consumers, entrepreneurs, workers and caretakers. They are adapting their policies, programme and initiatives to create environments where women and girls thrive
